"We take a look at what's about to happen on Wall Street with WBC financially. Dave Caruso. And as far as moving the markets, not much happening this morning, Dave No, not at all. There's a lot happened, but not with the markets right now. I just noticed the market did go down a little bit more. So we're kind of fading. Ah, little bit is well and you know, we've got a lot of these issues that are still hanging out there. You know, we started thinking about this last crazy. We kind of like the weather's been, you know, you You got the silver and the Robin Hood and the volatilities that's going on. So there's a lot of distractions going on Wall Street. If you look at the futures right now looks like basically douse flat. Like I said, down a little bit NASDAQ. That's where the techs are in the texture up 95 with the NASDAQ, So I think that's helping us move on a little bit, and a big day today for a Jeff basis looks from Amazon, the executive chairman. Winds down and I guess he's going out on the highs, beating his estimates today. Very good numbers, and I guess now he gets a chance to play with his rockets in Washington Post, But the reality is is we've got a lot of volatility still out there. And it was interesting today because we're actually talking about the Janet Yellen calling a meeting and you know some of the shenanigans we've seen in the last week. So maybe the volatility with me they'll take a little more of a tester and do something with it. Also economic data came out today. ADP numbers Still pretty good, you know, lost 78,000, but we can kind of handle that with what's been going on. But I'm happy to see the vaccines. They're coming. We're trying to move those a little bit more aggressively. And what was amazing to me is five out of the six companies that came out all head great earnings in a lot of more the text, you know, you just got G W pharmaceutical with a deal going there. UPS alphabet craft. Chipotle about the only one that really didn't do so well as Exxon Mobil. So we are seeing good news. Now it's a matter of trying to figure out what we do and try and do in Washington to try and get these things taken care of, Dave. Thank you. It's 9 28.

"About upping the desire in your long term relationship. I do not like Canada geese. Those are the headlines on the block at K O a news radio dot com on the Mandy Connell Page and Bottom video is a guy walking into an office building, minding his own beeswax. Just, you know, walking into an office building. When The watch. Keys. Attack. I cannot stand Canada geese. They poop all over everything all the time, And they're mean. Like you. You know you're going to walk down the sidewalk and here's excuses like you. You want a piece of me and I'm like I would, but I want to cook you first. But see then what you do that which I think is insane. I mean, there's like a billion of these things. So we can't shoot him. We should be able to shoot him. I'm just throwing that out there anyway. And if you're an animal rights person, don't bother. You're not gonna convince me. Although after I took my first goose you ever cooked a goose, Dave? No, I haven't. They turn black when you cook. I had no clue that was going to happen. Least appetizing thing looking that I've ever faced. No. Well, I don't know. I couldn't get past The black skin. It was it just looked like it was burned to a crisp, But then I the next day because I didn't throw it away. I just didn't want to eat it. It wasn't appetizing at all I put in the fridge. The next day I pulled on meat off and I made a goose Raghu tomato sauce. That was incredible. It was really, really good. And allowed me to forget the unfortunate you know, season for for killing urban geese, just the season, maybe a few weeks thin the herd. Good evening. I'm okay with that. We could feed homeless people, and I'm not even kidding. We have a lot of people with these goose like we could feed people with these. So why not the next video up on the block? I was telling Dave I was watching a different video and I didn't hit stop on YouTube. So I just auto played to the next one, and I'm glad it did. This was very interesting. It's a Ted talk about a woman who is a doctor who helps people with their relationships. And this one is specifically about Desire in a long term relationship, and anybody who's ever been in a long term relationship knows you know that initial lust stage It doesn't last. It's it's in sustainable relationships change, and they should. They should change and evolve into a deeper, more intimate kind of relationship. But You still want that kind of, you know, lusty feeling, and she really kind of breaks down how relationships Alice Successful relationship in one area could actually significantly negatively impact your your sex life. And I just thought it was really good. I ended up watching the whole thing. And I found it. Put it on the block today. Um, imagine being set up on a blind date or even worse going on a dating show. And getting fixed up with a guy who was in the midst of killing women. So that I mean, I don't know how many he actually finished up with, but he was the number I saw or seven And when he went on the show he had already gotten five hours. Oh, yeah, he This is a serial killer who had already killed five women obviously hadn't been caught and he went on the dating game in 1978. That's really you gonna any