"Oh man, okay, good to know with all that mission state will either validate its inclusion at the champions classic on Tuesday or it will lose, and it will not even be close at that point. So that's all fair. Here's the thing. Oh boy, if they lose a competitive game to a higher rank team, one and two and above Illinois, you said it on me. If Michigan state will play as a competitive game against Kentucky and loses, why would I drop Michigan state from 25 for losing a neutral court competitive game to a Kentucky team that's tougher? Looking forward to continuing to rank a 5 and three Michigan state team when we're entering December. I will Michigan, you ready for this? Michigan state can be one and two on Wednesday morning and still be about 25 and one. Do it. I will do it. I'm telling you right now. That is what I will do. Okay, as for these other results, yes, temple beats Villanova for the first time in a decade. I obviously didn't see this live apparently. It was a double court storm. They stormed the floor and then there was still, but you get this every so often, last owls win came in early December of 2012. Villanova was technically the first ranked team to lose the season. Yeah, they were shorthanded. But we kind of alluded to this a little bit on our Villanova summer shoot around episode when noting, not just a health issues, but Kyle Neptune taking over and had like big 5s to start, like open up against LaSalle. Now they got the win over the style at home, but then they got to go on the road to play at temple, and I know Kyle Neptune was not thrilled about having being tasked with that. And then as you mentioned earlier, there's a roadie against Michigan state at the end of this week on Friday night, which villano, I'm not saying Villanova can win. Michigan state will lose it in Jeep. He's going to bump the top 15. We know how that's going to go. If they lose the villain, they got to go. Believe it when I see it, my friend. But so that's a little rough, and it's just one of those things where, okay, we can, let's just calm it down. We'll see what we are going to have a lot to take into consideration with Villanova by the end of this month. I will be in Portland, Oregon to see them at the PK 85. They're going to open up that bracket play against Iowa state, but before that they've got Michigan state. So, and then the first game in December is at home against Oklahoma. There's a lot to learn about Villanova and they're not even fully healthy yet. So we'll just wait and see, but yes, if you're a Villanova fan, you're like, damn, Jay Wright, we can still see him driving away in his car right now, and we just lost a temple for the first time in a decade. It's tough. It's tough. So Friday night at the veterans classic. I'm working with the great Dave Ryan. Played by play, but also Steve lapis, color analyst, former Villanova coach. So LAT understands the pressure of that job. Like lapp came after rolling massimino. And obviously following Jay Wright just a whole nother level. So like Kyle was always gonna be up against it, trying to follow Jay Wright. But it's especially difficult. And I think most Villanova fans understand this. It's especially difficult when you're following Jay Wright and you're starting the season without two protected starters. It's just hard. That's just hard. That's hard for anybody. It is. Yeah, there's no doubt about it. Now, we've gone 44 minutes in this podcast before talking about the balls here. What a weird one, okay? So first of all, yeah, Colorado, and I'll have a note on the swag before we get out of here too, 'cause the swag definitely deserves some love. But Colorado is the only team in the country right now that has a projected quad one win in quad four loss. Grambling state, you know, bottom 30 bottom 40 in kenpo entering that game on Friday night. We mentioned on the Friday episode. It's part of the PAC 12 swack legacy series. This is the first year of it, and then you've got a few pack 12 teams going on the road, playing swack programs. I love it. Now I had a bite in the pack 12 in the ass. But something's literally should be bigger than basketball. This is one of those things. And so now you've got this weird, funky thing going on with Colorado, where they take the loss Friday night, and you think, oh, gosh. They're not going to get out of this weekend with a win. Incorrect. After losing 83 74, and what you have to assume that, you know, grandma state played a great game. How seriously did Colorado's players take it, right? You play in an HBCU environment, it's different from what any of those players have played in. And then I kind of wonder if Tennessee's players after seeing what had happened to Colorado, maybe had a similar mental approach, GP, like they see the buffs get dumped by grambling state and then Tennessee weird stuff, dude. They shot 6 of 26 from two on Sunday and ten of 37 from three, so it was a bad shooting night, but they were more successful from beyond the arc than inside. Let me add something there. Jared burson, who works for ESPN stats and info. He's always got these, I borrow stuff from him all the time. And so you no longer ESPN stats and info. Where is he at now? He's doing his own thing, but he left that company over the summer. I think he's current to be a lawyer. But anyway, I just, you know, I think he's a pod listener, but yes, he does have some good nuggets. Well, that's unfortunate.

