"Didn't think Manila new. My value in my worth is rooted in the Lord. Cured so it is of utmost importance I? Think especially when we're talking about at necessity I think knowing WHO's you are? In who made you is going to ground you and give you a piece that no one can take away so for me. Especially in this particular topic, it's an utmost important, but if you name anything if you talk about body image. If you talk about anything there, you can go off the rails if you put your hope in anything but Jesus well I have seen that with my African American son. He has at different points in in life. Wondered can I go get skin like yours? Can we go? Can I take this off? Get Skin like yours. And I remember, and that was early on and I remember number one wanting him to. To understand that his skin color, it's not something that we take apart like Oh. That's not your no-nobody. You're the child of God God. Made you know God made your skin color? You're not just worthy because you're human. You are set apart in the way that you were made uniquely and I think we're afraid of some of that that uniqueness and that's why I wanted to have you on this. I want to talk about in all of our differences. Whether that is things we can control our things. We can't. necessarily. There is strategy and purpose in the places that act seventeen says I set you in the time that you will live. You in the places you live so that perhaps people will feel their way to me that we're. We're literally by design, even in the places that we are in the locations and the time that we live so I think the ways that were made the things that God's put in us by design are beautiful, and their unique and I hate that in any way, there's shame attached to things that are beautiful that God said are very good, and that's where we fight back right. We say no, that's that's not true. It is a very good Cooper Alan. Not just that you have dark skin, but that you were born in A. A beautiful country that God made the God loves in Rwanda and so it's giving him identity. Yes, in his son ship as child of God, but also in the strategy and placement of where he was born, and who he is what he looks like, and I want to say as parents that that we've got to not separate the creation from God like he created, and it was good, and we've got to be those that say you know what that is a good thing. It's not just something to look over and pretend isn't there and you know? No, no, no. It's has not gonNa Care No. Heaven will be diverse there. There will be nations will be drives everything you said it will be beautiful in diverse, and and look at his creation. I mean how silly if we looked out and saw different animals and said Oh. They're all animals. You know there's uniqueness in detail I mean. Look at how much detail is every thing that he's ever built, and the same is true for us, so thank you so much for being part of this and just give us this view of how it all started, and why and how beautiful it could be I want you to say before we end like what your hope is. What would you say as as? As creation, and it's all going forward on, Earth, as it is in heaven, what does that look like for you? Yes, well, you just said it on earth, as it is in heaven. That is my career. My prayer especially for the church is that we would reflect what we will. One day be is for eternity, which is a multiethnic beautiful, every tribe, tongue, and nation together unified and I long for that. I pray for that and I've believe God can do it, and so that is my hope. My hope is in Jesus, but that is a hope that I would love to see on earth as.

"I mean a year ago they signed Alan Hearns. And he was joining Dez Terrence and coal. And now all of a sudden, you've got a Mari you've got galloping, and you've got Randall Cobb the entire room is different. And it was kind of this cast of strangers. But now, I think they're tight now, they're they're great friends and family now, and you bring in this guy. Good mix of people or here's the thing. And excuse me, I'm not trying to put him in the category to spend. So but you mentioned twenty but he's he's a season veteran on a team. Arguably one of the youngest teams. National Football League. So I think that adds a lot to it. And I started thinking about this. I started Cleveland with all their the moves that they may not see I started looking the Cowboys even core. And you know, I don't wanna get ahead of myself. I don't wanna do this overreaction on how good they look. But when you look at who they have now compared to last year and we've saying one year of Amari Cooper, Alan Hearns, we save on Austin by and Michael Gallup. And now you add Randall Cobb, I would say looks looks pretty good as far as depth, and this really kind of the names. So you look at that that have been proven commodities, and I kind of liked the direction going and then you add Jason win. This may be a one year, and you know, one year opportunity for the Cowboys to really take advantage of the depth that they have at those positions because in the past counted on likes Terrance Williams and some players really just didn't really pan. Out. Now when you look at what they've done and going out and signing someone like Randall Cobb to one year, we're five million dollars. I think now sudden you know, you look