"Shaly. Woodley has confirmed her engagement to aaron rodgers. Let's just say she's not exactly the man of her dreams. It's kind of funny. Here's what she told. Jimmy fallon yes. We are engaged. We are engaged for us. It's not new news. You know so. It's kind of funny. Everybody right now is freaking out over it. And we're like we've been engaged for awhile. He's office a wonderful incredible human being. But i never thought i'd be engaged. Somebody who threw balls rarely when i grow up. I'm gonna marry someone who who throws balls okay cheese. That was a very first interview about the engagement. I i will take some balls thrown up. I'll take all that catching the balls. All those all probably thinks it's that she doesn't know much about football that she's not really into sports. Maybe he's sick of being gushed about all the time i don't know but it's kind of funny. How she like. She says she's never seen the game. She's never watched him. She's everyone watched football. She knows everybody keeps telling her apparently to watch youtube highlights how great he is and she's just like nah part of his life right. Sometimes it's better. I was dating a rapper at one time. Which is name but he was pretty big rapper. But i wasn't interested. Because i wasn't i didn't understand. I didn't know his music. I didn't understand. And i didn't even know you know what level he was at and all my friends were like you. Gotta listen listen to the music but you you have to get into your partners thing just to be able to experience first of all. Y'all i love that you guys are like. Oh she's engages is fine. she's a football player. The only thing i could have seen in the interview is how upset she lean was that he did say that they were engaged. Like show was trying to keep it on the hush for mill. Because she was a we're engaged like he honestly and we always talk about it. The tables turn how men try to hide being in a relationship with women. But i feel like prochet. She is like one of those private celebrities. Who doesn't want to be in the spotlight. And who doesn't want. Yes because the danika or he hasn't been you know away from his other girlfriend. That rodney timelines timelines at the time. So as far as we understand they confirmed danika and erin confirmed their break-up in july twenty twenty seven months ago but she leans like we've been engaged for a while so she says so. Mike did they engage after a month. The data thought t's though oh don't do that about shayla little question of putting the way she leads says it as far as like. I don't know why it's such a big deal with engaged for so long and almost seems like they've been together for year exactly exactly. My problem is and i'm sorry she leaned. I really wanna be down for this engagement. There's something about him and he only dates famous women. That scares me a little bit.
Clare Crawley and Dale Moss Were Spotted Holding Hands After Their Messy Breakup
"Let's talk claire and dell. They split just a few weeks ago. And the break-up was messy now there have been sightings. I've been hanging out in florida. Do we really think these two could get back together. Yes absolutely you. I have friends that. Go back and forth to their excess. I've done it. I think we've all unless you're a person who's like that's it. I cut him off. Got some friends who cut their and they do not go back no matter what but this couple seems like toxic. I mean what do you really think you really feel about daily. I always tell people don't decisions about your relationship when you're hungry when you're tired win in a pandemic because you will start to second guess where the you really feel their way or if it's the pandemic that's causing you to think that way. I think that we probably got the clare in dallas situation. Ron i think the two had split up probably before he went to new york and probably before he was spotted with that girl. I don't think there was any fidelity. Did her dirty publicly. he basically broke up with her on the internet. It's like the now twenty twenty one of breaking someone on a post it note like visitors not okay and she found out when we found out that that's will remember. I'm going to believe claire. Because she's a she's my age and we are mature and in control of our relationship narrative. That is exactly what happened. She wasn't happy about it but clearly it wasn't enough to turn her off of the relationship because here she is again. I just wanna order. Friends are saying. That's what a shot because if you call them go back your friends don't wanna hear about it. You talk and talk and what he did to me and the next thing you know i cut people off if you have a toxic relationship and i have been through it for cycle one. Two three and seven at eight. I have to draw boundaries. Because then you're talk. Society is coming into my leg with your girlfriend but let's put ourselves in their predicament. We're talking about a man who went on a show met. A woman got engaged after three or four weeks have known each other and then went into lockdown with that person. I don't care who you are whether you were together for a year years or five years before you got engaged. Somebody's gonna get cold feet at some point during that time go on a cruise ship with somebody who just see what happens more people that break up after going on cruises to gather you're locked up and you're like you know i got to know that person way too. Well yes. I think it's the opposite. I feel like corentin. Yes i think it can either break you up and you're done because it pushes fast forward on the relationship right so you're in quarantine. I hate this person or if you haven't had a lot of time together which they did not corentin could have been the best thing for their relationship because now they get to spend all all of this if they were right for each other. I don't think these two long term right for each other. But i think that quarantines should have been the best for

So he's opened up about the split on social media saying basically that he's been criticized for smiling on social media but we don't know how much he's really hurt and the burden of all this and being happy as the furthest thing from his mind right now so. He shared this on his instagram stories. The also thanked his fans for supporting him during the up. Saying this time sucks but god and family and friends have literally got him through the last two weeks. He went on to say that he still loves claire and he respects her but claire remember said she had no idea he was putting in a statement and announcement in fact when he confirmed that they had split. He said it was a mutual statement. Class at that's news to me. She didn't know he's got to be very careful here. It feels to me as dale is more concerned about his fanbase about his so-called fans that he's only had for a couple of months. Let's remember and so. I think he's priorities are a little bit nest. If he's not careful if he's not very careful he's going to go from being a guy. We all loved to the most hated guy in america. Dale i know you wanna be famous. No you want to be a tv host. I know you wanna be a model. all of. that's good. I'm not putting that down. But if you blow this up you'll can have none of those opportunities instead of focusing on your twitter followers. Focus on claire. Call her figured. This is and you might. You might still not be together in fact. I don't think you will think you to over how you get out of a relationship is as important as how you get in it and he got an seemingly a beautiful way. Try and leave the same way dale dale. Honestly i've done. I've worked with celebrities. I've been gossip columnist now for a very very long time. If you blow this this is the most important moment of your life. Not just in the ocean lay but also professionally. I honestly playing with fire. My friends stop posting these videos and also to we talked about it on this show. You still under contract with abc. Apple Loses A Copyright Lawsuit

Corallium co founded in two thousand seventeen by husband and wife. Amanda gordon and chris wade was a breakthrough insecurity research because it gave its customers the ability to run virtual iphones on desktop computers. Corallium makes it to use physical avon's that contain specialized software to poke and prod. Ios apple's mobile operating system. The judge in the case ruled that carell liam's creation of virtual. Iphones was not a copyright violation in part because it was designed to help improve the security for all iphone users. Corallium wasn't creating a competing product for consumers rather it was a research tool for a comparatively small number of customers. Apple did not immediately respond to a request for comment in the lawsuit. Apple argued that crawley products could be dangerous if they fall into the wrong hands because security flaws discovered by liam could be used to hack iphones. Apple also argued that chromium sells its product indiscriminately claim corallium denied dread. Rodney smith called apple's argument on those claims quote puzzling. If not disingenuous quote smith found that chromium used a vetting process before selling its products to customers. Apple initially attempted to acquire corallium in two thousand eighteen. According to court records when the acquisition talks stalled apple sued corallium last year claiming its virtual iphones which contain only the bare bones functions necessary for security research constitute violation of copyright law apple also alleged corallium circumvented. Apple's security measures to create the software thereby violating the digital millennium copyright act that claim has not been thrown out and quote. So i was already to say this was a dumb lawsuit but apparently companies have won a similar cases in the past around copyright but most in the digital security community praised this result. Let me quote at pony. All the things on twitter quote. This is a big deal for security research in particular but also other parts of tech apple case was an insanely broad assertion. That emulating iowa's firmware on something. That's not apple's own hardware violates copyright rather than covered by fair use. Imagine if. That argument had prevailed that emulation of a binary even for wildly different purposes such as security testing that binary is a digital copyright infringement. Might as well have back named afl to automatic federal lawsuit in that scenario was such a dangerously broad claim if the logical conclusion of your lawsuit is windows being a terms of service. Change away from overnight bankrupting vm. Ware to force everyone to use your and turning security testing of compiled binary into lawsuits. Then sorry you're lawsuit is bad and you should feel bad and quote

It's official: Clare Crawley exits The Bachelorette — and gets engaged!
