"It's the way that he has ordered it to happen by pulling the troops before getting these Americans who are now stranded. Does he have sense of that? First of all, I think it's irresponsible to say Americans are stranded there now. That's what happens when you stop drug testing in the White House, right? There's always Jen Psaki Press secretary. Americans are not stranded in Afghanistan. That's the headline of the millennium. Yeah. Just they must be doing like reports for school on the Taliban in different ways. The Taliban kills and tortures and, Yeah, yeah, so that the official statement of the White House right now. But what can you do about it? But our governor, Jerry Polish I think a lot of people didn't know who they were voting for. That's true. I knew all along what he was Did not like him. He's trash in our state. Yeah, He's the worst governor I've ever seen. Agreed, rotating. Getting done. Our roads are cluttered with debris. Everything he needs to go. He's laying in his pocket. With the Colorado money in his pocket. He absolutely needs to go. And you're right to that. We've been talking in the last segment about what he did in nursing homes during Covid in that big scandal, but also to your point. The transportation projects are not getting done under Jared Policy dot is an absolute disaster. I've seen so many governors here. But you know what I think Governor. Love was the one and the better ones. But okay Jerry Policy needs to go. He does need to go have a dog to a lot of people joke like music is coming on. I've got to get to a break. "Well, yes, former president of Planned Parenthood. What kind of personal choice is it? That would endanger a child by aborting them and taking their entire life away from them. I do not think of former president of Planned Parenthood is qualified to talk about endangerment to Children. So you know, this is definitely become a big conversation. The nation with different states taking different positions on the masking of Children indoors as the new school year starts. I mean, we're still at least Least a month away from the new school. You're starting in most districts here in Colorado. But California already making the determination that you will be wearing a mask. If you are a child going to school in California, we are going to go to the phone lines. You also can call in 8554058255. We're going to go to a Mitch in Pueblo. Mitch, this is Christy Burton Brown. Welcome to the Dan Caplis Show. Either. You know the mayors and the governors. They don't have legislative authority. They can't pass laws. Let's go through the Legislature is in the city councils and all that. This is all about nothing but the new World order. They've been talking about implementing for hundreds of years and is so hypocritical at all comes about Virus just unprecedented, and there's so much dishonesty and it syncs up to the election. And everything is just coming. Seems to be coming to a head. Yeah, well, you know, Mitch, One thing I think is a huge problem that a lot of people would agree with. Is this how extensive the emergency powers that so many the governor's claimed, including Jared Polis month after month, Every 30 days extending emergency powers extend the emergency powers. And, of course, you know, he suddenly canceled at all. What was it a week or two before the all Star game again, you know, finally no more need for emergency powers. But you're right. There's no check with legislative that that branch is also elected. So, Mitch, I think you're right on as far as governor is just using this as the opportunity to take all the power they can possibly hang onto. Well, People think the government has rights. They have the right to do this. They have right to do that. But the truth is People. The ones with the rights and government creation of people and the people can Supreme Court has already ruled that people cannot give away their rights, right? How can you give rights to government? They only have privileges. They don't even have a right to exist as a government. Well, Mitch, we are about to head into a break, but 100% agree with you that our rights are not created by governments. We have them inherently as human beings, and that's the way it's going to stay because that's the way rights were created. That is the truth about where they come from. So, Mitch, thank you for calling in on the Dan Capital Show. We will get some more callers after the break call in a 554058255 year with Christie Burton Brown on the Dan Caplis Show 50 Years ago, American Home Shield founded the Home Service plan industry to give people a break.