at where they're at. And they look pretty good at the wide receiver position. I think the important thing is they're versatile. Now. I mean, there receiver trail era that if on the way it looked at least before everything happened was you had Dez and it was indisputed. He was he was your was your ex player. You had ten. He was your y player you had call. He was your sock. That was it that was the only way you function. And so now your your primary guys Amari Gallup in Cobb. They can all play everywhere. I mean Cobb could play outside can play the slog complete slot. Allen Hearns compla- the slot. And so I mean, we heard the term Dak friendlier ago. This feels that friendly this feels you know malleable, this feels I mean, I think the best way a year ago the Cowboys receivers or a group that could only to step that was the only dance they knew now they can salsa they can do. Rang gay. They can do the CIA, you know, they can do all sorts of different dances. And that's a really good thing to have for an offense and some creativity. Well, it's good to have that dance tree. But also the route tree that they have and again ran lacob tremendous underneath receiver. And and you mentioned the versatility that they have you can put, you know, Alan Hearns, you can put on Austin in the slot, and you can move Randall Cobb around. And I think that I think experience, and I think sometimes when you go to team I remember going through free agency and leaving Dallas and going to Kansas City, but ended up playing in New York..

"But they take a risk or Mr. check down. I cannot stand. I cannot stand chick down quarterbacks. All right. So I got the colts winning this game of set. I think we're gonna see a common theme with my picks. I got the colts winning. I think. I think that they would win on a neutral field. And if they're at home, and I do take an account the homefield advantage going against them. There's something about this game. I think Andrew what can lead his team to win. Although both teams man have been so good the second half of the year. They didn't neither one of these teams of limped in like they both took the bull by the horns. And with that being said, the Klebo surprised a lot of people especially the Texans started off slow. They've Owen Owen three and the colts were one and five and finished ten and six they both were terrible terrible job done when they needed to. I got the colts thirty twenty seven. But I think that we will see that this might be the most exciting maybe the high scoring game. But jigger that. All right. Why don't we move on? All right. What are we got next on the agenda? So Saturday night the FOX primetime game Saturday night Saturday evening. Depending on where you live but the Seattle Seahawks Pete Carroll. Russell wilson. And the boys from Seattle will travel to Dallas travel to Texas. They will face the NFC east division champions, the Dallas Cowboys with by deck Preska Zico Elliott, Amari Cooper. And of course that stellar defense. So what's breakdown the teams, Jeff let's go mortar Bax who has the edge between the and the Cowboys in terms of quarterback Dak versus Russell. Yeah. I gotta go Russell in this one pretty easy. Yeah. Running back. Chris Carson versus Ezekiel Elliott. Gimme Ezekiel Elliott. It is interesting though that the Seahawks do use multiple running backs and they like to run the ball. So even though Elliott might be better than Carson. He's probably better than every would you be surprised if the actually run for more yards in the Cowboys came to the really like to run the ball. I do. But I think if anyone's gonna have a breakout game when it comes to running back position Elliott, still the guy Elliott. Yeah. He could have he could have the game where it's like a hundred and fifty yards and two touch. You know, for sure Carson's underrated though, very underrated. Like, he's he's he's kind of a workforce back that really doesn't get talked about very reliable. Absolutely. All right. So let's go to receivers. Cowboys have Amari Cooper. Of course, the trade since they made the trade for Amari Cooper this team. This offense has been completely different. I mean what five six and one since Amari Cooper. They've been completely different on offense with Margaret five six one five or six. Oh did. I miss a tie. I can't remember which we got traded. But they went on a tear since they got a market Cooper. Yes. He had a couple of huge games. Believable in lost. What one time? Yes. So Amari Cooper, Alan Hearns. Michael Gallup, Blake German has been there tight end since Jeff swim was injured out for the season for Seattle Doug Baldwin kind of a rough year. But maybe he starting to figure it out. He's come on a little bit stronger lately. You know, we. Knew he was hurt coming into the season tire. Walk. You want to an incredible set? Go. Russell Wilson threw I don't believe it. Russell Wilson throwing the ball to tower lock at this year. It has a perfect quarterback rating has never been intercepted and has like eight touchdown passes to perfect quarterback rating. Is that crazy or what can I call something that's gonna end on Saturday might tyrant going to tear walk it Doug Baldwin? David Moore, you know, the Seahawks. They've been doing this thing for a while. Or they have a bunch of receivers..

