Early voting will continue through November, 2nd, the first time the state's ever offered it. Residents have to present a valid photo I d at the board of canvassers in their city or town. They are not i. also think to the fact they did this and they knew the part they would be playing in the characters I'm not going to give it away, but they do have great dirty seen together but they knew this was going to happen. So I think they're in a really good place now, what do you think? Yes. Oh I think so too because they came up together at a certain time where only they had that specific relationships right so I think they just have this sort of symbiotic thing like, Hey, look at us look look at what we've become less just move on and I I did laugh though took 'cause Julia Roberts is in it Julia Roberts. Star nobody even mentioned her like nope. Brandon Jed Eye Michelle Bob could be the nobody would have cared she wasn't I'm just saying no. Nobody else exists God imagine okay. One time I think. So you know what time it is. It is time for the polls data DA official. So yesterday, we told Kim Kardashian already and talks to get her own spin off show possibly Netflix's we reported this first yesterday watch yes or no will you came if she gets a new solo show? Day This. Really is Nice Rob. It's a very, very sweet story and it's a serious one. So it's about Giselle Bunchin the supermodel from Brazil. So a she's opening up again she's talked about it before, but she's opening up again about anxiety and panic attacks that she suffered. Now she got candid about her battle with all consuming anxiety and panic attacks in hopes of helping others the forty year old former supermodel posted a photo of herself on. Wednesday cuddled up with her dog. Along with a thoughtful message to her fans and she says, from my own experience, I learned that nothing is permanent and sometimes gentle reminder that the bad feelings will eventually go away can work like a beacon of hope much also expressed her understanding Zayed's can feel all encompassing, and so she added sometimes we just need a little supportive push to rake us out of our vicious cycle of worry. So my own panic attacks were difficult for me and I saw help so. She's really sharing some some of her own advice and she had a book in two thousand eighteen or that she released ads really heartfelt lessons my path to a meaningful life and she opened up about her battle with frequent panic attacks that began in two thousand three and a really great point that she makes that we all can relate to things can be looking perfect on the outside..

Think it's officially over this is like I last Friday of summer although I think we can extend it a little bit. You know what? It's been a very troubling yours if you need to have few more weeks. You do it. Okay. Let's get to the polls Dr. So yesterday mock looper gave us an exclusive from US weekly. It's on their cover today. The transfer of scientology is tightening their ratings on its members will. Tom. Cruise, ever leave. We'll Tom Cruise ever leave the church Yes or no? Gosh. This might be the biggest landslide. We've ever had on the Naughty but nice show a whopping ninety, eight, percent ninety, eight said no, he's never going to leave what do you think corey? Yes or no? Would he leave the church? No, I don't think he can. I'm sorry he would try to end up like I dunno disciplinarian or something they know everything Communist. REMINISCE said in her documentary they do know everything she's hinted that there might be you know some sort of while she hasn't hinted. You said it's very sinister place, and so you all agree with that ninety eight percent while I wonder if you'll ever talk to Syria and his daughter, she's a teenager now I wonder I know it seems so I can't imagine cutting off somebody that I loved a family member for that long main sister betty is awful my sister. All the time but I couldn't imagine me and I don't know if I could cut her off probably. Should it be better? I hope she's listening. Okay. Don't forget to those terrible to Mkhori don't forget to vote on today's poll, get twitter page and not nice raw braff facebook page naughty gossip leave a comment there and be sure to check back on our next show to get your results and now it's time for a nice of the day. So, city what have you got cory well, you know Brad Pitt not care if Angelina is going to lash out. Yes if he's taking Nicole to mirror vol Nicolas's his new, German girlfriend and On his former wedding anniversary, he took his new girlfriend to his. Say His current House with Angelina which is. Yes. Yes. Yes. But a source tells us. US weekly that brand knows exactly what he's doing and the reaction is going to get from Angelina he just doesn't care if she's going to lash out he expects that she. Now pit six and the model is twenty-seven. They've been seeing each other amid his messy divorce from Adelina and