"Wanted to see in Green Bay. I brought this up yesterday. Do the jets want Aaron Rodgers more than the packers want to get rid of Aaron Rodgers. Yes. Like I said, I think if Aaron would have said, guys, I'm all in. Man, I wasn't sure, but I'm ready to go. There's legacy tied to this, Dan. Remember Mark Murphy has to retire in a couple of years. That's the codicil in the presidency for the Green Bay Packers. So when you reach a certain age, you must retire. So he's got legacy on this. He wanted another championship, and I think he really wanted another championship with Aaron Rodgers. And Rogers had told me years ago, he said, look, if I win another Super Bowl, I will be the most decorated, Super Bowl era winner in Green Bay history. Go back to even Bart Starr, who got a couple of them, but with the records with the passing numbers, and then with two super bowls, he's by far the best quarterback in Green Bay Packers history. That's what he wanted. So there was a lot of that want there. It was just the level of commitment to the want is what they were hoping for. Better legacy far for Rogers and Green Bay. I think far, far, went to two super bowls and he also reignited titles entitled town and started all of this. Look, Lambeau Field does not get rebuilt if it isn't for Brett Favre. You go back to God love bob Harlan and the former president of the Green Bay Packers. I remember sitting with him there the night that they were hoping for the Brown county tax to get passed. And I said, bob, what's plan B? He looked at me with a tiered design, said, Bill, there is no plan B if we don't get this, we don't get a new stadium. We don't know what we're going to do. We'll probably have to move. And it was because of Brett Favre, the success of the packers, the resurgence of the packers that all of this then come to fruition and then the legacy has since been extended. And now it is a literal Taj Mahal of football. It is hallowed ground and it will stay there forever. But they were that close to leaving Green Bay, I believe. Great to talk to you, Bill. And Edwin Diaz, the closer for the mets, they were jumping up and down around the mound and looked like he introduced his name. They had to have a wheelchair come out. Take him off. If I would have said, hey, you know, Puerto Rico won, they carried Edwin Diaz off and be like, all right, yeah. Yeah, what did he do? No, he got hurt. That's why the mets can't have nice things. Yes, pun. But can owners keep players from playing in these type of events when it means a lot to these players. They're clearly means a lot to risk your career to play in it. I would have a problem. I know it's for your country, and you want to say to those players. We know how important it is. But they're going to have to keep paying him. Steve

"CJ Stroud. But it's close. And the reason why I say it's close because CJ Stroud and Bryce young both bring outstanding tools to the table. They both play the game the right way. They both have the ability to emerge as franchise quarterbacks. The reason why I'd lean towards CJ Stroud is prototypical dimensions. 6 three, 225 or so pounds, natural throw, and maybe the most natural passer in the draft, he has everything that you've always looked for in the position over the last 25 years. And so when you think about how you want to build your team, that's what it looks like. Bryce young has all of those attributes, high IQ, great actually throws what touch timing and anticipation terrific performer in the clutch. The size factor. 5 ten and some change. 185 pounds. I know he measured in at two O 5, but he played his final season at one 85. And so when you look at the frame and I think that's the thing because people say, oh, he's built like Kyler Murray. But when you watch them side by side, they're not built the same. And so you just worry about durability in a very physical game. And I know people have thrown out there. He could be the Steph Curry of that. But remember, Steph Curry dealt with injuries to early part of his career before he became the Steph Curry that everyone adores. And so Bryce young has that ability, but the draft is part beauty pageant. If I'm going to take the beauty pageant, I'm going to go with the bill of the ball and to me that is CJ Strauss. CJ Stroud. Do you believe that's who the Panthers traded up to go get? Man, I will say this. It had to be one of the two. And you still can do that. When you go number one, it's all yours. And so even if there was a decision still to be made about Bryce young and CJ Stroud, you make the move because you have your choice. You can go to pro days, you can figure it out. You continue to talk to people. But I will say, when you're in the Carolina Panthers organization