"OK, so I got the new name, it's Gao Gei Zi Da Bi An Tai. Which means tall pervert in Mandarin. I think that should be his new ballot name. I think it works. Gao Gei Zi Da Bi An Tai. OK, so let's let's continue on this, though. Is there any hope that these bills don't pass through the legislature? I think people in California now, parents in particular, are starting to become aware of how dangerous this is. And there's been a lot of people that have been on the sidelines. And I think we're starting to see parents getting more and more galvanized. You look at communities like Temecula, California, for example. I know there's an absolute war between the state of California and that school board because the school board is banning LGBTQ curriculum and other forms of destructive curriculum. And as a result, the attorney general for the state of California is going after that school board. What it does is it presents just how galvanized these parents are getting. So to answer your question, I think it's a lot of this still goes fairly uncontested, in part because I think people are somewhat disconnected to the legislative process. Oftentimes, we'll talk to people and say, hey, are you aware that there are bills, for example, that want these legislators want 12 year olds to make their own medical decisions? And parents get upset and they say, OK, well, how do I vote on that? And we have to explain to them that, look, you already voted, you voted in these elected officials and they're making these decisions or they're sitting on the sidelines and not opposing whoever authored these bills. So some of it's, I think, still going fairly uncontested. I do start I am starting to see some of the tide changing where people are waking up and getting more involved. But it's really, I think, because of people like Scott Wiener, that people are getting woken up and involved. You know, he put out on Twitter a statement that said, hey, this guy just gave me a great bill idea offering Drag Queen 101 as part of the K through 12 curriculum. Attending Drag Queen story time will satisfy the requirement. And that statement, people would go, wow, maybe two years ago, that's clearly a joke, right? But I think we now know that he couldn't be more serious. Scott Wiener would absolutely author a bill saying that in order to graduate in K through 12 in California, that you have to attend drag queen shows and drag queen story time. And the other thing that's really nefarious that he's doing is he's not only talking about public schools, he's talking about private as well as charter schools. Yeah, I just Republicans refuse to do this in red states. I mean, it's just it's incredible. The Democrats are enthusiastic about using political power in every possible, every imaginable way. And I mean, look, this is this is the outright campaign of grooming children. Let me just ask one question specifically to California. What do you do? You have plans to leave? I know you're probably tired of answering this question. And if no, why? This is a question that's constantly debated in my home. I think if my if I said I'd leave tomorrow, my husband would be ecstatic. Look, I was born in California. I really do think the state is beautiful. That being said, it's I will probably stay in California and stand our ground. The reason for that is. California, you know, these elected officials, Scott Wiener in particular, has stated that these bills are so successful that he is working with 19 other states. To author similar legislation, which means we absolutely have to change what's happening here in California or you will not have refuge in any other state. I mean, we're starting to see legislation, both good and bad. You know, you're starting to see some states. I know Tennessee just enacted some pretty good legislation with states like Indiana. You're starting to see them put put bills in place and legislative action in place where they're supporting parents rights and medical freedom. One of our board members, Curtis Hill, is actually running for governor in the state of Indiana, and we're extremely excited about that because we know that he will make sure that the parents rights are protected and medical freedom is protected. But to answer your question, I don't think that we can all flee the state of California and expect that the rest of the United States is going to remain untouched. There's clearly a trend in in this country moving toward taking over parents rights and medical freedom. We're seeing it in the school system everywhere from Des Moines, Iowa, to places in Vermont and New Hampshire and, you know, places in the south and states that you would traditionally not. No, I'm not even saying you should leave. I talk about this to Jack Hibbs all the time, who's a hero of mine.

"He's offensive did a lot of people. Nothing wrong with that? There's something wrong with it all. Which is why, when that Senate race started, I was a Ricky to supporter. He was a great secretary of state. It was a pretty good congressman, and he's thus far been a pretty darn good attorney general. Look, Ricky knows how to play dirty. He's a region guy. Okay, so Ricky to will fight back. He knows the tricks of the trade. I think it'll be a little different animal than what they've done with someone like Curtis Hill, who wasn't as politically connected as Ricky to yous. And Rick, he'd want to be governor. Don't kid yourself Ricky to wants to run for governor in a couple years, And he sees ah big opportunity on the right to fill that to fill that void. It feels like there's a big disconnect between the Republicans that air in the office at the State house and the way people around the state think what a Republican should be yet but the people and enable that they enable it, though, because people keep voting straight red and you have to stop doing that. These Republicans, many of them they don't like you. They don't care about you. They used the are in the red brand to get elected. And then they go in. I mean, think about the state Legislature the past four years. Take away the Holcomb stuff and their refusal to rein him in. They've raised more taxes in any four year period in Indiana history. They spent more money in any period than for you in a four year period, and they've done nothing for the actual taxpayer. The Republican Party and Indiana is the party of big government and big taxes. We're going off the rails with Rob Kendall here on the Hammer and Nigel Show. We spend a little of our time on your program earlier today, talking about critical race theory, and you were the one that always says bad government travels fast as man. It's a plague. And I said, You guys the link to what Wayne Township and Ben Davis was doing, and then it's funny how later in the evening after we post about it online, we talk about it on our show. Ah, lot of the real hard language on that website. Went missing for some reason on now surveys air going out to teachers and Beech Grove, asking them their thoughts on how they handle certain CRT types of situations. I got a bad feeling robbed that this thing is here to stay. It is. It's bad government is like the plague. It'll find you very, very, very fast. And these school people, this is why I fought this for years. His wife fought these referendums. These blank checks. They are, in many cases radical lunatic extremists who will do just about anything to get in power, grow power and indoctrinate your kids so that the far left liberalism Continues, like, think about what you've got going on all across the state. Right now. You're talking about the thing with Ben Davis. They're just blatantly covering something up because they got caught looking Brownsburg. They looking people right in the eye and lie into him at public meetings. No, we're not teaching critical race theory. Bull. You know exactly what you're doing. Look at Carmel. They're denying people the ability to speak at school board meetings. How sick do you have to be as they were saving places in line for the like a Rolling Stones.