other couple were spotted arrive at Chateau Mirror, which is the estates that Pitt and Jolie purchased together in two thousand as a beautiful vineyard going to south of France and its mere he and Angelina got married. Like the new girlfriend who the baby Mamas House in the south of France where I'm from that. Guy. Should get a cheap hotel like everybody else. But I guess when you Brad Pitt, you go out although we're going to say is the nicest of the day 'cause I do think there's something very wonderful about not caring more about what somebody from your past really things like you're divorce now live your life. Do you ever do that cord? You obsess about the past? What somebody's GonNa think of you? Can you move free? Oh, yeah I used to, but now I don't care My mother was like everything was about like what people thought when I say Mama. Yeah I think MOMS do. So I had to shake that as I got older. I like my life on A. Don't. Live your life fabulously. We love it leads to our naughtiest of the day not known. I know what? There's royal commentators in the UK Britain I know a lot of them and it had some very salty things to say I love that word salty things to say about the Harry, Megan's new deal. So Harry a Meghan opinion like they've signed a hundred and fifty million dollar deal with net flex. We're not quite sure what to do because they don't really have a very long resume of producing TV shows. In fact, they've never produced one at all. So this is an extraordinary deal. It's clear and I'm not being rude here, but it is clear why they got it Korea me if we accordion is our if they tried to do a deal with get. Two dollars like Jonathan Experience. So they got it because of who they are sources telling me Netflix's not even that concerned about them producing very much. These are going to be like ambassadors for the brand and they think it's worth if they never producer hit show or never produce the show period, I don't think anyone's going to be too surprised angry. This is about having these two really the ambassadors of this brand it is not a lot of money for them is for us but for the company to pay this sort of money to have an association with royals might even be worth it I don't know but they salmon, but they do the crown. Match and if they do a cocktail party with Harry and Meghan to launch the. New Season of marvelous but the Briggs is being really source you about it saying that she thinks she's going to have full control Meghan where she's not. They also said that she got to try and cast herself as a mother. Teresa. In all the documentary she's she's planning to do and I just think we should be to down on it yet they haven't started. Let's wish them luck. You British press particularly you royal watchers over there cut him a break that trying to get free financially from the family they finally done it. I was still complaining it's like they can never win. Let's cut them a break. Okay. It's time for a moment of Robbie. So, hopefully, we make you giggle line for twenty minutes Oh. Sorry about flora moments where a little bit more serious. I. WanNa talk about friendship today particularly being best friends with yourself. So when you become your own best friend, you also become your own best advocate. No longer always saying yes. But rather learning to pick more carefully and learning to say, no. Corey, how are you? It saying? Can you do it? No. Better but I I wanNA please everyone it's it's something Morgan on i WanNa please everyone sometimes ended up falling short because I extended myself right I mean it's a common response for that but what I would say is that you're not pleasing everybody in fact you're not pleased in the most person of all, which is you. So when people say I want to please everybody don't say that Sarah want to please everybody else be honest with yourself and I. Do like coming from a place of yes. I do try to be positive I really do but I'm quite good at saying no, and it never works out do something that I don't want to do for many different reasons responsibility kindness. Brim. bribed like. It never ever ends. Well, it's easier to say no right now also to after yes. The next best answer is no maybe a terrible answer because it leaves everybody in limbo if you don't want to do it saying no, and then we can all move on. Hey, that's it for this week. Thank you so much for listening to Naughty but Nice with rob. A production of iheartradio corey, thank you so much. We love having you on Fridays. Another another staffer said that at a party a work party where everyone gets a little loosey Goosey, a main writer of the show said to her. I'm sorry. Ah, I only know the names of the white people who work here and. so this. This has been a month long investigation into Ellen and it sounds just awful. Another staffer claims that she took medical lead after an attempted suicide, and when she returned, she was fired, but see