"You've got six million dollars that you're going to be able to work with their snacks. Harrison should've beyond cloudy Everson. Griffen Mike Daniels now cloudy and Griffin of course or defensive ends, but maybe you're able to move a defensive end inside. If you go that route, Daniels and Harrison or both out there that are defensive tackles that kind of fit. What spags wants to do a little bit more? I would I would like to see them go after my Guy Marcus. Golden now I know he mattie the first thing he'll say is, he doesn't fit any of the thresholds. He doesn't mean anything that's bags. Once remedy offensive in all of that is one hundred percent true, but if you look at the skillset of what Marcus golden brings to the table, he is kind of what spags wants from his defensive ends. He's GonNa. Give you a good edge. He's really strong against the run, and he's got work his ass off as a pass. Rush reaction that we reminds me a little bit of Frank. Frank Clark in the way that he rushes the. He's just all effort all the time and he's one of the best dude you'll ever meet, so marcus golden would be a guy. I would pound the table for he's on this like weird tag from the giants right now. Where if he gets paid more from somebody else, he can take that offer, but technically they have like the right of first refusal. It's a weird situation, but four five six million bucks and bring in one of those dudes see. Of course we couldn't get through the entire podcast without vk bringing up a Mizzou guy you. Had to get. We gotta have back home at the time because I got some Missouri plays out the we gotta talk about the draft to Craig. That's true. That's true. Missouri's going to have some. Some draftable players this year. That's. PODCAST. We'll have you back on for that. One at Brandon four twenty two, says pick one Chris Jones or snacks Harrison and Jamal Adams. I have been leading the Jamal Adams. Hype train I am here for Jamal Adams. He's awesome. He's a really good football player. And I think a conversation that not enough fans are having right now, and it's an uncomfortable. One is the very real possibility that tyra. Matthew doesn't get resigned here. Now I'm not saying it's going to happen. But TYRA Matthew is two more years left on his deal. We all know he has an injury history. We don't know what he's GonNa look like as a thirty plus year old defensive player wind speed is so important on the back end I know. You guys talk all the time about top tier athletes in that defensive backfield. Very he's not going to be one of those types of guys, so if you've got Jamal Adams it at least gives you insurance back there of a young player that can fill in that and matthew type of role, and then you just roll with back guy with one thornhill and boom. You've got your safeties of the future while also having your safeties of the present. I think he makes a ton of sense for this team. Chris, Jones, in the chiefs, very clearly or not seeing eye-to-eye, I'm here for it. I know it's going to be unpopular, but I would be here for Jamal. Adams trae straight up for Chris Jones. I love having became the podcast. I feel like I. Don't really have to say much like he kind of gets just about every point i. need out there yet. Give me snacks. Harrison Jamal Adams I think. Jamal Adams I tweeted about this a couple times now. I think every tweeted out there. The worst case scenario if you trade Chris Jones Jamal like if that's roughly how deal works out you get Jamal Adams from more years for cheaper new get Chris Jones and you know he's GonNa, show up the play at least for the first year and I think you can make that more impactful than you can make just a single or a partial single year from Chris Jones. It is the way it sits right now, and then I get added somebody like snacks arison. Who was absolutely elite albeit a? A few years ago, but in the League defensive player elite Interior Defensive Player for Steve's Bagnall with the giants. That's a no brainer to me. You can even stop snack sub out snacks from. Daniels became mentioned earlier. I would love Jamal Adams with one thornhill with tire. Matthew on this defense. He's essentially the lsu version of Meka Fitzpatrick. Maybe he doesn't have that outside corner ability, but he's the same kind of player Dave Rhonda I'm sure would talk just as nicely about Adams is. Saving does Meka Fitzpatrick? Yeah. He has the linebacker potential that make of Patrick does not have. That's the other part of that he just if you're looking at this from a team building standpoint I think it's very clear Chris Jones after twenty twenty is probably not going to be a chief. I think we can fairly certainly stand on that box. They are at a major impasse here, so unless something changes. Changes in the next ten days here nine days when you guys are hearing this, I think that Chris Jones is probably not going to be achieve beyond this next year. Jamal Adams is under club control. The chiefs may see you know that they want to pay for Jamal Adams after moving on from tyrod Matthew, but in the two years that you get one thornhill Jamal Adams entire. Entire and Matthew together good luck, absolutely good luck throwing in the middle of the field. Good luck having any sort of crossing out you know, pay any sort of dividends for you. You just basically limit what offenses can do and when you Patrick Mahomes on the side of the field. If you are limiting what the opposition can do on that side of the field it just it's. It's silly you all the sudden. You start talking about major dynasty potential simply by adding Jamal Adams. Yes, you get worse. You move on from Chris Jones. Get worse on the front. Certainly you do. Nobody's saying that you don't but in twenty twenty and twenty twenty one. You have Jamal Adams under contract I just think that from a longer term perspective. He makes a lot more sense. At Coal McPherson sixteen. Do you think Chris? Jones or Jeff? Simmons or Quinton Williams trade would be a possibility, and if so, which player would you prefer getting out there on this one? I don't think it's a possibility I think part of the issue right now is simply how Chris Jones. And his team has handled the situation. I think knowing you have to pay. Chris Jones the absolute most money. You could possibly have to pay him right now for eighteen big tim much less desirable than if he was willing to play out this year on the tag or to come to the table negotiate. But they've drawn a hard line in the sand. So that already limits your teams down and then after that I don't think the titans or the jets are ready to give up on their second year. Defensive tackles that were would both have been top ten picks Simmons was hurt quitted Williams, obviously was. Similar for the titans actually flashed quite a bit for a guy that came back from injury middle of the season. I think he was very good for them. spurts at there's they got rid of drill Casey for a reason. Jeffrey Simmons is a huge part of that reason Quinton. Williams didn't have near the rookie season that I think most people thought he would for the jets. He was a young guy and I think you started. He reports he was a little naive. Very young and it showed and I think he's only go up from here. He's an athletic freak. No one's worried about him right now. I don't think either guy would trade him, but I would take Simmons I think Simmons fits the Steve Spagnuola defense a little bit more. Even though I thought quitted. Williams was a better prospect coming out. Yeah, I would go simmons if you could get one of these teams to trade you one of their prized prospects for Chris, Jones, but What's the incentive for them to do exactly that you're getting older, more expensive and Jets certainly are contenders right now. So why are they getting older and more expensive at a premium position than they are right now and for the titans? They've got other cap concerns right now that they've got to deal with it. Just pay their quarterback whether you think they should or not. They paid him. They've got to figure out what they're GONNA do with Derrick Henry long-term. They've got other stuff that they've got to deal with on the cap situations, so I wouldn't think that they would be interested in this either I think it's a long shot for either of those two teams to even be interested in this, but if they're interested, I, mean I will definitely consider from the chiefs perspective. quit. Williams, I think is the only one of those two that has a real Jefferson. With is a monster. You guys an absolute monster..

