"I think Apple excuse me has the solutions easiest for Apple Apple should allow sideloading of apps Now I like to give both sides I'm not interested in propaganda here Apple's take which isn't illegitimate is going to be well we don't want to let people side load apps because they can be scam apps they can be corrupted There's got to be some kind of quality standards but again the calendar to that is well you can have a set of standards and a vetting process and as long as it's transparent standards everybody can see and meet everybody will be abiding and playing by the same rules But in my opinion I'd like your opinion on it Obviously I think Apple presents the easiest antitrust anti monopoly solution by just doing that I think that's a great solution and what I would want to get from the law that would require that is that there is content neutrality If you're saying you want to prohibit porn on Apple devices great you can say that but you can't say that you want to prohibit hate speech and then you define hate speech as one of the political spectrum or the other And it's really the worst player in this area is Google Google discriminates against Republican fundraising emails Google discriminates against conservative views at the same time they're in China working with China to develop systems that are crushing the protests the very embryonic free speech that's occurring in other countries

Dan Proft: The Implications of Illinois' SAFE-T Act

"You're in a state. I think about the safety act ending cash bail in Illinois that is so devastating to police departments to law enforcement. Explain to everybody what Illinois safety act is. Yeah, I mean, it's basically what you guys did in New York State, but on steroids, it is the elimination of cash bail for what have been determined to be according to legislation, non detain able offenses, non attainable offenses like kidnapping, like arson, like second degree murder. You have county prosecutors. There's a 102 county prosecutors in Illinois, a hundred. But that didn't matter. And you have Illinois telling the public under this law, we will not be able to detain about half of the population in our respective county jails. So you're turning out violence have a propensity to repeat, particularly if there's no inhibition. And honestly, Mike, I don't know, maybe that's what it takes in places like Illinois or New York or California. Maybe until some of the suburban communities feel the impact of violent crime of the lawlessness that's taken hold at cities. And maybe that's what it will take to get people to make changes in the political leadership of their big cities and their state capital.

Dan Proft: Why We Have Lawlessness in Blue City America

"I mean, this Alvin Bragg district attorney in New York made a stunning admission yesterday. There's a guy who's a serial shoplifter. I'm sure in Chicago like Chicago, New York has had all these instances of people that go in and clear the shelves right in front of people, right? Broad daylight walk out because they won't be prosecuted. The district attorney admitted that out of nearly 24 separate shoplifting cases against this guy, they pursued only two of them because it would have been a waste of resources to hit him with all charges. Listen, these radicals, these zealots, the Lori Lightfoot's of the world, they don't want bad guys prosecuted, Dan. Well, this is the anti broken windows philosophy of Soros funded prosecutors. You've got Alvin Bragg in Manhattan. We've got Kim Foxx and Cook County in Chicago. And this is why you have lawlessness that is raining in big blue city America. I mean, in Chicago, we've had 670 people murdered so far this year more than 3300 people shot. And that's actually slightly down from last year. It really is a level of mayhem that has not been seen in at least the last 50 years in Chicago. And their response is to do more of the same.

"She must have no shame. I think I know politicians have a low present company excluded, but most politicians have zero shame. But here she is running for office again, surely Chicago residents aren't going to put her back into office. They probably will put her back in office and don't call me Shirley. Yeah, I mean, honestly, there's she's got ten candidates running against her, which is an indication of how many people think there's an opportunity there. But by the same token, that carves up the electorate such that somebody even as relatively unpopular as she is, has a pathway to a runoff at the end of February. And then a one on one matchup, depending on who that is, you'd be surprised the virulent strain of Stockholm syndrome that afflicts the people of Chicago.

