"And one famous covid widow about sharing their stories and putting all of themselves on the page. It might come away with a few excellent book recommendations for that much deserved vacation. Listen to next question with Katie current wherever you get your podcasts. Alright doing a little home repair today. Happy to have you Danny Gleason will be answering your calls. And when you when you call in and Danny, you know, he's always happy and He wants to get you on the air and you're talking to him. Just ask him how much he likes fireworks. He'll tell you a little story. It'll be worth it. He's really into fireworks. 808 to 382. You want to take balls? Mm hmm. And you want to take calls? You'll take calls. You want me to push the button? You're a dedicated man. You want me to push the buttons for you? I do. I can push the wrong button. See, Danny, just he He likes his sleep and the fireworks sometimes getting away of that. No, he's not usually crabbing. He's not really crabby today, but just ask him how he likes as far you are making me crabby Sullivan. All right, let's get to Jamie Jamie welcome. Good morning. I have two questions today, and I wondered your thoughts on these. I have some wood rot on the outside frames of doors, exterior doors, and I've heard you talk about something that you could put on there. That would make the wood uh, surface good that you could also put some kind of putty or something in and then fixed. Yeah, yeah. Was that so? How big of a rotted area do you have? Jamie is as big as your hand Or is it much smaller than Yeah, it would probably be about the size of your hand and On several the different door frames around the house is 20 years old. Okay, if you poke it with a screwdriver that goes into the wood a little bit correct. Okay. Is the paint peeled off that yet? Yes. Okay. All right. So the name of this particular product is speaking of is called liquid would Okay. What liquid would does is it can be applied to rotted wood. The rotted wood absorbs the liquid would And it fortifies or strengthens the rotted wood. Okay. Now you can leave it just like that, then you could sand it. If you wanted to make it smooth to remove the raised wood grain paint, it can be done. But if it's You put the liquid wood on there, and it still looks like it needs a little help A little patch. There's some missing would etcetera the second step of that made by the same company, as a product called would epochs. And it's an epoxy based wood filler that can then be applied over the liquid wood into the rotted holes and things like that, um, both made by a company called ABA, Tron. I've seen it in some hardware stores. It's kind of a specialty item. So you can always go to their website. It's a B A. T r o n dot com Web. Atran can also get it on Amazon or, like I said, Check your local hardware store and see if they've got it. All right. And And is that the pox that you put in? It is kind of like a play Doh type stuff that you stick in there, And, Yep, Yep, Yep. All right. Is it a two part stuff that you mixed together and then? Fly it. Oh, yes. Uh huh. Yeah, it is an epoxy and it can be stained. Painted, drilled. Nailed the whole works. Wonderful. All right, Okay. My second question is we put in a new 40 gallon A O smith Gas hot water heater. Um, beginning of May, and from the day we put it in the water started smelling like this office now. No. We had the A O Smith different before that for 25 years never had that snow and I called the company and they just shrug their shoulders at me and said, you need to buy an an ode rod for it and They wanted to not help me out. Yeah, well, first of all, the answer is partially correct. There is an an ode rod in there. But for some reason, your water is reacting to that, and of water are Rod and causing it almost smells like sulfuric acid or rotten eggs. Um, and what you'll need is you'll need to either remove that Anna Rod. It's kind of a protection device for keeping your tank corrosion free. Or you can, rather than using a magnesium, an ode rod or a node rod. You could use an aluminum one and probably wouldn't have that same reaction. But if you, um you know again. I don't know what warranties, you know, I doubt if it's warranty. Just kind of just It's a reaction with your water in that rod. So that Rod is kind of doing his job. But you don't want to have your house like rotten eggs. Right? Right. So either get an aluminum one and they have a plumber. Put it in or take it out. But if you google and a rod, you'll see where it's located on an A O Smith and you know you could possibly try to replace it yourself. Plumbing supplies will have them. Um, you know, places like Ferguson and things like that. They would have that. Okay. They told me I should buy theirs. And And I said, how much is it? And they said we can't tell until you order it. Good lord. Oh, yeah, Well, did they have a website where you get ordered on their website and well, I tried that in and they did not seem to be workable and So I called. I talked to three different texts, and they all just shrug their shoulders and said, Well, you have to order a new and would ride for it a note or whatever. And and they they would not be able to give me a price until I ordered it. Well, I think lows carries the full line of a O Smith Water. That's where I purchased. Okay. Why don't you stop up there and talk to them about replacing the Anna The node Rod? See if they have been stocks. See if they can get you on this. Isn't this difficult or it shouldn't be. Let me put it that way, Right? And and? And can you explain to me wise Bill of last Aerosmith we had for 25 years never smelled And this one did. Well, I don't know what kind of note rod was in the old one. You know whether they had changed whether the water I No, I can't answer that. Maybe it didn't.