buzzfeed claims. They have corroborated this with former employees and medical records. The show's executive producers are taking this seriously. They've issued a statement saying they are committed to being better. What is going on at the Ellen show? What do you think all right well? Listen when someone apologizes and promises to do better that means they weren't doing too well to begin with, so there seems like there's some serious truth to that but rob you've met. You've been on the show. I haven't been only as a guest, but backstage many times when I was a publicist, being different clients Jessica Simpson those. It's not the happiest place so when you walk into a TV show. You know immediately what the truth is about that show whenever I do today, show Wendy here in New York. There's such great environments professional, the staff, courteous and kind of best friends. We don't hang out, but you can tell. They enjoy their jobs when I went to Ellen. It's frosting. Very often backstage, everybody's walking on. When everyone's on pins and needles and the frightened that the segments not gonNa go well, and Ellen's gotta get crosser them so my experience backstage that show actually not that good which brings us to our poll question today, former staffers, and now bashing the show saying it's a toxic workplace. Do you think it's time for us to end the Ellen show? Is it time yes, or no go vote on our twitter page at not nice rob or our facebook page, naughty gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow. Or even Monday. Results. What do you got going on with Nick Cannon Call my goodness, Nick Cannon, yes, he has come under fire lately I know everyone knows about the story now where you know, he's actually taking time away now. He has announced that he'll be taking some time away from his los. Angeles based Radio Show. Comes amid the backlash of his antisemitic remarks, he made in an interview recently and. He definitely stepped in so to speak so knicks that he needs some time off to commit himself to a more deeper thoughtful reflection of education about race relations, and so he's going to be doing that and. Specifically with the black and Jewish sort of those two particular groups seem to have some tension in some parts of the world, so he's going to reflect on that and maybe come out and be a catalyst for change if he can come back their emerge victoriously. It's shocking story, so he said just awful things. If you've heard the remarks, we're not going to repeat them on this show, but they were really awful. Awful, antisemitic garbage and I think the problem here is that he didn't apologize very quickly. In fact, he dug in his heels, not mandated CBS. WHO fired him? Give him an apology. Finally. We talked about this yesterday. Shows I lead story. Finally people got to him and told him Nick. You're going to ruin your entire career you need to. You need to just take it down. Down a notch a lot, so he added finally apologize a now. He said he's GonNa. Take a little time. You know what it is. It's really quite K.. During the daily show we know here on this show were not really scripted. We have our items. We decide what we're going to talk about in the morning and we have all the facts. It's very important to me and the co-hosts that we get you all the factual cracked up to date information, but we do give our opinions and I think when you do A. A show each day. Particularly a radio show. You really get to know your host. Hopefully you've got to get. You've got to know me. You'll get into corey so I think nick really spoke what he believed was his truth, and now he's going to try and figure it out. Get a little bit more vegetation on it, but this is very very tricky I would I would argue nick take a long time off. You've gotTA. You've gotTA talk show launching in September by the same people behind Wendy Williams, a huge hits you've got. Got The mask singer, which is the number one show on Fox? Take some time off. You don't need to be doing a daily radio show until you get this sorted out. This story made me smile. Kelly Ripa goes by a different name with different friends, so we would love her as Kelly Ripa. How she was doing a little snapchat, she was talking to friends, and they took a photograph of the screen. I couldn't help but notice the contact name saved in her friends fo and was not Kelly Ripa. It was Kelly Consuelo. So. She takes husband's name in her private life. When I went for Jessica Simpson whenever we in public, we would call Jessica Angela because you didn't want to scream her name like if we were a supermarket. Place to be but. The Supermarket Jessica or we restaurant or somewhere? If you didn't want to Scream Jessica and draw, attention would call her Angela. Do you have a codename, Corey or you just Corey Yes, my name is stop eating. Stop. Eating in quarantine is my code name. Name. Robert as many variations on Robert, so some.

