Well, our first whiskey today our first our first product from readers is the rigors Kansas City whiskey ninety-two proof forty, six percent Ab. It's anonymous statement whiskey goes retail's about thirty, five bucks the of straight Bourbon whiskey light corn whiskey can rye whisky. Kansas style. All aged at least four years. And to this plan, they add a trace amount of fifteen year old Alrosa Sherry, not exceeding two point five percent of the volume. This is a fairly common practice was a fairly common practice in the American whiskey industry in prohibition. As the first producer revitalize this early practice they have dubbed this d Kansas City style whiskey. Okay It's a burnished copper color, a little red glint. And add I was expecting more share notes, but it's not overpowering I think they did a good job with this bounced. Look. Candied fruit and not too much. Baking spices all their cinnamon, not making clove. It's not a sweet as expected. So I was pleasantly surprised on the palate. Chew that up Caramel. Creme Brulee. Not. Not. Unpleasant. Not not over sweet like I was expecting. So a very well balanced. You got the sweet spices. You got the CARAMEL and there's a little red fruit coming in there like berries. Finish is pretty long in candied I. I was pleasantly surprised because I was not expecting from the description something like this. Again, it's it's like Brent saying they you know it. It doesn't. It doesn't overpower now they did a really. Elevates the Whiskey I that when I saw when I, when I saw this and I read up on it and it's not a barrel finish, it's it's actually wine and and I'm thinking. Two things I'm thinking I don't know if that's going to work and I'm thinking fifteen euro or us oh, man just give it to me straight as no board and and they just poured in glass now drake it. But it's so it's so well done at It does not overpower the whiskey it doesn't make it clawing and sticky. Sweet. Definitely. Pick Up. You definitely pick up the sharing note, but it's again it's not an overpowering sharing. No, and there's and what really comes nutmeg. Not, MAG. That may quote. Baking. Spice. The caramel is a nice underway -ment either Nathan. If we can get this in Florida this adeptly being bar. It's not something I wanNA have before dinner dinner my God on Ice Cream. Yeah. This is this is what I'm going to add shakes after I, ate the Kansas City steak or the Kansas City Barbecue and I wanNA sit back to go well with the can't see barbecue. Raises a finisher everyone. "Sitting here clicking my coffee mug against them like sorry about that going with a creme brulee man this is good I stirred some of my hippy dippy coconut oil in there I'm getting used to that they keep saying how good it is for me so there you go I'm in way too much creaminess that balances it out doesn't it yums looking out the studio windows at another gorgeous April landscape dies the leaves are coming out it's getting warmer the daffodils back home that I cannot I I can't kill these things I don't want to kill these things but I'm a wonderful killing plants these daffodils keep popping up year after year they're they're waiting for me love it praise the lord and today god is back by popular demand we are circling back yet again to subject matter we connected on earlier huge response from listeners coast to coast of all ages everything slashing the cost of continuing education in college but good now again I was amazed not only do people far more energetic than me want to know on behalf of their kids and our grandkids but for themselves as well to which I say get out there guys this is your reality this is your in business in a dress rehearsal guys this is life and if you have some sort of a new career ambition in this glorious amazing fantastic economy we are sitting in right now make it a reality I had a great quote this is what inspired me to do one more segment on slashing the cost of college one of my favorite human beings out there micro dirty jobs remember him he is just so down to earth I adore him when he talks I love to listen and she had such a great quote that tied in perfectly to last week's show and here's the thing the cost of college all right we talk about how much things have right you know the cost of this the cost of that the cost of college has increased faster in the last generation far faster exponentially faster than the cost of health care which we all concern ourselves with the cost of college has gone up even faster the cost of real estate oh my god real estate these days the cost of college has gone even faster food energy you could go on and on the cost of college has sky rocketed past it it's ridiculous not only is it ridiculous it's not a good use of your cash now you know that I'm a huge fan of spending money when it's warranted when it's going to come back at you you know five fold ten fold a hundred fold down.

