So. Let's kind of where you're at in this process. If you have any questions let me know. But hopefully that sort of. Your role where you're at and what your expectations are going forward. Insert to. Enter it out one way or another the motion tabled. The the table, my advice would be to not table this decision until December. I think I think he would probably draw some legal action if you did that I can't say that for sure but that would be my guess. Koby German withdrawal that motion then if I make. All right. Thank you right. Rooms. Question. We've fastest tonight somebody could go into the moral and write a new checks amendment goes to. Yeah I mean somebody could somebody could have done it today if they wanted to I mean right now your zoning code stands you know as it posted online so These text amendments are still being considered if you fi- if you approved text amendments to. You know some of them are all of them or if you acted on these text amendments tonight then tomorrow certainly an application could be submitted to the zoning administrator for additional tax amendments and that those tax amendments within go through hearing in. What we tonight at all exchange. Roughly. Yeah I. Mean I don't WanNa. Put a timetable on it but whatever you know zoning code is subject to this text Dominica provisions. So you know just like the grass and the chickens you know that you were just discussing and by the way just no I'm not a you know I haven't really been lot of time analyzing this portion of your zoning code but. While I have the floor here. I'll just let you know that if somebody has chickens and that's the permitted use right now, and then you pass an ordinance that makes those chickens not allowed in that area probably considered a non conforming US probably you know under your code then still allowed until that uses changed somehow. So you know most people are chances that question was posed earlier. Most people are grandfathered in under the non-conforming news section of your Zoning Ordinance, and I know that's not what I was just asked but I just Let you know going forward as you guys analyze eastern issues. Thank you being. A little bit further got more amendments comment from drainage district. to Timbuktu waxing and the solar orbits. So. If I could just clarify what your what your Your advice to us is either to if we if we do push it off until December, we could or could not have court action if that would. If that were to happen, let's just say we push it off to December and if that were to happen court action would would could we avoid that court action by putting it back on the agenda immediately? Hard to know what the court action would look like and hard to know what they would ask for exactly I mean. I I, mean the risk is that you know if you if you approved a motion to table this until December the risk is that somebody files a lawsuit and applicant for the lawsuit asking the judge to order that you decide these issues you know sooner than that, and whether that is at your next board meeting or whether it's you know whether it's required of a special board meeting or something else. I'm not sure how a judge would actually approach that. But that would be that would be the risk. If the Judge Decides that the ordinance requires that you address this issue now and you don't and the judge find that to be A. A Mandatory Provisions of Your Zoning Ordinance than the judge could order you to do it anyway. And what that exactly looks like I'm I'm not exactly sure but that's.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies Not Wearing Masks As Required, Inspector General Says
"Now we all know public health orders require you to wear a mask. But l. A county sheriff's deputies don't seem to be wearing them very often, and the department's watchdog wants the sheriff himself to crack down. The inspector general laid it all out in a letter to the L. A County Board of Supervisors that the lack of face coverings by deputies not only puts them at risk, but members of the public as well. And Max Huntsman believes it gives the impression that law enforcement officers, the deputies are actually above the law. The idea that law enforcement needs to follow the laws. Given to it by the civilian authorities is a critical piece of our governmental system. He tells Cayenne acts that some deputies failed where their seat belts too, and others have an attitude. Like why should I worry about wearing a face mask when I have to worry about bullets flying, and the sheriff's Department is a particularly difficult agency to control. It has always been a cowboy, like in good ways and bad ways. As far as he knows, there hasn't been even one deputy discipline for failing to wear a mask. In downtown L. A. John Baird k an axe 10 70

What he is is now eight, million, four, hundred and fifty two thousand years old anyway Georgia's out of the program. I believe in fact, I don't believe I remember. He had just written his baseball book. which I think was called men at work or something. Way is very good baseball. He? wrote about four or five people in Baseball, and it credible depth dealt with twenty Larussa was the manager and. shortstop at a couple of other players, and went into the site, and all of the intricacies of baseball for being a manager for pitching for hitting is very well written. It was not one of these intellectuals writing about baseball off. The top of their head is very good. Anyway had him on the show, so we talked about other things as well and I asked him. This question about Bill Clinton was this is right in the middle of Bill Clinton, and he has incredible ability to lie. Bill Clinton I. Think is one of the best political liars I've ever seen. What I say, good layer, the kind of person who could if it was snowing outside, tell you a sunny at eighty and you believe it. I mean that's a good liar. The best conmen men are always good liars. They have certain characteristics that make people believe things. When they're simply not true. Bill Clinton could lie about anything. Everybody remembers the famous lie. What he wagging his finger at the camera. Not Have Sexual relations with that woman Ms Lewinsky. But, there are just zillions Septum Bill. Clinton was one of these guys that would lie even when the truth. What's the better answer? It, just like it was like the truth was never in his right up to the the the last thing anybody remember bills, go do what is when he met on the tarmac with Loretta Lynch during Hillary's campaign for president better at the airport in. Phoenix Arizona Sky Harbor Airport I. think that's the new, but whatever it's called in. Obviously. Wanted to figure out how they were going to dispose of this whole thing with regard to Hillary and the tapes and so on. And get rid of that once and for all end. Clinton you know it comes out, and he said well. You know old friends at. The light anyway. I was talking to George will about Clinton's lying. At his various policy positions at how he can literally jump from one thing to what other just? Look right at Ya. Teeth. At I was actually faceted or better change his positions. Changes Policy Positions. and. I was fascinated at the time. Not so much anymore. With what our Bill Clinton's actual political beliefs. Because when he was governor, of Arkansas, he was as Democrats, go rather conservative. For a while he was the leader of that thing called the Democratic Leadership Council, which back in the eighties in the in the eighties was the attempt. By moderate Democrats to stop liberal hijacking the party. There was after the total failure of Jimmy Carter in the late Seventies. Reagan came in there. Are People wanted to save the Democratic? Party and they felt at the time this is. You know actually prophetically to think about it now that there were liberals that we're trying to hijack the party and it was going to kill off the Democratic Party in the south, which of course did but Clinton was at one point, one of the more conservative. He wasn't conservative, but as Democrats go. What are the more conservative Democrats and he had those police when he ran for president in ninety two, his campaign pledge was the end welfare as you know what he was going to crack down on. People who cheated on welfare presidents, a Democrat. He Stole Tommy Thompson's welfare reform. He also called himself a different kind of Democrat in other words, differentiating himself from liberals. Then he gets in there as president. It becomes the same old garden variety lefty that we've always had I think he's trying to do. Is Nationalized healthcare all this other lefty stuff? And so on. And it made me wonder. What his actual beliefs are! And all this lying that he's doing. How.

