"So we can find out what's in it. But maybe now looked at some of the numbers chino what Medicare for all? And so she's not going to be quite so outspoken about about Medicare for all. But definitely she is nervous about the cost. And you know, the cost of as I say between thirty two trillion dollars over ten years. We send about three point five trillion dollars on healthcare today where there is about fifty percents in the hands of government through Medicare, Medicaid chips and a BA and when people like Alexander, Kathy Cortez now support single payer, but she now wants to be for all in the democratic number from NASA to that he is a member of the healthier fits into single payer system. And. It's not what it cracked up to be quite it's going to be an interesting light. But many to get that message out Eric and people because you know, Canada the country I'm from long waiting list for care average, weight almost five months from a primary care doctor treating by special government cannot provide all the healthcare that will be demanded, but we will have weight care will be rashes or older people shortage and higher taxes. I guess is Sally pipe. She's the president and CEO of Pacific research institute. Sally, what about the Democrats say, let's just improve on ObamaCare and also add a public option. Right. So that this is a divide between the people the Bernie Sanders Cureton gillibrand third comma Harris from millage pollen, Debbie Dingle on the house side, therefore the Medicare for all. But then there's a number of Democrats and even their twenty now underway for the democratic nomination for president. And the number of them are saying, well, here's some new ideas. You know, the public option a Medicare by entity which is Debbie seven Senator Michigan wants Medicare buying fifty. Then there's a Medicaid for all which is more. You know, the Medicaid program isn't working for people on Medicaid today. And then you have Joe Biden saying, well, he's for putting the public option into a healthcare plan. So all of these plans, Larry are just a stalling device. I think they're all stepping to Medicare for all originally, President Obama. You know, his ObamaCare. He said we can't go right to single payer because Americans like their employer-based coverage and seventy three percent of three million American like that coverage, but I think with ObamaCare and the idea that private coverage under public options buying fifty all these things are going to crowd out quite insurance. And then leave the government as a provider. So what should the Republican response be in terms of policy and also in terms of the politics?.

"The drive by media democrat party are starting to wake up. I don't think they can become fully won't. But they're starting to wake up to reality. That that Mullah report was a bomb. Mullahs report was a dud, and they are not prepared to deal with Trump on any issue of substance. They put every weapon they have in that Mullah report in Trump, Russia collusion, and they are slowly awakening to the fact that it has bombed out on them. You can see it in the headlines all over the place. Let me share with you some of it. You can even say it in the White House correspondents dinner on Saturday night that nobody watched because Trump wasn't there. Trump went out to a rally in Wisconsin. Wait on you hear the journalists that one the the award of the night. What does the the prize winner the? Yeah. The Merriman Smith memorial award went to some guy in the Washington Post, wait on you here. Why? And what the story was. But some of the headlines the Clintons are nervous about twenty twenty one story. This is about their fading in there doing this this tour where they sell. Tickets go out there and speak to people on stage proving or trying to prove they can draw crowds. Like, Trump does the nation magazine. Telling the left that Mullah report doesn't just dispel. The conspiracy theories that have engulfed political and media circles for two years it puts to rest the most popular recent one that general attorney general William buyer, engage in a cover-up leftist everywhere telling each other gulp gulp. It didn't work. Here's another one. This is from the Chicago Tribune, remember, the never Trump movement. Get collapsed. From barons, sister publication, a Wall Street Journal poll every now and then of big time money managers and their most recent poll, the big time money managers. They always survey Trump will win in twenty twenty and it's a four page story when you print it out complete with all the data backup, these money managers believe that it'll be Biden who gets the democrat nomination. How about Trump about Trump tweeting and warning crazy Bernie they're out? The screw ya again, bud. Are you gonna let them get away with it this time Democrats, wet Trump's economy? We don't really have a robust national message right now political one top democrat fears that could be a recipe for disaster in twenty twenty Dem's sweat Trump economy, quote, we don't really have a robust. No kidding. You guys have. Been talking about issues for the longest time since Obama actually because you have well they've got him. Don't miss it. They've got the issues. They just not eager to talk. The young Turks are the socialists all promising all of that the women in democrat party, as it turns out are livid that it looks like none of them are going to get the democrat party nomination. They're fit to be tied. Here is a story from NBC news Kenna woman beat Trump. Some Democrats wonder if it's worth the risk. Holy smokes. What a hem is. Is it worth the risk to nominate a woman just the nominate a woman? This sounds like what they did with Montale in nineteen Eighty-four. You know, they gave Mondo the democrat nomination against Reagan running for a second term because they knew it was going to be a slaughter, and they knew it was going to be a disaster. And so they ward in old warhorse, Walter if mon- doll with a distinct honor being a democrat presidential nominee knowing he was going to get shellacked. But it got him out of the way. Paving the way for Democrats thought could win later on. That's what this headline sounds like can a woman be Trump. Some Democrats wonder if it's worth the risk. Meaning we nominate a woman just to stay we nominated a woman. Do we nominate a woman just a faith that what if we go down to defeat is it worth it? Three. Influential activists have launched an organization mobilize women