"Most certainly I'm better than Drew McIntyre days ago 5 pro-life WWE superstar in the back in the locker room. Excuse me, that's been lying to themselves year after year after year saying, but the only reason I am in the position of immense because I was handed everything because I grew up in the business. I was born in the business. I'm a third-generation wrestler for Christ sakes. They say that Triple H protected me earlier birth. In my career they say that management shows me but no no no, no, no all those superstars in the locker room their mistake. And the reason why I am in the position that I am in fact because I am your best good form of order. Yeah that best also fun fact things you can say during sex. I am in that position because I am the best you go but early in that in the audio, he said everyone in the back, I'm sorry the locker room that must be another life ban thing from Vince right? Like your can't say in the back the lot a lot better cuz I stopped and he corrected himself. Yeah, like during the promo. Yeah, like we don't like as if we don't hear from us he was apologizing to Vince. Yeah. I mean, it's a good thing. He he clarified because when he said the back, I'm like, oh, what does that mean? The catering guy? Yeah, no idea the back of what a van off. Then possibly mean all the locker room. Oh, okay. What if you don't know what a locker room is that's true democracy, which is more Superstars go to change their clothes wage and hang out and beat up each other. Yes, overthinking everything. Yeah everything. So then we're guessing ourselves. It's a fucking belt though. Yeah, title shot with a shot of what like the steroid shot. I get every week there cuz he'll be confused by that how many shots do you must get steroid shot loti shots everything just cocaine shots directly off his blood flow mixed together a mess it up. Yes, shop. If so, yeah. Lauren says eight days ago. I showed the world am no longer The Legend killer. I'm now simply a legend to get mine and then Orton welcomes any Superstar who wants to challenge him now that he's the champion and Alexa Bliss comes out. She wants a dog. Opportunity and Alexa stands in the ring and just stares in Oregon with a big grin on her face Orton asked. Where is he Alexa? Does her cute ballerina pose and then says he could be here year and laughs then the lights turn red and the scary music plays but then it stops or and looks around for the feed but then a claim or out of nowhere from Drew McIntyre. Yep. Yep, and then McIntyre tells the past out or denied. Are you to give me my re-match until then? I'm going to make your life a living hell and then Drew starts to leave but then Ms. Morison run out because Ms. Wants a cash in the money in the bank contract smart. However, McIntyre comes back and throws Ms. And Morrison out of the ring before the match starts because nobody's going to be Randy Orton for the WWE championship. But Drew McIntyre now. Yeah, they should have hit him over the head with the briefcase in the way out dumbasses. Well, and literally if it matches this guy later or McIntyre could have waited till the bell rang. So that is off. June is wasted when he corrects them up. Yeah, I don't want to take away your money in the bank. Just don't let you write this one, but I still. This is a great opening segment. Yeah, we're almost great and I I wasn't expecting the Claymore cuz we're looking for the Fein at that point, right? That was a good little spot. This is way better than Roman Direction in The champ is passed out. So hit the music off Bank. Yeah kind of had everything. This is way better than Roman in J O and and this has been going on for a long time. Yeah. Yeah, like fucking forever backstage minutes throws a job and claims McIntyre's jealous of him and then more and Morrison says, we're challenging him to a two-on-one handicap match tonight, cuz we want to get our ass kicked be like losing tonight. You're dumb. He's loose next Subway of Elias versus Jeff Hardy in a guitar on a pole match. Yeah. Sure Jeff grabs the guitar and then hits Elias with it as he jumps off the top rope, but the guitar doesn't break. I'm sorry. That's an again, you know off. But they fought right so Jeff wins the match and then he smashes the guitar on the turnbuckle. What kind of they missed it. He does it but they meant like he's like, well, it didn't break might as well just break it to pay it off, but they fucking missed him breaking it. Yeah. Yeah. What kind of match do they have guitar on a pole match? What guitar the full match wage? That's a quieter. Yeah. I'm having some Josh. Oh, wow. Damn. It's not quite err on a poem. This is like everywhere. Why don't you type some notes and then we'll read your boy off spelling. I will do it. When the podcasts buys me a laptop. Should we do the the Josh Spelling Bee for Eric again? And then we'll see what's up. Absolutely. You have spell check, huh? You spelled it right round when even when you do capitalized words, it doesn't spell check. All right, I type fast so I know I didn't go back over it. I know how to spell fucking guitar off. You go in the background scratch your back. Nevermind. Yeah. So next time we have Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke vs. Nia Jax and Shayna baszler for young women's Tag Team Championships. Yeah, what did they do to earn this they exist. They beat Laden's when I was going to say, yes. So they're monocoque out to watch the match Shana puts Dana in the cure for the clutch Solana gets on the apron Dana rose up Shana, but the ref doesn't see cuz he's yelling at stupid Lana. Of course, they count 1 2 3 song. Oh my God. We got new Champions. Then Shana kicks Dana in Solana and then makes Dana tap to the cure for the clutch. There's a little Asterix on that. She kicks out of the pin and Dana slowly runs to the ropes and barely touches Lana knocking her off. It was horrible. It was horrible later backstage Nya promised wage. To an Alanis career by the end of the night. So we'll come back to that. Also backstage Charly Caruso interviews Orton and he says I have to remind McIntyre about the three most dangerous letters. W e h i v o my damn now, it's the km Vincent Kennedy McMahon either going to say I'm a G H. Let's put them out of business. Yeah. So later Crews. So interviews McIntyre who says he's going to try to get his title rematch soon so that he could face Roman Reigns series. Next either way, it's a rematch either way next up. We have our truth versus Bobby Lashley Sarah Survivor interviews truth before the match and asked him. Why would you agree to this and you are fucking idiot to be asking.