"Is the second strongest human drive. And follow. The money is one of the most important rules to follow in society. When you see somebody with the opportunity to take money for doing nothing, they're likely to rationalize that. There is a high moral purpose for doing the nothing. My challenge to anyone who has any involvement with the Washington County Fair is if you're not gonNA offer affair. Dome pay people who refuse to offer the fair. If. Uber shut down the schools. In Wisconsin, late March, we said since we're shutting down the schools. We're not GONNA pay any the teachers. The principals I'm telling you there. What overwhelming pressure to keep the schools open. At I think if the people who were in charge of the fair said we're going to give of the money back. We're GONNA lay off all the staff until we're ready to come back and do our jobs. I think they would have figured out a way to do the fair. In other words if the actual laws of life that apply to everyone else. You sit around and don't do a damn thing. You don't get paid. Applied to people in Government and in the nonprofit sector. We'd have some very different responses on some of these things. There is. Finally ending. There is right now a great need. For our mental health? Not to mention all of the positive things that events like festivals and Fairs and so on can do. To give people the opportunity to use some things this summer. Especially given the fact that the virus numbers are now. As relatively small as they are, and some parts of the state of Wisconsin, virtually not existed. And it's about time for the rest of us to start pushing. Because I get all the pressure is closed down shot bays. ABC, hot about into Cauti- lines that they keep using some push in the opposite direction, and at the very least. If they're gonNA make the decision. I can't do it. Give back the day of money. Don't pay yourself if you're not going to do your job. There are enough visited the private sector who are seeing financial suffering right now or at least financial sacrifices that'd be losing their jobs. Maybe never come back. It's a little tiresome to hear. Some people say we can't put out an outdoor fair, but we're GONNA. Take tax money and pay ourselves anyway, and then to see some slug sitting on a board of directors of a Highfalutin Organization, saying we've got one mission at one purpose here which operate a fair and around the next center and we won't even do that at the same time that the whole rest of society pretty much, open it up. There were things that tempted me on the left, but that's just. I wasn't tempted. I was there in the left. There was you know I got I got sucked into all this you too and sting. Amnesty, international stuff for a while, and then I started seeing what that group was really about as like Oh, yeah, when when they were when they were neutral, but for human rights while they were action. Value took it all just became. It became lefty right because at the time they were picking on. You know places like North Korea, and you know which we could agree. Right gets all human rights violations. Instead it just became another. Let's impose left years of around the world. America's bad is basically what they became. Amnesty International, so that was the end of that group. You know if you can't tell the difference between human rights in America and human rights in other mentioned, the said yesterday's program. Let me seek it and right now. I I never finished off a point that I teased, and that was the fact that there were George flight protests going on in London and across Europe blasting police brutality of the United States at your for those of you who don't think that there is an international agenda. Agenda for COP bashing in America, bashing of all the countries to attack for human rights where not attacking Shaina what they're doing at Hong Kong and the repression. That's crater. We're not attacking North Korea. We're not attacking Saudi Arabia for the violations. When you're talking about international demonstrations to pick out the United States which has about the nicest police officers on planet earth, try dealing with a police officer at North Korea and see how much understanding. Understanding you'RE GONNA. Get you tell you tell them you can't breathe. He's GonNa. Go down harder on the throne for crying out loud. Incident that occurred in Minneapolis indicates there's something fire larger going on here. That's why people at the local level have to be very wary when they see the Wa. "Don't want to revisit the entire topic. But, we saw and Easter I hate that. I keep bringing it up. We saw a very very awful response in East Troy where they should responded to some pissy at whiny little worm of a resident I see people eating in the parking lot of del these they should've said you know what so what instead? They sent the cops over there. That is truly obnoxious overreach. that. Is Law enforcement deciding to use? It's ruled a harass people rather than protect and serve. And if they said well, we've got this order. That's out there. That's the basis what we need to get rid of the ability to issue these orders. Because we've seen the government on its own is not going to show enough restraint not to harass and bother people just because a bunch of people who've overdosed and Dr Fauci. Think we're all GONNA die if somebody gets out of their currency to chicken wig, which is what happened there? which brings me back to the point with regard to this white salt I brought it up and say hey, you folks it while Worth County. It's a segment on my audience. You don't want this. Collioure elected officials and I rarely actually say here's the proposal caught I usually talk about an issue and let people do what they want. We did it in this instance. And a lot of people responded and I'm sure the county administrator's hacked off at in the cody warmer, but they didn't pass it. But were it not for my program, and the Organiz people who found out about this and contacted me. There would have been no pressure that direction they're never raise. The pressure is always in our society from the left on almost everything. There is very little. Never mind the polls. There's very little public support for defunding the police. Most people at our country don't want to you. Go to these communities, they all fight. We want to get more police patrols. They argue why you're sending the COP to this party. Green. Bay Not rather than my neighborhood. People like the police around. There's general support for police officers. That suddenly everybody wants to get rid of the Catholic has one guy in. Minneapolis put his knee on. Somebody's throat is preposterous. Yet the leftist shoving so hard and trying to move because the ball is now. Somebody's gotTa shut back. I guarantee you. There's less public support for this in the tip off was mentioned yesterday program the fact that Joe Biden came out against the funding the police. He's running for president. He knows that that is a toxic issue to hang around his neck. But it's not gonNA stop local government officials to see if they can't capture the moment and move to define. The police in Tulsa defined the police Madison. They are out after chief Morales by the way a little anecdote to share. The Milwaukee Common Council and others have been rip on the Milwaukee Police. Have Done Yeoman work in tried to manage this nightmare. We've had for the last couple of weeks. Chief morale I am told invited all fifteen members of the common cold Eddie. Who wanted to go with drive around with him at night? which is when the violent acts occur as opposed to the peaceful stuff in the daytime I'm not one Alderman Tacoma potted. Type of crap that goes out of the night of the city of Milwaukee. especially in the central city. And a lot of the people who are ripping the police and say defunding police. They already been aware of how bad some of these circumstances are anyway. The overwrought on point that I was making enter relates to the discussion. We were having Washington county where. Because you've got a bunch of people who have appointed positions that are too afraid to do their jobs. Because somebody you know somebody from some TV, station might say areas, bad penny and affair. Cancel the fair. Again okay, cancel the fair. You've got the ability to cancel the failure in charge of the fair I have my ability to shoot off and say what I wanted to on the talk show, too. It's all that happened here, but we're the pressure not to come from me on this. It would not have existed. You think channel. Six's gotta go up to West bed and get out of an Ascom. Wide Your pocket, the tax money. And why haven't you gotten rid of any of your staff? Given the fact that none you're doing anything. You got no fair. You closed up your Expo Center. All you did was use it for a Kobe testing site. You're doing nothing market anything at all. You're not even coming up with say. All right, we'll do a mini fair. Try to put you know. Put our heads together and be creative. Let's see if we can't do affair with this this and this and this, but maybe we can't have the thing over here over close the door building, and as a result will add on a larger beer got I. Don't know I'm just talking off the top of my head. My point is is that there is no pressure on people like this essentially lazy government public employees stiffs. I'm sorry for using language just true. "My role is to try to serve as the counter. Now, I've explained this to some Republican members of the state legislature who get crabby when I get on their butts for not being aggressive, enough defendant conservative points of view. There they go to Madison. All the pressure they get. Is from the left. The media hates of the media's