Kyle Rittenhouse Joins Sebastian Live From ShotShow in Las Vegas
"Do we have on the show? Who better to open our show today? America first across the nation, 300 stations, three and a half million listers. Is a guy who just kind of casually texted me a few days ago. And I said, hey, you're going to be at shot and he said yes. You may have heard of him. His name is Karl rittenhouse Kyle. Welcome to America first. Sebastian, thank you for having me. All right, so have you done this before? Have you been at shop? Note this is my first year here. I'm excited to be here a lot of great people, a lot of great industries out here. I'm actually here with national association for gun rights. And we only open the show today. They had what they call the media day yesterday where people like me and you can go and shoot stuff at a range. Today, the big actual exhibition open. Have you had time to look around if you see anything cool, anything exciting that catches your fancy? Oh, I've been to a couple boots so far. I was hanging out at safari land. They have some new holsters that just came out. They look really cool. All right, safari land are a legend in the industry. I might have to make time for that after the show. After the show, don't go anywhere today. You've got to catch all three hours of mercury first. So let's talk about why you texted me. I think it was like two days before the show. You just sent me a tweet you sent out. Everybody follow Kyle on Twitter. Follow his new YouTube channel and also because and this if you find it hard to believe, look it up for yourself because it's a fact, Kyle, despite being declared by a jury of his peers, absolutely innocent, a man who simply defended himself is now being sued by one of the families of the men who attacked him, so he has a give send go give send go dash Kyle rittenhouse. So please support Kyle. But in the last few days, he was slated to speak at a couple of events as the new media personality you are. What happened to those engagements, Kyle? So I was supposed to be giving a speech at southern pub brewery with defiant press and they booted us because the woke mob found out I posted about it. I tried to promote it to get people to come and hear about censorship in the Second Amendment. And they didn't like that. They bent to the woke mob and they said, we're canceling this event. Thank goodness we were able to reschedule. It's now going to be at lone star convention center in Conroe Texas where you can come and watch me shoot.

"Much. Well, in a month where the nation has been highlighting the importance of equality in our world on all levels, we too have been continuing to shed some light on what's been done, what needs to be done when it comes to true diversity and inclusivity in our world. So today we welcome Margo Conroe. She's chief marketing officer of commerce at the intelligent marketing platform sky. She joins us on the phone from Chicago, Margot good to have you here. With Katie and myself. So I want to ask you, when we talk about intelligent marketing, I like to think I'm intelligent, but then that's highly subjective. So what does it really mean when someone is an intelligent marketing firm? I thank you so much for having me. I mean, it's a great question. For us, intelligence really comes down to what's informing your decision. What's the data that you're looking at that is helping to then create insights from which you can make decisions about how best to go to market, how to connect with your customers, how to optimize the mix of channels and publishers that you're using to reach them. And not all data and insights are created equal when it comes to marketing, not all media is created equal. So being an intelligent marketer is really understanding how to separate signal from noise, how to leverage what's out there and also not be blinded to any real stories by what data is telling you. It's a bit of an art and a science. And so I'm curious, I mean, obviously it's June. It's Pride Month. It feels like almost every brand under the sun has rolled out some sort of campaign connected to provide month. But what does the platform say in the data say about how brands can actually connect with the LGBTQ+ community beyond just rolling out a rainbow? Yeah I mean, I actually think when it comes to things like Pride Month and how companies have brands that are kind of commercial enterprises can partake and show support and allyship without making it about them. That boils down to not just data, but real listening to people, right? I mean, that's where really a lot of intelligence goes into the planning into deep inside work. Looking inward and listening to leveraging voices that are part of the LGBTQ IA plus community want before they