"Are you afraid of flying. What is it. you're afraid of crashing. Going down in a burning tube of steel. What could be worse. How about being on a plane that just disappears leaving real evidence of its whereabouts behind at all. Welcome to strange and unexplained with me daisy eagan. I'm a writer in an actor who likes to pretend they're too cool for school but who has to take frequent anxiety naps this week. Look up in the sky. It's a bird it's a plane. It was a plane. It's literally not there anymore. it disappeared. Where the hell did that entire airplane go. Have you ever been on a plane when things start to go wrong like the air starts getting bumpy. The captain comes over the intercom and calmly says. There's just a little turbulence and fasten your seat belt now. Imagine if things started to really go wrong you see the flight attendants start to hurry up and down the aisles. It gets really quiet for a minute or two even as the plane bounces up and down. More the oxygen masks down. The flight attendant reminds you that you're cushion is also a flotation device. The cabin starts to smell like smoke. At what point in there to you stop trying to convince yourself that everything is going to be fine and admit to yourself that this might be it. That's what must have been going through the heads of the two hundred thirty six passengers and crew on board malaysian airlines flight. Three seventy on march eighth twenty fourteen. The flight took off from kuala poor at twelve forty one. Am heading to beijing international airport but it never arrived as far as anyone knows. Malaysian airlines flight. A lot of the i eat and he had to keep it going because he was making up and so a lot of the stuff you said he was just getting from like he would just read a little bit. Kabbalah read about the horror. Read about the worst end of the world stuff in bible in emails. Any view his sermons. Nobody solved who he was. Because all of these sermons on youtube would always have like a picture of a pit bull in front right or some kind of dog. Church date make sense right. You know you're gonna need to hang out. Hang on town for a couple of days. Wait like. I really don't wanna do that. I want my money back. If you're making money. If you charge people naming nine hundred five a month every month you should be able to get the money from in a can't get the money for you right now. I have to do a sermon to expose you. Jerry look dude. I'm going to expose you. Don't give me my money. The at home like our one point to get home devastated point like i. I don't believe anything anymore. He's telling this guy he's like well you should've you should come on the left. Baud come on. Should you should have realized something was up so they come to a deal. Games like okay. Here's what i'm going to do if you could stay in town. We're day i will give you three thousand dollars to get enough money to get you home and you keep your mouth shut. He's like okay. Whatever so jerry wakes an extra. Dave actually falls through gives them his money again. Jerry's lost and confused and decides to go home after rent a place when he gave up its place right right kind of keeping it to himself. Doesn't wanna tell people that he fell victim to uphold internet cope. Whatever and that's that's why that's why he wants to call jerry instead of embarrassed. I mean he's he's like. I can't believe i was on my knees. Pregnant dog fall right right in actually sacrifice. The cat he did motherfucker. Yeah you can't you in that. Don't ask me how. He sacrificed to catholic. It was pretty gnarly hall. So it was pretty gross. He he he told me about. It was pretty road. That's that's a felony to. Yeah that's another reason. He did that before you left town. He reiterated it was a street cat but he doesn't really have an excuse but he's like he was telling me how brainwashed garden in a matter of anyway. Yeah i don't know if it was because of quarantine because x y. z. But bar in. You know i was pretty much convinced. The world was gonna end. This guy presented all these things that you know at the time will if i was a little more aware. Now i look at it and it's coming. Dc deaconess captured the devil. Or whatever. But i mean during the time afraid people by a bunch of toilet paper. I'm figuring the end boards coming right. I need i need. I need something to believe in lost all hope at that point in presenting itself and again that's that's jerry's jerry staying man. I don't think it's real estate. But anyway that's just ordered. Laura and i spent thirty five minutes in front of a target. Yeah art and you also just three five minutes my life. I didn't know that was a pretty good story. Though i mean i didn't really mind that wasted three hundred. I walked out there just blown away scratching your bed. Okay i'm gonna recap again recap. You ran into our mutual friend. Bob good goodrich. I now remember the caves for kabbalah. We still don't know what his last name right. You ran into bob k. This wild story about how he fell for an internet colts. Yes traveled to alabama mobile alabama mobile alabama. Okay traveled to mobile alabama Find his to find to find an orgy. Give only to find a three hundred hundred pound. Ginger oh did i tell you the age fifty okay. Only to find a fifty five year old three hundred pounds ginger fraud. Yeah only defined a fifty five year old fraud crazy. No yeah okay. Yeah that's crazy. So jerry wanted to tell the story or bob k. To tell the story because he was doesn't really want people to fall because y- apparently what he did when he got home he had actually called. Whatever you call the internet. People internet colt people offline and longer than eight hundred number. No he said you got a hold of people and it could be. It could very well be jerry fucking went to joshua tree trip balls and made this whole thing up yet because i couldn't find any information on avalanche of him on the third yet. What if it's an internet poll. You should be able to find it on the internet right. I mean that's that's if you can't find it on the internet and they're not doing their job right but apparently from what he said he got shut down after he got home. He made a couple of calls and he got it. Should you get this way. You can find okay. Because i was like i propose the same idea. I'm like before i do this. Podcast can i do some research finger to see. If you're telling me the truth i can. Yeah okay and he was like well you know. I don't shut down. So i don't know jerry could be making it up. He cannot be. I don't know. I just figured it was an interesting story and kind of ridiculous that you've praised up the so anyway. Don't fall Internet colts. i guess it's a lesson in general especially internet colts if if it sounds too weird to be reasonable. It's probably is. And i think at that point at this point. We're gonna end the episode. That's about thirty minutes until next time. America don't yourself. I still don't see the point of this episode flirt but hey we got something to release we under a month and we exposed. Expose the church in dc. I think that's a point of the episode. I feel like i feel like bob. Expose the church davey. I feel pretty explicit about. Yeah but bob gave need information exploded on the podcast so more people are now aware that there's a picture of became fine. There isn't excuse. Yeah anyway that's our episode like south america. Don't cheat yourself tune into the next episode where we actually have a real guess. Yeah a real guess. A real guests. Yeah that's books and it's an author in which is better than a secondhand account from a weird of mushroom head guy anyway. Hope you guys to join. It talkies him..

The Impossible Disappearance of Brian Shaffer
"At one fifteen. Am the security camera posted outside. The bar caught. Brian clinton meredith riding up the escalator and extensively heading for the ugly tuna celona forty minutes later at one fifty five. Brian can be seen again on the same security camera chatting with a couple of women out side the bar two security guards stand a few feet away most likely getting ready for the bar crowd to leave after last call at two. Am honestly even thinking about being at a bar at two am makes me tired on the security camera footage. Brian can be seen walking toward the entrance of the bar. But the actual entrance of the bar itself is out of frame as the drunken horrid of college. Students poured out of the bar at closing time. Clint and meredith waited outside for bryant. They called him on his cellphone but he didn't pick up in clinton back inside and check the bathroom but he wasn't there. Clinton meredith then made the assumption that brian had already left and hadn't told them folks. Can we please normalize not leaving your friends at bars. Just because you can't get a hold of them like unless they explicitly said you go ahead. I'll stay here and or they're not like incoherently drunk. Don't leave without your friend. Who gave you know warning that they were going somewhere. Well that's not. How clinton and meredith handle the situation. They assumed nothing was wrong and left But the next morning no one had heard from. Brian girlfriend tried calling him. His father tried calling him. He didn't pickup and then on monday morning. Brian was a no show at the airport for his flight. To miami with alexis by this point nobody had heard from him for almost forty eight hours. That's when everyone officially stopped assuming nothing was his family finally called columbus. Police department filed a missing persons report and shortly thereafter. The search for brian schaefer began
Who Killed Yvonne Layne?