telling not to do anything. That's conservative. Most of the lobbyists are liberals. Most of the people who work for their staffs are fire less conservative than the constituents elect them. They go back to the local communities they've got the organized gropes the Union organizations that teacher groups that do-gooder groups they lead I bet they hear their school superintendent of the school board. Members cry ended them for money. If you're a member of the state legislature on a Republican almost everything you hear is from the left. Not Me. Somebody's gotTa push back in the other direction. That's the show. Now I can't say that. I've always on what would be the. Conservative, side of an issue, but usually I am because those are my viewpoints. and. This often frustrates people because they're not used to getting any pressure from the right. If, for example, you're a lazy public official at a suburban community who wants the pocket, your money and not do a damn thing including your job. Or, if you're a gold breaking school superintendent, who won't do anything to require teachers? To provide as much online learning as in-person Kobe is going on. You get no pressure from anybody other than May. But that's my role and. I've a pretty good career with that I'm very well compensated. My show is unbelievably successful, getting more successful literally by the week. But it's always a jolt, and it's always a shock to some of these people to get any pressure from the right. Because otherwise other than from a few talk show hosts. It doesn't exist. Earlier the program! We had a call to action I almost never do these. The, Walworth County Board thanks to the county administrator deciding. that. I'm going to run Walworth County is if I'm running Dane County. Proposed that ordinance to essentially take the state statute was struck down by the state supreme quite reimposed Walworth county with everything, but the criminal penalties, but all the other obnoxiousness surveillance quarantine officers taking people's furniture away from him so what? And in explaining the yards to me, he said well. You know because of the Supreme Court really right now. We have to have something to enforce our health orders. I asked the challenging question that people never get from the right, which is why? With the world and if he didn't have any order. Much less something, this extreme stress nazi-like. Irish people to contact their county board members and kill this damn thing. The beating was three thirty. It was a phone meeting. Lots of people contacted them and I'm told by people who viewed the meeting online that there are a lot of comments at the ended up, simply not voting on the ordinance at all in other words. They didn't even call it. I would suggest that they take the thing. Find it convenient cigarette lighter light it up and burned the damn thing. I've not ruling out the notion that there couldn't be some ordinance in place dealing with public health at a county level. But if we've learned anything from the overreaction that occurred during this virus, we need to disempower some of these Cudi's governmental health officers who've been running around taking away people's rights and ordering us into. Lockdown mode there's nothing that can stop a government from shutting down its own services, and there's nothing that can stop. Officials from requiring to wear masks in public buildings and so odd. But there has been way too much movement into the private sector and into people's lives in managing their lives in a way that I think people are perfectly capable of handling themselves. We've gone. Nearly two hundred and fifty years in this country figuring out how to deal with the fact that occasionally we get sicknesses that go around without having government us around. And given the fact that we saw that many of these public health officials dug into the crevices of their ordinances and realized that they actually had power written in here that they've never used before. They reacted. I think a very goon like overreaction. which in some cases is still in place? Some places are still not open in Madison now. I understand in Milwaukee. There are some businesses that are chosen not to reopen again. That's their prerogative. You can't anymore order a private business to open than you I. Think you ought to be able to order them to close. Anyway brought this out that they were putting this coney anthony. Give it back and give them money back to the county board. Taxpayers payers pay you to put on a fair. Not sit around and come up with excuses as to why you're too much scaredy cat job. As I say well. You Know I. Don't know if it's safe to. Go. I guarantee you this. The county fairs that operate will have people. There I guarantee you. There are people who are going to want to go. And, if you're too afraid to service them. Kelly quick. Our patients I think for many people are patients that all this lockouts is just worn out. Given the fact that this corona virus thing was such a fizzle. Now we're GONNA have the big test at a week and a half. There might be a spike at numbers because we've had massive protests that people laying out over one, another and hugging and. You all see you see the photos. People in cars, six people at a car sitting on top of one another you know getting up and spitting in the faces cops, this data the other thing. We might have a spike if we don't have a spike from the protests and riots knocked, be a spike this summer, maybe the fall when it cools off again, but if all of this thousands millions of people protesting all of the country and violated every rule of distancing, putting a place for that doesn't cause nothing is. So. It's about time that we start calling out the people who have decided no. We're GONNA. Keep canceling all these things, but we're GONNA. Take your money any way. Don't take the buddy. Stan personnel walkie. This is the mark belling late afternoon. Show on news. Talk Eleven thirty W I. S Explain, something about this program. I usually do these explanations at the beginning of the show. I decided to stick this out of the middle. It's a good time to do this. We have been through a period of the last couple of weeks in the United States ever since George Floyd was killed. Of immense protests from the left. The famous statement from Rob Emmanuel, but he was working for Obama never. Let a good crisis. Go to waste. They weren't going to let the death of George Floyd goes away, said it took a while for them to figure out what it was that they want done in response, but we see all over the United States. There are attacks on police departments defunding the police. The Fund police defend the police that it's not just in the big cities. The WTO City Council is holding a fund. The police meeting tomorrow night. They got a meeting to discuss. Who is that reviews? It oversees the police department. In other words we need to clip the wings of these cops. Liberals move very fast. They're very organized. These things happen often before people on the right have a chance to react. We saw the same with regard to corona virus. Overwhelming pressure lock everything down. Shut it down now. Most people who are conservative are cautious by nature, so they're willing to accept precautionary moves in the short term. They don't realize that there are long term agendas that are often in place, and they often don't realize that it is very hard once these things are put in place to ever get out from underneath. Learning that for example with regard to a bunch of gold bricks in Washington county who will put on a fair but WANNA keep pocketing the buddy. And Not answer any questions about it. which gets to the point of my programme? In our society and in our area, virtually all the pressure. Comes in the left. Look, at for example, the trump press conference last time you somebody, throw him a softball. Remember Obama's Prescott operatives. This is the president. Can you tell me how you were feeling when you experience and? What's his name Kosta yellow to his mascot, people scream and yell at her than the general political pressure the role of the media. With regard to the virus. What are you going? Shut Down? Maybe push push push push push now. George every top Barucha is in the crosshairs of Liberals who take advantage of the George flight to push push push push push. There is hardly Eddie pressure back from the right in part because we have the right lack. The forums to do so. You got a few talk. Show hosts on a Fox News. You talk show host of the radio at a couple of citizen organizations out there. The NRA when it comes to gun, says a very good job. There's the pro-life community organized and so on, but other than that the overwhelming pressure is. From the left. For example, there has been very little pressure. To, get real at announce a reopening of the schools in the state of Wisconsin. Kids don't get sick from the corona virus. The cases have been. Not existed the safest thing we could operate would be the schools followed by the university's pretty much anything that affects anybody under the age of forty five is perfectly safe to operate because the cases of people dying under the age of forty five from this virus. It's down there I. don't know what place. It is of the death list, but if you're under forty five, the number of things that are likely to have killed you over the last four months. Corona virus. Doubt on that thing. Yet, we can Kenya to restrict the activity. Of people in these areas, because there's no pressure pushing back from the right on any of these things you see how the media responds to everything. It's always a demand of what thing you're GonNa do from the left. In response to this to the whatever the situation is..

