"We Was that we saw what happened. We thought what happened with the Giants last year with Pat Shurmur, Daniel Jones, but unfortunately they told her who he loved here in Colorado, but at a terrible year and rumors out there, right tackle We? We know what the dangers are here, and we're concerned and well, we were hoping we could turn back the clock to Pat Shurmur with 2017 Viking That was unbelievable. With case Keenum and sharing the load at running back, we'll see. But that rumors around the show offensively case Keenum. He's the backup quarterback. Continue. Denver that here, right? Oh, dress going on humans on the carousel. Jodie, he was right up point. Ah, Dr McGee. Afternoon. Dr hosts I want Oh, forthree defend from Denver. Our guest here on CBS portrayed right. Let's jump to the Adelaide. Despite the fact that they didn't come up with the number one seed out West before the playoffs get underway. It was basically a toss up between the Avalanche, the greatest Golden Knights and the Islanders for favoritism to win the Stanley Cup before the playoffs got underway as the two seed they were showing respect to Colorado to put him in that conversation, and in some place I saw when they were actually the favorite. To win the Stanley Cup. Got a lead here in their first round. Siri's is a couple busted here for the Avalanche. Ah! Oh, man, I think it's I think everybody would be pretty devastated if they didn't at least get to the conference finals. Pepper, but I'm not going to go that far. But the expectations are are high, and there is so much better than the Coyotes. It's ridiculous. The Coyotes sneaked out a win. They've got a great golden coyote has got a great gold center, and that's keeping them alive in the series. And you know, hockey, Jody. I mean, if that happens, you know what are you going Todo but top to bottom. The Avalanche are are really talented, and they may have the M V p in the season in Nate McKinnon. And they got good enough. Goaltending gets a nice complimentary pieces. So the Avalanche area team definitely toe watch out for and they've done all right there there on Edmondson. On DH there. They should be fine. They won, they should have had, but nobody here is really worried about it. I wouldn't say daily Cupper bus but hot expectations. Reasonable high Expectations. Understood your basketball team gets its play offs on the way in. Did you say before your afternoon show even gets on the air with an 11 30 start that we have a deal that would wipe the Naegi today at 12 o'clock If I was in Rocky Mountain time I we've been watching it a 10 with the island in the Capitals. Yeah, Just keep you tuned to the TV all day yoke. It's seemed to be playing as good as he has all year down in the bubble. Murray about to say Michael Porter Jr is really rounding into form. Uh, judging the nugget all across the entire season this year from tip off way back in late October to the downtime to these eight games that they played. How would you describe their play today? As good as better than Oh, there's been a bit of a drop off. They need to turn on the force said. How would you describe the Nuggets as they enter the postseason as they're kind of right where they were the end of Where we stopped they. I think their last 11 games. They're subtle, like 56 there kind of a 500 team in the bubble. But But then again, you've got to take everything with a grain of salt because Michael Malone, their head coach. He was just balancing out from playing this. They were happy being the three they weren't overly excited about the going against Dallas. They like their chances against Utah, which they had a lot of success. Within the regular season. I'll not say they were running scared, but there was a plan and the Nuggets are going without Gerry Harrison will pardon to big time players who have had you know some issues. There's also rumors that half the team seriously like eight of the guys had Corona virus. And even though that hasn't officially been disclosed, it might have slowed them down a little bit in their preparation. We know Nicola Yokich at Corona and has recovered and let's buy lots a lot of weight. And look great. They're they're really quirky team, Jodie. I'm not exactly sure. You know, I'm telling you, man any given night If they're on their game that seriously, they could be anybody. They they've got that type of talent, and we did not know Michael Porter Jr was going to be as hadn't proved yet. Because he couldn't be trusted yet in a weird relationship with Michael Malone, But this kid is this hit is a budding superstar talent on this. It is through the freaking roof, and I don't blame people for not being aware of them. Played like free games of Missouri didn't play it all last year. He really barely play during the regular season this year, But I'm telling you, Jody, you want a guy to look out for its Michael Porter Jr. One really talent here and a pair him up with your kitchen. Jamal Murray that gives the Nuggets three legit superstars, and you could do a lot of that kind of talent. Let me ask you about one more guy because I caught him in the bubble because, yeah, ever since the bubble came to existence gets the old game so you can catch guys the DEA. I haven't had a chance to catch yet. What is Bull Bowl? Give this team in the postseason. He's got some significant minutes here in the bubble. I love both way Have we have