"That's right so let's get into some of the best that were made throughout the season and after the preseason and once we made the board bats we put them on twitter to see who are which side you believed was correct august six. We had aboard. Bet this for between all of them except for one of these was made between matthew and i and it was copiously or mile sanders score more fantasy points this year. Who do you. who would you pick your mile. excuse me emmanuel sanders call beasley for sure have used to find you. I'm picking emmanuel sanders with my heart. Wow to emmanuel sanders. Both because i thought it was obvious and masses actually believe that matthew and stefan you're correct well fifty one point four percent of you think that emmanuel sanders outscore corby Beasley who had an amazing year last year close with thousand receiving and beasley pretty much across the board drafted before sanders. Even after he fell a few rounds after some of his off season commentary will leave it at that you felt a little bit and draft is still was going at a sanders. I'm kind of surprised that The poll linda. Some i think honestly that By sense is that there's legit concern about someone like in beasley situation potentially missing time in that. That's tiebreaker doing art. Let's get to august nineteenth. We asked the question who will score more fantasy points. Mark andrews or tj hopkinson slash daniel. Dopp who would you pick. Mike mark andrews one of the whole home just pick him sort of guys all draft cheese and he's just a really good player always gets it done just kind monster contract extension per year part about high scoring offense. I love hopkinson. I think he's in for a huge year. but you know we've already seen it for majors. He's already been a certified top five fantasy tight end. Why not do it again. How about used to find my my my head would say mark andrews as especially because as far as pass catchers go baltimore. They've had trouble getting them out all on the field because of health issues. So you know. Mark andrews to me is like the most reliable outlet at this point for the mark jackson. However i just drafted. Tj hopkinson the war in league last night. So i i hope that tj hodkinson wins out okay. The answer is mark andrews. As far as i'm concerned twitter also thinks tj hopkinson so fifty. Five point two percent of you on the side of matthew august twentieth. We asked this question who scores more points. Josh jacobs or darrell henderson. Josh shake shake close jacobs especially with sony michelle joining. I'll go jacob and by the way this was after the trade for sony michelle michelle. I had josh jacobs as well. Matthew had daryl henderson josh shakes get sixty two percent of the vote. That was our most decisive up. Second most decisive vote in the preseason. On august thirtieth. We asked the same player. Josh jacobs or gus edwards. Who would you take. Mike jacobs edwards so underrated. Now it's ridiculous can use respected. Yeah he absolutely is. He still super young and talented and still be going to still be their top rusher. I mean edwards. He might get two hundred. Eighty carries and twelve targets to literally and jacobs isn't going to get a ton of targets. But you know get a ton of targets. He had like twice as many catches last year. Down receiving year has entire career catches his whole career. Mike eighteen yeah. I'm with you on the josh jacobs thing. All right by the way. This one though pretty clear according to twitter gus edwards at sixty point one percent of the votes. This is the one board bet. That's defiant. i made robert tanya catching six and a half or more touchdown passes ice at unders to find us at over mike. I know where you're going this one because you mentioned yesterday. Yeah rate at six. So i'm a little on the under and honestly i'm surprised. Twitter isn't like eighty percent over because compared to what he did last year. Six and a half. I mean people are getting smarter out there. Yeah you gotta go to regress to the mean based his fifty one point. We have had to wait all podcasts. For that disappointed that it took till the end to get it. But i'm so glad we got it in fifty one point. Nine percent took the over on twitter. I had the under as well. Their last one came on september third. Who scores more fantasy points. This season. david montgomery de'andre swift. We got here mike. You know what. If a couple months ago i would have said swift for sure but a lot of chains with rico and injured and now at the andrea swift not at one hundred percent fact he may be very limited here in week one. We don't be surprised if we see a lot of jamal. Williams getting fifteen seventeen touches and swift. Maybe ten eleven. i agree. Don't be surprised at all. So i have to go with montgomery just based on the current situation. Yeah i was just going to say. I think the andrea swift is sort of a wait and see. We didn't really see him at all in the preseason out with a groin injury for most of that time and dan campbell making some comments. That would suggest that they didn't really believe andrea swift was good enough football shape to be able to handle a full workload and not that he was going to handle a full workload but really questioning him out the volume of work he could do especially in week one so i expect him to play. He was a full participant yesterday for the record. But i just don't know it might be a feel thing. Like how does he look does. He looks like he's getting tired as they have to. Rotate out more frequently. I think this week is a tough call. Andy andrea swift. I'm with you. I loved the andrea swift. I think the lions offensive line as a chance to be good this year. They're not just automatically good but they have a chance. But i would take for me and something that i've i've said this for a long time. I grew up with this but with david montgomery. I just think the cream rises with that since you literally didn't have a beard when you i grew up amid west kid so obviously you know with a lot of a lot of milk and cow's cream rises is something that makes sense for you know where i grew up running after usa. I'm going to steal from me. So montgomery takes sixty eight point six percent of the votes by the way in this. How long till the davis merge align talk you know i like him staying in the in the southeast atlanta. I liked that one. Dan campbell makes too much sense to me questions about the andreas with maybe after week. One.

