"He's run well at high tire work tracks and intermediate distances. When you look at his current form four 7 races, he's finished inside the top ten lately. Michigan and Daytona have helped bring down his average overall finish ranking, but you talked about the 20 being probably one of the best value propositions in terms of winning the actual championship. What do you think the outlook looks like for him as we go to the lady in black this weekend? Well, to speak about the championship, apparently Caesars didn't respect what I said because he went from 15 to one to 22 to one. So I added. Anyway, and that's just to win the championship. Out of spite, that's the spite ad, which comes with probably a little bit of ego, but what you know what was interesting though, I will talk about his odd we actually discussed it and we gave it out as a best bet and figured it was a great way for people to diversify their portfolio a little bit. When Kurt Busch ends up basically saying, hey, look, I'm not going to be able to participate in the playoffs, meaning Martin Truex Junior was in. If the season ended before Daytona, you saw true X odds come crashing down and as a result, books that do things the right way, drifted Christopher Bell's odds out. And that may have been the reason why that was the case. Well, that makes me feel a little better, Todd, but the line movement went against me and I always hate that. You know, I like to make sure that I'm giving everybody the best price. And just keep plowing well, so okay, you're going to tell our listeners then to just keep plowing into a number if they happen to have prices at 18 to one or better now. Nope, you're right about that. Yeah, just keep betting it until they move the number. That's my thought process here. Listen, bell hasn't had the finishes here at Darlington that you would expect at a high edit track where the high line comes in and these dirt trackers that like the cars loose. Can kind of feather that throttle and use the cushion up against the wall there to generate speed. But he's raced well. He even had a quote today that he posted that he said, I know that I haven't had the finishes, but you know, I actually do race a lot better here than my results show. Here's the deal with Belle. I mean, when you look at those 5 races that we're using, he has the best average starting position. So rate then and there, at 20 to one, it seems like he has the best value from an outright perspective. Just if he's going to qualify in the top, I think he's got two poles, right? So two out of the 5 races, he's put it right on the pole. So obviously you can steal some value there at 20 to one. In my opinion. Now, remember, you're kind of playing with fire with Chris Bell because he will be going to the rear at some point in the race. A 500 mile race, maybe two or three times, but he has definitely exhibited the ability to drive back through the field. And there's something about starting in the rear at some point in the race and driving back up to the leaders. I think these guys are able to learn so much on how to make passes. When you look at loudon, when he won, it was Harvick and Truex and nobody else, until those guys got shuffled back in traffic, they struggled to make passes. You know who didn't? Someone that went to the rear. At least one time in Chris Bell, and he was able to pull out a win there at a highway track. I think that there's something about just making a ton of passes that really becomes an advantage late in the race. So I think Chris Bell is a ton of value. Like I said for two reasons. He has tremendous upside, and he learns a ton throughout the race, and then also he qualifies well. So I think you'll see his odds move the most if he does kind of get that top three or four starting spot. Maybe he figured out why Kevin Harvick does so well. He qualifies like crappy as to start far back and he's got to figure out what kind of Maschine he has to pull to the front. I wouldn't recommend that as a strategy week in week out because you would prefer better pit stall selection, but hey look, maybe there's some merits trying to figure out how your car handles in traffic since we know these things are awfully quick when you do get to clean air and you have to make adjustments accordingly. One driver that we talked about early on in the show who's not in the playoffs, but I think is definitely worth mentioning would be Martin Truex Junior, 7 to one in the spring. His odds Wiley available at 11 to one for this race. He's been outstanding at Darlington in the past. And four out of the 5 trips, he's run consistently inside the top ten and head cars good enough for a podium finish every single time we come here. Top 5 in both races last year ran extremely well here in the spring before he wrecked out earlier in the race that he would have liked. When you look at his price at 11, does it offer a value proposition or is it a wait and see approach? I know the 19 is a consummate professional, but you do have to wonder if there's a little bit of a hangover and disappointment that he's just playing out the stretch over the next ten weeks. We talked about this last night and you brought up, hey, what do you think of the 19 this week? And I was trying to come up with a good explanation either way, whether