a bet? Right now on the radio station will pull ball play. Significant time during the playoffs, and we had George Karl on coaches. The Nuggets still lives here. And he said, No, I got a bet saying yes. Um and I got another guy on our station. He says no, it's whatever. But there's so much fun looking at Bul Bul. I am obsessed with full bowl and I've been following global for actually a long fun. And even though he's 70 Jody, he's 72 is wingspan is 79 And so you think a guy like that is kind of awkward and you like unfolding tape measures unlike that. The thing that's important to know that Bull Bowl is that he has grown up playing basketball his whole life. He didn't come to basketball late, so he's been ableto ball handle. And, you know, dribble and past and all the skills that you know anybody would. He just grew into this kind of preposterous body. So we really don't know. But it is not weird that he shoot three pointers. If that weird that he could make full court passes, bounce passes through people's legs, handle the ball and get open. It's not weird. The problem that he has obviously and he is rail thin and he is going to get destroyed under the boards. But for the most part with the Nuggets he actually plays outside. He's such a compelling guy. He's not going to be a difference maker in the playoffs, but I hope he does get some action and he is. He's only 20 years old. She's only 20 and he is another guy like Michael Porter Jr. He went to Oregon. He played like eight games. Got hurt and came out. He's another guy that fascinating to watch, and I love him. I absolutely love him. I don't think he's gonna be a big deal in the playoffs. But, boy, is he going to be a fun guy to watch for years to come? I usedto watch his father attempt threes for the 76 Egemen, oot and God with his form awful. His son looks much better shooting the balls and Manu whatever day last thing gotta run over to the Iraqis for He's a little short of them is dead, but he he is going to be late. Shit. You've got to be legit, right? Moving minute had a certain skill set and certain big holes in his game ball. Bo, his son looks like he could actually be more of a well rounded player. Last thing Rockies. I am a huge fan of but blacks have been from his pitching days to his coaching days elsewhere now in Colorado..

"Trader Joe's team about four years ago now. I am a category manager in the Boston. Office and I work primarily on shelf stable beverages and our coffee and tea section in the coffee category now at trader. Joe's we used to do one thing. We used to whole beans in a nitrogen flesh canton and that was kind of our coffee section and now we have pods. We have ground coffee. We have whole bean coffee. We have limited edition. Coffees like there's a lot going on in the category. Yes and that's actually something. That's shifting right now. Is seeing our customers. Move away from those big cans of hold being coffee and we're seeing growth in ground but there are some copies that they're better left holding until you're ready to grind and brew but when we look at what we're GonNa do with it. There's a couple of factors that come into play the coffee grinders and the store. Is this going to fit? Under the grinders and easy to use as easy to reclosed for our customers is better off and can format but overall with our sustainability initiatives as. Well we are moving away from the can to Be a little more green earth friendly. What packaging is more sustainable than McCann coming soon? We have worked with a couple of our major vendors to up with a home compostable back so same format as are bad. Coffees are now but completely impossible. We are going to attempt to move in that direction. And we're doing the same thing with our pods and a couple of other items in the category. I say we're probably six to twelve months away before we see any hit the shelves. We're close. We're not there yet but we're almost there. It's pretty exciting. Trying to figure out how our customers making coffee are these people a classic drip through or are they making. Cold brew at home are they. Using a MOCHA stove. Top Espresso maker. Are they like what the heck? How do we get a sense of that? How do we get any intelligence from customers on this? It's a little trial and error. Everybody's really picky and has their own methods and so we just have to find something that is available for every type of error. So how do we do that and still be true to what we are attempting to be? That is not everything for everybody. An area we do. Shy Away from is flavored. Whole being when you add a flavor. Sometimes that I mean obviously it narrows the audience so we have French Vanilla. It's very applicable flavor. Everybody expansional coffee. I think or a has at some point. Speak for yourself Lawrence. Sorry we've done some interesting things where they are. Ostensibly flavored coffees. But they're like spiced or seasoned coffee. So we have that great wintry blend. It's like basically coffee with a bunch of spices in it exactly. So it's a cleaner way to approach a flavor than adding some artificial flavor to a grand copy and not that. That's what everybody out there doing. But that is really the way to get that flavor punch. And we don't WanNa do that. How do you determine this coffee should be whole being? This coffee should be ground. This one deserves to go and a cup or a pod really