emmanuel sanders tj hopkinson beasley Josh jacobs josh jacobs gus edwards Mark andrews mark andrews matthew corby Beasley twitter sanders Dopp Mike mark andrews Tj hopkinson tj hodkinson darrell henderson andrea swift

"All honesty. And i hate. We've been doing a lot of nonsense on the show. I apologize to. Mike worked out. Mike's gotten mike's gotten a little bit. Bigger this off season and progress. I need a little bit more high net shirt. If i hear you mike you in field both bulk. And i i love it. Love to see it talking. Susan i'm literally falcons six feet in front of you. I am aware. Oh well you know what daniel the. Here's the thing is we. We all love daniel. We can't talk about his physique too much because daniel already has so much going for him that he can rocket canadian tuxedo and apathy own it. If i walked around with daniel style i would be doing would have zero confidence dangerous. Swag it's just. It's just tux denim on denim. I just. I like doing the denim day field. And i change in tomorrow tomorrow as we always do tomorrow. Focus functioned friday for focus. So we're gonna do that. Sure you send in your fund shirts if you take any pictures on twitter. You're going to work. We'd love to see him hashtag. Funded friday hash. We made a lip right now. All right matchup downgrades time. Let's begin in a game. That i think is really interesting for a lot of different reasons. The giants and in the broncos so we know the top cornerback. Our new york i think is there still some uncertainties running a dory jackson's availability for sunday. I think he'll by on vacation. He's going right. I mean that's last. I heard my expectation in this analysis. Is that'll be playing in this game. Look when dave gentleman got to new york he said. I'm gonna fix this offensive line. We believe in it more than you do. We're going to. We're going to get it right and then you just spending on cornerback. So i mean it's not good for the offense alliance might be worse than the nfl. But it is good for their perimeter quarterback situation which i love what they've done honestly at that spot the last two years james. Bradberry terrific pick-up last year shadowed throughout last season was one of the better in the business in that department and they bring in a door jackson who again to your point you know miss a lotta time. Last season with the injury a bit when he came back with he didn't play much previous years he was one of the league's better corners. Guy still young. He's super talented and again they're going to have the perimeter locked down. So what does that mean this week. They played denver cortlandt sutton when we last saw in two thousand nine hundred eighty percent of the time last year jerry. Judy was outside sixty eight percent of the time. So that's where they run most of their routes yes. The giants could choose. Shadow is jackson and bradbury. Do have a history of doing that. It doesn't really matter either way. You have a good corner facing a talented wide receiver. It is downgraded matchup makes me a little leery of them as wide receiver. Three flex options. Probably your best flex play. I would guess based on the fact that you're just coming out of your draft but it is it is a tricky match up so perhaps the best advice here is if you have a close option. Go that way maybe. Hold off a week on using these guys and reminder of where that going into the season healthwise very yeah. He looks really good. Obviously injured week to towards acl and mc l. We got to chance to see them in the preseason making that really nice plant and cut to the inside on that reconstructed acl and it really that to me was a signal of him gaining that confidence in his knee which is one of the really the biggest challenges for player. Who's coming off a major injury like that is. Can you do it when you actually are up against opposing defenders and. He showed there that he could. You know. I think he'll get better as the season goes on as he gets more plays. It takes more hits. He's going to be somebody who continues to improve but really liked portland sutton this year. Okay makes two of us to like portland citing all right one. More here mike. We've talked about how the vikings defense last year really not good. Apparently that has changed. Yeah no question. Six most fantasy points to receivers your fourth most to the perimeter so receivers again lined up on the outside. I don't care oh care about that. You know why because it's a completely different. They're gonna have almost all new starters guys that were injured last season guys that opted out. They have three nude interior defensive lineman and they're all really good players including michael peer sheldon. Richardson alvin tomlinson. Danila hundred play last year. It's going to get you some edge pressure ever griffin's back to so you got the team back together on the edge Anthony barness almost all of these air. Kendrick missed about a month late in the season. They're back That's a really good unit safety. You have harrison. Smith back brian xavier rosa's the other option and then corner is completely new. I mean they were just desperate