"They need head radi on regular rest for that wildcard. Exactly for any team playing the orioles. There is a special kind of pressure because the orioles have been so bad and after their win over the red sox last night there fifty one in one of six but in a moment you know one game. It's baseball they're dangerous and you. I don't know if you felt this. I certainly did watching. The red sox play after getting swept by the yankees over the weekend losing last night. You could start to as a. I think it was debbie. Gammons browner texted me overnight. That it's like it. Felt like two thousand eleven all over again watching the red sox players Interesting yeah i mean you know that. Sweep against the yankees was a killer. They still control their destiny. I still like this schedule with two against baltimore. Three against the nationals. If they go four and one in seattle goes five and all were toronto's five and tied. But i think there's a good chance they go forward one during that stretch and trou- in seattle lose one so i'm still picking the red sox to sneak into that second wildcard but yeah not a sure thing in you know the pressure mounts with their loss. You got al rookie of the year at this point. Yeah i think i would still go. Randy rose arena. You know we forget. He's still a rookie. Bit numbers very strong across the board That'd be my pick. I know it's a close race. There's some other candidates. Adults garcia of the rangers has to be right up there. But i'm gonna rose arena. What about the orioles. First baseman ryan mount castle. Who did this last night. Sale along staredown at first the pitch now castle. This is a rocket up six on uh swing castle. Thirty two home runs. Listen to that crowd to dave ryan castle. He's still a rookie. He's got to be right up there you know. It's interesting for the orioles as terrible as they've been they're building a little bit of an offense foundation there with mount castle cedric ball and so they naturally had some positives within this disaster a season. He's been a big one. Yep so the atlanta braves. We touched on this a little bit. But i you know. Ask people in that organization aspirin center when we had him on the podcasts. Couple of weeks ago about how gratifying it would be for them to make the post season even if they don't advance what you think. Yeah i mean with with everything that's happened. Starting with marcel zuniga. Ronald kunia their superstar. You know missing half the year. Ah give that front office. Alex tackles a lot of credit huge credit for those trade deadline moves picking up adam divall jock peterson. Who is the out to her. They will ohio and they've all played great at all. I think last time i checked. He's leading the national league. Rbi's is between playing for the braves. And the marlins so. Those moves really rescued that season. And they've the pitching staff has battled some injuries in the rotation. But they're healthy now and that's why the braves look. I know we say this about every team urine. You have a chance there healthy. We saw the charlie. Morton look like an ace last night. They have a punchers chance in the playoffs. Don't know you're not agree. Maybe because i'm fielding texts every night it feels like for my son sank. We will smith what is he doing. Wow i agree with that and they almost blotches it last night. Rosario it was a good fielder. Drought the fly ball game. The that chance there the ninth. Yeah we'll samantha. Homerun prone he's blowing a lot of save..

"Shouldn't say almost always but it helps a lot if you have a very female specific problem. Because number one we know females more predominantly used social media than men. that's not a sexist thing that's stats my family. My dad ran at direct mail business up until now actually for thirty years. Direct mail is almost always open by the female of the household and they are almost always making the purchase decision and i think there's a lot of similarities between direct mail and social media and gender again. I'll put it to the audience. Prove me wrong product that you have. That's male dominant. That's doing well a facebook ads. And i'm sure there are exceptions but it definitely helps them very female focused product when it comes to having a successful product on facebook. There's some some that come to mind right away. I think of eric and beard brand. I think of Sasquatch which is also in. Ucf what's us. It's like another male beauty beauty but like hygiene brian. Yup male beauty. I seen as for like mens wallets and stuff but overall completely agree with you like i. I think that if you have like something. That's i think it can work for man if you have some. That's unique and like the marketing can be like really on point which you know for someone like eric or sasquatch guy. It is if it just kind of vaguely could be used for a man or woman or it isn't going to really push the needle it's tougher. Yeah i just think in to those are all in the health and beauty space. I guess maybe that's the exception to that kind of broad rule. Is that if you have anything in health and beauty whether it's male or female people are being no matter what gender you are. And they'll they'll impulsively by. If it's gonna make dave ryan look more beautiful but i think outside of health and beauty being male dominant really hurts and maybe that's just me trying to find an excuse for why i've never been able to crack facebook ads for either my off roading brown or my boating brand and it probably is an excuse but i still do think there's probably some substance to the idea that facebook works a lot better when you have a female dominant product. Yeah i definitely think that that's probably generally true all right well. We're running out of time quickly here. It's already over our thirty minute mark. You're asking me a bunch of questions. What about what's going on on your end. Is there anything that you wanted to cover before we wrap things up. Yes i mean. I think the big one for me is now all of a sudden having totally different outlook to potentially selling within the next year. And so that all of a sudden makes your outlook to how you're gonna run your business totally different. So generally in the fall. When i'm hyper focused on product development. And i'm still working on a handful of products which are going to be easy win so make truck ten for four. But also a dodge. That's an easy win. That i has relatively low risk but shelling out fifty thousand dollars into a brand new product where maybe i'm fifty fifty on that product being a home run. I don't want to necessarily take that risk. Where if it fails. I get all the downside and if it is excess the new buyer will get all the up. Something though things like that..