Kyle Seraphin: FBI Stopped Tracking Potential Jan. 6 Bomber Suspect

"What is the common sense explanation It can't just be incompetence because the FBI seems committed to arresting everybody else for January 6th That's true So I don't want anyone to read any further into this than everybody at the FBI Washington field office was scrambling at the time But the case was initially assigned to agents that were working on counterintelligence 14 which is the Russian espionage squad So the only reason I could put that together is that they ran out of CT agents That's counter terrorism They didn't have anybody available and that was like the people who had the bandwidth to handle it But it was weird They don't have experience in working these types of cases in my experience I knew a lot of them I sat down sat on the same floor then for two years And it doesn't mean they're not good people It just means that that wasn't something they had an expertise in And for something of that priority you would assume it would go to people that just specialized in manhunts because that's what it was And you and I both know that there are so many cameras in the city of Washington D.C. on buildings I mean they're everywhere They're absolutely everywhere Well we were given information that they were tracking a legitimate subject probably the person who placed it And there's cameras in every metro station there's time cards for every time you spend a pass There's a lot of digital information that was being pulled through And they were able to come up with someone that we were following pretty quickly but why that person you know disappeared I threw out to another agent of mine a friend of mine and his explanation was yeah because they were a human source I don't know that that's true but that's one possible explanation and it's really disappointing if that is the case It's also possible that there was just sheer incompetence So you run it across the buddies that work inside the bureau and nobody has trust within the system That's not a good place for an FBI to be And that's kind of where I'm living right now It's like well did they screw it up or was it intentional And I can't land very strongly either way

"Just to be clear Kyle human source means a lot of things It doesn't mean because I've had a few people text me Sometimes you and I talk jargon and we don't even realize it Human source folks doesn't mean it was an FBI agent who didn't It means it could have just been someone they had as a source on that case or even an unrelated case who maybe did this thing and now they're like oh boy here we go This guy was one of our guys We have him on our kind of CHS Am I right about that We're not talking about an FBI agent who did this No I don't think that would be very likely at all Especially because there was so much confusion But the possibility that they found somebody's name in a source room that that's what it came up against The other possibilities and other government agency was working something and it just wasn't de conflicted And if that's the case you know I've talked to a number of people A lot of people had this instinct that it was a DHS situation That's kind of people have asked me about ray apps and I've had four or 5 different people say I'm pretty confident it wasn't FBI that the FBI wasn't running him as a source but there's always a possibility he was working for one of the other agencies that has a little bit less has a little bit more leeway when it comes to their intelligence type work So I'm not confirming or denying any of those things I'm just saying that that's kind of smelled to me And it's very strange to get pulled off what I would like I said I'm a law enforcement officer like by my training I'm sworn to the constitution and people safety and I really genuinely care What I don't want is someone dropping a bomb in front of anybody's building I don't care if it's people I hate And you just can't drop bombs because there's such an indiscriminate tool And so if someone's going to go around and start doing that I want to find out who the heck did it and I want to stop it Because I don't want that happening again And why are we two years away from it now It's still not getting an answer

"The first one was a story yesterday I was making the rounds I was going to get to it on my show unfortunately I didn't It was a story about a whistleblower and the January 6th bomber case And the whistleblower has told someone in the media that apparently the FBI the Washington field office specifically he took a year to open up a case on this alleged bomber who was alleged to have planted bombs in front of the DNC and the RNC that day before the January 6th incident there Well what would take so long to do that I mean I thought this was a big national security case I mean the insurrection and all that stuff They seem to be really interested in everyone else who showed up on January 6th What are your thoughts on that Well I mean it's pretty troubling So you may already know this but I was assigned to Washington field office on January 6th 2021 And I was there for a few more months until I left That was full 5 years of being there And at that time I was assigned to a surveillance squad in the second or maybe the third week of January My team was put on a potential subject of the pipe bomber case and we followed him for maybe a week and a half and change And then we were pulled from that assignment which we were told was a high priority assignment at the time to go and sit in our office and re January 6 leads that came in from the dregs of society that got forwarded over from West Virginia at what's called end talk And so I was always shocked by that I reached out to my buddies recently to find out if that ever got you know if they ever got retasked to that assignment and they didn't And so I'm wondering if they just dropped the ball so dramatically for a nefarious purpose or for incompetence but either way it's bizarre because that was the most terrorist like activity that we saw on that day And that was the thing that I'd be the most concerned about just as a regular citizen let alone being a law enforcement professional

