"But i do think you need to look at their kelly Just because there is the potential for a lot of points there. He had one moto bed. One moto good at paula I'm trying to pull up results. As i speak but Yeah at a fifteen he can. He can go fifteen fifteen he. He's he's one hundred point guy on here is if if he finishes both motos and doesn't but you know he i think you know he's probably less than fifty fifty and finishing finishing motos and and the nfl motives so that's scary a little bit I like i like romila number one. Twelve out of sixteen He's so cal guy not you know. He's a four. I don't wanna take foreigner but he's not from the us I don't know. I don't know if he's branch. What but he does right and train in the so-called heat quite a bit. I think a ride down fine. He put in one of his best rides. Paula scored zombies points. He's still a sixteen He'll he'll be somebody. I look at I liked what you said about kitchen. I think i there again. There's a lot of feeling there he can. He can put up a really good finish and he's still to I think they're still value. Burris at three I i look for him to be in the top ten twice. So that's pretty good points. I like what j. t. said about kilroy kilroy's in shape as well and i think we're going to get a a really hot day. Hang down to. I mean right now. The forecast is ninety two degrees on a saturday. But it's one hundred six right now so It could change. It could be very hot up there as well so okay. I think again. Consider the weather dan. Rick is gonna probably qualify. Well would you pick rick. Yeah if you can pick rick. I think you've got to pick them. But i can't pick rick so rick can go back to from. What about tj rios terrible race bike problems then okay. You'll hear my team well. What about tj. no. I i don't know about Tj enough He was really good at ironman for me though and i had them. Yeah what happened apolo. Mike okay bike problems they did. We get it fixed it so we have seven days okay. I mean i've seen crazy things happen. So i have a dirk drake on my team racing. You're gonna pick their drake. But if you picked drake and he'll probably get one hundred because everybody i bet i'd derek drake i. I like i feel like i'm gonna have to call derek drake and like gonna have to like maybe offer something but can we finish like we don't have to win. I can remember. Get like eighteenth. I'll i'll say this maybe. Jt you can agree with me. I think if it's ninety five degrees apollo and ninety five degrees hang out. I still think it's easier to finish it. Hang hancock just the track am i right. Where are you at with rickety i. It's going to be hoti. that's my problem. If i knew that it was a gas problems i would be much more concerned. Much more confident. But it's gonna be hot. Hang town is not a mellow place at this time of the year. I think it's going to be ninety one ninety two so i don't know man. I think i'll probably avoid him just because i don't know i don't have enough information. That's right you can pick them..

"18 1920 range in terms of where they're drafted in fantasy dress who end up hitting who end up being very serviceable quarterbacks. I think what you want to do is identify the quarterbacks in the later spots that you like and snagged them as a backup. Knowing that you can release one down the road, but don't be. You know, you want to make sure that you get the guy that you like that you've identified is a good a good backup quarterback who could who could go off and be one of the starting 12 that you feel comfortable comfortable with during the year? But like I like I said, I vehemently disagree with saying Oh, I'm not taking two quarterbacks. That's just It's too easy a pick and what ends up happening, Carm and thanks for the call this morning, I do appreciate it. What ends up happening is that throughout the season If you're in a competitive league, you're half the team that you drafted is not going to be on your roster when the season ends when it wraps up. You're not going to have half the players that you drafted. Believe it or not, we're talking. If you draft 16 players, there's a good chance that if you're going to be a winning championship team, eight of those guys will be gone, most of them In all likelihood will be like your last four or five picks, and then you'll Sprinkle in a couple who were maybe injured and lost for the year who were earlier pix. But the truth is that you're not going to win your fantasy Football league. In our on draft day you're going to you're going to hopefully put yourself in good position to win it, But you're gonna have to do the work. You're going to have to make sure that you're on top of free agent additions and injuries are part of the game. So you're not just going to be able to skate by unless you're very, very fortunate. And that really just doesn't happen for most fantasy football players out there. You don't even the world aspiring for the perfect draft. The truth is that most of us don't complete it and you're gonna have to do the work by making sure that you're on top of free agency throughout the year. But don't worry. That's why we're here for you. The fantasy football show every Sunday morning at eight AM taking your calls and talking about what you need to know about fantasy football. All right, One more segment to go before Hanley and Xander takeover. Dan Rick. I see you guys a couple more a couple more questions as well. Yet Twitter I'm at Jeff Underscore mellow. The body talked about this. We never said a word. Yeah leave me out of it. So jack is clear to go back to you away ten minutes. He says i'll be there in ten minutes. By the way no still no and jack i know i keep asking but like she's our lead so i'll be there in