in US policy. Wait a minute mobilize women. I thought women have been mobilized ever since the soccer mom days. I thought women determined who won elections. I thought women determined who won. The what have you mobilized women? This is a story. That's tantamount admission to to failure. If they haven't motivated women by now, what the hell is going to do it next headline. This is from this the. Some QC dot com. Why do election twenty twenties? Male candidates. Get better coverage than women. Another story indicating that the women in the democrat party arty, not happy. You know, they all saying happy wife happy life. Well, may not be working out and some news. It's not news reminders of exactly who Biden is. And what he's done policy wise over the course of his career are starting to surface. Now, he's is these are not flattering. They're not going to not going to sit while with the others of the democrat party another headline here this from the guardian UK time to impeach headache for Democrats over how to take on Trump. Wait a minute. See what I mean two years ago was Don Trump was gone Muller was going to get the goods Trump Russia collusion, even pencil neck pencil that went on real time with Bill Maher on Friday and Bill Maher calling Trump stalker, wait a minute pal. You got nothing I have collusion Trump. What where is it? Where's the evidence Muller didn't have any? There wasn't any evidence of collusion Muller. Didn't have it. You put all your bags in the Muller basket. And we got nothing. He ended up calling him a stalker. Essentially saying pencil that get real babe. I mean wake up to reality. Another headline PJ media Trump winning the twenty twenty money game for now. The statistic here is that Trump and the R N C. Are you ready for this have raised twenty one times the amount of money Barack Hussein all had raised at this? Same time in the ones reelection cycle. Now, this is going to change as the days and weeks of the future unfold. Here's another this from time magazine dot com. Americans are some of the most stressed out people in the world. I wonder why could that be the drive by media with all these promises? I mean. The news every day is a daily dose of poison and the poison is pessimism the poison is negativism. Those are just some of the headlines that make up one of the many themes today that the Democrats are slowly awakening. To the fact that everything they counted on has blown up in their faces. And how many four women are now in the democrat primary listener is let's see we've got Kamala Harris, we got Cureton gillibrand who I someone called the whitest woman in America. You can't tell her from one of the white walkers on game of thrones actually think about it. Do you watch the final last night not the five? The you watch game of thrones. You watch it last night. Okay. Well, so I won't do any spoiler. Oh, one thing. I do want it for those who haven't watched it yet. I'm gonna try to give you some assistance here. The entirety of the episode. It's an hour and twenty two minutes in virtually any five percent of it is battle action. And of course, winter is coming the might king. It's it all takes place at night. And there have been many complaints today from people and last night that it was too dark that they really couldn't see who do live killed it. I couldn't keep up with their favorite characters and are a lot of people complaining HVO Blewett by shooting too dark and one of the theories is that by shooting dark. They didn't have to focus on detail so much. That's not what happened. I'm gonna tell you what happened here, folks. It's a common mistake. The people that produce this show produced the show as though it is a movie, and where do you watch movies? You watch them in a darkened theater on a giant screen with very bright projector. But how many of you turn every light in your room at home off put blackout shades on the windows and make your living room the equivalent of a movie theater? I guess is that none of you do or very few. I did. I I watched it in pitch black, which I have the ability to do because I've set it up that way. I'm forward thinking guy. But if you watch even if you have a big big TV fifty five sixty seven seventy five inch TV if there's any ambient light in the room. They didn't edit it. I think they made them. I think they edit it as a movie. It's almost a feature length. So the at and make sure that your source material is good for exerts. Some people were watching digital streaming last night. And if you watched it live digital streaming than you were among the gazillions trying to and it might the the stream might have been degraded enough that you would also low some quality. So if you haven't yet seen it make sure you choose a source. That's good. If the cable direct TV something that produces a solid signature gonna watch. It streaming. You could probably do that now since the big crushes over. But make sure you've got a really rock solid connection. If you wanna see in full-fledged ten eighty p and if you do that. And if you darken your room, then don't blow up the brightness. Or contrast on your TV, you can do that too much, and it all starts bleeding together. But if you haven't yet watch public service here from one inside broadcaster to to play if you haven't yet watched it make sure your room in which you watch it is dark as you can make it and. I wouldn't I wouldn't advise recalibrating set. But but if you're set has preconceived settings. That automatically mix the brightness in the contrast and the color level and attended the color temperature chew a cinema or THX or something don't choose vivid. Whatever you do don't, choose vivid. That's not how you overcome darkness. A lot of people choose the vivid setting as bright too in the contrast all the way up, but that's been the only complaint about it that I have that I've run across. At at any rate. Back derive saying kissing gillibrand legally a white Walker. So you got hurry. Got kamala. Harris who else who are the other women? You got. Tulsi Gabbard who wants to serve. Amy klobuchar shar, it's not clovinger. It's Clova shar Amy klobuchar. Okay. So there's at least four and what were here, they're not happy. It looks like they think not gonna get nomination. Remember, this is happened before pets Schroeder who we saw on TV on Friday could not believe it as much as say remember, she ran for president wants back in the early nineties member, congressman, Colorado. And now.