and you look at their coaching roster, Frank Reich, big quarterback, played in the league, Josh mccown, big quarterback played in the league. You think about Jim Cal will, helping out on that offensive staff. Who did he unlock to help the Baltimore Ravens win a Super Bowl? Joe Flacco, big quarterback that played in the league. And so I just believe that when you're a big quarterback and you've seen the game played a certain way and you played a certain way. You kept the lean towards that. I think CJ straw would ultimately be the pick, even though Scott fitter was in Seattle when they took Russell Wilson. And so maybe just maybe there's still some of that debate between the two, but I think CJ ultimately would be to pick. Tell me how Anthony Richardson crashes the party. I don't know to be honest. I'm gonna be honest like this is a mythical unicorn that has somehow dropped in all that because he had a dazzling performance at the combine. And I'm saying this as respectfully as I can about Anthony Richardson. Outstanding athlete, you don't see guys 6 four two 44 run a four four three vertical 40 plus inches in all of that. But at the end of the day, the game is played between the lines. And when people and I hate this about our part of the business, when we make comparisons, people need to make sure they dig deep when they make those comparisons. So the guy he's most compared to is Cam Newton and then we've heard some of the Jalen Hurst thing. Well, let's go back to when Cam Newton was in the SEC at auburn. Cam Newton rushed for 1400 plus yards. What a Heisman Trophy took a team that had one other pro to a national title in one. Jalen hurts. Jalen hurts. I think people kind of forget. Jalen hurts freshman year. His first two years in Alabama, he rushed for over 1800 yards. At 20 touchdowns, and if deshaun Watson doesn't pull off a miraculous comeback. He has to walk off run to win the game. Jalen hurts was that good in the SEC. So now we look at Anthony Richardson, who quarterback at 6 and 17 at Florida, he has 650 yards, but he only completed 53% of his passes. When we talk about Cam Newton and Jalen hurts, both of those guys were mid 60s, completion percentage. And so when we make these comparisons, like, oh, he's a bigger, faster version of Kim. Hold up. Look at how can play to look at how rich and in place. We see the flash plays, but I would have a hard time saying that I'm going to take Anthony Richardson in the top 5 and say he's going to be my franchise quarterback when I've only seen him do it for one season and it wasn't impressive when it comes to production, nor the victory. So do you evaluate will levis higher? I would say that I would take Anthony Richardson over will love us because it more dynamic athlete. But we'll love us. I think the same questions exist. We've kind of created this thing where, okay, a couple years ago, he played will for Kentucky last year. The tape is not great. And I know everyone is chasing. This is what we do in our business, particularly on the football side. When you miss out on somebody, say we missed out on Josh Allen. We spend our time trying to find the next one where we can make it right. And because Josh Allen has popped in the National Football League, everyone is saying, well this guy has those traces going to work, but the Buffalo Bills might have called lightning in a bottle. Great combination of hardworking player, great coaching with Brian Dave ball and Sean McDermott and their staff and it worked. There's no guarantee that will leverage oriented Richardson are going to work like that because all of those factors have to work together. The only place where I would say Anthony Richardson would be intriguing. The Seattle Seahawks because they have Geno Smith in place. Yes. If they were going to drop a top 5 pick and say, hey, we won't see him until 2024, 2025. Okay, we can sign off on it because it's the ultimate gamble. It's more of an NBA basketball pick where you're gambling on production and potential. Instead of like what you've seen, but man, even then it's still kind of rich to take a quarterback that you really haven't seen half success in college and say that he's going to have greater success in the league that is much harder with faster and more dynamic athletes. DJ, I still owe you. Where was I? You might not have been here that day. What do you mean that wasn't here that day? Two. You selling girl scout cookies and. The goddaughter was selling girl scout cookies. More than a happy to clean you out of whatever she needed. Those are good. That's great stuff. The thin mints. 