twenty minutes. I'll explain to you everything that gives you some setup of what things look like the episode jack. We'll go back to you quickly. Then he's gonna go and check in on the hospitals swing in throw the body out of the trunk and then swing into the hospital just to determine the janet's probably still in surgery and trying to be resuscitated at that point right for pretty much. I mean we'll see we'll see where where it all shakes out. The episode ends with dan rick waiting for gains to show up and he does and dance. All right. rick be cool. I got this bro and gains like comes out of the cars like wd. Half man like janet still alive today. i mean the problem is maybe she wasn't quite in this. Gains gives this iconic line goes. Well you're either dead or there's no such thing as sorta did here let me show you. And then he pops in in the chest and dan is dead and we applauded this in our home and we was like. Yeah yeah you're hype. You were high. Because you've been waiting for this guy to get his comeuppance now. Rick has been promoted as what he says. Congratulations rick you've been promoted requisite like no no. I didn't want the job. So dan is dead. Rick has just watched his friend get murdered. Kim's alive janet is at the hospital still in surgery. She has not come out if it jack bowers going to check in. Do we hear some flat lining with janet. We do the episode's final scene that janet starts to flat line and poor janet. Jeez like maybe it'll be a mercy at this point. I don't even know so. That's the episode. That's episode five of twenty four letter grade. Emily fox i would give it a solid minus. A solid minus. That's been your most consistent score. We've gone back and we've checked the scores on on emily fox so far i believe it was. We've got an aim. Minus eight minus. You didn't give one for episode three an a plus and a minus where we stand. So we're still. We're still scoring pretty hot. You were loving the music this week. The music was great. Great time yeah. I think fifteen seconds box sorry. It was excellent. It was really great to kind of see jack being so good with his hands. Really we've got no more time for the four k ever this week. We'll be back next week's episode. Six podcast ick everybody by..

Chemistry alan york at the assassin compound. Everyone's really upset because mandy girlfriend. Bridget is trying to extort ira for an extra million dollars over the belkin idea. How many great names in this store. You don't feel so useless ira like. He's looks like someone. I can't figure out how he's michael massey great actor. He reminds me of like someone who was on buffy or something like that he may have been on buffy. Seems like the kinda guy that would have been on button like hung out with spike. It's very likely he was on buffy. All right got a little deep dive. Irish pissed off. And he's like this is done. His deal is one of the things he says like. He gets like really angry and his voice. I that's not good mandy. Whatever irish very upset and mandy saying. Look i'm going to figure this out. I'm gonna talk to bridget. We're going to work this out. And he goes. "You had to deal with dan. Rick before we get to that. I do wanna stick with the pandemic topic for just a second because imagine we have a worldwide pandemic going on and tonight against the vegas golden knights not only will pass milo plane as one thousand seven hundred and sixty ninth gam but tonight is is nine hundred consecutive game. That is he's the only the fourth player in the history of the nhl play nine hundred consecutive games. And he's doing it at the time of his career. That isn't even close to what anybody else has any streak i mean you think about. Cal ripken for instance is passing new. Garriga me go find. Games played a category in baseball. History ended when he was thirty. Eight candle whose another player who was active that has a few more consecutive games played. He's the third guy to over nine hundred games in a row playing in florida. He's thirty four miles forty years old in the midst of a worldwide pandemic and. He's still not missing a game. I think eric carlson said that. Patrick hasn't missed a game since eric. Carlson has been in the leak. So ponder that for you know a lotta guys. Don't even play nine hundred games ever let alone nine hundred in a row. So that's that's the story that you related the pandemic that makes packard models accomplishment. The more remarkable. But back to your question about how it's affected broadcasting. It certainly has played a little bit different We're used to it by now but it is a little bit more challenging and and you know i know that there are a lot of soccer announcers around the world that the world cup that crimea river i been doing this for twenty five years but You know when you call the game off of a feed that you're basically given it's alive monitor getting live and sacks were able to reproduce everything. I'm kind of you know he's a ken. What ronald reagan did as baseball broadcaster doing chicago cubs games on the radio station out of out of iowa city or wherever. He was where you know the one time that the televised stop and you had to basically fake for fifteen minutes while they work on fixing the teletype and he kept so calling solid ball after ball after all. You can do that baseball mad sound effects and everything else in there and as it turned out that they've got tell the fight working and It turned out the debris next pitch. Whoever was at that grounded out to second base. So that was that was a pretty amazing thing doing with for fifteen sixteen minutes later you that when he became president. In my case. What we're doing is we've got using amazing technology were