"It's all so funny. I'm like, oh my God, I can't wait for the smirk to be permanently wiped off his face, you know, because this is getting trust me less and less funny to him. I think he knows he's in this case. This is I mean, it's not just me. I mean, real legal people, right? Yeah. Yeah. Oh, oh, I like I like the latest. The latest is baby would like to move the trial to somewhere he won by 40 points or you can just I think it was Hugo Lowell said, if you don't want to be tried in D don't commit crime in DC. Exactly. Exactly. I believe I said that yesterday. I think you did, but I never give you credit. Well, yeah, I was being deliberately C worded to yesterday because I felt like it's been quite some time since you've called me a C word and I was kind of missing it. I Did lash out? No, because and I was being both patronizing and condescending. You were, but I need to know the difference. I have built an armor after what? 25 years of working with you. My armor is thick now. I did. I patronized you after a perfectly good joke. There's an object with your body. You made a good joke. I knew you did. See, C worded. Every few years needs to get out of his system. So I spoke with, I did it with the C word. Once I did it once. I know, but you know what? It's this part of the show lore now. And to my credit, you were being a C word. I know, I was. Okay. She's so happy about it. I was totally, I don't even remember what it was about. Minus touch, by the way, since we're focusing on happy, breaking New York attorney general Tisha James has in a new court filing that her civil fraud case against Donald Trump, two of his children in the Trump organization is ready for trial. This whole month is going to be ruthless. It's so exciting. They're all going to get it like backed Oh five. Yes. Yeah. Move it. Okay. Sorry. Oh, right. Oh man. The Californians would, you should have taken Pico this hour. Okay. Franklin all the way. Yeah. Franklin. Do you think, do you think anyone on the right has noticed the judge took him? Is that case you ever noticed black? Oh, they've noticed everything about her. They've already started trapping her. Oh yeah. And she's given tougher, tougher Good for her than, you know, than even asked for in some cases to the January six defendants and good for her because we've been saying all along, we thought like some of the justice department, what they were asking was, you know, was not tough enough. So, and by the way, she's a famous defense attorney. I I know that's a public defender too. Right. I mean, she was, she would think she'd be more biased toward the defense, but she sees is the seriousness and always has of January six. So that I think is really good news, but I think she's going to say, get she also ruled against Trump on executive privilege. Yeah. Right. Okay. Um, all right. So I, yeah, this is, I don't, we will see what happens with all these other co -conspirators named or not so far, but Lindy Lee said Jenny Thomas was the only Supreme Court spouse trying to overthrow the United States. Clarence Thomas was the only justice who voted to protect Trump documents from January six investigators. Both of them are insurrectionists and both of them are still members of the federal government. Um, let's just hope there's really like a lot more shoes to drop. Right. Okay. I know. For like audience, let's be in America. With you, baby. For hours and years. Nothing goes better when Dana's Oh, here. hi, Dana. Hi. Good morning, everyone. I missed you. In honor of Mark Meadows flipping and also a happy pride, happy pride and ding dong the witch. And we'll keep just moving on with that. Yes, I will. I'm not going to stoop solo to finish that sentence. Killer turning whales on a sargasms. You know, there's a sargasm in Florida. It's a 5000 mile blob of seaweed called a we think is a sarcastic orgasm. Yeah, that's a sargasm. Have you ever had one of those? Yeah. Oh, it's so good right there. Yeah, that feels good. OK. Good for now. OK, we pull everyone into our sargasms. Yes, we do. anyway, OK, they join. I just heard Steffi's straight days. I thought I would. I just because I saved this for you in Pride Month. Sea life and the sexualities they express in the wild. Did you know Dana, seahorses, most tropical seahorses are bisexual? I did. Albatross. A third of valbatrosses are two females raising an egg. They just use the male to get pregnant users. The lesbian pair has a strong amount of devotion to one another, shared duties and bond as a pair. Starfish, both male and female at once. Yes. Starfish. Yeah. Yeah. Clownfish can change from male to female. All clownfish are both male but can change to female if the opportunity is given. They live in small groups of males males with one dominant female in charge. If she disappears, the most high ranking male will become the female. Margie Taylor Greene is going to now try and ban clownfish. Thank you for putting that out into the general public. Yes, orcas. Teen orcas have guy -only pods. After an orca enough is old to leave their family group, they can form seasonal packs of just young male orcas which will engage in sexual activities. with each other it's like a big aquatic frat party well a rave really yeah yeah there's probably some side story happening below the ocean and we don't even know it just the sharks and the killer whales and the jets or the killer whales and the sharks just can you snap with a dorsal fin? No you cannot. it's like a white party and the Dinah of the deep yes yes let's see penguins many are gay but it's most common in males they commonly adopt abandoned eggs and loving and loyal to their partner sea urchins most produce a sexually sea sponges both have male and female sex cells and reproductive organs and manatees many are on the bisexual spectrum male manatees sometimes compete against each other for female attention but then go off with their male rival instead they're