"April first. One thousand nine hundred nine twenty. Six year old of on lane was found with her throat. Slashed dead in her home in alliance. Ohio twenty six year old. Yvonne lane a beautiful vivacious woman rebound in a pool of her own blood. Her throat slashed. While her children's slap she was discovered by her mother who had arrived to take her six year old grandchild to kindergarten of was a mother to five kids. David thorne was the father of one of the children although he and a von. We're not together anymore. The murder of a mother of five in her own home stunt the small town of alliance ohio. David had recently been ordered to pay child support and in his confession. Joe said that he was hired by david thorne to kill von so we didn't have to pay the father of one of the children. The motive child support thorne was ordered to pay to the untrained listener. This seems like a pretty clear cut case someone confessing in a good motive but when you start digging and talking to people and going through documents the more complicated things get and it seems like everyone around. A yvonne had a motive to kill her. I i came across the case on the website injustice anywhere which has since become a staple for my research into lesser known conviction cases for my other podcast unjust unsolved. I covered an episode a week telling the stories of people who believed were wrongfully convicted. David was one of them. One of the incredible things to me about. David's case is that it actually unknown there had been other media coverage before the attack grabbed headlines as police hunt for a killer. Dwayne poelman who you just heard in. The previous clips is an investigative journalist. Who looked into the case for three years and at the center of his investigation. Very serious question. Did the system convict the wrong man. However that was over a decade ago. And there's been no movement since i said in david's episode of unjust unsolved that this case deserves its own long-form investigation nachos twenty minutes or forty minutes. So here we are.

Murders and Disappearances: Can Psychics Solve the Crimes?
"Now like i said i don't think it's outside the realm of possibility that a person can have psychic abilities. I do think that sylvia brown did not have psychic abilities. But i wanted to present you with some cases where psychics got it right. it turns out. Those cases are very hard to find. Even if you pop over to reader's digest dot com which i don't recommend and read articles with headlines like twenty times psychics. Got it right once. You barely scratched the surface on those cases. You find out. It's a little more complicated. It's super hard to get good. Statistics on police use psychics and investigations. Police don't really like to talk about how much they rely on psychics and in some cases get older. The information on them changes drastically if you read five articles about a case from fifty years ago. Each written in subsequent decade. You'll find the reporting goes from police. Credit so-and-so psychic for pointing them in the right direction to initially police admitted to using a psychic helped but later retracted the statement to eventually police adamantly deny using psychic and the case and claim that any information a psychic may have given was patently wrong. So it's a little hard to keep track of but according to an article in forbes. The cia conducted a study and found that eight out of eleven police officers. Polled said. they used psychics to help them solve crimes. Eight out of eleven. Oddly enough. I couldn't gain access to the cia report even though it was supposed to be declassified the link was broken i think someone high up read the report and was like fuck. Now burn that shit but eight out of eleven is a lot. I don't even think eight out of eleven people believe in psychics. Generally eight out of eleven even if those numbers are inflated and it's more like five out of eleven. Don't you think there must be something we don't know and look there could be many reasons caught. Might turn to a psychic desperation. Laziness appeasing distraught loved ones and even if afterward they try to back pedal and make it. Look like the psychic wasn't helpful. It does make you wonder why. So many police officers who aren't generally known for their hippy. Dippy reported using psychics to help them solve cases.
Customizable Nail Art Designs With Color Camp
"Kirby gear nails young girl. Check these out. Wow others flowers on there. Are those present want. Yeah they're daisies. Those are amazing. Who makes them there from color camp owing love love. yeah so color. Camp is a nail salon based here in la. And it's on. Beverly obviously they were closed for a majority of the pandemic and they kind of pivoted their business. Now they have this lake booming. Press on glue on business. They're not cheap. They're like fifty bucks or so depending on what you get if you get nail art and stuff. But i'd ordered a pair from them. Before and i thought it was a really cool concept like they send you these little clear acrylic process to try and you measure them to all your nails and then you go online and you like okay. My thumb is an eight. My index finger is a seven. And you do it individually for each hand so like one of my thumbs. The nail bed is smaller than the other thumb. So it's like okay. Cool great and then i'm an idiot and i measured them to small and i wrote them and told them like hey like i'm actually in pain wearing these thales. What to do. And they're just they were really. "I see a lot of fia out in the world today because of the uncertainty and i wanted to share with people that uncertainty does not equal fear. We can go a different way with uncertainty. And i think it's important for people to understand that just because things are uncertain doesn't necessarily main that they negatives. I agree with you wholeheartedly. And the other aspect. I think would be worthwhile to put a little bit spotlight on gently and have look. Stop being a control freak. I have to laugh. Because i used to be well. It was the only way i felt like. Comfort Zones & Skydiving!
"Think you're right. I think curiosity is one of the keys as to how mankind has progressed that edge in us to be curious to learn more to want to master. Something is happy. People excel and have made giant breakthroughs in whatever realm it is they working and then usually comes the fun factor because the moment we curious than oh so. Let me figure this out. Let me have look at this. And then it is more fun especially when somebody tells me a days. You should try for example. Something really funny happened to me. I receive a phone call the other night and someone tells me daisy. Keep that that date open. Because i have a surprise for you. I said oh really. Will you tell me and says no. I'm not surprised anymore. But my curiosity is really. It's so big that so. I'm sitting here since evenings now. And i'm thinking okay so what's going to happen on that day. What will be surprised. So i'm thinking about i'm thinking about it. Then i told the man. I said i was so sweet. Thank you so much. I just wanted to give you two things that i will not do. I'm not going to jump out of plane and i'm not going into the ocean here in this hemisphere before may just to be clear. He was laughing and he said no. It's not wet and it's not high. I was relaxed more but nevertheless so you see the comfort zone. So where does it start. And where does it end. And how far do we go. Because i know people. They went skydiving. I know even people who do it really frequently. Because that's their hobby and they do that on the weekends and they cannot possibly understand why i would never be curious enough to try it. Yeah i think it's a really great point. I know that scott diving something that absolutely terrifies me but in the same realm my mom has she is so cool. She had no fear a better ol- she's noisier of hot whatsoever and she loved it. I think that's instinctively. Some of us have certain fees about things and that will hold us in a comfort zone. Right yes i think. It is very personal and subjective. So i have the right to not try skydiving. That's it that was my plan when you came to australia. Dicey was to take you skydives shortly. Not

Why Women & Children Survived the Titanic
"I'd like to give a very very big historical example at this point so that it helps men and women to understand that there's one huge difference and when women would understand that i do believe men would truly appreciate that so. Let me throw it out here. Titanic just think about it. Women and children were rescued men and boys and they were considered over fourteen years old already man. They stayed behind now. Imagine what strength they needed to have. And the only man that actually survived where those were captains on the rescue boats so in order for a man to be a man they need to shut off parts of their role nobility because man by men as a man and not when we tell them. All you're such a great man. It doesn't really count for men. The real compliment is when a man received that compliment from another man. That's how they identify themselves with their own greatness. Well that's interesting. So why is that daisy. So there is a big difference already between male and female how we relate so men are more group animals. I don't say that men are animals but when we look at the species so the male of the species is more about being part of a group that matters to them. The female of the species is more related to another human so it's more an individual relationship And in the past groups were only accepted in society men with men when they went hunting when they went into war as soldiers it was a group of
Interesting If True: Give 'Em The Goat!