"Gang says hi coughing in hands going with eight creme brulee with again way too much cream minute yums love it I have the new mugs we got the new mugs and Kristen ago paean show mugs they're kind of smaller than I usually do for mugs it's a regular sized mug which is also known as a small size mug in my opinion when it comes to coffee consumption but they're fabulous I love it it was such a great gift thanks to all the people who checked in on that looking out the studio windows at another gorgeous city scape it really is nice out there getting warmer thank god got up to seventy in Philadelphia I'm Lovin it high time spring time for god's sake deeply deeply spring time so happy to see the seventy degrees here I got it and I'm going off script you're just a little bit because right before we jumped on the air I was watching some of the you know nationwide news that some regular numbers out I love the number seven number scale and the numbers one in particular freaked me out and I have to start with this I don't know if we're gonna hit the other usual stop I was planning for today because this is trumping at all seventy eight percent of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck and not only that it's not as dire as it sounds because they're living paycheck to paycheck and they are hugely in dad's as well so a lot of their paychecks going towards interest payments on credit cards or high interest loans or low interest loans or loans to somebody where you're paying for somebody else's well being and well off life rather than your own freaking out that means four out of five Americans almost more than three out of four close to four out of five again love the numbers are living paycheck to paycheck you don't deserve that here's where I'm coming from on this now that I'm rubbing my temples as we're talking here this day and age corona virus all the latest headlines you guys are working like dogs you know you are and you're not complaining you love the work you love having some money coming in you love having that increased stability in your in your household you know income compared to years past it's it's a nice place to be however the new normal I hate this the new normal is being stressed out about cash and in times past we've had ups and downs and economies we had the Great Depression for god's sake a lot of our listeners have some experience with that either is kids or whatever you know we've gone through world wars we've gone through three sessions some more severe than others sometimes it's normal to go through a period in your life for your a little stressed out about cash maybe you're young couple you just brought a baby into the house you're just married or whatever yeah you get stressed out of sleep and whatever else and certainly about cash it should not be done normal it should be the once in a while all of these stressful times about cash.

"Let's dig into today's topic. Paul can we start with you You heard my story about how I discovered. Papa's thanks to you How did you discover? Papa's well I stood. Discovered Papa's in the native of trees of Canada. I discovered them on a page. Not In reality. Unfortunately I grew up in a family that was in the produce business My both my grandfathers this were farmers Where we're in the Agra in the native you know in the native Place for Papa's grew or still grow but I had never tasted them mhm nor heard of them and it piqued my interest so much because we had always Prided ourselves on being the first to taste everything that came into the market and new member. One Re Pini Dini came in and went Avocados came into the market and when kiwifruit and star fruit and all. Those things first appeared here And this it was the kind of our native exotic that I had never experienced. So it was part of a schoolyard naturalization pro project and really part of more broadly of using native plants to restore habitat. And so there is there is that broader Value of these trees while of course because they are native They're co evolved with all the insects and diseases that That are here. so they're not susceptible to them and and they host Many important species as well so tell me something so you read about it in a book there. Was this naturalization project in your neighborhood or something. What did you guys do? You never heard about the train you go and you buy it and you plant. or how did that happen well. This was the early nineties so for me. The early days of the of the Internet and I did track someone down through through the interweb of that day. You know very very BA barebones in those days And found some of the Niagara and into we had just you know we were. We're lucky we had just moved into a new home. We had a front yard. That was kind of a had been lawn and of course we didn't want to have lawn anymore. We don't have any lawn and it's such a such a poor use of the small space that we had in in urban setting So we wanted to plant it with native trees stories and We also wanted to scare the view to our neighbor across the street and When I came home we came home? Not with two trees but with two sticks As my partner so kindly So kindly described them and so it took about ten years. Oh my gosh. So th the next ingredient is patients it is. It's really a slow food. Okay it's very slow so it took Tennessee. You plant these trees. Your partner is okay with it. Look like two little sticks What did they look like as they were growing up? As you're nurturing these two little sticks what are they looking. I think the first thing that I notice about them was just so how distinctive the leaves czar. They look like no other tree and I have had a number of people Just walked down the sidewalk and look at them and then the bravest among them go like what tree is that. I think I know all the trees but I've never seen