"Thanks is always to our segment sponsor the one the only the fabulous garage doors of Indianapolis. Let's start off big picture here and then we'll drill down What's going on here in central Indiana. This question kind of has something to do with what's going on in Indiana, but the Pennsylvania voters did you see this? They basically laid the smack down on that lunatic lockdown. Governor Wolf has to constitutional amendments. And basically has said You will never lock us down indefinitely again. What do you think? The significance of this is in a Democrat state like Pennsylvania? Why is it happening here in Indiana? Well, first of all, isn't it amazing the anger at that governor And yet we're led to believe that people in Pennsylvania came out and said, Oh, yeah, we love Biden Give us more Biden. Its interest were led to believe that these people are in rage and were lead to believe. Oh, yeah. The no voting irregularities they enrage. People also voted for mass guy for press. Then I mean, give me a break, but what it really shows us is that it did to bring you back home. The Republican Party in the state of Indiana likes masks and mask mandates. It's the only logical explanation. Why is that? And I've got a question for you about that, because Texas governor just forced local governments and school signed an executive order, saying schools Cannot require facemask mandates of my buddy email Me is like a weight were Republican state. Why can't we do that? Right? The governor, they could solve a to one of two ways. The governor tomorrow could come out with an executive order We have all know has no problem issuing those and say we're done with this or the Legislature is still in session. They have not adjourned yet. They could come back tomorrow and fix it, which are Republican supermajorities. Either one of those ways you could eliminate face masks in schools tomorrow. The only reason it's not happening is because the Republican Party in Indiana likes masks. Is this because there's no competition in the state once you get out of Indianapolis and a few other Bigger cities. It's straight. Read it straight Red. If you haven't our next to your name, it doesn't matter what you've done. You're probably going to win your election. Have they gotten complacent and this is why we've got The situation that we have here where? Hell you can't tell if our governor is a Republican or a Democrat. So couple things happen. One. The Democrats were so bad in the mid middle part of the last decade with walkouts and things of that nature. They were highly offensive. And then what happened is the Republican Party recognized this. And after Murdock, they declared war on conservatives. They weren't They don't even try to hide. It was working for the state auditor at the time, and we go to these Lincoln Day dinners and stuff and party bosses would stand up at these events and go. We're never you know, the pair of paraphrasing you stay exactly like this. But if you read through it or paying attention is that we're not gonna allow conservatives to win these elections anymore because we don't like him and we don't want him And to their credit. That's the you know the whole come Hup for crowd. Has done a tremendous job of getting these. They're Democrats. I mean, they put in our next to their name. But these these left Republicans at best into these into these statehouse and state Senate seat. Who are they trying to appeal to video I've got I'm raising my hand right there because one of my theories was hammer and I told my buddy this who sees guys like the scientist in Florida and guys like Avenue in Texas, and he's like, Wait a minute. I thought we were like heavy Republican state what's going on here? And I said I think maybe there's an element of woken is involved in this are giant corporate Isn't Holcomb trying to attract these giant corporations? These woke requirements that they have when considering moving here, you've gotta know. Hence the get no hiring of the diversity and inclusion anybody officer in his administration. Will that play that? That that that lady for who works for Brownsburg Now Who's the DEA officer for Brownsburg Shallow Webb, who's on tape? I mean, she sees race and racism and everything. She was at the same position for the state before that. Look. Eric Holcomb is a big government guy Eric Holcomb's Hole. He's never had a real job. At least not since he was in the military. His whole life is has been government in politics. The money's always there The checks always there. He doesn't run around with average people who are always you know, is run around with with governors or what they use Senators When he worked for coats, he was the party chair. People kissed the ring finger. He's not a normal person has no idea of the life of a normal person. He's a big government, elitist and Eric and hope for this is really hope for more than Erica's Eriks. Complete buffoon and incompetent has done a tremendous job of bullying and intimidating Republicans who good to not go against Eric. I mean, look at what they did to Curtis Hill. That stuff with Curtis Hill wasn't about Curtis Hills about sending a message to these other people. You better line up. You better not cross the governor. Are they going to do that to Todd Ricky to because he's the new Curtis Hill? He's the new attorney general, and I just get the feeling that I'm Ricky. It is not a big fan of what he sees in Governor Holcomb. He's already kind of leading the charge to don't get rid of critical race theory, but at least open up some discussions with the governor here. What's this? Look like here, Rob. So Ricky is interesting. And look, Ricky did I used to get along real Well, we used to play Bellagio to play play cards together at the Bellagio. But kidding, of course, but Top. Ricky to throughout his political life has been very successful when he's Todd Ricky to he's tough talking, finger pointing guy when people in this room and a lot of other people got sideways with Ricky to was that embarrassing US Senate campaign that he ran a couple years ago where he tried to be Donald Trump, which he's not Todd. Ricky does a conservative. He's a tough talking straight talking guy. He's offensive did a lot of people. Nothing wrong with that? There's something wrong with it all. Which is why, when that Senate race started, I was a Ricky to supporter. He was a great secretary of state. It was a pretty good congressman,.

"Producer Jacobs here just saw that Republican West Virginia Governor Jim Justice has signed a new measure that will give $100 savings bonds to certain residents who get the vaccine. Basically, if you are from anywhere between the ages of 16 and 35, you are going to get $100 savings Bond if you get your vaccine, And if you have already had your vaccine and you are in that age group, you will also be eligible for $100 Bond on Lee Gonna cost 27 a half million dollars if it has near perfect success, and if they run out of bonds, they're just going to start handing out cash. This is so gross that the that the states have this much money laying around, and most of it is because it came from the federal government in terms of the stimulus. We've seen it here where the quote unquote Republican Legislature had $2 billion handed to it and had a week to spend it and said, We'll just throw it in public education. Here you go. It's the It's Spanky from the little rascals mean we're the throwing money out the window. These these governments, the state governments, these Republican state governments, not just Democrats. This is sick. It's pretty. It is pretty icky. You're going to pay people for medical behavior. And this is where you talk. It's the radio people can't see you done. I thought you were like in the middle middle of the road. But what else is there to say? They're now paying people. They're picking winners and losers for medical behavior. And and its behavior specifically about getting a non FDA approved shot. It's on Lee approved for emergency use, and so now they're having to bribe people to actually take it, particularly people in that age group of 16 to 35, who most likely are not going to be affected by cove it if they get it. How does the government ever tell people they need any more money when you apparently just have $27 million laying around to pay people who for the most part Aren't at risk it all of death with this with this virus. That you have that sort of money laying around. And what does this say about the people in charge? When you get this money handed to you and your initial responses, like in Indiana, they'd already done the budget. They'd already done the budget. And then you get this money and the initial responses and Let's give it back to the people earned it the responses. How many special interests can we make happy at one time? Well and correct me if I'm wrong, but it wasn't it. Weren't they just projected revenues, So it's not like somebody said Here is a $2 billion check. Please do with it what you will. It's just some group in New York. That said, Hey, we think that you're going to take in two billion more than you thought You might. Yeah, and so go ahead and spend it. And on that account here in Indiana, they're banking on the economy continuing to search Under Biden. Oh, wow. So I want to see the Indian a Legislature next year if it doesn't come true or three years from now, if it doesn't happen, go back to these public school teachers and go We're bad. We're gonna We're gonna take that money back now. No, because you what they're gonna do, They will never, ever, ever do that. That becomes the baseline. It's the same thing ever in the nineties, when Clinton said we're gonna put a cop on every corner, remember that, and they throw all this money at these state and local governments to hire more police officers. Well, the dirty on that was it was only money for a short period of time, like a paid salaries for a year, Right? And then what do you do? Well, you can't know community's going to extract that police officer Now they may in the current environment, defund the police, but nobody was going to do that. So now communities had to Hey, Maurin taxes for these police officers while Clinton goes and goes, look at all these police officers at every corner, saying you almost sounded like him first against same thing here now the baseline for all these teachers because, well minimum of $40,000 for every single teacher where they know regardless of what school district you teach in age experience, Whatever. That's never going away. Well, how you gonna fund that? If if the if the endless ball of money doesn't continue, and