with cantaloupes? Yeah. Yeah. But she didn't go out with him. So she's alive. Fortunately, she thought he was a little creepy. And she decided not to go out with him. A man for her good choice? Yes. Yes, that seems ridiculous. In this day and age of paranoia to say, Hey, we're gonna put you on the show You're gonna meet for, you know, 30 minutes and they were going to send you out on a date with somebody. That does not seem like a good guy. But then again, We have shows like the Bachelor. Where people are actually trying or Oh, my gosh, I have not watched this show. I'm not going to do it, but married at first sight. Have you seen the show? These people want down the aisle blindfolded. They've never even seen talked to met any of these people and they get married. And it is it. That show infuriates me because it makes a mockery of marriage. It really does, But you know, there's a whole school of thought. That are arranged marriages, as you see in other cultures can be just as happy and fruitful as marriages for love. Because in those situations, especially if you're from a culture where divorce is not an option. People do grow to love each other. Not all the time. And I'm not endorsing and, you know, arranged marriages at all. I could only imagine who my father would've matched me up with honest I'd be living on a farm right now. Well, remember Yente, the matchmaker from Fiddler on the roof that was commonplace back then. Yeah, well, yeah, because you wanted, you know, you wanted to make sure that you got matched up with the right person. If you were a daughter, you wanted to make sure he could provide if you were a son, you wanted to make sure that he was she was from the right family and a good person. You know, it's I'm not endorsing it, But you know you can have a happy relationship. I think it's okay as long as the participants have veto power. I don't know if they do. I don't think they did. I mean it married in first sight, they don't They have to go through with it or they're not on the show. How desperate do you have to be for fame to go on one of those shows? That's what I want to know. I mean how I will, anyway. That's not what I wanted to go on this good story on how to keep homemade treats fresh, But I already knew that and really, who has cookies more than three days in a row, anyway? I mean, when you make cookies you haven't for a week. What kind of Willpower. You know magic is that because that we have cookies, No days, That's it. People are leaving New York and New Jersey and droves. Dave, what's interesting about this story that you included this today? I have a friend who owns a small apartment building in New York. It's like six apartments. I'm counting in my head. It's a smaller building in Brooklyn and I was talking to her yesterday, and she's about to do a bunch of improvements on the building. And I said, Oh, you know, Are you trying to raise the rent? She goes? No, I'm trying to keep my renters. At the same level. You know, I'm trying to keep them because the rental market has softened so much in New York and New Jersey that you gotta work to keep your tenants. Now it's a renter's market, and I don't remember the last time. Since 9 11 that those words could be said that it's a renter's market in New York. But people are not just leaving temporarily. They did leave temporarily during the pandemic. A lot of people just said I'm not staying in the city to be locked down and trapped in my apartment. They went elsewhere, and now people are moving. Because they're bosses. They're saying sure, Go ahead. Go right ahead..

"For William Bradley. Born in March of 19 0, too. Our friend is registered to vote. Received his application sent his ballot and his ballot was received and counted. Spanish born in 1902. I wonder how many more of these Joe Biden has 1902 highly unlikely that he registered sold? Yeah, he didn't register and vote. I mean, I'm just pretty sure that didn't happen, but somebody got his ballot and turned it in. Well, okay, so here's the other side. In these voting systems and again, I don't know if it is true or not, but in these voting systems, they do digital records. They if they don't have a actual Birthdate on on a record then they will put in a default date for the computer of 19 0, too. Um, that has happened out here in California. What? I would go door to door the database. The voter database would give me the age of the person and for the first you know, years I did it in 2007. I ran for City Council. On the ballot. Ah, list it would you know I've knocked on a door and it would say that the person is 110 years old. And have you thinking my goodness person opens the door. And there may be 60 years old and I'm like, Wow, You look great for being 110. Yeah, I'd never say that because it costs you a vote, but I asked the staff. I said what is with the 110 year old people? I've never met the 110 year old person yet. Now it's it's it's a snafu. Here is Michigan's secretary of State AA and their response. Here's the response quote ballots, voters who have died or rejected Michigan even if a voter cast a ballot. On died before Election Day. On rare occasions, a ballot received for living voter may be recorded in a way that makes it appear as though the voter is dead. This can be because voters with similar names or the ballot is accidentally recorded or voted on by John Smith Sr was