"Radio exists right? This is Christy Burton Brown in for Dan, capitalist. While he's in trial this week. I'm going to go to Chris, who's been waiting patiently on the line and you can call into a 554058255. But Chris in Broomfield, Welcome to the Dan Capital Show. Hi, Christy. How are you? Good. How are you? Good. Thanks for taking my call. I just wanted to. First of all, I wanted to congratulate you and everybody else. Especially the conservatives that are starting to get on the school boards all across the country. It seems like an incredible commitment. It takes a lot of guts. And I'm very proud and optimistic that people are starting to do this and fight back. Agree. I agree with you entirely. But I also wanted to ask you one question. Just something I've never understood before. H every time I'm driving around the town, especially during the election season. You see posters and political You know fliers for candidates for City Council and they never put their political party on the poster. And I have. I don't know why it doesn't make much sense to me. Yeah. Do you have an answer for that? Yes. So I mean, a lot of cities, unfortunately, have laws. That require those races to be nonpartisan, which I mean, In my view, it is kind of silly because we all know people don't govern. Nonpartisan like if you are at your Republican, you're running. You're going to govern like a Republican. If you're registered Democrat and you're running, you're gonna govern like a Democrat. So in my view, be far better to be honest with voters and like, be real about what party designation these people have, but it's usually in the city codes. Okay, that that answer is that I appreciate your time. Yeah, thanks for calling Chris. Great question. Good to have you on the Dan Caplis show, And we saw that to Christie with the Aurora mirrors raised with Mike Coffman. But a lot of people familiar with Mike Coffman knew that he served as a Republican for the House district is my District District six now represented by Jason Crow. I think a lot of it requires a lot more communication right to get the word out about what you stand for What you believe, like Danielle's doing. It does, And it almost in my view is like a waste of money in politics required by law, because in some ways you could argue that's why you have less participation and less engaged Voters in the off year local elections because people are like, where do I even find out what party affiliation these people are? And the odd thing is, some cities even have a rule where people who are running for these offices cannot. Publicly campaign by naming their party affiliation. Sounds like they're really trying to hide the information from voters. I do not understand laws like that. I find to be very odd because it decreases voter participation for all the arguments out there in across America today that we should be increasing voter participation giddy information to voters so that everyone who has the right to vote gets the chance to vote. These these city codes often do something quite different. So you know, I think Thankfully, though, people can go to candidate websites and many candidates. I mean, if you know what values you're looking for, in a candidate, you're going to be able to pretty easily identifies as a Republican. Is this a Democrat? Is it a conservative? Is it a socialist leftist? Your frogging able to find that out? There's definitely some key phrases and words that are that are often used. Um, we're gonna get the phone lines You can call in 8554058255. This is Christy Burton Brown in for Dan capitalist today. We're going to go to Gordon in Pueblo. Welcome to the Dan Caplis show, Gordon. Thank you. Thanks for calling in. So I was going to share that we have. We have the new lyrics for the Star Spangled Banner. I think we ought to disseminate to the world. Really? What are those? Well, I think it should. We should like incest, every single sporting event like the World Series and the All Star Game and the beginning of the NFL with a Different lyrics, which go as follows. Oh, say, Can you tell wire nations in hell since the liars prevailed, and the truth doesn't matter. And the media. Is there spinning how it's all fair, while the cowardly courts so you ain't got no standing someday, with God's help, we will vanquish these traders and we turn our homes to the free and the brave. Well, I mean, that is and description of what is happening today. There's no doubt about that. Um, I definitely think it's extremely troubling. Half in the media lies to people because sometimes unfortunately, the only place people go for their news. They don't go research themselves. Well, I think it's absurd that we have empowered or allowed the CDA Kratz to weaponize the vote clearly his voter fraud and to ignore it or to minimize it or trivialize it or dismiss it or write it off as conspiracy theory. Is just plain more of the same from the mainstream media stated who they are by their actions. So why would anyone take them seriously, But I don't know people do. Unfortunately, Dick We need to stop this routine of Whining and stealing about the woe is me. Uh, outraged as your Let's do something about it. I agree. My solution is we need to boycott every single the CDA Kratt business all the way down to Danny's diner. So imagine if you will. The phone goes Standees Diner. Red or blue, Uh, blue trader. Click. Think about it. It will run them. We would the tools we need to use the tools. Yeah. Would suggest something else Rich, then they use it so right now, and I get the sentiment what you're saying. And I think Gordon is very frustrating when we see so many of our neighbors and friends just listening to whatever the mainstream media is spouting and then they go live their lives that way without any researching themselves, But I would argue that what does it even better thing to do than doing boycotts, which a lot of times dont work. Unfortunately, Is actually running for office ourselves or finding a good candidate who is running for local office who can actually change some of these laws and change some of these things and create