thinking about the customer and one thing we're seeing in terms of changes in the category is ground. Coffee is growing our ground. Coffee Selection hasn't grown as much. We're working on it. Let's say the biggest trend seen over the past couple years would be cold BREW FOR THE SAKE OF CLARITY? What is the cold and cold brew mean what is Cold Brew Cold Brew? Coffee is coffee. That has been brewed using zero. Hot Water you are brewing. The coffee from cold water and letting it steep in cold water versus hot brew. Which is where you are. Traditional coffee from we wanted to hit that in a couple of different areas and we achieved with their cold brew. Concentrate and we have some other Cobra options coming. That don't need to be drank colds. But it's were brew cold. You're going to have a less acidic experience overall like I said just a smoother coffee flavor overall. I don't know if you can tell I prefer Cobra. How do we find coffees? How do we source our coffee? Items like our land and our everyday assortment. Those really are a result of what our customers were lacking dark. Roast rely lacking medium light so we kind of search for items to fit those gaps. We really do rely on our vendor partners to tweak the roasts and beans and everything's who the exact specification we are asking for versus small lot. Coffee there are boots on the ground in these remote areas of the world and they are finding the coffee for us and they bring it back and they say I found these wonderful options from these small lot farms and we can have all of their crop for this year. What do you think I mean? There are more than sixty countries around the world that grow coffee. Most you know within a thousand miles of the equator. It's the BEAN BELT. But then there's this almost al chemical process of roasting so what you do with beans beans. Almost nothing without the roast. So if it's a small farm in some remote country near the equator will take a farms entire production a small farm for that year. We'll take the whole production so it's a small lot. Our customers really respond to it. It's really great. Oh my gosh. When can I get more of that? It would be at least a year. Yeah because we are taking their whole crop and so they have to grow that crop and it may not taste exactly the same second time but that's the beauty of it and it's a very different experience than the way we source our copy for our Joe's medium Joe's dark well and we're looking for consistency with dark and the JOE's medium. We're looking for something that every time. A customer opens that bag. They know exactly what they're going to get. That's my Joe's right. Every time has to smell and ultimately taste with an expectation whereas a small lot is both storytelling and a Great Cup of coffee. Smalls a relative term right I would say. Typically a small lot is one to two containers. Okay forty to eighty thousand pounds which to me sounds like wow that is like swimming pools multiple swimming pools full of confidence. When you think about you know all the stores all the customers that are excited about it. It probably doesn't last very long. And that's probably a good thing. I'M GONNA guess we want to make space for the next small out we've got coming in. We started the small out program we only had. I think maybe two or three and one year and we're working towards having ten to twelve and twenty twenty one. We have eight coming out this year. Where would these beans ago? Were it not for trader? Joe's buying them sometimes they may go nowhere. And so we're really helping a community taking all of this product from them and that that's their year. I WanNa talk about bulk bins. Because I've been in some specialty coffee shops where the coffee is all out and bins and you take a scoop and you put it in a bag and you pay for it by the pound and people tend to think well. That's really fresh and I know that not to be true but can you explain why you are putting whole beans into a bulk bin. You're exposing them to more elements than than they are when they're in the kanner in a bag you're introducing more oxygen your introducing outside contaminants. I think it's really. Oxygen is the enemy of freshness here and part of the magic of coffee is inventory turns selling stuff quickly it diminishes it becomes less of itself overtime so when you're smelling coffee and one of those small shops it means that that's just leaving the beans. We have more things in bags and you can smell coffee bags because you squeeze them and a little sh of hair might come out. But that's a one way valve right so air doesn't go back in. So that's why those become more compressed and compacted the more you squeeze them because I'm always squeezing those bags in a storage but that's me and looking for poking stuff from stores Mr whipple. It's a one way valve. You're just pushing out some of the nitrogen oxygen. That is still in there. And that's exactly why they get almost Where you can see like the beans on the outside of the bag because it will really tight pants dislike still fit still fit and once upon a way back. Our coffee canisters did not have those valves and every so often they would get packed a little too soon after roasting and they would just blow up and sometimes they would explode. I recommend squeezing those banks system. Squeeze the coffee the coffee anything coming out that you're really excited.