I thought it'd be good or bad. And I just couldn't. I think this is a true coin toss. I have no idea what to think. You know, he has to be bummed. He's not in the playoffs. I mean, I never would have thought that he wasn't going to be there. Especially because he had speed in his car. It's not like he didn't have chances to win. He certainly did. I wouldn't be shocked if he went out there and qualified in the top three and led a ton of laps like he has in the past. Or I wouldn't be shocked if he just goes out there kind of like eeyore and rolls around in ten 12 and oh woe is me and kind of gives I just don't know. I mean, when was the last time that Truex wasn't in the chase? I don't know how he's going to react at all. So I think at this point it would be pure speculation to say one way or the other. And I'm not in that. I'm not interested in speculating it at all. At all, so I'm just going to wait and see. I mean, the speculation business does nothing but bankrupts you as a sports better. So I would agree, you can err on the side of caution. You can avoid him and head to head match ups and should you think that he has a race winning car. There's always the avenue to take advantage in live betting. But you've got me thinking where you kind of jogged a thought process. I almost feel like as NASCAR betting continues to grow and proliferate with a lot of the sports books. Those that are partners with NASCAR and otherwise, I feel we should get yes no prices on drivers coming into the season because a no price on Martin Truex before the season started. I mean, you would have been able to take a price upwards of ten, 12, even higher than that. If you thought that the 19 wasn't going to be one of the 16 cars that had a chance once we got to the southern 500 to actually win the championship. Yeah, I think Steve Letarte was on to this early on. He said, I think that with the old shifting, definitely had an advantage and he loses a little bit of that advantage with this car. So I thought he was nuts for saying it. And so la tart, I'm sure you're a big fan of the show and listen every week. I've got to give you some props there because I did hear it from you first and I didn't believe it and you would have cashed a nice little ticket if there was a no prop on Truex making the playoffs. Yeah, awfully interesting to think about it, but clearly this is a playoff format that we've talked about at great lengths every single week. It lends itself to drama. You win and you get in and there isn't really an avenue for a lot of drivers to point themselves in. Ryan Blaney, of course, the only one that was able to do so during the regular season. Obviously so many other drivers extremely talented.

"Free to join to bet the board swag you pick 5 NFL games a week against the spread and you have a glorious trophy if you happen to merge victorious atop the heap. Maybe something for us to think about for season two is stay green where we'll have to come up with a fantasy game or a gambling handicap where maybe people can get the Chris wormy annual trophy with your face. They can prominently display on their mantle. I think that sounds like a great idea. I would love for my face to be a trophy. Yeah, you know what we can do. Maybe we'll get a little LED, we'll get a crystal. We'll do it fancy. I'm not sure if it'll come with hair product that they can style your hair. There's so many different unique ways we can go. But as we go on to stage two, like we told you at the top of the show, it's all about gambling. And this will be a little bit briefer, at least for today's show than what we would normally allocate for this part of the program. But I guess the first question I have to ask, do you change anything as a NASCAR better as we approach the playoffs, whether there are certain drivers in your outright portfolio, if there's head to head matchups you'll avoid. Does the overall philosophical approach waver from what you would do during the 26 regular season races? Yes, yes and no, I guess it's so situational. I think that it's really important that when it comes to these cutoff races that your very aware of the point scenarios and how competitive the cars are going into the race. So I like to ask myself what sort of playoff scenario could have implications on this matchup. Now, when it comes to outright, I don't think that it changes things too much. I don't want to speak in absolutes here because I can think of scenarios where someone might be happy with the second or third place finish, even though they have a race winning car because this gets them to advance. So to sit here and give a very clear, I guess, I don't know, a very clear description of how it changes would be very, very difficult because there's so many moving parts that it would be hard to even describe. This could be a whole podcast. The more that I think about it. I don't think the good thing is we can break this up into pieces. And we can cover pieces next week, the following week and continue to build on it. That's the nice part of having this format where I'm going to have to break it all down today if you got a lot of information to share with our listeners. I had a bunch of notes here and then I just started thinking about it and at first I did not think it affected outright, but