"Show with that friend. Corey Andrew, Corey, you I am here. Hello, hello, hello, hello, my friend! How are you, so? People loved you last week. The response was fantastic. We were just doing full shows a week and you guys. You're so kind to me. You wanted to another show, and so I called Corey immediately, and he said yes, and how did you feel after your first week or it was so fun? Yes, I love the feedback and friends and people who I didn't know where they gave great complements. Isn't that lovely? I've got to know not of our listeners and I love it. We've become like a little a little community here. The Naughty but nice community but he is wild at first meeting new people over the radio a podcast. It's such a thrill. Welcome, welcome welcome to the family. What time is it, Corey? It is t tie so breaking News Michael Strahan Sarah and Kiki show has been canceled by ABC page. Six broke the story just minutes ago. The show has been pulled. What happened is during the pandemic ABC decided to pull Michael Show and replace it with Amy Rohbock. Doing a show each day about the pandemic watch need to never very good idea and the show has taken off amy is. Is Brilliant now. ABC has decided moving forward. They're going to keep this show with amy. Robot, and instead Michael Show I. It has gone through started as a two week experiment. Now it's going to be there full time we should point is ABC has not confirmed this but last night I spoke to a producer who works on the Michael Show, and he confirmed it to me. He said it's gone, so it's been replaced now. What do you think Kelly Ripa thinks about all this. If you don't remember the reason, I'm bringing Kelly Ripa is Michael. Left Kelly show quite quite ugly. It was not a good split. It was not a good break up. He left to go over to GM. And, he's still going to be on the two Abajian a morning show, but he spinoff show these Third Hour with Sarah and Kiki has gone some sure Kelly is pretty thrilled about this. I spoke to tally source this morning. They told me she is aware about it. She's so angry with him still Kelly as not moved on, she's not spoken to him since he quits and so Kelly still obviously has feelings. What do you think about this corey? Kelly needs to kind of move on. Although I probably think she had a Voodoo doll that she was sticking pins. In which is, why does thing fell apart? But I mean you know she's still holding onto that she's successful successful. Let it go Kelly I. DO Agree Patmos commit when somebody betrays me and he really did do this. He didn't tell us he was quitting. So you had all these meetings behind her back with executives at ABC to leave her and go to good. Good Morning America. Kelly sort of like a star over there, not sort of she is..

Forty three percent said no. The damage is done, Corey, where're you on this? Yes, or no? I'm partial to redheads, so. Especially hot, was you. Mary half black girls so. I don't know I think that you know what if they can just out of the spotlight for a minute, both of them and just going to feel that way I think the public scrutiny is too much I love it. I also love the All. Your judgments are based on romance and a little bit of love. They call excited. I'm shallow. You pretend to the you certainly are listed. Don't forget to vote on today's poll on today's poll about Stasi Schroeder you can go to. Page and not Nice Rob or our facebook page, not gossip to leave a comment and be sure to check back tomorrow or actually not tomorrow Monday to hear your results and now. Nicest of the day. It's so nice so Chris. Evans was asked or Chris. Evans asked Paul Rudd about the size of his penis. Yes, you heard that Craig so Chris Evans Captain America was talking to aunt man Paul Rudd a bit of a crush on I love Paul Rudd. They were sitting down for varieties actor on actor interviews and during the conversation. Chris asked about the plans for third and man movie. Well pull up very sort of uncomfortable. They're not allowed to talk about this. When you side of multi million dollar contract to star in a movie or even being a movie, Sh- can't say anything, so he was a little stock, but he was asked, and he said I'm not going to really be able to answer that will. That's why Chris wanted to have a little bit of firm. He said I might as well have asked you about your paycheck. It was that uncomfortable I might as well have asked you about how much money you earned. And then he went to step further and Chris Paul. What's the size of your penis? Well, actually did respond. And he said it's bigger than my paycheck. That is a nice isn't the day. Let me ask you. Cory keep it clean here on the show, but do you like talking about money? If somebody asks you about a paycheck, can you do that or is it very uncomfortable? It's very uncomfortable and I have to tell you. My partner loves Diana. Ross right and so one of the things he always said. If, you want to be a celebrity things you don't talk about politics, money and religion publicly. I agree but up the size apparently. For everybody to gossip and thank you for that. You're nicest of the day and now Corey you've! Noticed of the day Naughty Naughty Naughty. What have we got cory, the nerve of some people okay so? Savannah Guthrie. We love her. She goes on the today. Show yes, she responded to a troll who called her hair distracting so the today show anchor. She was responding to some criticism recently on twitter as she was very very classy so early this week. Savannah and her Co Star Al Roker. They renamed reunited for the first time during the whole coded nineteen pandemic, and they had a remote broadcast together from Hudson. One guy had the audacity to comment on the NBC twitter page. He goes with what they pay you. You can't afford a hair stylist