"College football loving ballers graduation skippy. You've got mail. You've got mail on the solid verbal. Let's start here at the very top from Brian. He wants to go. How does Baylor's improved defense? Adapt to the Dave Aranda system. So Dave Aranda highly paid defensive coordinator for the Lsu Tigers. They win a national championship. Matt RULE LEASE GOES GETS A godfather offer from the Carolina Panthers Lo and behold Dave rant as you head football coach in Waco Dan. Now Dave Rhonda comes from really good defensive stock US run. A great defenses. Defensive Style is defensive stock you kind of like Batman when he talks right. He's got that that's cross deep voice. Yeah but defensively defensively. What do you feel in here? So Phil Snow ran a like an adaptable three three five. He rotated in a number of players. Which is good news for the bears? Because I think they lose nine starters on those most of if not all of their linebackers their secondary GonNa look pretty different but a lot of the guys who are stepping in should be familiar with playing I level college football on a High Level. Defense Dave rant. His defense succeeded. I saw this from our daily bears a really cool community That David ran has defenses have succeeded in year one every you know. Utah State Wisconsin. Lsu they've made jumps so I imagine. Baylor is going to be in a pretty good position. I don't know if it's where they were last year. A lot of upperclassmen allow guys with a ton of experience The Baylor offense to me under Larry FIDORA's probably the bigger question. The line is okay but pretty new and they should not be as explosive as they were. At times it was not a crazy explosive offense last year but It's going to be new. Look on both sides. I think there's going to be adjustment period. The good news for the defense is I mean there are. There are a lot of scary experience. Quarterbacks in the big twelve my sources say no. No not really. Yeah I mean they're Sam Etlinger and we assume Spencer aller whoever starts at Oklahoma should succeed but otherwise across the conference I don't Spencer Sanders had moments. But he's not where. Oklahoma State quarterbacks have been Kansas State. Tcu West Virginia. A lot of questions on offense so it's a good year. I think to work in a new a new defensive scheme for Baylor on the topic of Baylor we have a question here from Adam. He's even be Dave rant as three four by the way. Crown Roberts is the new might be. His defense will say correct. And that's where I'm going next year. So Adam writes in and he says he graduated from Baylor More Baylor in two thousand one before matt rule he had never seen a baylor coach. Leave under good circumstances and he knows what the talking points are. When coach gets fired for losing or for some crazy other reason but his question is what are the talking points when it doesn't end on bad terms what of these talking points now for? Baylor given the fact that they had a great season year ago. Matt rule leaves what they bring in and excitable guy in a Dave Aranda This is a real your question. I had never really considered this. I would lean on the fact that I think the talking points will center around the fact that first off Dave rant is first time head coach. Yeah but Dave Aranda brings in a I believe proven commodity at least in the offensive side of the ball and Larry Fedora Knows HOW TO COACH. Offense should hopefully improve their output on the on the offensive side. Excuse me yeah. And you mentioned Ron Roberts Ron Roberts was a mentor for Dave Aranda. He taught him a lot of what he knows. So I I would hope that if you like the Dave Aranda Defense that you've seen over the years what you're going to see now out of Ron Roberts. Even if there is a new cast on the defensive side of the ball for Baylor You should expect more of the same moving forward. I think you know what you are getting or at least we have a really good sense of what we are getting for. Baylor for the foreseeable future just given the coaching staff. That Aranda has assembled here. Yeah I expect the Reduced Sodium Baylor. That's all reduce Sodium Baylor reduce sodium. Baylor Nathan wants to know yes. Will Wisconsin win a national tighter title or tighter under Paul? Chryst NO CARES. Wisconsin's really good and fun at football. They need a game changing quarterback and I don't think they've had one since Russell Wilson and that was not an accident but that was a happy occurrence to receive somebody as talented Russell Wilson. I just the the talent isn't necessarily there. There's certainly a tier below Recruiting lies and bringing in blue chips to absolutely compete and win a big ten championship over presumably Ohio State. And then win two games against teams. Like Clemson Georgia Alabama Oklahoma. That kind of thing so now I I think probably not but I'll never say never I'll say there's a one point six percent chance. I'm not rooting against their chances but L. I tend to agree with you know that just came into Madison as well. Jack wants to know who should Colorado Higher and by the time it was. Do you want to just react to every potential hire? We see happening well. We joked around on the mysterious G. Chat earlier today that they were going to announce Bret Bielema at six O eight. Pm Eastern time shortly after we hit the Stop Button because are all big announcements in college football. It always happens immediately after we hit the Stop Button on a podcast doesn't yeah you're not a college football podcast unless you complain about the timing of coaching news. So who are the likely candidates here? Bret Bielema one right. Yeah Troy Calhoun Brett. Bela mother was report from football scoop. I saw today as we record this Wednesday. The what's the nineteenth? Yeah that announcement could come as early as tomorrow so shift time with us. Boudou Buddha I think both of those hires. What's the opposite of hot and bothered cold and comfortable? Yeah I don't I don't Desire View. I like the literal option that Troy Calhoun. And what that offense looks like at its best but I'll just go get Kenya. Modelo engage his interest. Maybe he wasn't interested in Colorado but I would. I would go for the doing this option thing man. I can't what I can't get into it. Colorado is a job that if you take Colorado to nine wins you're probably gonNA leave unless you went there or a west coast guy and that's what you want to coach in the PAC twelve. If Bret Bielema goes to boulder and goes nine three. He's just gonNA leave and were back here. Who WANTS TO BILL? Though I I mean he had a nice year at Arkansas. Singular singular really nice run at Wisconsin. Now he's been in the NFL. Arkansas is a tough place to win and he had a singular goodyear Troika own doesn't really do it for me it's hard to know exactly what he'll run Can You Modelo talked about adjusting? His offense when he was in under consideration for the Arizona job. And you know perhaps it's it's a different style offense than what he's done in previous years but the air force is these past like basically his entire era have not been good and I understand. It's tough to build a good defense when that's what your offense runs but it's tough. I would trust can new modelo more. That's all that's that to me is is is better. I know Eric Be Enemies. Name came around. He was the offensive coordinator. There like two thousand eleven. Two Thousand. Twelve reese all time bad. Colorado offenses. I don't think that's on him has succeeded with the chiefs. I think he can do better than Colorado. We Love Boulder and we like Colorado football being. Good I'm a mixed on the Bret Bielema thing. I don't think that culturally. He is a good fit but I am interested. Stylistically in what a version of his old offense could do in the PAC twelve now if he could rebuild essentially What he had it Wisconsin with a beast offensive line in a really solid running game and just like a really good game manager at quarterback You could go places in the you could win nine Games in the PAC twelve with that pretty easily. Maybe it's because he was a Colorado state but Jim mcelwain just looks like a Colorado coach. He just looks like yeah. That dude runs out with the Buffalo. I get it. I see that they were considering Jim. Mora of course job. Moore's name comes upgrade age retreads. Could Lord okay? I don't I mean Darren Shivarine Sheba Rini. Who's been there for a few years? Distant right I know he's been under consideration. Yeah it's a IT'S A. It's another tough job next question. Next question Dan Let's go to. Let's go to left. Coast King Oh. I'm ready. Did the Miami Hurricanes Windy off season? Okay this is a loaded question headed into spring ball The went six and seven. They landed a new offensive coordinator and Rhett. Lashley the top two players in the transfer portal. They hired Ed Reed. They finished with a number thirteen recruiting class and six under armor. All Americans so I was under the impression that they sort of one the off-season last year when they got Manny Diaz. We did a whole thing on how bringing the swagger back to Miami that did not work out according to the plan here but now we're back for another bite at the Apple. Dan they win this off season. I mean I've I've Long said Miami and USC OUR SISTER SCHOOLS USC Manda those recruiting classes. The assistant hires transfers. I'll do do is good. Yeah that's a question is he? Is he actually good I so he his offenses whether or not he's called the plays? I don't know if he's been the architect because it's been with Gus Malzahn and most recently sonny dykes at smu offenses have succeeded with other people building. Those offenses and so- Auburn's offense seemed to get worse the more he was empowered. I wasn't in the room I have no idea but that's what it seems that you know. Nick Marshall Offenses were really fun and then when they went into the post. Nick Marshall World where ret Lashley seemed more responsibility and what they weren't as good So I don't know I honestly don't know about that. And the transfer portal thing the Eric King certainly promising. Quincy Quincy Rochet. I think his name is from temple. The edge rusher really strong for temple. Ed Reed if he play safety he's able to play. I don't know exactly. I think what the head of personnel chief of staff something like that. So hopefully that's a good influence on people carrying at Miami. It's just what is the offense. Look like that's all it is and so winning the off season. I I don't know I like when Oregon's done personally hiring Joe moorhead recruiting well keeping Mario Cristobal. All of those things have been positive for me. there's a number of teams who had decent enough off seasons Tennessee finishing with a really nice recruiting class and finishing their year. I think the momentum is nice for Tennessee. Sure I think winning. The off season is important. Thing if you're Miami so yes I will say yes. Sure I mean.