last. You're trying to find guys. The place natural neighboring and patrick peterson who come off a rough year. But i mean you're talking about arizona when it was the heaviest offense in the league a lot of pressure on him. I think he'll be fine. In this. mike zimmer offense if cameron dancer back from last year on the perimeter and they already allowed the fewest fantasy points to the slot last year. Neighboring and mackenzie alexander. Who's a pretty good slot corner. He was very good. Minnesota didn't work out in cincinnati but is a good player so all in all a much better defense. I think it's a top five defense in the nfl on paper. Believe it or not. They're playing cincinnati. Higgins to march as tyler boyd. I think we have to downgrade all of these guys. Honestly a really jamaa chase probably going to be limited out of the gate right. I mean he was just sounds like it. Sounds like between has confidence need to be built up as we know he struggled drops row training camp. He's he's one of the harder players to grade rank going into this week. Yeah so t higgins. He's higgins is underpriced. Dfs oh he's still an option for you but just lower expectations a little bit. You're still starting same thing with tyler boyd. But yeah chase. Think you stay away from this week. the saying. He's struggling seeing the ball right. Because ed in colleges the white stripes on it right and then the pros at doesn't and he said it's harder to catch might take a little time for him to get going. Don't be surprised if we see a little more out in tate than usual here in week one. who's the best fourth wide receiver in the nfl. Like he could be a starter somewhere at least close to it. I want to detroit. I'm sorry i just want to disagree with you there. I think tim patrick is the best fourth wide receiver in the nfl. That could be true. That's good point. Those are the to clear him and on tate. I think when they've been given time on the field like they both looked really nice. Both are very good. Good call right there by daniel. Dopp all right. Let's get to our board bets. Which brought to you by geico and whether you rent or own your home head on over to geico dot com geico easy for you..

"Trouble dabbled travel this moment there on double secret probation. Got the drop look at that. We're we're weeks in like a young saquon barkley. Daniel dopp finally iron sharpening iron irons. Yeah exactly my buddy buddy jack by the way big giants fan. He was telling me this week. And he's expecting a big year from saquon and the entire giants offense. I just wanted to know in this in this analogy. Iron sharpens iron. You must be talking about yourself right. There's no way that in this scenario of like matthew being a metal that matthew was the iron sharpening myself. Okay and make no mistake. Okay yeah no no no. Do you have a metal. If you're a metal. Is there one shopping. What's the what's the easiest medal to melt and that gets into a gelatinous face. What's the one that is in a thermometer. i was gonna mercury. i was married You know like when you open up a can of tennis balls. There's teeny tiny sheet that you have to pull back the yes. Yeah that's finished metal. you can think of. That's what you were. Maybe it's lead because you look at it and you're like wow that's going to be really heavy and then you pick it up and it's like that's way heavier than i thought it was or maybe i love the idea that you ever. Mary's metal by the way everything. Maybe maybe i'm vibrant him about that. Maybe i'm bob rainey. And the strongest metal and not have to america or and it's like it's impossible. It's one of those things. It's like defies logic. Which i think you know if you look at my career sort of like also doesn't make sense the way Play right that often to me all the time. That's what it's called. His brain him by brenham is yes within the marvel cinematic universe. It's on the it's on the In the country will conduct its strongest Strongest element known to man. It's it's what captain america's shield is made out of some of ironman suits are made out of vibration soldiers arm vibration. What were you carrying when you were carrying your case in that movie. What were you carry. No bombs no. it was exactly That was just a normal metal case carrying attests iraq. Oh god she was carrying Carrying the tesseract and it was which is ultimately find out is one of the affinity stones and whatever. That's that's very different nerdy. Let's go back to our nerdy. Podcast one last question they hand you the case and they're like are you capable of carrying this like espn one dozen years. So yes. i'm definitely capable of carrying it lighter for me. All right sounds good. Let's talk about the patriots. Did i pick up thors hammer. I did not want to mess with that. I didn't even try to embarrass the that you know. I was in the scene with or he's holding the hammer. I could've and i was like let me just go for the case so the patriots have backs right now that we have a chance of starting this year cam. Newton has been by bill. Bell checks own admission. The starter and bill has been very consistent with this games. Are starter right. So