"The guy in david teesta. That's the man yes. I think it's a little bit of everything right but it's he got up the got. A snyder bats absolutely. And i think everybody you know it looks. I think for most people the trailers and stop it like okay. This is going to be zach matters. Zombie another zack snyder. Zombie movie awesome. Let's and we're all in. And then i think people watched it and you know where where you come down. You know good bad or indifferent that than that kind of went from there. So those are of the good better indifferent art indicative of the debut. Numbers is it just how many households actually watched a portion of the show. And i think it's like i think it's like two minutes so i if if you watch the the the show for two minutes you you're considered you know you watch your viewer. Yeah is on screens kind of thing. The can i have not seen it. I was a big fan of zack. Snyder's donna the dead. I think that would still qualify as being my favorite acts night or movie and but when when the reviews started coming in i'm really big fan of the cast garrett delahunt To taro dave petits name. But i do like dave teesta. I heard that it was overwhelmingly. Zack snyder so i saw the film i there's parts of it. That are good. The overall by overall score be low I didn't think it was a great movie. There's a lot of stupid shit happens in the movie. Although it's pointed out it's only liquors stupid shit happens but i've been like really stupid things that just yeah i in. I heard about like direct to'real choices that were sort of like now cut now cut to the next scene. Okay cut now and it just kept going and going and going and it was to showcase some of the more gruesome aspect is there are there are there are some some scenes that are overly long for no apparent reason other than to be overly long. Look at me. But that's kinda zach ciders things I don't fault too much for that. I think the the the movie would have benefited from him. Not shooting so if he had hired a dp. I think that the movie would have been A little better. i'm not. I'm not a hundred percent on this. But did you end. Phil talk about it over on we did. We didn't get a chance to review it so this is kinda my first time actually reviewing so what do you think. What did you think of it. But i thought like. I said i didn't want overall. It's a thumbs down for me right okay. I don't like you put numbers. But i will. I get like six okay. Five and a half or six. It's right in there for me. there's it's it's it's watchable movie. It's it's not garbage it's just. There's some wishes it happen. We'll put that on the back of the jess not garbage a so it's not garbage but it's look it's his accent or film people are gonna love it..

"Never be bracco guys i. I'm not okay with this like one of the and brothers wrestling. wow but But now it was bret the hitman hart and his brother owen hart and his brother owen. Hart fucking died doing that. Shit he something. He fell from really high up. I don't know all the. I'm sure. Patrick eric talk circles around me but he fell for high up in a certain way died. I don't know exactly what happened. But i grew up watching stuff. Like when hulk hogan behaved like mr america. And there was like vincent van are vince. Vince mcmahon and the undertaker when brock listener was really big Eddie guerrero Crispin walk but a lot of these guys it's kind of nuts like oh and heartfelt who his death eddie. Guerrero died crispin wall killed. His whole family died like it's breathing. Razi shut the tap and Which is why. There's a great show called dark side of the ring but there's also really cool. Look at someone like johnson and how much make a wish that he's not you know there's also a really positive side all that as well And it also dwayne johnson ron right batista. It gives you. It gives you a lot of people that are now breaking out. Because i mean that's the thing with wrestling is that it's you know you have to be an insane physical good shape but also you have to be somewhat of a good actor you know. Don't have to be amazing. But you know i'm sure that the the dave teesta that was wrestling was not to save dame david teesta runner twenty forty nine. That's different guy you know. And it's the same different guy and garden galaxy But yeah i definitely grew up with it in the house. And i just i fucking hated it. I didn't like it I i was always more of like a boxing fan itself. But i understand like why kids like it and you know i guess i just don't understand why grown men would still appreciate it now. I'm just kidding Now there's there's a lot of stuff where like i get it the the i think that debate is wrestling. Fake as it's like dude. If someone is arguing that with you you just gotta walk away like it's not real it's it's entertainment is scripted entertainment but still people still die people can still still get very look fucking mick foley who played mankind. That guy has been through the that guy might as well have been jim. Caviezel stunt double and passion of the christ. He has been through the fuck and ringer doing his wrestling. So i definitely grew up within. I definitely have like a history a little bit. Who doesn't know andre the giant hulk hogan and ultimate warrior and stuff like that. But you know when it came to watching this. This movie is so fucking not about wrestling. You know there's just it's not. It's this this could be a guy who's a professional ice skater. This could be a guy who's a professional juggler. Or someone who's a great ventriloquist you know and it's you could be about but there's also something about wrestling where it's like the fit. It has to be wrestling because the physical the physical complications of it in. It's not something where like a lot of wrestlers. Don't you know a lot of wrestlers. Don't hit pro. And don't get to retire like johnson. Dave batista south. So you kinda get to see the other side of that of like these people who are still trying to make an still trying to break through I heard that. I think carlos and africa he said this was going to be in black swan. We're going to be a thing together like item. Yeah i haven't seen black swan. Black swan is outstanding. It might be my favorite movie of his seen two hours of it but the only twelve.