"For delivery it's a massive undertaking. It something that takes months or years to plan build and implement and it requires tremendous resources. Will it trader? Joe's the reality is that over the last couple of decades. We've invested those resources in our people rather than build an infrastructure that eliminates the need for people. The bottom line here is that our people remain our most valued resource while other retailers. Were cutting staff and adding things like self-checkout curbside pickup and outsourcing delivery options. We were hiring more crew. And we continue to do that. We know that this period of distancing will end and when it does our crew will be in our stores to help you find your next favorite product. Just as they've always been and just as they are right now we're so grateful for the dedication of our crew for the stability of our leadership in the work that's being done at all of our stores around the country to ensure that our neighbors have access to the food that they need. We're proud of that work. And we understand that reflects a continued significant need for connection and as it were for content especially as we all do our part to maintain physical distance. We recorded this episode over the last six weeks or so and while the world has changed since we started Ed we decided the time was still right to share it with you because well we all still need a good cup of coffee so now's a good time to grab your favorite Mug. Fill it with your favorite coffee. It goes without saying which is while. We'll say it now and later. Thanks for listening. Here's a taste of what's coming up on this episode of inside Trader Joe's I'd say the biggest trend we've seen over the past couple of years would be colder already. Had too many espresso hasn't changed. People really want a really Great Cup of Coffee. They WanNa get it as fast and as conveniently as possible. What is that from the trader? Joe's mothership in Monrovia California. Let's go inside trader. Joe's.

"Book back to almost famous minute. Where we're discussing. The two thousand Cameron Crowe Film almost famous. One Minute at a time. I'm Eric Nash. From feels like weezer foresight from. Let's say edge of tomorrow minute. Mcc pleasant From the World. I'm a comedy writer and Just elated welcome. Suzy glad to have you on my. I think I became most aware of you at least kind of recently from a star wars minute and and then then even recently. You're on bull. Durham in it. I got I am tearing up the minute scene. Yeah it's pretty great. You're knocking out a wide range of genres to hear from. Yeah yeah to the sports to the Rock Rock Music Rock Music David. This is your first time with us too. I shouldn't they certainly shouldn't forget you but you're kind of our our unofficial co host happening. He's cuppers minutes that we're going to have you. Yeah good good to be here Big Fan of this movie some. I'm happy to do as much. Co host duties. You need me for saying yeah thank you. Yeah we always have. We always have either of you back For other minutes but this man is meant forty six week and it starts with Russell getting electrocuted and ends with Marc Maron yelling at the band in the electrocution scene man. That's pretty grisly. I think Russell does a pretty good job of well not Russell. But you know that actor's name thank you. Yeah it seems to try and say it disappears from Ed. Bill does a good job of making me feel like he is a real lump of meat that just got cooked on a state of man. It's it's disturbing Yanni really keeps it up to. I mean it's there's there's parts during the sped next to especially Where he just he just really continues to be really out of it really well that they didn't know one called it an ambulance. That's buried the seventy lake. We're like mine. You're just got electrocuted a little bit. Because because I've got a little bit of a morbid streak I had to look up other famous onstage electrocutions. Ooh Yeah so Turns George Harrison was electrocuted in the let it be documentary so you can actually watch him put his lips to the megaphone and get like a little shaky doesn't collapse or anything like that but he does sort of back off shows a little bit of visible pain and you can find that clip on YouTube Keith Richards I was thinking I was going to have to wait until Peter Jackson's done here with Dr. Welby reassembling of Lee keeping it in keeping that part. Maybe that'll be the focus of it. Now lose be like the movie where George gets electrocuted Keith. Richards was also electrocuted. But it was much more like what happens on stage here In nineteen sixty five in Sacramento. His Guitar bumped into an ungrounded MIC stand. Apparently sparks flew in. There was a loud bang and the manager actually thought that Keith had been assassinated. They did rush him to the hospital unconscious and heap. He did not wake up until I think it was later that day in the hospital and he woke up and said man that was good. Probably Rush. I think I'll do that. I thought of. I haven't seen a movie since it came out in theaters And so I forgot. I forgot everything because I know a larger memory and yeah so when I watched the minute before I went