it's cam newton's job to lose that being said the draft math mack jones fifteenth overall and mack jones for as much skepticism. There would have been from the masses. If mack jones had gone third overall. Sure like people you would think this guy had a terrible. He had one of these single greatest seasons in college football history. He's obviously a very very talented player. But the problem matthew here is that. When you've got two quarterbacks ones the starter and you wonder if lease ish leash is short and the other. You don't always gonna start at all this year. How can you invest in either of them. So i'll ask you two questions. One is either worth a redraft selection to for the fantasy value of everybody else on this roster. If you could have it your way which one would you like to see. Start for the patriots cam. Newton cam newton interesting the answer for both really. Yeah okay so tell me about the redraft person you think is worth a redraft..

"Our show is somewhere between probably eighteen to twenty five minutes because we're on plus now, we're not considering clocked to right? Yeah. Twenty five minutes Showtime is looking at like forty. Yeah. So you're about two thirds ours. Right. Yep. Because our our total time Runtime TRT. It's called a business pullback. The there is like forty two. Yeah. So you're twenty five so. Yeah. So I mean, and you are one sport. Yes. You have a lot more to cover than we. So I don't think it's gonna be tough to fill. Now. She I thought it was I was kind of a little scared. But because we have so many people and we do DFS, right? And I mean, there's there's a term we throw around a lot in sportscenter whatever called treatment. So let's say Bryce Harper. Choose of the Phillies. What's the treatment of that? Do do montage of his best place. Whatever you do the top ten at the end of the show his top ten moments with the nationals. Do you do? Jeff passan off the top of Wyatt happened or do you run Bryce Harper sound? And then where do you put in the show? What's next for the Phillies? Are they done adding people do they're gonna get kaikal? And you know, there's so many ways and angles of presentation of that material because it's thousand nineteen by time people are watching sports center at night. They know that Bryce Harper chose the Phillies. Yup. But the question is the how and the why and sort of what does it mean not what happened? But what does it mean moving forward? So Khun textually. That's how sportscenter approaches things and for us. It's what is this mean for bettors? So we will introduce the news because it'll be like it would have happened at four PM on a day like last week. So, you know, it's six PM Meron will mention it may be quick mention of the terms thirteen. Three, right. Like, we will. And we won't care. That's like we don't care why. He chose the Phillies. Exactly unless he said, I plan to hit fifty bombs a year, then that matters because there's home run totals over unders instead, it's what's next for the Phillies. Are they going to get pitching with about bullpen help? And or what's the GM saying if the GM said something alarming Jeff passan haywar in a win now mode for us, it's division or Boston. I will do whatever it takes this season for trades to get us over the hump and win the division. Then that's pertinent. So we're gonna have guys like Jeff passan and Kirk shit and BUSTER in that space, and then also all the other sports like Tim Legler rehearsal yesterday did a touchscreen. And I think the key is defined actionable content. Those guys can do for bettors, and what is that actionable content while I think for teams like the Lakers and the Celtics going into yesterday before they looked great is maybe from reporters on site to. Relay what they observe from chemistry standpoint. Or what's the bounce in their step? So teams that are around them every day have a reference point of when things were good. And how did they look now? It's the same. That's a story if it's not the same. That's also story, obviously. So I think our team of people that are our viewers are used to seeing are credible guys like our analysts like Jay will Legler and all the other dudes are going to be have a place in our show. Maybe not as big of a place, maybe not a four minute segment, but a quick hit things like that. And we will take that. And put it into the show incorporated. Also. That's why. Yeah, I'm hosting it. But there's like so much. It's a sport center the solo sports enter through the lens of betting, but what's nice. I'm going to have a voice of opinion as well. Because we have to pick games and discuss games, which is great. And we had a lot of listeners that actually reached out our viewers that reached out to Matthew, and I and Twitter with some ideas for the show. Hey think it'd be cool. If you guys did this and we've actually incorporated some of those because we found that idea. This could be really cool. Actually, why don't we try something like that? And we implemented it into the show. So I. Know, what is it? Your Twitter handle at ESPN. Correct at Doug ESPN. Dopp? Yours is mine is at Daniel Dopp, squirrel. Now..