"Well. Today we're going to feature a pig in a couple of jack asses you and me sadly this week show is one jack short. So in steve. Stead give you a fantastic tale of a canadian war donkey. Sergeant bill billy goat. He's done a donkey. He's a goat that's true. That's true those animals are not related but that joke necessitated me not knowing that out. I didn't know a word of war donkey was a thing. i guess. That's what this brings us to the i. It turns out that goats and donkeys lake together are the next two animals that are most popular as mascots after dogs and cats like military brands. And things like that okay. Cool actually i. i read recently. Something about donkeys goats goats donkeys goats being like the next fully domesticated house animals. Dogs were like that's been theorized. I don't mind goats that much but they are less cuddly. they've got horns and hooves heightens if your wife got her hands on a pygmy goat. It would be living in sleeping in bed with you and you know it awesome awesome. I sure i'm glad we don't know anybody who has a of goats and jim through glad. I don't know the code to get into your house to leave all those bunches of go. So our story begins in august of nineteen fourteen. Which for those interested started on. Thursday for greg and a wednesday for julian saw charlie chaplin's debut film making a living and that kerfluffle europe was having was picking up steam. I love your many history lessons kind of one of my favorite thing. They're they're they're good. That's important stuff to know. Don't you know and that brings us to broadview a small town in saskatchewan with a goat. Was anyone living in canada. Nineteen fourteen other than this guy with a goat. Yeah there were. All dave was a weird weird. Oh yeah i know david. He's a good guy. I met him down morton. Timmy's he's a buddy friend. Hoya on august twenty third. The soldiers of the freshly formed. V western cavalry expeditionary force had stopped in broadview to pick up some recruits. Wow queuing for the train spotted a girl with a goat. her name was also dave evans. Also dave develop. It's a nice day and wanting it for good luck charm and also because it was nineteen fourteen and you could just take stuff from people. They took the goat from young deasy. Kerr wayne to make it their mascot. They just they said sewri a ton a ton but they still took her took her so sorry. So this is art goto. Yes sorry. Dave oh so. Sorry so sorry. Davis zarko sources all agree. That daisy agreed. Soldiers could have it but there's never any mention of payment or how a group of soldiers from nineteen fourteen demanding a little girl give or pet to the war effort might have influenced her willingness to part with billy. Frankly i find it all suspect. I'm pretty sure some dude stole. They stole it from a little girl. I'm pretty sure they very politely stole ago. Do you think during the war. They'd like they'd like have a really easy missionary. Like god that was like stealing from a little girl right and then with the advent of candy after yield got over being terrible pre stealing candy from babies it was stealing goats from girls So so private. Bill was now properly conscripted. He lived in trained with the fifth in canada and their base. In england they pay for bill to cross the pond. They flew across the pond. Yeah yeah okay which was apparently quite some doing because when we get to the other goat like the british weren't big fans of foreign goats. I didn't. I would have thought so one of those things you don't think about but apparently it was a big deal so the fifth would soon be deployed to the front and i guess no mascots were allowed in the trenches just as like a general rule to the goat is something. They're gonna aim for all around the goat operation. Mutton went well the sheep but whatever so as you can imagine. This didn't set well. With the boys. The fifth who like many other regiments and both world wars found a creative way to endanger the life of their dear animal. Caban gosh do. They put him in a trench coat. Dress them up like a like a general. Like talk to general billy that way he will die. There was some officer related headbutting. We'll get into so according to sergeant herald baldwin author of holding the line quote. We cannot part with billy. The boys argued that we could easily get another colonel but it was too far to the rocky mountains to get another goat. I love that all right. all right. you can't fault as lodge racks tracks. The difficulty was continuing the quote. The difficulty was solved by buying a huge creative oranges from a woman who was doing brisk trade with the boys. I assume that doesn't mean she's a whore but she might be an orange for. Two-horse consists of bricks brisk trade. She was throwing oranges or briskly trading and tundra a continuing. The oranges sold like hotcakes. And in a jiffy. The orange box was converted into a creighton billy with shanghaied into the crate and smuggled aboard the trade. God that poor go-to person was stolen from a bomb. A tiny little girl that it was forced to train in battle and then it was stuffed in a box and then they put it in a box on a train and sent it to world war. One this is a tragic story. Eric why are you bringing such tragedy. This is this is just to say this is not having a great day so there you go now. You're a goat and just like a certain young naive aristocrat from famous askari. You're lost in a world wind of action intriguing warm beer. At least there's beer. Which apparently the soldiers beer rations and paperwork were apparently his favorite foods. All right at least. He got his paper foods. Yeah right like that could have been a lot worse and bill. You know you would go on to have a distinguished career for a goat. Are i mean you know more seriously. Though at this to sound a goat mix. I believe will. Apparently the british called it wires. Bill was found in a shell crater standing over a wounded russian soldier despite having his own shrapnel wounds guard goat guards you. Wow i what how would you feel oppression soldier waking up to a goat standing over your body protecting you in a shell crater. Lucky to be waking up yeah. I don't know what i would do. I would worship goats. I would worship right. I felt like i was trying to take an. It's gotta be warmer under the goat than it is under fire as yes later in the second battle of apis oh private. Bill stood his ground with brave canadian soldiers. Now famous for not retreating from germany's first major deployment of poison gas and despite what should have been a goat ending toxic cloud. He was found the next day no worse for wear like went on tin helmet or something like that some around ten helmet using their their orders. Then yeah that's right off orders. Just he really must have got their goat. Sheep goat for his steadfast valor. He was promoted officially to the rank of sergeant and february of nineteen fifteen at nouveau chappel. So that's nice. it's a good one. I feel like a for a goat. That's a good

"They're expected to be kind of like the vendors especially since joss lead him took over. But i'm just like he can't compare to because there are two different they have different on a dynamic like the stories are going to be different worlds. The thing is. I don't really see the marble fans like try to make that. It's always the dc fans whenever they want to have other people love deceive movie. They had to go. Apparently the along ran abou- man. This is why marveled this marble that in this marble has bad storytelling. His people tell jokes on. So i don't i won't reading these tweets because they're so ridiculous they made no lover but it does. It is annoying having to watch dc film. And then the first thing i think of is okay now after review this as someone who enjoys most of the marvel content and i know my opinion is going to get blasted because of that. Yeah yeah that's why i used to do. We really kind of stayed away from white comic book movies. Because i'm like. I don't want the drama behind it because there's always going to be like one person is going to have a comment drag. What i say has not all went to this whole thing. Where is like you know. Kind of takes her original review of that. But i mean there's other films. I besides Justice league i mean even regarding the there's also the suicide squad film it's also gonna come out this deal and scott godzilla. Space jam chat of pulse. Yeah there's a lot of things on atrial max that i've seen advertisements for so i like i said i've been thinking about. We're distributor helps. I mean again. It is just description in that expensive. The doesn't mean. I thought it was but then looking at the deal i mean you. You do get quite a bit for fifteen bucks a month. Yeah yeah yeah now. The sides talking about food All geek related a s against but also i mean even some things regarding the around reliable. You have an absurd about finding clarity during covid. Nineteen like yakov. 'cause uncle talk about things like self care mental health as well like especially like arm. Yeah the skin damage. Kinda like put a lot of things in perspective for me like i said before like everything started out as an assistant in i hate like i kinda hated it like i went into the career thinking. Okay well this is the trade. Like i was a stay at home mom for like or years almost so i was basically like a stay at home. Mom and i was like i'll return to work but then i went to school for dental assisting had light. It's a of felt like you know how like you go into something and you kinda feel like this is like a fit but i'll try it anyway by did that graduate.