you know what? You brought up a good point earlier in the show about how maybe someone might be happy with just a 5th or 6th place finish and man, you don't want to have the fastest car and have that be maybe your biggest investment on the race. And have its crew chief come over the radio and say, hey, just stay here. Take care of your stuff. And let's move on to next week. Now, I say that. And then you look back at Jimmy Johnson at the role when all he needed to do was finish second place, and he gets into the playoffs. And you had to bring that race up. They had to bring it up. I thought we were going to wait until we actually had a handicap the rule for that to come up. And you know what? If you follow Chris on Twitter, maybe he'll tweet it out. The infamous wreck between the 19 or what was he driving the 78 at that time, I don't even know. Jimmie Johnson and Martin Truex Junior, which still haunts me to this day. Yeah, and Jimmy Johnson's one of the smartest drivers to ever get behind the wheel, in my opinion, and he went for the win. So like I said, at the end of the day, these guys are still race car drivers. So it does factor in a little bit, but I would say more I cut off races than anything else. So that's where I'll start, and then we'll take a deeper dive on this next week. You know, one thing that is interesting is obviously price. That's the overarching common thread as sports better specifically in NASCAR. And I think as it relates to Martin Truex, so we'll talk a little bit about in the final portion of the show and how good he's been at Darlington in the past. You see his price reflect a driver that's on the outside looking in. The best he can finish his 17th, but that's also why he's 11 to one this week versus the 7 to one price tag that we saw on him for the race in late May. So just something to think about, you don't want to completely avoid non playoff drivers, but you may want to make potentially smaller investments knowing that aptitude or desire I should say to race as aggressively down the stretch could play a role. And we've seen that firsthand with how Kyle Larson went about trying to utilize the high line at homestead over and over and over again when he was a non playoff driver working in inferior equipment for Chip Ganassi racing, but stage two rather brief. Well, hey Todd, you know, I guess I do have a super hot take about betting in the playoffs. So here's my super hot takes. Oh no, here we go. I don't see any reason to bet anybody, but the championship four at Phoenix to win the race. There you go. You heard it here first. I think those guys will be the fastest cars. That's for sure. Weekend and week out. We're back at homestead where Larson had a chance. Well, it's one of those things that I've always wondered. And you know, hey, look, I know we do this in partnership with NASCAR. So I don't want to speculate. You do wonder if those cars are a little bit different than the rest of the field that's competing in Phoenix in the final race of the season. If memory serves me, if memory serves me correct, the last final race winner that didn't win the championship would have been Denny Hamlin at homestead, correct? Yeah, well, not since this is like the championship race. I mean, they've pretty much run one through four. I think that Larson is the only guy that's actually bent had clearly the dominant car. But that was at homestead. I think at Phoenix, it's very different. There was a Harvick at one point, I think, was breaking up the top four. Here's the deal. All the resources from every team are looking at just one car and you know what? They run, they're the four fastest cars. And I don't know, that's all I'm going to say. It reminds me of the old video game and we're really dating ourselves, so we have younger listeners, they're going to have no idea what the hell I'm talking about. I think it was called off roader. You could pick up those nitro nitro boosters and you could get your car to drive that much faster than the competition as one of those bonus elements. It almost feels like the cars that are vying for the championship in Phoenix have a little bit more in the tank there. But you know what? That's what this format was designed for creates drama throughout the course of the season as we saw at Daytona. It creates drama every three races in the playoffs and obviously you don't want to see the guy that ultimately goes on to win the series championship. Modeled back in traffic racing for 11th place. So it's a good thing and I think people really come to appreciate it, especially those fans that are new to NASCAR and are going to stay glued to the edge of their seat until we know who the 2022 champion is. As we always do though, before we wrap up stage two, want to share where you can watch all the on track activities this weekend for NASCAR. And