Well, does continue at ten by the way, ten years old so show off? So now, you're doing this. So you went through the combines I what we're going to need our your measurable and weight we didn't do measurable, but I'm five nine and a quarter. How do you not do measurable this combine is all about measurable with Murray failed? So you're shorter than Kyle around five minutes. I haven't weighed in in a while. But I'd say probably one sixty five usually one sixty seven. So we're gonna go one seventy five. We did a hand measurement before one. Was it? Eight just at eight inches. Hold a fiddle. You don't like actually as a kid had to bring my elbow into learn how to do the stretch. Break you. So. Yeah. They debris Julie garden reform. This. Duke, North Carolina. The the unknown portion of our layup thing where might does the reverse layup. And I looked at Mike and has tiny hands can't flip a ball. Like that on a river. Fits and I went down to cover the North Carolina game. We played a game of horse down there, and the reverse layup became part of the challenge had fits had the worst of all we played three games, of course, two of which I want go ahead. That was really a terrible solar. You did other things are. So did you do did you do? Twenty five we did all of the the main exercise. I let let's see I decided. Well, no, I ran the forty did the three or four forty th they they haven't told me yet. They. For. Wirelessly? I stretched for a long time. But it was cold outside of my little tiny legs did not. I mean, the guy filming it was asking me if I was intentionally running that slow someone filming while they were running with me was running sideways as he filmed it, so I don't think it was fast. So you did it outdoors. Yes, we did. Teams with Oxford highschool. Bench to twenty-five bench to twenty fives. Counts right to twenty five which I stopped counting at twenty three. Twice. Holy Heine staff. Wants to. Radio. Six point nine in the forty nine. Okay. I haven't seen the whole limit. Let let just so understand Orlando Brown last combine was marked as an offensive lineman when well over three hundred pounds for running a five eight five forty. Yes. You just as five nine one seventy five ran a six nine forty. Yes. I don't think that's possible that feels good. Okay. Dan that we are going to put all this. It's going to be everywhere to see. But watching and you're gonna wanna see this watching Jason Fitz. Do the run you just did didn't that forty where you ran a six nine? I really thought it was a warm up run. Well, thank you, actually. So did I and I like, so I'll tell you I ran and I felt so good because it was eighteen degrees outside and took a second. I got I got finally got amped fort. And I was like I want to run it again in Iran. And again, they were like not a good idea was the first one the second one was worse. If the second one crack seven dotting, the physical part of this of how bad it is. So. So you're going to be able to check it out, let radio listener. So we're not going to sit here to talk about the visuals. But one other thing that happens at the combine is each team who wants to talk to a guy gets fifteen minutes of questions. So that's what we're gonna do. Right now are now in the interview room with team Golic and wingo, which by the way with people don't understand maybe the most important part of the exactly right teams. Get fifteen minutes to talk to play the medical evaluation. The interviewer actually the most important things drug tested, the combine. Well, we the medical. Bikes that you work with him. Most you start. We're not doing this morning. Thank you. Good night. Lingo here on ESPN radio. Jason jason. Here's a Cup. Jason. Well, imagine the one spotlight is on you right now you've walked into the room here. You get the golick and wingo hat after the fact survived the gauntlet here. Okay. All right. Jason really glad to have you in here this morning, obviously, we're interested in potentially drafting user just and things we want to run by Mr. junior. I am a little concerned. Now, you already gave up one career. How do we know you want? Just get tired of this one too. I think the most important thing to realize about the career that I gave up is that. I started playing the violin when I was four and I quit playing the violin professionally when I was roughly forty thirty nine. So if I give you thirty six quality years in the NFL, I think you've won I think thirty six years. Yeah. That would be a record that. That's a pretty good answer may or may not have had to answer that question before my life as I was taking this question before who do you like the most in this room, and why well that's easy Michalak senior because you have a dog on a shirt with angel wings in that makes you an angel to me. Alienated the rest of your teammates. Honestly for two reasons I like that answer one because I'm part of that shirt this story that goes with that. That was really really thank you. That was really really. What is your spirit animal? Oh, wow. That. CBS question a unicorn why because they're there, you know, horse. It's still like an awesome animal, but they also colorful with a unique horn, but they don't exist. Well, I mean. Athletic career. We know that I want to believe in a world where unicorns can't exist. I want to