"On December thirty first nineteen sixty two the instrument department at GE released a fact sheet on the turbo encapsulated, by the way, I've seen. Turbo encapsulated presented as both a single word and has two words as turbo in calculator. So dealer's choice, I guess both appear throughout engineering joke. Literature the fact sheet, however, really helps clear things up for example, the function of the turbo encapsulated is made clear by this fact sheet it's quote to measure in verse reactive current and unilateral phase detractors with a display a percent realization in quote. So finally, we know what's going on. Right. Much of the fact she is drawn directly from quicks description of the turbo encapsulated from back in nineteen forty four other parts gleefully build upon the nonsense, for example there. A section on the fact sheet about the application of the device that reads quote, caution because of the replenishment tive flow characteristics of positive ions. In unilateral phase detractors, the use of clauses static regeneration oscillators is recommended if turbo encapsulated is used in explosive atmospheres in quote, the fact sheet actually includes an image of the supposed- device, the first image that I could actually find on record this version if you were to look at it looks like a cylinder mounted on its side on a small stand. So think of like a like a water bottle, but you have an on its side on one end of the cylinder is a fan that sticks out of the end. There's a link of piping stretches across the top of the turbo in calculator. So again, like it would be the side of the cylinder. But the top of the device, and there's some other details on this as well. Although it's hard to make L because I've only seen scans of the original dyke. And they tend to be pretty low quality scans. So it's hard to make out details. The entire right up followed the format of official GE standards for product documentation. So the people who made this actually made it. So it looked exactly like any standard, GE documentation. They followed all the rules, and it was inserted into the official GE handbook. Now, I'm sure that those who painstakingly read through the entire handbook were amused or maybe befuddled by the joke. Also, I feel this is a good place to say that it pays to read through employee handbooks because you never know when someone's going to slip in a joke, and as someone who has actually designed employee handbooks in the past. I'd also say it is incredibly satisfying to put jokes into official materials, you know, so long as those jokes aren't going to backfire on you. So I would actually recommend getting official approval before getting wacky with the official handbook. It is good to see why a in those cases still and this point we're talking about print representations of this ridiculous notion in nineteen seventy seven the turbo encapsulated made the transition from page to screen an actor named bud. Haggard who was well known for voice over and industrial film performances. Took on the role of an engineer. Delivering a matter of fact explanation of the turbo encapsulates. The script was nearly word for word quicks original piece in nineteen forty four. It was edited a bit, but had essentially the same flow, and it was helped with meaningless diagrams and sketches that haggard would point to throughout his delivery as if he was actually pointing at the physical components of this fictional device his tone and approach made it sound like he was talking about something that any kid could understand with relative ease. It was brilliant. According to internet lore hander proposed doing the short as an add-on after an official short film for GMC was shot. It was a an an industrial film about one of their truck lines. So he goes in. He does this commercial shoot for GMC about their truck lines, and he works with the film crew. And then afterwards, he takes the film crew aside, he talks to the director whose name was Dave Rhonda any asks them to stay after. So that he might shoot a short film that is based off the turbo encapsulated piece haggard had actually written the script based on that nineteen forty four article and made it something that he could create a presentation out of and industrial films were something of a big deal in the seventies and eighties, and they could actually make the rounds with an industry. So this nineteen seventy seven fake. Industrial film that haggard made.

"This tell you what's really going on. And I want to combine a couple of things here. I want to go back to McCabe and his book here is a guy that is writing a book and profiting. Earning money on his Ed mission. Essentially in a he was running a silent coup to overturn a presidential election. And every one of the people he was working with McCabe working with Komi, and Bruce or and James Baker Jim Baker in the FBI and Clapper and Brennan, and and all the others Rosenstein, not a one of them has ever been elected to anything not a one of them has any kind of a mandate from anybody in the American people to do what they were doing. And they were running an effort to undermine a duly elected president. It was a coup and the media was in on it. And they continue this coup is continuing is the point in the coup. I think continues in this budget deal. So just hang on. Here is I draw the lines and connect these things. It's it's it's a multifaceted coup that that is occurring. Again, it hasn't changed. Even though the news has been hitting the past couple of days that the Muller reports got blah in it. And that there might not even be a report all this that doesn't change the objective. The objective is still to drive President Trump's approval numbers as low as they can that remains their objective. They want an and they're panicking when they see him at fifty two percent at Rasmussen Forty-five percent at CNN. They are panicking. It's the exact opposite of what they wanted to happen. When they when they come up with a piece of legislation both parties like this budget deal that they present the him to sign. This is part of the coup. This is part of the ongoing effort to get rid of him. Explain this in just a second. But it is it is the the effort to go get the Covington guys is all part of the effort. To create hate about and for Trump and Trump supporters. This this jussie smollet farce is all part of an effort. It's all part of an ongoing effort to discredit Donald Trump and to portray his voters as a bunch of racists hate-mongers. There is pure venom in the minds and the hearts of all of these people in congress at the FBI who continue this. For lack of a better term silent coup that is designed to even now overturned the results of the two thousand sixteen election. And and these these people in the dip state deep state, they are cowards through and through hiding behind a bunch of different artifices that they have created such as Russian meddling Russian collusion doing it for the sake and the future of the country and so forth. Now, how does this relate to this Bill? This budget Bill and your your Hampton stand this both parties there are some Republicans that support the president in the conservative caucus. But there are a lot of Republicans in the house and Senate who still qualify as never Trumpers, the purpose of this budget deal. And I want you to consider this when you when you go back and forth, deciding whether you think it was a good thing or a bad thing for him to sign it not talking about the national emergency is actually signing the deal as opposed to not signing it which would have led to another shutdown. I believe and I think I'm a thousand percent correct about this. The purpose of this budget deal. When you look before I tell you that let me give you some of the contents as we went through yesterday. There is a limit on the number of detainees. There is limit on how much of border and fence can be built there's a limit on. What kind can be built? There's a limit on modernisation. This Bill is filled with congressional edicts telling the president of the United States want. He cannot do. Now authorizes twenty three billion dollars for homeland security, but it specifies one point three seven five billion for fencing and mortaring. But there are so many limits on this estimate this money practically irrelevant by designing on purpose. Because I firmly believe. That what members of congress both parties actually want with this Bill is to send a message that nothing is ever going to happen. As long as Donald Trump is president the attempt in this budget deal is to send a message to you Trump