8 boxes. Don't put me on a pain on my list when you're selling girl scouts. I don't think you got that. Because there hasn't been some because I remember sitting here yelling out. Anybody want girl scouts? Okay, now we're going to say that this has nothing to do with Dallas like the Giants didn't beat the cowboys or anything. Look, this year the Giants didn't get in your way. But you do reside in the same division. And if the Giants succeed and make the playoffs, it is entirely possible it does affect your cowboys happiness. But knowing that that's tough. Watching Chris brockman Penn have to hand right right away. A letter of an apology. Some guys never even met. Calling them out for a terrible take. I kind of think that's kind of supersede. Don't you think? Well, if all the teams I hate, I like the Giants the most out of all of them. So I'd be like, yeah, okay. I'd like to see if this is eagles to be the off the table. And part of the reason why they kept winning games because Daniel Jones played over his out of his skull. And if you're the owner of the giants, you're like, okay, let's run it back. "It was like earlier that. It might have been in September. Jones pick in the end zone the fourth quarter and he came back and Dave ball just screamed at him for like 45 seconds. And I remember we were laughing about it that night. Like Dave ball, like he's probably gonna try to get Dana Jones killed on these sweeps, but I don't know. He put some chest hair on the dude. The guy's really good now. Well, he's good. First a couple things. First of all, can we talk about the psychology of bedding and our loser friends and what it does to our minds? Like, we saw the Vikings play like horse crap for, you know, one score games, whatever you want to say what they win 13 wins this year. But whatever. We knew what they were going in. But yet everybody was on the giant. You want to know what shied me away from that pick. Everybody. We knew what was on the Giants, right? Everybody. That's one. Number two, yes, you're right. This day bowl thing, you want to see it with Daniel Jones, and they're going to have to pay, right? The Giants have to pay them now. They have 6 weeks ago. You aren't sure. Just in this last month, that's when it really turned the corner. I would say it's the last 6 7 weeks, but I think this is, I mean, Flacco's the ultimate example because he went on one of the great playoff runs and probably the greatest in football history. And ends up just he bet on himself he wins. But it's like a poor man's Flacco. I do think he's going to be a 120 million for four years. By the way, I would pay it. I think he's good. I think he's figured it out. Yeah. It's a rare loss for both of us. Both of us were completely out on like a quarterback evaluation. Right. Where I just feel like after two years, I'm like, I'm either in our mouth. And this is one of the rare cases where it's like, I was completely out. And two months, about two months ago, I was like, this guy's good. I can't deny it anymore. When you bet against him, he's scary. When you bet on him, you have confidence in him. He's good. All right, here's my reservations. One of my reservations. Not for the future. They should sign Danny dimes because everything else is such a crapshoot, whether it's yeah, through the draft, or if you want to take a chance with Derek Carr, which he won't work out in New York anyway, but whatever. Sign him. But as far as for next week, or this game that we saw today, they're going to go up against a better eagles defense. The Vikings had quadrants of the field wide open. Like I couldn't even stand it. Like, that drag route is effective, but should it be wide open every single time, whether it's really just these guys that we've never heard of. And we'll give Dave ball credit, but the jets at 464 yards passing against the Vikings. So I want to put Jesus a little bit in perspective. Thanksgiving night, that was such a brutal patriots loss because it felt like we could move the ball on them up in the field. And we lost that game. It was one of the many terrible pats games,

"Hi fits. If you beat the Vikings, you get the eagles. In round two, barring an incredible Geno Smith upset of the niners, which I think I don't know what scenario that would happen. But the Giants kind of feel like they could beat the eagles. And the Giants fans kind of feel like they could go in there and do some stuff, correct? Yes. I know Brian Davis said we're not playing with house money. The giants are playing with house money. I don't care. This is just like a pure joy. I mean, literally a year ago, the Giants were running quarterback sneaks on third and 9 because they were afraid of taking a safety. And within a year, they've made the playoffs. This was supposed to be a rebuild. They're just immediately, it was just a retool. They immediately found the right