getting a an actual game seed real time because what the nhl is done. That's for the road games and You know we're getting a live affects using digital technology from the building. So we have that. So you have that feeling. I tell you that's a big deal for us broadcasters. Imagine if you're sitting in a quiet or in my case that's cetera broadcasting a game you don't have the feel of the game you don't get that that That feeling in your headsets. You don't get the intensity of the emotion you have to work really hard to reproduce that well on the fact that we have that is is really helpful and the other parties. Hd technology For the most part is also helpful. We've had a few games where we've had you take a standard definition feed and that's tough for to be able to see some of that stuff that properly and you depending of course on the cameraman what we're used to radio. Broadcasters is used to In my -cational calling it on the sharks audio network were used to Being able to see the entire surface with able to maybe divert from. Perhaps the camera gives you. I've always felt it. That's an advantage that that the a radio broadcaster has over television and we can pick and choose what will producing. But by the same token there are things that the tv shows you replace and things like that that that provide you with some data so It's it's an adjustment to be sure it definitely A crackdown on my ability to enjoy some of the fine restaurants around the country but But for now at least we're working and we're very happy to be able to do that is i think it's great for the community that the sharks are still able to play in the nhl. I think provides a lot of inspiration to people that are getting through all of this together and you know the other part is for home games and obviously we have to continue to test and that's been an advantage too because you know we're able to keep track of what our health situation is like. So that's that's another benefit that we've had a from what the nhl is done. And you know. Check with the half of the owners around the nhl incur all of these expenses. Because there's no evidence coming in. I mean recently. We're we're only now learning that to in our particular case we're going to be able to allowed to have some fans come to the building and that'll be on april twenty six. That would be the first time fans have been in the building in a year over year. So that's something. That is a work in progress. And we're working with santa clara county with the state of california and and all of the league officials in the medical people to make sure that we we follow the guidelines strictly as possible. That's one of the reasons by the shark. Seven had very many cases and their situation. Unlike say vancouver. That had i think was fourteen members and their team that got flick because of of a real rash of a probably been that with a strain of the virus. So you know it's it's a waste of go before we figure all this out. I after tip my hat to the people that that are in charge at the top of the nhl and with the sharks organization and to the ownerships for For agreeing to make this all happen because without them we would be here. Dana's naski fall on twitter at andrews and ascii and of course listen to is called for sharks hockey. Dan have call tonight. Thanks so much for.

"We go wold runaround here now to like we. We have an open in my area. At least in my we call them. Wmo or wmu's wildlife management units in my unit. We have a open season all year. On wolves and coyotes two so yeah we got here. They actually just introduced coyotes to delaware so over the years we had some which from maryland because there was a bunch of coyotes in western maryland and they they gradually just migrated east and they finally got into delaware within. I think it was within the past two decades or so We had a call and Were overran by red fox. And also dear so i think it was like eight or nine years ago The delaware department department of natural resources of dan rick. What what for short Dan wreck Introduced more coyotes delaware. So now i don't even know what the populations up to but we actually now have a season for coyotes here I think the seasons. This is the third year of the coyote season. And there's only been three killed So you know. Drop in them every day here yet. We don't have that many as a thing like if you like in delaware if you see a cayenne like it's like a big deal because there's really not that many there's maybe a hundred in the whole state faulk. I wish we could give you some of our coyotes and get some of your near their trade ame. I'm fine with with the deer population. I mean the state of delaware and the people from the city are. But i'm fine with it. Gives you lots to do so exactly i. It makes driving home at night. And i'll tell you what i was driving on the other night. All like sixth gear. I mean it's probably like two weeks ago but you know i literally almost Like six or seven deer and actually Not not last night but the night before almost a nice little eight point i mean wasn't like no monster but a pretty nice one never seen the day of my life. You know it wasn't anywhere remotely close to my property but isn't isolated near you see sixty tonight. I think is seen six zero year here. So i mean here in delaware with the amount of deer that we have like. You gotta be doing something wrong to not see a deer even like no matter of. You're driving home or if you're hun by doing something wrong if you don't see a deer wow our joey Roberta thirty one minutes in here. it's getting late So i think we're gonna call this when a show Thanks again for coming on Let people know where they can find you guys You know you