A barrel now Which is far better than it was So so that's good for County's economic engine One of the economic engines and But there there is some concern. We're seeing very High inflation Force in housing right now as well as in construction materials Lumber prices are soaring Right now as well as a lot of other Other products used in the construction sector so Definitely cause some concern for inflation and and as the I if kobe gets fully under control and and economic activity picks up You could definitely see some price spikes as supply chains Become constrained Trying to meet some increased demand.