"Up in just a few minutes. Also, we'll tell you more about our special on socialism in just a few minutes. I do is going to complete his his power rankings of the Democrats. Once a week. We look at the power rankings. See what's changed? Okay. So top ten here Julian Castro at thirty five point seven out of one hundred Kirstin gillibrand as the thirty eight point one Amy klobuchar number eight she is trying to run as a moderate in the in the moderate wing of the Democratic Party, which would be better for her. If one that winglike existed is you know, if that was living that that that wing does kind of exist, doesn't it isn't that the Barack Obama wing now, that's what it is. I mean, it's crazy that came out over the weekend. And she was like, you know, Barack Obama is not the guy he kind of failed us. This is the new this is the New Democrats that that look at Barack Obama as tame. Like an old stodgy. Yeah. Yeah. Number seven is Elizabeth Warren score forty five point three. She's awful campaigning. But her attempt to try to tie game of thrones into the campaign saying it was an example of it's good to have powerful women is one of the most disgusting, pandering pieces of nonsense. That's not the word. I wanted to use their that I've ever I've ever seen in my life. She's just terrible at this. And you know, I it's just you're just waiting for her to say, can I gotta go grab a beer and watch game of thrones. She's like at that level of just just so disgusting. Cory booker's, number six. And again, we talk about having a large field that's different than having a good field. If Cory Booker is number six you've got problems. She had forty he had forty whole people at his appearance in Nevada, which is pretty impressive. And the they noted that it was comprised of people have varying ages, which is different than most crowds because most crowds are contained entirely of people that just have the same birthday. Not very ages now. No, that's totally different than most crowds. Bob, Franko Rourke has a sixty point two on our scale or get to the big guys here. He's still number five. Even though it does seem like he's really all the pretty boy hype has faded away from from Beddoe and gone to Pete Buddha. Judge I think. Judge knows who he is. I guess I mean he hasn't had any tough questioning we'll get to that here in a second. But again, this is a guy who gave less than so Cureton gillibrand gift two percent to charity and the tax reports that came out Beddoe Rourke get that's gave one seventh of that amount. He's at point three percent. His his wife's dad is worth be somewhere between five hundred million and twenty billion dollars. And this is what he's giving. Oh, no, no, no. He's giving his time. That's true. Yeah. And he said my time on the campaign trail away from my family. So I could I could fight for you. That's what I'm giving. Oh, wow. Very thank you have Peba judge comes in at number four his sixty two point nine out of one hundred. He he is so far again hasn't been challenged. Although there's been little bits of pieces now about him as a candidate sort of profile Barney Frank came out and said, look, the only reason this guy's getting this much attention is because he's gay Barney Frank. Wow. Said that another democratic activist is saying look. Yeah. He's he's gay. He's a gay man. But you know, what that says to me? He's just a man another man another white, man. And it's not good enough on the intersection -ality scale, the issue is when you base your vote on candidates genitals. You wind up having issues. This is a very confusing process. Number three was number one last week, comma, Harris, sixty eight point six on our one to one hundred scale. You can view her campaign kind of one of two ways one she had a big launch. And she's faded or two. She's playing the long game. She's looking at this kind of replicating the Barack Obama path she's lined up more Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton more than bundlers, more than double any other candidate. Wow. And she's got all these celebrities lining up behind her. She's I think she's attempting that that approach whether it works or not in the she is she is also going to be the vice presidential candidate. She may. But let me give you this bit of she's not if she's not the presidential nominee. She will be the vice presidential nominee. I'm generally bullish on Kamla Harris, plus raises a lot of money, which someone would like who's president VP? I will say I Kenneth democratic candidate. And then this news environment win win with this. As a literal viewpoint that they're admitting. This is from the Harris campaign's communications director lily atoms. She says comma Harris's support for Israel is central to who she is her support for Israel is central to. Who she is. She's firm in her belief that Israel has a right to exist and defend itself, including against rocket attacks from Gaza. So just just admitting that their attacks from Gaza and not some defensive measure is one thing. But when you're saying that they're responding. You're actually admitting that the Jews are not every you know, the responsible for every single one of these problems. I don't know how you get through that. And this in the democratic is a long term play, maybe. But that's risky. Number two. Bernie sanders. Sanders came out and called the Israeli government racist. He has a sixty nine point two out of one hundred on our scale he has been able to convince Cardi B to vote for it. Which is interesting because she's already made these rent. We played the rates where she says she hates taxes, right? And now she wants to vote for Cardi Cardi B. He's going to vote for her. I don't think Cardi B is following these things as closely with Mike. You know, I I I'm going out on a limb here, but I don't think people should follow Cardi B's advice on anything. Quite honestly, I mean, she might advice on some things. I don't know what they might be. Well, not politics if you want to drug and steal your prostitution clients. You could go to Cardi bay for. Okay. All right. Because that's that's one thing that you could have and number one. And I wanna point out sixty nine point two is this is a number for Bernie Sanders. Number one with seventy eight point eight. This is a big gap in this in. This ranking is Joseph rub Annette vitamin junior. You pointed out Glenn that Barack Obama with a chance to make a statement about how people of different colors and races. And and maybe sexual orientations could could do these roles chose Joe Biden junior as his candidate an old white guy. So that was what they did. Now. Whether that's going to happen again. I don't know is it okay to have one white guy on the ticket even for the Democrats right now. I don't know they don't seem to want that. I mean, at least the media, and the, you know, and they're they're puppeteers don't.

"He likes it. When you talk back. Tom sullivan. Okay. Let me get a little political party in here because last night. Okay. Said the the Democrats have been getting a lot of well, there's a lot of them running in. So every time somebody who throws her hat in the ring the battle mania last night was Cureton gillibrand and oh before I get a. But for I get I made. I I got a correct a mistake. I made because I said Mississippi was a democrat. The Democrats have been doing better in Mississippi in the last few elections than a long long time. But no, Mississippi is still a very Republican red red state. So Elizabeth Warren. Was at a town hall in in Mississippi last night. And so they were to town halls there. But the but the president, and this is what I find interesting. This is CNN poll. And I know that a lot of you trumpsters, get mad at me whenever I say. Well, here's a polio. All those polls. I don't believe those polls while you might wanna believe this one because. The CNN poll conducted by SRS says that Donald Trump's approval rating is growing because of the nation's economy and that he is getting the glowing reviews because our economy is in good shape. So the CNN poll seventy one percent say the nation's economy is in good shape. It's the best since February of two thousand one when George W Bush took office, so and this is a number that's been growing and growing and growing and with that a majority give the