it won't know, of course, I know it won't the these and Jim just well, he's or pretend republic. He was a Democrat. Then he flipped over toe Republican there in West Virginia. They're all gross. There is no difference between the two parties. They're both addicted to buying votes with other people's money, and you're all gonna pay for it eventually. Wow. Good start to the hour. Let's go. Well, I have some good news about the Idaho State House Legislature. Yes, so that the Idaho House of Representatives voted 57 to 12 Thursday to pass HB 377, which is a bill that forbids the teaching of critical race theory in Idaho schools. Good on them, right. It's heading to the Senate now. I'm not sure what the makeup of the Senate in Idaho is. That's not information that I have readily stored in my brain Euler area. However, I think this is a hugely positive step. And I When I saw the story come out, I tweeted it and copied the Indiana GOP because I was like, where you guys at, like, Why can't you do this? This seems like a no brainer. But the difference is the Indiana GOP believes in that stuff. Look at where the money went looking out. Eric Holcomb met and gave Viper treatment to a domestic terrorist, Malik Mohammed. That's who wrote that is who wrote the criminal reform bill when they sat on the little table and had their power out together the Maliki they should call it the Maliki Muhammed criminal Reform bill because I've heard from multiple people that Eric took those requests from Malik Mohammed and were inserted into the police reform bill. They believe in this stuff. Eric is a liberal. The governor of the state of Indiana is a liberal he hides behind it are but everything he does is hard Core left and the Republican Party in the state of Indiana and these weak ass legislators are scared to death because Eric and Kyle Hump for are not afraid and knocking somebody out at the knees. Look at Curtis Hill. They don't wanna end up like Curtis Hill. So nobody's going to cross this guy. So this is what you have The Greatest governor that big government lobbyists and donors could have ever bought. Well, Like I said, in the top of our at the top of our show, when we were talking about the caramel school board, I am awaiting permission to share the name of the Facebook group that I joined in order to see the videos from the school board meeting last night, and apparently, I'm as I continue to wait for that permission. I know that there's discussions being had with the leaders of that particular group, as well as similar groups that have been started. In other Indiana cities, and so what I think they're trying to do is get better organized, which is fantastic, because then once they're organized, and once we're able to talk about that on the air, then there is a much better method. When they are organized to not only, you know, speak, speak their points at a school board meeting but also take it straight to the Indiana Legislature. And these are very, very determined. Parents who are angry and they will make I mean they will. They're not just going to rest at the school board. Well, good because the teachers gave the blueprint when they when they walked off the job in 2019 and Storm the statehouse. The teachers have given the blueprint on how you get things done with these legislators. It is the squeaky ist wheel. And and the people who resist the most. That's what those teachers did in 2019 leaving their communities. Many of those parents had no way to care for their kids. They had to take off work. They created tens of millions of dollars of economic damage in these communities when they walked off the job and came here to the Indiana statehouse and then hammered. I caught a bunch of them drinking at the gaming house down the street while they were while they were here, So that's the blueprint, and it's sick and it's gross. But here's what your problem is. Here's what you're dealing with. What's your favorite word on this show? Disingenuous. Very go big. You're dealing with a bunch of highly disingenuous people who aren't actually out to solve problems at our state capital. Because with all that money that they got, keep in mind, they're spending all this money and these Val projected together, right? They've already spent the money. They're not. The money's been spent, whether we get it or not. But on one hand, they're throwing hundreds of millions of dollars at vouchers.

"So the Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson is announcing that she is resigning today. Uh, and very important that in her statement, she says that she will formally submit her resignation once the governor choose his successor and that successors ready to serve. So This is where was where it gets really important. You have to pay attention to the words. The governor chooses a successor now, Connie all in fairness, all read Connie's official statement. Like many Hoosiers, 2020 took a toll on me. I am resigning so I can focus on my health and my family. I will work with Governor Holcomb to ensure next secretary of State is up to the task and has the tools and resource is to hit the ground running. Now. That's important, too, because if there's some, you know, dire health thing that's kind of sounds like there's a health thing. Well, no. Usually if there is, they spell that out. What if she's like a super private person about her? Okay, There's maybe a chance, but I'm telling you far more likely. I mean, you would spell that out. If there's some dire health reason you would normally spell that out. What this is going to do now is it's going to allow the governor To pick The very next likely nominee for Republican secretary of state in the state of Indiana. Because Republic the secretary of state is nominated at Republican convention. The voters, don't they don't you don't run in the primary for secretary of State and conservatives in this state have woken up as we saw in the election last time, and those are the people. Who are most likely to run for convention delegate and with a bevy of issues. They're saying, We're going to establish a check on the governor through the people that we nominate because clearly the Legislature is not going to do it, and Eric's not going to check himself. So what this early resignation is allowing him to do is to appoint a hand picked successor. Rest assured, it won't be a conservative hell. I may even be a Democrat knowing Eric and that will give that person a two year head start on fundraising and organization to run for secretary of state in 2022. It does seem like is there I know it says that she's resigning today. But is it effective to the Oh, okay, won't be effective until he picks the nominee. Okay. She's just announcing that she's resigning today. As soon as there's a weather person shows and there's no like check and balance on this. It's like whoever Eric picks Becomes the secretary of state. Right? So now keeping right now Eric got Curtis Hill thrown out now repeated opinion. What day wakes up could be a friend or a foe, but it's better than Curtis. Eric got the Legislature to eliminate the superintendent of education. He's picked that person. Now. Eric's picking the secretary of state, Eric has basically in in part, picked three of the statewide officeholders. Think about that. Wow. Got for Holcomb, that establishment wing of the Republican Party. They do this on a daily basis. Wake up, people. Wake up. What does that mean, though? What do you asking people to do get involved? Do not just because Eric pick somebody Do not let that person coast somebody good needs to run for secretary of State. That isn't as we saw in Georgia as we saw in Michigan as we saw in Pennsylvania. It can happen here. You need to make sure a good person runs a conservative needs to step up and run for that office at convention. Don't let them get away with this stuff. You know that Now our voice mail is gonna be filled with people telling you don't run. No, you're gonna have more nightmares and it's gonna be this big things, But this is this is serious, Serious stuff and People need to be aware of what's happened because it's happened before when they literally stuck. I mean, literally. They stole your ability to vote for superintendent. Well, we don't we can't risk you picking an independent thinker, so we're gonna take that away from you. Well, we can't have an attorney general that holds the governor in check. So will smear him out of office. Well, now we can pick the secretary of state. It keeps happening over and over and over again, and people have the people have to be the check and balance because the Legislature won't do it. So mad. Did anything I say there. Did you go? Well, that's really irrational. No, I mean it's all rational. It's all fine. And that is in stark contrast. By the way, too. I'm going to read you two headlines that are for real, and I just want you to just soak in how ridiculous the presses right now, So this came from Yahoo! This is their official. I Like their news page, and it's their life section. Okay, this I'm reading this verbatim. First lady Jill Biden wore a scrunchie while shopping it gets better, and people felt so scene. Not even making that up. People wouldn't have it in people felt so scene. What does that mean? It means that she was relatable like they felt like off. Finally we have a first lady like us. She were scrunch ease. What I What are you saying? I know I can't believe I'm saying it either. But I'm saying it because this is a real headline. This is thanks to Emily Tan and bomb from that it's at Yahoo life. I am not making this up. This actually says that and then the very first line of the article says spotted Dr Jill Biden, wearing the most relatable hair look to make a comeback in the past year. This is for real. They mentioned the bidens and hair in the same sentence. Yeah, because she was wearing a scrunchie. I want to talk about Joe Biden's hair or their e mean this is insane. And then so so there was that and then politico. I saw this article this morning and I just cannot. There's a giant photo on political on politico. Where I'm not exactly sure where they are. This might have been on Inauguration Day. Yes, As a matter of fact, it is on Inauguration Day. So Joe Biden is sitting in a sea outside right and the giant Bible that he's going to be sworn in on is sitting on a little table next to him, and Jill is sitting behind him, and there's a photo of her reaching forward and putting her hands on his shoulders. Okay, so I mean, you know, it's almost like she's trying to wake him up like that would be. That's the impression that I get from it..