coach, the right GM, and then it turns out Daniel Jones was the right quarterback in plain sight. This is already like such a successful season. I mean, even if you added the Vikings win, it would just be joy to play the eagles. Raheem that hyphens was one of the people that talked to me out of the Giants over before the season. I could have been 25, 6 and one against the against the over unders and he said. It was you and just straps, and I was like, I like the Giants. I don't know, easy schedule and you guys are like, no. I came on, I came on this show and I said, I love the job. You did. To make the playoffs. I just felt like Ryan de bull was just, I mean, he's that guy, so well, we went from judge to Dave ball and four months and judge goes to the pads. I don't know what his responsibility was of the past, but he was part of the Pats mess. Giants fans hated judge, and now Dave balls, I compared them, I feel like there's some Parcells kind of magic, early Parcells, early 80s Parcells. You weren't alive for that high fits, but just this coach that comes in and transforms everything. It's pretty cool. Yeah, he's not Parcells in the disciplinary and vibe, but like, I think Brian dean, I will say, I don't know how many coaches and NFL history would look more natural at a tailgate outside the game. It looks like he just wandered under the sideline, especially he's got the goatee now. But it's been transformative and also I think that the fact that the Giants went from Jason Garrett, who looks like a mannequin on the Sunday and smiling. It looks like he's made of like a plastic. I mean, the Giants under Jason Garrett, they were outscored, I think the year before this year, 79 to zero in the final two minutes of the two minute warning, which is impossible. And now you see what the worst coaching possible looks like to the best. And that's been the whole season. So again, the thread between these two games, I think Raheem you nailed it. The injury reports coming out because we're recording this Thursday. The injury reports, both the Vikings and the bucks are looking at like maybe a third string center possibly and then both teams having like injuries at the tackles, the cowboys have injuries. I think that that is very important considering how important pass rush is to affecting Grady to affecting Kirk and making Dax brain malfunction. Raheem giants 20 four to one on FanDuel to win the NSC. Nah, don't do it. Don't do it. I'm just relaying the information. I'm not saying I'm better. I'm gonna take my giants playoff money and quit while I'm ahead. Just do 50 to one for the Super Bowl. Well, you're not winning the Super Bowl. Here's the road. You win this game. You win this game. "To ten. Okay. You can do that. But da ball, they're 9 6 and one. I still can't name three receivers on the team, even though I watch football every week. Dave ball saved Danny dimes career. And I got to say, I'll admit to feed on the Danny dying thing. My whole philosophy on QBs were like, you kind of should know after three years, right? If it's not there after three years, it's not happening. And I think that's 19 out of 20 times the case with quarterbacks. And he seems like he's the 20th where not only do they have to resign them now. I actually think he'll be in demand. I think teams would want to have them. It's because of what you said, like this experiment, whatever. This union that wasn't supposed to work out in 12, 14 games, but they will and Daniel Jones, right? And it certainly wasn't supposed to work out with Richie James and Darius slayton. Isaiah had a zombie Kenny gallaudet. Oh no. Remember the first few weeks we were joking that they were trying to kill Danny dimes because they kept rolling them out into like three guys. They were just trying to kill him so he could play Tyra Taylor? Nope. And his numbers aren't even spectacular. I think he was 19 for 24, 19 for 25 and less than 200 yards, but he extends drives, right? I don't know. He was just cold game as everything. But he's scary. When you bet against the Giants, you're scared of him on third and 5. For sure, right? That's like the ultimate test. And I go shit. What's time's gonna do? But you give it the table over sirianni? I think he's the other one. That's gonna get it. Yeah. I don't know. I think they had saran and kind of blew that one. Right? They're good, but their record's not really that much different than the other 6 teams. They have played, I don't know. I think it's day ball. I can't believe that teams 9 6 and one. I mean, we were trying in the before the season trying to make a case for the Giants. I remember. And I was just going to talk out of it by giants fans of my life. No way. We don't have the talent. So it was