"Start with Brad Garrett. ABC is crime and terror man and, uh, grab. We're gonna talk about the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and they vacated the conviction of Bill Cosby and some are saying that one of the tragic outcomes of this is that it would discourage other sexual assault victims. From coming forward. In other cases, I don't see how that's possible. Considering the overturn had nothing to do with disbelieving anyone it had to do with the technicality as to a deal made with the prosecutor years ago. How do you read that? Well, yes, I agree with what you just said to the point that it was a technicality. You have to go understand, Mike, but the reluctance of sexual assault victims even come forward. I mean, the estimates are less than 25% even report sexual assaults to law enforcement and then a very small percentage end up being prosecuted. So Uh, you know, the women are very fearful and rightly so, in coming forward that they'll be revictimized by the person. They accused that the system won't take care of them that they'll have to put up with potentially a really verbally aggressive. Cross examination on the witness stand at a trial and he goes on and on on so anything that sort of shows that a sexual assault case gets tossed out. You know not because in this case, because if there's an issue with the evidence, there was an issue because of the technicality, But you know you and I can have that rational conversation. But I think if you are a victim out there It could have real emotional impact on on you. I'm just curious without getting, you know, do graphic. What? What qualifies as a sexual assault? Obviously, something involving penetration of any kind would be Um I know you're not a lawyer. Far as I know, I don't know the legal definition, but, uh, if there are 500,000 sexual assaults a year Is it? Is it any sort of sexual act short of intercourse? Or what would it be? No. There's all sorts of things with sexual abuse. Yes, there are lesser lesser charges than actual rate. Uh and you can be charged with those. I mean, in cause these case I think I hate you know, he got originally 10 years I have to go back. And look if they actually try it. I think they charged him with sexual assault. I don't know the actually charged him with rape. Yeah, that's my recollection, so Yes, it does make a difference. Because in many states, you know, right First degree rape could get you a life sentence. Sure. Although so rarely did they end up serving life sentences, so Well, uh, agree, and many of them don't ever end up in court period just because prosecutors completely believe I completely believe the victims. But the evidence is just not there. And you have to be very I've had this conversation with picks and so forth. You have to be very clear with him about what they'll face. With the case going forward, because it's we're certainly going to be on them. Civil large extent, as far as testimony is concerned, in particular, like if there's no physical evidence, which, sadly, is the case, it was clearly the case, said Bill Cosby's Trial, But it's a case. It's true in a lot of sexual assault cases. Yes, I mean, it's going to be a he said. She said, and I guess the other cases along the same lines. I could say that So you robbed me at gunpoint. But if If I can't prove it, and there were no witnesses or whatever. There's a good chance you're going to get away with it. Um, if there's no DNA. If there's no DNA involved, I would just think today DNA would enable more prosecutions of a sexual assault that we would have had in the past. No doubt, but but that tends to be driven by victims immediately reporting them so So of genetic material could be collected. You know, that becomes a problem he reported days later weeks later months later. The forensic evidence you're talking about may well have disappeared. So and the Cosby case. Wasn't this debated before it went to trial as to whether or not it it could go because the deal was made with the previous prosecutor, But this was somebody who came along with a claim after that deal was made. And that's why Was the problem here. The fact that they brought the old cases back As evidence. Yeah. The problem is that Mr Castor, the prosecutor at the time believed the case. The sexual criminal sexual assault case wasn't prosecutable. You know, And obviously, prosecutors make these decisions every day and so but But because the same victim the victim that ultimately was in a criminal case was the victim in the civil case. Who had sued Mr Crosby. Uh, He made an agreement with her, but not Not to prosecute with causing an an agreement not to prosecute him if he would testify in the civil case, because you have no fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. In a civil case, right? Um and and and he did. He made a lot of statements about Yes. Giving women toilets. Yes, having sex with them, Uh, and then it was used against them in the criminal case. Well, it's pretty