voters, and it's worthless. Voting for him. That is a waste of time supporting him because they are demonstrating that he can't get anything done. They are not going to let him get anything done. They're going to put obstacles in the way. And they're gonna make sure as best they can he can't get anything done, and you are supposed to conclude at some point you don't want. Maybe we would be better off without Trump. Maybe we would have a better chance of getting something done without Trump because they hate him so much that they're never going to allow anything decent and good for the country as long as he's there. That's what they want you saying. It's no different than what they did the Sarah Palin. They had created so much negativity around Sarah Palin. They convinced all kinds of Republicans. It'd be better to just sweep her away. Rush. The media hates are so much. He's Dave Dave Rhonda rush. They've destroyed her. I mean, we gotta jumper. We gotta get rid of somebody got to replace him with somebody. Remember that? I think this is exactly the purpose of a stupid legislation. It is it's not even a budget deal. This is Pelosi in the house and Schumer in the Senate getting together. And because they know when it comes to illegal immigration, these parties are unified folks for the most part, the Republicans and Democrats are for open borders. There are exceptions on the Republican side. But there are a lot of Republicans that don't want Trump to succeed. Even now there are a lot of Republicans just like after he was inaugurated don't want him to succeed. So they come up with a piece of legislation here that is outrageous. It is outrageous in its denial of the existence of a genuine emergency at the border. They don't care. They will deal with whatever mess they create. They don't care how bad it gets because their world. The only mess is not all Trump. And since the Russian effort in the Muller effort and everything else related to that has failed to get his approval numbers down. And that has been the objective from the get-go. This is the latest effort, and what they're I it won't be long. You Mark my words on this. It's not gonna be long before some Cable News Network. Assembles a panel and one of the themes on the panel is going to be is the message here really to Trump voters that they're wasting their time with Trump because he's so disgustingly hated he so despised it congress just isn't gonna work with him. They're just not going to let anything get done. The Trump wants when Trump voters be better off abandoning Trump with Trump voters be better off if somebody else could come along and pick up the Trump metal. This is what this Bill is all about. Yeah. There's the actual contents of the Bill would it relates to budgeting and limits on the wall. So that's real. Don't misunderstand. And all of the pork barrel spending. Yeah, that's real too. But I think that the real objective here. It's the send the message that Donald Trump. Can't win. He so hated he so despised he is so opposed that you Trump voters. You're basically, you're basically spitting into the wind is nothing that can happen here. And we are passing a budget. We in congress your congress. We're passing a budget designed to show you how irrelevant and unimportant. He is not a single thing that he wanted is in this budget. And therefore, not a single thing that you want. It is in this budget. The hatred and the resentment for Donald Trump has not abated it has not subsided. If is increasing it is ratcheting up because he is defeating them at every turn. And I'm telling you this MC McCabe ought to be in prison. Not profiting off of a book packed with lies about the supposed- impeachment. Behavior of Donald Trump. All of these people ought to be in the midst of a serious investigation. What they have done and how they have violated the constitution and how they have worked behind the scenes as the cowards. They are to try to overturn the election results in two thousand sixteen because they don't like it. And they don't think somebody like Trump ought to have the right to be in their little club of people who run the country and people who run Washington DC. So now, we come to the press conference today and Trump just owns them. They expect Trump to be whimpering or they're hoping that you'll be whimpering. They'll hoping he'll be conciliatory they're hoping that he will act defeated hoping that he will recognize the truth. And that is people hate his guts, and they're never gonna let him have any name. He's never going to get one thing tortoise agenda, and they're hoping you'll end up being disbanded or figures, and he just steam rolls them today. He steam rolls than today in technique steamrolls today in style, he steamrolled the media that was asking is quite a even open it up to questions when they weren't even prepared for that are popping up like Jackson the box. Mr president. And then. Somebody who who was it. It was NBC White House correspondent Kelly O'Donnell, Mr President, Mr president could you tell us to what degree some of the conservative voices helped to shape your views on this national emergency. And his answer was nobody he did describe his friendship with Hannity. He talked about me. He talked about Laura Ingram talked about Ann Coulter. But he did not say any of us influence, in fact, what he said was he said this in regard to Hannity, but he managed there. But everybody's they these people support my ideas, these people support my policies if I believed something else these people wouldn't be on my team. They wouldn't be on my side. He did not say all of us are influencing him this. This is another attempt. This question. This whole this whole narrative that Trump's afraid of me and again eighty percent of the sound bites today on the roster. Artem media talking about me and influencing Trump, and it's part of this older all effort to tell Trump voters. He didn't even know who he is. He didn't even know what he's doing. He's listening to these outside voices because he's lost. They are creating false narratives and false circumstances. All for the purposes of diminishing his stature in the eyes of all Americans. But especially the people that voted for I'm telling you do not fall for this. He went ahead and declared a national emergency made a point who talks like is. There is twenty three billion dollars Bill who talks like this. I've got more money. They gave me more money. I don't know what to do with. They just told me I can't spend it on the wall. So I gotta go find it away suspended. He described how they're gonna sue him. It was wonderful. He goes through this entire history of how he's been sued with every executive action. He's taken goes to the ninth circuit, California court circuit, they suicide there we lose their they. So as again, we lose there, and we go to the supreme court we win he predicted. Exactly what's going to happen. Because it has happened. He did it masterfully. He just owns these kinds of events because he's not one of them. He's not a politician proceeding cautiously here and speaking from a defensive or cautious. Frame of mind. He just he just lets it rip and he's not defeated. He is not despondent is not any of the things that they are hoping will be. What they're engaging in is the techniques they use to destroy each other. From the manual. How do you destroy members of the Washington establishment, particularly on the Republican side? You could go after them this way ABC and day. They're going after Trump the same way. But he's not one of them. Trump has faced opposition an enemies as powerful if not more so than this bunch of slobs that he thinks he's up against here. And the ability he has to just. Communicate with people that bond that he has established with people calling out the media. Once again is fake news pointing out how they make things up underlying. He just never pulls back never slows down constantly doubles down on things. So it's gonna be it's gonna be fascinating to see how this plays. But in the bottom analysis final analysis what congress did today with this budget. They're the ones that need to be called out. This is an absolute outrage what they've done and what they have done is strictly put together a budget. That is designed. To send a signal to Trump and Trump voters, you may as well give it up because Trump can't get anything done that he wants done or that you want done. We're not gonna let it happen. It's designed to make you finally start thinking about throwing Trump overboard. Let me take a break. We will come back open line Friday and the E I B network right.