"Now, Dave? Michael says it's in the city. John Wyatt says it's not I'll go with John Wyatt. I would normally not go without why, but I'M GONNA. Go with John Wyatt on this partly, because once. I set it I. Thought I was kind of wrong it's. I think well wherever it is. Now! You'RE GONNA. People who tried to call up. tell you that we have gotten some indication by the way that the Walworth County Board. Did This Afternoon Cable that stupid ordinance that we mentioned earlier in the program as a result of our call to action so. People are listened to the topic at bit ago. About that overreach ordinance that they had in place that again. This is a perfect example of citizens. Finding out of something government did contacted others. We got it on my radar and again just because you put something on radar. Does it talk about it on this show I've. Judgments have to make I just made the decision to stick that one out there and they did table the. Ordinance we are told. By some High Mucketty mucks in. Walworth County and I'll try to revisit that a way later in the program for people who didn't hear the initial discussion anyway back on this. Decision with the county fair. These are the backbone of many communities. and. We've all been muddling our way through this virus. Thing. You can't go to a bucks game. You can't go to a brewers game. are still you can go to church there. Only let twenty people in, and you gotta be ninety miles away from somebody else, and we can debate all of these things. When taxpayers though. Are Good Afo workout. To operate something like this. And you're talking about operating them in areas that have had almost no instances of this virus at all. When you see, people cave anyway I think the overriding instinct is just you know I think it'd be a pretty easy summer to not have to do any work. I understand human nature. Lot of the executive understand it life. Actually! That list is getting smaller and smaller I'm still surprised I understand human nature. You know if they said to me. Mark because of this virus. How'd you like to not do your show for six months, but will pay anyway. I actually liked doing this show and boy I think by voices by needed lately, but I can see the station. Just like the Public School Teachers Hey, help out because of the virus. We close the schools. Don't make you do anything and pay you where you go for that. And I think that's what's going on in Washington County, and unless they all laid themselves off and stop wolfing down the money because the health needs. To call off a county fair in the middle of July when our society is screaming out to be able to go out and do things John was just talking about the car races the. are coming up at Elkhart Lake, we'll talk to him with traffic, and like less than sixty seconds, and we both think there's going to be a big crowd i. get at outdoor you. People can spread themselves out. And there's a vast a huge segment of the population that wants to go out and start to do some of these things as they say if you don't I don't. I kind of begrudge you, but all the little bit. Nobody's wiring anybody to go to these things. I also think that they would. Actually all these events would have bigger years than normal. Because so much. Else's called off. There are so few things that we can do. The OUACHITA county decision is especially obnoxious to me given that they created this separate agency for the sole purpose of writing affair. It's the only thing they have to do and they decided not to do it. At a time that many other counties are choosing to do their fares a pick up at that point in a moment, it's three fifty two. I do stock eleven thirty. W I say it's time for rather traffic pocus. Where is us the town of poke poke wonder if they named after James Knox Polk. I'm sure I would say. He's one of the least known presidents we've had, but maybe the most one of the most consequential when you can say. You're right why I love presidential history, but I I. If you had pick everybody name, all the president's I bet oh, that's also be one of the one of the most omitted of all presidents that that whole crowd from maybe Jackson until. Lincoln was real anonymous, a lot of guys. A lot of people don't know like the Millard fillmore. He was he was the thing. Millie fillmore is. There's just. I guess I know that because Bill Graham named his rock hall in San. Francisco fillmore West that he had filled bar east, did I don't think he named it after that, but then. I grew up with a car and we had a fillmore street had. I had a class in grade. School is something. They told you the history of the streets. Who something? That would kinda suck. Be So we had a fillmore street, but Why you don't see a Lotta Polk, street's, do you. Well! There's the Todd Paul I mean. That's what the watching the is going to say it. So that lots of the fairgrounds is it's not with a fear is because you don't have what. Forty one southbound, who catching some crowding as you get past capital drive. Apparently, he died right after he left office well, he worked himself to death, literally worked himself to death. John Wyatt's head of the James Knox Call. Right I got us. You Know Texas. The water in the White House was putrid, and he got sick and died from that ad is it argued though right I mean. He lived in the White House, so I'm yeah, but he died like thirty days after he was sworn in. I think he got forty, I think he got drunk. You're just saying. He drank the water. That's isn't that. Isn't that the same water that every other president would have by that standard that trunk trump will be crooked. The legend of Legend always was because he gave the longest inauguration speech in in American. History and that it is. Literally No, it was a day and they said that he got that. NAPA coming to ahead of time, he might have been just as boring. All the rest of would have never gotten elected. You didn't ever heard of Abraham Lincoln if it weren't for the coming of the civil war. Well that was the reason the Republican Party kind of in. L. Upton the first. So without the war there there would have been a Republican Party with Washington County. "That here. That's where we furloughed again. Not His will. And I'm not I just think it's important to be open about this that our company has made cuts. Just as many others have made cuts I mentioned the journal all the employees of GS online and the print edition journals tunnel. They're all being forced to take one unpaid week per month. I get that. That's what we're ED. I don't see any of these sacrifices from government see government and government quasi-government edit. He's doing the least in other words offering nothing, the journal not be a very good newspaper, but at least there's still put the out. You made out like our station, but at least we're still on the air government. Not We're not GONNA do anything, but still scarf out all the money. including the money got from the taxpayers. To Purdue affair. Even though you're not GonNa do a fair now I did put a series of questions to this Kelly Boone is the executive director of the non existent. Cody Fair and she didn't respond to most of them. Well I believe that they're subject to the open records law so I'm going to be on because as I. Say this is extremely obnoxious to say. We're GONNA. Take the money, but not do the fair. At the very least get rid of your entire staff since you are apparently sitting around, and you sit there and stare at it empty lot, a giant giant empty lot less bed. Actually Jackson I believe the fairgrounds just outside of West bed. Well think of it. I've been to the Washington County fairgrounds. Is that in the city of West? Bend or is it injects it, you know. How would you know you're from Lake Geneva? I know it says West, but I'm talking to this. We're at actions in the city. It is in the city limits, isn't it? What! Is that in the city? You don't know that that might be the mailing address. It's on the edge. See.