president positive reviews on the handling of the nation's economy fifty-one percent. The overall rating has ticked up to forty two percent in the new poll, but that is higher than or matches a number of previous presidents in modern history. So he's doing as well as a Brock Obama. Ronald Reagan much better than Reagan at this point in his term of office seven hundred and some days. So it is the number that disapprove is at the lowest share since CNN started doing the polls on his presidency. So. When you look at all, these Democrats that are running. And some of them are dried to run far to the left and some of them are trying to run closer to the center. But regardless of all of that what do people vote on? And so yeah, hear a lot about Donald Trump said something crazy today or Donald Trump. Oh my gosh. He I don't believe he did that today. You get a lot of that. You get a lot of complaints. A lot of put downs. But what do people vote on they vote on the economy the their pocketbook at when you got seventy one percent of the people saying, yeah, I think the economy's in good shape, and this isn't just CNN. This is a bunch of polls that are very very similar. Here's another one from Suffolk USA today. And they're going that. Fifty percent on majority of respondents think the Muller's probe is a witch hunt. Which is exactly using the term the Donald Trump as used over and over and over and support for impeaching. Donald Trump has dropped by double digits. So it is. Here's from USA today amid signs a special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation may be near its conclusion. USA today Suffolk Paul university poll finds that trust and baller as he wrote it half of Americans now agree with Trump's contention that he has been the victim of a witch-hunt support for the house of representatives to seriously consider impeaching the president has dropped. Down to twenty eight percent. Twenty eight percent are in favour of impeach him. Now, you know, why Nancy Pelosi? Is going, you know, he's just not worth of dial. Let's do something else. So I I look at all of this and you go all right. He says crazy things and he does things that he's a maverick. And he doesn't follow the presidential rules. And Lissouba and grace gets so upset with me. Because of the fact she thinks that I am I am support you as you are supporting this man who is. Oh, it's from the separation of the babies at the border to whatever it might be. She cannot believe that I would say anything nice about him. And then I told you at the start of the show. There's another group of people that yell at me about the fact that I'm always anti-trump another group say, I'm always pro-trump. So I've I've my must be I must be look. I'm just telling you how I feel. He says something stupid. I tell you. You can't believe what a stupid thing. He said today. And the trumpsters get mad at me. And and the the anti trumpsters never say thing until I say, something pro-trump. Now, the anti-trumpers will be mad at me. But I'm not I'm not I'm not making this, isn't my opinion. I'm just giving you the facts just the facts, ma'am. I look at this. And I go if these Democrats think they're going to have a cakewalk because you hear all of this about well, you know, Joe Biden gets in and Joe Biden, I mean, you know, he he could he has a very very popular in in Pennsylvania. And we born in Scranton. And that means something to those people and. I know it's a long way. But and it's too soon to do you know the end zone in zone dance on this thing. And we don't know how long hours kinda take have no idea. But. And there is a Muller news out today about the fact that. They were Muller was got a search warrant from a judge. To go after and read Michael Cohen's emails almost a year before he raided his office. I mean baller had barely been appointed a special prosecutor that was may of seventeen in the summer of seventeen he got a judge to sign off on a search warrant. So they could tap into Michael Cohen, g males. So they were looking at his e mails almost a year. Before the FBI raided Michael Cohen's office. So I mean, that's the thing about what else does Michael or does. Muller? No one else does he have in his basket of evidence on who is going after. So I mean, everybody said, well, it's going to be over. It's going to be over two hundred over. I don't know. I still think he has a lot to go. But what do you make of this? Are you surprised? Even for those of you that are that loved Donald Trump that you have got him, man. You just support the GB's out of the guy. Are you surprised that the other people in the country are also going? Yeah. Things are going along. Pretty good. It is a major improvement in people looking at him and giving him credit for the economy. I mean, I wish Donald Trump. My complaint about him is he shoots himself in the foot. He'll go off on some rant about John McCain or somebody and that gets all the media attention. I suspect he's doing it for some reason. But it seems crazy to me. Instead, I wish he would just focus and and beat the. Beat beat the the information that about the economy. Talk about the economy talk about the low unemployment, I know he does. But I think that's where he should focus most of his time and attention. I think what he started doing that prior to election day. That's what got him elected. His polling came up. Just prior to November of sixteen. So when you get these kinds of reports seven in ten say, the economy is in great shape. The president that is in power. When the economy is in good shape is the one who gets the credit. And this is how people vote. They also if the economy's going great, I don't think I want to change anything right now. Let's not rock the boat. Eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred.

"I mean, it's I think of the argument that people used about chief Justice John Roberts when he argued with President Trump that there aren't Obama judges and Trump judges some people argued well, he's standing up for the tradition judiciary. Other people said no he needs to do that. So he can continue being conservative, but retain the patina of impartiality. Well, said couldn't have said it better myself lost question here. I you John. But Emily, if you have an opinion, please. So the DNC announced on Wednesday that they would not do presidential debates on FOX. They had rejected FOX as an outlet for any of their probably three hundred and forty seven debates if they'll be holding for their eight hundred and forty six billion presidential candidates is that counterproductive, or is that do you think that's a understandable move. And I was wondering did MSNBC get any Republican debates back in two thousand sixteen NBC. Did I don't know? I guess you could argue that the DNC is shooting itself in the foot because any chance it has to get before those viewers. It should probably take on the other hand. I think the motivation here is to try to isolate FOX and identify it as a different kind of propaganda machine than we have had. I think it's really tricky because anyone who identify themselves as a media organization in America gets the benefit of the doubt the first amendment. We have a really strong bias is the wrong word like tendency in that direction, which is probably the right one. And yet it is. A struggle. And this also comes up with organizations like RT and Sputnik in Russia where they say their media organizations. They kind of do them some things like walk and talk like media organizations on the other hand, they're kind of not really media organizations. Then what two reactions one is democratic candidate should be able to hit hit that pitching. Even if it's, you know, not like what they would hope for. And you know, so they should be able to handle it to you can see this as a possibly a part of what is potentially more dangerous, but also returns to the question that I raised on our last show, which is, you know, you want to if you're a democrat you want to demonize the other side for the general election because you know, negative partisanship is very powerful. So that takes us back to the question of when you're a candidate, are you which world are you running in are you running in Cureton gillibrand now, let us all reason together world, or are you running as a candidate