"President you have a new athletic director. And they've both come out and voiced that he saved he'll be back next year. And now, you're essentially going behind their back saying, okay, we've changed our minds those guys were wrong, and he's going to be gone. So I think there's there's there's a lot of different areas in which it will be a bad. Look, you guys know how this works. Just like, I do if there are enough people, even if there's not enough and the right person or persons decide that they're willing to fork over the cash, and they want this decision to be made. Then the students going to get made. That's the reality of where we are in college football and big time collegiate athletics. So I think some of this is a bit far fetched some of these people were just having some fun with. I think some people are sensationalizing maybe one small bit of information that they have that they like and trying to make it into something else. But main this is this is what makes the silly season fun. You you never know what's really going on behind the scenes, but I still say right now today. And I know that there have been people who have had some serious discussions on the future of the Auburn football head coaching position. I still say right now today Gus malzahn, it'll be the head coach in two thousand nineteen for teams that are looking for coaches in news. There's some power five jobs that are open throughout two names. Earlier cold. I'm curious to get your reaction to them Alabama up into Cording, Mike Loxley possibly to Maryland. If I'm Maryland, I'm giving you locks a good hard, look, Texas Tech and Colorado Mel Tucker defensive coordinator for Georgia. I think that guy also deserved should have already been a head coach at a power five school. What do you think? I think Mel Tucker Okita good look at the North Carolina job or was going to get a good look at the North Carolina job until Mack Brown became a realistic possibility. And I think max probably one that maybe the school didn't really think about didn't consider. And then all of a sudden somebody be his agent his representation himself throws his name in and because that relationship is previously there because there's a decision maker that he probably knows in has a prior relationship with everybody else gets pushed to the side. And all of a sudden, he's the guy otherwise, I think male would have been an excellent higher. Scott Satterfield would have been an excellent higher for that North Carolina John app state head football coach. Mel Mel is going to be a head coach. I think that there there are a couple of guys out there, some smaller schools that you also look at then I think the Maryland job is Michael Oxley is if he wants it, honestly, I mean, that's the that's just gonna come down to do. You wanna leave Alabama being you off into coordinator with that treasure chest of gifts that that? That that ship full of pirate's booty that's just running around in Alabama uniforms on offense that you're going to be able to toy with for another couple of years and go be the head coach at Maryland. If he wants that he'll get that. So as far as other coordinators go, we're we're going to hear some of the usual cast characters. I think Dave. Rhonda's name is one that's going to be popular. That's obviously going to be thrown around chipmunks names probably going to get thrown around as well. So it's the the guys that you mentioned I like those names now, it's just gonna be really and truly exactly what jobs come opening. I think because of some of the older names that we're now seeing they're going to need some some coordinators as well. And they're going to have those relationships that run back a little bit deeper and have better relationships than some of the new and upcoming coaches, they may be able to attract bigger names Cole cubelic ESPN college football analysts joining us here on Freddie and Fitz Simons on ESPN radio and the ESPN app. What did you think about during? And after when it came to the madness of LSU seventy. Name was seventy four to seventy two. And that's not the be the main headline of that game. It was a it was a fun game. It was a wild game. It was a crazy game. And it didn't just stop when the game ended. I mean, obviously, there's there's a lot going on after the game there as well. I can't help. But sit back and question a college football player playing that many snaps on one night. I mean, that's just it. It's asking the lot. It's brutal. You that's a physical game with that front seven against the way that LSU plays ball and LSU's front seven. You got two teams that like to run the football the way Trayvon runs at the way LSU runs it. That's a lot to ask for either one of those football teams, it's one that makes it that much more. Sweet when you win it and a thousand times more brutal when you lose it, especially considering that you got a controversial call that had to overturn LSU essentially having that game in their hands in a ten win season in their hands. And then it gets taken away seven overtimes later. Just a. It's one of the things part of what makes sports so great just an unbelievable turn of events Saturday night in college station. You also had four lose seven loses. You we just talked about there with LSU and also number eight in the college football playoff rankings. So chaos hit on Saturday and you've been going back to Friday night with the apple Cup. Do you? See chaos still coming on championship weekend. No, I don't. Michael. Well, here's the thing. If if if allows states offense is rolling the way that they are Dwayne Haskins is throwing darts that he's been. I just I don't see Clayton Thorson and northwestern being able to keep up. Could Texas Oklahoma be a little more interesting possibly, but I think this Oklahoma offense is even a few steps ahead of where they weren't midseason when they went down to the longhorns. I think Kyle Murray is just that much more comfortable. He's doing that many more things this offensive line has really gelled and is one of the semi finals for Joe more award, which goes to the best offensive line college football every year. The only thing that they don't have that they had early in the year, not when they played Texas. But earlier in the year is stable a star running backs that we knew about, but I think they now know who they are in Oklahoma will be fine in that game, Alabama and Georgia could be intriguing, and I think there are some very intriguing matchups in this game. But ultimately because Georgia's last in the SEC and sacks in doesn't have a lot of guys up front that can generate a pass rush. One on one situations. I love the fact that they can cover. I don't know if they can pressure enough to realistically, go out and beat Alabama and the health of their offensive is a bit of a concern going up. Against the best defensive player in college. Football and Quinton Williams. Graceland Cole cubelic ESPN council analyst on Freddie and Fitz. Simons on ESPN radio with the top four teams and co cubits ranking ranking system right now, I would go Alabama one Clemson two Notre Dame three in Georgia fourth. I really think when you look at the resume you you look at what they've done you look at how hot they've been the last four or five weeks of the season. I mean, if you look at the last five games, I think from has has eight touchdowns no picks in these completing over eighty percent of his passes. He he has been on fire the last five games of the regular season. So for me Georgia will be right there in that fourth slot, and I would probably have Oklahoma at five in Ohio State at six so. Jorge Orta beat Alabama, and they're a double digit dog, right? Then that's a clean easy. One two three four in my opinion for the college football playoff. You see it's better for business to have it not be so clean and for Alabama to beat Georgia. Explain why. Okay. First off. We'll look at it. This way you've been in there. Just like, I haven't mock selection committee. So they emphasize obviously a conference championships. Well, you'd be put into conference champions in no matter what if Alabama win hidden one out and Clemson went ahead and one ounce. That's two that are in Notre Dame's gonna get in. So let's there's three sometimes when you have to make a tough decision. That's good for business. And why because that gets people like us talking about it for a day now for a show but for a week and for a month and maybe an entire off season. And that's good for business because that gets people talking about your product. So I think if we came down to Georgia losing that game. And I'll tell you this. If you wanna talk about things that are going to happen that it probably really gonna make people mad in turn people off to the playoff Georgia Alabama getting in again, which would happen. If Georgia wins this game because I will be honest. You can't tell. Tell me that if either anyone of us could go one on one all the way down every member of that committee after Alabama suffered a loss to Georgia in SEC championship game and say, do you believe Alabama is one of the best four teams in college football? Yes, or no. I don't think one person on that committee saying, no, if they're honestly having that conversation with us, and we're putting them on the stand. And you gotta tell us right now. Yes, or no best fourteen Alabama the interrupt. They're all gonna say there because we're they've been the entire season. And everybody just believes that. So I think it may be worse for business to have Alabama and Georgia in again and Alabama lose the regular season finale VIN loser conference championship game and still get in both years that would be worse for business in my opinion. I think if you got a team like Oklahoma, Ohio State who are so close right down to the wire, very similar in so many different ways. And you have to make that decision that conversations actually in my opinion can turn into more of a positive long-term in that. More people are going to pay attention to how and why and what you had to do and didn't have to do what kept you out. What got you in things of that nature as we move forward. Go always a pleasure. My friend can't wait to talk to you next week, especially we have the rankings and who's going to be in the bowl games. You have a good week as well, my friend. Thanks, guys. "The vendor. A dishonest vendor could do anything they want