I love the natural unkempt look, but it's distracting. The audacity right. Did she respond. She did so savannah keeping it classy because that's what she does. She responded directly to him on twitter, and she said we are all doing our own hair and makeup doing pandemic, and yes, it shows honey so. I love that she responded I. Love that she did it in a classy way, and yes, it does show. You should see corey without gloves. I is GonNa Pass. And now it's time for moment of Rob Zocor your new to the show, but what we do is we try to make you laugh. giggle with some celebrity gossip for twenty minutes or so, but we also like a moment just a moment where we're a little bit deeper than that, so today's moment of rob, it isn't talent that makes successful people successful I worked for Diddy Jaylo Jessica Simpson Alicia Keys Bon Jovi the one thing they had in common was not talent so over the. The years of working with these extraordinary people. I got to see first hand what they had. We don't know what it is. It's their ability to silence that nasty voice in their head, telling them, but they are not good enough. They can silent it. It's almost like a light switch on a dimmer. They can literally clap their hands and turn it off so the next time you hear that voice in your head telling you, you are not good enough. Turn it off, corey voice. Sometimes I say yes, but I have gotten better at turning it off and look. That's why I'm here with you now. Right you the best and you're going to be here for many many weeks I. Thank you for joining US Corey. That's it for today and thank you guys. Thank you for listening to the Dorothy. "Where did they get that the data from who owns the data so if a physician another example physician has a bought in their office potentially listening to your encounter with a patient and taking notes for for you in your medical chart right right who owns that data and what happens if the physician is just sort of verbalizing some thoughts out loud but doesn't necessarily want that part of the medical record but the vodkas listening where does that data go is that part of the medical record so they're actually a lot of news or issues issues that are coming up and again so when he's areas there are no correct answers right now. This is something that's going to have to be looked at over time and but i think it's very important that we do have these discussions early so that as houses as technology evolves as best as we can. We're prepared for these discussions in and have them yeah no that that raises a lot of interesting things especially like yeah those competent to accomplish with patient they don't want any of that information on a boat or even in a notepad and at the same time that's i can tell you one of the things that physicians would die for like this is the holy grail of what you could and i know that there are a number of companies that are working on this is interviewed. A couple of the podcast is having a lot of voices isn't a device in the office that listens to the interaction between physician and a patient in automatically automatically charts the encounter so it takes notes for you pulls out the relevant part using the natural language processing and understanding and then it records it in the chart because because the amount of time that physicians are spending these days charting <hes> and the electron mental health records. It's actually one of the big sources of vision burn out <hes> and so physicians physicians want this very much so yeah yeah. You're right you gotta balance that with the with the privacy at our patients go with that yeah so they i see both sides is like a on one side. There's that safety of like okay. We have something that's extra recording everything so the patient can feel more secure like either. The doctors not listening the recording. It and i'm getting everything that i need out there. So i feel protected. I told the doctor this document care but the bat recorded it so at least unprotected. They're down at the other end of the scale. It's it's. I don't want anybody doing this. I don't want you writing this down near char of sharing with these confidence and you know turn the ball and that and that may be the option right the option may be like the doctor it goes in and says hey look i've got this bought that can record our conversation <hes> and chart for me. Is that okay or are we turning it off and that may be the way that we ended up going rate of these given the the option yeah yeah couple a package episodes. We talked a little mental health in bonds and i i you know i-i've chat with one and i keep it very very generic help like i don't know who owns the i'm playing within a useful for like help. Me relaxed things like that but i'm very generic aid is going yeah yeah yeah and so that that actually ties into the whole vocal biomarkers. I'm working again when it comes to voice because they can explain a little bit about that because this is that i don't i've never heard that never even heard the term okay so this. I'm completely fascinated by this boko biomarkers so here's the best way to describe this. We give an example when my son comes home for actually let me take except when you take digital photographs. Let me look familiar with digital photography. You can capture what's known as meta data so for those people that don't know meta data is all the extra information. That's captured beyond just the photograph so things like <hes> you know the camera model. The shutter speed the aperture setting the g._p._s. location of where you are. You took the photo this. There's tons of data that can be capture so the thing is when you speak. There's a lot of data that can describe how you're speaking and that's that's sort of what this