believe in a world where unicorns can go out and be what we think unicorns can be let nation flow. What what what can a unicorn be following a unicorn can be a beacon of light in the dark dark world. It's it's a reminder that you can be you can stand out and all of a sudden you can be your own animal, and you can carve your own path for sponsor who. From the band Perry. And why while there? Yeah. Yeah. That's that's a good question who I hate most in the band Perry and why I will go with a guitar player. Matt. Because he can't sue me. Why can't he see? All right. That's a fair answer. Well, a well thought out answer. To be honest. We don't even know if this guy you might be a unicorn, well, speaking of your time with the band Perry. Fiddle player. Yes. Was there ever a time that you fake playing the fiddle during a concert? No, I never fake playing the fiddle during a concert was there ever playing the tape, by the way. So you have one more chance to tell us the truth. Never fades playing the violin and the concept man awfully better. No, this is now a disclaimer there, I'm sensing a disclaimer, right? I never fake in a concert. I think he's not holding us. I think he's holding back. No, I've never fake playing. No, no. Oh, no. Thinking back now, I've never faked playing the violin. That's interesting because we have tape from a two thousand fourteen concert that you're in when you were supposedly playing the fiddle and here it is. Nothing. I'm looking no. Thank you. Never fake playing. Yeah. There's another red flag trae go ahead. Well done. Choked up. What is the one thing that you could tell us that would give us the reason to believe that we should waste a first round pick on you. And it would be way. You know, I think sometimes it's not just about what you're getting on the field. It's about what you get off the field. It's about the energy and excitement that you wanna bring to get the best out of everybody that's round you when you're spending a first-round traffic on somebody. You're not just looking for production. You're looking for leadership. What I want to bring to this organization isn't just production on the field because we've seen that that's not going to be much. But I want to come in. And I want to bring a level of leadership that inspires you trae everyday to want to come in and hug me when you get to work because it feels that good to be around me. That's what's worth the first while when you when you start right away dismissing your ability to produce and still think you should be. There is a I I'd like to know Mike, an issue because obviously of everybody in here, you were the last one that was actually going through is one thing you have to understand what people are getting ready for the combine and pro day, and they go to these big box places to work out. They train you from the media just with Jason given answers. They would train you on how to answer something. So forgetting the positive things to play what were some of this. Pacific things you were told do not say two teams do not ever tell them that. You've got a plan for life outside of football. What happened? Like what happens if it doesn't work out? What happens if you get cut? What happens if it doesn't happen? They don't wanna hear about. What would your answer? Be. What was your answer? What would be coached answer bay coach answer to be? Well, if I got cut tomorrow, I would redouble my efforts. I'd go back and I'd start training again. And I would look for the next opportunity to prove that I can play in the National Football League. That's very good. That's gone head coach that was an answer. I got wrong, quite frankly because you get in there, and you answer honestly for a second 'cause you're going through this. And they kind of get you comfortable when you're going through these mock interviews, and that was the one I distinctly remember them saying after we don't want to hear about what you actually want to do in life after fall. So you're being coach this you gotta run. I didn't teach you to lie. Well enough. That's my fault now to that. On me, by the way, Jason Fitz from Spain and Fitz is in studio giving us the straight talk. Brought to you by straight talk wireless. Best phones, best networks, no contracts. And don't forget the NFL combine show will stream live on Twitter and YouTube from twelve to one eastern on Saturday in addition to fiddle master fits of Andrew Hawkins, field minister Yates, Stefan, you're Bel and Daniel Dopp Jason well done. Video when you all see the video of him performing these combine ax. You are. You know, what you will? You'll feel so good about yourself saying my God, I can be better than that. By the way, I put up to twenty five over twenty times. So twenty five's not saying the same thing, right? To twenty twenty-five same thing. Twenty twenty times. Let me try. This was a two hundred twenty five pounds. I I don't you know, somebody else put the weights out. I'm not really sure I do math red flag as you're saying. My told there would be no matter choppier running steps Jason Fitz in his forty time or junior trying to kick that field goal in Chicago, man. And at least I give Mike the benefit of the doubt. It was on snow. Yeah. This was on a sunny day in a clear field. And I don't even know what I'm watching you. I can't