with the results. Warren Marian Schneider. President of the US Abbas advocacy group verified voting the company says that its commission third party firms for extensive security audits, but information about these security firms on the website has been repeatedly revised in recent days, apparently in response to questions from the media. There are no indications that had technical inspection by state. Authorities took place either. Boats, or whatever they are. I don't know how to pronounce it b o ATC at the very least has made no claims the fact if that didn't happen, it would mean that the public authorities aren't even aware what exactly is behind the company's technology. So well, the voting process was never really meant to be easy. I mean, this is this is an attempt to try and make it convenient for people to vote. Why? Why? Because voter die. Exactly. Yeah. I know it is. Because what are we heard wait a minute? So. The the process of going to get a state issued identification card is impossible. But you expect people. Mark phones while here's what it is. It's it's easier to sell your vote. Exactly, nobody can because if you can't claim I mean, how in the world would you know, that that person? You don't is the one who was actually casting the vote. You don't you can sell your vote. Yep. Nobody will know if you sell your vote, the the most sophisticated six month old child. Could figure this thing out in terms of trying to rig the system. So we're we're coming up. We're still in the situation. Where? The majority of Democrats believe that the Trump administration or the Trump campaign worked with the Russians and actually hacked into the election machines. And we're okay with using smartphones. In the process. So you can talk about all the technology problems that you might have with this with with hacking, but at the minimum. You have created a system that it's easier to sell a vote. Yes. And you can't do you can't say that isn't the case, right? You've made it it's much harder. If you have to have ID to vote picture ID and you go into the voting booth fraud is harder. Because I mean think about that. Who is around how many people you could be sitting with a group of people? A group with an agenda. So your vote or here's how we're going to walk you through this process. There's a reason why you go by yourself. Into that voting booth. Nope. We don't need that anymore. Which is why don't we just vote with the Facebook like button? Didn't that idea already? Come up. Yeah. That's it. I'm thinking didn't seventy at one point voting should be like what like face, you know, that Zuckerberg because you know, he's the king of the world tweet your vote. Yeah. And all of them at Twitter update. You know, they would you know, they've already had this discussion, and at least in their own mind, man, what if we could do that the Google doodle yesterday? It's registration day. It's voter registration day. Then we need to do our usual Red Eye public service announcement which is a little bit different than everybody else in the media when it comes to voting, please. If you're ignorant and don't have a clue, which is the majority of America do not register to vote and do not vote. A public service announcement from Red Eye Radio. That's right. The process has been been closed due to inclement knowledge. Yes now instead of weather now. Yes, our public service announcement is different than every other public service announcement the you have heard over the last week right now. Make sure you go on Facebook. I saw yesterday go on register. And I forgot to do it. I wanted to troll doing the rock the vote thing. There's rock the vote and then voter die. Right. Well, there's something on MTV. Everybody's silent. None of that. Be. Oh was that HBO? Now. I don't know there's there's not MTV, and maybe showing the PSA's from people that are cast members of different shows on at Harris. Because he's not politically affiliated with one side or the other. No, no, not at all. It's definitely right way. He's just an actor. And all of these people that are actors on HBO and HBO shows. They just what they're doing is. They're they're they're silent. They say nothing. And the only voice that counts is yours is the as the ending of the PSA. Hollywood believe and they do this over and over again, they believe if they create that picture in their mind. Right. That that they're they're drama. Is going to convince you to do something. We'll Ed Harris actually didn't tell me because he didn't say anything and the PSA, but he looked at me which tells me I need to go vote. Who thinks that way? I mean, I like a lot of Ed Harris's work. I like a lot of people's work. Doesn't mean I, you know, I never said this from the conservative side. Tom Selleck, the original magnum PI don't start with me. That's not magnum PI debate yesterday that no original the original or what a blue blue bloods on CBS. I don't I don't get. I don't get my direction from James woods. Also, another great actor or or Tom Selleck. You don't. You don't see that? I don't because I don't need to be told. Our friend, Dave Williams. Yeah. Part of the morning crew at. F kale? I've radio in Tallahassee sister station of our flagship WBZ AP here. Yeah. He had a Facebook posts yesterday about magnum PI. Right for anybody. Under the age of fifty. Oh, yeah. Fifty fifty five. Yeah. Yeah. Because I was in the eighties, right? Magnum PI. Was tom. Tom Selleck original original show. He had done guest spots before anybody who may not know it, but my favorite role for him was not magnum. It was actually a cameo that he had on the Rockford files when he was Lance white and the perfect private detective as opposed to Jim Rockford, by the way, the Rockford files. Anybody who's under eighty years old was another show in the seventies? Now, a cool car also. Yes. But I, but I asked this question when when when they put that on, you know, they were going back and forth about you know, whether people accept the new magnum PI, and it's everybody who saw Dave's Rhonda our age. So it's everybody who had seen the previous magnum PI. And so was going back and forth. Like, the didn't like it. My only question today was if the TC calls the new Higgins Hagi baby is at sexist, all that's right because the Higgins woman is a female. Yes. Yeah. That's a good question. Right. You know, they did they did it with y five. Oh, and I I I'm not the demo. I y I watched it. I think once. Yeah. It's okay. You know, something if it wasn't named Hawaii five o I probably would have watched it more because they call it Hawaii five. Oh, yeah. I wanted it somehow to relate to the Hawaii five that I remember. And the only thing was it's a police department basically in Hawaii Hawaii five bowl, but it's not the same characters or can't relate. I mean, it is the same characters really is it by. I don't still it. I don't know that he is. I don't know if that character is still alive or not. But I mean, still the son of mcgarity or I don't know what it is. But I just went. Call it something else. Call it. You know? Right. Look after why five magnum was able to do a show and why you don't have to. And then the other discussion this week as the Murphy Brown. Reviving Murph Murphy Brown. I didn't watch it back in the day. Only if Kramer's on. Seinfeld where he had. A cameo on Bo on Murphy Brown Brown. Yeah. He was at the desk, right? Yeah. I know. They brought I didn't know this 'til I was on vacation. And you know, my wife, and I don't stay up too late, especially we were on the west coast. And it was so it was really late for us. It was eight thirty local time it was ten thirty at home. So we were watching and they have will they brought will and grace back. I was like, okay. I'm guessing they cancelled it because all the stars were demanding a high salary, right? Yes. Then they all went out and found out that oh, wait a minute. They don't really warrant that salary and they need job. So they came back. I mean, I don't know what happened. But I'm just wondering why would an Alec Baldwin was in the episode that we were watching. I I was like. Is just nothing is there's zero creativity in Hollywood right now for television for network television. There's a ton of creativity on on cable channels, and and and Amazon and Netflix not necessarily the stuff that I like to watch. But there's a lot of stuff. That's not. That doesn't there's lots of stuff that does not lack creativity. Well, I wonder the networks have to be scrambling. I I was against us back in the nineties when they had the Alf movie. Oh, that's right. They're going to bring back off. Right. Did they already? They had the movie, and I went out doesn't cut it. You gotta have gotta have the same characters at then there are some shows that have to fit that are some that some actors that they put into that particular role just cannot be, you know, replaced. You can you can never go home again. And when they really didn't have any of the the same characters because at that point can't believe we're talking about this at that point was basically a prisoner of the federal government, right? Yeah. And so he wasn't with the family anymore. And I was I was very disappointed with that back in the ninety s when that happened. So I I really don't like when they when they come back with the nother series or even a movie. Well, I I was thinking about you know, old shows especially old eighty shows. And I think one they could bring back is Cosby. No. Why not prop? No, not at least three to ten years. I don't think so. They would come up with new stuff. Yeah. And quit making the the the superheroes things. I know they do I agree with you. Nobody's they keep doing. And that's fine. They keep making money. There's no reason to stop making the movies. But the TV shows have we gotten too old for Hollywood. No, make anything Christo. That's what I said the demo when I was younger. I had no money to go and watch all these movies. Now, I have money were I more I have more expendable income for to be entertained by sports, and movies and all these things. And now, they don't make anything that interests me anymore aside from deadpool, I don't wanna watch any superhero and deadpool not for children every time I see deadpool. I think it's the dead pool. I think it's the Clint Eastwood movie. I'm disappointed. Oh, no. It's not Clint, right? Eight six six ninety redeye. For.