reform vocal biomarkers. I because here's the example i was gonna give you so if my son comes home from school and i say to him hey how was school today and and he says to me it was great. K yeah. It's got a meeting and the next day he comes home from school and i say to how a school today and he says to me it was great k exact same words completely different meaning and so. How do we know really look objectively really. How do we know that those two statements had completely different meetings and of course the answer is the way it was said. It's like the speed the intensity the frequency the rhythm all of these other pieces of speech that are not actually the content or the words that you're speaking so what can you do with that well if you know those different parameters of speech and if you can feed them onto a computer which you can and you can use a._i. And machine learning to figure out patterns in your your speech now all of a sudden you can have a ball that can detect these changes in speech or vocal biomarkers and so what what does that mean so what can you do with that well the mayo clinic <hes> they did a study with a company in israel and they had people that were going in for coronary angiogram and you grams so imaging of the of the blood vessels around the heart to see if there were blockages in the heart and what they did was they had people simply the read some statements in different ways and then they went and they had these corey andrew grams and they looked and they said well. Let's look at how many of these people actually we had blockages in these vessels and let's compare it to the way they spoke and they found that there is a statistically significant correlation between the way someone speaks and the risk of having coronary artery disease really. I would never know who as fascinates don't even thought of that yeah and and i was like so i talked to them and i said you gotta explain it like how does it work yeah. Yeah that's going on there and then they said well. We have somebody policies right now but we're studying it. One of them is that we're actually wondering if the coronary artery disease is actually affecting their vocal cords as well or the other thought is is it affecting the nerves that controls your speech of course so that was one study then there was another study that they looked at people with congestive heart failure and they had had them to just hadn't described <hes> an experience so they just describing experience in your own voice and then they follow these people over time and after i came up with the time famous but after a certain a number of time they went back and they looked and they check the the the the death records and they check stats and they looked at how many of these people had passed away and then they looked looked at that and a and then they went back to the speech that they had of these people and they found a correlation between the way someone spoke and the risk of die why that is insane absolutely insane and so as a result of this they are studying many diseases now and and and comparing it to the way someone speaks and that is a vocal biomarker meaning meaning that the way someone speaks can be monitored third and can actually start to give you some insight into their diseases. That's going on in their body. The risk of certain diseases their risk of dying potentially really and a top of that the devices can also start to detect changes in intonation. That may indicate that you're becoming depressed were anxious. It can also detect changes in the cognition so it can detect if there are changes in the way you're thinking and the way you're speaking which might indicate parkinson's alzheimer's and so on so. I actually believe that going forward our voices are going to you become the most valuable vital sign that we have two physicians were and then blood or maybe more important to maybe i shouldn't say that but just as important as blood pressure heart rate respiratory respiratory rate temperature your voice is going to be telling and when you have an app a bought a voice assistant a smart speaker in your home listening to what you're doing in how you're speaking it will be the first trigger that catches if something's going wrong and you're you're. You're sharing thinking about oh yeah like doc. I'm thinking of like things like dimension alzheimer's like if you're asking certain questions over and over again it'll be a signal like it going on. You need to check out yep yep absolutely and it also doesn't get tired of that. Good care care just in the side. Caretakers often can become tiresome for them to ask the same question over and over again whereas if it's a bought truly like doesn't care you can ask you want and actually quite comforting to the person wow wow fascinating. I'm thinking like from a safety perspective manager talking about ways that voice can help you know diagnose issues problems and thinking about like. Let's thinking about as i get older. Let's see that i lived alone like comforted having a box. They're like if i pass pass out. Maybe have a heart attack or stroke. Can i'm alone yup like the butler golden. Oh gosh mike's home. I haven't heard him. He's in the kitchen somewhere. He dropped with actually and he's not he hasn't moved. That's yet that's great great example exactly because if it is listening in knows your normal sort of behaviors knows your movements. It knows your schedule potentially knows your calendar and in seizes. There's nothing on the calendar now. I've certainly heard michael michael around the home and all of a sudden there was a crash and then there's been no sound for the last two minutes. It could start talking to you. Hey michael what's going on u._k. Okay if it doesn't get a