Why the Left Is Obsessed With Sexualizing Kids

"But there's a reason the radical far left has become just obsessed with the idea of sexualizing and confusing our kids in an early age about their own sexuality And the reason is quite clear I described earlier in the hour this symbiosis between perverts really and far left socialists who see that both see division for their own mercenary reasons The socialists want division within the family unit because they don't want any competition with the state The war on the American family is not an accident folks the left doesn't do it by accident They don't just do it because they hate ward in June cleaver It's not why they're doing it They're doing it simply because the traditional socialist not the useful idiots The people who understand what they're doing and the tactics They do what they're doing because they understood that any source of principles and values outside of those granted by the state We're going to run in conflict with this state So if family and a dad and a mom impart upon their kids values that conflict with the state which they will at some point treat people fairly do the right thing These aren't things the state especially the communist state does They always saw the family as a detriment to their ideological cause Now when you combine that with perverts in society who want a sexualized kids and pedophiles who just want their own sexual satisfaction you don't want to feel guilty about their sexual proclivities They combine and you get this disgusting lurch to the left and want to sexualize kids For different reasons with the same endgame Division is the endgame Chaos is the endgame If they can divide and sexualize kids and divide them and separate them from your parents oh look at your parents they don't understand you're a boy Of course you can be a girl Come on

Charlie Talks to Dan Steiner, Founder and President of Pre-Born

"A pre bore and dot org great organization and Dan Steiner who runs it joins us right now. Dan, welcome to the program. Hey, Charlie, good to see you again. Thank you for having us on. Yeah, of course. Love the organization. Walk our audience through pre born and the important work you guys do. Yeah, so this is why it's exciting to be on the Charlotte church show today because you have spent countless hours championing the cause of these little babies across America on your programming and then the general electorate for people to act on their pro life beliefs. And that is what pre born does and particularly in partnership with your show here. We are the competition Planned Parenthood on an hour by hour basis. We're marketing on the Internet, reaching young women who are searching for abortion and our ads are competing directly with Planned Parenthood. We get them on get them to click on our ads, get them to our national call center. Route them to one of our clinics nearest them, show them their baby on ultrasound, refuting the ridiculous argument that, you know, there's no heartbeat as Stacey Abrams at 6 that's a fabrication, right? She lost on that, by the way. Show when they see that heartbeat, they know. It's like a smile. If somebody smells at you and back is typically means they're happy as Sam as they smile at you at the United States and if you hear a baby's heartbeat, it's not a blob of tissue it's a life. Yes. So that's what we have. Listeners partnering with pre born to do across the United States and I got to tell you, Charlie. So far this year, 43,000 women, 43,000 have chosen life for their babies in freeborn clinics.

Charlie Explains the Math of Maricopa Voter Suppression

"For the last couple of weeks, I've been pouring over the numbers. I say, how on earth did we get the projections that wrong? How did we get or we were off base and in reality we didn't what ended up not happening is 40 to 50 to 60 to 70 to maybe a 100,000 people based on the testimony today in Maricopa County never voted. They were turned away. The lines disenfranchised them. And Maricopa County has not given a micron of admission. To take responsibility, no, in fact, they blame me, they blame you, and they say, why don't you just vote early? It should not be a risk in America. To vote on election day. Period. It should not be something where you have to wonder if you'll be able to find a parking space. And the weeks that led up, Steven richer was asked by this program and many others, do you have the parking spaces? Do you have the toner issues set right? Cut 29 woman from communist Venezuela play cut 29. This is an honor that I can speak because I come from a communist country and I don't want this to become common this country. My family in Venezuela lost everything. And it was dominion machine somehow interesting. First of all, I would like to ask you about the supervisors. Please help me understand how can Cathy Hobbes couldn't say that if state be allowed to run for the election when she never kills herself, anybody? How is she allowed to run for a governor when she never accused herself as a Secretary of State? Can somebody answer this, please? I've been questioning, why is nobody talking about us over the media? She came from a communist country. She knows what comes next.