"That Claire Crawley walked away into the sunset with her choice, Dale Moss in the middle of the bachelorette season. This has never happened before. This is 1/16 season of the Bachelorette because she fell in love in the middle of the season, she thought it was not worth the other guy's time. To waste their time. She's like I already know who I want. We are into each other, and we are going to be together until the day we die. Like all bachelor and bachelorette contestants are no. But she left the show very unprecedented. And so they brought in a new bachelorette. Her name is Tasha. Adams. She is a flat bottom miss and she, which means she takes people's blood. If you don't know that she's a nurse, and so the guys were braced for her entrance. He was a little bit concerned about blindsiding the suitors, Claire's former suitors, and she said, I just know that this process moves very quickly and you start to invest a lot of feelings Early on. I don't know if that's the case for some of them. On def, So I'm more than happy to have that conversation with them, and if they don't feel like this is the right time for them, or I'm not right for them. They can walk away at this point. She's not going to get her feelings hurt. S so you know, that's that's good of her. She is absolutely gorgeous. I think this is going to be great. In August, she was seen in Palm Springs wearing a teal bikini. And then there was a teaser for Theo episode that she was in season and bikinis a lot basically. It's like when they show the bachelors coming out of the pool or showering. It's like OK, thank you. We know they shower. Ah, and so there's was a to be continued at the end of the show. Next week's Caesar promised. Possible cases of cold feet of some of the guys walking away from this, plus some more answers from Claire and Dale. So they're gonna have a portion of the show. That's like, all right. Well, how did this happen? How did you you know, because there was also talk that during the pandemic when they had to stop filming that they were still in contact with each other. So that's sort of how their relationship blossomed. And, Yeah, I mean, I give a tour. You know why drag it out? If you know you're going to pick and well, she is getting a lot of hate. Brandi Glanville Apologizes for Tactless Erika Jayne Divorce Post
"The real housewives are at war again. This time over a divorce so brandy glanville is being accused of cashing in on her friends. Heartbreaks brandy posted a link on instagram to story announcing erica james divorce. She later deleted the post in. Tweeted an apology. Saying i took xanax earlier. Because of what's going on in the world. I didn't see the post on my idea. Erica jane until this eve. And i deleted it the second i saw it. As i've said in the past. I leased my social media out i in no way would have been that insensitive interesting least her social media out meaning like she has a social media manager or did somebody probably controls. It and i do believe that she does that. I don't think brandi glanville is trying to start a media conglomerate and is trying to be the next to you but i do think that sometimes celebrities let loose and let people just control their things. Get in hot water. Sometimes i mean what would make even the social media possess. This is a good idea this rain here. People are talking about her doing this. This is why they do it. But i mean for her to write that that statement astor if i were i would be very upset at the first the first of all. I'm still unclear charisma. To your point about what leasing her social media out means like to me. It sounds like she allows other people to go on it and post on behalf of her but just on behalf of what they think is like. I don't know just determine a little confusing hard to follow. I don't think brandi glanville type of personality as we've seen many times over like put her foot in something and then take it out and be like i didn't mean to do that. I think she sees things through. So i believe her when she says i wasn't aware what was going on but i just think it's also one of those things that's like why this is like another little thing that brandies attached to that like. She didn't mean anything by but like now. Everyone's speculating insensitive. Don't you guys thing. Set the th. That should not have no women. No none of the women should be talking about erica. Cajones divorce on their social media. That can be on the show dealt with on the show reportedly win a celebrity has a lincoln their bio. It can usually mean that they're getting paid for the post. And i just checked right before we came on the air. The lincoln brand new bios till goes to this story. She didn't website I'll double check. The website will pay you to post for them. I have friends that are in acquaintances. That are famous and relatively known people that i talked to on a weekly basis. And of course i hear gossip about them all the time. I never bring it up until they bring it up. Because i never know win. Our how are what they want to talk about. So i'm going to bring it up not gonna bring it up. Panning could be the camera like here. This why it's still linking to it. Okay so i'm very confused on. If she really is sorry didn't mean to lease it out. Why still keep it in the bio. Unless like she has a contract with celebres and she needs to keep it up there for certain amount of hours. Something along those lines to nevada those votes. Because you're looking way too deep. Today's use your tactic somewhere else where it's day. I'm just curious. Okay well good news you guys. Maybe bad news. I dunno depends on how you feel about the whole relationship and the whole situation but we just got some photos of bachelorette clare crawley that. We have to talk about claire. Who spotted in her hometown rocky and massive diamond ramo on that finger. John don't do it like no. Don't talk about the shape of the rig. You know. I mean these married. Here's the thing that's definitely a wedding ring or engagement ring She knows she's going to be photographed. She knows we're going to speculate about that isn't the isn't the again. I'm not the biggest bachelor person in the world but isn't the point to like keep the end result of what happens to you completely secret until the series is wrapped. I don't think she really cares. Guys this really crazy that's right. I don't think she gives a shit. And i think the reason is. I don't think leaving the show was her choice. I've looked back and looked at this. Producer are abc executive. Did this podcast with nick. Vile and in the podcast. They talked about clare crawley and the producer said and i quote when she gave herself. The group rose because dell wasn't in the group that's when we started making the call. So i think at that point clare. Crawley was told. You might have to leave with dale this unacceptable. And you have to go. If they're going to break the contract and break the rules. I'm gonna do the same damn thing and i'm going to rub it in their basis. I found love and i. That's a good point because typically the reason why is because they are under contract and they can truly get sued if they let the cat out of the bag too soon. Isn't that's why there's sometimes photos so adamant about keeping secrets but you may have good argument there. If they if she feels that she could that they've worked the contract. I ending her season. Then she might say all bets off. Y'all can just no. I did damn thing now. Do you think she actually went through and got married forty. She's just letting everybody else because also that's that's public record right like if people get married. That's the bachelor does not control the courts like we. We could look that up. It's interesting. I think if things were so bad obviously. This season has taken a turn. That i don't think anybody has seen it bachelor history. I can't believe. I just said bachelor history a cod my street. Anyway so i don't. We've never seen this in the past. But i don't think. I think if there was such tension between her and This show we would hear more about that. Obviously we've heard about her leaving. I don. I don't know. I think it just keeps people engaged.