who recognizes that we are in inescapable partisanship? And that what is going to be required of a presidency is toughness, breaking some norms of your own and dealing with the world as it is not as you would like to be in some fourth grade version of civics support for the best comes from the New Yorker, the New Yorker has a long story amazing history of holding people. "A Mr. odds, we get the president takes over at seven tonight at Mr. ons. I think it's important that the allegations that have been brought forward against the Lieutenant governor be thoroughly considered and vetted. One of my core. Complaints concerns about the cavenaugh confirmation process was the lack of a real FBI investigation of credible allegations of sexual assault. And I think we owe the Lieutenant governor the same sort of thorough investigation that was not done in the case of cabin. And those allegations. Oh, really? Where are all of the rush to judgment? No, Newt due process. No, presumption of innocence, Senate Democrats. Let's see Richard Blumenthal, Dianne Feinstein Cureton gillibrand presidential candidate Kamala Harris, and so many others that went out there and even with the most bizarre and unsubstantiated allegations. Remember in the case of the client of Michael avenue. Eddie. Oh, the story. It did change at one point. But the story originally was was almost on a regular basis on weekends. And that there was a group of boys. And I remember judge Cavanaugh was part of this group. And they would spike the punch at these weekend parties, and then the boys would line up in the hall and wait their turn to gang rape, teenage girls. And it happened often. And will then the story Chihuahua. I saw near the Punch Bowl. And I one song give a red solo copy wasn't standing in line. And that story fell apart rather quickly. There should be follow up when allegations such as that are made. Now, remember when avenue was accused of something, and I said, I will give him the benefit of the doubt and the due process and presumption of innocence. He didn't give judge Cavanaugh interestingly three separate investigations in southern California into Albany. Exonerated him. Now, we disagree politically. But that's the right thing to do. "Thousand bucks coming up at six past the top of the hour on NewsRadio W F LA. Well, we are not really even in the presidential primary race yet. And we already have nine Democrats, and we have a tenth one nine th one today. Peter Buddha judge. Huge huge fan Luda judge. I don't exactly know how to pronounce his name, although tossing around many different ones. But he is the mayor of south bend, Indiana. You know, normally if a mayor of non gigantic city doesn't enters the race most people don't take them serious candidates. I mean, Julian Castro is in the race former mayor of San Antonio, he's been taken relatively seriously a Buddha. Judge has a lot of support. He is he would be the first gay president, for example, if you were to win. He's a military veteran is the youngest mayor of a city has size think it's over one hundred thousand now, and he would be the youngest president ever elected. If he were to win. Also, he had some has had multiple big figures like Barack Obama mentioned him specifically as one of the future people in the party that to watch. So that's kind of he's trying to get he's trying to introduce himself to everyone. But he does have some support within the Democratic Party. So we we have nine candidates. I was kind of putting you in categories of. If you have the favorites. You have a shot. Shot if everything goes, right? You basically have no shot, and and no shot at all. So that's what I've gone. All right. Five categories. Sorry. No. I've categories nine candidates. Yes. How many categories have a candidate in it five categories have? I think like over time this is going to grow. I think the interesting part about this is you get nine candidates now. But really only three you consider generally top tier candidates. So there's going to be I have twenty seventeen. They're gonna clear that easily. I think they'll hit thirty. They may thirty candidates for this thing. I think it's possible. So starting off at the bottom, no real shot at all. I would put Andrew Yang. He is a he is a tech entrepreneur. But a guy I think you'd find interesting probably wouldn't agree with him on a lot. But he's the guy who's really concerned about what artificial intelligence is going to do to our job markets. He's he's a guy you've been talking. He not specifically. But a guy you've been talking about for awhile. Who is talk tech entrepreneur type that is saying look is gonna wipe out all these jobs. We'd better have universal basic income. Yeah. In my book. I've said I had talked about that candidate. I said any candidate who says all these jobs, don't worry about it. And bring more back is either a fool or a liar because a is gonna wipe jobs out like crazy in the next ten years. And so I don't know anything about him. I I disagree. I disagree. I disagree with universal basic income. It just doesn't work. However, we do have to have that conversation. He'd be interesting if we had conversations with him because earns are aligned at some level. Yes. Because that's at least an honest look at the future, Richard oheka. He's a state Senator from West Virginia who was a state Senator from West Virginia. He's kind of in the race says the if you remember web who ran a few years ago. He was like a military guy. And he's running as I'm a democrat. But a heat is of former military guys dwell, and that's kind of his position right now in John Delaney. Who's a former Maryland congressman kind of a rich guy business guy. But by okay. So those are the three I basically know shop go to almost no shot in that category. I have only Tulsi Gabbard from Hawaii. Now who she is a young Bernie Sanders type. A friendly to the camera. Very she has had some issues with she's the one that her dad ran an anti gay or. So she's had some controversy within the democratic ranks. But she's very very super Bernie Sanders liberal, but not enough recognition if everything goes right this category. I've got Julian Castro who has been talked about as an up and coming for a long time and has some experience he was head of HUD under Obama. He ran Senate was mayor of San Antonio. So I mean, I don't know if there's a miracle situation. Like, the hail Mary goes up could be caught with Julian Castro, and I was really the first Hispanic candidate. Because we've never had a Hispanic candidate run. Really? I mean, not a serious does not in the race yet. So we don't have any other choice. Yeah. I mean, besides Ted Cruz. I forgot about Peter Buddha judge or we just talked about he again because of his sort of you know, the fact that people like Obama or mentioning him put him in that if everything goes, right, then has a shot. Do I really think Elizabeth Warren has a shot? I mean, I can't imagine her winning this primary. She's just so terrible. She's such a bad candidate forget policies. She's a terrible candidate. I can't imagine someone with the same policies. You can't just beat her. But she's a top tier candidate in that people know our name he will never get all with Donald Trump now. Dream match-up of Donald is if you want to make sure Donald Trump wins. She's the one to pick. Yes. If you're gonna take one of these top tier candidates, there's no better path for Trump to win than Warren. And also I put in the has a shot category. Cureton gillibrand from New York again. I don't think it's going to happen. It's she has a shot at it because she's a relatively big name and can raise some money, and she was big on the metoo movement. Her Rick record really change from sort of moderate to conservative democrat to. I'm Bernie Sanders. Once she started thinking about running for president, which is an interesting thing that I don't really care about. Because I think they probably both sucked both of her personas. But if you're if you're a voter in a democratic primary, do you really want to take a chance that someone who's once thought of something conservative or moderate could be your president? Like, I don't think they want that. So I I doubt it I doubt she has a chance she has been very. Active in the me too movement. But that to the negative because.