clear violation of the original agreement. This I just don't know how it ever went to court in the first place. If those are the those are the parameters of what happened. Well, I think the argument is that the the prosecutor that brought it to charge what the charges that Mr Steele, I think believed that he was not bound. By what a previous prosecutor the deal that he made. Obviously, the Supreme Court didn't agree with that. But I think I think that was his stance. And I will tell you I've read Career for a legal scholars since this came out yesterday, who who Not totally convinced that even with the Supreme Court did would In other jurisdictions. Water, So my guess is it will in this case. I think Mr Cosby's probably not going to see charges against him. Uh, the repeat of the same charges with the same victim that somebody else spring charges. Yeah, but these cases I mean, they're all by and large decades old. Uh, decades over these 83 chances are it's not going to go anywhere anyway. I think that's I think that's quite likely. Brad. By the time I got to run, I'll thank you for yours. And I'd say next week we do it all over again. Sounds good. Take care of like we'll do that. Alright, Exit 18 now 8 18 700 wlw. And the The idea of him holding me up with a gun was a bad example. If I firmly believe Danny Gleason stole my wallet, I know full well, he was the only one in the room with my wallet. The spirit.

"25 Bill Cunningham News radio 700 wlw, This is 700 wlw really cutting in the Great American, Of course, the number one story in America maybe even bigger than the second impeachment of the president. Is the ravages caused by covert 19 and so many of us normal average Americans are greatly concerned about our parents, our grandparents ourselves being infected every day, every two or three days. There's new information coming out. Recent stories. The last few days has been the second batch of the vaccine. Whether it's Madonna or Fizer has been handed out. And, according to Dr Fauci, there's room on the other side that they're confident the supply chain is filled. The CEO of Fizer said a few days ago that there be 500 million doses coming to America and then next 67 months, so I wanted to check in with Dr Stephen Black. Infectious disease expert would try health to determine what's going to happen in the future. What has happened with covert 19 and Dr glad I think for the first time, Welcome to the Bill Cunningham shown Dr Stephen Black. How are you? I'm good. How are you, Willie? It's a great great day to be in America. Now Talk to me. I heard the other day from some that, according to the president and most of the governor's they're releasing the second batch is Of Madonna and Fizer and that the governor of Oregon and the governor of Wisconsin and the governor of Pennsylvania and some others have criticized the administration can't be political. This is infectious disease stuff that there's not a second batch out there waiting. They've already been dispersed as an infectious disease expert do have a concern about the supply of Have either Madonna or Fizer Well, we definitely need more vaccine. You know, if all of the vaccine has already been distributed, then we got to get the manufacturer's cranking to get it out there because lots of people want these vaccines and it's the only way we're going to get out of this pandemic is the vaccinate the population about what percent of Americans now have heard 15 to 2025%. I've already gotten and have antibodies That doesn't count those that have been vaccinated. You have some sense as to what percent of American people are ready. Shall I say, immune because they have it or of hell. Yeah, So it depends on which part of the country you're in New York City's many areas of past 20% of the population. West Coast is probably approaching 10 to 15% Midwest. Probably in the 10 to 15% range as well. So it's it's about you know 15 to 20% in some areas so we don't need of do those individuals need to be vaccine. If they've already had the disease been exposed to it, and they have the any bodies to they still have to get the vaccine. We think you do because it looks like natural immunity may only last 36 months and then the anybody start to wane, so the goal here is to boost that immunity with the vaccine and hopefully get long lasting immunity. If someone doctor blood only gets one injection. Let's say something happens and a person whether they're 85 or 25 only get one What percent of immunity does that supply And is that? Do you lose that quicker over time? Well, we think you probably do it. It's a little bit unclear how long a single dose will last or what level of immunity you'll get. Certainly the antibody levels are a lot lower after just one dose. And the question is, how long will those other bodies last? And we don't know yet because the vaccines have only been out for a few months. So when I hear like the L, A, P D and NYPD, something in the range of 50% of the force will not