Clare Crawley explains ring on wedding finger
"Now I WANNA play you this really quick. In case you know all about what the ending is for Clare. This season was spotted wearing an engagement ring this week at least it looked very much like an engagement ring to me, but she was clearing that up on her instagram yesterday. Oh my gosh rumor has it that I've been spotted around town wearing a ring on my wedding ring finger. So WanNa come on here and confirm that I have. This ring is actually a ring I got for myself. I've worn it for a while now because I wanted to get myself something to remind myself to honor to love and respect myself first and foremost before any man could do that for me and it's also something that I think I don't know I would never want anything from a man that I couldn't do myself so you. Actually so bad. Lies in
Bachelorette Fans Upset By Clare Crawley Poster
"Some Bachelorette fans are confused and a little pissed off to be honest. We know the show likes to play with our hearts but the poster for the new season is messing with our heads. It features bachelorette Clare Crawley. Some fans were upset pointing that it looks like the poster for the graduate. You guys remember that movie it's a movie about an older woman seducing younger man. Well, this is pissing people off because Clare's, of course, the oldest Bachelorette today at the age of thirty nine years old and they're saying what the hell like, why are you making her look like she's just this old woman she's thirty nine. Right I mean, I have to say when I saw the poster I live for a Pantsuit I thought she looked strong I thought she looked beautiful I thought she looked like a woman that was going after what she wanted felt like it was her time you know obviously doing seasons previously and just not finding her match so I get how people can. Be upset but you also could just be upset right I. Just don't think it was necessarily negative I don't think he's trying to I. Don't think he was trying to play on her age I think it was trying to kind of show an empowered woman that's like this is my time I'm going after what I want exactly like what Mrs Robinson did. Not people who aren't complaining about. The movie and if you haven't, you should 'cause it's fabulous La. Also like how do you know that Claire Wasn't in on the joke like if I was the first game bachelor on ABC, I would try to make a tongue in cheek joke about it. My poster would maybe be derived from something of that nature. I just think that Latin sorry twitter is the Latin word for outrage and there's just people that want to start a fire and it doesn't make any sense.
The Bachelorette's Clare Crawley Is Being Replaced by Tayshia Adams After Finding Love
"Got to start with our favorite subjects on nightly pop the Bachelorette and that is. A Lot. Clearer actually met somebody in the off season and is being replaced. She is passing the torch to twenty nine year old tastes Adams from Colton season. The question is, are we buying this story or did Bachelorette do this somehow to just get those viewers because people were not so sure about clear What do you guys think I definitely think that that's a ratings grab. To be very honest with you. But it's good to see that this year they're going to have. Some chocolate in the mix you know the bachelor. Is Brother and it looks like the grocery she got so much going on to yes it's. It's a good change I. Think for the entire network I think everybody's about that Roxy. First and foremost finding. Love good for her. You know Kudos to you being able to a month. But come on C. bringing a lot of flavor. Okay. Younger. Not that that really needs anything because I know that they were saying something about like, Oh, the older crew isn't going to be as exciting as a young one I have the network. No. If you come to one of my backyard parties listen COUPLA flowing. You're going to see some excitement there. Okay. But I think that she's going to bring a lot of flavor an emit. Yeah. That's the thing with guys. It doesn't matter what age guy is. He's GonNa look like an idiot on TV trying to find love. So I think. It'll be good. No matter what. But I think we're all excited about patient. So we're a lot of the bachelor stars the previous ones. So this is this is fine
Clare Crawley "Began Communicating" With Bachelorette Contestant She Fell for Prior to Filming
"Is gonna look very weird in very different. Here's why Original bachelorette Claire Crawley decided to quit the show mid season has nothing do with Corona virus. She caught something, all right. Love. She fell in love with one of the contestants and decided she didn't need to keep going. Rumor has it. They started flirting before production even started. A source on the show, says he found a way to get in touch with her and began talking. By the time filming began. They were basically already in love. No one else stood a chance, and it became so obvious from her subsequent view dates. That her heart wasn't in it, And she just wasn't feeling it. Then she told us she wanted out. There are

"Is. where? I saw it was an honestly because not because they were bad guys because I. Overall loved the Group of men that I had it was just it happened so fast and people doing silly things when they come out of the limo that I wasn't overall impressed and I. Remember producer pulling me to the side. They were like you know, do you? Do you have some favorites? I could nape favorites. I wasn't I just. It just didn't hit me the way that I thought all that emotion I had coming in. So I remember a producer to me. Give it time and be open because there really are some great men, and that was the best advice I could get. Because after the limb interest is, and then I was talking to the men. It was amazing after that I was like I like this one this one this one this one this one, and so if I could give, you advises, it's like you think you know that you have no idea so truly be open to everybody that comes through because you will be beautifully surprised at the men that you meet on your season. Ovalles. Am I feel like that's amazing. Advice, thank you. Thank you so much for saying that because it is scary. going. What is not there? You know like what if? There's so many things that goes through your mind. You know like humor. I don't feel it right away. So I, appreciate all but the joy of the I. Can't put it into words for you Claire. It's so much fun. It's so great. It is as Rachel said it goes by so incredibly fast like I. Like 'cause I think I had twenty eight guys, maybe and as Rachel. That's it like the the arrivals are already done, and then you go into something else in you being pulled every which way, but instead anticipation that like you have so much to look forward to I think plan on top of what Rachel said. Said, too is like there's no other time in your life where you will meet this money, guys at once like all vying for you and your attention and I look at I felt awkward. I was like I. Don't deserve this like. I'm not worthy the it was very weird, because it's like you WanNa be humble, you wanna stay grounded, but then also to. It's like Damn like these twenty eight men are here for me, so let me just say especially one don't. Like soak sat in. revel in that. Appreciate the fact that as Rachel said all these men will. Hopefully they've done their homework if they I mean by, but all of these men should hopefully know by now. Who Clare Crawley's want to have the opportunity and the privilege to have your time and your conversations and get to know you. and Vice Versa to as a I'm playing off of everything that Rachel said but I mean for me I'm like pretty. Like I feel it if I like you, I don't i. don't and so I for me. Really had to take a step back and be like maybe talk to these guys a little bit more. Maybe talk to somebody who you kind of just wrote off because he thought he was like the goofy funny one because you will always be surprised, there's GonNa be one moment in time where your brains click to somebody else, and you're going to be like I didn't see that at. In? This man in the beginning and I'm really pleasantly surprised, and it's not to say he might not be the one, but there's something so powerful and special about seen each and every relationship to the very end And you're you'RE GONNA exhaust a lot of them in a very short amount of time. One other thing too