"Definitely wanna stop there and get a snorkeling. And so this is a ship that went down eighteen sixty seven, I think was what I saw British mail ship. You are absolutely correct, and there's different numbers, and there's a whole story too. But the the big crux of the story is. Somewhere around three hundred people went down with the only twenty three survived. And only one of them was a guest because they were trying to escape a hurricane. They lashed all their guests down to the beds and when the boat went down. Ash. A lot of interesting history there, and then just one mile over is Cooper island, which is typically where you spend the night, and if you're doing a bare boat, I recommend you get there early because it does fill up very quickly as far as mooring balls and the anchorages quite deep outside the mooring field. But it's hard to explain why people love comper besides it's got this little boutique resort, and it's got a nice little beach. Just the atmosphere is just intoxicating and it's just wonderful to hang out on the beach, getting a drain going to dinner that night and people just love it. We spend all afternoon they are. Then people were just eating it up in a couple of things to get into their one is you were talking about hurricanes and crowded anchorages when is the best time to go to this region? Well, I would say anytime is a good time, but Urkaine season is June through the end of no. Vin Baker kinda big months are August September and October. The most popular times the busiest times are gonna be between Christmas in spring break. In my opinion, the very best time to come in. This is just me. I think the month of may is great because you still have the wonderful winter weather. Nothing to changes that much. Every summer goes up five degrees, humidity doubles, but you have great weather, but you don't have crowns because winter's over but school's not out yet. Right. Okay. Well, and then you mentioned a beautiful island. We haven't really talked about what the Virgin Islands look like. We're not talking about covered with palm trees for if that's your picture you, you've got the wrong mental picture. Describe to me what Cooper island, for instance looks like, okay, I'm actually describe all Virgin Islands outside of anegada, but I wanna make sure that listeners don't. They're beautiful. Don't take. When I say to it's gonna come out, not as beautiful as it actually is. So they're volcanic in nature. They're not actual Kino's, but think upheaval like the rocky mountains. So they've been up heaved and they can get between two thousand and three thousand of the tallest ones. So all of them have a peak to very, very dry. So we have rilot cactus than people think that we're gonna have. So you have the hillside in it. You just don't do anything on the hillside is just okay, whatever. That's all sides covering goats, let them have type of thing. Almost every island has beaches in their beautiful beaches, beautiful sandy beaches, and sometimes they have palm trees right on the edge, and I can almost guarantee that those are planted, but they still a beautiful in each low beach. In the British Virgin Islands, they tend to have a resort on each the most perfect beaches Cup, and then we're in the Caribbean. So at least when we're away from the Atlantic water's which we are in most of the places you've been describing, we're talking about relatively calm seas. Most of the time, Greg, the British Virgin Islands, all the islands, the where you're going to go to for the most part face inward and to the sir, Francis Drake channel, which basically been tower describe it as just a big lake, and you're just sailing on fifteen mile long legs. So you can get some rough water, but nothing like you'll get in the open water, right? That's the thing. Especially as you're talking about small boat cruising think that people need to understand because it is different that we were a lot of the waters were going through are relatively shallow and gorgeous. But yeah, you're right. The the islands themselves, a lot of scrub in terms of what you're gonna find on it, not so many palm trees again, very dry. Surprisingly dry excellent dry, but we're, it makes up for that is besides the beaches, all just have some wonderful reefs that are very acceptable in retested. Unlike other islands, have them on the windward side of the island. These were all protect within the channel in usually they're all accessible regardless of the weather, but there are a few that you don't wanna do if the weather, the winds pipe up too much. Excellent. Yeah, no good snorkeling in terms of beaches, you're heading for my favorite beach in the world. So I don't wanna slow you down too much here. Anything else you wanna say about Cooper? Alan Lancaster. There