like, no, they got the easiest schedule, it's a weird division. The cowboys are going to be worse. Every once on the eagles, bandwagon, I don't know, maybe there's a Zach here with the Giants and all the Giants fans were like, nope, there's no zag. It's not happening. The draft pick. Absolutely. Yeah. I mean, not a good guy. Rubbing it in. When a guy's basically crippled next to him, he's doing snow angels, but no, but and he didn't even play a lot. And they didn't buy the receivers playlist. Like I bet them over their win total, but if you would have told me the receivers are out, we're not gonna say thibodeau for a while and all this other stuff. "All right, so our rapid fire, do you believe? Do you believe in the two and O giants? All right, let me start by saying I had them at 8 and 9, right? So I probably thought they were going to be one and one at this point. I thought they were going to be a little better than everybody else did. But let's remember, they were at the same position with Joe judge. They loved them. He was the savior, a parcel. Parcells could learn a lot from Joe judge. And then they fell in hate with him faster than anybody else. And they probably could have lost to Carolina. Let's see them beat a good team, like the Dallas Cowboys next week. They're going to win. I don't want to say too much bad about him because they're going to be three and now after they beat my team next Monday night. But I don't believe they're a playoff team, but I think I still think they're about 8 and 9. Is that fair? Yeah, there might be a tiny bit better than that. We'll see. A couple of things. Dave ball looks like the best coach ire of the year. There's a confidence and a swagger to him and the sideline that it has to be specific to the coach, especially compared to last year when they had Joe judge. Who I think is now a towel boy with patriots. There's definitely like a confidence to hit. Daniel Jones stinks. So how are we supposed to believe? What are we believing in then? If we were ranking the 32 starting quarterbacks, he would be one of the 5 in the bottom, right? It would be him in trubisky and a couple others. Yeah, yeah. And they were able to, they were able to navigate around him because Barclays are good. I was really impressed by their pass rush. They were swarming around, and I thought it felt like the Panthers were going to steal the game. I thought baker actually played pretty well. He was under duress a lot, but I was really impressed by the D and by the fact that the Giants can move the chains when they need to. Yeah, it was a pretty complete game, and it's a wonder when you watched a game that Barkley and McCaffrey are in and neither of them get injured. Like, wow, this is really something else. Monday night, he looked like the same guy he looked like the last couple of years. He's not the same athlete. There's a couple times when I felt like I wasn't running around. He just didn't. He missed some throws. Like the one played a Judy where he underthrew him to the point that it was an easy touchdown and it turned into like a hard one. I just wasn't impressed that I thought it was pretty telling. I know it's been discussed for 5 days, but or four days, but his coach was like, it's fourth and 5. You just gave this guy a 160 1 million guaranteed. And you're trying to 64 yard field goal and you're actually like setting it up to kick a 64. What are the odds that what did you think the odds were that that was going? I would have put out like 15 very little. I think the stat I read was like two out of 42 times has a kicker made a 64 yarder or more in the last ten years. And then fourth and 5 exactly. It's like 45%. So the odds itself, even if you're just looking at it in a vacuum, made no sense. I've spoken to Broncos people and it's like, and this sounds crazy. And he was like, fuck it, we're on the road. Let's go. And then you have Arthur Smith, who's on the 42 in New Orleans up to chance to put away fourth and one. You're going nowhere anyway. You're not a playoff team. This is a game that you ran that first down. New Orleans frontline wasn't even good in that game. Yeah. Yeah. And instead they punt it and it backfires and they lose. And then this one, you got your new QB. You just gave them all that money. Do you believe in them or not? And if you get a fourth and 5 and a Seattle, if you're playing against Detroit in week 13, fine. You're in Seattle. Like imagine that locker room, you come back and you convert that because Russell got it. Or if you don't, you hold your head up high and you say, all right, well, I was putting the ball and Russ's hands. You have no questions to answer. No one's going to question you. The truth of the matter is, Bill, they fumbled twice