that I. I've heard this from a lot of the past leads to make time for yourself. You're gonna be going like crazy. You are going to be constantly having conversations. You're going to be constantly and interviews you're going to be. Bused from place to place, and between men, demand, and in fittings, and all of this there's so much craziness in chaos that you really don't have a lot of time for yourself especially in the beginning weeks so even if it's fifteen minutes like Britannia, go to the bathroom. You don't feel good. Take fifteen minutes. Just hide away. Keep a journal if you can, but you need that alone time to release, sift and think on your own and so utilize that whenever you can. Be Very Important for your sanity, I? It's funny. I'm. Much I always tell people I'm kind. If I like I'm an introverted way where I need by time to recharge so I think that is going to be key excellent advice because I already in life as it is right now. And like my Milo time and I appreciate staffer recharge so I definitely will be trying to send it as much as I can. Ya. Do. Like plane flights car rides I mean I pretended like I had to go poop like every hour just because I needed alone time. Okay, that might be my. Sit whatever it takes. Aches hair makeup whenever you're doing that to to add onto that. This is something alley told me which I loved was. She said that she regretted not enjoying her season. Not The time to one thing to take time for yourself and you need that Becca was saying everything she said is true, but also taking the time to appreciate the moment of things, because like back said you'll be pulled in so many different ways. And, you go to bed late and you get up early and you have to do all these ICM's and then you're trying to remember names and stories and backgrounds, and then there's some guys just not interested in that you get caught up in the present and he don't appreciate what's actually happening like you're the Bachelorette and it's a beautiful experience, and you're having this chance to to write your love story and remember.
New Movies Coming To Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu And HBO This Weekend
"If you have Amazon prime video there's a movie called mice bite which was just hitting theaters when covert nineteen hit this is an action comedy Dave Batista who's you know guardians of the galaxy you know that big giant former wrestler guy he's a CIA agent row he finds himself teamed up with the precocious nine year old so in other words should be making kindergarten cop now I have to tell you about this to think that this is actually this is a rite of passage for action star Jackie Chan had a movie like this the rock had a movie like this John Cena is had a movie like this at some point you gotta so you're lovable side and be charged with guarding little kids and then you learn about the soft side yourself this one is particularly horrible and one of the things we hate about this movie Rakan my spot is set primarily in Chicago they shot it in Toronto eight that and the worst moments in this movie is there's a chase that begins in wicker park okay the bad guy gets behind the wheel of a car with her party he's trying to get away from Dave Batista CIA agent now the C. I. A. tech person is in David she says here telling them where you know traveling this guy and the agents as one minute after this car leaves wicker park the agent says looks like he's heading to the Naperville area because Naperville has a giant airfield so wrong later five minutes later we're in phony Naperville where I kid you not there's a big you know action sequence where the plane on the runway is now dangling over what appears to be the Grand Canyon who knew that in Naperville there was an airport overlooking a giant canyon clearly green screen so I mean it's just been really poorly done it's too violent for the little kids and it's too stupid for the adults and a lot of parents thing all this might be fun have a fun action movie stay away from my spy that's too bad you're you're totally right about that right of passage because Arnold Schwarzenegger had to do that too right I mean it was like a garden shop yeah I mean everybody has to make sure that the kids have something to go watch in that in those movies were actually pretty good for kids you're saying this one's not this was terrible okay now I've got I've got the funniest movie of the summer Fauria probably so far it has the worst title of all time it's called Eurovision Song Contest the story of fire saga well the Eurovision Song Contest is an actual deal in Europe and has been since the rent if these in fact Salim young was discovered on that aba was first on the Eurovision Song Contest this is a parity with will Ferrell the king of the parity right and Rachel McAdams they play a couple of Icelandic singer songwriters he's Lars Eriksen she's cigarette original daughter and their Icelandic and they're dreaming of representing their home whether they do kind of like Viking game of thrones stamp rock songs so this is filled with all these big production numbers because then we meet the contestants from Greece and the grand the Russian the Russian contest is actually played by our friend Dan Stevens was Matthew Crawley on Downton abbey he plays a Russian oligarch who's also a ballad singer it's really really stupid and it's really really funny it's mostly excuse these big giant set pieces where they do these huge production numbers remember will Ferrell did a movie called blades of glory your hair well he does for you know that did for ice dancing with the stars for song competition so even though we don't know the Eurovision Song Contest here in the states we know about all the competition shows that this is basically get one singer from each country you know what it's all European countries they have a couple of other than the states they're not we're not eligible for the Eurovision Song Contest was there an SNL bit with will Ferrell that was similarly themed I I just don't know that there could have been it's it's clearly the kind of stuff that he just excels at when you see him in the big Viking outfit and looks like the blue eye shadow it's singing about Viking you know might biking protector this is the song from this will enrich McAdams by the was wonderful as well she can also be very funny the video and the song they do is so terrible that it's great because it looks just like when you see those kind of you know that's a big deal that kind of like that Viking will rock nonsense yeah there's my aunts were everybody everybody pretends like the rolling the slave ship which is really just unfortunate or the big Viking ship as it will be we kind of you know horrible music but really right prepared well it there's that old joke about Led Zeppelin thank you know I have the have the crap was about Vikings right and if the agency had no idea what they were saying about this the music was so great musicianship as of right but if you look back you're like what the hell of the talk was only in the middle of the song yeah they had they did they had references to the lord of the rings when it was just a yeah they were so ready this is really true okay and anything else this weekend it's yeah I want to tell people is a completely does shift in tone row but the there's a best selling book a called I'll be gone in the dark written by the late Michelle McNamara who was UP board result park went to California become a true crime writer Mary Patton Oswalt the famous comedian and actor and she wrote about one of the best true crime book sense in cold blood called I'll be gone in the dark about the search for the Golden State killer probably the least known to most prolific serial killer rapist of the last fifty years this is not a six part series about Michelle's book and also about the Golden State killer it starts on HBO on Sunday night if people if you're into that true crime genre you know talk about making a murderer people aren't so many of these other ones this is the podcast to get started this is brilliantly done and it's really a profile of Michelle McNamara and her marriage to Pat now as well because it's young obviously she had a lot of recording should podcasters video for a lot and she died while writing the book she died in her sleep partially because the stress of the book and and prescription drugs and under heart condition and they continued patent and some researchers continued and finished the book without her and then we get to know the story of this incredible monster who I will let people know was just arrested a couple of years ago and charged with all these crimes because guess what they got his DNA matched about fourteen of the crime scenes that that kept the updates from I'll be gone in the