"This the best man. Did you talk about it on your show Kennedy? Now, I don't care. I don't like the these viral outrageous. Don't care. I think it just feels Gillette and other people take Nike like how can we make half of everyone? Really mad. Let's do that. Yeah. I didn't people don't watch commercials anymore. That's the problem is everyone's got DVR or there. You know, they don't unless are watching news on Fox News and FOX business, and my sports people tend to to skip right past the commercials. Yeah. Much harder to break through. And you can only do that by being a fuss budget show or getting your commercial to run in full on the Kennedy show, which you didn't fall for the trap. Not. Nike not doing Joe. But you know, the Nike thing, I let it go. In fact, I said to my listeners a lot of people called in. They said, that's it. I'm burning my Nikes all this other stuff and I'm on record. Because I can't I can never live it down. I said on Red Eye one of my monologues. I'm boycotting boycotts enough with the boycott scenario. Yeah. So videos must have an app for for like a boycott tracker. Yes. It's like outrage without any of the vowels in it outrageous or like an old Viti. Yeah. But this one got me Joe. I thought you know, I gave it to Nike. I said look all you did was put Colin Kaepernick in your ad. You're always putting you know icon a class in your ad people who think differently whatever that's apple. But basically, I said that's fine. They they didn't make him the face of Nike forever. They just said, oh, here's Colin Kaepernick. They're using him for his. Long as he's liable for them. This is a similar though. Gillette went for the the social Justice crowd. But this ad affected. Me in a way that the Nike hat didn't. Really? I think the people at Gillette just got. They didn't realize how ridiculous the ad was they rarely do. And. I think the problem is okay. Let's say you think this is an issue that should be addressed in the format of an ad for shaving products. Holly. I'll give you that one. We'll start with that. But why not if the if you think this what the current environment is not the best at a man can do why not show the man who is doing his best? So instead of showing men, you know, being bullies and obnoxious and all that one show the man who steps up against that. Because there's a hell of a lot more of those men than there are of the bad men that was it will get that. And they don't get like, you people say, well, men, shoot up theaters. I've heard people say that women don't do that meant shoot up theaters. Okay. What they find. And they found this in the one in Aurora Colorado was at of the men who got killed many of them were shielding, women and other people. That's what men are really like. That's a man being the best. He can be. It's not a man who says graphics. That's why that's why. One of those heroes did a two for one and cop twelve who shielded? Yes. That would be it. Look, you take the good with the bad Kennedy. But the things are complex they are. But that's why this got me because in the ad near the end of the ad which I won't play. Because now Kennedy made me realize I'm giving them for your time. But near the end of the ad they say because they're showing all these bad images of men, and then they say. Yeah. Okay. There are some good ones. But some isn't enough. So they actually they're saying most are back. That's what got me in. This is what I always go back to I always go back to ratio's. Like, what is the percentage of people that Gillette? Mayo people that Gillette thinks is horrible. And based on this ad. They think that eighty percents of men are horrible. The problem is it's a company that mostly sells to men. So what they're saying. Is it eight out of ten people who buy our product. We absolutely despise you the two of you are okay. That's not enough to turn a profit. And everyone knows that. So I it's very strange that it's like Cureton gillibrand, you know, she's going to run for president. It's really tough thought she wasn't for privacy. I believe her a year ago. And she said she wasn't. Last night. Yes. Instead. Tori committee, and she she's talking about females and Chile puts money behind female candidates, and how women are the future and the future is female, which is great you and I both have daughters. That's fantastic. I want them to be inspired and empowered. I want them to be warriors and actualized and whatever other adjective, I can think of for parenting, but if I were the the mom of male children, I would be worried about the, you know, there's such an anti male bias, and I flipped the ratio. And I agree with Joe, I think a majority of people even male people are good. And I think vast majority of people are good. And I think there are so many guys out there who get a bad rap, and they lumped in with everyone, and you know, liberals don't like it when conservatives do that with the immigration debate. They don't like when all illegal immigrants are lumped in with those who hurt people take things used Trump's language in the at and some are good people. That sum is. Well, a lot of lumping. But the problem is, you know, politicians are trying to get votes. Gillette is trying to sell a product to the people that they despise tomato. It's an uphill battle. Well, I think it's because they considered the state of being a male is like original sin. So that doesn't matter who you are what you say what you do what your track record is starting out as a male means, you're automatically corrupt. And you're just if anything you're sort of a rapist who hasn't had the chance yet. That's the way they look at you. So to them, I don't think that even occurs to them that they're alienating their audience because they're thinking, well, these disgusting men have to buy racist from someone. They know they're not going to stop being disgusting. Just because we call them out. So why don't we shift like all right? Listen. Number. Jack's we need beards. We need guys throwing tires we need to celebrate testosterone. Well, they should they should because Justice is a place in society for women. There's a place for men there's a place for male, energy and female energy. And it doesn't exclude anyone doing the stupid thing. Our culture where we're we're pulling words apart. So they don't have any meaning anymore. So that to say that all men are naturally inclined towards rape, and all these horrible things and violence and at the same time to say, but you got to man up. Yeah. Yeah. I heard a great definition of feminism by a pretty obnoxious guy. But enjoyed he said feminism it can be summed up as men are awful. And you need to help us out. So if we're so awful, just leave us. Let us be go. Start your own society where you can use your lady Remington, or whatever it is you need to do to shave or to grow your beards. And you're talking about oh, speaking of female, energy Kennedy that gymnast video you posted it on social media. So I don't even know who that is do, you know her? Yes. So does he. UCLA gymnastics camp. Yes, this last summer UCLA won the NC double a championship. And the story of how they want is so incredible because they were not in first place. And it was very unlikely that they were going to win the national championship. The coach of UCLA women's gymnastics is an absolute legend John wooden was her mentor. Her name is Valerie condos fields, and she is an extraordinary human being she's she's won several national titles. And she she announced that she was retiring this