Here's more of the best of Justice Andrew Into this news, Talk and 11 30. 135 FM Justice Andrew along with Sam and the phone number is 6519895855 Andrew Langer, president of the Institute for Liberty. Fellow Talk Show host should be joining us this morning, I think is back from vacation. Be checking in with him coming up at seven o'clock this morning. We'll find we'll find out well, I was just in the middle middle. I'm 99% sure he's joining us and I was just in the middle of texting. And then I messaging him and I realized that we were coming back on the air. So before we before we Well, actually, that's what what was the answer? We need an answer to something before, because I've been derailed by what's happening with the vending origins of the of the lamp shit on the head. That's right Reason he got caught my curiosity, and Sam decided to actually research is so here we go. I tried. This is where we are. There's no specific, like or specific origin that can be pinpointed. But this article says, probably in the 19 tens 19 twenties. Says. While it's impossible to pinpoint the first instance of a man dining a lamp shade at the party, the image most likely came out of vaudeville and was popularized in early silent films in the adventurer in 1917. Charlie Chaplin plays a rich yachtsman who, while pursued by the police, put a lamp shade over his head and stood still, while the cops passed him by. That makes it that's like the earliest reference that could be found to it. Yeah, it was just a just a trope in comedy film. It's really It's It's It's. It's cool when you see little little Things like that. I was listening to, uh, I drew and I both enjoy Bill Simmons Ringer Network has a podcast called Rewatchable, where they They break down just movies that are rewatchable. This week's is super bad. And Yeah, yeah, I'm about halfway through it, and it's fantastic. But in it, um they talk about how it spawned like a lot of not just memes, but terminology from that film that actually started with that and unfortunately we are talking about the super bad and therefore I cannot mention The things that it spawned. No because of the because of the phrases are very rude. Yes, there's there's nothing PG 13. Oh, coming out of that movie? No, but actually, there was one particular phrase that ended up being Trademarked by one of the dudes from Jersey Shore. And I guess there was a feud afterwards because Jonah Hill had had originally said this raises super bad and they got all ticked off when this guy went and trademark it like he was the first one to do it. So can we know that? Yeah. Look at what the lamp shade in the head brought brought All of this. Look at what it has brought us. We'll just real quick because I just baby laugh so There's a there's a There's an issues that we're having here in the building in our break room consistently with our with our vending machine. Okay, so I actually think I know what's happened So Friday. You tried to buy something drew out of the vending machine. Not entirely on Friday, I walked by the vending machine on my way to get coffee. And I noticed that there were like two bags of Cheetos and something else had gotten lodged in there like somebody tried to buy them and they fell and got stuck. They got stuck, and then something fell on top of it. And I thought, Oh, you know Well, if I buy this pop tart, which was right above them, and it's like the heaviest thing on there. If I buy this pop tart, it will dislodge. Bring it down all these Cheetos and these talks. Bar or whatever else was in the 12. Yeah, right. So I bought. I bought the pop tart and it just fell on top of the bag of Cheetos and sat there. It was not enough weight to dislodge them. Five bought something else. I think it was a I think I bought a Twix bar first thinking that would do it. And then I was like, no, I gotta I gotta step up a level and go to the pop tart and that just fell and it just sat there. So at that point, I was done. I gave up now. I was under the impression that if you did negative pressure if you popped the drawer, another debt from a show, which apparently was alive if you pop the drawer below and you You provide pressure, that stuff will loosen up and it will fall. You tested that on Friday, Sam. It didn't work. It didn't work. But I did learn that my arm is little enough to snake up into the machine and dislodge it. And so now this morning freed all the Cheetos on Friday, I got the I got the treasure trove, and so which all that which caused controversy Because all this food arrived in the studio? Then it started with Drew, who had spent money on some of these things that I wasn't registering any of that. And I was, like all free food. What are you doing, man? I paid for all that stuff. You only paid lip for, like, half of it, So I'm not sure it was nice, so he didn't He didn't. He didn't, uh, donating me The pop charts on Friday. That was very hungry. So this morning? Yeah. So this morning, I'm like a sad puppy. Well, the best part was is that guards came in and suddenly he turned into his dog are to Mrs Yeah, I had the basking Drew like during the show. We were in the middle of a break up. But can I have one of the pop tarts? Injuries like that's fine, ever Bobdart? So the show the show was over. We were walking out crews gathering up the food, he goes. Would you like the other pop tart? I was so excited. Yes, my whole puppies so happy. So this morning it happened again, though. So this morning, I just popped out of my studio and I was actually on my way to the vending machine because I wanted us neck. And Dave Ryan from our sister station is like you are not going to believe the vending machines situation right now..