"It. Has Everything happens for a reason? Right ritual like it has given me the time to sit and go. What is my message like? What is it that I wanNA share with women. My Age women, our age women of any age anybody. What is it that I really WanNa? Share that to let them know that? Yeah this is one of those positions that is very rare to be an I'm so honored to be an head, but more importantly I want to be that women for other people to say and to see that. All got through pretty awful stuff sometimes and sometimes. Other people just from what you see. Whether it be on social media whether it be what you hear publicly. is not always the case, and it's like I. WanNa be able to share my message and it's a message. Frankly I have been. Like I said it's not a lot that I shared with anybody even on any prior show that I've been on. It's nothing that I've shared before an only till recently. Did I share with producers? Saying this is my healing. Journey that I've gone through and how I got to wear them today that if I can do it, literally anybody can do it. Just takes those steps so to kind of plan. I'M GONNA share in how I'm going to share with it. Jared all this stuff with everybody Just maybe to have hope for something that it does get better and things can change. I got say just listening to you right now. I'm getting chills because for the longest time prior to you being announce his about shred I mean in Rachel and I had talked about this like it was getting a little bit hard for me to watch the show, and be able to relate I felt like as I was getting older. The cast was getting younger, and it was just hard like I couldn't necessarily click. I couldn't put myself in that mindset. And so listening to you, and just the self awareness that you have and the like the capacity and the ability, and that drive for growth and striving to be better and still sane hopeful through all of this is just amazing. This is. Ladies and Gentlemen Clare Crawley's Crawley has been picked to be the next bachelor because she. You I don't even want that. You've earned it, but like you had like you deserve this. Watch I guess. Thank you thank you. Thank you, I I just I'm still in shock. I'm going to be honest like I. I'm so hyped about it, but I'm still last week I. Literally was like, is this. Isn't happening but I. Don't as a matter of fact. I sound notes maybe two hours ago, actually when I'll be going down and the final date that I'm leaving, so it's very very. I WanNa ask you details that but I know we can't. After. Love like this little girl secret time. Okay people if you're like me if you are human, you have to admit that he'll love a good netflixing Chilean every now and again and we probably also like ice cream. So what happens when you mix those two things together?.

"Alright so everybody like I, said you guys have sent in so many questions and we wanted to get to as many as possible. Because I've a feeling. We're going to chat for a while so everybody. Let's get to it. Please welcome clear. Crawley I feel like we should start seeing finally. It happened. That's. When are we gonNA talk to Claire. What? I'm so happy. We finally get to do this, folks i. I was saying on my instagram earlier. I realized I have not done a single podcast. I haven't really talked to anybody this entire quarantine so I'm like let's do. I know honored. We're the. We are the first clear. You're going to look back on this quiet time like pre podcast and interviews and be like Damn I wish I had that back because pretty soon you will constantly and after a couple of months. You'RE GONNA. Be So sick of hearing your own voice, so your look back on these months and be like. If only I could appreciate that more hopefully, I'll have a lot more to talk about, so we shall say yeah, well. We have to talk about so. Let's just get started now first off. We know lots going on going on since we announced you we as if we have the power someone else since they announced you as the Bachelorette like the world is completely different. From that time you were announced to now. So how have you been? What's been going on like? Kinda, catch us up that. It was just it was something that was crazy like I was ready for. You're getting to that top that rollercoaster right and then once that. was sent home. It was like. Oh I'm alone and I by myself. But then honestly all the pandemic stuff got real, serious, real fast, and that honestly took over my life in took over everything and With my mom, my mom is in A. Memory Care Facility so that was first priority for. Other mean I guess just health staying stay. Saying healthy just took prior to presidents averaging, so I've just been living in that world, and that's the world I'm used I mean not quarantine world, but regular everyday life is what uncomfortable with so I assume back into regular mode. Just I mean. It's literally like I said that rollercoaster you kind of weighed in, and I feel like for the last three months I've been sitting at the top of that roller coaster waiting for it to. Clear. You have I think now. The trophy in the longest ever Bachelorette because because of this time because you were announced months ago. And before we get into talking about the upcoming season, WE WANNA I start this off by introducing our listeners to the world of Clare Crawley's. Because sure we know bits and pieces, but there's probably so much more to you that since we have the time before you start filming let's utilize it, so clare. We're GONNA. Pass you the MIC for a second, so just tell us a little bit about who you are what you're all about. Well I love I love saying. Having this moment for assaulting, he forgiveness space to even talk about this stuff because I think. There are so many new younger followers of the Bachelor Bachelorette that a lot of people that I I don't even know who this girl, which is totally cool, totally fine for me but the people that do know me know Clare six years ago, no clarified years ago, no five minutes of my life so thank you for the space. You talk about this because there's so much more to it that I think when I had. The initial meeting with. The producers and stuff even about being Bachelorette to be honest I didn't even know. They, obviously had in mind or anything like that and I. Don't think they really had in mind, but it was when I sat down. Kind of gave history of what's been going on my life since you've been I was on policies season That kind of got aggressive really like she's been doing work, you know. In a lot of it's not public either I don't really have a public instagram or I just live my regular everyday life. So what's been going on in my world I mean. I don't know I. Where do we start right. START I will. I'll ask you question because I am I am a person who didn't watch the show before I was on it, so it's like once you get in this fraternity Sorority, you start learning about different people in your name that will come up and so like I would hear certain things about seasons stuff. You were on, but you bring up a good point. That was many years ago. Compared to where you are now, so if I'm GonNa, put you. To a little challenge if you had to sum up. In one word, maybe two or three, who clare was five years ago, so people can have an understanding versus who claire is now in one to three words. What would those be? In want words. No pressure at all right right? I am the four even I think coming off of one Pablo season. We can talk about how that moment was pivotal for me, I was. Week I didn't know who I was I was. Somebody that one, too. I just wasn't. Software I guess and now coming from. They're doing all the work over these last. You know all in my thirties. I'm an empowered woman now and a strong woman and I would say even more. than us, being a strong woman because I'm not always strong. There's many times where I am very weak But more than anything. I would say a courageous woman now and even when I am weak, I still have the courage within myself to do hard things.

