"Show video coming out of bill. Melvin from fox l. a. He says that a majority of the migrants are actually haitians. They're clearly black. Not hispanic when you see how many of these there waiting under the international bridge it even if cova was the only thing you cared about in the world this is a co vid petri dish but there are a lot bigger threats to our country then kovin. You don't know where these people are coming from. I mean it is bad. It is seven thousand of them. This is just at one time but sure run around that grocery store worried about the lady not wearing a mask or kick the woman off of the flight american airlines with her two year old child clearly having an asthmatic attack and forcing the mask over the face of the child and they kicked her off the plane over it. There are a lot of people allowing evil to occur in many of them engaged in it. But we don't see that as a brutish act when a woman and her two year old child are kicked off a plane because the woman can't get her year old to keep the mask on his face when he's having an asthmatic attack. Oh they're just doing their jobs. The the sissy flight stewart dude. That is so concerned that they get kicked off. I'm going to take a bet. That guy doesn't have any children or know anybody else who does. It probably doesn't care for breeders in so they got the cops involved. Get this woman off a plane. Because there's she and her child or sitting on a seat with nobody beside them and the child is struggling to wear his mass because he can't breath who is so determined that we torment that woman. That child who are the people who harassed the elderly and single women in grocery stores as sissy white men chasing them around the stores saying my wife is an infectious disease expert. You're supposed to be wearing a mask. You're not wearing a mask you and you're all honor. She's so dangerous that you're you can't get close enough to her. Who were the people arresting these people who are the people that are gonna fire these people. Every person is going to be forced to take a stay in one way or another. That's the point. The left is not going to let you look the other way. They're going to force every person to be an employer every person who's going to have to push the button you're going to have to pick button which button you're going you're going to have to make a decision of conscience and you can't just look away and watch football games anymore. You can't just look away and say well. I'll focus on my family. They're not going to allow you to do that. Every person is going to have to make a decision. And it's every day. I get this every day. Liberals who are proudly liberals will want to complain about sheila jackson-lee to me. I don't want to hear what you have to say. That's your party. Sheila jackson-lee is not an outlier. She's the one of the major constituent groups stupid people that make up the democrat party. And y'all aren't about to kick her out. She's the norm not the outlier. I don't want to hear about it. I don't want to hear from white liberals nothing. Nothing you've made your bed you're gonna sleep in it. I can't wait till they come for you and eventually white liberals eventually they're coming for eventually black people. They're coming for you because you're not because your unvaccinated they're coming for you because you're black and art pledging allegiance to sheila jackson-lee. Eventually they're coming for you because you're not black enough because you don't vote right. Nobody gets a pass anymore. There is no libertarian. Left there is no leave other people alone. A they're chasing you down coming for you wherever you are. You're going to make a decision now. Are somewhere down the road. But you can't keep hiding eventually. They're coming for you. They're coming to your workplace. They're coming to your ability to shop. They're coming into your ability to to vote the eventually you're going to need healthcare and they're gonna ask you questions and based on how you answer those questions and eventually they're chip or however else they control you. They're going to deny life saving treatment. Because well you're not vaccinated so you say well unvaccinated. I guess i don't have to worry about that. I don't like what the liberals are doing. But i got my vaccination. Do you have your booster. It's never going to stop what you're going to have to understand is it is never going to stop. You're never going to be able to go. Well i'm not one of those people know it's coming for you. You're going to take a knee or you're going to be punished. Selena north houston go. Hey i just have a lot of Experiences with with what you just talked about the white male flight attendant putting me in my place. Because i didn't have my mouth just though place on my face and a southwest airlines flight and the security well even going back to the security guards checking me in and me with my mask not placed exactly on my face like she wanted it and she gave me. Oh and i answer. Why why. Why do i need to wear it like that. And the look of evil that came upon her faith. I thought she was going to take a knife out of her pocket. Start stabbing me. I mean it's ridiculous and then she had to call security guard another security guard to come. Tell me how. I needed to wear my math before they would let me walk any further. I get past the security that point and took my mascot the rest of the airport and nobody says anything to me including the people who work at the airport so and then everybody can sit in the restaurants without their masks on. Then you start to the plane. And the dan mascots to come back on your face. I watched a football team yesterday. A youth football team had to wear their masks to get on the bus to go to a football game but when they got to the football game they all got out and sat at tables next to each other with their masks off while they ate. I was sitting in a restaurant recently. Middle of the afternoon and a couple comes in about thirty years old white couple or walking in and they're each tugging at their mask repeatedly because a mask has to be exactly that's exactly they're trying to get that mask up to rather than underneath there is maybe there eyelashes touching because there's going to be a bunch of covert vectors inside all covert couriers inside. Mind you on. The southern border are seven thousand illegal aliens and last month were two hundred. Eight thousand detained. So they're coming in with who god you're gonna wish you got covert because over ninety nine percent of people survive it. You're gonna wish you got kovic. When these people bring the mumps and smallpox all the other maladies that they bring from their countries where they have no real healthcare system. But you just worry about your neighbors right so this couple comes into the restaurant. We'll i'll tell the restaurant because not the restaurants fault. Jonathan sarab at campbell. In tim and so. I'm watching them coming in. And they got a mask up. Just up to the underside of their eyeballs. Husband wife team presumably about thirty years. Old white kids went to probably some steam college and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on they come in and they sit down and nobody else in. The restaurant has a mask nobody else. I'm talking to jonathan levin the owner and his son sam. None of us are wearing masks in this couple comes in and sits down and they kind of sheepishly take off their mask and they eat and then they. They asked the waiter to lean in so they can ask a question not now. They're not wearing a mask and later they leave the restaurant not wearing a master master. Put away so. What was the mass performance art when they when they came in. What was that about. But why why am i mean that mass didn't just wear karoo breed her..

