You know, we don't you know, we don't cross paths, you know, and well, I'd mind, Danny Glover. He's kind of an like my new Harry Belafonte, as he's not afraid to step out there and talk about the issues and, and worry about whether Hollywood will keep him from getting jobs anymore. He participated in some of the anti-apartheid movements. I really liked Danny Glover and his activism. Right. Right. Well, you know, there's he represent rea- wear and you just you just spoke on, you know, his positively and not being afraid that not being afraid of Hollywood. You know what I mean? And as a result of that, you know, he, he emails from San Francisco, so, you know, he definitely seen the migration of the have for America, man. And away from San Francisco. You know limit j you man. It's happening everywhere. A lot of people coming back in, they call the gentrification. I, I have a friend. This is the second time. This has happened to me, another friend who moved away and was in New York trying to become an actor and came home and didn't recognize the part of town, that he grew up in after being away two years. Google is come in that building these expensive apartments, the cost on a leg to rent a two bedroom apartment, but they've got the money to pay for it. And the people who used to live, that don't. The Predator movie review
"We got a new category, predator here is the brasa predator Rostom on. So, yeah. We just watched the predator. It's stuck on my hat. It is. There? Yeah, we just wash it and I think we both kinda liked it. I think I liked it more than you did. Right. But I think we both raised a pretty high. Yeah, we did. I, I'm, I'm putting up my number three as my third favorite predator movie. What about so I put her to. I'm gonna put it right back to it, just it just ekes out over the second one predator to mostly because the action sequences and any movie were Gabe. UC dies. I kinda downgrade, you can't kill the man, Gary abusing, even then even before the movie that shows some previews and they talked about the second with the way Gary UC died had to be epic. Yeah, yeah. They were shown ended previews that was kind of like you pointed out. You've got cut in half, but we're talking. Fell down ever feel. Yeah, he's uttering see, I place it second, and you put just blow that third. I mean, I honestly came in thinking this movie was going to be, I would have probably been walking out, but I, I liked it. It was pretty good all the pre all the previews and the talk. I was expecting it to be bad and. Shane black. I don't know a lot of his work anyway, so I was kinda kinda if you on that. I didn't see a lot of the action sequences in the previews. So I think the action sequences really helped a lot to elevate it in my mind. Yeah. I know you also talked about some of the humor in it. Kind of didn't Dan deferred you little bit, or what did you think about some of the humor parts? There was more humor than normal in the first one had some humor into two, but it was more kind of almost dark humor, but it was. It was a little different. You know, we had key in it, so it's going to be a little humor. You got, it's like, you can't have. He's got to be the smart ass or he's got us say something funny. He can't. You can't not. It wasn't enough to make the movie bad for me, but it was close. It was borderline too much. I mean, we're starting at the yellow peaks on the humor part you you rated your third one, second one. Sorry, I got my third one. Let's the some people. And we're here with what's your name, Sir? John, just we just watched the predator. What'd you think spreading the good? I love. I mean, what did you think about the what? What did you think about the action sequences? I mean, where would you? Where would you rank this among the all the predator movies that are out there. I don't know if I can really say it's better than you know the original predator with Arnold, but in definitely ranks up there 'cause I put it, I put his second. I jumped way up to second. And any favorite part of the movies every what's your favorite part of this movie? Without giving any spoilers just, you know. The, I guess the big surprise, you know. All right. I know so many good parts. It's easy to stop. I was so surprised watching. This will be. I be honest, I thought I thought I was going to be walking out of this movie. I wasn't going to enjoy it as much as I did. So we were talking about on the way out of the theater and I was like, wow, it's way better than I thought. Yeah, I did enjoy it a lot more than I thought I was as you know, mo- most sequels tend to kind of go little downhill and this one, honestly, just about it all the way back. Did you notice they kept referencing the first two movies? I honestly, I was thinking that was expecting Arnold or Donald Donald Glover, Donald governor Daniels, Danny, Danny Glover. Sorry, Donald was Landau. I was expecting cameo from there, but never came out, but it's still pretty good. Right? Yeah, I was expecting Arnold because you know it's new predator movie, but we, we did get a beauty. We did. We did. We did play actually played the guy son keys, so. So you gave it thumbs up liked it to them. Thanks man. Right. Thank you.

"Kimberly lease hugs danny glover when they first walk in right that's the only time we really can tell that they are at odds for like a for a reason for a reason other than just like they don't like each other warnings hold that they don't they were told that the always fight before we even see them yes it and we are also thought was good and in people always comment like even at one point monique goes and he do you guys are going to kitchen you know make something can you guys do that long enough without a killing each other like they kept right and air at which which i liked in the beginning of the movie because i felt like it was teasing up to a rethink yo of thing but then the revealed never fully came and that when the reveal happened i guess but it wasn't like a big enough thing to even understand you kind of just like oh i guess they just always just fight will also have you think about it in the air and some nasty stuff to each other and this tricky because this some of us not a competitors mood a sofu but in so food you realize that like there was a beef between vivica fox and um and vanessa williams indian you realize as the move goes on is that vivica fox is husband initially went on a date with a ness a way and and got caught cheating with vivica fox in like they got married and had kids in that was a life you always want it and so that so that is right and that's a huge as a huge thing and it's like oh yes orlando this is a level my live in a you cheat it but then i also did you cheat you fell in love and now i have to see this every day like data's a real thing whereas this movie it was so yeah me if i try yet and it only talked about a really after they get to the hospital at the very end of the movie which is in the last thirty minutes in his counter like.

"I think so joe i feel like some actors get through some at listen some actors go through their careers and get something happens that you don't like them he didn't like this movie you're that navy or you know they stuck their nose out on some political issue and you don't agree with them so they don't kind of make it through their entire careers like just loved i think danny glover so lovable surely by handy anyway i mentioned him because he he is now officially stepping into a role believe it or not with airbnb as an adviser because airbnb as he probably now if you listen to this show has had some issues with diversity and with a discrimination right because whenever you have a system where the the airbnb so i just apply form said the people that are renting their homes are just regular old folk and the people that are renting a regular old folk and people are making decisions based on photographs they're seeing online and said there is some they've been accused and number show that there has been quite a bit of discrimination people not wanting other races to stay in their home not whining lgbtq community people saying in their homes vice versa so it's they've had some issues nam quite figured out how to manage this so dan i got it was like you know what i'm unhappy guys malkiat so he slept and he's on the board of advisors now and taken it very seriously and really trying to help them liam navigate these complicated waters akyea yeah i think this school yeah because i mean he has he really had any big movie roles i don't i don't i mean he's ten been under the radar a little bit so yeah and i see him getting involved in something like listen i wonder sometimes when you see actor sometimes i remember when i was younger i used to see like that i we used to wonder what happened to an actor they used to really lab i hadn't they've been in any movies lately and i would think something went wrong in their career but if you think about it sometimes.