actually voted on by John Smith Jr. Or because of inaccurately recorded birth dates in the voter file database, for example, someone born in 1990 accidentally was recorded is born in 18 90. In such scenarios. No one is ineligible that has actually voted, and there's no impact on the outcome of an election. Local clerks correct the issue when it is brought to their attention. Possible that that's the time that's but that's the official statement from Michigan Secretary of State But again you've got a person's name. Now that you can then go find that person. That person is probably Somewhere out there. It's also possible that he's 18 years old that they recorded instead of 2002 birthday. They recorded a 1902 birthday. But it's something to look into again. What would have to happen for Trump to change the outcome of Michigan? Is he'd have to prove that that dead person indeed. Voted. And that we need to disqualify that one vote. But judge what we're asking for a Visa VI a remedy. Is that we want to audit Everything having to do with the birthdays. In order for you. T move forward. You have to do more than just boot out that one ballot. You have to convince a judge that this one example is one of many, many, many examples and that we're asking the court to give us a process of going in and looking for those problems. And Lou. You know, most judges are very, very reluctant. Tio intervene there. No, I think they would just just let it go back to the judgment of the elected official, which would be the registrar. Yep. Important example in Georgia. Ah, Judge ruled against Trump on Ah, Siri's of ballots. Ah, dispute on balance yesterday but provided no Opinion. Didn't even write up an opinion. Just hope I I'm going to disqualify this lawsuit from moving forward. Now what that judge is basically doing is taking the cowardly way out. The judge doesn't want to explain why he disagrees with trumpet wants to throw the lawsuit out. That would be doing the right thing. At least give us the rationale is why Trump doesn't have standing or he doesn't have proof or doesn't have legal. Ah, you know the legal theory, right? What he's doing is he's basically saying, I'm going to throw this out. You can appeal it. It needs to go up to the higher powers. Anyway. It's beyond my pay grade again a chicken blank way out of a problem. But judges can literally if they don't feel that there's enough there. They could dismiss the lawsuit. They can rule against you. This is going to be hard for Trump Thio going to be hard. But, Carl now I feel like I'm one of those people but car but call. You're asking me to believe that this this that all right? So maybe it was a mistake. It was actually 18 rolled Nate and they did. 19. 0, too, is a host of 2002. And and also those mistakes that could be very easily explained away in Pennsylvania and makes mistakes that could be easily explained away. You know they that they could have had same Dave No, no early 22 David Residency registration Nevada and it's always in states that Trump needs to win that they're fighting on him. But I mean, at some point, it just becomes overwhelming and My skeptical the skepticism and me just overcomes me. Oh, no, no, don't get me wrong. I absolutely believe the Democrats are stealing this election in the states, and there's no doubt my mind. But we don't have a provision for actually catching them and then adjudicating that in court. The judges hate Trump. Thehe Lek shins are being run by Democrats. They've locked the doors and you can't monitor Philadelphia's perfect example. We won in court. Trump won in court, and they said, We're not going to follow that job. As the sheriff said they won't They won't obey the court order. No, no. And so, but the media's not telling you this and so what I'm saying is, you know, I want to give you the honest skidding on what's going on here. Right. It's going to be damn hard for trump at this point to be able to defend against this. This is why national voter ID from the start is the only way to go about these elections. This is why saying that we should not have these straggler ballots after the election. Come in, that you all should be voting on Election day. We want to make a national holiday. So be it, Make it a national holiday, But no one gets to come in after Election Day with extra ballots, no ballot harvesting..

"All of that. So go ahead. How does that apply this year? He's big. He's fighting the media again. And we have no I have no reason whatsoever to believe a word they're saying. Because they are media and they're not. Maybe they're the immediate their pollsters Dave while their posters, but they also let me ask you did any of them watch any of Donald Trump's Campaign speeches. Because can can they quote me anything about Donald Trump? Can they quote me? I'm sure I'm sure both of them. I know both of them, Dave No. Probably Donald Trump's campaign speech by heart. That's not the point. The point is their profession, their reputation, professional reputation. Right there accuracy. They have no interest. They have no interest in being anything other than other than accurate. I have no idea who Spencer or Dave are going to support themselves. They happen to be friends of mine, but I've never talked to them about who they're going to vote for their reputation is at stake. Simply by their tone of voice. And it bugs me about this, and