something with such a long feather shaped leaf And you know my my friend. Who spent a lot of time in America around Cacao Trees Religious Jew really notes. How similar they are to cow as well in their structure so they are a very unique looking tree And the and then a when the blossoms came out the blossoms are also fascinating as well. They're very dark Maroon Maroon color I believe they're mimicking meet because they are pollinated by midges That are attracted blow flies. which are attracted to dead meat? So what do they smell like. Do they smell like dead meat. So if you don't smell like dead meat they are the the. They are a little acrid smelling rolling. They're they're certainly not fragrant like an apple blossom right okay so you plant this tree and you're hanging in there and you're waiting mm-hmm and you're waiting you're waiting did you at some point. Did you almost lose your enthusiasm for this. Great idea of planting palm tree. No I think we're there. There are many other things going on and I was very hopeful and I and it was just as I was reading more and more of the work that Lorraine Johnson was doing and other other great Authors were doing around native plants and I would start accumulating references to pop. Aw and when and the more I read about dumb and the and the more I read descriptions of of their flavor the more we just couldn't lose interest because I was just kind of salivating every year and then there is frustration because for a couple of years we got some blossoms but no fruit set and so actually getting pollination especially on isolated trees in in an area where there's really no native no no other surrounding trees that could cross pollinate with them. It took a long time so finally the day comes that you start to see fruit for me. Tell me about what year was that and what was going on for you. That was two thousand and four. I I was involved in agriculture. At that point I was working in the wine industry Saw Back and forth in Agra Lot and really felt that I was kind of telling the the the agricultural story in our urban setting and this was another part of that story And so as they foreign we got very excited. I why did you know the the small. The small mammals do like to climb up and down the trees and sometimes knocked them off before they're fully ripe so that was a little bit of a frustration. Especially when you're you know and we would count the fruits right at the end of his own fifteen this year you know. And then and then there's attrition through the whole season right and but when those first fruits did ripen and you could smell their ripe and you could feel they were right They became very highly price in our in our in jealously guarded. Oh Yeah Y.. Y within our household as well yes okay so in your household old guy. Your first ripe fruit. Is this actually the first time you taste papa. Your own fruit yes. I had never had that point. There were no I. I hadn't yet to see them at farmers markets Forbes wild foods does have some now and now there are some other farmers who are growing them in in a more more commercial quantities. But at that point not at all so what did you think I was just blown away. The the flavor is so mystifyingly defying Li exotic so tropical in its character The texture is so silky and smooth and as they get ripe they get this. Really really beautiful. Creme Brulee characters a bit of a roasted character to them that is just really satisfying and really enhance and attractive. And and then of course you want to multiply your pleasures by sharing them. So that's really what I started to do. Work through slow food and other organizations to you want to really share share the beauty of the of that

She bakes all the pastries and things that you actually, solid quality control quality control. Do you need more because you're too skinny? For seventy. Been doing it for a long. Of here. So it's Valentine's was one of our biggest days of debate gre- not only for sales. That's obviously awesome. But it's also because it's a fun romantic day. Come in with. Lots of intentions in mind. Take something home for their lovers. Make someone feel better. You know, it's a little bit different than I'd say thanksgiving or Christmas day at the bakery. Right. It's just more romantic it, definitely it's an UC lots of people coming in. And they're just excited about all the possibilities and trying new fun things. Yeah. Fun. So what's what are some things that we're going to do this year that you think would make good Valentine's presence, not only things that they could get are bigger. But maybe even try making it home themselves for why Shing at home or finishing. Britain has a hot date cake, which is a measurable sticky toffee, Kate. And it's got a little Shan bananas bananas chantilly cream on it. And that that would be perfect for sharing. I feel. I don't get that. Let's go back to that for a second. Chef what do you think about this? I gotta understand the whole thing. So it's a cake with dates date, sticky toffee cake. And then it says soaked in Zaire rum, the heart's on it's got banana chantilly cream on top. Now, you had me until the bananas. Yeah. Me too. I find that interesting. Like, I would never think to do that. Yeah. I'm super fuzzy and very picky about my baked goods thought, it was gonna be not amazing. And I actually really like and you'll love it. Yeah. So the day cake. This is a phenomenon is this happening in your world too. Because you'd probably don't serve because you're French. But hold sticky. Toffee pudding thing is a phenomena world wide everywhere. I go I see it. Is it is it gluten free by any chance know that one is not enough. I'd love it. I have it. When I go to Scotland I have it at the restaurant that I go to north of Glasgow. But every restaurant has it in Scotland. But you're seeing it all