"I was asked earlier. What's the likelihood that the biden vaccine mandates that do not have the force of law. Mind you this is rulemaking promulgated by an administrative agency it's not a law passed by congress after healthy and thorough debate. Will you know the state of texas is going to fight back because ken paxton our attorney. General always does general patton general paxton. Welcome to the show. I assume we can expect a suit against the vaccine. Mandates on behalf of the state of texas You got it right. We're just preparing our draft or waiting for the rule to actually the issue that we already know arizona filed. That doesn't make any sense to follow a lawsuit. It's like you know voting for bill. You haven't read yet We wanna see what they actually put out and make sure that we're making the right legal arguments so you know. We're preparing what we think is going to be an that for that rule but we don't know and so we're we're just waiting and we'll be ready to go when when the by the way we're also talking to probably fifteen twenty states we're gonna. We may be filing a different places and different Courts around the country to give us a better chance of ending up in a in a good place. What is the legal basis for the opposition to the vaccine mandate Well the legal basis of the opposition is that they don't have any legal basis for doing it The the president can't just decide tomorrow or today or whenever that he's gonna order you to get a shot or tele company that they have to require a vaccine that's constitutionally not his role. I'm not even sure. Congress can pass a lot of make you do that. That's a whole nother question. But we know. The president doesn't have the ability to make wall congress's ability nick law. I just don't know if they can make a lotta make you get a vaccine well. And interestingly congress has not made such a law it would force a lot of people In the house and be probably more troubling for the senate to pass such a. And that's i think part of why they've done. This right is to avoid needing to go through an open and fair discussion because then questions would be asked by the opposition correct. And i think joe biden as you can see from day one. He doesn't respect federal law. Whether it's federal on places like he has with the keystone pipeline. Or like he has with the immigration laws or on the other hand he just makes his own laws or on the other hand. T tell states. They can't have certain voting laws or abortion laws so he ignores federal law. He said he's tried to step into the middle of state law and tell them they can't do their own state laws and then he also creates his own law. So there's i mean it's pretty amazing. It is pretty amazing at. I've seen as many as twenty seven state's attorneys-general opposing this so far or are stating. They intend to be involved. Is that where you expect us to end up. How how many attorneys general do you expect to join in on this. I don't know exactly 'cause we only. I think at last count. There were twenty five. Total republicans trade journals. There may be some republican governors. He might get in. Who don't have republican aide. I think the democrats will mostly just we just wanted to So it it'll be a significant number. Whatever it is whatever. The final number is It'll be a significant number. And i it'll be lawsuits at various circuits around the country instead of doing one like we do a lot of times Because because of the way osha works in the fact that they may combine all of these. We wanna make sure that we have several different good circuits that we have a shot at getting no pun intended by the way so the legal basis is simply a lack of constitutional authority to to so if we concede that there is a rule making authority for the epa. Or in this case osha that is only in furtherance of laws already on the books right. You've got it exactly right. Michael they they can do rulemaking to further expound. If they've been given authority by congress rules that statutes that congress has passed that they can't just add a scenario. The president can't order agency. he can do it. But it's unconstitutional. He can't order to see to a law that doesn't already exist. And that is the attempt to do that. I mean honestly as i've explained to people over the last few days if the president has the authority to do this he has the authority to do anything and everything in there is no check on his authority. And that's not our system of government and there is a system we check that. If that's our system of government we have moved away from my constitutional control the the elected officials to more like a dictatorship kingship where it really is the ruler. That controls everything. That's a completely different it's like is in. That's the answer. The antithesis of what the founders put in place. I have two minutes left attorney general. Ken paxton the great state of texas. Our guest we see photos coming out of del rio yesterday. Seven thousand individuals. They haven't even been detained yet. These aren't people who were stopped. They've come across there waiting. A lot of them. From haiti. a lot of them from countries other than our border are bordering country of mexico. I know you've worked very hard against the federal government to try to get them to enforce the law and where they won't for us to it took for us to protect our border. Where are we on the border. It's still a mess. I mean we've won two major losses as it relates actually three major losses the most important one being the stay in mexico plan that was put in place during the trump administration worked really well so the way they're supposed to do all the side of out because what people were doing. They were being coached to claim that they were you know they. They claim asylum and then they get just come into the country and stay a couple of years and never show up for their hearing. We'll trump no. We're gonna enforce federal law. You can stay in mexico and biden undid that well. We sued him and we get with all the way. Us court we