"How funny, Funny equator. Is this movie better or worse than the 2018 masterpiece? Aquaman? I think on the flip side of it the moment we began reviewing movies This might have been the one movie we could have agreed upon. That would be like the top bunk. Is this as good as Goodfellas, and that would be on a way, I guess. A 41 dog movie. If it's better than good, fellas, Halloween has your interest in this movie gone down over time or up overtime. I've already said this after seeing all of these Scorsese rip offs, including Scorsese doing it himself. So much of this movie is so iconic and just the storytelling in this with music has been ripped off by so many genres of movies, Right? And I know other movies have done this, too. But I love where they open New York 1970. They backtracked 15 years and build back up to that moment, and that is really, really well done. They only give you like 30. Seconds at the beginning, Legal back into credits back into the movie, and you almost forget about it. And then when they're diving with batts in the trunk, and you're like, Oh, this is from the beginning, right? Yes. Yes, And I love the little shot. The whole scene in the kitchen as iconic and talking about the dog paintings. This one's look at one way. The other one's looking the other way. That's so good. I know you went dot dot Ah, But I've got a better one hot dog, Dad Act and, Yeah, There you go. Leila. Was that Whalen? Even Layla? No, I heard it. I heard it for those retarded to the McIndoe party. We write everything on a 40 hot dog rating system, Mac. I shall step in my toe into the water first or dip toe into the water for sure. I'm gonna shit my tone to the water first. It's 40 hot dogs. Is this the best movie ever made? I think I say inception in my favor and that after watching this today, I think this is the movie that we could come to agreement on most with all other people that this is the best cause. I also think storytelling wise, because I think that's the most important part here. The storytelling of this movie. Everything is tied up, and it's every little bit really confusing and convoluted, and it didn't but it's every little bit from the movie because they keep on dropping little bread crumbs all over the place, and they pick him all up by the end, and everything is completely picked up. The cinematography is great. The characters are all timers. The dialogue in the pacing Is unmatched. And this is such a trendsetter, transcendent movie that I would say it is the third most Parodied movie of all time maybe besides Star Wars and the Godfather, I couldn't agree more with what you said. And the thing that puts it over the top for me is Scorsese doesn't treat his on audience like they're idiots, You know, obviously there's narration throughout this movie. But it's not telling you stupid things. It's more of an inner dialogue where when they jumped to certain scenes, there's just knew things. There's another kid or someone's got another girlfriend, and you just put two and two together, and they don't need to tell you that, And I like that. The narration is more just Henry and Karen's thoughts like In moments, it's not. It might be a tidbit about someone, but it's not useless. And it's not just there because you're dumb. I want to take five hot dogs off because the young Henry is perfect. He looks like a young ray Liotta. He looks exactly like Toyota, the young Tommy. Looks nothing like a young Joe Pesci and you also you also think of this is that they're pretty much the same age slash Pesci's younger than him and then 20 ish years later passed. He looks like he's 40 years older than Ray Liotta. So that's a tough sell. When when he first meets Karen, she says, he's 28 or 29. They both look like they're 40. They have the teeth of an 80 year old. But, yeah, I know the storytelling in this movie like it's a lot of what we talked about in the Irishman how bad it was them jumping from times and it not really lining up well with the year. The issue with that one is that they tried to d H dinero. Who then say Oh, it's this year because he looks this age. But the issue is that Dana Rose face looked the same age every single time or they used his old man body when he was 25. They jump so many years in that movie that it's done here, They jump back to 55 you some younger actors and some of the actors that end up playing in the rest of the movie. But then when they jumped to 65 70 You know, it's small time zones. It's five years. The most they might do is 10 and then you see highlights in someone's hair. They look a little more weathered. They do an unbelievable job, which is the practical effects in the makeup. It just every touch of storytelling. Okay, This character's done that I feel like that character for the rest of movie also was thinking that like it's not like what happened didn't affect them. Everything about the movie. There's nothing bad. Also no bad thing. My hat's off. What about stands? Oh, brand fedoras. My stands.