"If you wouldn't mind, I thought this would be of interest to you because you were going to talk about teachers, and that is, according to today. Teachers are upset because they feel like they're being bullied by who by everybody Because people are complaining that their kids are not school. They're upset about the massive health risks that their kids now face for being out of school. But for example, Sarah I don't know if that's her real name or not. Sarah feels like she's has valid reasons for concern because what about when her kids travel out of state or they have play dates with other kids? And then they don't quarantine And what if there's families of students that don't take precautions, she says, And I quote there's anxiety. Family's personal choices are going to affect the whole class. And I don't think parents see how hard you're working. Here's an idea. Go to work. Let me let me tell you a little story. Your mock you wanna You wanna guess how many days I've missed in the past year? You don't ever take time off. It's true zero to the point I was I worked so many extra days. I didn't get to take my vacation days and they've extended them into the next year because I not only worked all of my days I worked everyone else's days because that's what we do is Americans. We go to work and they can't. This is what makes me crazy about teachers complaining about this stuff. And there are so many people that are going to work who face the same or worse conditions. You the CDC is actually looked into whether or not school's gonna open safely and they can. There are plenty of places where people essential employees are going to work day in and day out and facing risks every day and you don't hear them wining like these teachers. I don't know. I'm not saying all teachers The teachers that keep making these headlines are the ones I'm just like, Would you shut your face Because nobody wants to hear this. There are plenty of truck drivers and grocery store workers and public facing people in positions that are essential. They are tired of hearing. You complain. Everybody has a job to do. Go freaking, do it or get a different job. Degree. All right, there is my rants. Now I know you have one, too. Oh, you're the angle on today. I got Oh, you know, I wanted to come back to this county law something so people aren't aware Connie Lawson, secretary of State, She's resigning two years early from her term. And many of us for two years ago, said does the four year term said this was going to happen. And her her quote was that, like many Hoosiers 2020 took a toll on me. I'm resigning so I can focus on my health and my family know I'm a person who believes if you're a public office holder, and you are going to say it took a toll on me and my family. I want to know what that is. I'm your boss. I bet you took this job You signed up for four years. If you're not fulfilling your obligation to the taxpayer, and there's some sort of health issue that prevents you from doing the job that you have an obligation to tell me that these vagaries don't work for me, especially when many, many people predicted this would happen because it gives the governor the ability to appoint her replacement. She was term limited couldn't run again. So it lets Eric who's already picked the superintendent of education, because he took away our right to vote for that, and totally manipulated the vote on the attorney general to get rid of Curtis Hill. He went well now. Essentially picked three statewide elected in air quotes, officeholders. That's crap. He's doing that to give that person a huge head start Fundraising financially convention where we pick the secretary of state. Oh, this is the incumbent here. She's you know, doing a great job. We need to keep them in there. They're manipulating the vote and Eric Holcomb and Kyle Huff for have completely taken control of the Indiana Republican Party. So what end like so okay? Say he picks somebody. What is what is he afraid a super conservative secretary of state would do challenge him on a whole bunch of things? I mean, just keep in mind they arbitrarily the governor and the secretary of State just change the vote this year. They just were changing the date of the election. The secretary of state has immense power over over businesses. There's a wide swath, the secretary of state is arguably the most important elected official in statewide official in state government. I mean, you could make a compelling case. In many cases, the secretary of state is as important if not more than the governor. It's an incredible as we saw in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania on down the line with this past election, so people need to be aware of that and know why it's happening now. It's happening now so that they convict eight who the next person in that offices and conservatives need to stand up and fight back. But the other thing I wanted to talk about. Is anything in her resignation. I've dedicated 32 the last 32 years of my life to public service. She's talking about elected office. So let me put almost job. I'm a little gloomy put in perspective. What this is my dad when he was the chief probation officer, Hendricks County worked with Connie Lawson when she was the clerk of court in Hendricks County. My dad went on to have an entire career in flaw. Enforcement of the federal government mark an entire career, and he's been retired 13 years on top of that, and this woman is still in elected office. So how old is she? She's She's gonna be in her seventies by now. She's further my dad. So either put them up to the point of this is why things never change. It's the same people in elected office, making the same decisions for more than 30 years. We have to get new people. Independent thinkers get these people off the Griff pick.