"You know, there's when you go back rewatch, and you watch the shave Wiggham preacher character or in the Billy Tuttle evangelist character, and you see basically the cynicism and nihilism that that the Matthew mcconaughey. Character approaches all of the religious sort of infrastructure around that area with is just gonna like this is all bullshit leave systems are all bullshit at. It's basically like you see in the same way. Like, if it basically asks you to believe if there's such an elaborate system of religious belief like in nominally for the forces of good by proxy there needs to be the same one for the forces view, right? And that the these these two systems intersect in this place in Louisiana, and that the only person who can actually see it this guy Russ and he's gonna help his mardi see it as well. This season is almost more. I it's telling that it's like looking back at two thousand fifteen or two thousand fourteen when the first season. Erred because it almost feels like a narrator or an author trying to piece together a mystery story out of an unreliable mind. Yeah. And it's like what really is a mystery story. What really is a detective story when it's a detective who's not sure whether or not he's in any one given time line whether he can reliably depend on his memories of wife, children of the case of his partner of what he's done as we're going to keep seeing as we go through the season. So sometimes it's slow sometimes I wish Cary Fukunaga was directing. But I'm always thinking about this shit, which I'm not with other TV shows. Yeah. I mean, it's it's a great point. Because like in a lot of in a kind of grand sense, the big the central mystery of the season is purely centered on Wayne in his memory who is he and what did he do? It's less about the case. I mean, one of the theories that I really like that's out there on read it is that Wayne solve the case. He saw in. Ninety and wasn't able to prosecute it or bring it to Justice. And now has forgotten that he did it which would Hugh really fascinating turned. Yeah. I mean, we've already seen this guy show up in places how he got there. So it'll be fascinating to see. How it plays out in the second half of the season. The flat circle is actually going up on Friday. Right because HBO is putting out the episode of detective on Friday on go and on now on demand because super bowl's on Sunday. So you'll be able to watch us whenever you get gets detective. It's kind of fascinating that they're doing that. Because I wonder whether or not that's going to happen more and more in a post thrones world. Yeah. As they cut or maybe ramp up production to keep up some of these other streaming platforms like if. Oh, true detective season for just goes up as eight episodes all at once or like what I don't know if they'd ever do that. But it's pretty fascinating to watch them kind of changed the way they do things. I wonder who the first one, you know, whether it's net flicks. That decides that it's finally landed the game of thrones killer, and is like, okay, watch this. We're gonna do it once a week or once a month, whatever it is or whether it's gonna be HBO that with a smaller property is like what if we gave these to if we put crashing up all at once or something like that? Okay. Before we go any I talked a little bit about the Batman earlier about Matt Reeves and Aflac leaving the project, and who may or may not be the Batman. But the other big sort of franchise possibility that's been talked about a lot. This week is the continue the continue to cast Doun the spice must flow. So they have shallow may they've God's. Dia. Young trainees. They catch. Somebody else will Oscar Isaac is room and Oscar Isaac would play Paul's uncle, Duke, Leo treaties. Who's Paul's father? Okay. They've hired Charlotte. Rampling Dave Teesta Stellan scars, Oscar, Isaac zendaya. And of course, shall I'm not sure if they're shooting his back toback like they're doing to that was a rumor for awhile dune is like crushed some filmmakers in the past that they're trying to make in their attempts to make this iota hausky..