back in like watch the rest of the movie And I was like Oh if he on drugs flake I was like are they pretending to be elected because he's on drugs like I couldn't remember if there was like a drug thing so anyway but but it makes sense that he gets electrocuted. I guess it's just like because you don't think about rockstars. Getting electrocuted probably happens a lot less than it did in the seventy S or sixty S. Or whatever when you know now that technology is pretty good like but I wonder if anybody has recently only guess you looked it up like actually. Isn't that famous? Still have you for sure there? I mean there's a long string of them from the seventy so it was definitely like a you know we quit and quite figured out how to ground these things yet. like As freely was electrocuted from kiss and he actually wrote a song about it called shock me later on and then but there are actually people who died from electrocution In the seventies. Yeah Yeah let's Harvey from stone. The crows which was sort of a pub rock band in the early Seventies. He died in in Wales from poorly grounded. Mike Electrocution and Keith Ralph. From the yardbirds died in his basement recording studio from an improperly grounded guitar apparently but yet there's actually a kind of a grisly video. You can find of the band. Hot Hot heat Playing an outdoor festival in Ohio. Somewhere in I don't remember exactly what year it was like. Fairly like the twenty tens. I think where the one of the guitar players get electrocuted and collapses and it's very similar to this like no one really realizes what's happened until he's been laying on the ground for a couple of seconds and then you know the music kind of slowly fades out and everyone in the crowd was like what's going on and it so it's it's still sort of a modern problem. I think trying to put on an outdoor show with you know. Weather conditions in long runs of cable across a field and things like that makes it more dangerous. But Yeah Yeah. I didn't realize how dangerous rock and roll lists the threat and there's other I think really good acting and decides besides just Russell Billy's You know I mean there's there's all this confusion is going on you know and then that's that's actually what jeff bb says. Hey what's going on we here? We also hear like this. Maybe I got it from somewhere or some Transcript site whatever but stinking stinking roads you know so. A roads roads fender bass wise at coming roads. Some some kind of Either Anchor Guitar. Some sort is the root. It's like a brand name erodes Oregon too but I didn't see any of that hanging out instead. Yeah and noticed that both Jeff and Russell. Have like to have two microphones on their MIC stand Sort of tied together which was kind of a weird seventies thing that they did do. That was Sometimes if they rip especially if they were recording the show. You'd have one Mike that fed the PA in one that went to the recording stuff But apparently the grateful dead also did this sort of a weird early form of noise canceling because they would they would put their speakers. Grateful dead put their speakers behind them and did a lot of like weird separation so like the base when we came out of this portion and the guitar came out of his portion to train gift. Things a little more dynamic separation but apparently if you put too close together and you do one in positive polarity in one in negative polarity sort of does some fancy noise cancelling thing on really know but apparently is common in the seventy s until we figured out you know plug ins and laptops and things so very cool. I'm writing so much I do have been baby myself. I was GonNa say you wonder if he's ever seen that before but yeah well the the big thing I've seen is that You know it looks. It seems like there's there's a there's a fair amount of duct tape that I think has happened there at at at Russell's microphone and I've seen lead singer do that before I've done sound work with a few bands quite a few years ago. There was one that Kevin just started going crazy with taping like okay. If you want to do that you're that that's interesting. I wouldn't at seems unsafe. Well I don't know. Duct tape is Great. I guess no don't don't don't know absolutely. I never thought I came from the south. Everything's held together with duct tape. I'm the other thing that that that's at. The very beginning of it is the that the plumbing song is ending. I mean it's not really ending. That's not supposed to end but it's ends because of everyone leaving their instruments in running towards wrestling then than certainly away getting off the stage but You know in the draw. I think in a normal fashion. I think the drums are kind of the one that kind of goes along. The drummer can just be on his own groove and I mean he's sexy Griffin centrally and. Yeah he and he can't maybe can't see what's happening sunders obstruction. Yeah Ding dongs. Away can't Ding dongs meaning drums. Let's that's what I'm gonNA call them now. You know what I'm talking about the hidden things drummers love it when you call me being Donner's I think too so. Oh Yeah Yeah. They totally loved that. Because it's very cool in rock and roll.