"Always by esteemed racing analyst Chris wormy and worm. I gotta ask you right off the top. I know we're gonna go through a little bit of a Daytona recap in stage one. Stage two we'll talk about some of the betting optics and the opportunities that the playoffs present before we get into a full race breakdown in stage three, but you told our listeners last week on this very show that you weren't going to watch Daytona. Now, since the race got moved from Saturday night because of rain to breakfast NASCAR on Sunday, did you find yourself parked in front of the TV drinking a cup of coffee, eating an omelet and watching these guys go out there banging around? Nope. I didn't watch one lap. I can't, Todd. I have a problem if I watch, then I bet. And I know I don't want to bet. And it was interesting because I went on and talked with some of those guys on whatever Saturday night Derek and those guys had a live looking. And I didn't even know who won the Xfinity race. I didn't know who qualified well in the cups race. I knew nothing. I genuinely just excuse myself from NASCAR for the entire weekend. You know, it must be nice to be able right in the thick of the playoff race. The final regular season situation. Here you are. A better in his own right who does exceptionally well and you are the voice of reason on this very show that goes, you know what? I'm just going to remove myself. I'm going to spend quality time with my significant other. I'm going to play around to golf with the boys and I'm going to come on the show and pretend like I know what happened. So honestly I applaud that I applaud that more than anything else. And hey, you mentioned the Xfinity race. Jeremy Clements may have wanted on the track, but it didn't exactly hold up in the court of NASCAR. So to speak, is he'll have to win another race to get himself into the playoffs. And if that's the case, he'll lose ten points. But as we always do around these parts, we kind of insinuated the directions we were going to have. Want to remind all of our loyal listeners, whether it's the first time you're tuning into stay green, knowing that we're in the heart of football season and there are other avenues to bet. Stage one is all about what we learn from the previous race and the kind of lessons that we can take away and apply going forward. Stage two, all about gambling and some of the technical aspects of betting auto sports and specifically in this show about what the playoffs mean to your bankroll and how to try and find a little bit of advantage. And today, a deep dive for one of NASCAR's crown jewel and to cook out southern 500 or whatever exactly they're calling it. So let's start with Daytona. We won't spend a ton of time here, but I guess the first overarching question I have to ask you, did we learn anything at Daytona that could potentially be helpful for handicappers or fans alike when we eventually get to Talladega in the second phase of the playoff race? Normally I would say no, there's almost nothing you can take. However, I will say that when I went back and watched the 14 or 15 minute replay that kind of recaps everything, exciting that happened in the race. And I noticed that most of the issues that kind of jumbled up the field or most of the RECs actually started kind of at the front of the pack. And I was always of the thought process where I thought if you were out front, maybe in the first two rows that you were able to avoid a lot of the big one, per se. But I think with these cars being so edgy and the amount you have to block in order to keep the lead, a lot of the issues started up front, which is just a catastrophe for the rest of the field that's flying around there at a 102 110 miles an hour. So I think that the only way to play it safe is to ride way in the back. And before I thought you could be up front, or you could be in the back. But anywhere in between would be terrible. Now I think you just gotta play it safe in the back. Now, how we can make money off of this is I think that depending on where guys are at in the playoffs when it comes to points when they get to Talladega. You might be able to find some value on guys to win stage one and two, knowing that some of the faster cars might just be hanging around in the back, trying to avoid the big one. I don't know if there's a ton we can take away, but that's one thing where I actually might concentrate a little bit of time as we approach Talladega. Yeah, just ten cars actually finish on the lead lap in Sunday's race. 17 cars were actually running at the checkered flag and you talk about the big one. I think 13 cars were caught in that melee. Unfortunately, mother nature played a little bit of a hand in what transpired there. The three the primary beneficiary living a charmed existence found his ability to slip right through and it was Austin Dillon with the improbable victory sealing that 16 spot in the playoffs. It came at the expense of the 19 of Martin Truex Junior who I know both you and I bet at long shot odds once we find out found out late last week that Kurt Busch was going to forgo his opportunity to kind of take the playoff waiver. And after a red flag period that lasted three hours, 19 minutes and 57 seconds, Austin Dillon falls behind the 2022 Daytona winner in Austin cindric, trailed him from the restart and then basically decided, you know what? I need to punch my ticket to the postseason. I'm gonna run right through the two. Got a little bit of an escort, a chaperone, call it what you will from his RCR teammate in Tyler Reddick, and it was Austin Dillon getting in, but there was a big gambling storyline that unfolded. We'll get to that in a second, but the three car, he may be a true 16 seed, much like in the NCAA tournament.