is not a lot there, but there's everything there that resort just really does it for Cooper and people. I love it. And the next morning I typically give my guests choice. We can either get up between six and seven and get going in order to make it to the bass and be one of the first boats or have more relaxed. Don't try to get up eight and go relax. Inn leave at, say, nine or ten where that first wave of people are leaving, and you can come in and pick up more ball because if you're taking a boat, you pretty much have to pick up a day ball there at the bass. Okay. So now we get translate that English. When you talk about a mooring ball, I of this means you are mooring offshore. We're not mooring at a dock, and so you're on a float that is floating in the water, and there's a limited number of them to limit the number of boats that are here. Correct. A when I just grab a mooring ball, non voters basically tell them it's a permanent inker. Exactly. Okay. And then you've been, we've been talking about the baths and that is what I was referring to in terms of I've got, you could find an article on the website. At the says, my favorite beach in the whole world was about what is the attraction of this place. Perfect question. And I'm going to answer that. I say that of everything I've described my favorite island is sink John over in the US Virgin Islands. And I tell people then with the caveat I'm like, but the British Virgin Islands has the bats, and there is nothing compared to the entire Virgin Islands and people wanna do the BVI just for the bats, there's nothing wrong with that. I completely get it. So the description I'm give you and you have to have a big imagination, but imagine a pile of rocks and we're talking about rocks the size of houses, and they are piled up on top of each other haphazardly, and you are going to either be alway underwater in certain spots. But most of the time you'll be in knee, deep, water, waist, deep water or above water, and you're going from the bat speech over to devils baby in between these rocks. And you can have the normal trail where all your crucial people go all that can still make this trail. So don't let that stop. You, robe, slander, stuff like that. But you're going in-between these rocks and sometimes you're walking land. Sometimes you're on the rocks and you're in the water in, it's all about exploring and boulder hopping and just having a blast inside these granite boulders. And when you say inside when you're there, it looks like a cave. Not that it is a cave technically because it's a bunch of it's a bunch of boulders piled up in your ear in crevices under them. But it's basically CK's in between these two beaches, both beaches are gorgeous. I think we should say is if you just went to the beach there, it would still be one of the most beautiful beaches, I think in the world, not huge beach, but very, very beautiful. But that experience of getting in between them through this path I think is what makes it really stand out. I completely. Agree with you. And I would say of the two beaches, devils bay is the more beautiful one. Although you have to careful because if a swell comes in, sometimes the sand, it's gone for a week or two before it comes back interest. It's kind of amazing. NS snorkeling, there is fantastic, but by the time I get done taking my guests through my special row which are spent seven years, and I add a, we can jump off this rock and go under this rock. So I'm kinda added my own little thing by the time we do that, not only are they worn out, but we have spent almost three hours nonstop in the bass. We haven't done the beach hardly at all. We haven't done the snorkeling. It's just been about exploring those rocks and they are worn out and they're like, okay, we gotta go where we're so tired when I would say the struggling there was okay. I still like the beach in the caves better. As I understand what you're saying the because it's relatively deep for snorkeling. I'm not looking for twenty deep water and. A lot of that they're in devils bay as I recall was got fairly deep really quick. Excellent. Now, this is one of the islands that we're back in places with supermarkets and more resorts than one in more than just one restaurant in the island. So this is an island at people can go to without doing the charter boat experience. Unlike most of the places we have talked about sense, we left Saint John's. I would agree with you a lot of the islands. If you wanna do the one resort on the island, you could do that end but virgin Gorda you're correct. It's one of, I think, four islands toward tola being the main one, but virgin Gorda has about a thousand people on in Spanish town is the main town, and then you have a very tall mountain. And on the other side, you have a bunch of resorts that you can get to by road. So yes, you don't have to be on charter boat to see burgeon Gordon and you could very easily spend an entire. Your week in love, every minute of it on virgin Gorda. I agree with you, although I like what you're describing better. I agree. It gives you better Saint of all the islands, but let's continue up virgin Gorda and there's two places I wanna descri- three places. Actually, the first one is a beach in. It's got a little bay, but it's very open Skuld savannah beach, and it is if you like the beach at the bass, you have got to try savannah. 