"The will be very very very very happy. Yes casey is is a win enough. Here is a win enough for. Patty pimm bullet. He said a lot of things. He's the new cash cow of the. Ufc and many other statements is a win enough or does he have to go out there and make a massive. Stephen tomorrow helps. I think really think a win is enough. I mean of course conner's i fight in the. Afc marcus bridge. And was that right mortgage mitch. Very much bloom out of the water. Like and forty five seconds. Hey honestly i don't. I don't remember any pamphlets cage. Warriors was the cage warriors cage warriors federal agents. Now lightweight moves. I remember there was like. I remember hearing things missing way. But obviously he's fifty five now. I don't know much about that. But i know he has that factor. You know whatever that b-actor is in terms of the uc looks for in terms of making stars. This gentleman has it erawan says. I hope that you have the venom rather has some special. I know you walk on this kind of orange soccer robert type of shorts. He has a look. I hope i hope. I hope the u. of c. Envenom don't make patty penman generic fighter. And that's my big worry about him. He's a he's a unique guy in his interviews. Look his walkout. Everything i i'm really worried about. You can talk about this. Need a big victory. I'm worried to me is if you're going to just be just forgotton. All these fights and everything is going to be able to stick out no guy that you know. Want to use the firefights. He's the middle of the cart. He's six five tonight so it's not like using the komeda doesn't have that much faith in them. You know. they know in chandler chemo kennedy moving. No he bought like an pay per view. It was a much bigger deal when he came over. Petty is more coming in as a prospect. Rather than you know an established contender so he needs to win. But i hope he hope him and the ufc and benham can really keep his personality and his presidency. You know of patty pamela. I'll hate to him. Just just you know. Like for example. The luigi say better meeting benjamin. I thought he was new to the. This is his fourth fight. I've watched off. I don't remember him. I i have to kind of go back. And that's what i'm worried about anything about. Not just a fraction of the star power that connor has if he can stick out and to the fight unless it's like a three round snooze or if he just wins it's important but it's what he is how he handles that walkout if he's gonna show the walkout his post by interview things like that. That's what's really going to be the most important part by patty pimlott and i say this not in terms of mixed martial arts in terms of strictly prize fighting that's just prizefight in no making your name bigger. That's all that really matters for him right now. Let him use the orange shorts orange shorts. You have see. I know for anyone seen. He's got these very distinct orange very bright orange shorts. It's a little thing. But like what casey saying could we could. Maybe they whipped up some orange shorts for him but hatches like the marker and do the little fangs. You know they've been good. Okay that's working. Just something do something. So we'll see what happens. Some of the cage warriors vets have done well and of recent. Some have not done very well. So maybe patty pinball can could steer the course in another way But i'm looking forward to see what he does. I mean this would have been a much bigger deal. Had the car remained in london but that it is what it is. That's such a bummer. To not to hear roaring crowd around all these british fighters. That's going to be a big bummer. Like imagine you've dublin. At the apex. Obviously using apex imagined when connor beat brandao and all the irish fighters just dominated that night takeaway out. It's just another fight night. I know this cards. Kinda built that way. A fifty percent the british fighters. It's crowded road. London car yes perfect. This is an amazing london. Car i i give a lot of credit and matchmakers again. I used to strong card even without that. But yeah the original plan to have this card in london and by there's also a lot of withdrawals and stuff so for them to keep this ton and being fingers crossed before tomorrow. It's remains ten fights. I give a lot of credit to the afc. Match up team craft craig gustafson. We're supposed to be on this car to. Yeah yeah oh man. This car was yeah. No we got look. I like charles. Your versus jillian. Rosa is a crazy fight. I'm looking forward to. But we were supposed to get charles jordanian versus rome murphy on this card and now it has been a crazy to a big step. Yeah we did. We did have one hiccup today on the scales. Jonathan martinez missed weight by two pounds. There's from anything that i've seen and i've talked to people. There's been no word about anything. they face off so i assume that this fight is going to go on as far as penalties and stuff go. I haven't heard a thing about it. So i would assume twenty percent but no word as of yet so they faced off the face top but it should be the standard if it happens but again that is we say that is not guaranteed as it. Jose younger here. He would say ono despite is not guaranteed to happen. So people's keep an eye on that and the year of our lord. Yeah i wanna. I wanna pulling up because i was actually talking to his management team. There it is so there's been three three. Wait mrs yup three. Wait mrs in the last three weeks. All three fighters were taking on a fighter from this management team. So all the yup and add jonathan martinez marcello rojo to the list. So it's crazy so sucks. Hopefully they get they get a little extra shekel and we're good to go so let's go to the other way. Let's go to the by the way martinez we should say martinez his second time missing late in the three s back by four. And a half ounce last year and then you went up to the fight. Eight wait his last night to wait. And then mr wiggins he's got yeah. He had a lot of time to to get ready for this one. To expose fight nathaniel would originally another london guy and so he's had time to prepare for it. He news fighting on the state. So i don't know what's going on over there. Jonathan is typically a very professional guy. So i don't know maybe something happened. I don't want to put words anybody's mouth but it's a shame. And there are the peop- saying casey growth speak to them. I'll just thinking allergists. Imagining the jordanian russified. Yeah i'm i'm really mentally. Imagine immensely picture that one yet but like that's an awesome but it's only a third of the night to this is a very good bye back off air. We're kind of talking about the card itself was like. Yeah you're right okay. This is a nice card. Nice card. I dig it very nice. Yeah and they agreed to catch weight.