fighting and getting all turned on they're like this is fun hey John do you just want to let's go over there I mean screw married keepers do when keepers do when keepers do when keepers do when they get together yeah oh that's why you'll never see a love love is blind queer edition because you can't that all the people living together would see each other fall in love with each other and back never go into the pods yeah I'll be sleeping with each other exactly just a bunch of bisexual manatees like screw them it does go to the more serious point here in Pride Month homosexuality exists in every species homophobia only in ours right yeah absolutely yeah anyway happy pride happy pride to you okay and Pat Robertson's dead and Pat Robertson's dead I mean I'm just saying Robert this guy I'm sure they're also gonna blame us for this the sky being orange back Pat east Robertson dying I think a sign that today is a rest mistake I think Trump's gonna get it don't you oh I think definitely coming yeah yeah I mean I don't Andrew Weissman said this week so I don't know you know I mean and he is not prone to specific predictions like that but just based on all of the legal developments and we were talking about it him being sent down to Florida to get tried there is like trying the devil in hell I mean that's basically what it is and it skews Democratic so he thinks him if he moves to Florida and he gets excited he's like oh it's Florida this is you know my home state and the Southern District is not his people yeah yeah I mean I you know obviously we know I think don't we Travis that he's been told he's a target we know that Meadows is cooperating again we don't know the exact you know all these pieces but it sure seems like you know Monday was the meeting with the DOJ where I think they basically told him to go pound sand that was like their last ditch begging thing pleading right what was it today we said oh Trump threw out some ridiculous charge about bribery and with one DOJ official it was just a last -minute desperate attempt to get the DOJ to delay of what is this what he does every time in every trial is trying to delay the DOJ said no I'm sure this claim is complete nonsense as usual right oh my god though if Pat Robertson dies during Pride Month and Trump gets indicted during Pride Month they're

"Funky town yeah, do it. It is the Stephanie Miller show. Dana Goldberg is here a comedian extraordinaire. Dana, I don't know if the writers strike has affected you at all in the show business, but what is being rested upon us now will be the golden bachelor. A reality show with contestants over the age of 65. I kind of love that. Even if the writers strike wasn't affecting me, I want to see this and I'm going to binge the entire season if it actually happens. It is kind of exciting for. I think mature people of age should be able to find love at any age. Right. I'm just worried about casting for something like that because it's just going to be a bunch of horny people who want their 15 minutes of time. Isn't that also what the regular bachelor? I know, but now they're old. Pretty much. Oh, gross. I expect more from them. Who said, you know, we caught more people in the month of February on the terrorist watch list that we caught in the entire time of the last administration. Who said that? HR pufnstuf. No, the very helpful Kevin McCarthy. Oh, pointing out fantastic job the Biden administration is doing at the border camp. Those go tweets of like, we caught 85 terrorists, but just imagine how many terrorists we haven't caught our absurd and they make me laugh every single time. We know he's doing his job, but could he be doing it even better than he already is. I just can't. And Donald Trump being a political helper as well with this. Yeah. First of all, I'm the one that got rid of roe V wade and everybody said that was an impossible thing to do. I put on three Supreme Court Justices. Very few people have had that privilege, your honor. Yes, you can tell the Republicans behind closed doors roll your shoulder. Yeah, I mean, it's obviously wildly politically unpopular. And they're losing election acts or election on it, but we're just like, okay, thanks. Keep taking credit for it. Absolutely. Yeah, like the CNN town hall that made us all lose our shizzle. That created, I don't probably two of the, what do you call it? The best pieces of evidence we've seen for Jack Smith just the stuff that he can not help himself, right? I know. I know we get fired up about this stuff and we should have because he is a liable sexual assaulter, as we know from a court of his peers, if you want to call them that. And to put him on a public platform so he can spew lies, at least there's some good that came out of that town hall. And that was incrimination. That could be the other reason his lawyer quit, I wonder, is because their letter said it was an accident. I'm taking off. And he's like, I took it. I'm entitled to it. I want to do it. Right? His lawyers all just like Harry Carey. Then your client anymore. Like if you really can defend your client anymore, then you don't have any other option to be like, I'm out. I'm half an hour. Stop climbing. Yes. Stop climbing. Yeah, exactly. That's like, I think it was liar liar with Jim Carrey's like, stop breaking the law. Mark and Dana Goldberg's ancestral homeland of New Mexico. Hello, Mark, hello. My ancestral homeland is New York City by the way, but now decided to move to new Mecca where it's a little bit safer. Anyway, Rudy Giuliani, it was the guy that is nice to work in the shelf is just in New York a very mental shelter. He instituted the policy of giving homeless people us to get out of state other states and match the direction to the social services offices. Oh my God. There's no new ideas. The Ron DeSantis told that idea. I actually love though right now that me just saying, some of the people in America, he appeared to be a good mayor. It's now created the situation where all of our colors are going to come in and