response. Maybe calls nine one one for you right yeah yeah. I think that's amazing. I'm looking forward to. I mean obviously obviously like there's like all these <hes> always <unk> challenges in questions ethical things they have to be worked out but the benefits from a medical medical side and safety side. There's a lot of benefits. They're absolutely absolutely and so you know the the privacy thing. It's it's hard original which way that's going to go. I tend to think that the sort of the younger generation now. I actually think that privacy is not so much of an issue to them as it has been for an older population so much out there now already on social media and i tend to think and this is more anecdotally than anything from chatting with people that are younger anger that they would be willing to give up their privacy for some of the benefits of this technology the i know. I hear that i mean i'm like listening to what you're saying and i'm like yeah i would would. I'm open to that because i wanna be protected thinking about as you're talking about a vocal biomarkers for the hell side. I'm also thinking about just from like domestic abuse things like raised voices as potential abuse that has been captured by these. The boss know that something's not right. The child being hurt yet. Wow that's a really interesting interesting concept again. There is a lot of ethical issues right like can you use a boughten wotton. Would that be used <hes> in court and that sort of thing. I know there's actually been some court cases where <hes> some of the recordings of alexa has been subpoenaed by lawyers to see if it hurt anything <hes> so you know that's very very slippery slope i and again. That's one of the areas. I don't have all the answers everyone like now. There's all this new technology. Now questions like right with that like it has this data is a court case about potential domestic abuse. Child's heard spouses burt. They need proof yup and the proof is there but how do you are you allowed. Who's bought was it was it. The husbands was at the white whose name was registered under. How does that change these things. I mean there's a lot of questions yeah. Oh man so i so so tell me about your to me about your your show. It was when not went to your website <hes> and for those gas voiced. I'm sorry voice. I health dot com is the blaze checkout voice..

But that's okay. February's still a great month to get the trees prune. And no matter what you do when you get the trees pruned have them deep roots fed at no additional cost by. Affordable tree service. If all you need is deep feeding the more trees, the Mary the more trees, the better because you the price break starts happening, more and more the more trees you have. I mean, you're literally right because Wilmington is that an two hours from my house is right on the past literally go to them out to actually go into his house final destination. Your GPS. Hi, it's warrants. I'm here to see Andrew. Oh, man. That's that's stuff. It's cat for. Yeah. As we sit landfall today. Not yet. Well, let's see according to this looks like about a day and a half. Seventy five mile an hour. Sustained and moving northwest sixteen miles an hour. I'm just taking a look at the photos. But yeah, it's coming up soon day and a half so Friday and North Carolina your hero. If you have a chainsaw because the trees wants to go over. How you gonna get how you gonna do it. Let's be a hero today. I've only been in North Carolina wants by the way, beautiful beautiful. You didn't miss anything here. Pinehurst? I mean home afford bracket. Training baby. A lot of it. But we're going to be fighting here at home prayerfully well, monitor and keep you up to speed during this hour broadcast when we're together on Monday. I asked if we could start with conversation about veterans, and the dedication that maker of kings has to our veterans and how the numerous companies that are under the umbrella dedicated to our veterans, Jim if you wouldn't mind start us off wire veterans such as central piece of them. Okay. Well, we felt when we were looking at where our goals aligned with our causes. It became obvious that veteran employment was going to be something that we were looking at and in doing that we had to devise a plan to employ as many veterans as possible and something that was replicated duplicate model something that we could scale internationally something that would provide extenuating value over a long period of time. And so we started with that in mind on developing models to employ veterans and so without at the forefront. We decided to identify skill sets that they already possess that we could monetize and then move forward on that. And so in doing that, we found the handy, Andy. Wii model the Sonics business solutions model as well as the armor home warranty business and those businesses are derived solely for the purpose of employing veterans. And so we look to employ veterans first, and then we augment them with the other people that are available. So that's the entire idea was to develop a transitional employment platform that would meet the need of a veteran getting out of the service with whatever skill sets they possessed through their military career and then apply those into this world. But there's also a number associated with the number veterans you'd like to hire. Yeah. Well, we originally said we want to hire a hundred and realized that that was not very lofty goal. And so then we went two thousand and our fifteen hundred hour, we're looking at what what can we do nationally so step-by-step brick by brick will figure out that process? But the goal is to impose many veterans as possible. And I think putting a number on it kind of capped us in our thinking. And now we have a better understanding of what the actual market is. And how we can penetrate that market. Effectively acquire those individuals. So just like we talk about the acquisition of a client in lifetime value of a client. We did the same calculation on a veteran if we acquire a veteran, and so I've time valuable veteran, and what's our contribution to them. And what's their contribution to us? Tremendous love that you mentioned three specific companies just hoping to learn a little bit more about each company as the morning goes on. But with Corey Andrew, of course, as veterans what component is an aesthetic ation to your fellow veterans. How important is it to the business that you are doing Corey? I love this question. 