You know what I love voice messages. I love voice messages because emotions are expressed through our body. Our face and our voice and our voice is super rich. Okay last question. Is there a podcast or log on email newsletter that you find yourself recommending the most I have to recommend four? Okay okay so the first one that I love his relationship alive by Neil Satin. And that's he's a therapist where he talks to scholars in different therapists. All about communication tools Relationships it's a really great resource okay. I'm going to put a link in the show notes to all of these just in case listeners are scrambling yes don't scramble The next one that I love is. Hp are women at work and that's an editorial team against talks to researchers and gives you practical take takeaways and I've learned so much from podcast I like it. Just it's amazing Another one that I love is the men talked podcast with connor beaten. I think that's really great for men because he taught he's a therapist and again there's a lot of really great conversations about communication and relationships and the last one I'm going to give you as Francesca maximes. Wise girl which is more for minorities and it's really understanding. How cultural structures impact your individual behavior and how to come out of that so again She is she actually is a journalist. And she talks a lot about race intergenerational trauma patriarchy and it's a great resource for that group. Wow what a list and I have to say. It's really interesting that you have the podcast. That's targeting women at work but then also men words almost like you're exercising media hygiene in your podcasts. Yeah I think it's really important to be aware of the different conversations happening and to not be stuck in your own silo so I share those four. Podcast I listen to all of them. But you know if you need to find something that speaks to.

"Welcome to the talk. Show training for man answers for women. I'm connor beaten and today. I bring back aghast that I had recently on the show Gabe Kennedy. We did part one talking all about a CD and some of the benefits breakdown. The distinctions between the different types. And today we're GONNA take a little bit of a keeper dive into both CBD and THC and we're going to look at some of the medicinal benefits or outcomes of using these different products and what some of the differences are between the two. Because I think there's a lot of misinformation a lot of confusion out there So Gabe is an American entrepreneur and Co founder of plant people which is cannabis wellness brand. And he is also a chef world traveler. Tv Host and environmental advocate. He's best known for his innovative. Consumer PRODUCT LINES SPECIFICALLY WITH CANNABIS. adapted genyk herbs and the Tropics as well as his advocacy for sustainable and regenerative agricultural movements. So gave an I kind of get into a few different pieces. We he will You'll hear him talk about what the differences are between. Thc CBD obviously THC The psychoactive but we also talk about the production of it. The legalization of it Some of the challenges that come along with production and the just some of the structures. It's very very in depth conversation about everything cannabis So we wrapped up the last conversation. So just a housekeeping note before bring Gabe in quick reminder to all the guys. The man talks alliance is open. It's free. We have just moved to a new platform. "He outlived. Live your dreams that's cool. That's awesome like Oh yeah alright life. This is one of my favorites and we all. This is one of the most cliche. One's life is a journey. It's not about the destination it's about the tools that you use all right like yes I get it and it's not about the destination but a Kinda is right like you know. There are some destinations in life that you should learn that like the. Here's how I look at it. The journey is is preparation. If you can enjoy the journey then you'll be able to joy the destination when you arrive there and most people actually missed that in this quote. Most people actually miss that the that the object of this quote is to enjoy the journeys that when you arrive at the destination. You're already satisfied. You're already in place of contentment