the transparency and accountability in government that does not exist there. Um, I think that's the more effective way to change the system. Well, that sounds good, but you have to hit him where it hurts, And frankly, they don't care. They've got more than enough money to primary out Republican or conservative. Uh Candidates. They don't care in some races hurts and the only thing the United Na and is in the pocketbook. Well, I mean, you know, Yes, There's an argument to be made for that. But there's also an argument that we cannot just give up our government to these people and say, Oh, they have more money for us. Therefore, we shouldn't run in races. Historically, Republicans have actually won in Colorado, even when we're outspent 2 to 1 and 3 to 1 because our people actually believe in what they do. They're not just being paid to go walk doors. We believe in it. We go get it done. So I think we have to make sure people know that is still possible. It's still something we can do. But, Gordon, thank you for calling in always good to talk to you, Mike. My My problem is I'm from California. Uh, detail this going down from the sixties on down? Yeah. Moved from Colorado from California five years ago to get the heck away from all that and what I see based on everything I've seen in the last five years, Colorado's got between five maybe 10 years before it turns into California. Yeah, all the same thing. No, I don't disagree with you. I was actually born in California, and my parents left there for a number of reasons while I was still a child. And But here's the thing. There's actually a lot of things going on. That will make a difference in Colorado if we capitalized on them as conservatives over the next 10 years, we have redistricting going on. It's going to draw some more competitive fair maps. We have parents worked up over the school board elections who are going to step into those races and run. So we I think can't just say Oh, we're turning into California. It's all over your right. That's the track. We're heading down, but we still actually have time to change it. And I think we have to actually jump in and do it. So, Gord, we're about to go to a break. I'm going to thank you so much for calling in. Definitely good to have you. "That says if the 1000 rounds of ammo in the Denver hotel room wasn't there to kill baseball fans that somehow that's good news. Yikes! So much to pick apart there. That was Keith Olbermann, who is an American sports and political commentator actually spent 20 years of his career in sports journalism. I would suggest that he probably should have stayed there and not tried to venture into interpreting the Second Amendment as a constitutional attorney myself. There's a whole lot of problems with Keith Keith Olbermann's attempted A distinction drawing there in the second Amendment to say that, Oh, there's not the word own or synonym for the world word own and therefore your right to own a gun is not protected is just beyond ridiculous. I mean, And to say that keep doesn't mean own. I mean, you actually to own something before you can keep it, which is fairly obvious, logical point, and you also need to, you know, have that gun in your possession in order to bear it. So the reason that the words keep and bear are used in the Second Amendment because it actually goes a step beyond simple ownership of a gun, but that you actually get to keep the gun that you own. You get to bear. You get to use the gun that you own. In self defense, as the Second Amendment recognizes, so, I mean, this is another ridiculous far left argument, trying to interpret away the literal actual obvious language of the constitution. But this is precisely the problem with the left today. They want to take the Constitution and pretend that it means something. It was never intended to me, and they want to pretend that they're modern modern day interpretations of it are so much better than the original language, the original meaning and If we want to remain the most free country in the world, we actually need to value the Constitution for what it is an original document that described freedom in the best way this world has ever described it. The defined freedom defined not not granted, but defined the rights of the individuals in a way that no other document the history of the world that is governed a nation has described the individual rights Of man as a solely governing document. This is the beauty of the Constitution and Keith Olbermann. Most certainly does not understand it. This is Christy Burton Brown in for Dan Caplis today, call in over the break 8554058255. "A big BLM supporter as well. And Dave a couple of things. One is, as you probably know. Capitol Hill. Police have specifically unequivocally denied that David Bailey. Was was the person who shot Ashley. Bad, But now the hill has a real clear politics. Pardon me. Their own investigation indicated that the shooter was an African American lieutenant on the force. But stopped short of providing the name to me, the skin color 100% irrelevant and and what we agree with you on that we need to. Of course, what's relevant is who is this individual? What's their background et cetera. But what's most relevant is What the heck did they do and why? Hey, Dave, Appreciate the call. And and does. Everybody knows it, But he knows that when it comes down to lethal force that has to be a last resort. You have to have really no other. Viable option at that second but and every jury is instructed this way, and they should be The actions of the officer have to be judged in the context of that split second decision making moment that he or she face not the comfort of a radio studio or the lazy boy or whatever it has to be in that split second environment. Thanks for your patience. Hey, Dan, what a spectacular interview with the prosecutor That was it was really well done. Appreciate it, and and I hate to say if there's anything good coming out of this tragedy. At least the dirtbags that did this are still alive, and maybe we can dissect their brains and find some kind of closure for the family to find out where their heads