the time we have at our bakeries I served at the catering. I was doing the other night that you'd up catering and people just dig it would essentially it is it's like a little bit like a gingerbread. Yeah. But then with pureed, or at least not necessarily parade but pace broken up pasted a dates in it and very much, and you can go any direction, fresh ginger. You can go spices about coffee coffee glaze coffee. But typically, it is very unsportsmanlike spice cake, it's fairly plain and the dates and the glaze like the alcohol Glazer, whiskey glaze or something like that generally is much spices. As you got. Play around with it, which is nice, and yeah, I think really it's really playing on the fruit that has not been as used in desert as much as some of the fruit. So I think people are always looking for new new windows of opportunity in the thing dates is very hot right now. Kahad date. I mean. Yeah. Do you add more sugar to a date or does the sugar come from the dates themselves? Typically, I would say coming from the dates. Yeah. They're very sweet. Yeah. Because when I heard about using dates and baked goods it has like a substitute. If you don't want regular sugar and all right? What else should people try on the Bush damore, which is our chocolate? Oh. But we. Yeah. So this one is a flower list item is a chocolate cake chocolate chiffon cake with an raspberry mascarpone. And then we coated with chocolate glaze, and it's got some almond praline on top. And that is a lovely. I would say it's very decadent, and it would serve two people for a number of days. And so it looks like a jelly rollers heart shape, or what does he looks like a jelly roll? Okay. And then there's little funded tanto. Yeah. Yeah. You put some halts everywhere. That's gonna cute. Yeah. No, I get it. And so that is Teri that is just like a Bush. Well, yeah. Same thing. But decorated differently. Yeah. I mean, I get the idea in put more raspberries, maybe which is not really in season. But it's the one you put in the freezer from last year. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. I get it out season. Now. Or I would say my wife makes these beautiful brandy cherries from the cherry crop. And this time of year. I'm always trying to use up some of this because we're not far off. I mean, June four months we're back in the cherry season. So you have to start looking at what's in your your cupboard that you so dutifully filled starting to use that stuff up before the next season comes around. Now, Sherry on the move. What does that mean you love? Love your cherry cherry. You know, Sherry, you know, the French word, darling. Yes, my Cherie. Yeah. Yeah. So Sherry cherry this close. So is good. When we go into French versus English grammar on on the show. I didn't quite hear it. So I just a new, but I feel the same. I love you too. Hey, darling. What else you got for me, my favorite, which has been my favorite for years and years? This is not for sharing. It's our creme brulee. It's an individual size. We can torch it to order in the bakery. Which is one of the first things I learned to do when I started ten years ago, which is terrifying. Playing with blowtorches. But now, it's super fun. Just teach your kids. How to do it? That's better. Yeah. It's sixty five recommend if you've never made Kimberly using a blowtorch finishing a criminally Eric you don't do that for the first time. Day. Ended up in the emergency room. Day. Not a good idea. It keeps it exciting. Definitely. Oh my God. Died house was on fire. And if you don't own a blow torch at home and you're buying one. And he wanted to finish it off at home. Can you just put it in your broiler finisher, finish the problem with that is many people's they leave it under there too long and colonels the top of your creme brulee because the whole thing gets too hot before the sugar, actually caramelized. So it's not really a good. You will end up with some brilliant. But you will kill all your from. No matter what. Because it's just doesn't get that hot that fast. Would there be a better way to do it at home if not via the broiler or just kinda stuck well, if you have a piece of the old style of cranberry was done with a piece of iron than you would put on the fire and get super super hot? And then you would stamp on the sugar, and I would caramelized sugar. That's the original recipe the original longtime ago, that's how they used to do it. But. Yes. That's what I would do if you didn't have a choice. But but really does make a lot of smoke too. Right. Or sometimes if you get it hot enough, you can hold it above the sugar in the in the molten iron. We'll still do its job without putting it into the sugar. One of the things I'll say about our creme brulee, and I've been making this for many years longer than you've probably been alive miss bar parrot, but the New York Times called my creme brulee possibly the best in the world. I just thought it was a creme caramel mouth. So the same custard? Yeah. Just do it different. Right. Don't you say on the menu anymore dependency, you call a world famous? Say would famous in your own mind. Matter. Respect around here anyway. So just saying, but Krim creme brulee is a delicious easy. Simple. Good. Most people love that. That's true. So just to be clear creme caramel has to sugar in the bottom. You cook the whole thing so Nelson and creme brulee has just the custard on the bottom. And then you put sugar on top. And you put it under the correct, torture the broiler. So so it seems if you're doing one at home, maybe creme care mount would be the better one to home except you have to get it out of the Cup fair. Yeah. That's awesome. Hey, you don't have to get out of the Cup. But you can't do that your guests get there. So if it falls on the floor, you know? All right. We got time for one more. Oh my