"Able to do, and it would go along just fine. Somebody who hasn't feel comfortable going. Does it have to go? Bothers me here is that the public officials who decided to kill the fair have not gotten back first of all. Lay off your entire staff of gold bricks. and how `bout telling the fair director herself to at least cutter pay by half given the fact that she does have a fair to run. See those kinds of things never occur in the same way. That the schools, public schools, not private schools, the public schools stopped teaching during the virus lack down. They are kept paying themselves. That's the way it actually worked in the private sector here at ice station. We furloughed all sorts of people and who knows if any of back and many of our other staffers. Guys like Paul are being forced to take unpaid days off here there because this is what we're it. Despite the fact that our particular stations doing spectacularly well, we're part of a larger company which made these across the board reductions in an attempt to survive. Government has made none of these types of adjustments. The Washington County. Decision is especially obnoxious EDA's I say comes from people that are more than happy to pay themselves expense checks and pay themselves salaries when they sit on their fat butts doing nothing. If you'RE GONNA, cancel your thing. Cancel your job. If I decided. You know what? Too Dangerous for me to do my show even from home. I can't fathom that the is going to say that I'm not breaching by contract. This is the big score with baseball right now. Baseball's latest proposal is the seventy six game season with the sixteen with sixteen teams in the postseason, and they're trying to get the players to buy into it and the players don't think it's enough games because they're all arguing about how much money the players are going to get, but the point is that if you're not playing as many games, if you're not offering as much service, you can't expect to make the same kind of money. So if you're not gonNA, offer any of this stuff up. Don't take anybody get rid of everybody. Feel, that paid if you're going to deliver nothing because you're too much a `fraidy cat to try to do it. There's lots of interesting things about this watching decision including the fact. That once again. You've got a bunch of elected officials. Agriculture Industrialisation Society. We can't even put this on. The County Board decided to make this decision on their own because again. They were too lazy to try to. You know, suck it up. Take a deep breath and figure out. How with the virus going gone to make this work? All sorts of private entities that have the ability legally to all. Put our figuring out a to try to make it work. Disney's reopening figured how to make it work. The casinos in Las Vegas reopening, trying to figure out how to make it work Wisconsin dells, the various places that are opening up trying to figure out how to make it work the bars and restaurants. I love the most of are opened up and they're trying to figure out how to make it work. It requires a lot of creativity becomes a challenge, but these public entities out there like fairs not enough to do it. I at the State Fair ultimately is under the control of Tony. Zad Visit Agenda in place right there, so they give gambling the short Straw says called the thing off, but a county fair is much smaller thing. It's a much more easily managed thing, and you're not talking about massive contracts with entertainers. It's not like you're paying any band three hundred and fifty thousand dollars. You're lucky if any of them make more than ten in a county fair and It's an easy thing to put on. Which is why you're GONNA to see a lot of counties in the state press forward actually have fares. In this instance, the decision was made by unelected board. The didn't even have the good grace that turn around and say well. We're going to stop pounding down your muddy and we're going to get rid of some of the staffers who are doing. The got an exposition center of. They've closed for three months. If the building is closed, what the hell they pay it anybody for get rid of a ball. Who on real well, then open your damn building up. And Show, that's why I'm paid. I'm here. Pause.

"To conduct themselves. If given the power, you can't give the power. We've got to be very very where the power of government and if there's anything I, do agree with the people that are marching around the streets and carry it out of its. We do have to be wary of Governmental Authority unfortunately as I say these are people that are advocating total disorder total anarchy. Getting rid of all of our cops with the same people who only a couple of weeks earlier wanted to give health officers more authority that encompass ever had. When you're more bothered by somebody, not wearing a mask. That you are a murderer and a drug dealer and a gang gang member, and so under something wrong with your priorities, but that is the problem with the left. They've never been able to prioritize anything. Most of us have a reasonable view of government. We understand that there needs to be order, and there needs to be certain provisions of certain public services, but we don't need it to be all intrusively. Don't meet it to micromanage our life. We don't eat it to overwhelm and dominate. Every element of our society. Because by enlarge the things that government does, it doesn't do very well. Public schools would be a classic example of this. If we had no public schools in America. I am convinced education would be way better. I'm just convinced that. If? We're NOT GOING TO PUBLIC SCHOOLS That were instead GONNA give grants. Or just let people pay out of their own pocket. We won't tax offer public schools that instead pay your tuition or just gave grants that people bow, choose everybody. Is that a voucher and send your kid to the Private School of your choice? I think our quality of education would be far higher. Look, what happened in Milwaukee and racine and Kenosha? During the virus where they simply decided that they were gonNA. Keep taking paychecks and not operate schools. We not only what operate schools who aren't even put out anything on. Lied Ted to the scam. They're pulling off at Washington county. Where Kelly Boone's grabbed out or paycheck to run a county fair without actually operating a county fair and not get rid of any of the other Lard Butts that are sitting there canceling. They're not doing a damn thing all summer, but still claiming that somehow they're essential. Maybe, we ought to move to the topics and said no alluded to it a couple of times. Eddie way later out of the program. We'll try to update you. Forget any word what happened out of Walworth cody as to whether or not. This by the way. If you're wondering about that, Kathi administrator, he's rather new. Uh, the job they got about Franklin. He was the administrator in the city of Franklin, and now he's down there in Walworth County and. If all they need to do is tell them hey. Nice try calm down. Take a deep breath. Joe solids charge Walworth County. We believe in letting people live the way we want now maybe. He was over there in east troy and he saw the police chief that runs that community when the SWAT team comes on. Four hundred and fifty people throw up against the wall because somebody was eating barbecue standing next to their car right L.. I understand that exaggeration people readies tries mad. Every time I brought the thing up well instead of being mad at me for maybe you ought to be mad about the Pissy at members of your community, who sick the cops on them and the fact that he didn't immediately tell the police chief. You don't ever go to L. Again. Unless somebody's committing a crime. Somebody's sitting in the parking lot. Leave him alone. Because it's no big deal. Madison, maybe it's a big deal. Madison where you're allowed to ride and bust up state street, but you're not allowed to go inside a starbucks. About that. You wonder why I make fun of Liberals, how do you not? But when you see that type of liberal thinking and liberal mentality will dig into bark conservative areas. It's time to put a focus on it. It's time to highlight it. So those of you up in Washington, county, as you probably know, they canceled. Your County Fair. Lot of county fairs have been canceled summarized summer off last code I saw thirty three I'd not every county has Milwaukee County doesn't happen. Because we have the state fair, we don't have the state fair, but so there's no Milwaukee County Fair. There's thirty three that have been canceled so far and others may still come on the list, so some comedies forward and others are not Ouachita County, which has a very good in a very big fair canceled their county fair. The Cancer Their County Fair, even though they're pocketing the money that they have a separate agency that runs their fair in Washington county. It's called the agricultural and Industrial Ization Society now why they have that I don't know. It sounds to me I already to buddy layers government at work here. But they've got this society that runs the fair and they've got a contract with the around the fair at its you know they are with. The county board appropriate earlier this year, sixty thousand dollars to help them pay for putting out a fair. They pocketed the body and now canceled the fair. They also operate the Big Expositions Center which is on the county fairgrounds and they've had that closed for months. Everybody else has been reopened. Wash Washington county for weeks, but they've had that close for months. The fair director talent. Her name is Kelly Boone. She tells me while we opened that back up. June, the eighth. I don't know what they're holding it there. But, the only building the operates been closed and the only other thing that they're supposed to do which is operated fair. They decided not to do. Now. Everybody's attitudes of the virus are different. The, further away you get from urban areas. The bore people want to go and resume activities. We deceive this everywhere. Anything that opens up seems to be crowded right now as people are just looking for things to do and anything that is occurring out of doors, most people feel rather secure with and those that don't just don't go. A county fair would be an obvious example of something that you would probably be able to do, and it would go along just fine. Somebody who hasn't feel comfortable going. Does it.