wait till ever been anybody. Tell me why the three cone drill has four four cones. That's the real question. I still need answered. There are four cones in the three conflicts asking questions you shouldn't red flag. Sunny, when's your wife's birthday may twelfth? All right. Good night. Don play. You're welcome. You're going there on a high note. All right coming up one player has already won the combine without really doing anything. We'll get to that next. "And of course, a lot of NFL prospects are on the road this week for the combine I'll be heading out there today after the show, and as we said Jason Fitz, the fine fiddle player as well as done good sports radio. Talk host is with us this morning. You are doing the pre combine show. The trailing a warm up act. See that that you're the headliner. No, I'm the always the warm up because your doing the big deal from one to three on ABC. But what we're doing is. We do all the time. Mike, and I have done several times together, we're doing the Twitter show from twelve to one that you can find on the ESPN Twitter handle directly. We're we're going to get into a little of the combine seven sorta get things set for you. Youtube. It's on Twitter and YouTube from twelve to one in addition to fits Andrew Hawkins will be there field minister Yates to find your bell and Daniel Dopp, hopefully, check in on the action on the field become Mindich questions from fans seek the Wunderlich tests. All these NFL at one o'clock eastern on ABC. Okay. So you put yourself through some of what the players at the combine are going through, right? Yeah. You know? I I don't know that I was really given a lot of a choice here and somehow field, and and and Dopp weren't asked to which is probably a good idea because they're both in much better shape than I am. But yes, one one of the people on our show. Andrew Hawkins actually went through the combine because he played in the NFL. So they thought it would be funny to have me do the same go through the combine what we wanted do I because again, your claim to fame is ten years old, your Juilliard and the band Perry fiddle player in the band Perry for a number of years. Now, you doing sports talk, so whoa, whoa. Whoa. Hold on a minute..

"He's busy producing for the fantasy show on ESPN plus company man, I don't have. Now, we do. But instead, I said, no, no Daniel, I will allow you to produce the six zero so audio podcast. Yes. So I got us Daniel, so none of your beautiful little interviews with high pollutant executives happen without me. Granting. You guys Daniel it's very welcoming. This is one of my favorite weeks of the year. Certainly, I know we all great opportunity to meet and see some people, and we've all got people that we are close within the NFL community. Great chance to actually see them in the flesh. Because the reality of our work is we're in Bristol. We are bound to Bristol from like August first until January one every year. We don't travel to games every Sunday. This is a good opportunity to catch up with some people, which is what we're gonna do right over today and tomorrow and not all of us. I was gonna say most of us are bound to Bristol. Some of us have conferences, Morocco, and whatever whatever medical conference. Yeah. And Monaco, and whatever Egypt tunings house, including view like a that's next year. No next. That's exactly the point of these podcasts is going to be. It's true story. True story. One hundred percent true story. You're joking about Clooney's house, but I will tell you that's defined you bell within the last six months has had dinner at an insanely famous movie stars house. I'm not allowed to tell the story. I won't say it it is to find a story to tell. But that has happened someday. A like a iconic everyone knows this person celebrity. On your share to shape meal? Right. Legit like a list movie star? Gosh. Well, we had some A-List guests. We did some awesome guests. So yes, we're going to catch up with titan. Jenner manager. John Robinson Packers head coach. Matt the floor. Gentlemen. Thomas dmitrov? It's find caught up with Jason Garrett. Cowboys head coach. And now, the Princeton grad fellow prince Dan rea. Smart beetle. Remember, I also talked to Daniel Daniel, how are you doing very, well, my nipples are chafed this. I'm wearing a shirt, and it's I'm not used to that. I was a flight in flight was not too bad. I got a middle row middle seat in house between two people. And it was I got the peanuts. And they gave me the pretzels to which was really cool. I doesn't usually happen. And then I had the non reclining seat next to the bathroom at the very back. So it was all it was a pretty I mean, it's been a really fun evening. It sounds like it is. And there you go. There's my exclusive interview with Daniel Dopp. There you go you're not getting anywhere else. And and podcasts. Just kids. Let's get to us. We're going to do is. We had these interviews. And I think the goal might be to try to put all of the audio in a podcast. You can listen to the full conversations. But we're going to use some of the most notable points from these conversations as our own jumping off point. Maybe dig deeper into some of the things that were set. So we'll start with titans GM John Robinson. When a guy doesn't have a ton of production in category..