right to make them do such a horrible thing. Now I can only also paraphrase the movie Shawshank Redemption and hope that those two dirtbags Get put into the sodomite section of the prison, Okay? And and on a more cheerful note, Congratulations for your Corvette. The reason why they have that 500 miles limit as to where you would where you would be able to seasonally break in your motor, you know, swell the bearings and and lifters and valves the season end and break in. You know the wear. What you want to also do is change your oil because you've got a lot of metal shavings in there. A while through the break changing now. So change your oil. Okay? I would. Yes, camp and I had a friend of mine. Yes, yes, especially now because that's when you're going to get a lot more of the metal where, uh, fine particles coming out of your motor until its seasons itself in and everything. Bug of bearings and everything. Season to the camera. Appreciate that, after lifters valves all that so that's why they do that. In fact, I would kind of Be easy on it For like, maybe the 1st 750. They do 500 as a standard, But you really want that muttered to last a lifetime. I would You know you can have fun with it, but I was easy up on it until, like 7 50. I mean, you can want a certain car because it looks like it does, And then you get it, and it's like, what are their squirrels inside? But this thing is the most amazing piece of engineering and and the fact GM Chevy could build this thing and sell it for what they sell it for. You know, it's it's stunning. It's stunning. It's just I love that car. It's just it is a true supercar, an American made supercar. And it's very expensive, obviously, but it's under 100,000 when the competitors are, you know 34 500,000, you know, but it's so hey credit to GM into Chevy, but I love that car yourself. Hey, we'll come back to our jam lines. You're on the Dan Caplis show finding great candidates. The higher can be like, well, trying to find a needle in a haystack. "And you commit right now that you will indeed visit the US Mexico border until you do it suit Jeremy, Let me tell you something, but yes, I will and I have before I said, I'm going to go to the border. And when are you going to the border? Vice President Administration has asked. I'm not finished. I've said I'm going to the border. She said. She's going to the border. But she suddenly you know, continues to not be able to answer when and you know, rather than just picking apart what another politician does. That's so easy to do. But this actually matters for our nation because with the open borders as as everyone is aware at this point It's creating a human trafficking crisis at the drug cartels are the ones pouring through the border and the drug cartels are. In fact, the ones actually controlling the border. At this point are are officials at the border are doing the best they can to do damage control. But the real controllers of the U. S border are the drug cartels from Central and South America, and that that should be very troubling. To all citizens. But somehow it's just not to the vice president United States and she simply can't manage to answer the question. But just, you know, command reporters to let her finish banned all those other, You know, fun ways she talks I was, I was actually reading another article about Vice President Kamala Harris is Commencement address at the Naval Academy, and she decided to speak to to the Naval Academy graduates about group mixing green energy with gender inclusivity. And so she started going off about Well, who here who is a soldier? Any soldier would want to roll up a solar panel and carry it in her backpack. Instead of a £20 battery. That is what she would prefer. And so would he. And You know, the audience was silent and in the Wall Street Journal article, let's talk about this said, And there was one laughter that rang out across the crowd. And it was Kamila Harris is so for anyone that watched all the debates and knows her cackling laughter. We can imagine how amusing Kabul Harris finds herself but you know the voters. And people across America with cartels controlling the border. Human traffickers bringing people abusing people across the border every single day are not very amused with her failure to even bother to visit the border of the United States. This is Christy Burton Brown in for Dan, capitalist. Today, you can call in 8554058255 and join the conversation. I am the new chairman of the Colorado Republican Party elected 2.5 months ago, and I'm going to tell you something I've discovered as I've been traveling the state. When I got elected to be the chairman, I made a promise to travel to all 64 counties in Colorado. And 2.5 months into the job. I'm about halfway there. It's been extremely informative, going around talking to people in so many counties across Colorado diverse counties. I mean Hinsdale County, Cheyenne County, Larimer El Paso. These are vastly diverse counties across Colorado. But one resonating theme with people across these counties. I've talked to Republican voters unaffiliated voters, I admit not too many Democrat voters. Show up to listen to me. But business owners across the state are talking about how they cannot find anyone to come into work. And so they're having to shut down shifts closed their businesses and restaurants early because no one will work. Again. The calling number today is a 554058255. This is Christy Burton Brown. You can call in and have this discussion cause I'm hearing more and more stories around the state. When I was in Garfield County, it was Hotel Colorado. Nice, wonderful old hotel in Glenwood Springs. Couldn't find enough people to run their lunch service at the restaurant when I was in Cheyenne Wells in Cheyenne County. And auto parts oil and gas parts shop couldn't find enough people to work. And when I was in Aurora, you know in the Denver metro areas, talking to someone who owns multiple bars and restaurants across the state and ask you personally work at all of her restaurants and businesses because no one will come in to fill the shifts. And why is that? It's not