"The time. I will let it go and how resentful indignant frustrated and annoyed are you. It depends. I don't like getting to the place where. I feel resentful so i try to do that. Enter talking and decide. Okay if i'm not gonna let this bother me. That i really have to let it go but i will say yes. There are times where. I will let it go. And i might be just a little. Ooh yeah like he's feeling for sure. Yeah it takes me just a little bit being like that and then we'll get through it and then it's fine and then there are times where i have that talk and i'm like nope. This is not okay with me. And i i wanted to talk about it and say something and have a conversation. Does it do any good. It does like we had a recent disagreement. Please tell so. I did not know that daisy and eric had had a conversation about getting daisy on tiktok to see an older cousin that we have in the family who has an account and she was excited about it and i did not hear about this and cut too i just heard that daisy was signing up for tiktok. How did you hear. She was coming over to eric and saying okay. Now what do i do. And he was telling her. Don't forget your password. Write it down somewhere and i ask. Oh but she doing joining terrorist groups ugly saying getting on tiktok. There was no discussion in my mind. I just reacted in that moment. And i said oh no. I don't want her on tiktok. That was a big thing for me. In hindsight i probably should have waited to. Maybe reacted one of the reasons that you react. That way is you are at a state of semi alert to alarm at all times and your waiting for the intel to drop. Yeah so you heard the words get on and tiktok and it had not been passed by you and that fell on top of a pile of frustration about this child man's judgment and the ambivalence you have about. What a warm loving fun guy so close to his daughters his daughters who are coming of age and we'll have crushes on boys and they are getting so deeply cherished by their sweet dad and at the same time you know so much about what goes on in the world of social media and girl self esteem and identity and sexuality that you have your good angel and the devil gas each on your shoulders arguing at all times. The corpus callosum the connects the right and left hemisphere of women's brains is thicker than in men and it means that women naturally us both sides of their brains to make decisions and for men. It's sometimes a little bit more easier and direct. Is it a cousin or a friend who was on tiktok. it's my cousin's daughter cousins to hire so exciting celebrity family member on tick doing adorable vance and she has her own channel. So cool and now spoilsport. Here is hyper vigilant. That's what we call it. Then psychology jumping in to say you did what so what happened in that moment. The main reason. I got irritated as we were with our pod and there are a couple guys there too and it was very emasculating issues. Like no. she's not watching. Tiktok that okay. And i'm like and furs liberal. As i am parenting. I do default to whatever she says. I mean. i'm definitely the beta as far as you hear me fall to whatever. She says. you can't read her mind right. And so that's your intention and that's your kind of moral position but in a case like this and this is a beautiful example here you were joining with your daughter. In a celebration of cousins expansiveness on the magnificent new platform tiktok swirling the pandemic world with joy. And then this bitch comes in humiliates you in front of your friends or male and female pie and you think okay. I'll just swallow this and eat some more sugar with the girls and it will be totally our country. Exactly the ugly. What happened so get resolved. So the next morning i went to bed it was bothering me and i did feel bad for the way that i handled it so no conversation between the afterward no thanksgiving night. We're both. oh yeah. Yeah so the next morning. I said something i said i you know i'd really like to get this off my chest. What time what plays what. Words was probably around nine. Am and i think. I use the words. I'd really like to get this off my chest and were the two of you alone. Girls there were alone and he was not in the most open mood. But i felt like i really wanted to talk about it in the kitchen. Seated standing i was seated. He was standing. How'd you had breakfast her. Yeah so i started with. I really wanna get this off my chest and correct me if i'm wrong. I said you know. I want to have a conversation about tiktok ortho. I want to back up just a little bit. Because we're going to parse words sir. I really want to get this off my chest. Strikes

It does feel weird to be doing something quite so trivial in the current climate and knowing that there are so many people out there having their lives turned upside down so many people working odd to help to look after a soul but well people still need stupid jingles. They may not think they do and some people will swear blind. They definitely don't but they do hoping. The audio book is going to be ready for the end of April. Something like that okay. "Grew park love and then it was a very nice message about but it sounded like a kind of damage limitation Statement something to terribles. Afrin didn't exist so lovely that it made everything feel even worse out so sorry for all of us. It was like the lovely kind and thoughtful adorable email. But somehow it was like. Is it that I can really weight break-up method what he was saying was? I want you to know that we still stand by the show. We stand by you. We still stand by. Yeah we're proud of the show and we think it was good and at this point. I hadn't read any reviews. Had you know I think slow? Let's say funny about that. Came first and then it was like Whoa God. Oh Dan for a longtime policy. Whenever the subject came up was to do this whole routine about like. Yeah I mean it was. An incredible show is very special thing to be a part of and yes it's now regarded as one of the most important sitcoms ever made. But I guess we didn't know when we were doing it at the time. People say you know. Did you know it was going to be this amazing thing? Well we didn't know we did our best and we had fun. We couldn't have possibly known what sort of impact it would. So I do this whole thing right but I don't do that anymore and my phone just didn't ring literally for at least six months or oh It was really weird. It was like Oh this is what it's like well. It was weird thing as well. Where like way in something and people just don't mention it con- everyone just pretend that hasn't happened. I still think this is a perfect time for us to do a reunion a reunion. Dvd DVD yet DVD commentary. I think you're right. This is a really good time to that. Could Watch it and talk. Talk through and see what we remembered. That's a good idea may significant memi from it. F- well you know. I have to be honest and say that one of my main memories. How upset you got off to a couple of the world are after a read through that we did in front of a small audience in a club of of one of the scripts. And then when we were actually shooting one of the episodes. I think it was the same episode. There was one episode where your character who was like. Describe your character. She was seen with every active conveniently every adjective. I would say Sushi with if a horrible narcissistic bitch but then supposed to be. I can't even remember. But she was sort of whatever it suited for the scene wasn't she but she was horrendous. But what are you thinking about what that big speech where I had to insult people who were not skinny? Yes Yeah I've got really upset about that because I was like this is the most. There's not a day I don't get it and it's just offensive and horrible and I didn't like it then. They told me they cut it in the minimum on that day winning the prix records. I got handed a three page speech where it'd been slightly. We wasted toll to get to do it immediately and it was literally twenty minutes before we started using it seated three pages monologue and I am not grumpy. Patterson particularly at work with or something and I turned into the camera and everyone was hiding up in the up in the box. Where they what she when. You're doing a studio audience and I had into the Cairo. When someone said action I went and watched jeered specs. I'm going to do now. This leads that. What do you think is going to happen now? Like into the camera. I think they would have been eight screens with me just looking like you've just handed me something am I struggled to that lines and it's twenty minutes ago. I doubt they. Will you think that's going to happen? Say we had to record it to nine by tea lines and I felt very very vulnerable and also quite horrible because I saw standing on a chair insulting people that went thin in a way that was really like I didn't get it. Yeah the deal with your character was supposed to be the can you remember me? I just remember she was horrible. The thing is that the now it looks just all wrong because you know the cost was mainly male you were the only significant female lead and the character was just a total bitch. It was supposed to be cool because I you know she write. She was supposed. The idea was that it wasn't going to be just to sit a boring goody goody female character it was going to be a fun character character. You could get your teeth into and it would be fun to play and people would like because she was so awful and I didn't know that was the idea but it didn't work out like that and it came off as just a mean kind of obnoxious character which is fine because it can be. Maybe I was being. Maybe I was wrong. Not just embraced. That definitely tried. You really didn't make much sense a- at times it just felt cruel in a way that because I know you've seen things I write. I'm afraid of things being darker people being awful but it just felt like cruel in a way that I was like oh I just feel like if someone was watching. Maha their feelings cruel not not and I don't like that it just wasn't funny enough. That was the pro. It just didn't work in so many ways. I mean not for one of anyone Holy Shit. Everyone really it was. It was a nice group of people that was the other thing was. I really liked hanging out with everyone. Yeah we had to go. Didn't it was really fun? But the only bad bits were the studio records when you know because it was fun hanging out and then a sense of dread and panic grow throughout the week when we do rehearsals and we'd think This isn't really working And then sometimes it would be a case of of Shit. We don't really have ending for this and it would be literally. We were filming in. We're actually filming. And there still wasn't an ending and the Walmart guys would come out and entertain the audience a little bit. I think one of them one of the guys was Stuart Goldsmith. Who now does a very successful? Podcast called the comedian's comedian. Anyway he would come out and and With his comedy partner. Warm up the audience while we were stood around with the director trying to figure out a way to end the actual episode. God did happen