"Fox News tells us we should be afraid of. But that's another story for another day. Well, hey, look, who's here to talk about? Raised by a wild pack of Jews. Here's Dana Goldberg. Go home. It was a top 5 funniest place in America. Thousand years nothing can better wait to hang up here. Take it easy all right, Dana Goldberg's back. Hi. I am back. I'm back. I'm older. I'm wiser. I was in Europe and where things are not as crazy as they are here, but it is good to be home and see everyone's face. And thank you to the birthday wishes from all of the listeners of Stephanie Miller. I appreciate you. I saw that. The baby's all grown up. My baby's all grown up. And you have a big fan in shera in Houston. I just have to tell you I went to go check into one of the airline lounges. I don't want to get her in trouble. And she goes, Dana Goldberg, isn't that the name of and I thought she was going to say the producer because it always happens to me. She goes, isn't that the name of a famous comedian? And I was like, that's me. And she goes, do you know Stephanie Miller? And I was like, yes, I do. It's all so exciting. All right, Dana. So a big shout out to Sharon Houston. Hi, Jerry. You have great taste. Rock on, my sister. We were just saying, it's been a particularly distressing period of what Chris Murphy was just talking about. This one this morning, man shoots 6 year old than her parents after getting mad that basketball rolled into his yard. I mean, wrong driveway, Ron Carr, wrong doorbell. I mean, you know, I don't even know what to say anymore. And it's just we were saying it all becomes one story. This, you know, the guy that shot the young black kid. The ring is doorbell. Relative said, yeah, he watches Fox News all day. Old white guy that's paranoid in his house and has been told and they were trying to spin it. Oh, he had a sign on his door that said no solicitors. Come on. I mean, the laws in this country when it comes to stand your ground and all of that stuff are wonky as it is. But this is a problem. This is a problem if someone walks on your property in certain states, you can just pull out a gun and take them down. I mean, it's insanity. It is pure insanity. And as a world renowned security expert Dana, I mentioned that burglars do not ring your doorbell first. So, uh, there's no that is very true. Options don't answer the door, call 9-1-1. If you're scared, I don't know. Shooting through the door, not really. I'm the list of options. Yeah. Okay, so there's a lot. I don't know what you guys have been talking about on daily beans, but there's a lot going on. We were just saying, it really, it's extraordinary this judge who's a Trump appointed judge, of course, has announced to say, wait, uh, mister pomerantz must appear for a congressional deposition. No one is above the law. As Joyce fans said, if only that had been the judge that compelled Jim Jordan, for instance, to answer a congressional subpoena. Now it's now a warning. Now it's mandatory. It's not my jurisdiction. I'm not one to say whether a subpoena is lawful. No, it kind of is, actually. Right. But I mean, the Trump appointed judge found Bragg had no legal basis to quash a congressional subpoena that was issued with valid legislative purpose. They're what? What there wasn't a valid legislative purpose. This is the government overreaching into a local prosecution. It was the sole purpose of defending their crooky ex-president, right? Yep. Her personal retribution. That's all it is. I mean, first of all, for the wife of me, I don't understand how Republicans this is going to be good. Mark parameter is only going to be testified what a crook Donald Trump is. A 100%. I think they should stay away from Alvin Bragg. There was a reason that case got dropped, and it was because Bill Barr told them to stop investigating. If they go deeper into this, they're going to find out that pomeranz and Bragg back down because they were told to by the Department of Justice under Trump. Right. Right. I mean, I think what they're thinking is they're going to prove some sort of bias against Trump when I think they're going to prove the opposite, but anyway. I agree. Boris Epstein is scheduled to be interviewed by Jack Smith. Is that today? Yeah, today. He's in a position. So again, we always have to say which crime, but it could be both. The January 6th investigation and the document's case, right? Yeah. Absolutely. At this point, when they say that they're taking, you know, talking to a Trump attorney. I'm shocked any of any of them still have not been disbarred. First of all. But yeah, it's basically like pick your crime. Where is this happening? What are we talking about? Yeah, I mean, I know you're podcasting partner AG is bullish on Jack Smith and the speed. He's moving with. I mean, I feel like in general, judges, his act is growing thin. Like, I love this. Trump cites New York City traffic as a reason to Dodge his rape trial appearance. I mean it's Trump's attorneys have reported to claim in court documents that although he would like to appear in court to face a civil defamation suit, each and Carol. He might stay away as much as possible because of traffic and related travel concerns associated with the arrival of a former president. Joey taka penis is attorney. Wrote the judge that Trump was merely trying off. That is so sweet. Was really trying to save New