But he looked at me which tells me I need to go vote. Who thinks that way? I mean, I like a lot of Ed Harris's work. I like a lot of people's work doesn't meet I, you know, I never said this from the conservative side. Tom Selleck, the original magnum PI don't start with me. That's not magnum PI. That was a debate yesterday that no, no, no, the original the original or what a blue blue bloods on CBS. I don't I don't get. I don't get my direction from James woods. Also, another great actor or or Tom Selleck. You don't you? Don't see that. I don't I don't need to be told. Our friend. Dave Williams part of the morning crew at. F kale? I've radio in telecaster station of our flagship WB here. Yeah. He had a Facebook post yesterday about magnum p I right for anybody. Under the age of fifty. Yeah. Fifty fifty five. Yeah. Because I was in the eighties, right? Magnum PI. Was Tom Tom Selleck. Original original show. He had done guest spots before anybody who may not know it, but my favorite role for him was not magnum is actually a cameo that he had on the Rockford files when he was Lance white and the perfect private detective as opposed to Jim Rockford, the Rockford files for anybody. Who's under eighty years old was another show in the seventies? Now, a cool car also. Yes. But I, but I asked this question when when when they put that on going back and forth about you know, whether people accept the new magnum PI, and it's everybody who saw Dave's Rhonda rate. So it's everybody who had seen the previous magnum PI. And so it was going back and forth. Like, the didn't like it. My only question today was if the new T C calls, the new Higgins Hagi baby is at sexist, all that's right. 'cause the Higgins woman is a female. Yes. Yeah. That's a good question. Right. You know, they did they did it with wifi. I I y I'm not the demo. I wa-. I watched it. I think once. Yeah. It's okay. And, you know, something if it wasn't named Hawaii five o I probably would have watched it more because they call it Hawaii five. Oh, yeah. I wanted it somehow relate to the Hawaii five old that I remember. And the only thing was it's a police department basically in Hawaii is Hawaii five o but it's not the same characters are can't relate. I mean, it is the same characters. Really is it by me? I don't I don't I don't know that he is. I don't know if that character is still alive or not. But I mean, still the son of mcgarity. I don't know what it is. But I just went ma-. Just call it something else. Call it. Right. Look after why five magnum was able to do a show. Why you don't have to? Then the other discussion this week as the Murphy Brown. Reviving Murph Murphy Brown. I didn't watch it back in the day. Only if Kramer's on. Seinfeld where he had. A cameo on o- on Murphy Brown Brown. Yeah. He was at the desk, right? Yeah. I, you know. They brought by I didn't know this 'til I was on vacation. They don't really warrant that high salary and they need a job. So they came back. I mean, I don't know what happened. But I'm just wondering why would an Alec Baldwin was in the episode that we were watching. I I was like. Is there? Just nothing is there's zero creativity in Hollywood right now for television for network television. There's a ton of creativity on on cable channels, and and and Amazon and Netflix not necessarily the stuff that I like to watch. But there's a lot of stuff. That's not. That doesn't there's a lot of stuff that does not lack creativity. Well, I wonder the networks after scrambling. I I was against us back in the nineties when they had the Alf movie. Oh, that's right. They're going to bring back off. Right. Did they already bring back? They had the movie, and I went now, it doesn't cut it. And I was I was very disappointed with that back in the nineties when that happened. So I I really don't like when they when they come back with the nother series or even a movie. Well, I I was thinking about you know, old shows especially old eighty shows. And I think one they could bring back is Cosby. No. Why not prop? No, not at least for three to ten years. I don't think so folly would come up with new stuff. Yeah. And quit making the the the superheroes things. I know they do. I agree. I agree with you. Movies. They keep doing and that's fine. They keep making money. There's no reason to stop making the movies. But the TV shows have we gotten too old for anything. That's what I said. I'm not the demo when I was younger. I had no money to go and watch all these movies. Now, I have money were more aware. I have more expendable income for to be entertained by sports, and movies, and all these things. And now, they don't make anything that interests me anymore aside from deadpool, I don't wanna watch any super and that poll not for chilled every time. I see deadpool. I think it's the dead pool. I think it's the Clint Eastwood movie. Oh, yeah. Right. And I'm disappointed. No. It's not Clint, right? Eight six six ninety redeye..