coming season is her last season. So this last year, they were not in first place. They had they had their final athlete on beam was a woman named Pang Pang Lee and paying paying we needed to get a nine point nine five out of ten in order for UCLA to win the national championship that is next to impossible. And so UCLA what just put it out there? Good for you. We had a great season. Pangu pangu league got a ten that was the video that you should. That was one of her teammates from last year. That's that's how incredible Ryan at this team is and that is the top of John wooden pyramid of success greatness is doing your best when your best is required. And and so her teammate caitland, Ohio. She had a viral video last year of her floor routine, which was set to all Michael Jackson music. And so this year, everyone's like, what is she going to do next and she put together a routine that is so extraordinary. It it defies physics. Body does that she is asking her body on paper are humanly embossed you've seen a Joe there's a moment where she was my daughter's counselor campus. She was really nice which makes me super happy because she's a nice person. There's a moment where she drops into a split and springs backup. Where it's amazing. I was watching it because I am I am into physical culture stuff. I think it's very interesting what the body can do. And I can't figure out how someone can generate that much power off of their toes just to spring through the air, and I think of her and and who is the Olympia and Simone biles. That's as close as you can come to flying as a human being that they just goes through the air. And it's just amazing. I think that's that's the kind of thing where you look at sports. And you say, oh, that's someone taking the the pushing to the limits of what the human body can do and doing something that that's just that's pure physical poetry. But it's it's unbelievable because they put an end. So both my daughters are competitive gymnast one of them had an injury recently. And the doctor explained it gymnastics is four sports in one they trained more than any other discipline and these young women put so much time into the gym. And they have from the time they were little little kids at the collegiate level when they're competing at that. That level and for her to compete and do that. Well and be so refined and comeback from injury. And do it with a smile on her face that she had that is so inspirational I mean, I look at something like that. And I think how can I take that level of joy into my life? Like, how can I apply that to my parenting and work and everything like that? I think there's so much in that. And I sent it to my girls that the second I got it. Both the event is it just a free style. No that's floor. So there's your beam vault and bars Pinto. That's the floor exercise, and they have four tumbling passes in NC, double A gymnastics. So those are like. So there's like figure skating we required to do certain things. Okay. And your own flair to it. Yes. And that's where the choreography comes in. And in their coach Misao is a master of choreography. We posted it it's for those who are curious about this. And and there's a reason this thing went viral. I I saw it in Kennedy's feed. So that's but since then I've heard a lot about it. And Matt we posted it what? Facebook and Twitter Twitter for now Facebook as soon as we get around to it eight three three eight five two four eight six six Hannity's here. Joe devito's here. It's Tom shillue. We'll be right back. Become.

"It's Ben stew for Glenn. Triple eight seventy seven the ec- K. Sexism, claims course from the Bernie Sanders camp from his two thousand sixteen run. Apparently women were paid less. I think we talked about this a little bit yesterday. The women were paid less and treated worse. I don't know. I I I get the impression that the Democrats are pretty much done with Bernie Sanders done with Hillary Clinton. And they're looking for the new kids in town. And it's going to be Beddoes show. They're sending a look at the coverage between and Sanders. They're sending a signal Beddoes in you're out. You're out get out of here. And it's almost like we don't even want you to run this time. You don't want to waste any democrat funds on on you old guard people know, it's going to be all Beto all the time. I think it seems to the activists, and I don't know if it's been Biden, I think Biden might be bitten by that bug as well. Maybe I think Biden it's possible. I think the I think they see Biden as a possible real threat to Trump if he were to win again, I don't know if that's misled but misleading, but I think they they think that there's a chance there with Bernie. I think they realize like Bernie Sanders is not winning this election, and who knows in this world. I mean, I I would be surprised about anything. I wouldn't be surprised if Kardashian jumped in a week before the election. I wouldn't either. But like, I say, I don't think Sanders is it you can get the same policies out of about ten different candidates on the democratic side that are better chances to win that Bernie Sanders for sure Beto, Kamala, Harris. Cureton gillibrand Beddoe Rourke for sure Julian Castro like there's a million. You're right there, essentially, the same socialist policies aimed policies has Bernie just in a younger pack. There's not a ton of diversity when it comes to. Ideal ideology on the democratic almost. No there really was with with Republicans last time. It's seventieth candidates, and you had everything from George Pataki ram. Right. Like you had all the way to Ted Cruz. Like, you had a real wide choice to to select from there on the left. You have all the way from communism cleared, a socialist. Right. I mean, who's the most conservative person that looks like they're gonna run the most moderate democrat. I mean, it might be Biden who's you know, I think it would be by. He's a ninety percent liberal, right? Like, he's just not ninety nine percent liberal again. He's you know, he'll say something about the free market or something just an article about how some Democrats. Yeah. I was I was reading maybe it was early this morning where they were saying Biden is is not liberal enough for us. We don't like him. We don't want him to run because Biden is going to look at this and say, I can appeal to Pennsylvania to Wisconsin to Michigan to Ohio. I can win those cooking quote unquote, rational, right? Bernie Sanders has no chance of that. But as these guys compete to get further to the left each other. You know, Kamala Harris is going to push a Little Rock further to the left to win the primary votes, and that is going to be it's a bad formula. They're gonna want someone who looks moderately rational at some point. And they're going to say Biden's the guy. I mean, there's other people who you think, you know, the governors from, you know, from like western states, and you know, I don't know Joe Manchin or somebody like that that they're gonna try to throw up their Malley again. Right. But none of those people are legitimate threats at least at this point. I mean as far as someone who would look as like, let's say a democrat that could exist in the year two thousand. I don't know who else. No, I think that's it out of the ones that we know about that are probably going to run Biden's probably the most moderate. And that says something that's amazing. I mean Bernie Sanders. Up the Medicare for all proposal in two thousand thirteen and got zero co-sponsors from.