I haven't even seen <Speech_Male> one drag queen jiggling <Speech_Male> in front of children <Speech_Male> at these things. Drag queens <Speech_Male> don't jiggle in. <Speech_Male> They're there <Speech_Male> to read <SpeakerChange> stories. <Speech_Male> Yes, and thus the title. <Speech_Male> Exactly. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> Yeah. <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> Dana, <SpeakerChange> I just, I don't <Speech_Female> know, I guess I want to <Speech_Male> story hours <Speech_Male> as he going to. <Speech_Male> I guess they just need <Speech_Female> new things because I'm <Speech_Female> like, where did this come <Speech_Female> from? This drag <Speech_Female> queen, you know, <Speech_Female> we've talked about the <Speech_Female> men have been dressing <Speech_Female> as women for comedy <Speech_Male> purposes. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> Our profession <Speech_Female> for, since time <Speech_Female> and memorial, I <Speech_Male> suddenly it's the, <Speech_Male> you know, <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Female> that because those <Speech_Female> those words <Speech_Female> straight men, Stephanie, <Speech_Female> how dare you those <Speech_Female> for straight men and <Speech_Female> they assume that every <Speech_Female> single drag queen is <Speech_Male> a queer man. <Speech_Male> So we're to trans <Speech_Male> person. <Speech_Male> So that's the <Speech_Male> difference for them. Oh, if it was <Speech_Male> tootsie and it was <Speech_Male> that was fine. That is <Speech_Male> straight man <Speech_Male> a <Speech_Male> technically <Speech_Male> a drag queen. <Speech_Male> It was in drag. <Speech_Male> You know, gentle <Speech_Male> was drag. It just <Speech_Male> went the other way around, <Speech_Male> although they would probably have <Speech_Male> a problem with yentl because <Speech_Male> Barbara is Jewish, <Speech_Male> but <Speech_Female> we're going to split hairs <Speech_Male> on that. And this has been <Speech_Male> forever. They've been joined <Speech_Male> entertainment forever. <Speech_Male> No one cares <Speech_Male> about drag queens on the right. <Speech_Male> They don't think they're <Speech_Male> indoctrinating the children. <Speech_Male> It is smoke and <Speech_Male> mirrors so they <Speech_Male> don't have to deal with the <Speech_Male> issues that are actually in <Speech_Male> hand because they <Speech_Male> have no platform. <Speech_Male> No <SpeakerChange> platform. <Speech_Female> I can't even <Speech_Female> keep track of. I just saw <Speech_Female> several a couple other, <Speech_Female> I don't know, pastor <Speech_Male> something, whatever. <Speech_Male> Church guys <Speech_Male> convicted of <Speech_Male> child movement. It's not a drag <Speech_Female> queen. But it really <Speech_Female> is always projection, <Speech_Female> isn't it? They're <Speech_Male> always the ones that are warning <Speech_Male> about look over there. <Speech_Male> <Speech_Female> <Speech_Female> Okay. <Speech_Female> Since <Speech_Male> <Advertisement> we're on awful <Speech_Music_Male> <Advertisement> right-wing <Speech_Music_Female> <Advertisement> policies, going <Speech_Music_Female> <Advertisement> against professional <Speech_Male> <Advertisement> medical advice, lawmakers <Speech_Female> advanced a bill. <Speech_Female> <Advertisement> This is in Kansas, <Speech_Female> <Advertisement> requiring <Speech_Male> healthcare providers to tell <Speech_Female> people undergoing drug <Speech_Female> induced abortions, they <Speech_Music_Male> can still change their minds, <Speech_Male> <Speech_Male> providers who <Speech_Male> refuse to do so could face <Speech_Male> thousands in fines <Speech_Male> and potential jail time. <Speech_Female> The <Speech_Female> American college of obstetricians <Speech_Male> and gynecologists <Speech_Male> opposes the idea <Speech_Female> of an abortion <Speech_Female> reversal process <Speech_Female> calling it scientifically <Speech_Female> unsound, <Speech_Female> unproven and unethical. <Speech_Female> I <Speech_Female> mean, <Speech_Female> it's just <Speech_Female> they have become just <Speech_Female> the anti <Speech_Female> science party on <Speech_Female> top of everything else, <Silence> right? <SpeakerChange> <Speech_Male> Oh, a 100%. I <Speech_Male> mean, are you kidding <Speech_Male> medical professionals? <Speech_Male> They don't care. <Speech_Male> Although <Speech_Male> they like their own medical <Speech_Male> professionals, they'll <Speech_Male> know the ones that say <Speech_Male> that <Speech_Male> they think that they're <Speech_Male> transitioning kids <Speech_Male> at the age of 6. <Speech_Male> They're insane. Like, <Speech_Male> I don't know what <Speech_Male> science they're following, but <Speech_Male> it's all junk science. <Speech_Male> Every single person they say, <Speech_Male> that is a <Speech_Male> medical professional <Speech_Male> or <Speech_Male> a <Speech_Male> professional and anything <Speech_Male> that they're trying to back <Speech_Male> their subject. <Speech_Male> It's junk science. "Dana, I've never seen a picture of you, but I just know that you're beautiful. Thank you. Everything I hear. What's that? I said she is, yes. Just say that march 7th was. 35th anniversary. Divine, right? And at his funeral, which was overseen by the great baptist minister, Lee Windham, who was against the Vietnam War very big activist. And baptized Glenn. He said, Glenn was born before civil rights or women's rights. God doesn't want people created out of a Xerox machine. Yes, I believe we're back before women's rights, aren't we? Yeah, I can't tell which headlines are more chilling anymore, but it's just right the bounty hunter, the bounty hunters for not just women that have abortions, but now isn't there a new one for drag performers? I say the best with them and just go sprinkle trails of glitter and feathers that lead to like boy scout clubs or to somehow it's not worse than handmaid's tale. Or to a Tyler Perry film or to tootsie or to end. Or to any of these other drag performers that have been entertaining these jerks, their entire lives. They don't care about drag queens. They don't like queer people, and they think all drag queens happen to be queer. Which isn't true. Can I say there should be a law because she was too old to play gentle. That's a line from In-N-Out.