I could interpret that really Well. Do you think that do you think they're deep staters or what is their connection? Do you think Actually, they're deep stairs. You do OK, all right, so they they even like a formal organization where there's ID cards and everything, or they just kind of in a cabal of people who Know what other people I'm just trying to figure out. I understand the deep state. But I just understand how they fit into the deep state. Well, how they fit into it simply by the colleges that they went to World and they they went to. Where did you go to college? Dave? Dave, I think didn't Goto Did you go to Suffolk, Dave? Which day we were talking about you, Dave Paleologos. No, I wanted t. Okay. I assume you're not a member of the deep state as far as I know, right? I I don't I don't think so. Okay, Spencer, do you have any affiliations with the deep state as they've seems to suspect? No. But the idea that the premises really allying the lines that it's worth more creatures of society and because of certain, um, educational attainments, or or, you know, areas we have ah, certain view of things. And perhaps that paints our reality. But as you mentioned We're only on this show tonight because of a track record of poles, not a survey where you can take this is opinions and you can argue back and forth Poles. You have elections. And we have gotten them right. We've got him wrong, but we've got him right more than we've done a run. That's why you have a son and Andi. That's really the bottom line. And so we do have biases. I'm certainly not part of any deep state. You know what we'll want when my friend Dave from Texas mentions day from Texas one day from Texas mentions the deep state If there is a deep state and I, As I understand the argument it would be people who have been In Washington for 10 15 20 years and they first got there when they were appointed by Bill Clinton meeting or George Bush and they they they don't like the change that That a guy like Donald Trump brought to Washington and and their lives have been a little unsettled. That's what that's what I've always thought of as the deep state. I never realized that you pollsters that day with the Davin, Texas would would associate you guys with the deep state. Can I say something? Yeah. Corrected. Yeah. You started the conversation. Go ahead. Absolutely. The reason I say I don't I don't mean so. So much Deep state, As I mean, I don't believe they really know what they say. They know we'll find out. We'll find out Tuesday night we'll wait. In my travels. Um, I also know that if Donald Trump run in Detroit for the president of Detroit decided it Sound would win the presidency. Now I'm sure that if they pulled in Detroit, they would probably say he's going to get Joe Biden is going to get 80% of the black vote. We'll see what the vote is out of Detroit. We will have that vote. I'm sure on Tuesday Wednesday at the latest, Dave and do me a favor. I'm asking you to call back if Donald Trump Carries the city of Detroit. I want you to call back and take the biggest victory lap that I've ever given to a caller that I mean, that's and if Donald Trump wins, I want you to call back and take a victory lap, okay? Can you understand this black in my family and I lived in Detroit most of my life. I'm not doubting that, Dave. I'm just simply saying to you, you know that I would tell you this that I truly in my heart believe the Patriots have the big the ability to win the Super Bowl this year. But I might be disappointed. Call back. I got other callers day by getting I got to get to. I think we got you. It's really talking to them, not opinion. Me talking to them. I got I got it. I got it. How many black members in your family in Detroit? Dave? Do you have this? That city has a population of about a still a million people. Not No, not black members of my family in Detroit, but many black friends got you OK. All right, well, we'll see. We'll see. Let me ask. Let's just do a little thing here. Spencer and Dave Paleologos. If you had to bet whether or not Donald Trump would carry the city of Detroit. Dave seems pretty convinced that he will do either of you have an opinion on that. Yeah, it's probably not gonna happen. This is David. The other David. Um, you know, there is a little bit of glimmer of possibility with African American men. African American men in some polls, not a lot of polls, but in some polls that we've conducted. Uh, Trump gets in the mid high teens and some of those poles. Spencer, I know has research showing that African Americans, some African Americans go broken to Trump. But certainly you're not. You're not anywhere near 51%. But you don't have to be Trump. When 18 to 20% of African Americans. He potentially can flip states like Michigan because of Detroit on prevail, but Well, day day in Texas seems to think that Trump will carry Detroit so we will we will see. I don't think that's within the realm of possibility that they call me back. Okay. I appreciate it. Thank you. My my Gentlemen. I did that the call because there were people out there who feel that way on DH. I obviously like to Dutch here that viewpoint 617 to 5 for 10 30 triple 8 99 10 30. We take all the calls will be back. Final couple of calls with day Paleologos and Spencer Kimball feel free to during the conversation might side with Dan Way until you easy. Boston's NewsRadio.