"Go ahead, rowdy. Hey, what's going on, everybody? Roddy dragon back again for this week's final app weekly fantasy update. How about that crazy race at Darlington Raceway? A lot of big names got taken out during that one. Let's see. Which one of you avoided those big names? Looking at Darlington stage leaders, PW johannessen takes the first stage and goes on to sweep the second stage as well. Unfortunately for PW Johansson, get her done, took the win with 219 points and 59 stage points. Rowdy dragon, I finished 103rd, not my best performance. Sliding down to the 14th position in the overall ranks, Toby Christie. Also a rough day for him, 179th in the standings, slides down to the 92nd spot. Carey Murphy. Where's Jimmy? Finished above both of us in the 51st position and is up in the 98th spot. That's only 6 positions from Toby. Toby, Stan put the hammer down. Okay, let's take a look at last week's picks. I gave you the 5 11 and the 19 starting with Kyle Larson in that 5 car. I'm sorry about that. He got you one point on the date. That's it. One stinking point. I was able to garage him before it was too late. I'm not sure if he had an arrow issue when he spun. If it was in two or four, I don't quite remember, but I do know Chastain and Martin Truex Junior both had front row seats to see that, and a little while later, Chastain goes and does the same thing only he hits the bump in two, I know that. And then, of course, Truex should have adapted because he saw both of them do it and. Well, I ended up doing it himself. So that landed Truex in the tenth spot for the standings with 13 position points, 15 stage points on the day, coming up with a total of 28 points. Denny Hamlin didn't fare much better in that 11 car, coming up in the 14th spot on the fantasy standings, with 16 position points, and 11, stage points on the day. So it shows the Toyota's do have speed and they are up front. They are just having issues closing the deal. And our current points leader over at the final app we'd be fantasy league is war bald tires. Still, got a little run going there. And he's got a 21 point lead over. He too Louisville max. And we currently have 383 players in the final app weekly fantasy league. Looks like about 250 active players. But we do have new numbers growing just about every week. So welcome to the league to those of you that are joining late. And it's not a bad idea to learn right now on our way to the playoff run. This is the 13th race of the season, that makes it halfway through the regular season. So it's a good time to evaluate your drivers, see how many you have left and where they can help you out further down the road here as we head towards. The playoffs. All right, we all know how well Kyle Larson runs the rim around these tracks. It's a good weekend for all those room riders again at Kansas, but we're gonna avoid taking those low hanging fruits this week and take a look at three guys that will potentially help you line up, running all the lines of the track. We've got, once again, the 11 car Denny Hamlin. Like I said, Gibbs look really strong. The last couple of weeks over at Dover and in Darlington, he just had some bad luck going on there. Don't let their finishes fool you there. Bad luck is got to end at some point. And if it's here at Kansas, you should be sitting pretty. As Denny's got 27 races here with an average finish of 14.1. He's got 9 top 5s and ten top tens. And over his career at Darlington, Denny has picked up 349 laps led, as well as three wins. Looking at Denny's stage point picture. Out of 20, stages ten races. Then he's picked up 15 stage points and three stage wins. Let's hope for some of that bad luck to end over at Kansas for Denny Hamlet in the 11 car. Looking at another driver, the number 9 chase Elliott. He's got 12 races of run at this track and his average finish is 9.8, not too bad. 6 top 5 and 8 top tens in that period. Also, pretty stellar numbers. He's got a 187 laps led and has one win. In the 20 stages he's run, he's got 15 stages as well. Stage wins amount to two, and he's got three seconds. Now looking at the last 9 races run, Chase's lowest finish is 12th and looking back 6 of the last 7 races, Chase has finished in the top 6, and last October he came home in P two. I looked for chase to put up some pretty good numbers on the oval this weekend. All right, looking at a Ford in the number four car, Kevin Harvick. One of the more grizzled veterans at this track, he's got 32 races here with an average finish of 8.9 with 12 top 5 19 top ten. And a gang of laps led at 949. That led to three wins for him. He's also real good at collecting stage points here. He's got 18 out of the 20 tries. He's got two stage wins, but he's also coming second, 7 times. Almost half of his stages since the inception of stage points are P one or P two. Looking back at say Vegas and Auto Club, the other two mile and a half, we had that compare similar to this track. Kevin finished 7th at Auto Club and 12th in Las Vegas. He's got three wins in the last 5 races run here in Kansas. All right, so those are the three featured picks for this week. Don't be scared to use those Toyota's. Again, we are on the 13th race of the season. Once this race is completed, we are now halfway through the regular season. It's time to take a good look at your overall picture and see where your drivers are, how many you have left and where to put them in. So good luck over in Kansas this weekend. Hopefully you have a decent race. Thanks again for sticking around and listening to the final weekly fantasy segment of the show. I am rowdy dragon. We'll talk to you again. Next week..