"To find out if it's right for you. I mean, yeah. I can't believe this is never, first of all, happened in our history that we are what two years out from a Trump presidency. He's still all any of us talk about. He's in the news every second. He will not ever shut the anything. Also, every time he tweets or truths or whatever the heck you call it, he's also committing to multiple crimes. And one of his last true social posts was just a list of all of the crimes that he's committed since he was in The White House. Yeah, no exactly. It's like him daring, I guess. Merrick Garland, whoever, and I just, I have to say, I know that AG always counsels patients and you and I talk about that every week, but I fully understand the people that are beyond impatient. I mean, Malcolm Nancy yesterday said, I don't know what you think what you think or I don't know even talk to AG recently in the last few days. What you think is happening because it is a slow motion. But it is a slow motion nightmare, isn't it where you kind of go, oh, and it's enabled by the same thing that got us here. The cowardice of the Republican Party. We just did a story yesterday on most of them are scared to run. Yeah. Like only Nikki Haley is even declared like they're all scared, not even just of Trump Dana, right? But I think his crazy terrorist base. Well, we also think and I know this is a conspiracy theory, and I don't normally fall into these, but I still think that there's blackmail in the boxes that was taken from Mar-a-Lago. And I think a lot of these people, you know, when the DNC and the RNC got hacked, a lot of the DNC was released. We don't know what they got on the RNC, but I think all of that went to Trump. And I know that's a conspiracy theory, but I'm not surprised these people are afraid to run because Trump probably has dirt on all of them. Yeah, well, Dana, it's not a conspiracy theory. They did hack the RNC too, and we have not seen any thing on Republicans. Right. What they found when they did. Yeah, no, exactly. No, but that's not a hyperbole to speculate about. But yeah, it does feel like, like I say, I guess a slow motion nightmare that we're and I do get the people that go. We thought Mueller was going to save us. We thought, now we're of course focused on Jack Smith and phony Willis, and now Alvin Bragg, and you know, I don't know, has your thinking changed at all on which one when? I mean, it does certainly seem like everyone including Trump expects to be indicted, right? Right. No, I think the timing and who gets first, it may be brag. It might be New York. The problem is for me, that's like the least powerful the indictment. Since over the hush money. So I'm still hoping that Bonnie Willis and Georgia comes through with whatever they're doing, their grand jury. You know, we talked about a story yesterday on the daily beans and we may have hit it on the show just about the jurors that are on this grand jury and the testimony they're hearing against shamas and ruby Freeman and the death threats and it's been jarring to the jurors. This wasn't a walk in the park. It was a very serious crime, and I hope Trump goes down for it. And Dana, by the way, you know, what's his name? Taco penis.

"What is the Stephanie Miller show Richard in Chicago. You're on with Dana Goldberg. Hi, Richard. Good morning. I'm glad you guys are well and staying safe with The Rain. Listen, Stacey plaskett is a sorority sister of one of my cousins. See the part of the divine nice as a delta. They come out fighting. They don't come to play. They're always ready. They're always prepared. And it's great to hear you guys reference that Delta Delta Delta, can I help you help you out? That's right. Off the pies on Vermont. That place is great. It's a little known if you don't, I mean, you guys are there. I'm in Chicago. I like the weirdest pie. I like egg custard pie. They're starting to expand again. They're going to be building a new answer opening up. Santa Monica. Oh, yeah. In a Monica, yeah. A friend of mine there told me about that. But anyhow, woke ism. You guys represent it. We all represent it as too strong gay women. Chris and Travis, woke isn't something we opened the door one day and said, oh, we woke down. Chris and Travis are strong gay women. No, wait a minute. What happened? Dana, what did we miss? I'd been called worse. Yeah, I could take that. Structure of the sentence was going to go down a rabbit hole. Dana, Stephanie lives down the rabbit hole, like tries to seduce people down there. We are so that's why we have to that's why we have to do a morning show, Richard, 'cause we are so woke. We're too woke to do it. Yeah. Because you go to sleep at early o'clock in the evening. Yeah, in Santa Cruz. And we get up and ask. Oh, I like that. But no, Chris, stop her, Chris. Just tell her to come break for a second. You guys have a break. We've always been that way. We haven't had to become woke. Our environment has forced us to be aware all the time. And that's the blessing of not having to we represent it. So anyhow, you guys have always doing great. I just thought I'd call in. I heard that some of the comments and people were like blowing the brain. When you think about those to die. Where what goes to die? That's their way of saying we want to be racist homophobic. Just like we always were. We want it to be okay to say it out loud. And stop holding us accountable is what they're saying. Yeah. We want to be misogynist jerks, or whatever, right? Yeah. Dana. Yes. Oh, why? Sorry, I thought you were muted. Okay. I