We're joined by Ted Cupper. Ted thanks for being here. Thanks for having me. Yeah. Of course. Thank you for this is a every once in a while. We'll get with movie or a TV show on here where it's not like as famous as the God. It's more like infamous, right? Right. This is one of the ways that didn't hold up, right? It won the Oscar, I believe it held up for about fifteen minutes. Exactly long enough to win the largest prize in movie making. And now it's a movie that everybody says is terrible. It's almost a punchline right? And also joining studio hanging out this read parts once again, it's Caleb signing. That's right. Having seen crash I have seen crash would have forgotten loser. I saw it because ludicrous was in it. And he isn't it. I like everything. He's in good. There's actually a lot of good actors in this. It was the cast was cry. Crazy. I don't remember if someone famous directed it or not. I guess I guess, okay? So they got everything put together. Yeah. Should've held up longer. But, like I just looked it up here, and it is a fatal crash closes lanes on southbound seventy one freeway and chino hills. The movie and all at once to talk about, is this news. Unbelievable for a second. I was like.

"To ESPN plus heavy promotion on box. Rak pushing HBO streaming service promotion down. So they're promoting that Loma chango Corolla card only PM, plus ultimately where this fight will land. So you said the left for two Lemba there. Yeah. I remember that fight. Televise on HBO. Uh-huh. Fight Chalerm before I think this is HBO. It was like one of those that that that pre loot it like the wards Feis shit. So he fought over there. When like I think twelve which limber, and it was like a lackluster performance, but that was the last time they three times in Russia. Two times in the same. What looks like the same. Venue? He'll remember he wasn't like the the back story that I always heard coming up that he wasn't like a how he touted amateur. He was like one of those amateur did that I lost like those big time amateurs over there. Then came over to the states are not gonna fuck is out. And they're like oh shit. He may be somebody in developing. He turned out to be Sergei the well crusher. Strange man, strange that. Elderly operas didn't get an immediate rematch. Right. I mean, he knocked out Kovolev and loss appoints decision. I think it would have been only fair to give them that that three peat maybe down the line makes more sense. But yeah, let's get to the callers. I guess any final thoughts. My only thing on this is that if this fight does take place in Russia. There is no way that you get the decision. He might even get a win. If he knocks down twice. He needs came out completely like it needs to be a stoppage he won't any favors in Russia. So it's give them respect for taking the fight. Going in to Russia won't won't. He has to get no coat all the way to put it. Six men that we think that way, I know people thought that way for fury, and and somewhat you feel like look we were right in that in that, you know, logic, but boxing is international boats. It's global it's and judges are always neutral like very seldomly. Do you see three US judges on a US car like they bring a Puerto Rican judge or Mexican judge? So I dunno just sucks. We say these things I'm not saying you're wrong at all. I'm not saying, I don't think them as well. I just feel these other things that casual fans use against us for our spoil like the first hour boxing's corrupt the right guy never wins. And it's because of situations like this one hoping whoever is the true Victor gets a fish shake in this one, especially if it's yard going to the home country. Timothy Bradley went to the UK be junior Witter and. Didn't get job than you know, rightfully so. And hopefully if you are can do the same. He gets the decision dangerous dangerous move. I mean, co eleven self is only four three times over there. This is crazy in my opinion. But Sergei Kovalev is thirty six years old. He's thirty six years old yard has half. His fights yard has less. Amateur fights his body's more, preserve. He's probably more of a worker than Kovolev. I think without knowing I would favor yard in the training camp in the gym over Kovolev who has rumors of vodka drinking and slacking off and Cam. So those are my final thoughts. I think. Gye has said it so much that it's embedded in our brain. And it's about timing. And this is or can be the right time. If your yard facing Cova. "Sweaty? No, I'm just imagining what that would feel like on my tongue and sliding down my Asaf against. Many, I just don't understand how anyone would eat something that hot and spicy. Okay. So here's the deal in our mouth and our throats in even our is we all have these teeny tiny caps as in detecting spice detectors, right? Yeah. And when we eat something spicy, it's their job to send a message up to our brains to let our brains know that we have just been properly by s- out. So this must be, why are mouths feel that Tinguely burning sensation or is to water? Exactly does. And some people are born with more or less of these caps as in receptors than other. They're just born that way. So people with less spice receptors may not experienced the hot sensation, spicy foods, the way that others like me would you got it. In fact, some researchers. From the university of Helsinki in Finland, conductive experiment with a bunch of twins. And from that experiment, they were able to figure out that genes play a big role in how much spice