Jeff Younger Discusses His Struggle to Protect His Son James
"Now is Jeff younger. Jeff, welcome to the program. Walk us through what you guys are experiencing and give us some backstory as well. Well, you know, my ex-wife began to transition my son at the age of two. She forced me out of the house when my son was three, filed for divorce, I took my first iPhone video, if you Google mommy says I'm a girl on YouTube or whatever, you'll see that video it went viral. And she started telling my son that he was a girl, she had a girl's brain and a boy's body. She began to dress him as a boy. I mean, as a girl. And changed his name without my consent or without consent of the court. Eventually she enrolled him in school as a girl, and that led to a huge trial in 2019 where the top transgender experts in the world showed up at this little courthouse in Dallas in the 255th district court. After hearing all the evidence, the court gave me 50 50 custody and no child support. In a transparently corrupt procedure, the Dallas county judges recused the judge that gave me 50 50 custody and put me into another court, the 301st district court under judge Mary Brown, I call her judge Bloody Mary Brown. Bloody Mary Brown then systematically whittled away my parental rights using temporary orders and then allowed my ex-wife to move to California. After reading the laws in California about mandatory contact, if you don't contact your children regularly in California, you can lose your parental rights. It's now become clear that each of the orders issued by the judge was intended to remove my ability to comply with the California contact requirements to maintain your parental rights. So I have no right to see my sons. I can't have electronic communication. I don't even have an address where I can write letters to them. And if that goes on for a year, California can terminate my parental rights without my consent. And so this looks like it was a setup from ideological judge in the 301st district court Dallas county.

Lauren Davis on Why She's Running Against Clay Jenkins in Dallas
"Oh it's a pleasure to have you so clay Jenkins Dallas county judge is a genuinely awful human being You don't have to comment on that My humble opinion but there's nothing you can say to dissuade me otherwise He is a buffoon of the highest order Now one of the reasons folks I decided to put Lauren on the show is that Lawrence running against clay Jenkins and has actually taken a stand for crazy things Lauren you know like freedom and liberty for kids in school crazy mask mandates and things like that and clay Jenkins has decided that he is going to rule like an authoritarian and stick by all these debunked mandates and stuff So what made you want to run and tell us about the importance of getting rid of all these mandates and unmasking our kids Yeah so we came up against the mandates I'm just an everyday American I've never been politically active never ran for a public office ever in my life And we are small business owners We own a chain of barbershops as scale nationally My husband and I started that together And just living our American Dream and then government comes in shuts us down takes us to zero We're laying off people that are single mothers and then we fast forward two years and our Dallas ISD independent school district here our public school system decides to defy our governor and require masks at the beginning of the year So I have three kids and my two that were in particular school together We said we'd had enough And we exercised our parental rights and went without a mask and they ended up being the only two out of 604 kids In that school And so what the school did was turn us into a political enemy Build a plexiglass cage in the library for my children and completely take their education away from them So I said I had

"Now to break down the court's decision constitutional law expert david cole from lynn. Pinker hurston swagman morning. David good morning. Good good so explain the ruling to us. Well the a district judge trial judge in austin signs an order saying that the legislature cannot send the highway patrol. Gps out after these democrats have broken for them and not come to the special session The state appealed especially kind of appeal moves very quickly to the supreme court and if of basically the same day maybe the next day signed a one line order that said that order a state and then ask for some more papers to be submitted by legislatures. Everybody else but staying that order means there's nothing that stops the legislature from signing arrest warrants and sending out. Gps and they've done it. The court didn't say why it did it and it might change. Its mind in to come unlikely but it might But that's where we stand right now is a bunch of arrest warrants have been signed with the hands of epsn. Okay so if the court didn't explain it. I guess you have to go through some of the papers were filed and the states arguments pretty simple. The state constitution says we have a legislature. The state constitution says the legislature can set rules for how it conducts business and it can make members show up if they aren't there and then they have additional rules. They've put in place pursuant to that say they can sell. Send the the sergeant at arms is what it refers to but that means law enforcement to go get people and bring them in and that provision is taken from the us constitution. I think forty other state constitutions somewhere provisions and so. It doesn't get litigated very much. Because this doesn't come up much but there it sits and it's been a power of government for a long time in this country but they can only round up the lawmakers once they come back to texas right this right. Gps can't go get people in other states. And i'm sure that other states have better things to do than roundup texas legislators so As long as they stay outside of texas they can probably avoid law enforcement. So you know the standoff you continue for as long as people want to stay in dc or wherever we're talking with constitutional law expert david colton. Lynn pinker hurston wakeman. We're talking about this. Texas supreme court decision that says yes democratic leaders who Left their jobs can be arrested now. What now the problem with talking about Law matters is sometimes. Words have different meanings in what were mostly familiar with in this case. We're not actually talking about the deep. Es handcuffing. Somebody and throwing them in the back seat and hauling him off to jail right well Sort of of the we are talking about. it's a war that's been issue that compels their attendance. It's kind of like if you didn't show up for jury duty. You know the judge can sign order. Says sheriff you'll get dave and bring him in here and have them you know. Sit down and go through this process. Let's he's got a really good excuse he wants to tell me. And so they're allowed the pursuant our own rules that grabbed you and bring you there to the 'nother not taking you to jail. They're taking you to the courthouse or to the to the capital. And i guess if you've walked back out again they'll grab you and put you back in the cath. But they're titled than their rules to do what needs to be done like eating kid won't stay in his room. It's it's it's really. I mean these things. Don't get litigated much. Because they just never really comes to this. We're texas and we do things big and bold here. He's right on this. What speaking of litigation. I'm sure you've been following the whole thing. That's going on with the masks. And the governor not wanting mass mandates and county judges wanting them Is that gonna end up in the texas supreme court to may already be there. The sporting we just haven't seen the silent yet. It's it's you know. It's the governor's on the kind of on the fringe. Visit versus. tower is enormous power. Our state government code and a time of declared disaster like this. But it's been a while and you have a lot of counties that do feel pain differently than other. Kelly's that are less dense and and have school districts thousand people in london. So it's gonna be a there's gonna be some challenges all right david. Thank you and i all this. Well we we may be back to you. Tomorrow could be happening after eight o'clock this morning there's David call. We go to him whenever we have a legal questions particularly those surrounding constitutional law and there been a lot of those in the last couple of years. They've works with lynn. Pinker hearst and swagman here in dallas. Did you hear that. Us vice president. Kamala harris spoke by phone to mexico's president on monday. They talked about migration the battle against cova nineteen and the need to strengthen central american economies. I thought she was trying to find out. Why people migrate well. The white house said the two leaders addressed irregular migration love how they phrase that irregular strange. Yeah they talked about bilateral cooperation but the the headline from that his sit The president of mexico want see us to throw the doors open wide open just open borders and by the way you're at it send us a few million doses of vaccine. Yeah but we didn't hear a response from the vice president. Of course that question of course about throwing the borders back open. That's right that's right. So i says the. Us has already lent a few million vaccine doses to mexico. Is that mean that we want them back. I don't know what that you know. It's a odd word. It really is so strange way of putting it.