"Hello miss Goldberg, how are you? Good morning, everyone. I'm well, I'm well. I've recovered a little bit from my cruise, which is good. And it seemed to avoid the virus. The norovirus and every other virus, but it was good. It was good. I'm happy to be back on the show again. Yay. And before I forget, you have a show coming up, correct. I do. Thank you for this. I'm going home, Albuquerque, and I get a lot of emails from you all listening. Tickets have been on sale. They are going quickly. It's a very small venue. It's the south Broadway cultural center. It only holds 300 seats. I want to intimate shows so I can feel like I'm performing in my living room with friends, but go to my website, Dana Goldberg dot com, click on the tour. It's the last date listed as of right now. And so it's Dana Goldberg back in Berkeley, and I would love to have Steph heads there. So go get your tickets now before they sell out. And thank you, Jodi, for letting me plug that. I know the step eds will be there. Yes, they will. I love it. I just want to make sure you all don't miss that on tickets because they're going to go fast. Right now, the theater is already about half salt. Wow. Wow. That's awesome. So I know that you haven't had to you've been on vacation from the daily beans, which is a fantastic podcast I love it. Thank you. So oh, you know about that Mitch McConnell fell, and yeah, I know that Travis is in trouble because he told him to tuck and roll into his shell and a lot of people were such. It's a defensive crowd. It's a defensive crowd. We wish him we wish him well. We do wish him well. We don't recover. Speedy recovery, and then he can resign. Absolutely. He's going to need time to rest. He's 81. Yeah. I think it's a great opportunity for him to have a nice retirement. I do not disagree, and I with you, same thing. I thoughts and prayers, right? Yes. Exactly. I wish him well. So this is Travis printed out this morning. That's the fun story. You're gonna love this one. Lieutenant governor Randy mcnally, please and thank you. Of tennesse from Tennessee. Apparently makes a habit of liking and sending compliments to raunchy gay Instagram account. Oh, oh? Oh. What is the Instagram account? The account in question belongs to 20 year old Franklin McClure. He's a resident of Knoxville. He frequently posts suggestive photos of himself wearing nothing but underwear. I have one. Yeah. This Instagram. It's a lot. In response to one photo, it's extra. Oh wait, I'll show you. I think I could show free speech, but I don't know. In response to one photo that showed a close up of McClure's rear end. Which is the picture I have. Mcnally, enthusiastically wrote, you can turn a rainy day into rainbows and sunshine. Oh dear. Oh my. This is a state that just voted to ban drag shows. It did. I am so tired of the hypocrisy coming out of all of these places. Tennessee, especially. I mean, the governor literally there's a photo of him in drag as a cheerleader in high school. It's infuriating. But Dana, he's straight, so it's okay. Oh, Rhett, right. And I don't know what that fallacy is that they think every drag queen in the world is gay. I know that's not true. That's not true at all. But this is his spokesperson for mcnally.

Now available on Apple podcasts, stitcher, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey all, Glenn Kirsten here. Please stay safe. Please stay tuned. And I look forward to talking with you all again soon. I mean, we've had so many the Dilbert guy, you know, says something incredibly racist, newspapers make business decisions, but they're always the victims. They're always like, oh, whammy, I'm being canceled, right? Meanwhile, they're the ones that are banning books. And they're the ones that are getting rid of African Americans, AP studies in Florida. They are the party of canceling. Culture. Literally. Canceling culture. Raskin was talking particularly about them threatening AT&T because they made a business decision newsmax kept asking for more and more costs that they didn't want to pass on to their consumers. They made a business decision. That is not squelching their First Amendment rights. This is one more Jamie Raskin on this. Disney to take down the comments and to admonish and cascade certain late night comedians who we didn't like so. Jimmy Kimmel. If the point is as my friend from South Carolina was saying, well, this goes way beyond Twitter and Facebook certainly it does. This problem goes way beyond it, and that's why the majority needs to think long and hard about going down this road. Yeah, I mean, I guess there's no point in even pointing out the hypocrisy anymore. We can case after case. They were talking about Trump threatening Disney to shut down Jimmy Kimmel to take tweets down on and on, right? Yeah, I think we also have to remember their lord and savior is the worst businessman that probably has ever existed. So it's not a surprise they don't understand how business actually works and that doesn't protect the First Amendment. If it's a private company, they can do whatever the hell they want. Right. Yeah, exactly. I didn't remember that happened to Dr. Laura a long time ago. Yeah, you have the right to scream the N word 13 times, whatever she did, but you know, the advertisers whoever listeners then made a decision, you know? Okay, so who is this representative Collins? Here's another people to judge in his incessant continuous gayness. They're scared of Pete. I just want to say this. They are scared of people. That is why they are so going after him. He's like the new Hillary Clinton for them. You have a president that actually put someone in place of the Department of Transportation who was instilled there on identity politics, not due to the fact that he actually knew what the job entailed and how to do the job. So is impeachment on the table congressman? Well, if he doesn't resign, everything's on the table. Because you can tell after two and a half years of a culture of locus, and this department, you see the results of it. Okay, so once again, as we keep saying, hello, mainstream media. Are you awake? There were over 4000 trained derailments in Trump's administration. He did nor secretary went to one of them. Neither of them went to any of them, so they're saying he needs to resign because he didn't go right away to the Ohio train derailment caused by Trump repealing safety standards. I mean, it's insane. And then they obviously make it about, oh, it's because he's gay. It's because that's the only reason he got the job. I mean, of course, so and the other side, what was their excuse for putting Rick Perry in charge of the energy department that he couldn't even name during the debate, and he wanted to get rid of. Yeah. So what we're talking about, you know, putting people that aren't qualified. Let's go to Betsy devos in charge of education. Like all of these people that bought their way into positions during the Trump administration, those are unqualified people running massive departments in the government. Pete Buttigieg is not one of them. Yeah, yeah, exactly. No one has Travis is saying they are starting to hate him 'cause he's so good. On Fox News and he is like, Mitch McConnell said the same thing like, oh, he's trying to woke our dream room and then he's like, how's