Looking surprise that you open the door. Yes. Yes. It's really badly photo. Shop to like it. Cheeseburger flavor when he does he puts because what he's cutting up the bodies, dude, he puts the chocolate under his nose like sounds of the land. All he's doing this fucking cut up job for a moment. It looks like he's got a Hitler moustache twenty minute comedy. Bit known ask for. Seen this thing. Right self easy. Larry's writers. I know we've spoken ill of him quite a bit on the show. Right. But you know, it doesn't have a working relationship. We know how to write for his character. We have to respect it to a degree because otherwise we wouldn't enjoy talking about it this month. That's exactly the cable guy a better person. Well, Dan, whatever is probably a better person in general than Mark Walberg would rather have lunch with Dan Whitney than Mark Welby one hundred ten per. So who would you rather have lunch with them? Mark Wahlberg, Larry the cable guy. Oh, definitely Dan with. I've just no, No, no. no, no, no, no. He's in character. He's not dead with it. So it's either Mark Wahlberg person. Scott fun. Yeah. Larry the cable guy the fake person. Obviously, larry. Because I wanna see the masterwork up close imagine being around someone in there. Fucking like bit doesn't drop like that. That's uncomfortable. Like when you go to like a fucking historical site or whatever. And it's like, yes, we are the original pilgrims all that stuff. Like that. Jim Andy movie where like Jim Carrey keeps doing Andy Kaufman ever that. Could you just shut the fuck up? All right. Who who is? In the middle of the former yourself he called him in the middle of the night. As Andy Kaufman of this. Jim, Jim, they have to do the most terrifying. Part of that though with that when Andy Kaufman's surviving family came to set. Yeah. And he spoke to the sister as Andy Kaufman. And she's saying on camera that is very cathartic. And I'm like, maybe it wasn't if that worked for you find. But that's the creepiest thing I've ever heard in my life. That's like Alps yoga's, lent them. So anyway, this movie's over it's a cliffhanger it fucking failed at the box office. So I don't know maybe we won't. And if it fails like this, and they don't get a sequel Greenland, and it'll be like now, bro. We always meant to leave it open ended. I feel like it's going to be nNcholas cage. Mild twenty three oh. Oh, yes. No, it's not he's he's too big. Yeah. This is more of a Dave Teesta oak day and date release on please stay away, you're better than this your blade runner. Twenty forty nine. You were inspector come on. You're in the guardians movies. You can't do this to yourself. Oh, he way puzzles. Actually, we've been talking about this whole time taking over sequels. Nobody wants fucking Larry miles. Twenty three. Absolutely. It's but he's exactly the same character. He's got the little live strong, raise everything the camera. The camera undercover character from delta farce and move on Harry, your brain goes to fast. It does what those chicken nuggets just pulled pork every time that you go through fast. That's every time. Chicken nuggets. Make my brain. Go fast pulled pork slows down to fucking hammered out a bunch of nerds and they're thick. So that sometimes I got pulled back a little bit. I'm having an aneurysm puzzle. Quick your back cracks. He's never done puzzle. Quick now. Oh, man. That's the end of this movie would anybody recommended? No, I wouldn't. I mean, literally, just close your eyes. And imagine the guy from the raid sawn someone's head off of a door of a car door. Yeah. That's kind of it. That was the only like Perko. Oh, you need man. So no this wretched undertaking. Fucking hate this movie. It's like the most cynical movie 'cause the whole point at the end of it, by the way is like well, they kill us. That's just the way. It is buddy. It's not like he has a better idea. He's like well fuck it. We're doing it. Yeah. There's no way to put that toothpaste back in the tube by friends..

Thanks for listening and spread the word. It's my. Listening to inside. Rose. Inside of you with Michael Rosenbaum was not recorded in front of a live studio audience. So you're a horror movie fan big fan. Yeah. And you're saying Mandy is good. Yeah. I loved Mandy. I thought it was great don't give anything away though. It's just intense. I mean ask you this. Is it scary at all? Or is it just violent and fun? I don't really get scared. Do if it's the right movie. It's rare. Yeah. I like hereditary I was really scared in. It's not like that like to me those movies. It does a great job of ratcheting up tension. But then the release is very like intense and over the top. So it's creepy. It's not really scary. I don't think it's really trying to be scary. But it's the prising and pretty pretty over the doc- the loved ones. No, I did not I know of it. I know that he's not the one about those people like they're like cheerleaders or something that that one. No. It's the movie about the the girl who kidnaps the guy to go to prom with her. Right. I know was a prom thing. I haven't. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's I loved it. It's a great little India that was overlooked by a lot, but people in the horror. Yeah. I saw it always pops up in my recommendation. Yeah. Hereditary I felt was too long. It was scary. It had its moments the ending. I wish they would stop doing these movies where you know, it's a Colt sort of like seance at the end of all these horror movies. We get we've done that before they do do it a lot. But I did like that. They really committed to it. Like that movie goes, I gave it a b minus. Okay. And that's good for me because I don't I don't like I'm very very strict on the grading system. Okay. I really really loved it just goes that sequence in the car. When he is driving sister. That made me feel that was unbelievable. I haven't had a movie made me feel like that in a long time suggest from me that scene for me. Makes it great. Like for me. If I see a movie in one scene in it that like really gets inside made than that. You know?.