"About a fascinating conundrum in which. Some of the people who have pushed this extreme level of harassment at enforcement, picky UNICEF violations of an ordinance are the same ones who don't want to allow our police to actually enforce the criminal codes. Anyway it's been I opening for me in fact, let me show this story Dow. plunged. I joked about this a few weeks ago. We fought. We saw video that. We both thought was fake. It showed. At at all the earmarks of a fake thing. Cops in uniform, but you couldn't see their badges. The squad cars who were obscured there was the background there was no street sides. Nothing at all looked like it was kind of staged, and it showed two cops, a man and a woman you know. Attitude covered out the Wazoo badgering someone lecturing her, because once again, her friend, she either her kid. Is that somebody else's? So? She had somebody else over there and thought this. This is ridiculous and it looked fake to me. It wasn't. It was real. It was some. County. Sheriff up there and about county. Has Apparently. Given his deputies, the freedom to run around at act like total horses, pursuits and harassing people for. Oetzi CIZEK American Life. Let your kid play with other kid. We don't need government to stop that without regard to whether or not some left wing governor has appointed some Gila tidy health services secretary to put some awful order dot a piece of paper. So, it's been eye-opening to realize that there are some people who actually are such zealots that they will enforce these things like this. Now as you know, I, am a big supporter of police. It I tried to make that clear with the kind of crap that they getting. One COP. Exit appropriately in Minneapolis that we have a national, but to de-fund police and police are on the receiving end of all sorts of horrible thing, and they're all being judged. As bonds, there's on the basis of the actions of what it's terrible and the agenda behind it is people who simply don't want us to have police and this fund the police. At least it's all out there in the open. That's what their agenda is. They just don't want cops. They want anarchy. They don't want enforcement of criminal statutes. These people that are perfectly fine with rape-murder auto theft drug dealing, but they don't WanNa let somebody send their kid over to somebody else's house that they don't WanNa. Let somebody walk around the public without a mascot. That's their idiotic ideology. Nonetheless, the point is. No one can claim anymore that well. They wanted force this. They won't do this. Because in some communities, we have seen over zealous extreme obnoxious enforcement of ordinances. They deeply intruded on the ability of people to live their lives in the way that they want. Therefore? It's critical that we not allow them to put crap like this on the books in the first place. If you want to be. The health side runs around. Deciding whether people wash their hands at effort, whether or not somebody who had a cold sat on somebody else's couch. Go to North Korea, but don't go to Walworth Pouty, and if the people of Walworth county while to live under that kind of iron fisted rule. Will I. Guess It's not quite as conservative as I thought that was so I would hope that the county board shoots this thing down and tells the county a county administrator that we got more important things to worry about particularly given the insane overreaction to the corona virus that we've Sade. Damaging our economy, restricting people's rights for a virus, the turned out to be far less prevalent and fire less deadly than we originally had been told yet. It was that justification that this is this monster disease that allowed government officials to come in and read us all children, and take away our rights, and frankly act like we with a logger in the United States of America so therefore, it's critical. We not let these days. Get on the books in the first place that they not pass this I would say. Maybe, you could have some kind of very restrictive kind of health ordinance, but nothing. That allows anything like this at nothing. That's premised on the discretion. Of some of these hack bureaucrats who get co named Public Health Officers I'm not saying they're all bad, but we saw by the conduct of a lot of them that many of them are extreme overreaches. I mean we have Milwaukee County to local level is just awful. Issue Water. You can't do this. You can't do that. You can't do the other thing. And even rather conservative area shoving people around bullying them around and acting like glorified goads, well given that that apparently is how they're willing.

"I want to tell you how. Recognizing again. Not Everybody listens in Walworth County. They said it was going to try to make the city arrests. They get entertaining for everyone. Got A number of counties here in southeastern Wisconsin, our immediate listening area we consider to be. Pretty much. Sheboygan and find the lack of the bubble. We have a fair number of listeners in those counties, but we daughter a daily basis to a lot of stories out of say Sheboygan of Saint. Thing with dodge coty will cover occasionally things that happen in say the Beaver Dam, and so on, but it's sort of on the edge of what we consider our immediate. Immediate listening area debate, our media listening area. We consider to be Racine Walworth. Waukesha. MILWAUKEE ASAKI and Washington counties, but we give a fair amount of coverage. The things that happened in Kenosha County, the others that are right on the edge of that racine and Kenosha have both been are both a little unusual in that both actually have radio stations in media. Of their own, but we also know we have lots of listeners in both of those counties, so the sort of a balancing act, but advocacy given day. You're going to hear more stories that my show that would come out of same a walkie cardio. Razaki cloudy Waukesha County. Than some of the others but Walworth County is one that's right in the middle of our here, but again when you have all of these different counties that means when you cover something in one county you run the risk of tooting out people I live at Zaki Cut. What do I care about that? Always a problem when you have a show, that covers a broad area. Said covers something. Say pretending to the city of Milwaukee. Somebody's sitting there and Cheboygan may not give him. I try to stay on top of everything that goes on around here and I do a pretty doggone good job of it but I. Pick. Tony Board all the proposals in front of everyone in the county which I'm not a top of this I learned of this because some listeners alerted me. The media is worse than ever, but. The Internet makes it possible for citizens on their own to stay on top of things better than they could before. What happened in this instance is some active people who live in the Walworth Tony area. They checked the agendas of government meetings, so they check the agenda for the county board meeting and they found this. And then they got on social media, and they tried in their own networks to get the word out on this at as that. We're got out to people. Many of those people who are on the receiving end of that then contacted me I got a zillion people. So. I'd say fifteen to twenty people at Walworth County telling me this is going on today, and those are all people that got this as whoever was founded in the first place kind of sprayed it out there. That's excellent citizen involvement in government and I know that all of you don't have time to do this, but we need. Some people do it and we need them to establish these networks and. And social media is pretty good for that facebook and stuff like that to get the word out, so the people become aware of these kinds of things, and that's how it got to buy attention I think drawn to my attention all the time, and sometimes they just not things. I could deal with the program, or there's other stories that are going on etc. I wanted to move on this because. It's the kind of governmental over overreach. That prior to a few months ago, most of us wouldn't have paid any attention to see a lot of ordinances in local government I mean. There are some communities that still ban you know they always. I think it was Jay Leno. That used to do then you'd find some ordinance. It's still in a book somewhere that you know you could. Chop A guy's head off because they spit gum, Walker something. Is that were never really enforced. Or know horse and buggy stuff that they never took off the books..