because not because there's some giant unsolvable problem. It's because the governor of Colorado King Paulus and Joe Biden, the puppet running the United States of America. Are paying people to stay home and when people are paid to stay home, there's all this talk surrounding how good that is for people and I want to break it gives them in their life and how they're supported in the aftermath of Covid, But it is destroying the small businesses of Colorado. It is destroying the small businesses all across our nation, and that's a real cost that we're going to have to pay for. Years into the future. Inflation is at an all time high. Since 1992 inflation has not risen as high as it has, and that's something else that people across the state are talking to me about whether it's the farmers and ranchers sting that the gas to put in their tractors is expanding to just exponential levels or whether it's people in the construction industry. We're trying to get jobs and lumber is triple and quadruple. The price is it normally is and so people are canceling jobs because they can't pay for the contractors and construction workers to come in and do the work. Or whether it's your average family going to the grocery store trying to buy milk and bread and fruit and frozen food, and those are increasing in price, too. And when we see surveys of what unaffiliated swing voters care about in Colorado, which really 40% of Colorado's population voting population is unaffiliated. So, really, we're talking about the average person on the street. They are scared of inflation. They are really and truly scared of what inflation is going to do to their family in the next year and a half before the next election. It is a key key issue that so many people are talking about. This is Christy Burton Brown in for Dan Caplis. Today, you can call in and join the conversation at 8554058255. But Ryan, let's go to clip number two, reverting back to Kamala Harris and the border because you know, certainly is, in some ways a gift. How she's talking. You know, Here's a woman. She was the attorney general of California shoes. The United States Senator she's the vice president of the United States for Abilities matched her ambition. Then by now, we certainly would have had a plan and I've said this all along. I wish the border and immigration deserve the same sort of urgency as the vaccines because there are Almost the same number of people who are hurt in this entire process. And when you've got democratic representatives in border states, and you've got progressives screaming at you, not to mention the nonstop gift that keeps on giving for Republicans that is commonly Harris in charge of the border. You are doing something wrong. Well, and that's for sure. And that was a clip from Fox News talking about the border crisis with Kamala Harris, and what I think is particularly interesting in that clip is if her abilities matched her ambition. If that isn't the truth about Kamala Harris, we saw all throughout the primary when she was running to be president. She had no foundational values. There's nothing she hangs onto and actually believes in stands for, and that is part of the reason that her abilities absolutely do not match her ambition. And that is why America is suffering and there is a crisis on our border. That is only getting worse because she won't even bother to visit it. This is indeed going to be the gift that keeps on giving to the Republican Party. You're with Christie Burton Brown on the Dan Caplis show. When we get back from the break, we're going to see about what AOC says about the Biden border policy and how even she knows it is not working for America..

House of Representatives at the time. And he plays your moral superior. Let's go to don in Colorado Springs here on the Dan Capital Show Lines are jammed. Welcome done. Well. The worst thing is that you have Native American activists who are going along with the Democrats with the whole Cleansing of Indian mascots. Not all. Not all. I mean, there's been there's been a ton of, and it was pretty pretty much the left that favored You know, moving the Indians to at the tribe? Well, there's been a ton of Native Americans have come out and said, no, Wait a second. We aren't offended by this. Think of the example I just gave done. And I watched high school. I mean to have the school named after a native American chief and and to have a depiction of his face and noble depiction of his face. And the school letterhead would be an honor. Jared Polis has outlawed it. Yes, my point My friend is no. There have been plenty of Native Americans and The left has its own motives. I don't believe for a second. For most of them. It is actually benefiting Native Americans because they do not exactly have a pattern of doing that. Right. Ed in Ni White Colorado. Praise the Lord You're on the day in Capital Show Welcome. Hey, Ed. Hello. Hello, Ed. You sound very calm today could How are you love your show? Thank you, Uh, I do live in night. Why and what? I what? I see a lot of this happening. Is the wokeness. That People who Have the Huron the chip was In Miami Indians. My wife went to Miami of Ohio. Uh and I want here. What they're doing is they're trying to eliminate history Also How does a kid go to NYU wash. School? Doesn't see a picture. She's my watt. Yeah. Do you think they're going to explain history of Chief Niwa in the school? Why do you think the left is trying to bury that history? They're just propagating their own wokeness and trying to, uh, infiltrate us all of us American people as being dependent on them. Well, and I think you nailed it. Thank you. Lindsey Graham want to get everybody in? But no, That's the point. Listen, the left has proven over and over again. Most of them don't care about Native Americans. I mean, what did the left do with Ward Churchill? By the way, in my constitutionally protected opinion, and obviously phony Native American who took a job or real native Americans should have had And and committed all those other abuses in the name of native Americans. What did the left do about him? By the way? No, they don't. They