of expansion of growth of happiness. You're in the experience of joy rather than putting that that heavy burden all onto one place. Most of us have said like the destination is going to be the be all end all and then we reach that goal. We reached that place. We find ourselves in that relationship. We find ourselves working that job or having built that business. We're not fucking happy anyway. Because we haven't done the work in the first part to be able to actually enjoy the moments that the blood sweat and tears of gone into it so the more that you can actually allow yourself to experience. Those moments in the journey than the destination arrives. You'll actually able to enjoy it. It's actually about both. Am I think my wife would step in here? And say it's both and rights both about experiencing exploring the journey and it's also about being able to experience the destination and the tools that you use in that are important and finally if not now then when I hate I hate that one. It's like came out and saying that to your kid like Oh if you're not going to do homework now than when are you going to do it right? It's like just like yes. I understand be in the presence of now being the presence of taking action in the moment now being the presence of awareness in the moment be in presence right be in the now moment that actually might be a much more esoteric but a much more fulfilling and rewarding area path. We can take if not now then when Hall Right. I feel better. I don't know what you but I feel like the world needed a little bit of a ranch. Right now With some of the crappy personal development slogans and tools that are that are that are out there. That are just that. Don't really support the kind of make us feel better with like a little tiny dopamine release. We're like Oh yeah I should leap in the net will appear but then you know that. That's not actually I actually what happens. Anyway D M e a direct message me on instagram. Let me know a if you enjoy this. And be what person development sayings you dislike and why I would love to hear that. Hit me up on instagram. And until next week this is connor beaten signing off..

It includes some shadow. Works gestalt a little bit of positive psychology some cognitive behavioral therapy Mixed in there. It's really an amalgamation of a bunch of different therapeutic modalities so as you listen today. Just notice for yourself Where where your story feels familiar to this? Client and Just notice in terms of what's blocking him From some of the some of the ways in which he'd like to connect with his partner in his marriage some of the ways in which he'd like to create clarity and continued to create direction as life. Just notice what about that feels familiar for you notice about the direction that I guide him in Try and if you can answer some of these questions along with him and see how you might answer some of these questions and there might be something fruitful for you in there So just before I bring the guest in a quick reminder Vienna and my wife and I do have a wonderful program. And let's let's frame the session from a place of getting a bad experience off of you getting a bad experience or or something. That's been keeping you stuck in a out or move through that I like to friendly sessions as from a place of just being able to move through something. That sounds great. Awesome okay so let's just let's just start off with how you doing today right now in this moment so right now. I feel little nervous little little. Nc If you will but on excited very excited great opportunity so unbelievable. Good get yes. I usually feel anxious. When win? I in doing something new. And in my life anxieties played the role of I would say a controller or decision regular keeps me. Comfortable guides keeps me in my space. Not a little bit. More about that I would say that once feelings I d you know you're nervous system get set off and then at that point. It's a race to relax that it's a race to level that nervous system so for me personally. There has been a slew of Isis. To get through that when I was younger it was escapism. Or trying to stay by myself comfortable or even more so keeping myself around people but by myself my own heads or kind of distracting.