can find me on instagram. at eight. p white tails I do not yet do. "Please tell me that I'm really, really right on that front 100% triangulation don't pay taxes corporations past the cost of the tax. Yes, Your client's whether consumers like you and I and Lauren or whether it be other business. And I'm not really a smart guy, either. So That's not what I've heard. By the way I appreciate it, but go ahead, but you're absolutely right. And at the end of the day, the consumers at the pot you know, at the end of this fruit change, so you and I were purchasing goods and services. If that business is going to stay in business, that costs has to be passed along to us. That business is going to close their doors pretty quickly, right? So at the end of the day, you're absolutely right that a corporation in of itself, they write the check for the taxes, but that's got to come from somewhere and it's priced into the product. Dan. You know, I'm going to get on my soapbox for two seconds because you know I have to. And that is my so upset Democrats and Republicans who can't sit in a room and come together and figure out the stimulus. They're making this about politics in the party win on November 2nd and we can't get a deal done just so we can get money into the hands of the American people. And I'm outraged by it, and I'm not. It's not that I'm not surprise it just Come on, They work for us. Yet Your outrage is well placed well, found it and it's because of the election, obviously right, and it's this is all about the election in the politics that go with that. Lord, Think about this. We now have two Arab states that have normalized relations and are in the process of normalizing relations with Israel. How difficult that was right. That's way more difficult. And send it out to more stimulus checks right but again because of the election. It's easier to you to create peace in the Mideast, at least with some of the actors and it is to get a $300 stimulus. Check that somebody well said my friend, Well said, and I have to say this. I still have not received my federal refund that I filed in February. It's a lot of money The government owes me and I can't get a hold of anyone from the IRS on my count, and I cannot figure this out. It was supposed to be direct deposit easy. Haven't gotten it. Amazing. Yeah. Likes you Had any contact for me at the Treasury Department at the IRS will be calling you. Yeah, they missed even Yushin. Alright. You probably have his number in your roller bags. Come on. Yeah, I wish you'd pick up the phone. Dan Rick Otto, cofounder of Quaker Wealth Management. It's great to talk to you, my friend. Stay safe. I appreciate you coming on. And you two happy 9 11 days a great day to remember all the things that are important to us and all the heroes that came before us. Thanks so much long. Thanks, Dan. "A good game down that anyway but I say this is the first real wedded is out of the game. This is like developing that formula. That was the groundwork for everything. Yeah yeah absolutely Louis is about the podcast is we will play play like one of the best games of all time and then spend an hour and a half explaining how bad it is the end. We're like oh it's great. Everyone should play here. We're talking about like Goldeneye for like two hours and all of that was. This game is total garbage now. It's just it's so so bad it's so bad one of the best games of all time. You should absolutely plan. I agree with you until that last part that you just added. They're the quintessential Dick for the time game. But like is like I would. I would say if you did not play when they came out. irredeemably awful to go back to like just this. But that's just my opinion. Rose Not Ross. Game is tough. I mean I enjoyed it when we went back to it but no it can stay in the past. Yeah we're still holds up. I think it's a great game you you should play this first and then play link's awakening and you kind of see how there's like. It almost feels like a conversation. Asian between those two games in ways. Because they're things that are pulled directly from one you know from from link to the past due link's awakening and they're just kind of things that are turned on their heads heads concepts that were introduced in this game Yeah they're they're really great companions. I think I agree this is a must play. I feel like if he liked the series series or in general. I mean there's absolutely ill it's glasses. Oh my I always try to like like I know people that have never played. Zelda is that got into breath of the wild as their first one even like people who play twilight princes the first one and they're like oh play the other ones like that's a that's a big undertaking. 'cause they're all they're all very similar but also wildly different. Yeah CATTA staple the series. We're going to do these. All the stories are going to be the same but the gameplay going to be so completely left field out of nowhere. It's not going to me what you expected to me like. I would never recommend too because you can't you want people to play majority mask because that's one of the best but the fully appreciate that you have to play Corinne of time before you know because there's a lot of weird stuff that kind of correlates between those two you but like it's a big ask to say. Oh yeah this first. One is homework for the second one. I always have trouble time. What's your favorite even? I'm like well my favorites wind. Waker don't play that one week or is probably my favorite. But I don't know that it's like the best one is that like the last. The game is like forty hours long. The last twenty hours of just going island to everything. Yeah so much. There's a whole dungeon is like the