didn't it? Yes because we given scripts. I remember that horrendous thing I've really I'm just so bad at lying learning and I remember being given the revives at eleven pm a couple of times on the Thursday night because it was before the Friday morning where he do the prerecord in the record and I remember that feeling just constantly feeling like you were in that night actor nightmare of just not knowing what the hell you're doing in front of so many people. Yeah I remember that feeling making it very hard to feel funny just felt like you wanted to throw up. It really was harsh but when I watched a couple of them back it was so flat and it was just it. Just wasn't right. Yeah it wasn't right. It's a funny thing that's very hard shows. Aren't that hard to get the chemistry. It's just lots of different different elements. Yeah it just didn't work. It didn't Gel there wasn't any east. There was no no anti-bacterial Gel material gel bad so because it had run out being panicked buying because everyone has it on the comedy. Gel and there wasn't any left for US Michael and shut down the bottom of the hill. That has not found shot. But you know sort of bits and bobs shop very bottles on the counter. We're not very funny. Some people are spending ten pounds on them. It says Kirk arenavirus Gel kills Kubota virus frock. You now eight hundred nine thousand nine and I just. He was like Oh. It's funny buying because I was trying desperately buying arts and crafts of and he was like oh by miss most people to buy this and he'd like no what's it gonNA alcohol in it. What'S HE GONNA in. It and he panicked didn't respond. They basically that made corona virus jail. Of course they fucking liquid greater I think about the corona company right. I think that doing fine. I mean you've got to be priddy. Stupid to confuse corona virus with a bottle of beer but That's not to say that it isn't possible. And a you quite disciplined. Are you going to be able to do exercise and stop yourself from getting hammered every day? Yeah actually before this happened is my birthday coming up. And I got of cheap second-hand exercise bike so I was like. Oh might get something like that. Because I'm struggling to do everything in the day. I was trying to only work in the school hours so we had one so. I'm hoping that I will emerge with Bundy steal. But I think they're more likely to looking exactly like the Christmas this right. 'cause I'm panic. I could just panic eating. I just roaming around my house. I'm just eating random things because I'm going to be on telly. Rages loved that. Oh God I have this fantasy but I'm going to have this extraordinary bum in six months. I think Daisy Obama will always. I don't want his reasons. All right. Thank you wait.

I did not but I'm looking now and God that I picked but yeah some of these questions are so user odd odd odd. We're here our listeners. I love it because I love Weirdos but you guys are strange. Yeah like for this. which is a cat Reichen back? Said if you could be a real witch wizard and go to hogwarts but you had to give up alcohol forever. No Oh no but. Isn't there a spell that you could make yourself drunk or buzzed the entire time. I wouldn't want to all the time not the entire time but just like like you know like wizard. You should be able to buzz when you want. Like goals is fuzz. When you want? Yeah that sounds like a song young like that. That's our next after bitches in the bathroom. So we're that's a collective now billy for me to yes definitely from billy. I don't know if you know anything about vodka. IV At all times you really feel like out of all of us. I could be the one that could do it in. I drink every day. The police. Yeah you do drink the league you do. I think the most but I can handle it the best the tank. Have you ever seen even a fraction as like. No here's a thank you do. Not Show your drunkenness periodically. I can tell in a micro second when he is getting buzzed. Because his eyes get googly smiling alive and he kind of move slower slower more gangling or deliberate less deliberate year. Don't get more deliberate. Movements is what I mean just sort of like just not you. I think more about your body but makes your movements more awkward. I mean you don't you were drunk and like yes now. I don't know if I've ever actually but we're usually drinking together. We might you know what I'm GonNa Challenge this. Let go shot for shot one. I think we might listen. I can go shop for Sean. I actually hold a lot of liquor. I will not do it because I don't like to be hungover. That's why I drink. Vodka Vodka doesn't give me a hand off the uh-huh chef I find Vodka Soda Shots of Vodka Soda Shot for shot. You know what I mean I can drink. Yeah that's what I do with you. You guys every night all right but we're not necessarily measuring what we're doing. This would be a scientific test will be the referees judge. He's the to do it to yes. But here's the thing I can hold my liquor. Just as good as jared. Can I drink just as much as jared can. I just and he's like toys myself. I can only drink vodka if I drink anything else. All bets are off. That's why I'm so specific if I try to deviate if I did Tequila or even wine like I can do to the wind for glasses wine with food or something. Yeah go out. I would be so messed up and have the worst headache. Well listen I I get up. I will get hung over after two classes. And that's why I can't like drink thought much hangovers and bother me unless if there's not a headache if there's a headache involved I knew you so past and I just bag miserable I just have to. I just have to plan my hangover. It's like if I know I'm going to be hung over then I can drink and then I'm like just going all off because I know the next thing I'll just be drinking and by the way for headaches what's your what's your hands for that right. Is that what you're GonNa say I was GonNA say obviously drank a lot etc in the morning gatorade in the morning and greasy food. My hangover cure is only drinking alcohol No I R- The dog is the only way I can be a really good system. You drink a gatorade right before you go out And then when you get home you drink a gatorade in take advil or aspirin in the morning take etc and your goal you feel great. What if eight or eight before bed is key? One thing that I did try recently I was in Vegas. My friend and Brennan had these things called by talks Patches like you put them on your body and they're supposed to like sounds like a gimmick it is a gimmick but it also probably has a placebo. Oh and it worked. It didn't work. Listen I cannot not be hung over like I'm if I'm drinking more than two drinks I'm going to be hung over but it may. I'm like I should be more hung over than I am. And what is that. The H. E. H. Sponsor. We had a while back. H Like Hgh from my favorite haircut like like the growth growth. The human growth hormone thinks. So we did we got I got. I got the samples and you were like. We didn't get them but whatever it was is. I can't remember the name of that. Sorry sponsor I would take them before I went out and I was not getting hung over. I'm really yes. Well also gatorade too. If you WANNA sponsor our podcast sponsor by the way will stop your hangover. I was hung over muscle. Builders take nick. I was hung over last week and I went to Taco Bell. Syra vital because our sponsor and they I was taking their ones without caffeine. Before I went out and I was rocketing hung over no matter what I did. That's fun though. So I was I was hungover and I went to Taco Bell and was like well. What do you have to drink? You know 'cause ordered to than they said they had the Gatorade g two which is like the low sugar gatorade. I was so happy that I went back the next day Taco Bell Taco Soga gotTA contract supremes on so guttering. Dammit okay one more question for me turn it. Did you have a favorite toy as a child. Lucy Hill ask demand. Do you still have it. I have it right right in my bedroom. What is it? It's this yellow sort of it's made of like nylon. It was made like what tracksuits are made of. Is it a Puttalam Yeah his name is. It's called a puff lump and it's like they had like lots of kids born in my like late. Eighty s vibes would know what these are. I don't yes you didn't get one so and you said lots of kids. I don't know what it was not you but others. Maybe they're not caught. Puff alums made. This is what my mom called it but it was like this yellow cat thing and it had a little ball of hair and like it was like his nylon cat. And I have one but I haven't hidden in my cabinet because like boyfriends my friends Szott on my bed they were like. Are you kidding me. But my older guys so they're always like horrified by that. Yeah I had the one thing thing that I have. It's not a toy but so when I was being born my uncle got my mom like a giving birth president. Whatever the hell that push push prestige rush gifter and it was it? Was this Brown Little Teddy Bart. Teddy bear has named Smiley. He's like brown bear little white smile on his chest and he was like my kaffee animal growing up and I still have him and he's in my room and my dog ate his nose often. I was in second grade and I thought it was the end of the world like I thought that he maybe it was earlier than in second grade because I should know about like an animate objects in life but still have him do that. Ripley is off my puff lump and my mom so googly eyes on threat set. I liked it. What was your belly? God there were just so many. My Dad used to always say so many toys. They back a truck up to your house because my dad never got toys growing up so he overcompensated back because he had a horrible childhood. You hear members actually really when his father was in the sanitarium because he had tuberculosis. And that's what they did back then they will put you away from your family for like eighteen months. His friends from the from the Navy actually bought my dad and all in all of his brother's presence he remembers that he remembers getting like these little army men like Oh yeah my dad's friends okay. So by DAD's sort of overcompensated and I remember you know just setting up in the basement tons of star wars figures tons of Lincoln logs tons of legos. And you're just setting up a whole entire city that I could live in because I was I know friends and I was just waiting for him to. That's really cute you. I'm your friend my friends now but it makes me sad or not born when more importantly why don't we know more for like fifteen because I had a the way that I mean this is like before I was like ten say so the way that my house was situated there was nobody really sort of around us. Yeah so there was little pockets of things that I would go to. But the kind of thing that like he'd go go hang out with somebody everyday. Yeah just wasn't there. Yeah what about school. Then you go to school. Yeah what still good friends at school. Yeah whereas it's like there wasn't like kids running around so so like on Saturdays and Sundays and look after school and things like that. Yeah I get that all right well. That was sad so well island in the woods and I had