"Welcome on Connor beaten. And this is the man. Talk Show training for men and answers for women joining me. Today is a friend of mine. Who's near and dear to me Alex. Good Tony Her and I have been friends for quite awhile and I've really seen her career. Take off in the last few years. I wanted to have her on the on the show for a multitude of reasons and so while this episode is not necessarily personal development focused. It's not necessarily focused on helping you create a better relationship. It is focused in on something unique that I've talked about a little bit on the show. Which is the ability to tell your own story and you know as human beings we have for a long time. cultivated our lives around stories and around our ability to not only hear other people's stories but the ability to tell our own and this is exactly what Alex is one of the world's leaders in she is The founder of a company called copy policy She's a writer at Heart in a multi passionate entrepreneur bydesign So let me tell you a little bit about her. In two thousand eight Sheep Law School on hold and moved to Malaysia. To accept a Gig at a company called Mine Valley. Which some of you might be familiar with Which is one of the world's leading online personal growth publishers and since two thousand eleven she has launched several successful brands and has proudly pardoned with many of the hottest transformational authors and business businesses and business owners on the planet Specifically writing high converting sales copy scaling multimillion dollar brands and crafting iconic promotional campaigns so neither cessation ever became a lawyer which we talk a little bit about on the show But she now runs. A company called the copy bossy which is Global Army of Authentic copywriters with a passion for critic community credibility and conversations with nothing but powerful and precise wording and messaging So she really does some incredible staff. She's worked with some amazing brands In a multitude of industries and this is something that I have become more and more interested in is. How do we craft our own stories? I hear a lot of people who are business. Owners who are entrepreneurs who are aspiring entrepreneurs. Maybe you're one of those people. Maybe you have a product. Maybe you have a service. Maybe you have an idea that you've been wanting to get out in the world or maybe you are just wanting to get a little bit more proficient at being able to tell your story or just stories in general at social gatherings when you are in around people. I know for myself. This has been something that I have not always been very gifted out. I had to work really really hard to just get the basics in place of being able to tell my own story let alone being able to tell the stories of other people and so I wanted to have Alex on the show to dive deep into this topic. About what makes a good story? What are we as human beings drawn to what turns US away And to give you the listeners. Some insight into how online marketer stink. How online not copywriters are trying to grab your attention so Alexander. I talk about a plethora of different topics but they all revolve around our human curiosity with story and how we as human beings are. Sometimes you know in the online space being manipulated by marketers and being taken advantage of. Because you know some words are being used and people are praying in on You know certain pain points or fearmongering and whatnot. And so we dive deep into the psychology behind telling our stories why. It's so important why people are trying to grab our attention this attention based economy that we live in right now and what you need to know from not only consumer standpoint but maybe from someone's Someone van vantage point who is looking to scale their business. Builder Product Market is service And to actually be able to add value and and tell the narrative tell the story behind. "I'm doing real. I hear you. Yeah. Hey question. So those employees for some reason I have a feeling that if he wins tonight, unless it's like a unim- unimpressive way like say, you went to decision over max for some reason I feel like that he's going to be like overlooked and somehow Connor or maybe Tony will get the title shot over in. But I'm sure banks wins he'll probably gets show right away. Because they have the chambres champion going. What do you think about it? I don't blame you for feeling that way. Chris. I really don't like I said Kobe comington others speak to this winning. The intern belt doesn't necessarily punch your ticket to that title fight. And we all know, this is the entertainment era. We all know that you know, meritocracy doesn't mean much you would think given who he has defeated in his last few fights Pettus gay Chee Eddie Alvarez, a win over max hallway with Securum as the top guy, if Tony Ferguson canco back, and that's the big if if Tony Ferguson is available if he is healthy if he is in the right mindset, if his personal problems are cleared up. He really does deserve that shot against we need to see that fight. It would be criminals. We never see that fight. So that's the big if. But are you trying to tell me that does support is less deserving of a lightweight title fight Conor McGregor? It's just not the case. It's just not the case. It's not right. And if you win that interim belt, it should mean, you are next. It should mean that remember Connor beat Mendez got. Although Carwyn beat MIR got listener GOP beat Hughes got, Sarah. That's what it should mean. And so I understand your fears. I sympathize with them I believe in them. I don't think anything is a fit in this game. Crazy things have happened. They will continue to happen. But I'd like to think if he wins tonight. And if Tony isn't available come September. He should be the next man to fight even off let us go to Jake in Chicago now, Jake, how are you? Hi, Ariel can hear me. I can hear you just fine. What's up my man? All right. Doing great grades..