And that deserve a pardon today. 8 7 7 9 9 on Fox. We covered this a little bit the other day, but I'm down for reinvestigating. Again, hit us up at COVID on Richard. We're talking to a completely different audience now. We're talking to the Dan Patrick shows. People in the bayonets and everybody else. Who else deserves this part in 8 7 7 9 9 on Fox? I got the number one answer on the board. And it's not Mark Sanchez. Who deserves, who deserves forgiveness, a pardon, like a damn Thanksgiving turkey. Give it to me. Let's hear what my number one. I want to hear it right now. It's not Pete Rose. It's not any one of the steroid era. These are all debatable. The number one answer and it was from a caller on our show, just like a day ago, or two days ago. So I wish I could give credit. I think his name was Dave. I think Dave Goff, just making that you're just making that up. No, it was day. In Minnesota. It was Dave. Someone called said, hey man, you know who needs a pardon? Who? Steve bartman. And I'm like, you know what? Absolutely. I agree. Right? Like, this guy. Let it go. We destroyed this guy. The media, the fans. Just a damn nerd with his headphones on in glasses and just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Like all of us would have been if we were in that seat, it was, he was victim of looking like a nerd. That was it because everyone else went up for that ball. And he was victim of Moises Alou. He was wearing a green nurdle neck. Glasses, a hat, headphones. He just stood out. So everyone's like he did look like that. Yeah, that guy. Let's get him. He's wrong. He played it all wrong. And the fact that Moises aloo looked all mad about it. He hit the glove and everything. You know, that guy was one of the biggest fans ever. Never went back to Wrigley and I know that they forgave him when they won, but it's like too little too late. He's officially pardoned. Who do you forgive for their blunder? Do you forgive JR Smith for not knowing where the hell he was during the NBA Finals? Ah, LeBron. LeBron with his arms out like my heart. My hand on my heart. Okay, get it.

"Your problem or are you keeping your problem? Are you responsible for these lawsuits that have been filed or am I? Because if I am, that affects the purchase price. So I think that can be easily handled when you're talking about 7 billion changing hands. These cases and financially, this new lawsuit drop in the bucket. It's nothing. It's nothing. And it's of no concern to the new ownership whatsoever. Now, there could be other issues that become a problem for whoever owns the asset, but those are things that you would all figure out as part of the negotiation that leads to the final purchase price. Why $7 billion? Sounds good. Nice round number. I thought it was going to be between 5 and 6, but there were multiple reports over the weekend. He's looking for 7. And Dan, when you're talking about an NFL franchise, I think the balance sheets and the calculated book value, all that goes out the window. These are assets that are continuously going up in value. And it's just a matter of time before that $7 billion team is worth 8 or 9 or ten. Snyder will have flipped something he paid 750 million for into 7 billion in 23 years. Not to mention all the money he's made throughout the past 23 years. But these things keep going up and up and up. The gambling revenue from the proliferation of the legalization of sports betting has helped, but someone told me a couple of years ago, before too long, the average random run of the mill team is going to be worth between 8 and 10 billion. Talking to Mike florio from pro football talk, the commissioner in the crosshairs, you know, the exposure wise. Here's where it's a potential problem. For the commissioner. Now, there's a lot of ifs here, but bear with me. As I sound this out, the argument fundamentally is that the Beth Wilkinson investigation was completely covered up by the powers that be. And I remember at the time thinking, why are they trying to help Dan Snyder? Nobody likes Dan Snyder. The owners don't, he's not a popular figure. He's probably one of the most unpopular owners the league's ever had.