classes it's like it's kind of like a gop dungeon in it whereas like ninety nine floors that you have to go through each one. I would never tell anybody to play that game but I love it. And it's my favorite right. It's designed by maniacs people. It's like me a motos like Oh face yeah. Give me your kid with a big like booger bubble. At the beginning. You knew that we did not like people. Yeah I'm still trying to find I have bought. I'm not even joking. I have bought three separate shirts with that lobster on from the beginning all three of them have been such bad quality. I'm still looking for good quality version of this year. News have to make myself. Yeah I don't know I haven't made it myself at this point all three auto really cheap halloween costume material. LIKE WHY CAN'T I. Why isn't this skirt? I love this shirt. Anything I just WANNA wear my lobster sir. Go down to the beach. and He'd lost her for can beach one dungeon. We haven't mentioned yet. Is the swamp house when you first get the hook shot I still I mean that was what I felt was well put together at least maybe I just. I can't tell if it's just me but I I like it. No Lovers I. I love time I always. I always think that the hook shot is the best like one of the best aspects of Zelda game which is strange because it shoot move. Okay true goodness like I feel realistically any game. We played loss planet. And I love that game because it's total garbage. I love inch got that grappling Hook. That is just awful every game of the gravity awful. I'd expect it to be awful in Zelda but for some reason it's one of the best aspects of Zelda game same titanfall to has a great value. Yeah I can't even really really good too. Yeah who says you had like the two grappling hooks which spider banning yourself around during man. I don't know how to say that. The spider original like the hook shot. Because it's got that kind of silly affect from this era. That was used a lot where it's like a bunch of little circles that can get stretched along the ball and chain guys got the same effect. You Know Yeah Oh not like a like a castle Vena whip kind of war just like they're there are. There are asking a lot of the player to fill in the dots. Yeah Yeah I love how every subsequent game has tried as things get more details. They have to ask themselves the question of what is this. Look like when you get like the hook shot later games. They always try to figure out how to add like all the chains is to have a whole. I'm GonNa work on the Boomerang. You guys work on Hook shot guys. I on tips on the master sort of trying to figure out what a like like looks like exactly you guys get all everyone get the level level. Three master's sword. Yes I always do. Is that the one where you throw the sword into the fountain. Es One you this can written sword a sword temporary inadvertent about the hell out of yes and at that moment okay I don't know if that's in. It doesn't really happen in any other game is majority mask right where you have that moment where you don't have your sword like you say how to play the game in a complete Eh. I guess the beginning of the first Zelda you don't have a sword right or yes yeah and then and yeah because you have to get the whole the whole beginning of the first others getting sort sort same with time but even oak arena time. You don't really fight anything Do you have a stick that you can use. Yeah play this game in Missouri. It's like you just steer left without a weapon and you have to learn like okay. I guess I'm GonNa be sticking with like the boomerang for a while but that doesn't always kill enemies that usually just like stuns them. So Am I gonNA waste my Eros. Am I gonNA use bombs like a maniac. I don't know if you need read. The the final sort of began that I'm not sure I know I always get it because I know where it is but I. I don't think you need to upgrade the saliva. They can just master sword. Yeah I think you can do it. That's the Nice thing about what am I talking about. Yeah Yeah it's really nice knowing all games to have the model of if you're GONNA add in a bunch much of extra stuff. Make it somehow affect the gameplay. I always think I enjoy completing I I. It's not even that I enjoy it. I'm just OCD. If I have a game you might have to complete it fully after one hundred percent. So if it's a game like this or I guess even the new tomb writers do it. Well we get get notes with the notes are usually well written or a little weird relic thing that you have to turn around like residential style explore it but assassin's since creepy is one that's just like okay. There's two hundred flags and they don't do anything I don't care about achievements. I just like I was like might be able to say I completely experienced a game. Everything that game. I went down Lorenzo. Well everything getting this game directly makes you stronger. Yeah absolutely owns the standard. Why we're getting away from that standard? I don't know how that needs to be the standard for everything and fun fact that I know only because the speaker of the magic hammers one of the most powerful weapons in this game. I WANNA say or close to it. I'm so glad you just said because I was just thinking about unsung hero in this game is the magic hammer of his. Like even even I did not know that it was the most powerful weapon in the game or whatever either I it is your. It's close. Yeah it is so satisfying to see those paves you if you get this. They can't you for so long finally like I know that I could do something with you and then you finally get the chance to do it. It's like the best feeling and and those guys the redhead all. Yeah yeah on their mid the ground. It's very good. I was like when I come across a