"Could run again. And this is I think it's more about ruining his brand as well on another level may be lower, but I think you're spot on with that. I mean, yeah, it's a message to the voters. And this has happened before. I remember in what would this must have been 2013 2014 when I was working for the state auditor at the time, and one of the things you do for fun is I would go to these different Events that they would go to and at the time the Indiana Republican Party did they just come off the Murdoch thing when the Murdoch collapse Murdoch moment the Murdoch moment and they made it very clear. They being the party, the party chair, you'd go to these events that they would speak at. We are never Ever going to allow conservatives to embarrass us like that ever again. And if you look at what the Indiana Republican Party has done since then, outside of Mike Pence, who Mike Pence is mostly just speak. He's actually a party insider. They really weren't that offended by Pence. They haven't allowed any outsiders. They haven't allowed any. Uh, any rogue people other than maybe Curtis Hill and look at what they did to him. They've been very successful. The same thing is going on nationally. Now. We were embarrassed by Donald Trump and the Republican Party includes with the Democrats will never, ever allow that to happen ever again. What cracks me up a Ziff, You go on social media. You look at Facebook, Twitter instagram. The folks who hate Donald Trump are telling you all the evidence. Is there all the evidence is there and when you simply point out, but there was a guy that shot Steve Scalise. These folks have said the exact same thing. They point back at you. That's what about is, um, like it's so divided Right now. They could say I have proof that the spaghetti monster existed. We don't have pictures of it. Nobody knows where it's at. But we've got proof People would believe it right now because they hate Donald Trump's So much well, and it's also about connected. It's about sending a message not just to trump voters, but people outsiders who are considering getting involved in the process. It's about sending a message to those people. You don't want to end up like this guy. We destroyed him. We can destroy you. Free thought is not necessary, No, nor warranted or wanted. And if you're thinking about unless you're a political insider about joining our club Think otherwise. Going off the rails with Rob Kendall. Here on the hammer in Nigel Show, Let's turn our attention to weave in Deland hair, sniff and kissed, stealing Joe Biden. There's some chatter some scuttlebutt that he's considering a domestic travel ban to Florida not because the numbers are bad. The numbers are actually going in the right direction. But because the numbers are so good, we don't want to take a step in the wrong direction. Bringing breakers. Oh, man, we're going to go to Florida and come home and kill your grandma is the same stuff all over again. The thing Well, there used to be a time where you would say that we dismiss it out of hand, right? But now you don't dismiss it out of hand it all because look at what the government has gotten away with for the past 11 months. There is no limit. They'll push the limit until someone tells them no. And in this case, Supreme Court hasn't really done a whole lot. These federal judges have haven't done a whole lot because they always put the cases in places in which they're Democrat appointed judges. For the For the most part. So is that really that ridiculous And it's funny that he singles out Florida, not California, which also has warm weather and beaches, not anywhere else. It just happens to be a Republican state where the governor is incredibly popular. He's gaining a lot of national attention because the fact that he kept things open their economy is Coming back to life. More so than other large states. This is about the Democrat Party being scared to death of Ron de Santis. Yeah, as you guys know, I am both a ham, roid and Nigerian fans of both of us. I have your life size photos on the wall over there. Remember the remember the Michael Jordan life size poster that had the measuring stick with it? So you could see how tall you're getting both of those and Hammer and Nigel so I can track my growth. Yeah, I was listening the other day, and you guys made a great point, which is dis Santa scares the hell out of them because he's trump without the baggage. He's He's a suave, slick, articulate version of Trump. You get all the good or most of the good stuff policy wise, but he's not gonna call a porn star horse face, right. So he's the guy right now that that's where the bar is, If he's not gonna make the mistakes the Trump made, but He could go at the media. He can articulate the message and you are seeing that the media's quickly disseminating down to Florida to try to take that take this guy out and you speaking of bars Hammer. I feel like Biden is trying to set the bar a little low in terms of covert response and like he's talking about, you know, we're not gonna be able to go to Florida and we're gonna have to take a test before you get on an airplane. And you know the schools won't you know, we'll let him go back. But one day a week. Because the numbers are falling in such a huge direction, and I feel like the bar set low where he's gonna be able to claim victory here in another month, not what this is really about, but the promise he doesn't he doesn't want. The left doesn't want to victory because once they claim victory once they claim.

"They could have already done it from Day one. Curtis nicely put forward the bill that says this emergency declaration is over. If you want it, Holcomb, Walk your butt 3 ft. Up up a couple stares and come ask for it. We're here. Remember the whole time when he was doing all these shutdowns and made it well, Yeah, you know, the When the General assembly comes back, we'll get together and we'll figure this out. I'd love to have these guys in here, but this is an emergency. They're here, Do it. The Legislature, the Republican Party in the state of Indiana. The dirty secret is they're fine with this because he takes all the blame and they don't dare cross him because they saw what happened to Curtis Hill. When you cross high tax hold. I would assume if a bill like that were to come across his desk, the big V The veto, right? I mean he would veto it. But the veto threshold is just a simple majority in the state of Indiana. It's not like the Congress. I mean, the Legislature has all the legislative power. The governor's job is to enact the world the Legislature. They don't want to touch it because they're fine with it. We're going off the rails with Rob Kendall from the mock and Rob Show Here on 93 W A. B C. Tony Cats, self inflicted wounds are the worst, and he has been guilty of it for four years. But on policy. "Time that this zone everyone's I'm trying to do a 10 hour thing here in about 10 minutes, but So as part of the rule of having primary ballot access the Republicans and Democrats if this candidate runs for statewide office are required to get the 445 100 signatures. Basically the theory behind that is Look, you have all this free exposure. You have all this free advertising. You should be able to get these signatures. It's 500 all nine Congressional district because the Republican Party and the Democrat Party have these massive built in competitive advantages because of that secretary of State's race qualification That's where the whole Todd Young thing comes. And he didn't get the signatures in one of the congressional district, of course, because he had access to the election board. They threw it out, whatever. But the point is This bill King of yesterday by a guy named Ethan Manning and Ethan Manning is one of those guys that came out of the womb in a suit and tie. I know you should I I looked him up to see a picture of him and I was like that guy definitely counts a lot of beings. He is one of those guys very there is very sad. He's one of those guys remember, Ethan when he was maybe 20 years old, I met even He's wanted to be in politics, as long as he's been reciting the English language. It's really sad character. But what happens is he's now a state rep is very young state rep and what happens to these guys when they get in there? Is they so badly? Want to be liked? They're what they call we called water carriers because I don't have any original ideas don't have any thoughts of their own. They're not capable of thinking things through. So he represents house District. 23 will be giving you his contact information here shortly so you can let me know what you think about this. Which is my Miami caddies Peru. I think part of Logan's ports in the district. And so what happens is experienced legislator comes to young water carrier guy and goes here could put this bill up because you want to move up, right you want You want more power? Your committee ships you can you know of the Republican leadership. And so he agreed to carry this bill. And that is completely gross. Because of all the things going on in this state right now Million plus people put out of work. Thousands of businesses shut down the emergency declaration of the governor that the Republican Party the state wraps, the stationers promised they would address right out of the gate. This is what they're putting forward. They're mad that Donald Rainwater got 11.7% of the vote. Republican Republican Party in the state of Indiana is so insecure There's so insecure and they hate freethinkers so much that one libertarian gets above 10%, and they completely freak out and try to move the gold and they're going to move the goal posts. Rainwater didn't win. He wasn't close to winning. But they know hundreds of thousands of people walked away from the Republican Party. Not because rainwater was some dynamo. Sorry, Don. I loved Andre Water, but it's so much of that. And you recognize this was about people being fed up with Eric Holcomb fed up with the lockdown fed up with the man. AIDS and rainwater was a good dude who spoke the truth. The people walking away from the Republican Party wasn't on the libertarians. They didn't do anything different compared what they normally did. It was people waking the hell up and realizing the Republican Party in the state doesn't represent me. So instead of