don't care about Native Americans what this is and we saw a lot of this during the pandemic to what this is, is another way. To set precedent to condition the people for this massive central government control over that the most local of matters over whether you have to cover your face. And and so so much of this is about that. So here, No. When Jared Polis tells you you're getting fined 25 grand a month now want high school. If you even put a dignified depiction of chief Taiwan on your letterhead that isn't about protecting native Americans that hurts Native Americans that is about polish establishing how much control he can exercise. Over you. And that's a lot That is a lot, so that's what most of this is from the left. And if the people of Colorado don't fight back to preserve their rights and their dignity and their freedom, well, then the state's going to keep going this direction. Murray in Livermore. You're on the Dan Caplis show Welcome. Hi Bash. I called your show frequently and last year has been monitoring the, uh, crouchy and all of these gentlemen have an opinion. But you know, when Fauci first came on the air, and he said, you know, don't do anything different than you have been doing. And I heard you criticized him for that. I also heard a chief neurologist from Alberta Canada. Say this is the greatest coach that's ever been purported on an unsuspecting public people was gentlemen Covitz. No, those. You know, His name is Dr Hodgkinson. Dr. Roger Hodge can set One of them suffered severe severe repercussions for, he said. I'm not going to give you the narrative, says I'm, a CEO of a company that manufactures these tests. If both those doctors how she came out and says, you know, healthy people shouldn't wear masks and don't do anything you have done the past. We've always treated viruses as though they were to be treated. And not as a pandemic. It's a Pan Tareq. And if we had treated it as a normal virus has always been treated. We wouldn't be the fifth lowest state in the country right now in America would not be in the dire straits. It is if they listen to actual medical technology, and not for sure that you guys helped propagate by the way. That that who helped propagate Your your talk shows. How did what did I do Wrong? Getting taught you get caught. You get caught in the narrative, and so you do a counter narrative. And you okay, Murray Murray, please focus of masking it all I know for the last year I learn every day about new things I've done wrong. So please educate me. What have I done wrong and covid. What you've done is is most talk shows unless they have a specific point of view have have gone into the narrative counter narrative and I don't care about most talk shows, he said. He said this but what he did is, he said in the beginning Don't treat this any differently than you would any other virus. That's what he said. And Tony turned into a political hack up not to be self serving Murray and I'm about to get a heartbreak. But can you please help me? What have I done wrong? I need to know. What have.

"Just giving the physical layout and everything else, But yeah, Just so wrong And then all you can do is hope that People remember come Election day. I'm not suggesting this is going to be the big issue in the 22 elections in Colorado. It's not, but I just hope people remember all this stuff and that this issue that we've been talking about throughout the show leading up to this this conversation. I'm going to get back to after this break. I'm gonna play sound for you. If you're just joining us, which I think you'll agree is is among the most compelling sound I've ever heard on radio. It's an allegation made publicly. Had a legislative hearing a house hearing Colorado House hearing on a bill that would expand the rights of victims of sex assault to soup. And it's ah woman who uses her real name and accuses a public official in Colorado of 62 sex assaults. And so my question is again. I have no idea whether it's all true all fall somewhere in the middle. But where are the Democrats? Where's Jenna Gristle? You know, Where's Bennett? Where's Hickenlooper? Where are all these other people like Polish? You know, just the silence of the Lambs. I do hope women remember that Because again, whether the allegations true or not, I think Tae Anderson The extent he's the target of the allegations has to be assumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. And there, if not been fax publicly offered to back up any of these allegations that I'm aware of. But where are we? Where's Chris Won't Where's the rest of them out there saying, Hey, you know, innocent till proven guilty, but we're gonna make sure women of the state of Colorado that we get to the bottom of this So you and Director Anderson and everybody you know, can can have the air cleared on this Instead. They're just screen underground. I do hope women remember that. So I'm gonna play that compelling house testimony sound. "So what should they do? Tow end this I offered some ideas would love to hear yours 8554058255 the number and that text this show 57739 started D a N Uh, hey, Coach sometime I love textures. And we should just show up in the parks with lawn mower and trash bags. Somehow I have the feeling that somehow I have the feeling that Hancock in the left would find a way to at least issue you a ticket for that, Uh, how about this one, Dan? The only reason I listen to you is because I want to go home pissed off. My work days are fantastic. But at the end of the day, I want to be angry. So what I do I listen to Dan Caplis. That's the only thing for which I think you're good. Enjoy your memorial day with you are welcome here, my friend. Every day, and you're welcome to text this show every single day. And, uh, Do you think? What do you think, guys? Why do you think a guy or gal like that listens to the show, and we're eternally grateful that they do. Why do you think they do? Mm hmm. And the anger piece of it. I hope they realize how healthy that is. Because righteous anger Anger at injustice. Anger at what's wrong, righteous anger that fuels us literally. That gives