"Caused it to be removed or disinfected. They're putting all of this on the county. Health Officer Always County. It then goes on. Surveillance allowed the state. Epidemiologists can issue dictums. Mentions the violations had penalties the violations of course stop short imprisonment, but the state. Supreme. Court said you can't imprison what an order is simply put out by an unelected official that you can only imprison for actual crime, but it does list all sorts of other penalties, including fines of up to five hundred dollars cost the prosecution for each violation, so if violate violated, say sixteen different times you come up sixty with all of these different finds it so. Mike attention is is that this is unnecessary. And all of these governmental overreaches have been unnecessary. In talking briefly with the county administrator, he said look. It's not like we're in candidate what they're doing any of these things right now. I don't buy that crap. Look we've just been through? And I will remind you that within Walworth County is east. Try where they did. Send the police and sick. The police on a bunch of people trying to eat barbecue in the parking. Lot of L. Days, so don't tell me that none of this stuff is GonNa Happen Eyes. Open wide up at Calima County. The sheriff's deputy was rapid at the door of a woman because she heard that she let a kid. Go play at somebody else's house. We need to rein in these storm troopers. Now I get Madison's going to pass Ricardian ordinances because as I say right now. Liberals that completely skit schizoid liberals hate the police, but they WANNA make health offices like yours. They WANNA. Get Health Departments, the authority to take away antibodies liberty, but they don't want to let a cop arrest anybody. It's very very bizarre. I think that's coming out of the left right now. So I can't stop. Dane county from imposing all sorts of ridiculous orders, but we don't need this at Walworth County, which is a community that as I say is rather conservative, and doesn't I think why the have county health officer issuing a kind of AIDS that results in people being harassed ad. From the perspective of the county I don't think Walworth county was especially overaggressive in the enforcement of this. There were individual Vanessa penalties in the county that were off. Reason that this just should not be passed. That is unnecessary. And the administrators said well. We have to have something to enforce our health ordinance. Why? And that's. The ultimate conservative question. Why. Government often will do something well. It's legal for us to do this so what? What does that have to do with anything? Now the last overreach statue to fifty two was deemed to be illegal because it allowed criminalization sink well because the state supreme. Court says in criminal. He has logs. It's that criminal. We could do anything we want to enforce health codes. That doesn't mean you should do anything you want. It should still be a justifiable response, and I'm not saying there shouldn't be a health coach. That has something at it. But this leg, which again is extreme so our? As I transitioned here to get all those of you idea ruin, and I would actually have called anybody call the county administrator in Walworth County I'm not going to put his phone number out over the air. People here raw numbers in that here the number Ryan and they call and bother somebody else, but it's the his name as I said. Markova he's the county administrator. And you can call him in his office and if you ought to be. You ought to be able to find that stuff out. Tony. What? Well. Yeah, he's another elected official. In this instance, it is his job to propose ordinances, but it is that at this thing past the county board committee seven to what it is not the role of the county board to rubber-stamp crap that comes unelected bureaucrats and the auto. Read this thing and started to ask some questions that I would hope that some questions will be asked here and they shoot this thing down and they tell him to stop buddy around in people's lives that that's not I think what Walworth county wants. It's county government to do. Read at around. Okay, we think somebody was sick and here we're GONNA. Go Take your furniture and Bernard and this. Specific, we could take your furniture. Take, your furniture. For crying out loud? I want to tell you how. Recognizing again. Not Everybody listens in Walworth County. They said it was going to try to make the city arrests. They get.

"The need for this to be is not existed. So what they do is they're taking some of the language from the State Statute, and then saying that the enforcement mechanisms they list everything that would be short of. Imprisonment, but anything else would become. Fair game. And I kept asking I. I will say Liberty did talk to me and I asked him. Why are you proposing this? And he said well. The State Supreme Court said we can't imprison Eddie one for violating order from at elected officials, so I just took out the imprisonment. Okay, I get that. I know what you can't do. You can't imprison. Why do you want to do any of this? Why are you doing it and? The response was just classic government. Thank because we had. Well, we could assure order to do something. We're GONNA, do it. I mean I suppose. I could sit here this afternoon with my shirt off. They're not gonNA fire. Be I don't think. Who knows? That doesn't mean it's a idea to appropriate to essay it. With regard to government, some local community could raise taxes significantly. That doesn't mean they should the fact that you believe you have the legal ability to do. Something doesn't mean you should do it now we see. We're very interesting times because of the one he had. You have liberals that are screaming about defunding the police. They know authority. They want anarchy on the other hand with regard to virus in health issues, and so on. They WANNA have absolute total control of people at Exercising Authority right up to it including whether or not you can sit around your own house where a man with without a mascot. So. This thing is on the agenda for this telephone meeting of the Walworth County Board at three thirty. Now The proposal was not authored by any supervisor. It simply was proposed by the county administrator. I did try to contact several members of the Walworth. County Board The Safti, doing a lot of code boards have big giant agencies. This actually has eleven members, which in this case me. I did contact rick. Stacy he's a member of the county. Board is in the northern part of Walworth County. The East Troy area. He says he's going to vote against this well. That's one vote against I also talked to Susan Processing. She says she's going to issue. Emotion herb put forward abortion cable cable means essentially. We're not GONNA pass it. which would be the same thing so in other words? She's going to try to kill it. The only two that Axworthy Got Ahold of the county board chairman, whose name is Nancy, Russell, did not respond to my calls or emails. So as I say there's eleven members of the county board while worth. County and you need to tell them not to pass this thing. I'm going to read you some of the language in this. As I said. I don't wear in very different times. We've all seen a lot of things. The last three months that we never dreamed. We would say who would have thought that Walworth. I mean this is Alcorn Delvin Lake Geneva East Roy. Well! It's rather conservative. It's not as conservative say Washington County, and by the way wash it caught in the crosshairs next. Cancelling the county fair, but we're GONNA pay everybody and take gobble, and all the FAIRMONT. Even though we're going to sit on our cans for your and not do a damn thing. You'RE NOT GONNA run a fair layoff. All your lazy staffers who wrote a fair? That's in front of us. Is that for a tease? Tease, they teach you at broadcast school. They always tell you to talk over the end of the next record. When you go into your thirty two inches, commercials coming up after the break, play the latest ballot from Gilbert O'Sullivan. Remember him. Gilbert O'Sullivan even know who that is. You know he's not fifty. He's Seventies. He d Gilbert O'Sullivan. Is this is seventies? He was the kind of guy that they played on. Am Top forty stations in the seventies that got people like me to turn on FM radio and try to find actual racket role, Hosmer, twenty Orlando and dawn, and all the captain into kneel, and all that stuff was that am top forty stations and we turned on the FM and we started finding led Zeppelin Bruce Springsteen David Bowie at all of that. It is literally what had happened. It's when top forty music at and roll sort of branched off into other things alone again naturally, that was his biggest soggy about you. How did he come up now? What is it right? Call to Action I. No good I'm trying to get people to. Let me, read from. There simply taking the state statute and I'm going to read some of this language, the local health officer. This is what they're voting on this afternoon. In Walworth County, the local health officer may do what is reasonable and necessary for the prevention and Suppression of Disease May forbid public gatherings when deemed necessary to control outbreaks or epidemics, and shall advise the State of Wisconsin. Wisconsin measures the local health officer Shell employ as many persons as are necessary to execute their order and properly guard any place, if quarantine or other restrictions on communicable disease are violated or intent to violate his manifesto, intent to violate is somebody might says they might do something. These persons shelby sworn in as quarantine guards shall have police power and may use all. Necessary measures to enforce the state laws for the prevention control of communicable diseases or the orders and rules of the Department of any local health officer, the local public health officer is authorized to remove. Be. Any person afflicted with any dangerous communicable disease, such place, as maybe deemed expedient and appropriate, and they may destroy any furniture, clothing or other property, which may cause the spread of disease, or caused it to be removed or disinfected. They're putting all of this on the county. Health Officer Always County. It then goes on..

