Otherwise thought of as being in the workforce are likely to look for a job in the next 12 months, bankrate dot com senior economic analyst Mark Camera takes a closer look with the most Tom Cutler. So 55% over half of us what's leading to this desire to search for a new job? Well, I think you know, we've all had a variety of different experiences during this pandemic. And I think that as essentially the job market is flashing. We're hiring side. Many Americans are inclined to, perhaps, uh, test the water, so to speak, And so when we asked Americans what it is that they're prioritizing in terms of looking for work. More than half 56% told us work flexibility, either working hours or the ability to work remotely 53% look for higher pay 47% job security 35% more time off for vacation pay and 24% talk about better culture or more inclusive workplace. So the old saying money isn't everything applies here. Among that, 55%. What are we looking at? Demographically? Yes, It's interesting. I think basically you're talking about for the most part. Those who really are in a position to Try to carve out a little better compensation. So you're really talking about those who are making less money. Younger people, particularly three quarters of members of generation Z, that's aged 18 to 24. Those millennials 24 to 42 3rd of them are inclined to look for work in the next year as well. Okay.