take it and nursing homes about 50% of those working in nursing homes will not take it. It causes people like my producer Danny Gleason to say may maybe I shouldn't get it. If the experts say Don't get it, why shouldn't every schlep Get it. Why? Why? Half the employees in a nursing home or half the police force is but will not take it. Why? Well, I don't know, because it is an incredibly effective and safe vaccine both five year and mature enough. Both worked really, really well and have a great safety profile. I think people are taking a wait and see attitude. Nobody really wants to be first in line, But what we're seeing is the initial people who were a little bit reluctant or are now saying Okay, I've seen that you had the vaccine and everything's good. I'll take it to house, the messenger or in a different than the Jane J, which may be coming in March. Well, the M R and a vaccines, a little bits of genetic material, and the J and J Vaccine is a little, uh, sub unit that is, uh Some protein that stimulates the immune response without using the genetic material indirectly, So as far as the future, I've read some articles that seemed indicate that the message or are in a type of a regiment may be important and curing cancer. Is this the beginning of something that may find cures for cancer? Well, we hope so. And in fact, that's where Madonna started. They were a cancer vaccine company and when, when covert came along, they switched over to making vaccines for viruses, but they've been working on cancer vaccines for some time. On, so it's not a brand new technology. It's been out there for a few years. So hopefully you know, we'll be making some grooming breakthroughs in that area. Doctor Steven Blood Have you taken the vaccine? I am. I have taken the vaccine. I got the Madonna and had just had a little sore arm for a day and otherwise feel good. As far as the maternal of the Fizer. If someone has a choice, which one should they take? I don't think it makes one bit of difference. They're very, very similar vaccines, so I would I would not have it take to take either one. What about when the J and J in the AstraZeneca becomes available? If you take the traditional vaccine is supposed to the new ones..

Do you have a concern about the supply of Be the Madonna or Fizer. Well, we definitely need more vaccine. You know if all of the vaccine has already been distributed, then we got to get the manufacturer's cranking to get it out there because lots of people want these vaccines and it's the only way we're going to get out of this pandemic is to vaccinate the population about what percent of Americans now I've heard 15 to 2025% have already gotten in have any bodies. That doesn't count those that have been vaccinated to have some sense as to what percent of American people are ready. Shall I say, immune because they have it or of hell. So it depends on which part of the country you're in in New York City's many areas of past 20% of the population. West Coast is probably approaching 10 to 15% Midwest. Probably in the 10 to 15% range as well. So it's it's about you know 15 to 20% in some areas so we don't need of do those individuals need to be vaccine if they've already had the disease been exposed to it, and they have the any bodies to still have to get the vaccine. Well, we think you do because it looks like natural immunity may only last 36 months and then the anybody start to wane, so the goal here is to boost that immunity with the vaccine and hopefully get long lasting immunity. If someone doctor blood only gets one injection. Let's say something happens and a person whether they're 85 or 25 only get one. What Percent of immunity that quicker over time. Well, we think you probably did do it. It's a little bit unclear how long a single dose will last or what level of immunity you'll get. Certainly the antibody levels are a lot lower after just one dose. And the question is, how long will those other bodies last? And we don't know yet because the vaccines have only been out for a few months. So when I hear like the LAPD and NYPD, something in the range of 50% of the force will not take it and nursing homes about 50% of those working in nursing homes will not take it. It causes people like my producer Danny Gleason to say May maybe I shouldn't get it. If the experts say Don't get it, why shouldn't every schlep Get it. Why? Why? Half the employees in a nursing home or half the police force is but will not take it. Why? Well, I don't know, because it is an incredibly effective and safe vaccine. Both spies around Moderna both worked really, really well and I have a great safety profile. I think people are taking a wait and see attitude. Nobody really wants to be first in line. But what we're seeing is the initial people who were a little bit reluctant or are now saying Okay, I've seen that you had the vaccine and everything's good. I'll take it to house the messenger RNA different than the change A, which may be coming in March..