"Perfect balance Samba. And there you have it. And this is from the Denver Safety survey. First of all the fact they call it a safety survey is a joke. They should've called it The Denver Defund Police survey because that's what it is 100%. So let's start with the first question. I'm just going to rip through these because we're only gonna be going for about another 12 minutes before baseball kicks in, So let's jump in. Dave, I'd like you to respond to these questions. If you could. You're going to be my survey E. Do you want me to respond? Honestly? Yes. I want you to respond honestly, because I know what you're going to say. But, you know, do you believe that the Denver Police Department effectively prevents crime in Denver? Yes, I wouldn't. Yeah. It says Yes, I believe the DPD effectively prevents crime in Denver or no. I do not believe that the DPD effectively prevents crime in Denver. Yes or no. I don't accept the premise of the question. So you don't get to answer that question. You have to answer in that case. I say yes, I believe they do. OK. Do you believe that The DPD effectively solves crimes in Denver? Yes, I believe they do. No, I do not believe they solve crimes. Yes, OK. Does the DPD make you feel safe? Yes. Okay. If you ever had to call 911. What service did you call to request Select all that might be a might apply. You could call fire emergency medical technician, police, social or human services by the way, instead of just saying social services, they say, social and then in parentheses they put or human services because they're counting on people answering this survey that are not smart enough to know what social services is, or they've pulled. The social services has a negative connotation. Because people don't know what it means. Or they think it's just child protective services taking their kids away. That's what that is. So if you ever called police, Dave No. There's also have never called 900. And that's what I say. In 2020 the DPD received a budget of $254,232,367. Do you believe that to 3 254,232,637 is too little of the budget to large of a budget or just about right for the DPD adequately to do their jobs now. All three answers have the number So they have to 254,232,367 is too little of a budget for the DPD. 254,232,367 is too large a budget or 250 for you See what they're doing? They're repeating the number over and over again. They want you to see it over and over and over again, so you'll choke on it. Not realizing that that is dwarfed by the the money spent on education right now, Dwarf nine. My answer is too little. Yeah. In 2020. The DPD received a budget of guess how much Dave? 254 million to over 30 exactly 367. Do you believe that any of these dollars should be removed from the DPD duck budget and directly reallocate ID too Social Parentheses or human services. No. Hell no. Okay. No, Hell no was not an option. But no is an option there on DH, Then they add this. The following definition has been added for convenience. Ah collective bargaining agreement is a written legal contract between an employer and a union representing the employees. The C B. A is the result of an extensive negotiation process between the parties regarding topics such as wages, hours and terms and conditions of employment. And then the next question. Did you know that the DPD has the collective bargaining agreement written with the Denver City Charter? A k a Constitution? Yes, I do know that the DPD has a collective or No, You did know that. Okay. Now here goes if the DPD collective bargaining agreement written into the Denver City Charter prevents the city of Denver for removing dollars from the DPD budget. Would you vote to amended the Denver City Charter, with the purpose of removing dollars from the DPD budget and directly reality wrote those dollars to social or human services. Now, here's the interesting thing. Yes is first. No is second and then I still need more information to make a decision on a charter amendment. So at least they're open to people saying, I don't know. No, you? Yeah, I know you're going to say no. I should have just said you should lie. But I still wouldn't know if you were lying What you would be saying. Would you approve the removal of dollars from the DPD budget to directly reallocate those dollars to social or human services? Yes or no? Hell, No. Do you want the city of Denver to remove dollars from the DPD budget.

There are resource about their their places. You Go the other thing that we do in the frog. Watch program Vermont is, we offer presentations or seminars on fraud. We're doing them by zoom and I've done several with some of the hospitals in the area where we said if conference they get patrons or staff members to log into the zoom conference, and we dude for right there doing a live presentation. One educational tool which I don't know if it's ever been used, but trust me that would be. Pretty effective would be actually call up and sort of take the first steps of of you know in meshing somebody in a scam and then say oh, we're you know. We're actually only kidding this AARP calling in, and you were just about to be ripped off, but we're. We're not here to rip you off or here to tell you how easily can happen. Or something that you see what I mean and. I would be hesitant to do that. Just based on the way people normally behave, but what AARP has done a number of times throughout the country at in Vermont at least two or three times is we set up a phone bank and we do what we call a scam jam where we call Aarp members around the state, and we just basically say beware of Paul in Scams so we try and look people that way but I. I'd be hesitant to actually start a scam. And you know it I think it would get more people upset when they said Oh. This isn't a real scam A sham scam or something like that? Yeah I. Don't know off. Just a crazy ideas pop into my head. Sometimes I'll ask my guest about him and and quickly. Told Dave No, actually. It doesn't really work that way so sorry. I am I am convinced that there are only two kinds of people in the world today. Those, who have been scammed and those who will be? Those who have been scammed in those who will be wow. And quite often, those who have been scammed most likely will be scammed a gym. That statistically is true. Yeah. That's that that old