addressing that, instead of doing the right thing, by the way, the Senate already passed a bill re naming popcorn. The official state stack that is important 45 before special state stacks, popcorn. They're all in on that they've done nothing about this governor. They've done nothing about the unconstitutional mass mandate They've done nothing about the lockdown is to shut down all the stuff that they promised because they won't Hair ever cross Eric Holcomb because they saw what happened to Curtis Hill. They do crap like this. Did you crap like this? Go after these libertarians because they know they know will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. That'll be very hard for libertarians to raise to get on the ballot. So is this a done deal like there's no turning back. There's no fixing it, and this is the good thing and hopefully Hopefully, common sense because here's Here's the thing and this is how stupid these establishment Republicans are. Rainwater will get those signatures in 2024 runs again. This is just making people mad at the people are outraged about this, so he'll get those signatures if he has to, But the good thing is it's step one, which is through the elections committee. Now we'll go to the entire house for a vote, and then we'll have to go to the Senate for a vote. So everybody needs to contact their legislature on house. Bill 1134 tell him to reject this partisan bull crap that nobody wanted that nobody talked about. There's a million different things that professional water carrier Ethan Manning could be doing out there. At and he's choosing. He's choosing instead to do something out of spite. Yeah, that's what it seems like. It seems like a very spiteful bill on and Ethan should be better than that. Like I said, even manage should be better than that. The Republican Party should be better than everybody has the rules. Everybody agreed to the rules. There's a million different advantages you guys already have. And hundreds of thousands of people walked away because you sucked. They walked away from you not because of anything the libertarians did, but because of what you did, and they're so they're so insecure man. That's gross. That's gross to be that in secure Republicans are also supposed to be about. They're supposed to love the spirit of competition, and when they're trying to cut off their own competition at the knees, it just does seem like it's purely spite. So I'm gonna give you Ethan Manning's email. He's the head of the Elections committee in the House. He's got to put this Ford Be polite. Respectful, be nice, but you have to tell him what you think of this because it's not again. It's not a partisan thing. It's a political party that controls every facet of government and the Republican Party. Does this all the damn time They make all these promises there, Johnny tough guy, and then they get in there and their name in the state snack. A million. Plus, people are out of work mock and they're naming the state snack. I need to know who the four because what would you tell me? The vote was before 45 before. So, 45 representatives said, yes, Popcorn should be the Indiana State snack and four people were like, No. Uh, I need to understand those four people, so I would urge you to politely respectfully email professional Republican water carrier Ethan Manning. At age 23 at idea that I n dot gov. That's H 23 at idea that I m dot gov and let him know what you think about this. Let him know what you think about the fact that There. It is so blatantly obvious that the Republican Party in the state is so damn insecure and hates free thought so much that your response Two people sending you a message is we'll just make it so when I hear the.

"Rob Kendall. Here on the hammer, Nigel Show now the coals for unity. Heard a lot about unity reaching across the aisle from Joe Biden yesterday at the inauguration when he was sworn in. I don't know He believes it. I certainly there's members of Congress, the radical progressive members in the house that don't want any part of of unity or accepting or all of branches reaching across the aisle. Are you buying this? What do they really trying to say? When you hear the words? Unity. Well, their version of unity is do as we say, and that the tax and the approach they're taking is interesting. Which is they're trying to make Trump supporters feel like, look, you you realize now you made an egregious mistake, and we're not going to shame you and we're not going to hold it against you. And if you're in the Washington crowd, we might give you a job again somewhere. You just gotta come over here and promise you'll never do that ever again. That's the approach they're taking with people, and it will see if it works. I think the vast majority of people know why they voted for Trump. They know who these people are, and it's not gonna work, but that's the approach they're taking. It seems like we had the audio earlier. Nicole Wallace MSNBC, really calling for the exclusion and explosion and punishment of not only people with It's important Trump. But even Congress lawmakers say they need to be reproved. I'm hearing reprogrammed more and more like it's a bit like a common thing. Well, it's scary. I talk about this with my dear friend Ben Stein. The other night on the very fabulous Been Stein podcast that I'm has to be a part of every so often. Oh, yeah, It's great. He's phenomenal. You want to talk about feeling stupid. Every time you open your mouth, That's me and on a podcast with Ben Stein. But I talked about this. I said guys like us, Nides, we're fine because our job is to talk to people until the FCC comes for us. Our ratings were great. We're gonna be okay. And they've been doing it. They've been trying to e the fairness Dr Story decades. They will continue in earnest now to come for us. But I'm saying our job is to talk to people are living doesn't exist based on our political views. In many ways, it exists because of our political views. People that you feel bad for and the real Patriots who have to stand firm and all of this are the business owners are the people who work it places where they're getting drowned out by hard core liberal voices. Those are the people that are the Patriots and are the heroes in this because they have to continue to stand firm so that people don't feel ostracized for having the views that they have. One of the one of the things I like about Rob is that he's not afraid to go like down and check out. The scene and exactly what's going on in person. You did it with all the graffiti. Remember last summer, you wouldn't watched all the graffiti off of the sidewalk in front of the State house. Don't threaten me with a good time, and you went down there yesterday because way were under the impression we were told the media narrative was that all these crazy Cuban on Trump supporting Conspiracy theorists. We're going to cause upheaval and 50 states and the inauguration was going to be disrupted. And it was quite the opposite, Tonto. I mean, I'm understating that a little bit. That was well, I told the story yesterday with you. Were you in the State house yesterday? And what did you say? Well, I told the story yesterday with you and Abdul and people need to be reminded what happened here. OK, so Wednesday. We start having this push to get representative Dan Leonard to bring this bill that's in his day. He's the head of Rules Committee. He has this bill, which would force the House to vote on Holcomb's emergency declaration. We heard for 10 months below. We'd love to help you out. But boy, there's just there's nothing we can do because we're not in session. Only the governor can call special session. Truth was, those legislators didn't want any part of that bill because they don't take a stand. They learned from the Curtis Hill saga. Don't you Dare cross Eric Holcomb, or we will take you out. And it was all bravado. Curtis nicely, whose representative put a bill for it said. Let's vote on it. Dan Leonard gets this bill is the head of rules and we flooded him with very polite and nice emails and phone calls on Wednesday and Thursday, thousands of correspondents saying, Let's get a vote. We want a vote. We want to know where the lawmakers are well magically, Nige on Friday The governor comes out and the head of stairs, state police and go well, We're shutting down the capital all next week. And people say was they're credible that no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No Credible threat. No, no, no, no credible threat, But we're gonna err on the side of caution Well nights, the subway across the street from the capital is still open. And so I came out and said, We all know what this is. You guys are frauds and you're liars, and you're shutting this down? Not because you're worried about the lawmakers. You don't want to have to take a stand on this bill. Are they eventually going to have To take a stand on the bill. Well, going to vote on. We'll see what happens because the goal in this was let's give it a week. People forget about it. We get focused on something else. And you know, Burgio, the squirrel will see it. People will see if people get up. People needs need to continue to email. H 50 h 50 at I g a i n dot Gove. Age 50 an idea that I m dot God demand. Dan Leonard, bring this up for a vote. What happened yesterday when I went there. There's no one there. And you think if there was, you would think if he if he was worthy of shutting the capital down for a week, there's nothing Sunday. There was nothing Monday. There's nothing Tuesday. Night, I saw two police often to IAS state police officers, and they were coming back from their morning coffee. There wasn't like thousands of National Guard armed on the capital, thousands of state there were more I m p d officers out in state police. They're liars. They lied, And they should all be ashamed of themselves for cheerleaders wandering around the streets on Sunday here for that convention than there were protests, And here's the super gross thing Like I posted on my state Senator John Crane Senate District 24 his Facebook page. Get in the capital to ask him, so I said, I'm gonna go here. Are you going to take money for this week? You didn't do your job. You didn't legislate. You're taking my money. Yes or no. This is very simple. Are you going to take the money?.