"Ben, how would you sum up the NFL owner's meetings? Very boring and predictable until about four in the afternoon when jimmer say out of nowhere, just drop the bombshell on all of us. And I was standing next to Albert Greer in the media scrum and we just kept looking at each other like, is this really happening? Is he really saying this? Because these owners, they never break ranks. You're never here one owner speaking of another. They always keep their issues in-house. Everything is very carefully planned. They keep the media behind these velvet ropes in like a fan basically at these meetings. And they have Goodell and NFL people give press conferences so they can let the owners sneak out the side door. Like everything is very carefully crafted. So for earth day to go kind of off script and to rip Daniel Snyder and to say that, yeah, we probably need to vote this guy out. That was shocking. And that certainly made all of our stories yesterday. All right, let me let people in on what happened. Here's the question to Jim irsay the colt's owner on possibly having Dan Snyder's sell his team. Should the Snyder family selves? I said he should there's consideration that he should be removed. You know, we have to complete the investigation. But to me, it's something that I think serious consideration has to be given to the removal. And we have complete authority to do that. Of him, which is what a family imperial. I think in general of him being removed and selling the franchise. Those

"And you got to respect what he's doing because of how difficult it is. I mean, it's one of the most resistant paths in terms of making impact. Think about it. There are 5 guys in front of you. They're all 300 plus pounds, and they can move. And a lot of times you get double teams. And even when you are single team, you make that impact play. It's the timing of that play that really has impact as a defensive end. Quarterbacks are the ultimate. Because not only do they get the yards, but they get the points. And they control the time of possession and the control of the amount of possessions. I've seen quarterbacks when they throw for four touchdowns plus, they're going to win 90 some percent of those games. I've seen defensive ends. When they get three, four sex, they still lose. They see you're still getting spanked. So as much as I want to root with my bias as being a defender, we don't make the same impact on the game as those quarterbacks. How is concussion protocol changed over the years? Well, one, there was no protocol when I played. I swear. So you didn't have to lie back then. No, no, no, we need the lie because they didn't even ask the question to lie about. It's so crazy, Dan, like we used to call it in your bell rung. Yeah. And that's it. Like concussion was left for outside of football outside of sports like a concussion. What do you mean? Like if you got knocked out, that's knocked out. Other than that, it was just getting your bell rung. So now listening to the guys in the protocol, obviously it was a good protocol, but it's not a perfect protocol because of the incentives. I'm not going to lie. If I were an active player right now, I would be incentivized to make sure I never lost time because of the concussion.