us the energy and the intensity and the motivation. Go out and do what we were put in part on this planet to do. Which is stop bad things. That is a very healthy thing. And so much of what we talked about on the show the big issues that we talk about if you can't get angry about those, you should go see a doctor. Rabbi or priest or a minister or any mom or somebody, Because if if you can't get mad about some of the bad stuff going on out there Like teen suicide. Exploding in Colorado. If you can't get mad about that than been truly Um, see somebody for it. So thank you. Texture. I hope you become irregular. Now, this one, I ask you to gird your loins for this one. And and this to me is so revealing, and it's one of the reasons I'm confident that we're gonna win and we're going to repeal Amendment 64. And this goes to Question kind of a knockout punch. That I administered to that dope doctor who called yesterday and then another guy from the marijuana industry, or at least friendly to the industry. Who called the show and they were taking me on and that one pretty darn well for me. And then at the end, I asked both of them. Hey. Would you agree? But if the facts show That Legal marijuana has caused an increase in teen suicide. Then we should not have legal marijuana. Both of them, agreed. As as any good person would have to do. Listen to listen to what this texture has to say. Dan. Approximately 240 kids per your commits suicide in Colorado. We have 750,000 adults that use marijuana in Colorado. So because and this is a texter writing, not me. This is this is a demon writing. So because 240 parents are unable to manage their kids. 750,000 people should lose the right to enjoy a totally natural herb so ridiculous exclamation point Yeah. I mean, you think about the evil behind that? These parents who have suffered the ultimate horror on the face of the earth. This. Stoner. He's going to blame them. I mean that in and of itself is reason to repeal 64. But the truth is, I personally believe because I don't sit here and judge people who do marijuana. Don't think less of them. I don't criticize them. I don't consider myself superior. There's no moral value judgment in that for me where the morality comes in. Is when somebody fails to recognize the reality that we cannot have legalized marijuana. Without doing an overwhelming amount of harm to the Children of Colorado and morally, I think that's completely on justifiable and that word overwhelming. Remember that's the one used by Children's hospital executives, including the one who appeared on this show. To talk about what's happening in ers. With at this point, and we talk a lot about these suicides because they are the ultimate horror. And they horrify every good person in society. But Suicide attempts are another form of horror, causing deep trauma to the child and families. And we have now at Children's alone an average of 20 a day. Overwhelmed. That's their words. So when you hear from the kind of evil and I can't conclude that person's an evil person, But what they wrote was evil when you hear that kind of evil. I think that just is going to turn more and more people. Against big marijuana 8554058255. I'm so ticked off by that text. I can't even say our number. 8554058255 useless information. Our lines are full will come back to our collars. You're on the Dan Caplis show. Let radio advertising keep your business top.

"Tony Fauci is the father of the virus. It came from that loud. Tony Fauci funded that lab through third parties like Peter Dacic. Ralph Derek and work with the bat Lady on those experiments. We know that and Tony Fauci grease the skids for gain of function experimentation, which weaponized virus. We know all that. But here's the thing Here's I want to put this on the record. Proud. She's gonna be gone within within 90 days. And here's why you and I back in January, you and I both knew when we started hearing Daniel, January January 2020 January 2020 years We knew it. January 2020 you and I that there was a big potential for a pandemic. And that thing likely came from the lamp. You and I knew that. Why did we know that? We knew that because our understanding of the evilness of the Chinese Communist Party and I had written about possible band Emmick and my coming China work, 2006. Yes. So now Navarro expands on that cut 25 place. Why am I saying this? I'm saying this because Tony Fauci when that news came out of Tony Fauci, right when he's sitting, and here first. Here's that news. What is he thinking? Right? What does he know? Well, he knows that that thing likely came From Wuhan Institute of Virology. He knows that why does he know that Because he knows that he gave money to that lab, and he knows that he paid for the gain of function experimentation, and he knows that that experimentation done by the bat lady was designed to design a deadly virus because she thanked him. Publicly for given the money to do it. So here's the things the Anthony Fauci knew all of that in January and February, But what did he do? 2020 positioned himself in 20 January 2020 20. He knew all of that. He knew that he paid for the left and came from the lab and he had a big responsibility. Did he go out and apologize? Know what he did was positioned himself as the heroes apologizing movement. My point. Think about all this man is a sociopath. He he'll like you and I. He knew based on his knowledge that that virus came from the lab in January 2012 abouts. If Navarro's right about that when we come back, I'll explain if tomorrow's right about that it would explain one of the most bizarre, harmful things felt she did during all of covert. So here's the game plan will come back to have a couple more calls on this, including somebody wants to defend Fauci. Thank you for calling in to do that. And then I'm going to shift to this looming disaster for the United States is coming up on us fast talking about the soon to be if I'm right, and I hope I'm wrong too soon to be criminal indictment. He doesn't want anything else. That's the job. He's after so the president, and I blame both of that might blame sessions and Trump