"After two days of thousands of phone calls and e mails, all of the Seneca we've got a ship to stay down for weeks. Boy, that's like weather. Coincidence how that worked out, isn't it? Well, first of all, Robert, my little brother. I would have to respectfully disagree with you on that one, because there's a much easier way to delay a bill thing to shut down the whole government complex. I gotta do is just not call the rules Committee. I mean, because that Kansas City has nothing to do with what's on the house side of things. And then you got a bunch of other committees on there as well. So I love you like my little brother. You know this However, allow me to speak up for the establishment here. If I can. There's a much easier way to to prevent a bill from coming light than shutting down the whole government. I'm just saying. Yeah, well, that's what you do when you get six Stone calls thousands of people called and e mail, not just Dan Lindholm with their representative. I know I got the birdies just like a duel does in the building. They were getting immense. He could bring this thing to a vote and is a dual knows, And I don't think of dual shy about it. They're not going to do anything to challenge Eric Holcomb because they saw what happened to Curtis Hill. Those guys are completely petrified of ending up like Curtis Elbow, Choke off the money. They'll take him out. We're not gonna do anything to challenge Erik. Welcome. Why that? Why in the world would you shut down the entire Legislature over? Okay, let's bring this before we let you go here. Rob the state of the state last night. I have a feeling there some opposing viewpoints here, Abdul, You were on the air last night, you know, and some other members of the WBC news room What was your take away from what you saw last night then Rob will give you the last word. Another government. Fine. Another state to State address. Nothing bad. Nothing horrible. Nothing super spectacular, but he did find okay. Rob. Night. All the you know, there's a very well planned apparently available in Indiana. Did you know this? Replant. It grows the magic money tree. You put a little seed in the ground and the magic money tree grows out because all they heard well, this is a Republican governor, talking about massive growth of government billions upon billions of dollars of new programs and keeping so proud of these programs. Why doesn't he talk about how they're paid for their paid for with massive tax increases? Who's a fraud? Okay, were no tax increases. What's that word? There were no tax increases to pay for these programs. Wait taxes on suckers by a billion dollars. The gas tax goes up every single year. What do you mean? There's no tax? No, those also those air for roads for the other stuff. There were no tax increases. Thank you very much real trails in the broadband were done by a billion dollar tax increase on truckers. He's admitted it numerous times. This the kind of conversation we get on statehouse happenings every weekend with you, too. Oh, skip the foreplay. We just go right to it. Hey, Rob real quick. What's coming up on the market? Rob show tomorrow. Well, thankfully, neither will be back with us Force. "You bombard this guy with with phone calls and emails saying, Do your damn job. Put this thing up for a vote. Let's get everyone on record. And then what do you know? Rolla? We can't work this week. You guys got it's amazing how that works out in the mark. I mean, it's almost as transparent as all of these political leaders now saying that it's really important. We open up the economy, So what they want to happen is this next week. This will run out of steam. You will forget about it, and then they'll come back next week and he'll stick it in rules Committee and votes and it'll never see the light of day. That's what they want to happen. You have to keep up the heat. I'm going to keep upbeat. Let me be very clear. Peacefully. Keep up the heat. H 50 at idea that I m dot gov h 50 idea that I am not gonna let him know you see through this crap and demand. He put this up for a vote. If it went well, the next opportunity be for that to happen next week, I guess would probably be a week from Thursday now since it was going to be Thursday. So you still have the opportunity? Make sure these people do their job and by the way, isn't it scary? And this is why the Curtis still thing was so important. Remember when I was screaming about what Eric an and Brian Bosma and Connie Lawson and all those people did to Curtis Hill. It wasn't because I thought Curtis was in the right on something that we talked about this a time. That was that was about they were sending a message to all of these people. Kyle Hup for Holcomb Basma. All those people were sending a message. Curtis Hill was a message. In the rank and file the Indiana Republican Party. You get out of line. Look at what we did to this guy, the chief law enforcement officer for the state of Indiana, and they essentially kicked him out of public office. Now he survived, but he lost his reelection because of it. Look at what if we did it to him? What do you think we can do to you? State representative and these people are completely petrified. They're more afraid of Eric Holcomb than the public and that's a scary thing. And so don't you think people should also write to each of them individually? Yes, and say, dudes we elected you for a reason. Do your job, your state your individual state. Rep and State senator Now it's on the house side right now. But you're we don't have time to go through 100 50 people I've given you the guy. Yes, your state rap and your state senator and Dan Leonard, the head of rules Age 50 and I g a the iron dot gov demand. They put this bill on the governor's emergency declaration. Up for a vote telling you see through it. You know what's going on This? Remember the woman's phone call that we got on Friday who was going through all the stuff and so it was, like, Put that in your pipe and smoke now, the way she yelling at you because it's not your fault was totally inappropriate. But what she was talking about the frustration. This is it. You wanna know why people hate their government? This is it. Because we the conservatives did everything the right way here. We didn't storm the capital. We didn't even show up for a protest. There's no one there. We did everything the right way. We politely sent emails and phone calls urging this thing to go to a vote. I've things seen things get a vote on six emails and phone calls, much less the hundreds, if not thousands, that they got And what do they do? They just shut down the government because, but make no bones about it. This is why they shut the government down because the heat on this bill, and if not prove me wrong damn letter could announce it right now, when we come back and putting this up for a vote, if that wasn't it proved me wrong and say it. There was no credible threat. Well, now, all of those people who were trying to say Well, our hands are tied. I mean, we can't. We're not in session. There's absolute nothing we can do now. There is a response to that. And they're getting away with it. Because the only place you're hearing this is right here. And it's so patently obvious. Why isn't somebody grilling this guy Holcomb and the duck Carter, the head of state police, Sir, if there's no credible threat in the subway across the street is open. Why aren't you people working? Why are we shut down? This is why they're shut down. You can't let him get away with it Rant over. Okay, that was quite a France Next. There is a lot of people who also would like to rant. They need their chance to rant about some news that we broke on Friday, Which is the news about Ron Kali, changing the name of their He whatever from rebels to Royals, So we're going to hear from those people who are rather upset about that. We're also going to talk a little bit more about it. It's a great time to get.