make a decision. And that's where we're really starting to see today the difference between good, good activations, good executions, good celebrations of Pride Month from brands. And failures, real flops that kind of backfire in a very material kind of way. All right, so green washing, rainbow washing, right? Like we want to get away from this, where somebody just does a great talk, but doesn't necessarily walk that talk. So is there companies out there or brand where you're spot on? This makes sense. Yes. You know, I think, first of all, there's been a movement against rainbow washing that is not one size fits all. Older generations, particularly consumers who might have faith extreme times of discrimination as part of this community. They are not so against it. They're kind of like, okay, recognition is something that's progress. But younger generations, as you kind of go younger and younger, particularly when you get to Gen Z, they want action. They really are sort of like, if you're not doing the actual work, if you're just trying to kind of capitalize, they're cynical about that and they want to see some action. So companies that are doing a really good job are the ones that are using their offering and also their platform and their resources to, for example, break down stereotypes or bring light to discrimination that this community faces. And connecting that to something about their product and offering. So for example, Jim shark, a fitness apparel brand, they are their campaign minister is about telling stories of LGBTQIA+ athletes to try to attack the stereotype that fitness environments can often perpetuate being kind of exclusionary, uninviting, full of stigmas. So instead they're trying to celebrate athletes who sit in this community and celebrate the individuality that should go into a fitness journey instead of saying, you know, kind of fitness and gyms look like this. So they're taking a specific area of discomfort of marginalization and they're saying, you know, this is something that we have a connection to as a brand. Right. And therefore our marketing activation is going to address that thing. It's not general, which I think is the key to success here. Well, let's talk about the key to failure then. The sort of the opposite question. I mean, what would be something that wouldn't sing coming from a brand? So a couple of things. Companies are consumers hate when companies feel like they're capitalizing on another group's marginalization. So anything that kind of shows quote unquote support, but doesn't have any real substance behind it, is going to be at a minimum, not really celebrated. But then when you get to a place where there's actual disparity between the statement that you're making during Pride Month and your internal policies or your political leanings as a company, you know, giving money to let's say politicians who are advancing anti trans or gay legislations and policies and things like that, those kinds of areas of discrepancy or even hypocrisy are going to really come to light very quickly. So at a minimum, don't do anything if it's not true at all. If it's not true and real. But since there is cases where I think companies are just they're just making it way too light. And not taking into account the fact that yes, pride is a celebration, and it's become very celebratory, but the roots are quite serious. They're about challenges are about pain. They're about personal specific story. Yeah

Lindsey Graham: It Was Inappropriate for Trump Talk About Treating Jan. 6 Protestors 'Fairly'
"The insanity of still fixated on January 6th, Trump goes to Conroe, Texas and says he thinks people ought to be treated fairly, even those involved in January 6th. Oh, no, fairly. You can't be fair to those people. Keep them in the jail forever. Nothing wrong with putting people behind bars for over a year now. Lindsey Graham went on TV over the weekend. The senator from South Carolina said it was inappropriate to talk about treating the January 6th rioters fairly. And Trump saying that if it would be appropriate, he pardoned them. And the whole machine, the beast, went into hyper overdrive. I mean, I don't know how they even knew he said it because they barely covered the thousands of people who went to Conroe, Texas to hear him speak. But I wonder how many times senator Graham has spoken about the people who are still behind bars. Without the benefit of being bonded out. No trial, no bail, many of them as I understand it solitary confinement. Can they at least have their day in court? When do they get that exactly 2027? How long are they supposed to rot in jail before they even face trial? And so when Trump says we ought to treat them fairly, the beast says absolutely not.