'cause I think it might actually become your favorite beach in interest in a drove past it, but we didn't that stop there. Yeah, it's it's just being tastic and you have a beautiful beach, and then it just goes San hill up a sand dune up. And if you want, you can run down the sand dune. And that's a lot of fun. But if you're going by Bo, the caveat is the Nord swell which happens during the winter, and those tend to be storms that come up east coast of America. They push waves into the whole Caribbean, but we're talking the Virgin Islands about five to six days after the storm goes through. So we see the storm, but we get these waves and they can be by quit waves. And I've seen up to twenty foot waves. And if you get a swell, you wanna be careful in any beach that's on the north side of an island which Kat nuts van. A beach is one of those. So I tend to only really talk about during the summer months because you don't have the north swell. Okay. Well, that makes sense because we're in one of the least sheltered spots that you have talked about so far. We've been kind of that inland passage south of Tortola more east of Tortola. Yep. Now from there you have a group of islands call the dogs or six of them. Nothing's they're very tiny, but they have some beautiful snorkeling. They've got little pocket beach here and there. So if you wanna little day trip on the charter boat, you can't get it. If you come on a cruise ship, you won't be able to get there, but take your boat over there for when our lunch stop for snorkeling or a little beach. So the dogs are really fun. Again, be careful the Nord swell in just pay attention. And then from there we're going in, you also have if you wanted to dive Sir, Richard Branson, which most of us know he owns an island is very big since the seventies and the British Virgin Islands in he has sunk a ship right. Savannah beach in the bay area, and he actually had them Bill this huge octopus out of chicken wire or something. It's basically this big artwork. They sunk it in. It's supposed to look like an the crack in pull the ship down into the CBA, and this is all as an artificial reef then as well. Eventually, I want to say it went down like two or three years ago. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Still eventually it will become again, you have to watch that north swell. So that might not have been the best location for it, but that's where they chose to put it. And then from there, we're going to sneak into the north sound. A sound is more or less than almost enclosed bay, like re interested in is into it, and it's roughly two miles by two miles in you have three major resorts. They are being levered bay SABA, rock embittering yacht club, and then you have three or four other ones that are. More high end, but less known. It's just a wonderful area. Just lots of these resorts that are open. You can go into them and eat at the restaurants, play on the beaches. There's other beaches or some snorkeling in their personally. I think you could. You could spend two or three days just in the north sound in love every minute of it. Now, the one thing I have to say with the hurricanes happen last year, the SABA rock in bitter end are being repaired in rebuilt. So they're not quite open again yet got a Cup from there the next day you're going to take off and you're going to go to anegada which a lot of people all that island that's way out there way out there. It's like twelve miles. That's it. But that's how close everything is in the Virgin Islands that you think twelve miles is way out there, and it's different than everything else because it's a coral island. So it's very, very flat at the highest points. Twenty seven feet above ceiling, sea level. Oh, stand, beautiful. And I basically it's in the Birgitta in the British Virgin Islands is probably my second favorite island. I tell people if you don't like beaches and just hanging out on beaches, it might not be the island for you because that's what it is. It is just one ten mile Long Beach, and they have different names by have no idea why they call this speech. Then that beats that as all one, continuous, beautiful h