'cause my answer people say what? But really an all truth is national security for me. It's been that way. Since we got started in the other industries who worked in. It was always national security for me. If a veteran twenty years from now, if somebody that the community looks up to idolizes and goes wild looking at life. These people can build for themselves. It's going to attract the nation's best and brightest. It's gonna make us the most effective fighting force in the world. And it's going to make us a better country in total. My part of this is to be able to employ veterans that build a life for themselves. So Lehrer kids, go look at his life. I had my dad was in the service from his service stem this work from this work stamped his own business. And all these other things in twenty years down the road. Our veterans aren't killing themselves twenty two times a day. You know, what I mean people who look up to sports stars and rap stars and musicians and all that stuff. That's what I want people to look up to the military like in that's going to attract the nation's best and brightest. And again, it's going to affect our national security. So being able to be a small part in that picture to real estate and now with the ventures that we're working on. It's just an awesome feeling for me. And I see those dots connected. It's just a matter of connecting. Now drew up about a year and a half ago. I did a presentation for Corey at his office roasted office, and it's only I met, and I didn't really know necessarily where to find all the veterans get now, I mean at a idea on where to find them, but I was leaning on him. And he definitely gave me tons of point of contact to be able to start that transition happenings working fine guys getting out because he he'd done it before. We did how many guys did you have twelve twelve just small small time. But with that same mission set, the number of people doesn't matter is long as your your goals are aligned, and that's something I learned being in the company of these gentlemen is just alignment, and we're there, and we're moving, and it's just like people can't see the dots connected for eat lines. Crazy wanting to colonize Mars. I see the dots connected in our future. It's a matter of bringing the rest of the world in the country to see does as well. Right now. We're still in the wearing this phase. I mean with your hand when we go out, and in our thing trying to recruit people you see that it's opening eyes weather's and we want to keep bringing awareness. So we can. The numbers. And I think we as a nation. We've been looking for a place to park our veterans for a long time. What do we do with these guys as these older people phase out in these service industries what a great opportunity to bring this to the four four? That's where the size and value the market. It was I mean, we found that the average age of a plumber was fifty two years old, and we looked at the exit strategies in the trades. And nobody had built these companies for an exit strategy the entire industry of the cap construction business, nobody has an exit strategy. So we felt that we could create an extra strategy for those older tradesman looking to get out in transition, our young tradesmen into those positions through aquisitions. So that became the model that we started working towards so we started to vertically integrate, the construction trades, and then understanding that once we did that we had cross promotion opportunity throughout the excuse me the entire industry. So one thing led to another. And now here we are fastest growing construction company and the St. Jude do us a favor, and again from the veterans standpoint and that outreach what has been some of the response. A you've received. When indicating the commitment to veterans, and I've been with you on a couple of these conversations, but share from your perspective as a veteran what the impact is for you. Also, everybody was blown away. And they didn't know something like this existed because they've been searching for programs like all your exactly what we've been looking for all the transition programs that we've met with monsters with they're like, Wow, Did nothing like this existed. So let's open the door for us to be able to spread awareness. And then present what we do. And so guys getting out. No. What's up, you know, forwarded to them when they get out. Right. Well, I'll tell you what this dedication to veterans. It is something that we've known for years of. It's a passion for me. I love our veterans. I love the men and women and families who serve and as the program continues. Our friends who are dialed in Facebook live, eventually pot, whatever the vehicle is you're gonna find that gentleman in this room are dedicated and will meet their objectives hundred percent. There is no doubt in my mind and the lives that will be impacted with the multiplier associated with each life that will be affected game changer. Just tremendous remarkable. How do we learn more about maker of kings? Do.