"To subscribe for free threat intelligence updates from recorded future and we thank recorded future for sponsoring our show. Brandon hoffman is chief information security officer at intel four seven one and he and his team recently took a closer look at threats targeting the transportation industries. I checked in with him for the specifics. We talk about transportation There's kind of commercial transportation. Which is you know airlines and kind of hotel companies and stuff. Then there's transportation companies that are more kind of almost considered critical infrastructure in the sense that more like the trucking industry or the shipping industry and things like that in this case we were talking mostly around commercial transportation. And you know they have a lot of the same problems that that other companies do. They are dependent on a significant supply. Chain they have lots of footprint on the internet. They have places where customers can log in. They have places where their employees log in that are exposed the internet so there is a large attack surface available for the transportation industry at large. And so what was some of the specific things that you all were looking at here. Yes so oh specifically here. We're looking at a kind of a surge in traditional initial access so access to their networks so people selling access to these networks or of course compromise credentials compromise credentials are are have have always been but are now even becoming potentially the number one initial access vector that. We're seeing Abusing a transportation systems for cashing out other activity or even kind of the basis for monetization through kind of gift cards. And of course. Nobody's safe from this these days ransomware. Yeah can we dig into to some of the stuff you found with gift cards. I think that's an interesting aspect. A lot of people don't always consider. Yeah absolutely so you know cashing out through gift. Cards specifically before crypto currency was around. You know moving a lot of money. Around of course is difficult in in traditional fiat currency systems and so gift cards is one of these kind of grey areas where you can buy gift cards. Nobody's tracking where the money comes from. You can use a gift card and you know largely the organization whose gift card it's four. They're not checking You know if if you're authorized to use that gift card because you know to a degree they want it off the books. It's money out there that they have to account for day over day year over year they wanted spent because they want to account for that money. Spent in so cybercriminals have long used that. To of course launder some money but also in this case specifically stealing points miles turning them into gift cards because when you think about the initial access vector something like compromise credentials if you get compromised credentials that work on an account. That has you know a bulk of of airline miles or hotel points. The easiest thing to do would be to convert that into a gift card. Take that gift card and then sell it to somebody else and you might think to yourself. Well they can track all that. But you know there's not a lot of infrastructure that's been designated to tracking that type of fraud as compared to traditional financial fraud. They can't account for it because it hasn't really been spent yet hasn't been used to for a service or a good in so they want it to be used but they don't want their customers to be defrauded but they're not losing money right mean. Somebody's spending that money anyway. So if i steal gift card from you dave ryan in. And let's say you had one hundred dollars gift card for an airline and i steal it from you and i sell it for fifty dollars and somebody uses the gift card while the airlines still getting their hundred dollars worth ryan yeah. So what are the take homes here. I mean for for folks who are in the transportation industry. Are there any things that you suppose. They should be doing. That isn't getting the proper attention it deserves but largely the takeaway is not all the different from other conversations. We've had around you know cyber hygiene. No industry is immune to the cyber attacks. Whether it's initial access and data exfiltration whether it's some type of fraud and weather it's ransomware. i mean everybody's who has an internet connected. Businesses is at risk for these things These attacks and you know you should do everything you can to take.