that bridge that you're standing on that was in the infrastructure Bill? How woke is that bridge that's in your district that you went to the opening of, right? I mean, yeah. Okay, Marjorie Taylor Greene, who recently decried the incivility. In our politics, I just thought this was rich. Her spokesperson offered a profane response when asked to comment on a misleading claim she made. Green blamed Biden's policies for the deaths of two young men from Michigan whose mother testified before the Homeland Security committee. They each overdosed in 2020, however, when Donald Trump was president, so if nothing else, that's indeed trick that Joe Biden. The Biden I ask green's office last night about her tweet blaming the Biden administration for these deaths in 2020 under Trump, said CNN fact checker Daniel Dale, the spokesperson responded by saying lots of people have died from drugs under Biden and do you think they give a about your bull fat checking? I also gave green congressional spokesperson Nick dyer an opportunity to comment regarding Greene's multiple false claims yesterday about the 2020 election such as lies that Trump won Georgia and that there were thousands of dead voters there. His response off. Oh, I see, so she's decrying the incivility in politics not in her office from personal. And then just the fact that he would point out that, oh, those people died while Trump was president. That's not relevant to you blaming Biden for the, okay. She's also really bad at math. During that speech, she said that, and I'll probably want to have the numbers right, but it was in this ballpark. She said there was something like four tons of fentanyl taken in and now there was 11 tons seized at the border and I'm like, 11 is more than four. That means you're doing their job. Right. Yes, and she said the 6 billion illegals have crossed the border and there are only 8 billion people in the entire world. Yes, yes. That was one of my favorite math problems. Did you see The Daily Show here? There are one 1 million 524 524 and 481 this is over 1 million, 1.5 million. Get it to rent 5000 2500. Okay. All right. Read a number. She can not.

"Missed you terribly. How was your ride? Did you do a cruise? Now I'm at a focus. Now I have to get it to refocus. Yes, I was on a I was on a cruise with two weeks of 2000 women on each week and there's a lot of stuff heads. So all the stuff heads that were out there on either of the cruises. Thank you for coming to the show and for enjoying the laughter. There's a lot of women out there that listen to me. Listen to the show. Well, they have fabulous taste, and of course they love Dana Goldberg, so there you go. Okay. They do, yeah. So were they heartbroken? What's that? I said were they heartbroken because Stephanie has a girlfriend that she's off the market. Oh, no, they're all very happy for you. And every single one of them was like, how do we get you and Stephanie Miller on the ship? And I was like, I don't know if that's a good idea. I'm the same ship at the same time. No, I get motion sick that I get a good thing with whatever. You'll see then that's not even a thing. Yeah. I've been joking that my girlfriend is into what is the thing called citizen app next door or something. You know what? She probably kept track of you because she probably has like a land to see radio next to her police scanner and her ham radio. She's literally like, hey, Annie. A tree fell. What do we got to go see? That's who you're going to be in ten years. We're both going to be. Yeah, 'cause I get the golf cart. We gotta go see. Okay. This is what my, this is what my elder years are like. So Dana, have you been watching the alpha liberals in Congress at all? They are bitch slapping the bejesus out of I think we were saying, we knew what a show, this Republican Congress was going to be. But it is, I was saying, 'cause here's a junior dike reference for you. It's like watching the Harlem globetrotters. Who I loved. Because they're just these Republicans are the Washington generals. They're just dribbling circles around them with facts and figures, right? I think this is what we're seeing is when we had control of the House and I think this is true. We got to speak more. And because we ran the committees. And now, and then you would have the voice come in. You know what I mean? An argumentative and there'd be like one statement that was like crazy pants. Now that they're leading the committees, all the statements are crazy pants and then we get to come in and be like, but none of that is true. Right. And here's what the facts are. And so they're actually getting to say more crazy things right now than they did before. I think I'm going to say, I think Jamie Raskin is Meadowlark Lemon. I mean, it's hard because it's like, does that make Adam Schiff curly? I don't know, but my point is, they're all great. Here's Raskin yesterday. If threatening official course of pressure like this, follow our orders or else, apply it against not just private social media entities, which is what they're proposing this bill, but against any media entity, it would transform politics in America in the meaning of the First Amendment. But if we're going to do it, let's do it. And the First Amendment says, if this is going to apply to the Internet, if it's going to protect Twitter, arguably, which is the conceit or pretense of this bill, it should also protect AT&T against getting coerced into making a deal. It doesn't want to make in spending millions of dollars. It doesn't want to spend with newsmax. They're just, we were talking about the hypocrisy of them just being such whiny little ass bitch babies about everything and screaming everything. Right and screaming cancel culture. Marjorie Taylor Greene literally yesterday said conservative we need to save spaces. Because we're the victim. Here's someone that's called for Nancy Pelosi to be executed who has screamed at and stalked a teenage shooting victim, right? I mean, on and on. No, Marjorie Taylor Greene herself. I mean, it's certifiable. I mean, we've listened to her speak, everything that comes out of her mouth. I mean, from Jewish space lasers to the Holocaust didn't happen. And then she takes that back. She is crazy pants. So the more she speaks, I think, the more that honestly, the country's like, okay, she doesn't need to be in power in any committee. And maybe we can get her out of Congress next term.