NAD+, Nicotinamide Riboside, and Nicotinamide Mononucleotide with Rhonda Patrick
"I'm going to talk about a molecule that has become in recent eight years extremely relevant to the field of aging specifically. I'm referring to any D. plus which I will refer to. As N de for short and some of the related precursor molecules kills Nicotinamide riboside often referred to as an R. and nicotinamide mononucleosis tired often referred to as an these two precursor sir molecules are called an boosters which can both be found as consumer available supplements. Just in case. You've never heard of any. It's probably one of the most important molecules accuweather on the planet so important in fact that without it life would cease to exist to NATO boosters nicotinamide said nicotinamide mono nuclear tied at very high doses. This is an animal. Studies have both been shown to improve the way multiple tissues and cell types age including skeletal and heart muscle brain and stem cells. There have also I've been to preliminary clinical trials in humans showing nicotinamide riboside may raise energy levels in white blood cells. which is pretty darn cool however I still? I think there are many open questions that need to be answered regarding. Ad Boosters and I will touch on some of these concerns in this episode but the possibility that intracellular NASD may be increased from a supplement or several types of supplements is awfully interesting if not downright exciting for one. Simple reason energy levels decrease with age and a decrease in energy eighty levels across a variety of types of tissues is associated with many and naming many hallmarks of aging these hallmarks of aging that are associated with age related plated changes in the pool either directly or indirectly include things. Like loss of Proto. Stasis Might conroe Dysfunction Glucose Intolerance Insulin Insulin Resistance Cellular senescence altered epigenetics and more this is partly because the availability of promotes. DNA repair capacity while its decline is associated associated with the accumulation of DNA damaging reactive oxygen species another reason is because Nada's required for energy production so when energy levels decline as they do with age this results in less energy production in many tissues like the brain immune cells muscle etc.. That means those organs do not work as well as they once insted. During youth. When energy levels were maintained? Any ideas also required for the activation of a very important family of enzymes involved in longevity called Sir Tunes and the complete answer to why energy levels fall with age is still an open question. But there's a few things we do know. As we age chronic inflammation and immune activation two processes that consume NASD tend to go up and with them our need for DNA repair placing an immense demand on our energy pool. Meanwhile while our ability to produce and recycle tends to fall with age we're GONNA cover a lot of ground in this episode but I wanNA start with an overview of any D- Any any deal has a very important role in energy metabolism and can be synthesized in the body from a variety of dietary sources including the amino acid trip to fan which which is in tons of healthy foods like salmon spinach and nuts and the three forms of niacin which is vitamin B.. Three also found in foods like lean meats legumes veggies edges these three forms of vitamin B.. Three include nicotinamide also called Niacin nicotinic acid and nicotinamide riboside they are commonly referred to as Nice in equivalents but dietary sources of energy are not the major source of any D. The major source of energy is through a recycling mechanism that we will discuss later. The reason for that is because our organs require such large quantities of that it would be impossible to consume enough from our diet. So why why do we require such large quantities of any first and foremost energy plays a critical role in energy metabolism critical. Meaning without it. You can't make energy entity participates in back and forth processes of reduction and oxidation often referred to as Reebok's reactions these alternating conversions of NFC's oxidized form which Canady to its reduced form. An Age are crucial for the metabolism of glucose and fatty acids and the formation of ATP. Since both the oxidized is in reduced forms of amd are essential for these linked sets of reactions cells need to maintain massive concentrations of both and a D. and an age basically without these molecules. Not only would we cease to exist but life on our planet would cease to exist and it is also a cofactor for many different important enzymes in this context a cofactor means something that is required for an enzyme to work at has to bind to the enzyme and this activates the enzyme so it can performance function so. Let's talk about a few of these enzymes. Several these NATO required enzymes are inside the Mitochondria and this is another way and participates in the generation of energy aside from itself being a type of energetic currency it also acts as a cofactor for enzymes involved in the production of energy from glucose outside of the minor Qendra this is referred or to as glycolysis many types of cells us look like Hollis's as their primary source of energy. For example. Red Blood cells do not have any medical Andrea so one hundred percent of the energy. They require to perform their function of delivering oxygen and other goodies to other tissues in the body comes from glycolysis and plays a very important role in mitigating DNA. A damage you need repair damage to DNA. That is because any cofactor for one of the most important enzymes involved. In repairing DNA damage called part one the activation of part one requires an enormous amount of any D for example excessive DNA damage in subsequent one activation have been shown to decrease energy levels to twenty to thirty percent of its normal levels. The ability to repair DNA damage is important for longevity. LYMPHOBLASTIC cell lines established from blood samples of humans who were centenarians. One hundred years or older have significantly higher part one activity than cell lines established from younger individuals. That are seventy years old part. One activity has also been correlated with maximum lifespan. In mammals the higher the part one activity the longer lifespan. For example the activity of part one one was measured across multiple Mammalian species and the difference in powerpoint activity between the longest lived mammals tested which were humans and the shortest lived mammals tested. which were rats? It's was fivefold so not too much of a surprise but genomic stability which relies on energy in general and pop ones specifically maybe very important morton longevity is required to activate signaling proteins knowns or two which are highly conserved enzymes play roles in health span and longevity in multiple organisms uh-huh so to ends are linked to the regulation of variety of metabolic processes like the response to stress and the modulation of lifespan. The way they do this is through EPA genetic regulation so twins utilize ad to remove specific chemical structures called seal groups.