friends so dogs and I built like fourth and stuff Would you built ports woods. Yeah we thought we were witches when you were young and would like to like seances dude. I just knew slender man. Special on twenty twenty. I'm just never going to go. I mean I'd never go in the woods now all but the woods can scary. I love the woods. I love the child. They're scared well. I didn't grow up around whites. There's woods and Orange County. My house was in the middle of like eight square miles. I had notified no neighbors. No lights and I would sneak out of the house in walk through the woods and go to the street in my driveway. Driveway was like a half a mile long and I was not scared at all. which is crazy town? Yeah but when you're a kid like you're not say anything he had now. I love the woods but a single women can't go mosquitoes that's right. That's all. I remember rolling on the cold so well in the winter. My my my only experience in the woods is I'd always go up to upstate. New York in the summer and in the summer her and upstate New York mosquito central. No seriously. It's raining here in Hollywood right now in the as soon as I saw the rain. I'm like Oh this is nice and I was like the stillwater. They're going to have a resurgence like 'cause they're even had rain in a minute. So now all this water they are going to feast. They're having a meeting right now. They're just like okay. Okay Alexis podcast now this morning okay. Well why don't that no That's what we call the kill time. They killing time. You're welcome Don. Show Biz baby that show this baby. "Made me happy. Our own own his His family I believe it was his father and his sister didn't change things with the family. I mean I don't know I assuming assuming has that the family issues but that's hard I had heard or I can't necessarily what that reflect on his father and it's just there's just so it doesn't make me happy to the family retargeted and everyone in town was struggling to wrap their heads around how this happened. And they kept landing on the Girls Innocence Sense. They've grown up shelter. Remember they were home schooled. And you know when you home school your children. You're trying to it. You think. The education system custom is not going to serve them. So that's one of the reasons but another reason is is for safety but there were other to contributing factors that came to mind as well and that was that the mental health system in Montana is essentially in shambles and the shortage of those working in the mental health field is well known and widely reported in two thousand twelve the year when this happened there were only a hundred and forty six licensed psychiatrists and the entire state of Montana and and in some areas of the state. There's only one psychiatrist serving a vast multi county area which is crazy and like Alexa said in the State about twenty two people per hundred thousand residents die by suicide which is nearly twice the national average. You know mental health in the State of Montana's bill. Oh definitely something. That's kind of a taboo subject Especially the further east in the state you get because you get more rural And you have older generations in this area. We have have this mentality this cowboy mentality where you have to be tough. You don't talk about your feelings and I know we go back and forth with another state with having the highest suicide rate in the nation per capita capita. So it's definitely something that we don't talk about. Here is an address the way it should be and it really needs to be. I mean I mean this is two thousand twelve at this happened in two thousand eighteen and it wouldn't shock me if something like this happened again because of the mental health issues in the state AH so regardless of whatever track record drew hot for mental illness and whatever diagnoses had in terms of mental illness. It didn't stop his trial from moving forward is it actually took two years for the trial to start. It was kind of overwhelming feeling because all these articles article started popping up with his face again and his younger age and two years later. And you know he's still looked the same he's still had the same tall slender skinny bills. and it was just this feeling of being older and really understanding what had happened and what had transpired transpired. And the implications of that you know one of the things going around the community was that he's a monster. Only monster could do these kinds of things which I don't think is wrong wrong but at the same time having knowing him growing up I didn't do a monster. I viewed him as somebody who made a horrible terrible mistake. But I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that drew who I've known since the first grader was a monster when it comes to the safety of you and your family and your own home. Now we saying that he doesn't remember the entire night in question because of the Ambien he took that night is as he didn't have any recollection of what had transpired apartment. One thirty three okay. So most likely under his lawyers advisement. He decided to avoid the trial completely. Drew ended up pleading no contest to two counts of deliberate homicide. We're killing twenty two year old Rose Edwards twenty one year old Daisy Edwards on January twenty seventh two thousand twelve and judge. Mary Jane McCullough Ella Ensley described the killings as quote ritualistic and quote systematic and said quote. You'll be confined and absent from society. The sentence that possibly and hopefully be the rest of your life. He was give it a hundred plus twenty for what he did to rose in daisy. So one of our first series Kennedy grew up withdrew and we asked her what she thought about the sentence. Yeah Hundred Years is a long time but you know he deserves it for for what happened. you know. There's no excuse for what he did. And you know one hundred years doesn't bring these girls back to their family in their community. You know you've to fully understand that he's going to spend the rest of his license prison and it's hard. It's hard to understand. It does give you invite you to think about that but you know I think it's a sentence that he deserved and but I think we understand that even in the conclusion of a trial even when there's a guilty or a conviction verdict at play it never fills the void of a loved one that has lost and that's why murder we can all agree upon the fact that is the ultimate crime so I asked Chester. What kind of void exists in his life without Rosen daisy? Oh Yeah I miss. I miss him all the time. I it really encouraged me to be the the best I could be in there whether or not i. Sometimes I wonder if they were still around would have encouraged me to be better than I am now. We had a really fun shelter together. We a lot of fond on memories and Something can take away so clearly. We have two different perspectives here. We have chester. Who is a sibling to who rose? And Daisy we have Kennedy who essentially grew up within the same sort of household family. Friendship Close family friend. The situation as the denning 's and be kind of ask them what do you think about this. How does a person who's never really been uh in trouble or violent to this degree go from being pretty benign to a double killer? So so this is what Kennedy had to say. Yeah I think that you have to have evil in you to do something like this whether you have a mental. Well her she was driving. You have to have some sort of evil in you do something like this. I mean they never found the murder weapon so where did go and obviously. He knew he'd done something wrong. 'cause he it somewhere and it was never found he wrapped up in carpet in the apartment afterwards so he claims not remember from being on Ambien but then he did all these things after to try to conceal what happened and confessed to his girlfriend after that he had done something bad and I was talking to my brother about the fact that he says he doesn't remember what happened. Can and my brother said that he doesn't he doesn't think that's true. He thinks he knows what he did and knows that it was wrong. And I think that that was proof when when you know. They tried to get people in there to do in insanity plea or some sort of a mental health evaluation valuation and he was found to be in sound mind knowing him. You know I can't. I'm piously say that he's not a monster. He is a monster. I think that monsters act what he did was absolutely monstrous and he is. There's absolutely evil and him to have done something like that but understanding him and viewing him. The monster overall is hard to do. When you have this in style childish memory of somebody I think that Addressing his mental health may have been able to prevent this especially with the fact that he was only out of the psychiatric gastric hospital for two days when this happened I definitely think that possibly could have been prevented. Had he had access either access to better mental health or had been taken more seriously when he was in a psychiatric hospital. I don't think anybody they knew quite what he was going through. But I definitely don't think he was ready to be out after you know a couple of days especially with Outcomes what happened and here's chester just a I would encourage communities to be aware. Look out for these type of people and look out for these warning big nose or songs and then look for these people that GM the one of the Tom that sooner rather than later we want to give even massively special thanks to Chester for participating in this episode and being so open about such an awful traumatic tragedy. We are so honored that you let us share the story and we are hopefully honoring rose indies memory. And we also WANNA thank Kennedy because she is the reason we found out about this episode. "Only thing that I could ascertain be I do think he'd probably WanNa treat them that. To be perfectly honest. One one of the things about the pills and policing teals hard drug addicts. We aren't they probably get abused over the counter medications. Sometimes who I'm under the impression person that there was some sort of exchange for the goes supposed to pay him for and then and then he's going to give them some Ambien if it I feel short-changed or the girls didn't pay. I didn't pay him. It's really not surprising that people were angry hate-filled and really really we upset about what had happened to rose. And Daisy and a lot of that started to be taken out on Druze family and their house vandalized shortly after I think it said killer and then I think the number of the apartment the girls lived in And and they had to get an order of protection. It's a small community so finding out where somebody lives or knowing where they live. Because you know these people isn't hard. I know that his little sister was bullied a lot in school when this was going on I can't imagine Being the parent of a child who murdered two sisters and being from the same family. It just I can't even wrap my head around it in Rosen. Daisies brothers Chester had also heard about the vandalism. That had occurred at the denting home.