"Welcome back Bachelor happy our listeners. We hope that you've been doing well and growing throughout this past week, and of course hopefully loving of the recaps that we've been doing well. I can't say we, but what the franchise is doing with the greatest seasons ever I know I have been loving it, but today we have a very exciting episode for all of you and. Rachel. This is probably one of the most requested interviews that we've been asked to do from all of our followers out there and so I am thrilled to announce our next bachelorette Clare Crawley's on the podcast today. And since she was announced as the Bachelorette, you guys have been sending in so many questions so many comments thoughts for her, and so we really wanted to get into some of those with her directly today. Absolutely, Beca you said it so well might have been who was riding in all those requests. That can we have Clare? Have Claire, but I'm excited I know you're excited to have this opportunity to talk to her. I mean Clare's obviously no stranger to the bachelor world, but on these shows you don't really get to see the whole story. You only get to see a glimpse and now we're going to tell Claire Story so I'm excited that we have this conversation in depth conversation with her today and. And hear about her journey to get here house. She got here I've I've just really excited that we get to have this in depth conversation with her today and just learn and hear more about her journey where she's been how she got to where she is today. What she's looking forward to and hoping to get out of this incredible experience that she's about to embark on. Yeah rain. She said it best like when we're watching. Shows and seasons back. It's like you only get a glimpse of somebody's life of who they are. You know each each season. We get a two hour episode on Mondays like you don't really get much more than that than wasn't being portrayed and I have a feeling with Clare talking with her since she's been announced as bad tried and through DMZ messages like there's so much more to her that I really want to get into right now and give the world a little bit more background before we see her on our screens. Because I think that's really important. And so I can't wait to chat with her feel like she has a lot to say. and we've never done this before I. Think where we've had a lead. Prior to their season. Come on, so it's going to be a good time. Yeah, I have nothing to say I. Don't want to wait anymore. Okay Bachelor! Happy our.

K. ultra program yeah that is that's really fascinating and you know that this could have all come from Crowley it's certainly possible and of course Churchill wanted that destroyed he didn't want that what that out there that that the theory is that Churchill headquartered Crowley to Pat psychotronic drugs one for Crowley was known for throwing dinner party so what he would do in the dinner parties to spike the people's food with Ellis the drugs and he and he would observe their reactions he actually made notes about it and the story was who's recording their reaction on to to being drug unsuspectingly and this was always this is always been chalked up in history of this was just a great piece being the great beast this was just Crawley being Crowley you know being the you know the being that Mr this figure that he was mischievous oh my gosh the paint the paint like you know figured that that Crowley was doing well unit experimenting playing around with people the theory is now that he was doing this on behalf of Winston Churchill the touch people's reaction to these drugs and it this is actually what was the the seed that turned into the CIA's M. K. ultra program fascinating because we've always sort of been told that M. K. ultra came from the **** and this is why this is why the actual traded not only the rocket scientists but others like Mangal and so forth right during operation paperclip that it was the **** but you're saying it might have been Croly exactly it is very pop possibly could been Crowley because you know we were we were allies with the British during World War two it could have come from the **** also we'll never know for certain but certainly you know when you get into that operation paperclip I mean this is clearly where the rock a lot of the rocket science came from with Werner von Braun things like that with a C. I. A. and the British eight American po just want to get the **** scientists out so they didn't fall into the hands of the Russians out no question about that one you mentioned a John D. L. the Queen Elizabeth the first spy master and this is where we get the double oh seven there is this legend associated with D. we're all familiar with the Spanish Armada and how it was in trying to invade Great Britain.

"Community Spirit is in a library. People don't necessarily be talking to each other but they're around each other and I think also really nice feeling when you and it's a nice message sent out children Russian as well. It's like wherever you are in the library. You'll night we called you you you belong. Hello and welcome back to the vintage podcast with me. Lena norms Christmas is coming. You might have noticed. The big question is where we will bookish of choice. B during greenies doc cozy days. Personally we are off to the library. Any library will do but particularly today. We're off to the Cory Library and also the Liverpool Library three at Chad some lovely librarians about the meaning of libraries. What they like to work in at Christmas and of course up some cracking recommendations because everybody knows collaborations? Give the best bookish recommendations so I am seventy those towards the end of the podcast hang on for those but first off we are off to Liverpool. The snuggled up the Simon Savage class. On how really good evening really Christmassy library looking very Christmas Eve. Christmas trees around because this is also addressed as salons name on. I wanted to you about like Christmas because I think everybody multiple places to be that free places to bay which is more especially at Christmas. Everything's really expensive and I'm just really excited to see more of the lobby. Not even showing me around the library. We're GONNA put some of the footage on instagram stories. So you can feel like that. But there's lots of wood around lots of books. Lots of a kind of circular rooms. Yeah I mean. That was a big touring thing. I mean it's weird because when you woke up to the library this huge Grand Victorian Dame that you walk in. It's not being installed. Track is definitely the old meets the station the Victorian Museum. But yeah there's a statue in the middle of one of the rooms. You showed me off the APP. That wasn't Ken. Doll dot the comedian with the justice. He's a comedian. But was other athletes. He used to come to use the library all the time and sometimes can be quite with fines a bust. That does which we have been given by his wife because after he died it was. She was aware how much he loved the libraries and how passionate he was about all the books are still in the house because the house was like full of books anyway and actually it was music. Used to compare for more than just come in and he was always like all the stories about him. I never have the main stories about how Jodi was. And you could just hide in a corner and just be himself for kindle. So what are some things that you like about working. The books around the smell is great. Yes especially is especially in the sort of old beds and I think it's the fact is well you get see all walks of life and I've one of my dream moments in my life was when is less steer long and then my mom because I think my shoes or anything. I'm no I'm not very librarian. My magic we'LL ECOMOG uh-huh really hard to get very disappointed. Really tiny office and none of those logo came up to me and discover which library. Excuse me Mr Library Man. It's like how many books can take you can take fifteen is he's just when is wide and that was the highlight of my via pretty chill. Something that says Mr Library which one one thing that we're doing babies. I like because I was seen as a child is born and label gaps. The library card is power from the off and we did have quite starting. The fixed live. Because he's got live Abed's on that and I really sinister Tom Rainbow loosely walks up and I think it's about that community spirit is in a library by people on a survey talking to each other but they're around each the feeling when you and it's a nice message to send our children as well it's like wherever you are in the world you've got a library you'll night we called you. You tell me what changes about the library. At Christmas Eve got lots of decorations. which is lovely? Do weirdly. At Christmas we go quieter. I think we