I don't want. It is such a good, dude. I'm listen in Hollywood, you always hear about everybody's great. And this is great. But Dave Teesta. He was on the show and his podcast is coming up. He is one of my favorite wasn't your favorite. Rob not my favorite. But he's. One of your favorite. He's year my favorite. Yeah. There we go one of the guys I will tell you. But Tista is probably the most good person. He's genuine I I'm very lucky that I have a number of good people in my life. And I feel very very lucky that but teased as a new good good genuinely good person to have in my life. Who is also he's a fucking great actor, and he's so funny, and I learned so much working with them. And we had the best time doing this movie. It's a movie called stupor. It comes out next may got a really big released date. Oh god. Yeah. It's like Memorial Day or whatever. So they must like it. I hope it's good, man. We had the best time. It's a big funny. All you can do it. And see what happens we shot in Atlanta fell in love with Atlanta fell in love with Dave, Batista. I mean, I really was I could not ask for a better professional and personal experience. Your Twitter handle, Camille and K U M A I L. And and what's your Instagram handle same thing? Same thing. Can we thank you for a long to be inside of you? Thanks for being inside of me. I mean, this is this is so easy and fun. Yeah. I had a blast. Thanks for opening up almost getting emotional. No. I like that. I like it was just it was just a conversation. I just wanted to know more about you know. Well, thanks for having me. I had a great time, and please invite Meteo horror movie nights. I only an I are massive horrify me to we know see martyr sitting over there wasn't that disturbance at movie is that is a hard Asmussen dead girl. Yes. That was fucked up. Yeah. That's what's your top three right now horror movies of all time. It changes, you know, it's hard to get away. From like, you know. Scariest the ones that really I'll tell you something Blair, which the first time I saw the hype scared the shit. Emmy paranoiac tippety the first one scared the shit out of great the shining. The exorcist the omen output. Silence of the lambs up though. Those movies are definitely movies that scared the shit out of me. I mean, you know in paranormal activity when the person should standing there and times going and they're just like not moving so fucking good. All those movies, really, really write a horror movie together. I would love to do a horror movie, I feel a little scared to do a horror movie because I don't know how to do to do the real you could do it better than most of most feels magical to me like, you know, most movies, I watch and I learned and I'm like, all right?.

I've worked with over the years for different reasons. But like Chris pot and Zoe and Dave Teesta palm. Karen? And Michael Rooker, you know. And several more. But that sort of main group of the guardians family. They really do feel like family to me. I I love them. And that's great. And I would I would go to battle with anyone of practice funny in this movies. He's so great. And he's funny. Anyway, I was big fan. Great dude years ago. But yeah, yeah. I mean, he's just so funny. And then in the adventures movie, some of the best stuff was was he and Robert Downey junior going out. Yeah. I know. I love that. Great. I love it and Bautista who knew you knew that guy was that fucking funny. Oh, man. It was one of the great joys for me is like 'cause I was there when Dave had his screen tests because I've worked with my brother for so long. He wanted my help with various things along the way. Right. And and so for a lot of actors screen tests. I I would read quill with the Drax 's more. An rocket with quills. Right. And so I got to see a lot of people addition and and Battista came in for a work session before before he had his green test. And he was like so nervous. And so quiet. Yeah. And I'm like, oh, man. This poor guy is just going to tank like he can't he's obviously this pressure is going to be too much for him. Right. And he's so good. He was so good. Oh, yeah. He's he's still that first movie in a lot of ways. He's so good. He's like great. And he and and he loves it. It's like it's like a perfect microcosm of the whole movie. Loves he loved the material. So so much yell, and like, I think he was so happy to to be able to play that role every day and like, and he was so grateful and so great to have around. And what is he like four or five hours of makeup of which he needs to keep his arms outstretched the whole time. Now, you know or stand during tons of it. Yeah. And like what what champion subtle? Sweet how how much he got your brothers back. Yes. That was great. He'll school to say. Yeah. I thought it was amazing. And I was not at all surprised to be honest. I hope Dave takes that as a compliment that like like, I've always known that. Davis is stand up of guys you'd ever want me. Like I could rely on that guy. He's trustworthy is anybody other reknown? "Air bleed didn't come out Tyson fucking Dyson, and I feel like it. They were just kind of like descendants of scary movie, which is like a great movie. The original scary movie. Super funny. And these these guys are really nice guys, you know, and I think they got a shot with meet the Spartans and it kind of like over perform. Like I remember it came in first in the box office that I was there opening on the first moves saw think by myself. Oh my God. It's funny I when I met Tiffany for the first time when she was after she read the oath sh I, you know, I was like, it's so great to finally meet you. She's like, we weren't meet the sparks together to. Time I forgot about that, but you know, and then they did a couple. And the reality is is they're super nice guys and they, it was. I kind of looked at that. It's kind of like kids movies, dirty kids movie. And at the time I was an actor who was like, oh, you wanna hire me. Oh, that's funny because I need to buy the ring for my wife. Funny how that turns out those super nice guys and I still get like, you know, young kids, we'll be like my first movie I moves I've seen, I'm like, oh, cool. But it's I hope to not do anymore impressions of other people in movies because I'm old. I think one of the most about the movie was Dane cook impression. 