I call her cadaver hands, and it's like being in bed with a couple of shovels on antibiotics. Really cold. Really cool. Their hands. I see pause. Pause. So just to give you a mental picture, there's the big toe. And then there's the two that are next to it. And those two, they're individual toes. Yeah. But they're attached by skin. Okay. So he's a fast one. Well, they have normal temperature, though? Yeah, okay. Danny, you know what I'm saying? This is my response when she touches me. Jesus. It's just it's cold. I was like, what happened? I've heard this from others as well. Yeah, the storylines were just like, each episode was over an hour long. They could have been 30 minutes. It was like they were just, yeah, stretching it. Yeah. It's funny when you talk about the kids in Stranger Things growing up because I feel like I experienced the same thing with Harry Potter. Like I was like, wow, they should have started with like fuzzy Potter and now they're Harry Potter because I think grown into past puberty where we had some fun. Now they're Harry Potter. But it's watching those kids to one on Stranger Things with this cute lips in his list. Oh, teeth. Oh, I guess. He's my favorite character. So cute. Absolutely so cute. And then I finally watched that, oh, I watched Top Gun. I went and saw that. I heard that was phenomenal. Amazing. Is it good? Okay, so I did not like the first one. I know, heresy. But what I like, I've heard. There's no singing and dancing, so you didn't. No, I just, it was like, there's so many ridiculous things in that first movie. There's like a scheme that takes place in an elevator that's like three minutes long. This building must be like three birds belief as tall. And it's like a small office building. And no one thought, there's a little things like that, but the goal. Okay, I will tell you that in this new Top Gun, Miles Teller plays goose's son. Oh. Okay, now this is what gets me. That's my face. I was like, wait, what? What? Wait. That doesn't the math but kids should be my age. In his 20s, yeah, there was a little things like that. Because the outcomes they're the two different outcomes were so diametrically opposed to each other. It was impossible to imagine my future beyond november third. And i've never been in that situation like i. I'm sometimes i do this too. Much on future zimmer. I liked to look ahead. I'd like to have stuff to look forward to. It was like being like having this black wall in front of me and that sort of added to the stress because unbelievably enough. You know donald had a greater than point. Zero zero one percent chance of getting back in and we had and we had the whole read mirage where we had to sit there for a week and wonder which was also very traumatic in its women opportunity to start spinning the big lie and also gave republicans the opportunity to decide once again not to take the off ramp away from him. Yeah and thereby support him. So i really yes it. Of course. it's very important to to think about these things and mental health something. We don't do well in this country. But i didn't think it a vague conversation about it would be that useful since we all experience. Cova so differently. Were reacting to compensate differently so i thought instead it would be vitally important to try to figure out how we got here. How did we get to this point where we are so vulnerable to week. Corrupt cruel ignorant leaders like donald and calling him. A leader like makes my skin crawl. But i yeah. I saw you shudder. When when that word came out here hear me. Shudder shudder exhorted. And how did we become so susceptible to the sash to fascism to to a party. That's that's counter majoritarian anti-democratic and also. How do we get to the point. Where so many of us. Sixty two million in sixteen and seventy four million. That number has crushed my soul. Seventy four million in two thousand twenty. Who are perfectly cool with having a party that has one of its major platforms white supremacy in racism. I felt like we needed. I needed to figure that out. So i went back and i realized well not that i realized like no this along but the fact that this country was born in from you know the trauma of the white settlers committing genocide against the native populations the trauma of white colonists kidnapping enslaving and also committed genocide against the african population and realize that that cruelty carried on from generation to generate the cruelty in the trauma that accompanied it carried on to the present day and that there were also two other through lines one the fact that we have never ever held are corrupt white leaders accountable for anything including robbery. Like who else is held accountable right. He's a traitor to his country. Us responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people sound familiar and he tortured and enslaved other human beings and yet he was president of the university which was later named after him and in the early seventies gerald ford pardoned him on the other side. So nobody's ever held accountable. Donald still hasn't been held accountable. That makes my head explode. And then again. We have the strain of white supremacy that continues today and is embraced openly by the republican party. And one of the problems that happen because donald was allowed to get into the white house which is a stay in this country will never ever be able to forget and it it marks us forever he was. He didn't just espouse the views of the the worst among us. You know that twenty two percent that liberal democracies designed to contain. He championed there he. He championed their views. And from twenty seventeen to twenty nineteen one hundred percent of the federal government represented the believes the hideous dangerous beliefs of the worst among us. That diseases metastasized. So what are we gonna do about it. I thought it was really important to figure that out to try to answer those questions. Yeah and we're going to talk about all of it. And i look forward to having you back on and i keep thinking of you know..