on the one yard line. They had 12 penalties. They were 6 points. Despite being in the red zone four times, there's a lot of reasons they lost that game. They put up over 400 yards. I don't think Russ looked terrible, but I hear you on your point of like, everyone's response being like, wow, they just got Russell Wilson thinking this is 2016 Russell Wilson. I was like, as you're talking, I'm racking my brain. There's been a few of them. I'm making like Albert Pujols getting the giant deal from like the angels, right? Yeah, I was thinking MBA. It's almost like those NBA trades where you get the NBA star who's like 32. Right, like a loser. It's like, hey, you see? I'm trading Chris Webber for Mitch Richmond. Yes, but what version of Mitch Richmond am I getting, right? That's a good example. Yeah, Mitch Richmond. I would be really concerned if I was a Broncos fan. Really? I feel like I feel like you wash that game away. That was week one and a weird environment with crazy shit happening. And you say, okay, week two, we gotta use it. I get it, but if rust was still that guy, that's like a Kaiser soze. I'm burning down the house game. And he just didn't look like that. I didn't think he to me, he looked exactly like you looked at last year, maybe it'll flip. I don't know, but I'm worried anyway, all the stuff they gave up and they guaranteed contract. And I'm not positive. He's a sure thing. So there's a little new owner syndrome. So that's two mistakes. Third one, the home run swing mistake. We don't have to litigate the Lance trade again. But they gave up the 13th pick in 21. First, in 22 and 23, and a third and 22, for a guy that I have no idea if he's good. I mean, I'm going to give him benefit of the doubt for how bad the weather was and all that stuff, but at the same time. Maybe. I mean, the other guy maybe. Right, the other guy did at the end. I don't think either guy was that great in the game, but I don't know. All of this, there's so many red flags. The fact that they kept Jimmy G, the fact that okay, what's the bigger mistake though? What's the bigger mistake? The trade itself, which is whatever, or the doubling down and without him winning the job saying, he's our guy, no matter what, even though Jimmy just took you to the, because we've been down that road. I mean, this is like heath schuler's the pick by the Redskins, and no matter what, they're starting him, even though Gus fort outplayed him every single time. And the opposite of this would be like, Brady, getting The Rock from Belichick and being like, I don't care about where you were drafted and what we're paying Bledsoe. You give the ball to the guy and the niners just gifted Trey and look, Trey might be the better quarterback. It was still very early, but for him to get it out of the gates and it to be a no brainer, even though Jimmy's still under contract at the time for 25 million and just took him to NFC championship game was a wild decision. That might be the mistake. Maybe you let Trey win that job or you go to Trey, but to say in February, Trey Lance is our guy. It's RG three and cousins or the opposite being Russell Wilson and Matt Flynn. Like Russell Wilson won that job and was a third round pick and Pete had the confidence to say, gosh, I got to give it to the best man. Trey Lance kind of given this job and I'm curious to see how much never works in football. It doesn't. It just does the team knows. The number one thing that that short pick? Yeah. I realized I actually want once to stick around. It's really exciting to have him as an NFL starter. Every player who's out there is in play for every throw. It might go right to the linebacker, it might go to defensive lineman. It can go to any of the receivers. It can hit the guy holding the sideline thing on the side, but it just everyone's a play is exciting. You're watching him. He's apologizing after one series. He looks devastated after the next one. Is this a here come the Giants moment for you? Or is this the highlight of their season? Well, I do want to add them as an 8 wins this year. And they probably should have lost today with the way Tennessee just needed like another field goal to put them away really. I mean, they literally did another field girl, but I do caution giants fans. They love Joe judge in the beginning, right? He is a rah rah guy and I think he probably saw the same scene with him chewing out Daniel Jones and then all of a sudden they hated him. They couldn't play for him, you know? And he obviously didn't know what he was talking about. I'm not saying that's the case with David, but he got a lot of help from verbal. I mean, I don't know what the hell goes on at the end where they blow a time out instead of clocking it and then