Definitely right ways. Just an actor. Uh-huh. All of these people that are actors on HBO and HBO shows. They just what they're doing is. They're they're they're sign up. They say nothing. And the only voice that counts is yours is the as the ending of the PSA see Hollywood beliefs, and they do this over and over again, they believe if they create that picture in their mind, right? That that they're they're drama. Is going to convince you to do something will Ed Harris actually didn't tell me because he didn't say anything in the PSA. But he looked at me which tells me I need to go vote. Who thinks that way? I mean, I like a lot of Ed Harris's work. I like a lot of people's work doesn't meet I, you know, I never said this from the conservative side. Tom Selleck, the original magnum PI don't start with me. That's not magnum PI debate yesterday that no no, no, the original the original or what a blue blue bloods on CBS. I don't I don't get. I don't get my direction from James woods. Also, another great actor or or Tom Selleck. You don't you don't see that? I don't because I don't need to be told. Our friend, Dave Williams. Yeah. Part of the morning crew at. Klay. Alright f kale radio in Tallahassee sister station of our flagship WBZ AP here. Yeah. He had a Facebook post yesterday about magnum PI. Madam right for anybody. Under the age of fifty fifty fifty five because I was in the eighties, right? Magnum PI. Was tom. Tom Selleck original original show. He had done guest spots before anybody who may not know it, but my favorite role for him was not magnum. It was actually a cameo that he had on the Rockford files when he was Lance white the perfect private detective as opposed to Jim Rockford, the Rockford files for anybody. Who's under eighty years old was another show in the seventies? No, a cool car. Also. Yes. But I've been asked this question when when when they put that on going back and forth about you know, but the people accept the new magnum PI, and it's everybody who saw Dave's Rhonda our age. So it's everybody who had seen the previous magnum PI. And so was going back and forth. Like, the didn't like it. My only question today was if the new T C calls, the new Higgins Hagi baby is that sexist all that's right. 'cause the Higgins woman is a female. Yes. Yeah. That's a good question. Right. You know, they did they did it with y five. Oh, and I I y. I'm not the demo. I watched it. I think once. Yeah. It's okay. And, you know, something if it wasn't named Hawaii five o or probably would have watched it more because they call it Hawaii five. Oh, yeah. I wanted it somehow relate to the Hawaii five that I remember. And the only thing was it's a police department basically in Hawaii Hawaii five o but it's not the same characters or can't relate. I mean, it is the same characters really is it by. I don't. I don't know that he is. I don't know if that character is still alive or not. But I mean, still earn was the son of mcgarity. Maybe I don't know what it is. But I just went man. Call it something else. Call it. Right. Look after why five magnum was able to do a show in Hawaii. You don't have to. Then then the other discussion this week as the Murphy Brown. Reviving Murph Murphy Brown. I didn't watch it back in the day. Only if Kramer's on. The Seinfeld where he had. A cameo on though on Murphy Brown Brown. Yeah. He was at the desk, right? Yeah. I, you know. They brought didn't know this 'til I was on vacation. And you know, my wife, and I don't stay up too late, especially we were on the west coast. And it was so it was really late for us. Eight thirty local time it was ten thirty at home. So we were watching and they have will they brought will and grace back. I was like, okay. I'm guessing they cancelled it because all the stars were demanding a high salary, right? Yes. Then they all went out and found out that oh, wait a minute. They don't really warrant that is salary and they need a job. Well, I want the networks have to be scrambling. I I was against this back in the nineties when they had the Alf movie. Oh, that's right. They're gonna bring back off. Right. Did they already bring about the had the Alf movie? And I went out Justin cut it. You gotta have gotta have the same characters at then there are some shows that have to fit that are some that some actors that they put into that particular role just cannot be replaced. Yeah. So I really don't like when they when they come back with the nother series or even a movie. Well, I I was thinking about you know, old shows especially old eighty shows. And I think one they could bring back is Cosby. No. Why not prop? No at least for three to ten years. I don't think so lolly would. Yeah. Come up with new stuff. Yeah. I quit making the the the superheroes things. I know they do. I agree. I agree with you. They keep doing and that's fine. They keep making money. There's no reason to stop making the movies. But the TV shows have we gotten too old for Hollywood. No, make anything. That's what I said. I'm not the demo when I was younger. I had no money to go and watch all these movies. Now, I have money where I more I have more expendable income for to be entertained by sports and movies and all these things and now they don't make anything that interests me anymore aside from deadpool, I don't wanna watch any super move and that poll not for children every time. I see deadpool. I think it's the dead pool. I think it's the Clint Eastwood movie. Disappointed. Oh, no. It's not Clint, right? Eight six six ninety redeye. For.

You My question is is geared more. Toward LSU You may not think I, think it's more of. A conspiracy theory question but hear me out You know when when LSU higher cujo, which I thought was a good higher because he. Promised to bring in to top notch, coordinators which they already. Had one place with Dave Aranda and then they, brought in Mack Canada But I think myself, that he, had to do that to, get the job but his real first choice was m swinger all along so I think my, conspiracy theory came in is that he sabotaged with. Matt Canada so he could get in And then in turn LSU made sure, they paid and I know Texas m. was after Dave. Aranda, but they pay issues painting two and a half million dollars I I think that a, random could be possibly is. If the wheels come off his train? Be the coach in waiting why. Don't, you think. One, season I don't think or not when they were hiring him hey look we're going to, hire you coach over we. Got a coach coaching waiting already on? Staff I don't think that was. The, thought process They. Couldn't work together as far as the personalities Just in. Mesh enough and I know. You, interview, a guy you liked what he's doing hey. Look I'm going to stay out of the system It just didn't work and whether it was, the other coaches offensive coaches on staff or oh. In Canada we know it didn't work. When they weren't speaking. To. Each other at the end which is crazy to. Think from, the head coach but the breakdown happened in like church we one week two Yup and it just got worse and worse from there I mean you bought him out as far as his, contract is you ever, been in in situations on teams you played in where there's that, much animosity between head, coach and, another coordinator position coach maybe, a position coach but not the head coach in. The. OC and the defense coordinator maybe a, position, coach I mean but. Even in that situation you know. You're one year one. Year basis anyway yeah so if you get through that year. You you, know, you go he don't have to fire. Me I. Know I'm gone I just hope that. They give me a decent right up you know man that was that, was an awkward situation all right we. Gotta talk a little ugly. Here, so, yesterday we got word that LSU wide receiver Drake Davis. He was arrested and charged with second. Degree battery according to the east Baton Rouge prison Police departments. Now the ugly part of this. Is the details of why he, was arrested apparently back in June so this was a while, ago Davis is alleged to a, broken his ex-girlfriend's ribs with a punch during an incident in April and then strangling. Her in June the victim provided. Photographs supporting your claims of repeated, domestic abuse according to the warrant there's also an allegation in here. The Davis, texted his girlfriend quote. I might kill you in quote and. Threatened violence on other occasions I mean this, is Lee stuff I've got a. Lot of questions here if, this happened MAC and June. In April why she's just coming out now I think we'll find that but this is not good this is some of the wounds. From the summer that you're talking about that that keep popping up here for LSU in this program. I, think they were doing their due diligence and. That's kind. Of. Where they found out about it yeah let me see has? Actually an LSU, staff thank you Yep. Was one of the individuals that went to the police department not necessarily. The he went To. The LSU police. Department first, and then they worked. With east Baton Rouge police department to. Be able to formulate in a risk Drake, Davis but this was them the. LSU staff doing some of, their homework because you go. Back and you look at the linebacker that had a similar incident that just two weeks ago now they got in trouble over the. Summer I think this is LSU going doing some of their homework to find out hey look what. Happened, with ex player let's see what happened with. All of. Our. Guys that are whether their scholarship a walk on we want? To find out, because menace Drake really good player talented but I don't see how he he's I mean he's already suspended. Indefinitely if there's photographic evidence of this there's no way he plays in I, don't, think, he plays I mean he's. He won't get out of prison where some of this stuff at least not an soon he's. Gonna go to jail I would yeah Ball football won't be a word no it's just ugly ugly stuff you can find that story at. WWL dot. Com Like do, said thank you for mentioning that it was an LSU official that ended up reporting this so kudos. To that. Official taking break for news. Back, with your phone calls on.