"There's an undeniable regal about Montana in its shakes loose visions of simpler times. We've got mountains. The open range in stunning views. However there complexities woman? Deep into the fabric of the state. Ask anyone to describe Montana in the mentioned. The Big Sky's the wide open range. The enduring in self-controlled unshakable cowboy culture. But like all of the world's wonderful places as Montana comes with equally great trade offs today. We're taking you back to January twenty ninth of two thousand twelve. This topping the charts was set fire to the rain by doll. All and the top film in the box office was the devil inside. And the setting is billings. Montana and billings. Nickname is magic city because of its rapid rapid growth when it was founded as a railroad town in March eighteen eighty two. The city of buildings has a bunch of antique shops and wide streets. But it's still very much a cowboy town and on today's episode. We have something different for you. We actually we have two. I degrees. WHO said on opposite sides of this case and their names are chester in Kennedy? And you're going to be hearing from both of them throughout this episode and this story starts on January twenty ninth of two thousand twelve when the billings police department received a concerning call in this call was coming from a concerning young man named Paul who worked at Albertsons with one of his best friends. A girl named Rose Edwards and he was worried sick because she she had not shown up for her shift. And here's Chester. Who by the way is rose's brother? He's a great friend throws posing somebody best voter when they believe it was called suspicious. Concern upon rows were not just co workers but they were very very close friends. They were in touch daily whether they were working together working together or not and rose kept him updated on most of the happenings in her day to day. Life Breath in Pauline's sister to the police that rose would never miss the shift without notice and beyond that he'd made multiple attempts to call her and she hadn't answered for nearly two two days which was not like her and like most twenty two year olds. She had her phone glued to her again. This is in two thousand twelve and Paul told them that rose lifted her a little sister. Daisy who is twenty one years old and he hadn't been able to reach her either. Rose were more than sisters. They were best friends. Rose was twenty me too and the middle sister among her brothers and sisters and daisy was the youngest at twenty one. They had three other siblings two other sisters and their older brother Chester and the words family they are originally from North Carolina but moved to billings in one thousand nine hundred eighty eight and all the kids are remain there through high school. The whole family family was close and even as the group of siblings began to grow up and move out of the house. They stuck around in the same areas as each other. They even lived in the same apartment complexes each other when we me and my sisters when we were young Daisy were always really close in Washington. DC what great friends with are the youngest sister. Julia Artistic Get Really are for your time. Particular person is a I artist implement. Rose rose is a very intelligent person but then whatever he me and honestly kind of our family I I've always been thinking that there is of course in the Colorado. The launch type of Paul gave the police the address of the apartment that rose shared with daisy and police went there to conduct a wellness. Check on the two sisters when even when we got older and we started going on our own way we did live pretty close together. Look at one point where we all lived in the apartment complex so to reiterate what chester he was living in the same apartment complex as resin daisy as or other family members of. There's so it was at the Ponderosa apartment complex where daisy rose in their family members live and it's also or the police arrived to do a welfare check the morning. Paul called to report that he was concerned about his friend. Rose and the complex is Tan and green and sat on a bright green sprawling lawn each unit had these giant windows that you could see from the street. And on the periphery. There were picnic tables playgrounds and these little cute communal areas. The Ponderosa has one hundred twenty units. That were mostly inhabited by families and the property occupied an area Only slightly smaller than a city block in the police parked and enter the complex and approached unit number one thirty three approximately approximately eleven. AM The police knocked on the door. They were met with silence. They knocked again and again and we're met with more silence. They couldn't hear any activity on the other side of the door. That's when they made their way into the apartment and once they were inside. They noticed a pile of blankets in the middle of the floor in the living room and it was under those blankets that they found rose and Daisy Edwards. This discovery was met with pure shock. Shock from the police who showed up at the apartment expecting to find signed to young twenty year old decided just to not answer their phones for a few days shock from the family members some of whom lived in the very same complex as daisy and rose the time kind of stuff you something bad had happened by whether it's your own. Something's happened that not good. How did you come to parliament? Yeah when when I got over there they didn't have a lot of details. Originally originally did a lot to pet so as Chester's being delivered. This very truly earth shattering news. He's not given a details as is to how or why or who or what or anything about how his sister has died word of rose daisies deaths spread slowly slowly at first bits of pieces of information were being released and the police didn't release their names right away but while billings is the largest city in Montana it still feels very much like a small town and people were finding out little by little word of what happened in apartment. One thirty three with spreading but initially people were left speculate about what happened. And with Rosen Daisy's family members not having answers their minds sort of ran wild with the possibilities. To what explanation could there be for two of their loved ones to be dead without explanation. Probably did I know said to either. My sisters were or had been circling without or anything but they decided to commit suicide together are not knowing what to thank you. It was like well. I don't I haven't either reasonable. I didn't have any no enemies like I said despite not having seen it as well that makes.