'cause we talk like a weird amount. I think for our podcast, big Boston tip to the barstool, right? You guys and he's, he's Mr. Boston. He's Mr. sports, but it Danes out there, man, you drive. If you go down sunset in LA, is he big billboards? Yes, doing stand up and crushing it, and he's still, he's still out there. But I, I remember doing his. Impression on mad TV, and I remember Bobby Lee introducing me to him like a couple of weeks later, and I don't think Dane was like eleven. Hey, how's it going. Hey, nice to meet you, but I'll tell you, I saw him at Dublin's in LA and it was you felt like you were watching like fucking like David Bowie and late nineteenth, like he came onstage and people were just like their heads explode. It was insane arenas. And just like in perfume pre arena before he was like Dan, he was just like he owned the LA. Comedy is such an interesting moment. Yeah. Shift gears again. Can you confirm that your character Griggs is going to return to sue sets to? I can't confirm it only because there's been by my count, like three different directors that have come on board for the sequel, but I will say out of all them, the one that excited me the most was James because James Gunn next question which excited to work with James go. I had not a lot of interest in doing suicide squad too small part, and I didn't. But like James Gunn I think is such a genius high would do anything that guys down. I love those guardians of the guest, so good. They're so good, and it's all it's like, so. Singularly from his mind. I know it's an existing IP cartoon and stuff. But like when I've heard they're making them because I've read the cartoon the comic, I was like, oh, that it's going to be a bomb weird. It's too fucking weird and he managed to make it super excessive oil and funny and like violent and like crisp, those I thought in avengers Infinity war, the best characters in the movie where per Chris and fucking Dave Teesta every line they had. I was like, it's hilarious, and that's gone was on on board with them to help the right their role? Yeah, exactly. So, you know, I thought what happened to him with shitty and I think you know, it would be very cool if he regardless of my participation, it's like the by the best case scenario for suicide squad too your part with small..

"I'm not sure how the concept still plays very well today because you know, father staying home and taking care of kids as much more commonplace than it was in the eighties at the time this movie was made. So I'm not sure how they're going to spice it up or make it feel more modern and contemporary. But yeah, it's it's, it's definitely something that you could easily see turned into a TV show. I don't know how the concept lens like you said, lends itself to today. One of my problems with incredible too was kind of this that it was kind of leaning on this kind of concept, and I felt it was kind of. Didn't feel new or different in any way, a bent yovany thoughts. I know you haven't seen mister mom. I have not seen this movie and I share the same concerns as you guys. Actually the the thing about incredible to not to completely derail this podcast. That's one of the things that I meant to bring up in this week's watercolor was one of my issues with that movie was the the way that mister incredible. It is like such a dick to his wife in that movie, and then you think that it's going to come back and he's going to have some sort of reckoning with the way that she is being treated. You know, like the the premise of that film is that she gets chosen over him to become like a Representative for the superheroes, and he is like, so transparently dick of in his behavior about how he wasn't chosen and you feel you you think that has to come back at the end of the movie and it just never does. So it's what that was just dropped. Plot thread. One of the one of the other reasons I. I didn't really care for that too much. Well, anyway, let's move on to our next story in that is that Dave Batista may be heading to finish the island, which I guess is being described as Westworld meets cabin in the woods bentos about it. Yeah. I mean, you say that with with sort of a weird Tony waste, but that combination Westworld meets cabinet woods sounds pretty intriguing to me. I never watched the TV series fantasy island. It was a popular show in the seventies and nine hundred eighty s and their Sony end blunt house are adapting it into a movie. And we know that Michael Pena is going to be playing the character of Mr. roar coups the the mysterious owner of this island and Ricardo Montalban played that character in the TV show. And now we know the date by Teesta is in negotiations to star in the movie as well. The premise of the film the film follows a group of contest, winners who arrive at an island hotel to live out their dreams only to find themselves trapped in. Nightmare scenarios. So Michael pains character sort of is lording over this whole thing. And if Dave Teesta ends up making this deal joins us cast, he's going to play a former guest who is still on the island against his will and who wants to expose Rourke and the islands, magical secrets. So yeah, I mean, like I said, the I sort of rolled my eyes when I heard that they're making a fantasy island movie because it's like, you know, yet another TV show being mind for a movie based basically solely on its name, but I have to admit that I'm kind of intrigued by all the elements here..