"To be back on Monday and I am thrilled to be joined by the Republican. Conservative and Reform Party candidate for US Senate. Here in, New York running against Senator Kirsten. Gillibrand and that is, shell folly, shell thanks for coming on the radio with us good, morning Frank is great to be. Here so let's begin with you know we've been talking a lot about law enforcement this morning taking advantage of Commissioner Kerik expertise I. Was pretty dumbfounded that Cureton gillibrand who when she was a member of. Congress was, more conservative than most New York Republicans became I believe the first US Senator to call for the abolition of ice I mean I don't even think Bernie Sanders called for the abolition of ice on what's your reaction to New York's junior Senator actually calling to abolish, ice I think it's absolutely crazy Frank in fact it's why I. Called her the ice. Queen but I mean, I is incredibly important they took, seven hundred. Ninety six members of the MS thirteen gang off the streets last year I he remember the MS thirteen game is the group that. Takes knives and Michetti and hacked to death are teenagers we do not want that we want them off the streets and I was doing that and we've got to keep ice well. And one of the things that Kirsten gillibrand. Takes credit, for and we you know we've. Been talking a little, bit about, September eleventh as well this morning is her role in, getting the drogue act passed as. Much as you may not agree with she is on taxes and bring money home to New York and abolishing is do you have. To give Senator gillibrand a little bit of credit for getting the drug. Act passed, well I have to give you know everyone credit for getting act passed. I think it was it was very helpful but it was Caroline Malone But ultimately ended up getting past and of course she's the democratic congresswoman in Manhattan and I think it's incredibly important but what's? Amazing, is that is that brand does one thing and then says one. Thing and then does. Another another great example, is this latest defense style She ran, around in fact actually just sent. Out a press release yesterday toting the fact that, she got two hundred million dollars. For a variety of facilities military facilities across the country that's fantastic and I am absolutely supportive of that but do you watch she voted against the bell So, she says oh wow you know, I was in the Armed Services Committee and I helped get all of these provisions and I'm like? You. Voted against the Bill you got us nothing we're talking about shell Farley she's running for for US Senator. Her campaigns gotten a lot of attention not just here in New York but actually around the country shall do you. Think gillibrand is running for president in two thousand twenty absolutely I think that that is what is what is causing her to take all of these wild left position and, it's just she's just trying to appeal to these liberal? Activist and coalition to run for president in twenty twenty and a great example of that if she has spent more money to support candidates, running in. Other, states. That any other Senator more, than Cory Booker more than Elizabeth Warren even more than Bernie Sanders and what's worst of all what's the job of a Senator, Senator is to be in. Washington and. Actually do these bills and worked for. The people of their state New York well great Example the she must've bell two. Weeks ago she was out campaigning. For Tammy Baldwin in Wisconsin ten Boven made by signing for the for the vote and then she went down to Illinois Illinois senators made, it back but she skate in order to do fundraising? With the family why families a very wealthy family that can help fund her race in twenty twenty it's ridiculous like why my website is, fire gillibrand. Dot, com Well I do want to ask you. Though you talk about I, don't think you're going to get much of a debate from this audience about accused him gillibrand being wrong for championing every possible left wing causes that you can imagine but look New. York is a state that voted for Hillary Clinton before that? Voted twice? For. Barack Obama we haven't had a Republican elected statewide since two thousand two you are going, to need some Democrats to vote for you if you're going to, win how do you appeal. To those folks to left of center voters who disliked Donald Trump that. Have voted repeatedly for Andrew Cuomo and Eliot Spitzer, and liberal Democrat after liberal Democrat statewide how do you. Get some of those folks on your, side what Frank absolutely and, I was one of the reasons why I have the Reform. Party nomination as well which you very familiar with one of the ideas that we. Need somebody. Who's actually got something this is not a democrat Versus Republican I am? One of? The. Things that she has not done eleven and a half years she's done nothing for New, York literally she has only gotten one sponsored Bill passed that was, last week and that was to rename a post office And. The fact. That. She went from being so conservative as a. Member. Of congress to so liberal as a member of the US Senate it really has to make, you wonder irrespective of where you fall in the political spectrum what her true convictions are. No question absolutely I just at. She. Was known as any okay when she was in the house and she turned into Jane Fonda in the Senate I think. We. Need someone who's actually going to get something done and I came out just Jeff Last week with his proposal for deduction for. Ranchers it is, not fair that only homeowners deduct their mortgage and our property taxes off the rest so I said, we need to make this equitable and allow renters who. Deduct up to three thousand dollars. A month thirty six thousand dollars a year off their federal taxes it would make a big difference it would make more fair and it would help New York because New, York was how much money I talked about. This every time I'm on the show that you know we've lost, forty eight billion dollars last year Reggie doctor would make. Go a long way to actually taking back so we. Don't spend that money out of Washington and I have, to tell you as a renter I have been really really annoyed at the fact that. I have to essentially subsidize people that are? A lot better off than I am because they get to deduct their mortgage interest and I don't get. To deduct my rent so as a renter I applaud you for that and I can tell. You here in, Manhattan and Brooklyn New York city where there are a lot of Democrats who also happen to be. Renting I think they'd also welcomed the the rent the. Rented before we end though shall. I want to ask you you've taken to calling Kirsten gillibrand Kirstin jello brand beyond being a very clever pun wh what are you trying to say with that I think, the point that she basically you know will Herself. To fit any mold and to fit any position and great example of that of course is her position on gun you know she had an. A rating from the NRA when she was in the. House two years later she had an escalating we need, somebody who's actually going to stand up on the tax Bill is a great example of. That she sat in her hands and said? Oh it's a bad deal well that's, not her, job John go show to make it better and that's why I. Want to. Get in the Senate because we can still make changes. To that tax Bill increase. That cap I mean ten thousand dollar cap. When the average property. Tax Bill in Westchester is. Nineteen thousand dollars a year just too low but there was nobody there fighting for New York and that's what. I do when I get into the Senate so if you want.