fool me once thing doesn't necessarily always apply. We did but. in a dissent said Wisconsinites would pay the price because the majority allowed the state to open too early I am just so tired of this hypocrisy you don't Illinoisans are fleeing their state by the thousands and coming to Wisconsin the Wisconsin Dells door county every vacation spot that you'll normally see and and my family and I go to the Dells quite a bit everybody there is from Illinois practically it is a it is Matt you think the Dells are popular in Wisconsin they are hugely popular in the Chicago area well that's sort of an issue because people in Chicago are likelier to have Kobe nineteen symptoms than people in Wisconsin people are coming from here Baraboo or wherever are not as likely to be exposed to someone with Toby nineteen is someone from Chicago so Wisconsin places are are I've gotten a couple of emails to this fact saying very nicely you too are friendly Illinois buddies Hey we would prefer if you didn't calm you know who is among the Illinoisans who's been fleeing to Wisconsin governor JB Pritzker he was spotted at a restaurant in Lake Geneva a couple of weekends ago he's still got a safer at home order in place and he's still ordering is citizens not to engage in non essential travel this is same guy whose wife was going down to a horse farm in Florida at the exact moment that he's telling people don't do unnecessary travel by the way where is the health department on this one where is our health services secretary Andrea Paul DC is one of the big flaws in the safer at home order in Wisconsin was that it banned all unnecessary travel I I've made no bones about my disdain for the statute that gives the health department all of these powers I believe it should be struck down because it's unconstitutional Pleasley unconstitutional for there to be no emergency and we pretend as though there is an emergency in the health department as god like powers ought to do things that were never before contemplated in human history we we've never quarantine healthy people to control the spread of illness but the big fatal flaw was that poem was banning all unnecessary travel when she only had the power to ban travel that would introduce the disease are spread the disease in Wisconsin I eat travel across state lines from say a place like Illinois I think Andrea palm should be sitting at toll booths down there waiting for Pritzker to drive by in his limousine and stop in at the border the guys apparently got a farm in Kenosha county I thought it was Recine county but it's apparently Kenosha county he's got a working farm in Kenosha county wildlife yeah of course we've got to go there to take care of the animals doll what okay you're telling people not to go it's the same basic idea and somebody on my Facebook page posted the famous or well quote from animal farm all animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others it's this idea that those in the ruling class can hand down edicts for the rest of us to follow but there above the laws that they set for themselves there is no lower form of government I fear then that government in which the powerful don't have to abide by the same rules as the power less the reason that this strike such a nerve with people is because America was founded on the premise that all people were bound by the same social contract by the same we don't pledge fealty to a king or to the president or to anyone else in this country we pledge fealty to the concept to the rule of law itself to the constitution to Erica as the ideal of freedom within reason whenever there's an infringement on that freedom we expect that all people are quote in it to get we're all in it together that's the catch phrase of idiots during the the whole quarantine no we're not in this together you're the governor of the state you can apparently do whatever the hell you want so in any event what really strikes a nerve is when we feel as though someone in power is behaving as the the king of England did which forced the revolution in the first first place enforcing unfair rules setting arbitrary and capricious rules in fact we even caught a fight that in the administrative procedure act in the nineteen forties you can't have a rule that arbitrary and capricious you can't have a rule where someone like governor Iverson governor Pritzker justice okay well these businesses can open these businesses cannot why well I deem these businesses to be essential yeah and that's why I was so proud of our great sponsor built right furniture they were among the first to step up to stand up in this state and say well wait a minute what the hell Walmart sells furniture we sell furniture why is Walmart allowed to open and sell furniture but we're not allowed to open and sell furniture it expose the arbitrary and capricious nature of safer at home generally of the concept of the essential business and in fact no where in the Wisconsin statute does the health department have the ability it's it's a totally made up power that Andrea palm dot for herself assume for herself that you could just sort of shut down for profit and nonprofit businesses she could shut down schools she could shut down this is where I feel that the statues she could shut down churches to stop the spread of disease okay pretty sure we should test that constitutionally I don't believe it would pass constitutional muster I believe the government can shut down churches for any reason it's a clear violation of the OB free exercise clause of the first amendment so it's subject to what's known as strict scrutiny you have to show that not only is this absolutely necessary it's the least restrictive means of doing so so they were shutting down drive through church services on Easter Sunday remember this eventually the Iverson ministration I think it was will the Wisconsin institute of law and liberty actually threaten to sue and they backed off initial home okay I guess you can have your little dry through church services but all of it I mean all of it's unconstitutional and if we're all bound by the same constitution if we all are guaranteed the same freedoms by the constitution but those in power are denying us our freedoms while still keeping those freedoms for themselves what that's that's about as as as wrong as it gets when.