"So you would think that if these Sony marvel universe was gearing up to have Spiderman appear in all these movies, he would have appeared briefly in venom, and as h c rights article, I, it would be kind of hilarious if Spiderman showed up in a craven, the hunter movie, but didn't show up an event movie. Yeah, I don't see marvel studios going along with us at all either. I mean, it's not like venom, probably gave them any confidence in what Sony is doing with their Sony marvel. Sony marvel universe the curdle SMU SMU okay. Let's move on. Let's talk about Rambo five, which is a now has a title crystallised butter. Yes, so so that's our Sologne is in the midst of shooting Rambo, fi where Rambo looks like a cowboy now, and the movie is titled officially Rambo, five last blood, and this makes sense because the first Rambo movie is called first blood actually doesn't even have Rambo in the title is just called first blood and Rambo to is called Rambo, first blood part two. So it looks like the series is now coming to an end with this film which has Rambo taking on a Mexican drug cartel. So. Make make of that, what you will. I a bad feeling? This is not going to turn out that well, but we'll see. Yeah, I think they should remove the five from the title. It's cleaner, though ram. It's it's a bit clunky. Rambo, last blood would work a lot better, but I guess not. I do like that title as much as I'm sure I'm not gonna like this movie bullets move out. Next story in yesterday we talked about James Gunn, possibly writing and directing a second suicide squad film, which might or might not be a sequel. We don't know now Dave Petit STA who was obviously Drax the destroyer in guardians, galaxy is now campaigning to star in the movie bend house. But yes. So he basically this story is that he debut teased a shared an article that revealed Ben information about James Gunn coming potentially coming on board suicide squad too. And he said, where do I sign up? So. Like we we, there's nothing, you know, super serious involved here, but it would be really entertaining to see Dave what he said, make the jump from some moral university of the DC university would certainly not be the first actor to to make that jump. But he so of course, has been very, very vocal in his support of James Gunn ever since gun was fired by Disney and he was, you know, he, he's basically been the most. Vocal of the guardians cast in support of his director because and for good reason, James Gunn took a chance on him and gave him the career that he has right now. Obviously, Batista was a wrestler beforehand, but you know, there are some big name. People who are additioning for Drexel, destroy our remember seeing photos of Jason momoa from game of thrones trying out for that role and gun ended up liking what it was doing with that part. And that role has completely changed his career trajectory. So it's not surprising that you would be so supportive of of his friend and director. So I don't know Peter, do you want to see Dave Teesta in suicide squad too? Well, I don't even know what's what James gun suicides quite is, but I can imagine the Petit stays logo like that feels like it would be a perfect fit, but I want to ask you, like, I know we've had people jump from marvel DC. DC to marvel in, you know, the acting world in the past, but we've never had an have not had anybody appeared both of the world's at the same time. But I, I mean, like while they're still a big part of a big franchise in marvel appear in DC. I can't think of anybody off soft my head. And I know I'm probably wrong. Yeah, I feel like it would be somebody's small. It would be like a, like, I know it's not. It's not Ray Stevenson, but it would be somebody like that, you know, like not necessarily one of the the primary members of any of the casts question. I just wondering if there's like a contract that will prevent him from being in DC production while he's, you know, still headlining, guardians, galaxy films. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know if they have some sort of exclusivity clause or or something like that. That's if anybody out there was an entertainment lawyer right in and let us know I'd be interested, but.

"It was Billy Betts, shit. Yeah, you know and it's a shame that that's where we're at, but nobody wants to listen anybody. Nobody wants to let anybody breathe. So now it's just mob hits. Yeah, that's all it is. It's you wack. Argh I now we're gonna wack your guy and look. I can't get mad at somebody. Well, I don't agree with somebody reacting like that. I certainly understand spite a spiteful man myself, but but you know, we got a sort of plying these these standards to everybody. You know, it's like nobody. Nobody chastise, Dave Teesta for defending James Gunn, right? Everybody chastise Monique a black woman for defending Roseanne and saying, look when nobody gave a fuck about me. There was one woman that cared. It was Roseanne. I don't think she's racist. I think she made a mistake and that's with who I won't mention. Worked with Roseanne for many years is that I don't know if he would want it mentioned, but he said, there's no way in hell she has raised at just gives. I think that tweet is unquestionably racist, say nobody saying it was a good tweet. Yeah, nobody's saying it was a good tweet and then it didn't push the wrong button. Right? What I'm saying is where I go back to intention, you go. All right. That was a bad joke. Say you're fucking sorry. Yeah, she was very quick to do so was gun. Yeah. You know, it's like we're gonna split hairs over pissing on a three year old versus a racist. I mean, it's all awful shit. You know what I mean? I automatically guess I just don't care enough, but I guess I don't either. I don't know why I'm I mean. It's just it made me uncomfortable enough to go back and delete like I searched three hundred words and then went back into lead tweets that were even mildly questionable. I don't love that. I had to do that, but I felt like I did at the do that, you know, I and the things I were deleting. Even somebody who's coming through tweets, looking to have a problem with me would I had a hard time, you know. You know, proving that I had hate in my heart for these things, there was nothing, no racist things, no anything. But I was just kind of like this if somebody hated me and wanted to ruin my life, this tweet with enough heat and hatred behind the person coming at me could have a case, and I know a lot of friends in comedy and not who did the same thing and some who took down their accounts completely because it's just not worth the ride took down my count. Yeah, and I don't think I've, I don't think I've ever tweeted anything that crazy. Yeah, but I took it down and I was just, here's why I took it down though. Yeah, because I remember when you were deleting and that same day I went on movie web and they had they had a story on movie web, which. You know, I talk about movie web quite a bit on this on this podcast, and I do go there for a lot of movie news. I'm not crazy about the site is becoming more and more everyday like the National Enquirer movie sites..