room. That has like a very wide shaping. OCD so I like being able to patterns in them. I never knew a straight line I was GONNA like up to the right and then over into the land. Yeah now I could be wrong on this too but this is the. I don't remember this happening in the first Zelda or insult to where they're like cracks the walls that are just there to fake you out. Oh Yeah I don't think there were Indian up until this. The first game doesn't even have cracks in the wall. Right by a murmuring wrong. I think it does have cracks in the walls. I didn't yeah I think they're always bauble. Well it's been a long time stuff like the first one. I've never beaten the first one Sometimes they have cracks. Sometimes they don't it just depends on what dungeon urine. It's the worst thing though that see like a wall that has cracks in it. And you're like Here we go just doing my job but the bomb next to it. Is this doing Zelda game and then it just blows up and then there's no song and no hole so we have a deal game and you've you've broken this compact. It felt so I felt real dumb playing this game after after I beat it I watched I watched the super replay on it again. And there's a part where Dan Rick Day record is playing this game and he's like. Oh Yeah you can just run into those walls with the Pegasus boots on and I was like. What's why that I ah bombs at Dan Record of all people is the will take.

Rick Burke for the president, the president of the Wisconsin. Dan, Rick, lots of speculation last night. Robert mother is getting close your thoughts on that speculation. And what that might mean. In the context of all the things that are swirling around this president would just from the legal aspects. Right. Well, I mean, there are a lot of signs that you bet he's winding up on the speculation last night is that he might submit his report to attorney general bars early next week the a couple of things first of all it is. I think almost certain that Bob Mueller will not recommend that criminal charges. Deep be brought against President Trump. This is probably because there won't be any criminal conduct on a on the part of Trump within the scope of Mueller's investigation. But beyond that department of Justice guidelines is generally say, you can't indicted a sitting president. So the question now will become well, okay. He's got this investigative. Report which is probably what it should have been considered in the beginning. It should have been done as a counterintelligence investigation to find out what the Russians did in the course of the two thousand sixteen election and the question then becomes how much of this is going to be made public normally when prosecutors investigate someone, and they decide not to charge them with a crime. The report is not made public. This is one of the criticisms of Komi in the Clinton situation, if he wasn't gonna charge. He shouldn't have said anything, but there's this other aspect to it. And this other aspect to it is is sort of an investigative investigation into Russian activity in the twenty sixteen election. And I believe the statute says that the attorney general is supposed to report to congress. And so we're gonna have perhaps controversy over how much of this is going to be made public since it seems to me that even though there may not be criminal. Conduct on the part of the president, or or, you know, people closer to the president's already been identified. There could be stuff. It's embarrassing. And, you know, then President Trump has a pretty thin skinned. So, you know, he's he's he's likely to to think some of it's embarrassing, even if you know, it may not be the worst stuff in the world. And so, you know, is there now going to be a battle between the White House, the attorney general and congress as to you know, just how much of this is going to be made public will congress subpoena Miller to testify, you know, will there be litigation brought in order to compel the production of you know, some of this stuff. Should he H E decide that not all of it ought to be released? So I think we could have quite a lot to talk about in the in the coming weeks could every could there be a role for the supreme court and some of the stuff if let's say the president were. Charged with something even not just from the mall investigation. But the southern district of New York are one of the house investigations could there be a role for the supreme court the plate? Sure. Sure. Because because and again, I mean, I think you make a great point there. Even if you know Muller releases its report, whether it's public or not and closes up shop, they're still investigation going on in the southern district of New York where there's this issue of campaign finance violations is this issue of contributions to the inaugural committee that apparently under investigation the issue of whether or not you could indict a sitting president has never been resolved by the United States Supreme court. There's a lot of people that say that this is just implicit in the separation of powers, it would be, you know, violation of the constitutional structure, if if I, you know courts, would, you know, weigh in on the, you know, the criminality is the president while he's, you know, still in office. But the supreme court has never addressed that. And you know, if I suppose if the folks in the. It's kind of awkward because of course, the southern district of southern district in New York work for the department of Justice department of Justice, the attorney general works for the president. So I don't know if there's a scenario in which case actually gets up to the United States Supreme court. What might be more likely is if in fact, there is an