That is what his mug shots are showing. They were released hours after suspect Anderson Aldrich made his first court appearance. Two people jumped on Aldrich to stop the gunfire on Saturday in Colorado Springs. And the judge in the case says the suspect will be held without bail. In El Paso county court judge has ordered the alleged shooter. Anderson Lee Aldrich held without bail. I find there is legal authority to hold Anderson Aldridge without bond at this time. The next hearing in the case is December 6th. Aldrich is facing possible murder and hate crime charges following the fatal shooting of 5 people at a gay nightclub. The suspect was beaten into submission by patrons during the Saturday night shooting at club Q and was released from the hospital Tuesday. Darrell Brooks Convicted in Deadly Wisconsin Christmas Parade Attack

"Listen. About the time this show was coming on, literally 22 minutes ago, at the top of the hour, this came down. Daryl Brooks, the Waukesha Christmas parade murderer, was found guilty. First degree intentional homicide in that massacre. You know, I don't want to say it's received no coverage. But this was a Christmas parade murder, so we're talking ten months ago, you know, Christmas of 2021. When this angry, violent, criminal man, 40 year old Daryl Brooks, assaulted his girlfriend, then climbed into his SUV and plowed through that Christmas parade of almost exclusively white people. There's a reason I brought that up. Intentionally according to the eyewitnesses and the prosecutors swerving and veering to maximize the number of people he could hit. He didn't plow straight ahead, giving people at least a chance to dive out of the way. He targeted and swerved and hit as many of them as he could. Killed 6 people, injured about 70 more. He has been convicted of first degree murder after representing himself and turning this entire thing into his show trial. It's just been a circus. He represented himself. He continually threatened the judge, the media coverage of this has been interesting to say the least, the media coverage of the Darryl Brooks trial at the outset was almost sympathetic to Daryl Brooks, a black man who ran down about 70 white people.

"The prosecution has rested in the trial of a man accused of killing 6 people when he allegedly drove his SUV through a Wisconsin Christmas parade Darryl Brooks fired his attorney before the trial started He's representing himself in his opening statement Brooke said what happened in Waukesha was a tragedy and reminded the jury there are two sides to every story It's easy to forget The other side of the coin Brooks was in tears but didn't outline any defense theories that might save him from prison Powers in your hands All of you Brooks was disruptive at times I'm advising you to sit down and be quiet And if you interrupt me again you are unnoticed that you will forfeit your right to be present in this tribe Police officers and others who were at the parade testified saying they saw the SUV enter the parade were hit by the SUV or saw Brooks behind the wheel I'm Ed Donahue

The Connection Between Violent Crime and Marijuana Usage

"I got Sean sent me an article about marijuana usage in its residual effects. And just because, you know, correlation denied always mean causation, but at least you have the facts and understanding, you know, according to an article called cannabis causes psychosis, a psychosis caused violence written by a gentleman, a doctor named Alex berenson on May 25th in an article he describes some of the correlations between marijuana usage and violent criminals. Mister, I don't like even like to say the guy's name, but it was confirmed that the shooter and Yuval di had issues with using marijuana. Don't know how much he used, but he was upset because his grandmother and mother allegedly would not let him use marijuana. Nicholas Cruz, which is a Florida high school shooter, was heavily used in marijuana, and that's what he told the police in the police interview. Devin Patrick Kelly, who shot up a Texas church and killed 26 people on 2017 before, you know, obviously killing himself had a THC in his system when he died, Darryl Brooks junior last seen allegedly racing through the walk of Christmas parade, self described as a stoner and here's some statistical data that may become relevant. It says, meanwhile, the cities like Portland, Oregon, have suffered an explosion in violence, following the legalization of cannabis.

"I host a morning show on super talk beta 9 7 WTN here in Nashville Tennessee So there is a lot going on Certainly the latest on what is happening in Waukesha Wisconsin We do have all the latest regarding Darryl Brooks People are losing their ever leave in mind because the judge has now decided in this case Now you know hopefully you know that unfortunately now we do have a 6th victim And that is an 8 year old boy that died in the hospital So now he is going to be charged in the depths of now a 6 person there in Waukesha And so one of the things that the judge did and I heard know that Gary and Eric spoke about this yesterday Was there's a lot of conversation regarding bail reform And why is it that this guy was roaming the streets So we're going to get into that but just so you have the very latest now he has been not really sees it remains in jail $5 million bail Now I want you to think about that because people are really angry on both sides You have folks that are saying well why is there any bail at all And I totally understand that Why is it that Darryl Brooks is offered being offered any kind of bail whatsoever even $5 million Now you might say well Dan it's 5 million bucks I mean this dude they're saying that he is indigent Why would they give him $5 million Bail there's no way he's going to be able to hit that Well here's the problem The problem is I don't believe there should be any bail whatsoever He should be stuck in jail until the trial Here's why I know that some of you folks are saying but there's no way this guy is going to be able to raise $5 million really You don't think that social media and the Democrat machine for whatever reason will want this guy to be able to get out and roam the streets Because you know how this works right For whatever reason the Democrats they like to make heroes out of people like Darryl Brooks Even though this guy has done reprehensible things and so through social media and crowdfunding and all of this it is absolutely feasible that they could raise $5 million and get Daryl Brooks out of jail even though this is a guy Who killed an 8 year old kid and 5 other people when he took that car and he just plowed through that parade in Waukesha Wisconsin So that's number one You have people angry on both sides You have some folks like me that are saying why in the world does this guy being offered any kind of bail whatsoever Then you have the other side that are saying oh $5 million Really that's way too much for a guy like Daryl Brooks Really Because if you've been studying up on Daryl Brooks you know that this is a guy who has a tendency to flee He was up for some crimes in Nevada and he got a really low bail there and he bailed And he went back to Wisconsin where he was arrested again not shipped back to Nevada where he should have been And he was allowed to go out on bail yet again really low bail That was only a few weeks ago and then we know what he did over the weekend So bail reform very uncomfortably I would say very uncomfortably for the Democrats bail reform is in the news And we've been talking about bail reform In talk radio four a long time because we know that if there's one narrative that's out there these days it is that the Democrats they're really like to defund the police and fund the criminals And they don't believe that any criminals should be behind bars There is so much to talk about including the 2022 election Now what is all of this have to do with the midterm elections Well I think it's pretty obvious what this has to do with the 2022 elections The Democrats are the party Of crime and chaos in the streets isn't that obvious There's a great headline from the Washington examiner Progressive criminal justice reforms will spark backlash as repeat criminals roam free And yeah they do talk about Darryl Brooks And the stupidly low bail that he's been getting that allowed him to get out of jail despite being arrested multiple times I mean just to highlight in case you don't know this is a guy that was released from jail in February after posting a $500 bail Charges were reckless endangerment and felony possession of a firearm The felony $500 he was also released from jail just a few weeks ago You know what he was in for Listen to this He punched his girlfriend and ran her over with a car After being allowed to go free after posting a bail of only a $1000 So now he gets out of jail and what does he do Supposedly fleeing from this domestic violent situation he ends up running over a bunch of people there allegedly They're in Waukesha So now we have a situation where for the Democrats this is not good This is a features according to of course the Washington examiner this is a feature of progressive criminal justice They say it's not a bug This is a feature of progressive criminal justice though jokes is now the most prominent example we are seeing it all over the country from San Francisco to Chicago to Philadelphia and Los Angeles Now I want to ask you a question What do those cities have in common I want you to think about this You won't have to think real hard What is San Francisco Chicago Philadelphia and Los Angeles what do they all have in common.