"Six hundred in a draw at plus three fifteen. The over is two point five under his two point five my my gambling heart. I just wanna bet on huntersville I always do, but on field every single time now putting at least five bucks one hundred zero. Okay, so recoil sin has a red card yet. He so that's one sweating come from. Mike Aquinas probably dead. Yes, he's dead. I don't know what happened to him or what his status is right now. I hope he's not that otherwise that's insensitive is shit, but Everton is missing to their you. Wolcott has been nice. I know which is bullshit. Where's at. For the past decade or over a decade. Do you walk out was technically like in the arsenal academy during the time? Yeah, he was like your youngest daughter, wasn't it like sixteen or some shit. What? The fuck, like any never was good one hundred years ago now. Sad. Faulk. Okay. I saw a picture of today and it made me real sad. So yeah, I mean, I couldn't even imagine you seem like a picture of like Keat. Whoa, like we'll take a ROY, ROY. Yeah. Could old fucking ROY. What a bad man I drawn this though. I say one fifteen. That's not bad. I would. Nope. Taking Huddersfield taking. I don't give a fuck. They're gonna win the league and we put money on Huddersfield every single week. I'm just gonna. I'm just because you know, we're going to lose like most of we, we're going to get one of them. Right. And the paid is gonna be fucking. Yeah, I'm gonna fucking ten bucks. I'm putting ten bucks hundred. Let's go. Fuck. I don't care if it's Goodison Park. Let's go moving on to. Now this is a pick em game. Literally the the definition of a pick him game West Ham versus Wolverhampton Wanderers you know, it's wolves, West Ham at plus one fifty wolves at plus one ninety drawl at plus two forty over is two point. Five plus fifteen under his two point. Five at mine is one forty Martin I mean, oh no. No, no. Sorry. I was looking at wrong stats. The overs two point five. So but the over minus one twenty the under is even. Yeah. I mean, I would actually. I'd put a lot of money on the wolves here because they, I mean, I've been, I've been good. They've been good in bottom. The league was zero points, and their goal differential is minus seven. Pellegrini is already saying like, this is a must win, and I love it. I told you this to get done to get on this west hand on this West Ham, spiral train. Yes. Speaking of West Ham, though. Fucking what's his name? Dave Teesta the gardens of Gallic the galaxy go. Yeah, there's a new movie coming out called the final score and it looks awful you like. I mean, I would watch it one time. It'll probably be entertaining, but essentially Batista goes to a West Ham game and they're going to bomb and blow up the entire stadium while games going on to the whole thing is you have ninety minutes to figure out how to save all these people and take care of these hostages or the tire stadium will blow up. It's match going. Like a straight to DVD movie like his, but like Pierce Brosnan isn't it? And he has a sick beard. I'm serious and so look it up final score. We posted it on our Facebook and Twitter, the trailer. I it the the poster Instagram song. Is there a match going on? There's during. That's why it's ninety minutes. There's a match going on while Tista is running around killing guys and like trying to take down terrorists. I wanna put a caveat on this. I wanna. West Ham. I'm gonna. I'm gonna talk film director right here. This would be a more suspenseful movie than having Dave body stay k. is that his first name, Dave? Yeah. Okay. I think AK VIN diesel partout but a better plot to it is instead of having Dave Bautista running around killing terrorists and ninety minutes to save the entire stadium..