"I have a warning for everybody. But I, you know, one of the best things about hosting a show and having a microphone so that managed to get the last the last word, and every argument, many of you, many of you are are still fired up about my my my thought that they should limit access at NBA games. I just wanna get one more thing in that that answers what several of you are tweeting at this point as people say fans pay to be part of the action. The they sell those tickets blob Oba people buy tickets to games to watch athletes. Aren't they don't go by? They don't buy tickets to watch little kids on the sideline they go. They go to watch the athletes. So what's more important to serve the athletes that are on the court or to serve the two rows that we'd be impacting by changing the seating. Because by impacting to Rosa fans. What is that a couple of hundred fans? I don't math as maestro. Maybe a couple of hundred. There's still eighteen thousand other people in a lot of those arenas and millions of people watching at home and. Those millions of people don't care about little Johnny the wants to give Russell Westbrook or coke. They care about watching. Russell Westbrook play the game. So if the worst case scenario protects the athlete, and it it makes life more difficult for the first two Rosa fans. I'm oh good with that. I'm all good with that all day long. It's paint and Fitz on ESPN radio Jason Fitch with you love getting the last God, you guys would probably tweet me from courtside you savages. I didn't know we had so many rich fans. God most importantly, like invite me. I mean before they take away the first two rows of seats, at least invite me. So I could be your plus one. I wouldn't on that action. So the combine speaking of the action that is out there all over the world. I want in on it because I love the combine. I love the draft. That means I love the combine. In fact, a little secret just for you guys on Saturday. We're hosting at Twitter digital show the world will see my combine drills. I did Himmel. I ran the forty did the three cone drill which actually has four cones some shuffle. Put up a put up some weights to some some verticals standing jump. Not impressive. My numbers not impressive that that will surprise nobody. But it's it's happening because the combines here in the combines here at a different level than we've ever seen before ABC is going to show quarterbacks wide receivers and tight ends on Saturday afternoon. Our guy Trey wingo going to be hosting the coverage from there from indie starting at one o'clock from one to three and also I'll be on Twitter digitally with Daniel Dopp and Andrew Hawkins will be doing a appre game show on Twitter that you can catch on the ESPN Twitter account starting at noon. On Saturday for the combine this is because everybody's enamored particularly with the quarterbacks will Cuyler Murray. Throw who's gonna be better twain Hoskins how big is we learn from sage Rosenfels, by the way, if you missed the interview with sage go check it out on the podcast, check out the entire thing. Because he opened my eyes that it's not about the hand. It's not about the height of Kyla Amaury. He's most curious about the hand size. Hand size is going to be an issue for Kyla Murray as a tiny handed man, I can appreciate that. It's when we're all going to be paying attention to. And that's what you should be paying attention to what you shouldn't pay attention to at all is whatever your GM says whatever somebody said your team's gonna do whoever you suddenly think your team's gonna draft. Would you want right now? More than ever is for your favorite team to make it through the next five days invisible. Nobody talking about your favorite team perfect. No big hot takes from your favorite team. Even better. Whatever you do here right now..