"Know, it's a great American. I have a hard time going back into the issues in August of temper. October November, the election what happened in Pennsylvania in Georgia? We plowed those fields so many times. We gotta move forward with 2021 issues, which are the state legislators doing what they have to do so any litigation that must occur. Should occur well before the next off year elections, right do it in the first six months of this year. It's odd that we live in a country now that we're told by some people. Held responsible for things before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they're doing right now. Somehow, Somehow people who say there's no such thing is gender are demanding a female president or vice president. Universities that ever Katie quality discriminate against Asian Americans in favor of African Americans and reparations. The big idea coming in this Congress. People have never owned slaves like Danny Gleason, My producer should pay slavery reparations to people who've never been slaves. Explain that to me. I can't. And so this wasn't about a tweet or about an appearance. This was about profound change in American legal and social policy that were hurt the United States of America and its middle class. One of the great accomplishments of the Trumpster was energy independence. Does anybody think under a Biden Harris administration? Or shall I say Harris find administration that gasoline prices in oil production costs are going to be less or more prices are going up? Commodities air going up. The southern border hunt doors, tens of thousands are marching away from southern Mexico getting ready for the Biden presidency. Taxes are going up spending Trump put it through the roof binds going to put it into the stratosphere. It's just this was a terribly important election that easily could have been one. But it wasn't there were terrible tactical decisions made by the Trump campaign. Then once it was lost time was wasted on issues about Mike Pence is, if he's the bad guy that could not be positively Resolved. And I don't like the fact that that crowd ran around the capital yelling Hang Mike Pence with constructed gallows with a loop news out in front of the Capitol. What's up with that? Your comments the next bill coming in the great American with you. Every something.

"Go. Danny Gleaves from the producer's chair, Rob Carpenter going to bed. Do you see Danny got a haircut. That does look Yeah. Good. Who did that? Danny, your mom cut your hair. She did the last time. So what's mom? Charge? We could all swing by of Mom clean this up a little bit. I mean, look, yet we looking like Danny, I want look like Danny, please. Thank you. Thank you. I'm looking for a place to get a haircut haircut this one place. I've been there a couple of times. Barbershop Gonna It is a barber shop. And the last time I got home, my head was shaped like a football. I look stupid. I'm not going back there. Nobody wants a football head. I had a football head. So I moved a few times can't seem to settle in. Some people find the same personal like men and women go to get their hair cut the same place for like 25 years. 30 years or whatever. I don't know. I guess I'm not that brand loyal, I guess. Either you go someplace it's really nice, but they charged too much. Where you go someplace is cheap. And you come out with your head looking like a football. These are your choices in life. Unless you're Danny Gleason and Mom standing by with some scissors and some clippers. Okay, what's on the show today? I forget, but they're spending actually moving pretty quickly and rounding people up through facial recognition and more. Facial recognition, meaning people who don't like you. See a photo or video of you in the capital and they call the cops and tell them who you are. That's happening a lot, and some people are making it really, really easy to get picked up. Such as Was one guy. Um, he was actually an Olympic gold medalist. Swimmer. Elite killer. You know all the swimming seems to go toward what's his name too early for this? Look at me. Look at me. Come on. Danny, famous swimmer. What's his name? 87 gold medals. Falco felt Michael Phelps. That's what we think is Michael Phelps. He takes the spotlight, but Clete Keller Um, was an Olympic gold medalist in swimming. And he showed up. At the protest number one than in the capital number two. What do you think he was wearing? About his Olympic team jacket. See that narrows it down. Think about A lot of people might have, just like a No no camouflage jacket. How many would have Ah U. S Olympic team jacket? Like I said, that makes it easier so among the many videos that were shot Footage taken by a town hall reporter Julio RoHaas. And the tall man in the video seen wearing the U. S. Olympic team jacket is police attempted rotunda. Um, a dozen people familiar with the sport identified 66 Olympic gold medalist, Clete Killer. After looking at videos and screenshots. So I'm assuming he's been picked up. This is just the story that he was identified. I don't We could look for more if we care, but they're rounding up people all across the country, and they're saying In some cases, you could be looking at 20 year prison terms. Depending on what you were caught doing. 20 years on the high end. All right. So what do we got? What we got a forecast will check that for it's coming in nice thing. Have a nice day ahead. And then Brian's in here just a couple of minutes would shake in the world of news. We got two covered 700 wlw Wednesday morning. There's a lot.