"Acting like this. Yeah, see. Do we have any video from the time we watch the Super Bowl with Todd? Remember we were in Los Angeles at the hotel and I think Josh Duhamel stopped by. The Nikon are somebody stopped by and was like, wow, this is a pretty awesome party. Yeah, I know. It was so sad. It was just us and a couple of beers and we had a big screen TV and we're like, yeah. We had a medium screen TV. And Todd eventually sat by himself. Nobody wanted to sit by him. If you remember, it was a little ballroom, like a little room, a side room at this hotel in Marina del Rey, and talking down, he was in his PJs at the whole thing, the horse head, and that he was just rocking back and forth and not really eating. He's very upset. And then at halftime, he just pulled an Irish goodbye and went upstairs, he's like, I got to go focus. It did, I felt like I needed to be alone and I spent the entire second half. As I normally do when we go on the road, just by myself when the hotel room. During the Super Bowl, but we had a better second half because you would laugh because I would hope so. It's not fun to watch a game like that with me. I understand how annoying that must be. But every play, you get upset, there'd be like, that's a whole. That's a hold. More relieved today. Dan orlowski or mark's Sanchez. Oh. Yeah, Dan Arlovski obviously, Jimmy G ran out of the back of the end. Well, he didn't run out of the back of the end zone. He more stepped out of the back of the end zone. And then yesterday you had a butt punt that kind of, it doesn't necessarily rival the butt fumble, but a butt punt is certainly noteworthy. I think Sanchez feels a whole lot better today. Because Orlovsky's was worse. It was like he was playing in the Canadian football league, and he thought the end zone was 20 yards. He's just roaming back there. But. That one's worse. Because if you look at the play, the Patriots blew up that play with Sanchez, where he ran into his offensive lineman. It wasn't that he did something where he was going to, I think the Patriots forced that. Whereas this one was like, all right, my blockers backing up and I kicked him. In fact, here's Kevin Harlan with the call. This is risky. Indeed. And we just told you he's only had one block in 14 years and that was number two. And look at where it comes in the game. Let's see if we can get this on the personal protector. Sure field hit his behind. That gives a whole new meaning to kick and you know what? Okay. Kevin Harlan with the call done by Kevin Harley. Yeah. I was doing from behind. Right in the butt. Will this backfire? Okay, all right. That one to me was more embarrassing than what Sanchez did. Orlovsky's was worse than what Jimmy G did. Yes. I think it's Vince wilfork, maybe. On the Sanchez play, who essentially just picks up the offensive lineman and throws him into Mark Sanchez. Yes. I think it's wolf fork. He doesn't really get enough credit for that. Sanchez gets all of the blame. But he doesn't get any credit because that was a unbelievable play. It was. That wasn't on Mark, even though he's always known as the butt fumble. But that one where you kick the ball right into your blockers butt. That one's more embarrassing. The grapo play is weird, though, because he steps on the back line and the ref is looking at another direction. So he doesn't immediately blow the whistle. That was gonna be a pick 6 when they were winning 7 5, and actually gave them an out. He didn't throw the pick 6. Would you rather step out of the back of the end zone and have that follow you for the next few years, or just a generic pick 6 in a national televised game? Pick 6 has happened. It's going to be played now with Orlovsky. He pulled in orlowski. He's part of the NFL lexicon for history. But that one was worse. If you watch our, he did not know where he was. And Jared Allen's chasing after him when he's out of the end. And I don't even think the official got Garoppolo and unfortunately too. Jimmy G has other notable accomplishments that you can point to. All he does is win. Unfortunately, for Dan, that's kind of the one you go to. You can't run down the great moments of Dan orlowski NFL games. Usually you go, hey, most memorable game. Remember when I ran out of the end zone? Yeah. Yeah, I remember that. Jimmy G at least played in the Super Bowl. By the way, knew this week. "They didn't association with the sons afterwards. But there were, from what I understand, a lot of sponsors that were joining the line and the dominoes were going to start falling pretty soon. And I think yesterday in Robert announcing he was going to sell the team was probably about the last time he would have been able to make that announcement or decision really of his own volition on his own time frame because the walls were going to start closing in. Yeah, I thought that when the commissioner said, hey, I can't do anything. Can he start the process of asking the other owners or governors about that? That's what I want. Hey, I can't take away his team. But Roger Goodell did this when I can't take away Daniel stunt, what can you start the process? And I wondered if Adam silver was going to start the process with the other owners. I think that was on the table. I don't think that had started, Dan. I don't think that process, but there's one pretty big difference in that in the NFL when the report came out on the commanders and Dan cider and all that, that report wasn't released in full. It wasn't really, they weren't given a lot of details. The NBA report is not the full report, of course. There was 320 witnesses who were interviewed. It was distilled down into 43 pages, but they were still 43 pages. And they were pretty specific on certain incidents. And I thought there was in a way that was the process, right? That is starting to process, like you drop that into the water. And give people time to read it and digest it. And I think the longer that was in the public consciousness, the more people read it, the more, and I have to give a lot of credit to the players who talked about it publicly because they did it before they were asked, right? LeBron James was asked to his opinion, he just gave it on Twitter and read it was Chris Paul. But they were specific and they were public and what they called for. And I just don't, there wasn't going to be a path for Robert Sauber to keep owning the team. He was going to fight. He fought real hard behind the scenes. To keep owning the team. But once the sponsors started pulling out, we're about to start pulling out in mass. That's when I think things really change for him and for the league and that they ended up in a place where and let's be real about it. If you're the other owners in the NBA, and in Congress, when they vote on something, it's all public, right? So on C-SPAN and you see who votes on everything and you have a record. In the NBA, those votes are supposed to be private, but you and I both know that every vote would elite.