for Trump appointing sessions, Trump should have realized the people around him should have realized that was at least a chance that sessions was gonna have to recuse himself and sessions who I have tremendous respect for he's right on so many issues be spent a leader on so much. That's important. But once again sessions, put his own ego. Head of the interest to the president of the United States and ahead of the causes that he has served so well over his lifetime. And I'm not sitting here in judgment of him for that. Because I think probably you me everybody involved in this conversation this afternoon from peak to peak from border to border has probably made that kind of mistake in our life where we put our ego ahead of what we knew to be right or wrong. And I guess that Plum of attorney general of the United States was just too juicy for sessions to pass up, but what a grave disservice, and you look at how it is undermined the Trump presidency. What's so remarkable to me is despite that despite that big ball and chain which was Jeff Sessions and his recusals opening the door to Robert Muller who then decides in my view, and if you disagree I'll be happy to back it up, but in my view Muller, for whatever reason decides that he's going to be a partisan here. And that is what? He has been and I think I can prove it to you. So now Trump instead of having an AG he can trust and rely on. And who's a big old? Plus Trump is dragged down by Jeff Sessions and the unleashing of Robert Muller and everything that is done yet. He has all Trump has all of these major accomplishments in two years, if it really is pretty stunning under any circumstances. But up against those odds truly remarkable. I'd love to see wouldn't you love to see what this president could do without that without those headwinds given what he's done with them three or three seven three eight two five five the number five seven seven three nine. If you want a text the show lead with the D A N it will route straight to the studio whether you're up on our northern border southern border somewhere here in the metro five seven seven three nine gets you straight to me, and I would love to get your thoughts on air. So we'll come out with some tape of of William buyers confirmation today and fascinating in the sense that at that. I think universally right now, it's recognized is on his way to confirmation unless he shows up, you know, naked or something on Capitol Hill tonight. And that will be a good thing assuming he does the right thing. Lots of reasons to assume that he will. But we've seen so many strange things happened already three three seven three eight two five five number quick preview of the rest of the show, and then we will dive right into this William bar business, which will then take us to this Muller, business and beyond. But we want to talk about some other things in the show as well today, really tremendous report by the Denver post, and I mentioned this to you because whether you're down in the springs, you're in Fort Collins somewhere in between the big mistake that Denver made is something that you want to avoid and that this entire state needs you to avoid because what Denver did. Isn't good for anybody and credit to the schizophrenic? Denver post against gets a frantic because you'll get Pulitzer quality work, and I'm not saying this P should win a Pulitzer saying it's pretty darn good. And there was a lot of hard work that went into it talking about the post piece that establishes that the Denver has become the second. Worst concrete jungle in America far worse than New York City, and that's pretty easy to measure, how many blades of grass do you have much Greenspace? Do you have and Hickenlooper in Hancock have just surrender Denver to developers and and the leftist city council along with them. And so now what you have is and parts of it are beautiful and gleaming and wonderful. But you have this concrete jungle, which creates all sorts of problems creates environmental problems creates flooding problems creates heat problems. But it's just also not what we're about right? This is the state of health the state of the outdoors the state of natural beauty and in in surrendering to every whim of developers. They've they've created this concrete jungle, but the facts as documented by the post are really stunning. So we'll get into that piece. And then hopefully, you can avoid it in your hometown. Those of us who live around here. Hey, you know, this is this is what we've got. And we've got to make the best of it. But I think you'll find that really interesting. I hope you're with us at five. Oh six and we're about to go to the lines. Thank you for your patience three or three seven three eight two five five the number. But I hope you're with us at five because this is fascinating complete Colorado. Had a headline on it today. And it is a bid now by the left for a complete repeal of Taber. And so again, no matter where you are in this state. This matters so much to you think about that. I mean, we we all know that your police the laughed at cetera. Hickenlooper pennant all of them are trying to turn this into California to John killed. There has done a great job with this Californian of the year award this year to Hickenlooper, but but this complete repeal of Taber that would be the final step, wouldn't it? The final nail in the coffin. How high do you think our taxes would go? If Taber was repealed you look at the current golden dome. I mean, who's in the golden dome right now lefties have everything they have the governor's office. They have the Senate. They have the house where do you think those those taxes would go, and then you look at all the other problems that causes how it undermines individuals, businesses, etc. So they're making their move in the form of a statewide ballot initiative. And so we will have Michael fields executive director of Colorado rising action with us at five. Oh, six to talk about what the left is up to and what we need to do in response. So more than a full show today. Glad you're here. Trump into the conversation at any time. It really is..