should be busier. Rights is something that we into is. How and I think people that you're saying Christmas need something free to do with their families? So Nice Day is beautiful building but also we forget about people might why not have families are that can be within libraries while things I love about large and so passionate about employ. Anybody can come here when we're off civil claims on Christmas Day boxing day and used it. But other than that where I've been and so it's a safe warm happy environment for people to be able to come to even if we're not necessarily having some trauma slave in the building but you know what I mean. Yeah definitely and I think it will say like in the way society South Block the time you can be around people in your class bracket or your own interests and move being being your workplace and then in the home and it's a nice public spaces are important. Meet New People and and also like a we have. We're part chilled about noise hair. Not looker Sheikhupura. Quiet about pitches are domed huge three story. Victorian rain is naturally. It makes people quiet and it's really hard ought to find places in cities where you just get quiet quiet that it doesn't feel for strengthening it. Just it's very respectful. Silence is lovely and it. It kind of reminds me of Grand Central Station S.. By whispered on one end very happy exactly so I very rarely go into libraries. This All out and I wanted I. All of the fact we believe the Tamagotchi the Tamagotchi polka-dot of Lynn Flyby in fact so joey says skippy five questions up man if I can understand how many books so we have over two hundred thousand books. I think that's just in our archives. That's pretty good night. Three hundred thousand plus plus all of our music ridiculous. What's what's your oldest book? Who Probably Anti Question? We've got my colleague Raffia which is one of the original. I ever when people invented microscopes CBS and they drew huge me and we'll go like and siblings which was very light charts Hugo some siblings of books lost no time thank Queen. Elizabeth first latter's regard huge huge one. One thing that we found love this story. This is the conservative before relaxed. She was going through this book of them. Italian illustrations fix him once said Rafael and she's common economy. It must have been a student of sending away is a Rafael. So we have the old bombers woman's famous series of books because each one is worth nine million. That's quite responsibility. Sevilla say we saw that. Yes yes a lot sooner special one of them's always on display. And then the other three hundred bets on the question about that because why you need a bookshelf to keep going to buy it for nine million pounds. What are you gonNA put it? They weren't originally books prints I and if he was super duper duper rich he could then put them in a more. I love about him Brown. He created this library is the reason that he built his whole area for museums. And the and obviously the library was he wanted it to be for the public. So people couldn't come to the library. He asked them for money for the launch and it was a donation of two thousand pounds by eighteen. Hundreds of love money was what boat is the Audubon and it's for the people live so we we are now on behalf of the city. We don't actually earn it physically. Which is where we can never sell it because it's after the husband was until recently if you wanted to? You could have an old Dumbo as with asthma as we start letting her staring slurred. It's all falling apart. which we're gonNA let Dave and but you can the the United States for any of our books for House next move by the people? That's what we're here for. We're here to serve people it's been yes so so we have. Apparently William Heathrow's books people this. The story that I love is at night can be ready ready creepy and in Picton route and apparently one of our security guards went out to the Picton rain and this is a true the story and they were looking around and they got up and they sort of none stop CPR come round towards and she'll question place that and just froze. He couldn't Steve and then when she got real none it was like just a had a library user. Another good story is when they did the PICTON redevelopments we have rebuilt in two thousand eighteen and they went into the big ten's she corridor inside the Diamond Stein's Day they have like a double down and when they open the door since Victorian era and whoever claims de eh had left boots trousers and jacket sign like human form so like the best. Thanks for coming on answering my questions for those of you. Don't know Kim she. She's already well new writer in attack and information mation security space that I was just looking to introduce you at every can have all the different places that you rightful but first stop. We've got tripwire alien vault silence silence at sea. CSI Trust factor PALEST. I mean you write for a lot of publication yeah as I've really enjoyed enjoyed working for ailing involved they were recently acquired by at and T. and rebranded as at and T. cybersecurity show show. I should have said that I did no no. It's it's okay I don't I don't expect you to keep up with all the corporate acquisitions and whatnot you nick very prolific writer. There's an icee lots and lots of articles. Is this something that you always wanted to 'cause. You must enjoy to do that much. Where so much stuff that you put out their tax rents. Did you always enjoy not yeah. I was very lucky in the the early nineteen ninety s back when I was a little girl my father was a novelist okay and he was always writing novels working from home and I grew up with the idea that writing can be someone's job okay which which is lucky right because I gas now people have to land not with the fact that content creation is such a huge pall of of of the industry now something that you didn't have to kind of Leno don't justify I grew up writing basically might my dad taught me from the beginning when very young he also had a windows. PC and so when I was little I would troubleshoot his problems with windows three point one while Mike said that fixes like printer port windows issues stuff like that and so the combination of the two do things my dad being a writer and my dad bringing modern. PC's and the Internet to our home earlier than a lot of homes it really elite it gave me an advantage to do now my family back from nineteen ninety four onward Ciccio Land Online to do do things or 'cause. That's very young to build might to be honest. I've met eight-year-olds the conflicts by computer problems better than me but I mean this is Dan Dan. I mean back then. Were you googling things or how did you land. Google didn't exist until like I was in high school like until till I was a teenager but I mean I mean you looking online fifth. Articles is among the eastern search engines books. I don't know I think doc I explored. Let me play around with his computer a lot when he was writing yeah. I was very fortunate to have early access. I mean now now. You've got three-year-old a year old using ipads right but in nineteen ninety-three either were a lot of children using windows peaks and accessing the Internet so I was very privileged to have that sort of access. I'm was that marriage in school. No no computer. I didn't have computer class essence school until I was about for and I didn't really think we were using like printshop applications. We didn't get into that computer programming or how input peripherals were or how operating systems were. I teach myself so it's a good thing that I was able to teach myself because thirty years of teaching myself has led to this and CICCIO will than early age that you wanted to work with computers and Rice about it or did you have ambitions to do different things no because I oh I think back then of a computer nerd was a man so that was one problem to overcome the other was my a teacher when I was nine ten years old told me Kimberly. If you WANNA work with computers you have to be a mess with Rice there. There are some computer technology jobs that do require you to be a math whiz like if you're a cryptographer for instance or if you work in simply blue language but in most areas of computing if you have just a basic numeracy you should generally be okay right eight and I must say I mean I'm a lot older than me but I that was something that Iowa so as well. I mean I remember when I first to meet people in the industry industry. You know hackers in programming or whatever however they kind of identified themselves to me. I thought that I thought these are all ridiculously talented right. I really felt that that was not that I was in any way but thought it was me as well yeah but I mean you're the name of your show is human factor security