"You know. Hey, you need to be aware. Well. That's what this is. This call to action does not cover all of you. Now I. Don't want those of you who are not covered this call to action to turn off the radio, so I have to be interesting and entertaining for everybody as I communicate the call to action to the people that are involved. We have Paul knotted again today. Apparently he's, he's, did we? Did we fire him? I ready clarity more. What's it city to furlough at fiery? Furlough as permanent I guess what it's these like furloughs every here there. You probably think you're not gonNA. Lose your job if your furlough dull for like two months, you know. It yeah I, I'd be pessimistic about the whole thing like a team cuts guy well. We might bring you back. Okay. I start contacting other teams. Where are you from? Is that where you live now? No. Well, then you'd be part of this call to action sort of if they had Michelson here. The call to action is for people who live in Walworth County. Walworth County is the most unusual county that we have in southeastern Wisconsin in that. You know I'm going to take that back. A little kind of reminds me of Ozaukee County. It's a community that has a lot of different municipalities in it, but it doesn't have a dominant. City liquid. You think of Washington. County West Bend's the biggest city in there and. and so I receive counting Racine Kenosha County Kenosha. Walworth County is the county that is directly to the West both racine and cut Osha counties. It goes all the way down to the state lied and it's solid Waukesha county geographically very very large, and there's a zillion municipalities I mean. You've got Easter. Is the fire north? Elk Horn Lake Geneva Whitewater. Adela there, so matty of them way too many to mention. And for that reason, there's a lot of different news sources that serve the area, but it's not like they have a major one single dominant newspaper, and even of the radio stations that serve the area like there's a couple of on Lake Geneva and so odd. It's a really kind of scattered and. Diverse area, and as I, said geographically, it's a very big county. If you take a look back at it north, and south is far north, and south is seen and Kenosha combined, and it goes all the way. I think he goes all the way to the rock Saudi land. Yeah counties, it's a big county, and it covers a lot of territory. Eddie, the county board. There is meeting this afternoon. It's a phone meeting. What are those to add? I mean come on. You don't have any members there. Otherwise, the the the wolrd buoyed eleven. You can't distance eleven people. Break I'm cynical at all of it after we allowed the protests and the riots. If that's okay to go jam, six thousand people at four city blocks, you know why in the world we can't. Anyway I gotta get to. My point stopped blabber nuttier. The Walworth County Board is meeting the phone at three thirty. That's a little over fifteen minutes. and. They have on their agenda a very very bad draconian. Ordinance, that is a classic example of terrible government overreach. Now if live at Walworth County, You need to contact your county board member phoned. If you go to Walworth County's website and I'm not GonNa all the addresses, but I mean show a little bit of resilience here. Just Google Walworth County Board, and it's got a map of the districts, and so out I know a lot of people don't know who their county board members, but I can't list all of them. You need to contact your county board member and let them know about this I'm going to get to the point real quickly. What did he essentially is is that they are trying to put into the county code? The exact statute that was struck down by the State Supreme Court with regard to enforcement of health orders all the Dakota quarantining, coming in and taking furniture out of people's houses, and so what and they lied to enact it and make it a Walworth County Ordinance the State Supreme. Court struck down the statute statue, two fifty two on the grounds that you can't impose criminal penalties. To the actions of a single unelected official. and. That was the problem they had with the twenty. Evans voted that an elected official the Department of Health Services Secretary Andrew. POB was issuing these edicts that carried criminal penalties associated with them. So walworth county's county administrator. Apparently with nothing better to do decided to draft a county ordinance that has everything in at this terrible statute to fifty two has, but it doesn't allow you to imprison anyone, but it does allow you to issue finds that allows you to confiscate property. It allows you to do everything up to and short of criminalising and imprisoning, but everything else. Now I contacted. The county administrator today Marc Lebron and what's a cody administered Connie administrator again is not an elected official. Fast because they're meetings at three thirty. About half our counties have county executives, county executive is elected county officials who administers the county? The other half have county administrators. They are hired by the county board. They don't have a county executive. Walworth is a county that does not have elected county executive. The cloudy administrator is hired by the county board to administer the day-to-day and Lebron has put together this ordinance. Ordinance which as I say is obnoxious. This is deep state stuff frightening to essentially give Walworth county all of the authority that the state, of Wisconsin trying to impose on people and illegitimate is again the use of the police state to micromanage people's management, their own lives, and to I think trample on people's rights and violate their rights every time somebody gets a cold. Particularly given the fact that the Kobe situation seems to be easing. The need for this to be is not existed. So what they do is they're taking some of the language from the State Statute, and then saying that the enforcement mechanisms they list everything.

"It's this because it's. One of these tropical snowlets, depression, or whatever they call it it does that spinning thing. It isn't like normal weather systems, so they will for the west of the east of the northey north northwest and head on southeastern so odd where there's that normal flow through the jets driven everything they come straight up and then it spins around in a circle Ed. There's more of the circle kind of like I'd say Okada Walk on West over the Minnesota in Iowa. Did anywhere else, but as that things spins around, you know the rain might hit the Milwaukee. Area A little bit greater so anyway. It's here and. Once it starts to rain, expected to rain for a long time, because as I say, the thing does it move like east to West is just cut out spins slowly as it keeps on moving north these things usually they degrade when they hit lad it, it's not like this is a monster storm and credible wins it just a lot of precept that comes with its others. There's that all right. We need to get into the program here and I need to get my act going right at the beginning because we have a call to action, I don't do those things calls to action. You get these emails now. All the time called action. Thanks. You pretty good, thanks. A Call to action is just that. Hey, you gotta do something. Before the Internet came around. There was really it was really hard. To keep citizenry informed as to what was going on with government especially at the local level. You know there's a bill in front of Tigris. Maybe the media's coverage at it so odd, but if you live in. Utah, the, community, how are you supposed to? Your government is doing. It today, Cameraderie! We have the ability to alert people. What's going God? And there are a lot of the interest groups and others that will do this. Call to action like I'm a member of the NRA I get these calls to action all the type of some stupid gun laws being proposed, or there's an election or something where you know. Hey, you need to be aware. Well. That's what this is. This call to action does not cover all of you. Now I. Don't want those.