"In front of set of Lewis and Logan here on KOA. And I know you're a big fight fan. Dave as am. I it's now looking like Conor McGregor is going to fight Nate D as for the third time to he says the trilogy will happen. That's from Conor McGregor pay. What if I'm if I'm in Conor McGregor camp as an adviser? I would have set down or would sit down with him and say, dude, let's get somebody else old fights Nate Diaz. Well, he's not overly skilled, but he's as tough as any fighter I've ever seen in the UFC. Didn't they beat them in both those fights no Connor beating split. Yeah. Connor beating Carter actually one. I think the first one and had the second one word he almost knocked him out. And then just started walking through punches. Yeah. It's it's I mean, I'll watch that for sure because I think it'll be a hell of a match. But if it's it's there's a lotta downside to that match. If you're Conor McGregor. Now, you remember this was supposed to be cowboy in Connor? So what happened there there was a Connor said he did not want to be Komeda event. And and so that kind of stalled it out a little bit. And now it looks like from what I understand over the weekend. He said, okay, I'll do the co main event thing. But I wanna fight Nate Diaz while and he's also asking for like stock options in the UFC. I don't know if you've seen that he wants to get paid like in stock options in in. He's asked for that before. I am not so sure they'd be willing to give that up. Yeah. That's. That'll be interesting to see how how that works out. But I mean, just from Rick. No, you watch it to Kathy does too. But just from a fight standpoint. That'll be hellacious fight those two guys. And I I would not I mean, I think McGregor. I pick him to win. But he'll pay a price. If he wins or loses. He will pay a physical price in that fight tonight. DS? Assessor? The first fight Conor was choked out. So he lost the first fight in one the second. So I had them reversed. You. He he looked like he was about to knock Nate Diaz out. I mean, they d- his face was a bloody mess, and then it was like a switch went off. And he just started walking through mcgregor's punches. And they went when they when they go to the mat that's not where McGregor wants to be with D as and that he wanted and then the second one the second was a hell of a fight and very close to. Yeah. I've watched this too. And I don't I don't pay for a lot of fights anymore. But this is one that I would like to see. And by the way, the first McGregor Diaz fight you bring the chips, you can just come over. I'll pay for it. I'll bring more the chips. Right. It's all it's gonna take stakes. Stakes. I fight was the third most popular or most bought pay per view in UFC history. The second one was the second-biggest is not so number three and number two. So this one could be just as big or bigger. Mcgregor still. He's the biggest draw in the AFC. Even though he's been losing a lot of people really unless you follow. The you. Don't know who d- as is. Is you look at him and say, okay, you listen to him. You're not sure he's completely there. He's he's a nightmare to fight because he just he never quits. He just refuses to quit. You can hit him a million times. He's coming for you. Yeah. He's a really tough, dude. And and you're right. I I don't think he's got the skill set that McGregor has. But he's bigger. He's a bigger. And and if they're gonna fight at that higher way class, I think that gives D as an advantage as well. It'll be a CC with the with the odds are on that fight. I would say it'll be very very close in mcgregor's only thirty years old. But it almost feels like to me he's on the downside now natives thirty three it says doesn't fight much either. Mcgregor. Mcgregor has been losing in it in it started with that may weather fight where he I think got exposed a bit. There's people thought he was going to just walk right through Floyd Mayweather. I think those people were foolish. We never thought. We'd never thought that. But Diaz hasn't fought in almost it'll be three years at he had a two year long layoff and was supposed to fight November third against Dustin Poirier. Don't know him. Yeah. That could be a problem for DS. And then it says he he pulled out. And so they did the camp. The fight was cancelled. Yeah. So watch for that. According to Conor McGregor. That's what's going to happen. But I will see he also said he was gonna fight cowboy what a month ago. Yeah. That was a done deal. So this this could change, but I that's one alter his sake. I hope it does for our sake. I hope to fight comes out off you like McGregor. I mean, I, you know, I'm just saying I don't I don't dislike him. I think he's done some stupid things. I think he's a talented guy. I think he's entertaining guy. He's acting like a moron more times more than a couple of times. But I'm just saying if I'm managing his career. I'm going to try to sidestep Nate Diaz. I just that's not a favorable matchup, nasty guy. And then our final what we have here a minute or two left. Couple minutes left. The woodstock. Fifty lineup has been set. It's going to be in Watkins Glen New York, August sixteen seventeen eighteen and what an amazing lineup for these three days, Robert plant, Santana, John. Fogarty Miley Cyrus and the Faneuil Ratliff a Denver guy trial. Deadandcompany David Crosby. Gary Clark junior canned heat who played at the original Woodstock, Jay Z. Imagine dragons, the black keys, Greta vanfleet. Yeah. It's just a Hugh a wonder how much it's gonna cost to put this on a lot. The you. You've put together concerts before. Oh my gosh. This has got to be the one ever. Yeah. There's a lot of those bands on their charging the patrons. Yes. Of course. Did they charge back and what Woodstock Woodstock did? They everybody. Everybody charge like a certain. And then they tore down the fastest just let everybody in. Yeah. Because they more people showed up than they thought. It just went. Okay, everybody come on the band's back. There were only making five thousand dollars. They never got paid. So somebody's somebody's got to pay for this thing. Yeah. Yeah. This is this is going to be a really expensive, but a really cool show. And then of course, they'll they'll film it. Then they'll sell it to. Doc, Showtime, or whatever. Yeah. This is a big deal. What what other thing Rick for we go? We talked about this a little bit earlier. I was glad to see Trevor simian go to the New York. Jets is going to be Sam darnold backup and good for him. I always liked him to really good, dude. Yep. And I think that's it. I think we're done. We're out of here. Thank you for listening. Michael Brown is coming up next. And we will see you tomorrow KOA NewsRadio. One hundred thousand fans are on their feet. Hush falls over the stadium in the waning seconds of the game. Amidst the silence,.