"He's in Miami for the eagles and the dolphins. That'll be tomorrow night. All right, help me understand this when you first see the video of Aaron Donald. What do you think? Actually, Dan, it just brings back memories for me. I actually, my second year in the NFL, I don't know if I ever told you this before, but I got in a fight with lavar arrington. And I thought I was getting the better of the fight. I was hitting him in the helmet really hard, and I thought I kind of had him in a headlock. Next thing I know, levar got my helmet off, and he swung it at me as hard as he could. And I didn't have a helmet on. And that could have been real, real bad. Thankfully, he missed. But what's crazy, Dan, just to let people know the culture a little bit. The guys came over to break up the fight. So they're all like pinning our arms down. You know, my arms are pinned. Lavar's arms are pinned. Somehow he gets his right arm out and gives me a right hook to the side of my head, blood just comes streaming out. I'm out for one play. My offensive line coach is mad at me because I lost the fight. I go back into practice. The whole rest of the practice, I just have red blood coming down from my ear. I go in after practice. I'm 23 years old, Dan. And they put three stitches in the top of my ear, 'cause he split the top of my ear. Put three stitches in, they X rayed my hand, my hand was so bruised from punching his helmet. They thought I might have broke my hand. And I'll never forget, I called my wife, Dan, who was my girlfriend at the time, on the way home from practice, and I said, how was your day? And she's like, oh, you wouldn't believe it. At lunch, Stacy said, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever she said, right? And she said, well, how was your day? I said, well, kind of a tough day. I almost died. I got stitches in my ear. I almost broke my hand, but tell me more about what Stacey said at lunch. What led to the altercation with levar arrington. Great question. He didn't like the fact that they were putting him at defensive end a lot.