gosh. I would go with a half dozen cookies to share. So you get two of the strawberry lemonade cookies, which which they up playing which are my favorite cookies right now. And then two of the Romeo's kiss, which is a snicker doodle cookie. It's kinda like a Whoopie pie. But with a little bit more crunch to the and then chocolate filling and then our cupid's birthday cookie, which is coupons birthday. Yeah. It is a sandwich cookie. Everybody knows how to make a creme brulee, which is not true. So eight yolks sugar Meeks super well together. In the meantime, you have some cream on the fire that you just have some vanilla bean. I recommend vanilla bean because it makes a hell of a difference cut. It right now is about ten dollars easing often. Do you make cream just a little side? Yeah. One one Leila being can make eight to ten creme brulee. So don't be shy. You just transformed that into a buck now. So you make vanilla bean cut it in half put it in your cream. "Five eight five. It's a very descriptive. Name the five senses. It does very good and eight five is a is the highest quality Japanese beef. You can get. Absolutely. And so this place. Is called a steak lounge, and when you walk in there's kind of a Japanese flare atmosphere to it the lounges beautiful. It's a nice place to sit down. I don't even want to get to my table yet. I wanted to sit around and have a really nice malt scotch or something, and I'm a steak and potatoes kind of guy. And if you love beef, they have a dish. It's four cuts of a five, and it is not cheap. If you wanna go that route five hundred and seventy five dollars. But if you win the lotto, that's what you need to order that night. I had a fifty fifty two GM. And I think it was a Holstein cattle. And it was interesting because when I saw this I went why would you put a sauce on such a beautiful cut of beef? And it didn't tied the flavor of the beef at all it brought it up to another level, and it was absolutely delicious. It's one of the top three steaks I've ever had in my life. My wife had CBS and. I didn't know sea bass could be that good. It's the red meat fish. I didn't see I just love the show so much fun. And it's been there for nine years. I mean, it's a long running restaurant, which is a hard thing to do in San Francisco. No question. Yeah. It's very sophisticated. I mean, it feels like a place where you should go in and have a proper cocktail. So I had something I think it was called a Voyager, and it was a run based drink that had Madeira and bidders in it too. So it was this really interesting balance that it was tasty with a little twist. It was well, and they do I'm just going to take a moment to talk about that whiskey program that they have there is astounding it really is one of the best whiskey programs. I've seen in the country you pay the price for them. But they're amazing. And you can't just sit in the lounge and have something you can. There's definitely a. Absolutely lounges, very afterward, describing it cool. It was really fun and the food is really rich and tasty. You hear that people talk about five beef. And they say, oh, it's just like butter. It's like butter. It's that good. And the beef flavor is so pronounced and it's not like any beef. I've ever had here. Stateside, we also had the bone in rabbi, which is a massive. It's like probably a pound and a half of meat enough for all of us is split. In fact, there were four of us, and we were kinda worried about you know, it's expensive beef. But the portions aside from the five are actually pretty fair, and it comes with this voice on cheese on top with a sage butter the server recommended that we order it, medium rare. And I kind of told them to back off and say, hey guy, I'm a steak. I I like mine rare I wanna bloody. And I kind of wish that I listened to him on both of the stakes. The fifty fifty it's so fatty that you kind of actually want a little bit to render off and to like get more of that series flavor on it. Got that aside. I have to say the steak was pretty good especially paired with the sides. They have their they've got this MAC and cheese truffle MAC. That's just so cheesy. So gooey it comes out bubbling in this cast iron Skillet. So I also had the fifty fifty which was delicious. It was beautiful which was good because it was pricing. Our first courses were delicious. I had the Karen ginger soup that day, which was just perfect had a little bit of kick to it. It was savory and creamy and a little bit spicy. And then my husband ordered the beet salad, which was probably the most beautiful beet salad. I'd seen. It was sliced really thinly multicolored beats almost like a beat carpaccio really light, really beautiful. We shared it. It was excellent any desserts. I had actually my favorite dish tonight, the creme brulee trio, this was a trio of three different creme brulee. A ginger criminally a macho green, tea and black creme brulee. And it was so perfectly brew late on the topic. After having such a rich meal. It was so nice to have something so clean and tasted. I ordered something. That was I think called seven degrees of coffee. It had a coffee Panna cotta in the middle. And that was the best thing about it. Which was quite good. And that would have been fine all by itself. And I would say it was very ambitious. Well, your restaurant wrap it up for us. If you want a phenomenal meal when it's steak I would have to give five eighty five the number one steakhouse in San Francisco or maybe ever with the five all right and Meredith five eighty five is a swanky sophisticated spot for steak lovers but best if you can go on an expense account. And a lot of the the vape is it oils is it called juice veep. Judo's? Cheers. Either one of us do is have have have different suits different flavors to levers, and since think you very much. So vaping is on the