which suggests that cyber security security and information security general has a humanities bent to it. It's about people the field of psychology and sociology apology our applicable to the understanding of cyber security cyber security is where the humidity's meets technology and in how human beings interface with technology right and that's one of the big focuses of all your pieces. You always bring gain. It's one of the reasons I like Strips Emmerson. I follow jeep in the days. When I found you. You know it was it was also calls as often. You can do right very technical talk six but I noticed that you say I think he said it was your that your signature barrel of the thing that distinct she is the writer is your interest in the people side of things right you you feel that this this synergy definitely definitely. I mean I think most cyber-attacks has an element of social on January at some point or another a Trojan fools a human being into thinking that they want this web page or they want the software off where when it's actually go fishing fools people with emails text messages and web pages is into thinking they're legitimate entities. I mean that's all human psychology. That's all manipulating human beans right but I mean I. I always felt felt that I feel like we accept this now in the community. It's something that you know. Obviously it's what I talk about all the time. I really didn't get the impression crash that that was the case not just wondering if outside of a all Korea's in in the industry whether that's one of the barriers to people really becoming engaged you know and things like awareness or whatever you know I think I think the general perception is still. This is a very technical thing. It's all about codes in computers and I think even what you said about it. Mostly being man working in the industry I am just taking aside the imbalances in gender that type of thing. I still think that's what people outside the industry. Imagine the industries like yeah very technical very sort of probably mathematically based in some way male. Hollywood doesn't help right. I think the portrayal of cybersecurity hackers and whatnot I think it's improved recently especially with shows like Mister robot what but most depictions of cybersecurity hackers in Hollywood are things like in the Angelina the Jolie movie hackers who in the late nineties where hacking is all about typing faster than the other guy and if you can died four one hundred words per minute than you're ahead of the game I type at forty words per minute and I don't have a hover board but you know I do i. I was thinking about Mr on high as soon as you said that because we I sometimes I need to start again. We I used to tweets alongs. I used to say look everybody press play and I'm still able to not sodas. I still found myself saying press play on the tape. Would you believe let's start. Watching is now and talk about it. We're going to do again because it's which phone but I was thinking about you not because I think on the one hand all the time I guess I can tell you can sort of enjoy the sort of popular coaches side of it on one hand but then clearly frustration and when it comes to professionally that's what you're saying yeah and there are other problems like for the corporate websites that I work for the blogs folks for tech companies like F- Anafi. NATO and T- cyber security in blackberry silence they've got their own graphic design people and and they come up with their own graphics my work and they are great job by when I write on peerless I have to come up with my own graphics right right and to make things as easy as possible. I go into databases of public domain images and most of the public domain images when you pull up search terms like hackers cyber security whatnot you see a Guy Ryan Hoodie right a lot of the time and that's if you ask layperson what is the hacker looked like that's what they imagine and the stock photography. That's the reinforces that image yeah let me say all the time and in the same in the exact same thing Ninh of every time I must do told the client I mean if I'd have three or four in the last couple of weeks where being booked to do talks on social engineering and they want me to call it or they. They preface it with the weakest link because it's just shorthand that they know that as you say people people don't in the industry are GonNa know exactly what I'm wherever I go. It's just a good shorthand but it it creates this problem and at least we kind of turn the question. I was dying to another problem of Soda Cliches in the industry. Okay and I wanted to SORTA cliches. The part from the ones who've just talked about a moth beams and thanks for straight you still after all these years right in this great staff in the industry. I think people's idea of what a hacker or Cyber Tucker looks like is outdated. She'll they think it might being some kidney hoodie in their mom's basement typing four hundred words per minute or whatever the greatest cyber threats out there right now our military cyber warfare units and advanced persistent threat groups. AP Teas that are very often the same groups the people there cyberwarfare groups. They're funded by the hundreds of millions or billions of dollars and the Internet turn debt is their battlefield basically and ordinary people in small businesses very often become their collateral damage right and the not expected it right because they still think it's a teenager a male teenager block odeon so it's hard for us to convince that do you find. Maybe I find that people think I'm completely paranoid and that's why we started. The spinoff of this podcast called the Tinfoil hat club. We started it because we just went with the paranoids theory. You know because it's it's just so prevalent exactly and people might not up be aware of what the risks are and if you're thinking about it as an individual consumer for instance a law of the risks asks are out of our hands individuals of their lot of cybersecurity problems for instance that facebook and Google introduced into our lives lives with their data breaches and how they solar data and pretty much everyone uses social media these days and and a lot of people can't avoid using social media at our data is in their hands and what a data breach happens to them. mm or a data breach happens to many other different types of companies. There isn't a whole lot that we can do about that. That's in the hands of corporations it so there's a lot that we can do to security hardened our own endpoints by end points. I leaned. PC's phones that sort of thing but it's not completely in our hands we're all vulnerable to some extent no matter how hard we tried to secure own computer technology technology absolutely and and I went with yourself did you. This is all trying on am but I get the feeling but I read your often. I look at you and thanks Jay. This is all true but I feel like He finds excited like this is still exciting times to be in. I mean I know the threat dangerous a negative the issues but it does something about being in this issue that makes it quite exciting. What would you say that that was true. I I wouldn't have been able to get as far as I have working for as many companies like as I do if it didn't interest me. It's very difficult to become knowledgeable in an area that you're not interested in. I I do realize human impact of what I'm writing about yeah. I was just thinking a little earlier today. I thought how cynical I'm getting from writing about data breaches. My latest piece reset was just published blackberry silence. His blog today was about medical insurance company in the United States that had a data breach right bryce and the victims of that data breach could not have the void now. You have to go to the doctor. You have to go to the hospital. You don't have too many options about that. If you want to stay healthy and stay alive that data was in another party's hands and they they didn't secure the sensitive medical data well enough and now all of a sudden all that sensitive medical data is in the hand of cyberattacks captors. It's interesting to me that because the amount of preaches onto incidents that you could choose to write about is so broad what what is it that makes an incident sort of breach. Catch your eye sometimes the sheer numbers overwhelm the perfect speech involved at least tens tens of millions of people. The breach that I wrote about that was published on silence is blog today affected about fifteen thousand people when I look at the data breaches that involve merger Denver's victims that definitely has an emotional impact job me and and I propose to talk to an upcoming cybersecurity event. I don't know it's GonNa get approved or not but in the premise of it is from what I.