"In the sport. Kirk show me, winning out the chip four championships, a ton of races. Matt Kenseth, you look at what he's done. I mean, two Daytona 500 southern 500 Coke 600, all star wind, cup chairmanship. I mean, it goes on and on and on. They're all really well deserving. And it's good to see. I am ecstatic from Mike Hilton. I'm a huge Mike Elton fan. Mike kelton is a leader in this sport and I am so happy that he was recognized today because he has made an unbelievable amount of contributions to this. Has been a leader for decades and still it really is Nate. So kind of give us a feel for in the room, how the discussions went, how the vote went compared to past years, maybe. So Pasteur's Marty, I would say it's been a little bit more contentious. Sometimes some arguments break out. This year, we started at 1 p.m., we were done by two 45. Wow. And I think they had another hour built into the schedule for potential discussion. I think people arrived knowing who they wanted to vote for to Jeff's point. I think kenzie was very much a clear cut first ballot Hall of Famer. He's the only cup champion on the ballot, both modern era and pioneer one of the most consistent drivers in history and also the Triple Crown winner with cocoa 600 southern 500 and the two day ten O 500 wins. So that was clear cut. And I think hershel mcgriff he finished in the top three vote gutters last year of guys who didn't get inducted. So I think even though you can look at his record and say, you know, there's not a lot there in terms of cup success and like four cup victories, hirsch mcgriff had a lot of support coming in and you know, he's the guy who raced the 1950s southern 500 was going to say the very first the very first race at Darlington Raceway. Where NASCAR will be this weekend. Hershel mcgriff drove drove his oldsmobile from Oregon where he lives to Darlington race that car at Darlington and then drove home. So a great story and a long career. Hershel is a great example of, you know, this is a NASCAR Hall of Fame. It's not a Cup Series Hall of Fame. And Herschel McGrath is a great example of someone that contributed to the sport, had tons of success, not just at the cup level. I mean, tons of tons of wins and now is an orca series. And I mean, he was the leader of that. And so he had a major impact on this sport. And it's important for people at home that don't really know. This is not just a Cup Series Hall of Fame. It is a Hall of Fame that goes throughout all the NASCAR and it's great that drivers like hirschberg can be recognized. Herschel still with us at 94 and the oldest person to ever enter a NASCAR race at 90 years old. So he's got a lot of stats out of also ran the 24 hour Le Mans twice as well. Kirk scholar dean, 46 wins with Dale Earnhardt senior as a crew chief. That's a lot of wins. Four championships and they did it in an era where they really they were able to put them back to back twice to be able to do that. And I think had he stayed on, crew chiefing, they definitely.