rise. It's something that didn't even exist a little while ago. And the concern has been our vape companies specifically targeting teenagers trying to get them addicted to their product early on. All right. So that is what the FDA is taking a look at right now. Because what they have found in commissioned research is that there's limited evidence that e cigarettes lead smokers to quit. Okay. Now. I'm sure that there are people right now listening to the radio that are yelling out of going. Well, I quit through it. And and they're saying it does happen. But there is limited evidence. But how it was originally pitched as an alternative? So limited evidence that leads smokers to quit though. There is evidence that suggest young people who use e cigarettes or more likely to try. By cigarettes. So the goal was to get smokers to quit not a lot of evidence that that's happening. But there is evidence that is showing this is becoming the gateway to getting people to start smoking. So the FDA is concerned specifically when it comes to one particular product in one demographic take a listen now the thing for teens. The FDA today calling it a dangerous epidemic. The agency sending out warning letters to retailers and giving an ultimatum to the makers of the popular Jew and four other manufacturers. They have sixty days to show that they can keep their nicotine products out of the hands of underage users or face a possible ban on all flavored e cigarettes, especially appealing to the estimated two million regular users in middle and high school. All right. So let's talk about jewel because that is the big one. Jay, you J U L pronounced jewel jewel, right? Okay. And. That this was was coming and they've started to try to make some concessions like they instead of having you know, twenty one year old in their advertisement or having thirty five year olds in their advertisement instead of referring to different flavors as creme brulee. Then I'll just wait a minute. There's a flip. I might take this up. There's there's crumbled. It's not Chris. You will never be creme brulee. Okay. Okay. If now cream just create a set of cool cucumber, cool cucumber, it's just not cucumber that has been their fix. Okay. To their credit? I don't think they're trying that hard. But, but again, is it their responsibility, you know. And it it strikes me as you may not remember that one of the criticisms when they went after tobacco companies is how they were marketing their products was like a Joe Camel that's the name of the camel Joe Camel. And the argument was Joe Camel a cartoon camel made kids want to smoke. It'd be. What links that is? Research on e. But any advertisement out there any advertising, you know, one of the things you learn about advertising is whoever you see in the ads is who they're targeting because they want you to identify with people in a commercial or or whatnot. So that's that's who they're trying to talk to. But the FDA has been a now has been investigating jewel since April and they're trying to figure out if that company and particularly deliberately targeted teens. And so they're looking for tons and tons of documents from the company doing to take a look at their focus group reports they want to take a look at toxicology studies, they want to take a look at everything will now the FDA is saying that you're on notice, and you have sixty days to prove that you can keep devices away from miners. I don't want any teenager vaping period. Full. Stop got it. This is where I start to. Kind of change my tune really, well, I wanna take a look at the research. I want to see what their marketing practices were what their true mission was. And if in fact, you know was to target teens. Well, we gotta make some adjustments to that, obviously. But how do you prove in two months? The you can keep devices away from minors because if you can how do you prove that you can do that? Then why isn't there a request for Budweiser and ballast points and Tito's vodka to Prue how you can keep your product away from miners? How do you not ask? I guess Marlboro. I think it's the only one I've really remember how do you Pru? You were able to keep cigarettes away from miners. That's a very tall order to show how you can prove how to do it. Now, you got to make some changes, and the changes that they're suggesting are they going to be enough for the FDA is yet to be determined. But the whole setting them up for failure home. How do you? How do you? These out of the hands you have to disprove the negative. How do you prove it didn't happen? Right. And that what they're asking. I. I think one of the problems at least the vape industry has is the lack of information accepted science research on the genuine impact of it. If if vaping is as bad as cigarettes. For your health. I'm perfectly willing to say slap the label on it. What's the age this at the other? But so much of it has been I would just say, I don't think it's accepted science yet as to. What the harm is. And the degree of the harm. You say accepted. Science science is or it isn't. I don't know if we have enough of the research is a strong causation. There might be a correlation. There isn't a strong causation. There. I accept that cigarettes are bad for you. The research is clear on that. But initially, but we'll wait. Let's let let's use that. As example, initially when people started to get a little suspicious about cigarettes. The research did not show that right? The industry. Ewing industry was trying to muddy the water. That's why I'm saying the vape industry. Should be looking for and demanding accepted research and science on this to support a review one way or the other. Let's pick a side of the fence if they don't want to refute it because it's a billion dollar industry is going in there. I do not watch dancing with the stars with star.