issue of, you know, somebody wanting to charge the president with a crime, and and they're being, you know, some type of conflict over whether this can be done or not I think it's far more likely that the way that that will work itself out with the congress to bring articles of impeachment. And if in fact, that's not hard to imagine a democratic controlled congress little harder to imagine a Republican Senate voting to remove the president would seem to me that what they would have to find we have to be a pretty bad. Be pretty clear. So there's no real roomed argue whether it actually happened or not. And then I think is probably always the case with the impeachment of any president the president's popularity has to sort of dip to a kind of a Knicks Oni and level where you know, the president is just all his political supporting, and you know, starts to, you know, lose backing within his own party. Got a couple of minutes left with the president of the Wisconsin law liberty Rick Berg can can a house investigation, which is primarily political connect- ever bleed into a criminal investigation. Well, sure, I could I mean, you know, the house couldn't cover stuff that that is that that's criminal once again, if if that if you things involve a sitting president of the United States that sitting president is is not going to be indicted by the Justice department, just not gonna happen. And and that's not. A new Trumpian policy. The department of Justice has taken a position for a long time. Now that a sitting president cannot be indicted, and it's in their guidelines. And so I think it's unlikely it's unlikely to happen. But it could once again, you know, the far more likely scenario, and this is what happened. You know? Watergate situation is is if something like that comes to light in the course of the congressional investigation. The report is the southern district of New York, and it really is far more likely that that will be dealt with in congress than than than in the courts, Rick Esab, president of Wisconsin institute for long every thanks for taking a few moments to explain all that legal stuff for us. Take care. I was gonna talk to wreck. We'll take a quick break. More next right here in WTMJ WTMJ..

"Was it was doing psychiatry and sociological commentary and family stories and everything else. But when it wanted to just do straightforward mob stuff like in that episode. It could be amazing. And you could understand why the fans wanted the show to beat at all the time, maybe not with you know, a beloved character dying. But you get my point. It's just about the FBI versus the mob, and almost everything else gets put aside for that week, Matt for you those for pills, which would you like the most? Well, gosh, I mean, it's tough. I mean, I- Whitecaps as pantheon episode for sure, but I think my my own personal taste might run more towards soprano movies because one of the one of the aspects of the show that we touched on at the at the reunion last night. And that I don't think it's enough Chretien as these one offs these little these kind of self contained almost like a little like ensemble movie within the show like it's almost like it's got parentheses around it, the sopranos did those really well and soprano. Soprano home movies is a great example of that the whole thing is, you know, taking place out at that lake house. There's really only four characters in it. And it feels like a little stage play, you know? And and you know, it's a family event where things go south, and and the sopranos did a number of those that were I thought superb including profile of wish go from season three, which is about the aftermath of his death. And that's that whole long sequence in the reception at the spray. No household where almost every one of the characters gets a beautiful little area and then season five Marco Polo, the pool party the episode where Tony and Carmella get back together after their estrangement. I think that one's great and then in season season six or is it seven Alan would know, Mr. and MRs John Sacranie request. I think. That's six six. Okay. Yeah. We should probably distinguish why we why we say season seven. Object guys, put it in the book, the fact that they had to do it because it would affect the salaries read the actors the way Hollywood guilds work every new season of show is made everybody gets raises. So sometimes you'll see this breaking bad did a to mad men did as well. They treat basically two seasons worth of episodes as one so they can avoid the budget going up too much. I know it was reading that cone. All right. That makes more sense though. We're talking right now is Matt Zoller sites. Alan separate wall. Their book called the soprano sessions is a must recheck out available now with the twentieth anniversary of the show. How about this roll call of actors, especially for guys who have not seen the show or gals? Like, my producers, Dan, Rick, listen, this is supporting actors who just showed up for few episodes, maybe season. But you know, she had been sort of memorable in the nineties and then things didn't quite go anywhere. She turns up near the end of season three as Gloria Trillo. And it was just an the show was kind of wandering around after Nancy Marchand died because he was a plot of season. Three was Tony has to be nice to his mother to keep her from testifying against him and his Rico trial about the tickets, and they had to scramble and start over from scratch and suddenly finds his focus with this just electrifying performance by her and she's only four episodes total, but they're four of the most memorable episodes the show ever did Matt for you of those actors, I cited, which when did you really think?