"For. Little nut my alive, so move. But yeah, some people go through that sort of phase wants, but I want to say that because I don't want to belittle your experience or the sexual six because some people are generally sexual. I mean is hard to be by sexual because when you say to somebody the obey sexual. Oh my God. You got all these masters Audran three which one do you prefer? So before when been in a relationship with a guy, and he's telling around instead writes, your straight wing with me. No, it's not gonna change my sexual LA. Yeah. I need just didn't under Sunday. I'm a friend was trying to explain it to him. And it was just just did not understand it. So he's still gonna look, but you not necessarily get again movies. Because you were the go. Yeah. If someone with someone I'm not going to go with the next month woman, not make 'cause people say sexualities on the scale. And if you if you one hundred searches slap buying in the middle, would you say, you're there all virgins will at the moment. I'm probably like sixty men forty women because of not really day it many women in the past two years. So you haven't had too many women is up just because have. But again, it's so hard to find a woman, you don't know whether or not that gay lesbian. Same would. Oh by sexual. Days ago, although I've been on eighteen ups, and I've looked some profiles. I'm lesbians of put nobody sexual exactly I've seen. Wow. How does that make you feel awful horrible? Why do you get it at all? No, no. If they're lesbian know that women don't like the thought of that partner previously being with a guy, then what do you think well of data low bisexual had the experience where my lesbian friends said to me, Emma. Why are you bothering, oh, I've always had to defend vice options and go. Well, what do you mean? Well, above the room. You know, we have a great relationship is going fine. But then Bonk historically over relationships a lot of my bus actual exponents on our men married with kids. So, but that's just my experience. I'm not saying all bisexual women are going to do. But I think that happens. So so often that may say rising. No, I don't really know think lesbians paranoid. The by. Sexual in all gonna leave them for money. But then Amanda probably paranoid by women to get a leaving for women. So he goes win. Really? Can you know? So I've got friend that was bisexual. And then she started seeing a woman, and she's now married to the woman to the woman with a kid. Exactly. So it it can happen ways. Yeah. Yeah. So if you have any advice to other young people coming out as bisexual exploring this would would you have any advance we do differently. Just be self don't be ashamed of he wa if you want to explain sexual go for it nothing stopping air. Just be honest to yourself and don't be afraid of what other people are gonna think. I'm would you advise going on national TV to discuss your such relics dates? I mean, you know, if you wanna do that then go for it. But maybe spec- parents I. "For what does on media? This is coming out stories cost about one of the most important conversations. If you life, I'm Emma goal swell. And this upside you're going to from daisy one of the stars of life. A bisexual dating show if it was the first ever bisexual dating show on UK TV. She said she had no problem coming out to her parents. The real problem was a younger brother go bullied at school because she was bisexual. I think a new from quite a young age probably about eight chalet. Yeah. You know, like when you've got friends who play house. Then things happening. Oh, should is that normal? And then when I was in skilled when you're NPA is so people can change come lady a little kind of looking at them and just it was normal. That goes just looks over Gaels. And then throughout high school still did the same. Did. I just didn't know what was going on with myself didn't think that was bisexual. I didn't know why was and then a think between eighteen and nineteen. And then realized that I was bisexual the walls. Something made a found. Women attractive is all so why was it you? You didn't understand is up because there aren't enough buses role models. We've just had an intern large the prices just didn't process that didn't know what was going on. I just thought it was a normal thing. Just to take over women were attractive, but I didn't know whether a funds them in that way, or it was just a phase. It wasn't something that at her head of rail labor 'cause I'm from such. Small village does know by sexual people that wasn't there is a gate gay Madden. But it was nearby. Sexual women. Don't think there was a bisexual person in my skill. So you're always attracted to men as well. Yeah. So when was the first time, you sort of verbalised empl need to actually tell someone about this. I think I was Joan I think I was about seventeen and the Ono's by eighteen ten Durant's, my friend, and I was like, and he's tell you something she's like, well, a sad. A like women. I said, I'm bisexual should no way. I am too inviting. Yes. Then the yeah, I'm gonna put on Facebook because I was young good stupid. And then delete it. I'll let's say, let's just talk through the Facebook process. I so how long will on Facebook probably about six hours before delete it. So people would have seen it. Did you get any comments? Did you get any got like likes, and you know, like we can react to post laugh inveighs Williams late night. So the might thought the I just been freight. So something to Joe, what did he let you? I'm bisexual say. Yeah. No, just I'm boy saying. How old were you then eighteen and then you totally delay? Yes. Oh my God. On Facebook, not even told anyone yet. So call them like put it public without telling my parents that is quite public web to God soap of lake so how did he go with the parents? Yeah. My moments. I said to my Momo's that moment, he's tell you somethin' said, okay. What would you wanna tell me a moment? So open minded, she's a chilled. She's a massive hippie. So I'm right to tell him MoMA since teammate. And she was like was said, a bisexual. She was like. Yeah. No. Did she went what you mean? You know, should have always known. I said how should I know everything why why God did she know you about sexual does? She think you're lesbian. She knew that a light women as well. She knows price for them. Instincts, isn't it? Okay. And then how did it go with your dad ups a separate conversation? Yeah. Completely fire news. That's fine. Whatever makes you happy fine. But memorial one she's like you'd never gonna get pregnant. If you go. So she was actively encouraging you to be more or less than strikes. My own go there that was really tough told him. But because his big big age difference is nine years between those he was still in school. He got massively bullied throughout skill because of maybe bisexual. Wow. So how old was he? He would have been about nine C essay nine quotes channel show. Everybody knew everyone's business in this village. Exactly. So how did he deal with land? You know, did you try and intervene? Oh, you aware at the time. I was aware. I did get told by my mom, and he just didn't want to speak about. And I just thought I just wanna go down there and tell them off in the nice way. I couldn't do anything. Did you ever think of contact in the school of my mom tried? But they were they were awful. The didn't do anything. That's tough. But isn't it knowing that you'll brothers going through? Because of may it was over bowl. It was horrendous couldn't do anything whom weight rooms finish skill. How was he? Now. Always fine. You so proud of me. Absolutely. Love him a worship the ground. They all annoyed you through all that bullying. No, no was ashamed at the time of being bisexual because he'd gone three that this is not something that you want is it he lo- bre again. Sharon. So did it take you bit of process than to be out on priorities, a bisexual because of I think always been out in proud. But then at nighttime, it was just kind of like, I was I was prior to being bisexual do is just that Lopez of being shamed. Because of the way that it affected Silas, and how's it been since then coming out? So the people and you live like colleagues fry old jar. He didn't speech me for eight months while he thought it was disgusting. I see anyone in the family. Yeah. And what makes it worse was he's a stylus. And I'm like hold on you're surrounded by LGBT. Plus, you've got gay friends like men and women. So why is it so discussing via Sista it's be by sexual could. He also, no no since then we've not had the same relationship. So that's a decade is gone. And you still you still not gonna good relationship. No, no. Because a model is while on eight doesn't like that. Because I do lingerie modelling. So he says it is discussing as well. An don't know whether it's because he's jealous the way that my life's going might be jealous say why was he because he doesn't work anymore. So he's got the best life at the moment. So. Whoever thought might be but jealousy about us thrilled. When won on a national TV show then. Oh, yeah. This is the reason why we don't speak did he really supportive. So you were on the by life. Yes. That's really an impressive way of coming out to the world isn't just the what was the world's first by sexual dating case. Do you case I yeah. Sexual dating show with Goatley act. So that's that's a way of coming out to a lot of people in walked out. Isn't it is? And I'm so glad show like that. Because it was just master's already from people saying a it really hard to accept who. I am. And my parents that really agree with that book since watched the program with them. They've been more accepted that's Stein of messages saying that, you know, I'm I'm amazing role model people coming out on. It's it's just really nice. That was my help for the issues with. Yeah. Definitely if he Connex to I am. That's one person was probably reason for for going on the show, then just to to raise awareness about bisexual to get more people talking about it and accepting. Yeah. Because a lot of people the C suicide people don't come out because they're ashamed of being who they are. So think it's good having the show just to show that you are case be he you wanna be well before the show member Courtney famously said the actually the bees in the LGBT community numerically make up the biggest proportion and yet you never really hit from the never really see them and the most marginalized do grieve with. Yeah. I definitely agree with the so many bisexuals punctual 's transgenders gender fluid, not binary all the five. So do you feel is a bisexual? It's quite hard to come out and gets even harder to come out than as being lesbian gay cause me more. A thing is easier for bisexual to come out. Yeah. Because it's easier if they. You want speak. I o lesbian that was kind of web people's stars until they find their own and find out whether they'll gay all some people do people date, some people bisexual like myself. But once I came out of sexual initially on the NAFTA companies nobody demand for.