"Stage win and two seconds. And I'm gonna continue on with another Toyota driver, the number 19 Martin Truex Junior, he has a 10.1 average finish in 19 races here. He's got four top 5 and ten top ten. With the laps led at 693 in the game that's only 37 laps more than the 5 car. In twice the races run. But Truex has two wins at the lady in black, one coming just last spring, where he had a one 50 driver rating. It doesn't get any better than that. The stage point picture in the 8 races we've had stages run, trix has collected points in 12 of 16 stages and check this. 6 stage wins. And one second. So he definitely likes to run up front. So I would be considering Truex for my lineup this weekend. All right, that's all I got for you for picks for this week. What do you guys think of the new format, sorry I got a little Keselowski on you this week? But we can do that now. Don't have to stick to the 48 minute mark. And you might hear a couple of recording floss too that I'm not going to edit out either. So anyway, I have a good race over there at Darlington, the lady in black. Thanks once again, everybody for hanging out and listening to the fantasy segment of the show. I am rowdy dragon. We will talk to you next week. All right, there you have rowdy dragon. You're fantasy NASCAR guru on the program for Darlington Raceway this weekend. He is the man with the plan and he always has some really good advice for us. I actually did okay this past week. Yeah, me too. I was like 47. I mean, that's pretty good. According to rowdy, I am catching you guys, even though I have one less race under my belt, that's incredible. So I wondering here, I see we've got at 21st in our rankings this past week's race was race and Jason. Is that Jason huff tailing? Because that's kind of his name. Could be. I mean, maybe? Is that good or bad? I mean, he's been suspended, so. Well, he could still play this. He could. He's not suspended from our game, but does he want to come on and tell his side of the story? What happened? Jason, there you go. This is indeed you. Let us know. That'd be cool. Yeah, that would be cool. Hey, thanks so much to rowdy dragon, of course, for giving us his wisdom each and every week. And of course, Cole Custer, who was on the program, giving us his wisdom getting you set up for Darlington this weekend. Go back and listen to that again. Yes, it's good times. Very, very good times. We forgot to say this at the top of the show, but if you like what we are doing here each and every week, please be sure to subscribe and give us a good rating wherever you get your podcasts. That would make us happy. And if you don't like what we're doing, just stop listening and don't mention anything in any of the ratings or stuff. Just leave a beat, man. Only good vibes around here. We didn't do anything to you. Seriously. Checkered flag is flying on this show. This has been the final lap weekly catches next week right here when we will recap the racing at Darlington and preview. Kansas and all the stories in between tobi you and I will chat next week. Is that not right? No, I'm sure it's right. I just don't like it..

"The first of ten NASCAR playoff races saw Danny Hamlin hold off a hard charging Kyle Larson to grab the checkered flag at Darlington Raceway one of these playoffs together was no room for error and you now to fund your ticket to the next round we get to go out there and focus on getting to the second round which I think is probably the most dangerous Larson made a valiant effort on the final lap bumping Hamlin's rear bumper and then as if he was playing a video game banged his car off the wall trying to make the pass seven of the sixteen playoff drivers had issues including Kyle Busch and chase Elliott who suffered wrecked race cars Ross Chastain finished third followed by Martin Truex junior and Kevin Harvick Steve Richards Darlington South Carolina

Darlington Raceway Throwback Weekend 2021 is on now

"Is darlington throwback weekend where you're going to see paint schemes or vinyl wrap schemes honestly from many eras of nascar racing. The place is called the lady in black the track too tough to tame and drivers race each other instead of the race track. They will most certainly earn a darlington stripe on the side of their car. it's race number twelve. We've had ten different winter so far in eleven races. On a one point three six mile oval the cup races two hundred ninety three laps or four hundred point two miles stage. One is ninety laps stage to ninety five laps. final stage wing it at one eight. They ran three races at darlington last year. And they were one by kevin harvick's denny hamlin and kevin harvick yet again. All three series are in action cup series sunday three thirty pm eastern on f s one xfinity series saturday one pm eastern on f s one and the truck series seven thirty pm eastern friday on f s one. We went backwards on that. Ross chastain gets a setup for darlington this weekend darlington's tell in the cup series. Is the toughest adapt in be able to hustle these cup cars in a way. That's that sufficient. I think i found pretty good balance so that last year with extended cars in the cup. I just haven't found that at last night. I thought we had a good shot run top kansas. If if i get a good start there towards the end so same at darlington just you're down.