"I'll be w was great. I mean that was like when used to be like just jitsu wrestling. And that's what I was like, okay. It's the sport of grappling just grappling. That's how we consolidate everything in one and Mark Lehman made that cool market women remixed. I think he got in trouble for that to him not to share. But I loved it so much jitsu from those guys and the X car and everything it was was it was great Lehman. Inter I don't think he was in it. He just like made these like Mark Lehman remix of Abu Dhabi, and he would like breakdown the moves like someone did a move and he'd like replay at eight times if it was an eight step move over as a five step move replay five times. Now, it's been years since I've seen it. But I've pretty sure that's why when I broke down like, oh, it was pretty neat away. He ran the moves Lehman credible reputation, but I've never seen him compete. I don't know if you did I. Through. I'm not too. Sure. I have like all these stories I'm gonna Sam. But I know we're on camera. So I'm not too sure if he was like, I think he was like a hen or heat on training partner with them rigidly, and then kind of branched out, and it made US Cobra KAI in Las Vegas, but I'm not positive, but I think he did a little bit of competition. Hinders another one speaking of his reputation precedes him, but I've never got to see him compete, right? I actually got a roll of heat Online's. Right. And when I wrote heat on like, I've Jake shields jock array, and and a lot of other great guys. But I just mentioned knows to and he'd on grappling. Those guys all three of those guys while those they're definitely on another level, and I've did other black belts before and other great guys with big names and everything. But when I those three guys, okay? They know what they're doing. They're especially when they're on top. You're like there's this incredible reputation in our sport. And it's deserved. Like this really killer guys will bounce for these guys. But then they just didn't want to compete for whatever reason. And I feel like Henry is one of those guys people that will vote for him and say, he's amazing. I'd love to sit Mark Mark. Yeah. Dancer Alshammar guys to Dave Terrell. I mean, he find the you've seen there as well. But I feel like he still has the potential if you wanted to come out and just like, you know, getting shape and do it that that's all good. He was I think still to this day, and you termines he hasn't had a point scored on him. And he took an Abu Dhabi's, but he lost off breath freeze decision to that year. He lost referee's decision to hens. Oh gracie. You know, how they just kind of raise your hand if there's no points, and then he did a did a jumping leg lock to Ricardo Alameda. So he's another guy for the world title panel of intent. Yeah, he did. And you know, just didn't goes way, you know, didn't didn't work out for a, but he knocked out Linlin. That's right knocked ballot. Real quick. Yeah. He's he's just you know, guys just don't wanna compete. You know, they don't they don't wanna do it. You know, speaking of competing. Did you see the last gypsy Josie Aldo? Yes, I did see that fight. What the he went into the I like the narrative around I guess is what I'm trying to say. I like the narrative there's people saying, you know, he's not what it used to be. Or he's washed up. I'm looking going Josie. All the was a top ten pound for pound fighter right now. He used to be maybe the top pit right now. The only giving sort of got over on our max who's getting over on everybody. And look at all of as last Connor beats him. That was a hard fight cities have an in between fight with the Jeremy Stevens, Jeremy Stevens, Frankie. Looking at schedule and go, what are you talk? What are you talking about calling him washed up or some off sorry that he lost to to the champ max Holloway, and then and then wants to Connor, you know, but he's been looking good..