"We can continue the show just call the bars or whatever. But the James Gunn thing is overwhelmingly everyone's come out and said, he's a great guy like it, his his brother co-stars people completely unrelated to it, like Selma Blair and all. Like like you're gonna lists? Yeah, so them ablaze, Dave, Dave Teesta. So he's Aldana. Chris Pratt, Justin ruined Pat. And I was well in Sean gun, his brother laundry lists of people coming out today. This is a wonderful man who has done great things and has making great media and has to his credit and actually. So this is this exact thing that's come up before. What did Dave Batista say about Roseanne, Dave Batista with the out of out of the guardians of the galaxy stars, though Dave Batista is the only one who was pretty explicit about the situation. Everyone. Everyone else isn't pretty likely. They're like they went to the pre. They said, I wanna say something, but I went to play PR person. I said something that could be, you know? Yeah. But he said, I will have more to say. But right now, all I can say is this Jim's gone is one of the people. One of one of the most loving caring, good natured. People I've ever met. He's gentlemen kind and cares deeply for people in animals. He's made mistakes. We all have. I've not okay with what's happening to him. The animals thing was kind of came out of nowhere, but that's, that's the sign of a good people. Also, I mean, like to the Roseanne point, there were people that defended Roseanne to she. I saw the people ended the half apology helping out and she apologized stupid. No, no, I I'm not saying that one is right and what is wrong? Not at all. I'm just I'm trying to look at it from. Oh, well, maybe this guy. I agree. I agree with the use of arts, like all his tweets were terrible taste. Granted. They were from a decade ago and I do definitely believe people can change. I hope people can change for sure. And even he admitted as much, whether it's only because he got caught or not, whatever that's well he'd already well just multiple times. So this this is from. Twelve, oh, guardians of the galaxy director. James going apologizes for controversial jokes quote, I'm sorry and regret making them at all twenty twelve Hollywood reporter. Oh, this already came out those two years before guardians of the galaxy and was dealt with. Yeah. When he was put on gardens, the galaxy, some of this stuff came out already. So yeah, blog posts he'd written in twenty eleven made against months every jokes against homosexuals and owned up to it said it was immature said he was sorry, apologized for any hurt that it caused, and somehow we were all able to move on from there. I just find it fascinating. What changed from this to now. Well, so I mean, I basically was reading about this all fucking weekend because anyone who's watching now should understand that this is something that does affect everyone. You're watching it, it's well. It could affect you like like, you don't even have to have a broad between. You know, I'm saying us sitting at this table like us person you the viewer. Hush will receive an animated film adaptation, which I wanna read that again. It's it's the, it's the one where the guy in bandages, step ahead of Batman, every fucking Batman villain is in this story. It's the guy, manipulating, Batman, get away. Spoiler but I kind of I think it's a great pick for a movie. I want to read it again because I remember eighty Jim Lee, Jeff, low of I think. Doing the art and the writing. That's very cool rugs. Did you see them by gaslight? Did that good? And I started what? Yeah, it was Greg, and I started watching. I didn't finish that I was that I fell asleep during it. Go back and watch it. I also watched the new doomsday that they did, and I wait is that the new death, superman. I started watching yet. That's the worst part is out. Okay. Yeah, it's a two-part and I just kept pulling me out of this movie is that superman looks purple. Why did you have a bad tan? Is that what happen? No is like the blue. They use this purple blue in a Mike. That's not superman blue color on your TV screen. I know I wanted the just the fuck you so annoying. I don't know why just bothered me so much out of the movie should might watch all these review in one chunk like often by gaslight, Batman. Yeah, all there. All fun and not too long. Good stuff. Eighth Unie excited for us. Will you watch it watch it. I won't go out of my way to watch it. But if it comes to you to comes to me. Oh down and watch it. It's a fucking good storyline. Moving on. I got some other bits of news that happened before sago go before we get to that law regarding the James Gunn situation from last episode. I don't want to speak on this any more. No, I just wanna say Dave Teesta Sean gone. A lot of celebrities are coming out with James Gunn to speak out against his firing in. I don't know the thing about it. The more Disney seems kinda advancement hypocrite. So Sean Gunn though he made the point that he's like, I saw my brother become a better person because of making these MC you movies and but he says the same thing, he got a lot more rich. Yeah. More popular. He he said, he realized he says by the realize that instead of being provocative that James, he is actually a good storyteller and to just rely on your storytelling thing like this is what people don't understand is that you have to be provocative for people to notice you in the began? Yeah. In the crowd. Bring something that's different to the table. Little shot just be going along lockstep with everybody. You have to be a brand apart when you become big and you have that platform, then you like, oh, people are actually listening to me. I have to watch what I say now because you know, like I have influence before I didn't have any. So anything that I said was just like throwing it into the fuck in ways listening. Yeah, so I don't know why we're holding that same that two different types of people to different types of responsibility, double standard, same ability. I seem double standards. All of his mistake was putting an imprint and should've just what back and function, and he could make those jokes just precious. Right when he said last week, I think Disney knew it was there and they were like, whatever. Nobody, you know, they'd just gotta hope finds it and well, he made movies that were all and he this in two thousand twelve. Also, he apologized for this twenty twelve Disney was made aware this in two thousand twelve. They knew about. It's a whole history..