Tannehill so bad. Takes a snap and goes three steps back and it's not even to get it in the right positioning for the hash marks because he still put it on the far hash mark, except three steps back and that's exactly the distance by which the field goal was missed to the right so yeah the Giants are very lucky but they did show some heart and saquon bark was back. You're right, 164 yards. When are these teams kind of realized you don't take the last time out in that situation? I don't get it. And by the way, don't spike it either. Just run a play. This is why you practice every week. Yeah, you have it. You're not there. Times on your magic number, the most crucial midfield goal was exactly 47 yards. And it was outdoors. "Get a good offense coordinator, get a good quarterback coach when The O.C. look at what's going on with the bills, right? Dave ball leaves. So what do they do? They promote what happens. You don't know if Dorsey is anything. I wouldn't know about here's my point. I would rather create a strong pipeline behind the coach I believe in offensive or defensive than just dismiss half the candidates because oh, well, I might not have a good offense of coordinator one day and that would suck. I just think that's a really irresponsible way to hire a coach. No, I don't disagree with you, but I think the issue is that the brightest offensive minds in football are getting the head coaching jobs. No question about that. If you don't grab one of those guys as a head coach, the likelihood that you're gonna get a good coordinator in place or a sequence of good coordinators after that is significantly lower because every single good offensive coach in the league is going to be a head coach within the next 5 years, right? And yeah, there's always up and comers. There's always new guys that come down the pipeline, but I think eventually you're going to see a league that's fully dominated by these offensive coaches and it's going to be really hard to go and find these OCs. And I think that you look at, for example, the Chargers with Justin Herbert, Brandon staley for all of his shortcomings as an in game coach and his decision makings during the game is very well renowned for his acumen as a defensive coach, but that's not gonna help Justin Herbert in the offense and that should be your most important asset. So I just yeah, Justin Herbert's been fine in the offense has been fine. It's been fine. I don't know if it's been as good as it possible. They're not, and I guess I'm kind of hurting my own case here, but this is a separate argument..

And I think that the weather just exaggerated how big of a difference that the Patriots have in terms of coaching and it was a huge win for Belichick over McDermott and it left it left McDermott knew it, Nick. I mean, that's why he said what he did in this press conferences. He knew he was embarrassed. He knew that Bill Belichick just badly out coached him exposed him and he did everything in his postgame press conference to say, oh, it wasn't my fault. It was everybody else's fault. Well, I mean, I think the talk was Bill O'Brien is a dope. I mean, what are you doing, You know, trading DeAndre Hopkins for a second round pick and David Johnson. I mean, I don't even think that that's a fair comparison. Just because You know that trade was so one sided in favor of the Cardinals that it's Repair. Now to your point. I think there were some people that said Boy bills paid a pity. Pretty big price for a receiver. Who you know, seven days was obviously town. Anybody that watched him in Minnesota knew that, but You know, there was some questions about what kind of a teammate he would be coming to Buffalo. You know, he had some issues. It seemed like with his quarterback there in Minnesota and in terms of the off the field. You know, Question marks. You know, that has not been an issue at all. Now, Of course, when you're targeted 160 times in a game or in a season, you're gonna be happy as a receiver, right? We haven't seen Stefan Diggs go through any real adversity in his first year with the bells, but I think from a talent perspective, what Stefan Diggs brings. He's an excellent route runner and he can make contested catches and going back to what I said earlier about Josh Allen, who is not gonna be Drew Brees in terms of his accuracy, having a court Ah, wide receiver. You can make some tough catches to help your quarterback at times just made it a perfect fit. So, yeah, I think the initial reaction to the trade was boy. The bills, you know, paid a pretty steep price here, but This is one of the true win win trades in NFL history. I mean, you can look at this in both sides could make a very strong case that they won their their end of the deal.
