Keep it up. Let's do some news. We'll do more sports. Thanks, Slick Rick. Sports was brought to you by Mike Lindell and MyPillow. News is brought to you by our friends over at EarlyTreatmentMeds.com. One word, EarlyTreatmentMeds.com. Use our code LFS6B. That will save you 50 percent over there. What's going on, Rick Delgado? All right. Well, jumping to the story that we tried to get to yesterday, but didn't have a chance to coming from the New York Post. This one about the staunch Donald Trump supporter who was gunned down by federal agents during a raid at his home in Utah last week. Now there are reports that he was brandishing at 357 Magnum. Yes, he was Dirty Harry when he was finally shot. The FBI said on Monday, the gentleman's name, Craig Robertson, 75, note the age, was armed with a revolver when he was confronted by federal agents trying to execute a search warrant on Wednesday over his alleged assassination threats against President Joe Biden and other top Democrats, the FBI said in a statement. Robertson resisted arrest as the FBI released that footage, maybe that that would confirm that that fact. Sure. As agents attempted to take him into custody, he pointed a 357 revolver at them. The statement, the statement said the FBI takes all shooting incidents involving our agents or task force officers seriously. The statement continued in accordance with FBI policy. The shooting incident is under review by the FBI's inspection division. We have no further details to provide at this time. Of course not. Robertson, who described himself on social media as a MAGA Trumper, was facing charges of interstate threats, a threat against the president and influencing impeding and retaliating against federal law enforcement officers by threat. It's a 39 page federal complaint, including numerous unhinged Facebook posts by Robertson threatening to assassinate Biden and other political leaders. I dreamed of I was in a dark corner of D.C. parking garage, one post said I was standing over the body of U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland with a bullet hole in his head and his forehead. This one. Well, I mean, that's not that's not good. That's not good. Yeah. That's a little strong. That's a little strong. Kind of kind of paints the picture there for you. Robertson was a U.S. Air Force veteran and twice widowed father of three following the shooting death. The family, of course, chimed in and said the incident was senseless and tragic. He was understandably frustrated and distraught by the present ongoing erosions of our constitutionally protected freedoms and the right to free citizens wrought by what he and many of the others in this nation observed to be corrupt and an overreaching government, the family said. And on Getter, Delgado, just, you know, Bravo, eleven twenty one says Dirty Harry had a forty four mag. You dope. Ah. So just so you know. That's all right. I was just trying to make I was just trying to make some fun reference there. Well, who said that? Well, now a couple of people have these. Now I'm going to put their address into Elon Musk's car and you're not going to go fight anybody. It's not going to be like Jay and Silent Bob at the end of keep the guns right here in the Bob strike back. These Texas nuts also said it was a forty four magnum. Of course, it was a big one, a three fifty seven anybody like Rick could hold a three fifty seven. And that's that's two people who say you're basically an idiot. You know, I've got a theory on this if you want to keep the idiot part going. OK, go ahead. My question is, if he had been making these threats all this time, what took them so long to get get around to wanting to talk to this guy? Like supposedly he'd been making threats for a long time. Why is it the week that Joe Biden is going to be in Utah that they decide, hey, maybe we should stop by and go see Craig and see what he's up to? You know, the 75 year old guy who walked around with a cane. What took so long? And then another question was brought to my attention by the great Dan Bongino, who is a former Secret Service agent. And he said this story does not make sense because why was the FBI involved? Any and all threats against a president are handled by the Secret Service, not the FBI, which makes you go, hmm, that's a very good question. Why wasn't the Secret Service involved? I don't know. Maybe there should be some oversight committee hearings on this. Well, you know, the one thing we always say, anytime you have these horrible events that happen some places, what's the what's the first thing that always happens is you find out the guy was on some watch list. They were aware of them. They had arrested him before. They had contact. Well, you always find that out. You always find out after one of these shootings, after one of these whatever, the first thing you find out the next day is he to go, oh, he was familiar with he was familiar to FBI agents. That's the first thing you hear. They know all about him. They know about his Facebook postings. They know about all the guns that he has. They know about everything that he does. And then, of course, we find out about all of this. I mean, it's all public knowledge at this point, probably within 24 to 48 hours they had released it all. Yet we still can't find out what was in the manifesto to the lunatic trans person who shot up that school and killed a bunch of kids. Isn't that weird? Doesn't that strike you as just a little strange? And of all of the again, just the theory, how hard it is to get anything on social media. You would wonder why this guy's stuff was how it remained up for so long. Yeah. How was it not flagged? How was it not flagged? How was it not censored? How was it not taken down? And how come the local authorities didn't pay him a visit first to say, hey, we're getting some complaints. I'd like to see the footage of that 44 pointed at him or whatever it was. What did you say it was? It was a .357. .357. Don't you know the difference? Well, I'm going with the people in the chat.

"Following for you this hour on WTOP. Juneteenth celebrations are underway across the country and it's no different here in DC. A crowd has turned out downtown at Black Lives Matter Plaza for a Juneteenth block party. Let's go live now to WTOP's Shana Stuland. Yeah, hey there. They're certainly having a lot of fun. There's live music. There's stuff for kids. There's a moon bounce. There's jump rope. There's food and organizer from LaToya Foster from the mayor's offices. This is really a celebration of unity, of culture, of bringing people together. One woman I spoke with said what makes it so powerful is that it's happening right by the White House. You can see the White House here and the White House was built by enslaved people in part and now they're having the celebration here to 158 commemorate years ago when the last slaves in this country were told they were free. So if you want to join, it's happening until five o 'clock and bring water, dress cool because it's quite hot outside. Guys? Alright Shayna, thanks so much. It's now 3 -0 -4. Well, most local governments and agencies around here are also observing Juneteenth. Metro trains are running a on Saturday schedule in observance of the holiday and Metro buses rolling on a Saturday supplemental schedule. D .C. public schools and libraries are closed and so are recreation centers, community centers and ...and indoor pools. The Department of Motor Vehicles is closed. The beltway topside is fine between Bethesda and college park south of town you're good. There's still a little heavy traffic on the outer loop as you approach in past Pennsylvania avenue, headed up toward Richie Marlborough road. There's some activity after route four X at 11. A Maryland bill that would expand the attorney general's powers in police investigations is moving forward as the Maryland Senate approved it 27 to 20. It would give the state attorney general independent authority to prosecute police after investigating officer involved deaths, supporters of the bill say it aims to end potential conflicts of interest between local prosecutors and police officers, but opponents like state senator Justin Reddy say it's an overreach of state authority. Married couples making a $150,000 or less a year, get a break of $1750. WTO P news. Metro is making final preparations to bring back automatic train operation systems, the systems were shut off after a deadly crash in 2009 that killed 9 people. So as metro made changes to that system to make it safer, NBC four transportation reporter Adam tuss was with us earlier. What has changed with metro is some of the track circuits that they use to basically tell the train operators and the train control system, whether or not a specific portion of the track is occupied. That is important because in that 2009 incident, what happened was the striking train was told that the tracks ahead were clear when in reality there was a stop train ahead. So what metro has done here is they've changed a lot of the circuitry on the tracks that now better tells the operators and everybody involved when a particular section of track is occupied. It's been tested and retested and then that equipment then communicates with the train itself. Metro says it's going to switch the system back on, sometime in the summer.