"Let's like in 2016. They thought Hillary is in the wind and both times they were wrong. I thought Trump was gonna win. I pray to God he was gonna win because the life issues of Southern border taxes, energy independence, the federal judges what a great four years he had. It should have gone out, admitting his defeat in the middle of December fight like a warrior poet. It's over on lost nominee spend the next year to listening to you. And the brand. The brand, I think is It's seriously damaged at this point seriously damaged and the media will never give him a fair shake. You might recall that day after His inaugural. Left, organized hundreds of thousands to go to Washington with Madonna shouting. I want to blow up the White House, huh? How much coverage that I get. And so called mainstream media. Hardly any remember the riding with Senator Rand? Paul and others could not come out of the White House without being beaten in the streets of Washington, D. C, huh? How much media coverage to that kid. And when experts on CNN said that riots are the language is used by the unheard, and Chris Cuomo says protests are not supposed to be peaceful. And don lemon says, Well, the writers are like the tea party. Well, hell, Maybe they're right wing extremists are listening to CNN at the time thinking Well, they're not listening to me. Therefore, riots are the language of the unheard. What I look at a country now seriously divided here on January, the 10th The cities are in serious trouble. No job creation. The schools are dysfunctional and not even open. Massive lawlessness, especially in Chicago. And now on the right we have the United States Capitol, the symbol of our republic trashed by right wing zealots. In criminals and thugs. They must be held in. All of them must be held to account for what they did. I can't believe what I saw. That doesn't represent me and any more than a few pedophile priest represent the whole Roman Catholic Church. That's not the way it works in my mind. I never have general responsibility for individual criminal misconduct. The media plays and on one side of the fence, but not on the other on a loop. We're gonna watch the capital being trashed. My so called Trump supporters for the rest of my life. It's not going to end And surely arise again. Every Republican we have to publicly denounce Trump and everything he stood for for the rest of this century. Has Kamila Harris this summer raised money. In Minnesota to get anarchist, an arsonist and robbers out of jail. But not covered. Not important, right? Let's take a short break. I'm all pissed off. Think a short break. And Danny Gleason. Make sure on the other side, quick talk and you promise Congressman bread went strips coming up in about an hour. So talk about his experiences. Whether he's going to vote for or against impeachment, which is stupid. I mean, stupid to vote to impeach someone leaving office in nine days anyway. What's the point? The point is to drill it in there, the only president ever impeached twice. How about the country? Nancy Pelosi? How about the once and whims of those affected by covert 19? Economic dislocation? Businesses shut down, especially in Blue states. How about that? About the snooping enormous, profound secrets by the Russians. How about the Communist Red Chinese Having a 20% GDP increase last year as we sit here, talk about impeaching a president leaving office anyway. Continue with more 50 minutes after they are bill coming in the Great America. I'm taking calls next. No matter what Danny Gleason says, Go, Cunningham with you every Sunday news radio 1000. Katie. "Criticism. In fact, there was encouragement from Don Lemon and Kris Krome. Oh, talking about the riots being the language of the unheard. But the riders were like tea party members and that there's no rules that say that the protest need to be peaceful. That's what Chris Cuomo said. And they have this sitting soon sitting Vice President Kamila Harris raise money for the looters and arsonist that burned down Minneapolis. Get them out. What would happen if a prominent Republican set up a defense fund Danny Gleason, to get out? Those who burned the U. S Capitol will be the media do with that. So all I'm saying is equal treatment for extremism on both sides. And you can't have peace in the valley. You can't have Joe Biden talking about bringing the country together than having the kind of interview tonight that took place when Nancy Pelosi on 60 minutes. Because these are vain, stupid actions. Impeaching this president again and again. When he's out of office, they can legally do it. But so what? I would think January the 20th for the 1st 102 100 days into the summer, President Biden should be concerned about covert 19 restarting the American economy, making a better than ever serious problems in Russia and North Korea. Serious problems in China in Iraq and Iran. South American We got issues the president is Vaal is leaving office and nine days Right. They want to drill him. They started impeaching him. You might recall before he took office and how much violence was was Washington D C burning? All over the summer. Absolutely remember coming out of the White House? Remember senators like Rand Paul trying to save their lives and solid, disgusting treat him all the same. Don't have special rules for the rightist anarchists, as opposed to the left. Lastly, I'll say this and the Democrats in 2016, I think it was November 8 2016 November 8th was, I think the election day If they knew on November 9th or 10th. The Trump was gonna win.