"That you're fighting for freedom and that you won't be subject gated. That's reason number one. Reason. Number two is you have to Role model. What freedom looks like to other people because there are people who are genuinely afraid. I couldn't believe this. It finally gotten through my head. There are people out there. They think they're not wearing a piece of cloth around their face. They're in jeopardy. They may need to see a bare face without a mask. 100 Times. Before they'll believe it. So you could be part of that revolution for them. And the third is you need to. We need to signal our tyrannical rulers that they're going to have a fight on their hands. This is a woman who continues her work right now. You mean she is still an emergency physician on the front lines? And so you know, she's one voice of hundreds and hundreds of voices. We've heard like her that of people who are physicians who are in the science in the health care industry. Who who understand how much of a scam this all is. Now are we saying is like is the mock and Rob show official position that you should not wear masks. That's a decision you gotta make on your own and listen, I want I comply when I go into business is because the business is air, saying We want you to wear a mask in here, and so I'm gonna put it on because I would rather do that and get the stuff done that I'm trying to get done than deal with the Karen's frankly so that that's the issue right? When she did you talk about the civil libertarians, which no one's more civil libertarian than rocks, and we would love that part. She's right on many things in premise, but the point is like in our building. The owner of this company has told us we are supposed to do something right? I take money from him. So therefore, since I take money from him, and I'm an employee of that person, I will do my best to comply with whatever wish that he has. Now if I were so do object on such a level to leave, Okay, Same thing with these stores. It's their stories. The clip of someone walking into your house, right? No one's forcing you to go into that store. So by that standard, you're being a jerk by not doing what they're asking you to do. Now. It's different. You're not going to see me wearing a mask on a public sidewalk. We're not going to see me wearing a mask in all these places that they in your home. The whole comes stuff is fraudulent. Okay, which he showed that within hours when he pulled the criminal penalty out when Curtis Hill told him to kick rocks, governments frauds. On business has the right to do it now. The owner should be on us. If you feel that passionately about it to vote with your pocketbook and not and let businesses no and not visit the ones that are mandating it. The problem becomes, if all the stores are doing it, you gotta eat well. And then the problem also is if the government is make is mandating that the stores do it. Boom. There's the thing When lockdown McGee threatens these people are gonna find you to suspend your license. Whatever There's the problem because a lot of people are doing this. Not because they want to, but because they're convinced that Eric Holcomb is going to put him out of business. If they don't know you don't have the power to do that, And he knows, But he's willing to spend the chamber Boris and the businesses or not. Yeah, it's I were in such a position where so much of what we do day to day requires us to do the very things that Dr Simone Gold is saying. Stop doing that, and that's what we've talked about it like that's where the villains are. People talk about what happened in In Washington the other day and yes, never do violence. You should never do that. She never destroy stuff. That's not yours. I put this out there on social media. I'm still waiting for one person to prove me wrong. Eric Holcomb has done far more harm society in the past year than Donald Trump. Changed my mind. I mean, you don't seriously. I mean, the government is whose gross in all of this. The government locked the people down the government Does this behavior like you're talking about where they tell these poor business owners? We're going to shut you down. If you don't make people wear a mask, the government is the villain in all of this. Never, ever forget the government created this covert didn't shut one person down or cost one person, their job. Governments it And yet we keep giving Government. These government people free passes like Oh, they had nothing to do with it. They had everything to do with it. I mean, they're the ones that are making those calls. And who and why is the government listening to this woman? She's just is qualified as whatever other quote unquote science that they're looking at the biologist that we know that work for the National Institute of Health. No one's clearly asking her her opinion. She did literal autopsies on covert people. She studied them from the beginning, and she says, We have no idea So what science Eric? Are you looking at? Answer that in one of your taxpayer funded infomercials. Guys. This press conference is who is the science? You're getting very angry. So we need to talk about something else. And I know you have a really interesting, fascinating story to share with everybody that will blow everyone's mind. Tell you wanna do it now. Okay? Right now, This is the most amazing story. I saw this and I said, this absolutely has to be fake news. It has to be. I was like this math does not work. What are you even saying? The last civil war widow has died. Okay, so we're not talking World War two. We're not talking World War one. We're talking the civil war. And you know the Civil War is near and dear to my heart because my great great grandfather William be Kendall was a highly decorated civil war hero for the Union Army. Indiana's one of 46 states pursuing antitrust suits against Facebook. And Hill was one of 18 attorneys general who pursued an unsuccessful plead to the U. S Supreme Court. Throw out President elect Fighting's victory and Eric I'd like to bring you in now and Eric, by the way, joins us via Zoom. John joins us in Studio John Herrick. Eric Berman, Statehouse bureau chief. I have not talked to Ted Ricky about that. I would think that is unlikely. Because again, this is this is a bipartisan effort. There are Republicans and Democrats in Congress have had concerns about Facebook. This is one of 46 lawsuits. All but four states have filed similar lawsuits against Facebook, Republican attorneys general Democratic attorneys general So this one crosses party lines It may be that the incoming administration has different views, but I would expect this is going to go forward John Herrick want to talk a little bit with you about the person who is now going to be occupying this office congressman, Former congressman Rather and now incoming Attorney General Todd Rocchi to the last thing you remember about him, I'm assuming is what happened with That big race for United States Senate. Really, I mean, he lost pretty convincingly to Mike Braun. I remember that night very vividly. And it came as a little bit of a surprise that they decided to give the Republican nomination for attorney general to Todd Ricky to because it seemed like you just kind of thought maybe he might get reelected because he had an R next to his name, and then what? They decided to give the Republican nomination to Todd Ricky to and it really made the attorney general's race. All that much more interesting because He had a very, you know, slightly contentious race with Jonathan Weinzapfel, but I think Republicans just ultimately felt like they just had to turn away from Curtis Hill and go in a different direction. Just because of all of the of the drama and the vitriol back and forth between Curtis Hill in those women, and they thought we just can't put our endorsement next to this guy's name, and it's given time Ricky to another chance here. Eric Vermin really quickly with everything that John just said. How come this whole saga took three years? Well, because it was playing out in several different arenas. You have the criminal investigation. You had the state ethics investigation. You had the civil suit, which actually is still going on. It's those. Maybe it'll be Evita listed 2021 on Do you had the Internal Bar Association law license ethics investigation, which was The ultimate finish on this in 2020. It was that one that produced this. The suspension of Curtis Hills Vices where the Indiana disciplinary Commission, which oversees attorneys said, this is conduct unbecoming. This is not what we want from our attorneys.