"Today new charges filed in George Floyd's death and much more fallout from the riots. We've got a lot coming up and starts right now. Welcome to the news! White Matters I'm Sarah Gonzalez today joined by Jason Bunch, roll chief researcher of the Glenn Beck Program fresh with a new tattoo right. Yeah it is, it's no you. He has no idea what he's doing with. Jason for taking ten minutes. Show your. Very quickly when I left, we had nothing to talk about, and we were getting sick of talking about crony virus like when I come back. Something better talk about and I was wrong. Yeah, you were wrong. Something different, and it just keeps getting worse. bottom of the barrel at this point. also joined by TV contributor Josh Hammer back in the House Second Dana rose. Is a Crumlin but I am seeking refuge on this podcast. Thank you, Joe. We hope to give you that I'm not quite sure though I don't know that a lot of pressure. also Tim Young back in house in Studio. Nothing better to do. I'm just Washington. You're like come in here. We've got snacks in the hall and we finally got a tattoo, but you know your arm way more shaved than me. So, a lot has happened actually like as of the time of the taping, there were still kind of more news trickling out of today's news cycle, but so far again as of the time time of this taping new charges filed in George Floyd's death not just the three other officers, so the three other officers that were seen in the video of his death. They have been They have been charged with aiding and abetting but the original officer who was charged Derek CHOVANEC. I don't know how you say Derek. Show van he was originally charged with third degree, murder and manslaughter. They've kept those charges, but they've also added an additional charge of second degree murder I, WanNa get all of your thoughts, gentlemen, but I I'd like to go to the attorney. The in house attorney to tell us what the difference is because I it seems like. Like there are very subtle nuances when it comes to second degree, murder and third degree murder. He's being charged both right now from what I understand, but what? What are the differences here? Josh sure so Sarah full disclosure viewers. I'm only in Texas I am not barred in Minnesota. But what do whatever I lost learns that in Criminal Law you have two things. One is called. Based on Latte and these are old laws. You have the actus race, which is the physical act and in the men's Raya, which is the intention of the criminal is is what the mindset was at the time that that the crime or crime was conducted so in homicide cases you have three general categories of homicide, you have murder, which is the most severe manslaughter and then most jurisdictions also have negligent homicide within each of those three categories you have. Have first second third degree so here. They've tacked on second degree murder in addition to third degree, obviously as you said the manslaughter charge there as well so if I understand Minnesota law correctly the difference between third degree murder, second degree murder is a men's Ray. Distinctions eat intention, distinction, first degree murder, as it is, in most jurisdictions entails premeditation. You've thought this out. You planned it out all the relevant things. That's such a horrific person would do. Second degree is it's still intentional, so the so the difference between first and second degree is the premeditation prominent, instead still intentional act third degree. You lose intentionally, so you're acting utterly recklessly with with a depraved state of mind is the language and Minnesota Criminal Code, but you lose the analogy so here. They've just basically said. This was intentional like he intended to cause George Lloyd's death. That's basically they're trying to do. It'll be interesting to see if that if that sticks Jason. I of course knew all about that. I was just letting you. Right out of your mouth, right, we're all of us. Have a hard time proving second degree murder, just just looking at it I have a hard time believing that he did that, and said I'm going to kill this guy in front of all based off of the tape. There could be more information that we don't know about that. They've already seen I'm so I. Don't know really what to say about that I. Know Attorney General Ellison is. is going for this and I know he's going to go way way way overboard on this I'm not. I'm not saying that this. COBB doesn't deserve it. I think everybody in the country Didn't deserve to be arrested and charged something, but I know. Ellison is going to really push the bounds on this I'm glad that the cops are being added onto this because you know this whole thing took about eight minutes. He was unresponsive for three minutes, so he's laying there and I don't know if you read the transcript. It's absolutely insane is calling for his Momma. He, saying you're going to kill me. I can't look. I'm sorry. They all heard that they they must have all heard that. They all deserved to face the music on. Some of this so I'm glad that the other cops are added in. I, don't we'll have to wait and see as far as I think that the the the court will play that out. I think that the justice will come through, but I think the point. Is it just as being done here? Just as being done, it's all agreed. It's there's mutual agreement. We all agree with this. I can't. I don't think I. Heard Anyone that said Oh. No, let's take. This is the big difference in like some of the like the. What was the guy in Ferguson the Michael Brown. Who Rodney King all of those like we had similar outbursts haven't had a lot of things on this. Come and gone for a week. There's been a lot. There was always questions in those. What was the cop who really was the conduct of Rodney King? You know there's some of the things came out about that. What was the conduct of Michael Brown and we find out that a bunch of stuff? Demon happen like the hands of you know. Don't shoot that. That was a that was a farce that didn't happen. Tell half the country that by the way because that's still I'm missing one of these protests. clarified. These protests doing the hands up. Don't shoot. What are you doing? There's no questions at all on this one. These cops are guilty and we'll see how far that goes on court well innocent until proven guilty as far as the court goes legally, but I do find it interesting. You know Jason Tatum. Jason said that. Everyone is kind of an agreement and there's no kind of a nuance that people are getting caught up in. I've seen some people though talk about the recent autopsy report that came out. That showed that there were. Methamphetamines and something else that were in his system doesn't matter I, mean I agree with you, but I'm just saying I have seen that being used as a reason to say well. Maybe he was just you know sometimes you get extra strong. When you're taking these drugs, you get extra bold. Maybe that's the case and I'm like I just I don't see a reason to kneel on neck, no, and not for seven or eight minutes. However long that is I I've only honestly I've only seen clips of the video..