"Um So I got to get to coming back. This, uh, this you want to talk about vindictive. We can talk about this this voter fraud. I'll get your comments as well. What else have to get to you? Uh, Business year has been sent a letter by the Pima County Health Department for a violation. I've never heard of this in my life. Oh, coming up, right? It's all coming up. This is this is incredible. Really? Okay. Should we take it right now? Okay. Why wait. Dave Ryan wants me to push you to the front. Welcome to knsd High. Yo. Hey, Ryan, I want you to borrow. Okay. This This guy's already already lost my mind. Um, Hang on. Dave. Dave! Dave! Dave, stop talking. You're on the air with Garrett. So you have that? Let's let's let's try it again. Welcome to knsd. Dave. Ryan told me to take you right now. Hi. Alright. Hey, man. How's it going? Hey, I want you to talk about some of the that you have of the election being some of the what? The evidence you have of the election being so on. Okay, well, I already talked about yesterday and even today how the Senate said, and they have several senators come out, said the ballot images. Don't match the actual balance of Maricopa County has. So where do those magic ballots come from? That that's one piece of evidence. Would you? Would you like more and they're uncovering more. They're uncovering more and more. And if you hang on a second, and and if you really think Joe and I would why do you think the election was not stolen? By the way? Well, you've got a lot of people, even prominent Republicans saying it wasn't you got attorney General Barr saying it wasn't I mean, there's a lot of people say it wasn't and a lot of court saying it was no, no, no, no. On the first off, first off, no court actually took the case. They didn't want any part of it because they were scared. Not one court so evidence. They all said it lacked standing because they just didn't want to deal with it. You got that wrong? Secondly, secondly, Bill Barr, it's come out that he actually ordered the Pennsylvania Eastern District, Pennsylvania, U. S attorney to not investigate voter fraud allegations in Pennsylvania. Why would he do that? I don't know. Why would why would bar issue there was no fraud because he's part of the swamp man. They didn't want Trump in there. Really? Really. So that's all you have. So that that's all that's all. Yeah. You gotta have some evidence. So so you've got to have some episodes. So again, first off the evidence. I just told you want to Bill Barr actually again told the U. S attorney do not investigate. The the allegations that you're receiving a voter fraud. Don't invent. He told him it. It's on my page a canister dot com The letters there you can go ready for yourself. You want evidence? I bring it to you. What about this before? You know it was a clean election. Okay, Sure. First off. You're a clown. You're just ahead. Don't stop. Stop. First of your clown. Secondly, because you just you just a punk trying to start Stop. Listen to this. You got nothing. Secondly, What about the evidence in Georgia? That you just I just told you about? Hello. Come on. Do something proven in the course of the land. Oh, and answer the question in this morning. Dawn since the Wizard of Oz is so beloved to you. I'll start. I want to start with you. Uh, your thoughts in general about turning this into a movie. I think if it's done well, and they follow the Play version, the musical version closely and don't take liberties with it. I think it will be fine because it's a pretty strong, you know, It's a strong script. The music is just amazing, and I think it has a great message to it. So I'm fine with it, actually. Okay, So you're talking about there? Not not like Hamilton where they're just going to film the stage version. No, they're doing no great question. I think it's fantastic for all the same reasons. It's a great story. Great music who will be played the characters does that matter? Yes. I think it does. I don't eat. I think they need to not cast stars. It's a big enough show is it is used the Broadway performers use the people that did the tour who are just his excellent. I have a friend. Yeah, because I don't think the the property is so large that you don't need stars to hold it up. You know what I mean? You don't need no bringing people to the art in. Thank you. Watch this watch is Hey, Kenny. What do you think about a wicked movie? Okay. Do what? No way, please. I would just like to say it.