won so he is supposed to be with a of the last three weeks. He's supposed to be enforcing at least that law. So and of course we have other lawsuits over other laws. He's not enforcing that we're still trying to to to win. Attorney general the great state of texas. Ken paxton thank you for being our guest on short knows. We'll have you back soon anytime. Michael buddy all right seven one three two one two five eight seven four seven one three two one two five eight seven four ad in brenham. That headed the future. Oh yeah it terms of trends and things like that you know for sure. I mean so whenever i felt i was Corona virus in its impact on the communication environment. So far and i actually to be honest. In terms of everything you can always think of it in terms of acceleration because pressure and crisis causes people to adopt right and a lot of the trends that we see people adopting to are not. They're not new at like take remote working being the really obvious one. It was already on the way. have now. obviously it's been accelerated the same for data for example. The idea of using big data trying solve societal problems like obviously a much more accelerated kind of rolls into the mainstream. I think green issues. This is a slightly me just observing again. But i think a big communist experience where we're all bent to nature makes people kind of engage with that reality of a little more of the reality of climate change and the reality of kind of environmental degradation. So you see all of these things being sped up everywhere and you look at public more political calms and you see similar accelerations. Things that were already happening now increasingly so so it was like for example. I'm going to talk from the perspective..

Johnson and Johnson submitted an application to the FDA for emergency use authorization of its Corona virus vaccine and plans to do the same with European regulators in the coming weeks. The company says data from phase three clinical trials of its investigational vaccine met all primary and key secondary endpoints, and it expects to have vials ready to go immediately if given the green light. Unlike its competitors, Johnson and Johnson's vaccine is only one dose. But the convenience comes with the trade off. The vaccine is 66% effective. When he can hardly be president. I used to think what you're thinking right now. I used to think okay. What's the point. He should just fucking go golfing and do all this other shit. You just go live. it's fucking life and not even worry about is basically more. No that's not the case. Now he's feeding off of that right now. Yeah but i wonder if this would be the case. Yes s o the night that we were waiting to find out if Darren Wilson Um, I was going to be indicted before, um, before killing Mike Brown. You know, we knew that a lot of people from around the world will be coming to the Ferguson. And so I decided. T o be a medic that night and not necessarily protest. There's a lot of tear gas. A lot was happening in a woman just, uh, she collapsed basically. And I went to help her. You know, as a nurse, I find it. I went to help her and, um, in her family said she was They thought she was having a heart attack. So I'm trying to get her to safety. I'm trying over. And basically when I got her to the police lineup, the paramedics were behind the police line up. When I got up to the police lineup, the police didn't like the fact that I was helping her and I just remember seeing the stars coming towards my face and then the ground and I was stopped. Uh, by the police that night when it comes to the message you were delivering during your campaign. What was that message? And why do you think it resonated with voters? Because it was the same message because I had been. I've been saying the same thing since 2015 When I announced for the first run, Um, talking about Medicare for all talking about criminal justice reform. Um, I have been the community knows And in so many other things. Um uh, Closing the racial ways you have for the gender wage gap on, uh, $15 an hour minimum federal minimum wage. Why does she keep like, Why won't she? You know, stop like people didn't understand it. Some people People didn't understand why I kept saying that your job status should not be connected to your health care. You know, as a nurse, I'm watching my patients die because they didn't have access or they had access. But they didn't have actual fair and that people didn't understand it. But when But in 2020 When Corona virus hit our community, then people saw like, Wait a minute. This is what course been talking about. We're losing our jobs. Oh, my gosh, this flat. This lad has been so influential. They've been helping me all along the way on, you know, and always in a different ways. You know, Aiyana and I we have this, um, Rabbi gonna press leak. You know, she'll talk to me about like, uh, you know, just how I'm presenting myself and, um, and then how I take care of myself. She's all in tow. Cory, make sure you're doing the self care piece. You know, central scales will upto to make sure that you stay human. You know, eh? So in the end, you know Alison Bright red. They'll see we talk about you know if people know, like thrifty, you know, And she's talking about, um, you know, you know, you know, just making sure that I have what I need. And looking to the future s o. I'm hearing things from so many different people represented to leave it. You know, she, you know, Say who you are your fighters. You hired by hiring is the big deal and just making sure that I have, um what I need to be ready on, you know, to be able to do what I told the community I would do for these two years. You mentioned drifting And I want to focus on that a little bit because there was a story posted online about your experience buying clothes for the new job. Can you relate that? Yeah. So you know, it was kind of rest upon me that I would need, you know, orientation. You know, I was thinking about, you know, building a wardrobe for for, you know, swearing in and beyond.
