And they continue to win tournaments, improve themselves and one thing I would like to do in a couple of years is be watching a World Cup match and say that was the kid that came from St. Louis. "Some sad news today. I need gorham has passed away at the age of 58. The legendary Scottish goalie not only played for Scotland, but also with rangers and Greg you knew him well. Yeah, I mean, he was a teammate with Scotland and he was a guy that was a fierce competitor in his time at rangers when we played against him and the old firm, the big Derby. He had most of his huge success at rangers, but he was at one point, it was a number one goalkeeper for Scotland. He had, he was part of a nearer and the 90s with the late great Walter Smith, the manager who passed away not too long ago where they had huge success. And were unstoppable for many, many years in Scotland and even unbelievable goalkeeper. It was never the he was not the tallest when you consider goalkeepers under 6 foot. He never looked to fetish Andy but in terms of short stopping. And he brought the hearts I can tell you a lot of Celtic players and a lot of Celtic fans and a lot of Celtic managers, many, many times. When Celtic and I remember before my time in the era of the late told me bonds and when they had van heydon can cadet and decanio, they outplayed range of so many times, but when the league because everything they faced rangers, they faced gorham and gorham was incredibly, he was a man inspired in these big games and to see the nerds of a couple of months ago and they've been terminal and now I'm passing away so quickly. It's quite sad. 58 years old, but I'm afraid cancer spares nobody and it will be remembered and there is a fantastic fantastic goalkeeper. It was a pleasure to play with them and it was really difficult to play against them. You know when a football player died, you know? It's a little bit of yourself, you know? Which is earth and in fact who dies because it's part of our generation and I follow him bring chambers thing and being absolutely fantastic also with Scotland. So you feel hurt really, like you knew him. I never met him, but allowed me to have a thought as well on Paul Mariner. We used to work with us and died like a year ago. And we all missed those people because they were the greatest in the game. The great characters in the game. I mean, the game has changed somewhat and there's a microscope now that maybe swaps the personalities of players coming out and the modern era and not always but sometimes because of the warrior but social media and the cameras and these guys, they were characters in the day and they live life to the full and it was a great year to play. No matter what this is, yeah we didn't look after ourselves as Richard had done and there was not spot signs and blah blah blah but boy, these guys had a great time and I can tell you the rangers team the rangers players that Andy played and we all respected them even though we were their biggest rivals. If we saw them having a beer and Glasgow, we'd go and have a beer with them. We'd have a chat and we'd buy each other to drink here and there and then when we got on the field we're trying not lump so of each other. That's the way we did it back in the day and Andy was a huge part of that. So a pretty sad day for Scottish football I have to say with a loss of one of the greats of the modern era. "A case of trying to kind of explain some of the mechanisms. There's a couple of different things going on at the same time here. One, of course, is the overall economic situation of the club. And the other is the question of fulfilling the financial fair play rules in La Liga, which by the way, a rules that are put in place before the event rather than after the events. This isn't a case of looking at your money and saying, right, you have to pay a fine or you have to pay some sort of punishment because you've broken the rules. If you try and register players and you are not within that criteria, you simply can not register them. So in that sense, Barcelona have already paid for their mistakes. And one very simple way of explaining that is that they lost Lionel Messi. Now the greatest player in their entire history, they lost him because of that financial difficulty. The other thing that we should probably explain here is that this €207.5 million that comes in is just a part of an attempt to regenerate money. And so that doesn't immediately go, here's €207 million, that's judges 7 million years on spending on players. It doesn't work like that. There's a huge amount of balancing going on, so it will be that there will be the hope maybe of somewhere closer to €400 million for another 15%, then maybe the BLM thing will go through as well. There will be some sales, I'm sure of players, there will be some players who depart, they try and save money on their salaries, for example, leng lei, although they'll have to pay a bit of that. They'll try with them titty, but it's not that easy, of course. And this is what they discovered last summer. They had a whole load of players they thought they could move on, that just said, when I actually, I'm staying. I'm not going anywhere. And so this all of this goes hand in hand has there are a lot of operations going on. So it's not entirely fair, I think, to say, well, here's 207 million. And look, they're spending it again. Well, they'll spend some of it. And they'll spend solving if they can balance across the board, not just here's my money and out it goes again. Yeah, which we know what that balancing act, of course, it would be to try to sell maybe Frankie the young. So my question, Mark, is it true what Joanna Porte is saying or is this just a strategy to maybe get Manchester United to pay a little bit more? I think he's bluffing in terms of there's a lot of clubs that won't frankly young. Of course a lot of people would like frankly, but this some of the market is different and Frank and young is on the top of anyone's privacy about from my united. I think if you look around the clubs in Europe, if there was another buyer out there that bas would have been able to negotiate a bit harder, I was told a couple of days ago that united and baths have pretty much agreed to fee. What is holding it up is Dion, the young is reluctant to leave Barcelona but knows you may have to. So united in Barcelona business, but it is an issue with Deion and his wages are fatter for united as well as Barcelona. Apartments in huge wages at Barcelona, wages that even united wouldn't pay. So he has to decide whether to stay at Barcelona and make it difficult for them to bring the players in or as you go to man united. So for me, this isn't about a lot of other clubs once in Frank and young, I think the Porter is bluffing on this, but I do think that united sort of a battlefield over the line because he isn't convinced by this horrible word project that ten hackers go to the United States. It's not a great project if people like Ronaldo on a jump ship straight away but it's still there to be done and at the moment it's not done until it isn't done until it is done I should say. Then he's a Barcelona player and you can never trust man united to get a deal done until he's done. They can force you to pay another ten or 20 million. For Barcelona at the moment that goes a certain amount away. So it could be, it could be a bluff and that way. And why wouldn't you play a short strategy and say, well, you thought you were getting beyond, but things have changed for us, so maybe if you want them now and as Marcus said many times on the shore, united have been very slow in coming forward, they have just left managers out to dry, but if bassa think they can get ten, 15, 20 more, why wouldn't they do that? And they're predicament. And let's be honest, it's a 50 50 split here because they need the money and Manchester United. They need the players. So I'm going to have to give one this one. "The opportunity to be more of a collective. So I think if united think about it properly, they will let him go because ten hack can then rebuild properly without the guide that's costing half a million pounds a week in wages. So they've missed out on even players like richarlison, who's now gone from Everton to Tottenham who could have done a job for a year or two, a proven Premier League goal scorer. It's left unite in a really difficult position. The only good thing for another Lee is that it frees up a lot of money on the wage bill to bring somebody in. But all the deals have been done. Harlan's done. Nunez is done, which is done. You know, Gabriela jazz has gone so they're in a real bad situation and it's because Ronaldo has left it so late to tell the kid who wants to go. This should have been two months ago, but for whatever reason it hasn't been done. And maybe united bow the heads in the sun a little bit by not actually addressing it when they couldn't. Well, the thing is another opportunity for ten act to get another player from AX because it seems to get players from there to create a new team because he has to, but he's going to be a problem, another problem and in fact the status and the image of Manchester United doesn't go well with that new announcement. I'd say 99% of all players in that instance will kick the ball away. But a player that thinks he wants to prove how good he is in. So we're playing the game itself, we'll do something like that because it didn't come at him that hot to the point where he had to leave it. It's a weird decision in such a shame as well because what I say from deja because now we're talking about the fact that he's sent it by sliding the ball rolls through his legs 6 yards out.