"Related? Apparently, ignore that. Have anything to do with his parents? Ignore that. Mom went through cancer treatment. We had Rick Stroud on, last hour, and Rick Stroud covers the team. Their details that he said he knew, but out of respect, he was going to let if Brady brought it up, he said eventually this will come out. And I don't want to speculate. Any more than I've already done. And to be fair, too Brady and his family, if it is something that's more serious within the family, that that's going to come out. Eventually. It feels like here's the thing that is not throwing me for a loop. You had these insiders. Their job is to break these stories. This isn't a sports story, except for that Brady's missing time in training camp. And that's what I have to wonder here. How sensitive is this story? With Tom Brady and his family. Because it feels like everybody is hands off. Nobody's seen Brady. So that can lead to a lot of different speculation. But I think being fair to this story, there's no rush here to be first. Break this story. And that's why it feels like this is a different story. We'll leave it at that. All right, Dan orlowski, the mothership will join us coming up. Got a few things talked to him about and phone calls. Let me get to Matt and Tennessee. Hi, Matt. Thanks for holding. What do you have for me? Hey, Dan. A long time first time? Yeah. 5 to maybe rough one 60. Okay. Very best work worse so the weekend. I had to have skin graft over the weekend and I'm going to be down for a few months. And I love that people find your show where they're going to be out. And you enrich eisen really help out a lot of people and probably more ways that you guys really don't know. But like, the best of the week. This happened to me a few years ago. This is what I first found your show back when you was on the audience channel, but so long ago we'd already laying was even on there. But I had no idea what I was going to do. But now I get to watch you guys show for the next three months. And one question and spin it off this got creative while sitting here waiting on hold. The face challenge we mean you okay. Between now and the day after your guys Emmy win. Yes. I'm hoping. Would you guys do to your body? But it's more pies to the face. Out of all the data from the losses. I will bet you that I can pay who it is. Who is it? Marvin's going to get more pies. To the face. Out of the field. Matt I'll do it. I'll do it. And I know you're down for a little while, so thank you for watching. Now, he says it's down for a couple of months there. I think. All right, so we wish you well, Matt. Thank you for the phone call. Fletch and Oklahoma fletch. Sorry to keep you waiting when you have for me. Hi, Dan. Worse than the weekend for me. We're last. I entered one of the most prominent DP show lister demographic groups Matt just mentioned it. It's the physically infirmed and homebound of what got me there was total hip replacement. My recovery time was really looking ominous, but I would have had to look forward to was for three hours a day, 5 days straight during the hardest part of the recovery journey. I would have the DP show to help me along in my deepest hour of need. So imagine my shock and surprise last Monday they want to open the peacock cap while lying on my bed of affliction and the DP and the nets were nowhere to be found. There I am in a panic scrolling through the listenings. They must be on vacation. Again, here I am faithful listener for years and when needed you almost. All I was left with was hello darkness my old friend. Well, you know what fledge from now on, I'll check in with you and let you know, give you a heads up when we're taking a vacation. But thank you for letting us know what we mean to you. Yes. I mean, I blame others too. If you've got a skin graft upcoming or a hip replacement, you should also plan around our show. You go a week early, you got to talk to your doctor and say, hey, there's a show I watch. I want to make sure I'm on vacation in August. Could I get it right after that? Bone spur, let's get it going. We're here for you. No matter what you're going through, if you're going to be at home, you're infirmed. You can't move. You can't change the channel. We're here for. Incarcerated? House arrest? Yeah. We're here for you. Got a monitor on your ankle. We're here for you. Ankle bracelet. We're here for you. That's our motto. We're here for you. That's our promise. We can't leave. We're here for you. You're physically not able to change the channel. We're here for you. Skin grafts is a new one. That is. That's an original one. Well, I didn't know what was graft of his skin and I thought well he's going to do a pie to the face and I thought, I don't know. That means his face must be okay then. I guess. I guess, but, man, that sure doesn't seem pleasant. No. Gotta admit, no. Especially if it's like a foreskin graft, but we hope it's not that. Really? Did I go there? I said that out loud. Skin grafts are very serious. I can't joke about that stuff. They're very painful. I did. I said, four skin graft. I don't know why. But that would be among the most painful of the skin grafts, probably. You've been quiet for how long? Then I gave you that. Thankfully. Yeah. You're done? I think so. Yeah. You should be. That's why you gotta go to the rabbi and get the little snip and then you don't have to worry about that. There's a mole, I believe. There you go. Nice job seat room. Go to the mole and then no concerns. I shouldn't have asked. Pep boys and oil change. Cone of silence, my old friend. There you go. I'm gonna hit the button here and there it is. You're watching on peacock. You know this makes me very uncomfortable. Cone of silence here. Yeah, but think about what you just said. And be better than that next time, okay? It's a coat of silence. I'm not supposed to respond. Are you ready? Let's play the luck with something covered here by this thing. You're claustrophobic. You're not going to ignore me. I'm not going to be ignored. Take a break. Dan orlowski are good buddy for the mothership, will join us coming up next year, Dan Patrick show. "Sorry. I'm not Bucky. Now Bucky, now Bucky's Friday. Bucky's probably still asleep right now. But Bucky's Bucky might be, he might be breaking down tape. What are you kidding? You probably, I hope he ain't breaking down tape. This Charlie probably break it down by 8 o'clock. He's a big workout dude. Early morning workout guy? I would assume that's just an assumption. Are you an early morning workout guy? I am not at all. I don't wake up early unless I have something to do. Yeah. No, I mean, that's one of the things with once you retire from your professional sport, all the things that you had to do for a long time. You're like, I no longer had to do my college teammate saint Bryant naughty. And we made a pact what the last time we were driving to do conditioning in college, local mistake, and we just have to do 6 in the morning out on the track. And we're like, hey man, we are never, ever, ever going to a track ever again, unless somebody's going to pay me to run for sure. I can't remember the last time I ran on a check. And I will say this because of my children. I get like, we start school next week. So I'll be getting up our ladies. It's people working a school district. They decide school is now going to start an hour early. 7 30. I'm like, these people, how do they get jobs that they have to start kids at 7 30 and get them out at one 30? I thought parents were still at work at one 30. How do they navigate through that? But I'll be getting up early every day now starting next week. So there's school search at 7 30 in the morning. 7 30 in the morning, a bunch of idiots in a school district. Well, they got a lot of other things too that Dan Patrick show Fox portrayed. We're going to gripe about schools. Then high schools, they have the block scheduling. They're never in school.