we can handle show genes. We were just talking about that where we, the teeny microscopic bits inside of us that were passed down from our parents and grandparents, and great grandparents. Great grandparents, and great. Great, great, great, great grandparents, and great. Great. Great, great, great, great, great, great grandparents, I think he got it. So basically, if say your mom like spicy food, then you could be more likely to like it too, as you get older, even if you don't now. But if your mom is easily spiced out by even the Wimpy pepper in the world, then there's probably no hope for you pack your bags in. Don't let the door hit you on the way out of this Bisi smackdown I didn't make the genetic code is, but what about other countries and cultures. Like I have a friend from Chile in South America, and even though the country is called Chile, they don't really spicy foods. But then I have a friend from India who's been eating hot chilies since he was a little kid. So liking spicy food can't just be about our jeans. Kenneth will. Yeah. And that's not an all surprising. I mean, in some parts of the world like India and Mexico, people are used to eating spicy food is a regular part of their breakfast, lunch and dinner vets. Fascinating. I mean, that would suggest that people can develop or build a tolerance or the ability to handle very, very spicy food. Depending on the kind of foods they ate in their countries. You got it. Look, it looks like Pedo paper is up man. If he successfully crushes this pepper x. he'll be crowned the world champion two years in a row and what happens if he doesn't. And if he doesn't well. "The big winner. Last night you get on plane and get out of Cleveland. Will you be if an NFL team signs calling Cupper Nick next week? So captain IX lawyer suggests TMZ that his client could be signed very soon. In fact, maybe a soon as next week, he also seemed to hint at the patriots and raiders as potential teams to sign Colin Kaepernick now, mind you, this is same lawyer who last year said that his client was going to be side within ten days. I'd be shocked because I've long been resigned system beginning actually that Colin Kaepernick Carini NFL is over. And my question is why now, if you were going to sign Colin Kaepernick, it feels like done it by introduce them to your franchise in the beginning of the season as a training camp. Here's one of the reasons that I give it at least a little credibility. Even though I understand that you don't want necessarily your news from TMZ or lawyers. This lawyer has actual information and though he's been wrong in the past, what he is suggesting that the raiders and the patriots make sense after some badgering from the TMZ reporter. He's not saying flatly that the raiders in the patriots. Are it. But he is intimating as much. And those two teams make a lot of sense because of the stability at the top of the organizations with the patriots. It's obvious and Gruden signed for one hundred million dollars guaranteed. He could take this risky has set in the past that he's surprised at capper Knicks not in the league. So both of those teams certainly make sense, but a lot of teams have made sense. Jacksonville, still make sense exactly now would also make sense for some NFL team to take one for the team, so to speak and sign Colin Kaepernick as an incentive for him to drop his collusion case. But if I'm coming cabernet, I see this thing through as opposed to letting the league off the hook when it comes to colluding and ruining his career. Also, you know what hasn't been a major story so far this NFL season the national anthem. So why sign Colin Kaepernick and bring this back to the front pages. If you the NFL. One of the things that's interesting though, if your about this particular cause is pairing Colin Kaepernick desire to play while still somewhat in his prime against the idea of, I don't want to be a backup and then give up my social commentary martyrdom. And that collusion case. She'll went back into much hype that loans, those new jump show this building. I do think sometimes when we're talking about Simmons or Foltz or some of these young guys that we do overreact that they should still be in college and some of them need a minute to develop their jumper. And I also believe even though Magic Johnson needs to hype and commercialize this team, I believe that LeBron James is going to make every young person on that team look a lot better than they actually are just by virtue of being wide open. So I think you're going to see pretty seismic leapt from a lot of the young players on the Lakers figure looking better than actually is if you wanna put it side by side with his jump shot last year, I'm pretty sure it is thing of UD back comparison. He shot thirty six percents field last year, thirty percent from three and this for a guy who shot forty percent from three UCLA so he can shoot. But that release was just way too long way to deliver it for the NBA level. Now, should it improve with work? Absolutely look. I'm buying into him having a much better season given much time is spent in the weight room in the muscle. He put on in the film room with Magic Johnson. And working on his shop. My question is, do those old habits return under fire in games. You go back to what you always known if you Lonzo ball, here's what you know about Lonzo ball to last year..

Then they have to show you what the trophy looks Trevor then then they have to like, bring out the trophy and why it looks that way.
