Alex Jones Ordered to Pay $965m for Sandy Hook Lies
"I'm okay if people want to call in and disagree with me. But I think it's absolutely repulsive and ridiculous. That Alex Jones has to be listening. The families have been awarded $965 million. Let me read the article. Since the jury has awarded $965 million to the families of 8 victims. 8. Not out of victims. Not all of the victims, but 8 victims of sandy hook elementary massacre in one first responder. A resolving a lawsuit that began in 2018 over Jones claims that the event never occurred. This is my thing. He can believe what he want to believe. He can say whatever he wants to say. Now, when that turns into people being violent and everything, okay, there's going to be punitive, there's going to be some punitive action taken against you. However, I do not understand how they got to that dollar amount. In December of 2012, a 20 students and 6 adults died in the mass shooting at the newtown Connecticut school. Which is obviously the sandy hook school. It says Jones claimed that the victim's families in the first responders to the 2012 tragedy were crisis actors on multiple occasions asserting that the massacre was staged to push gun control. Jones generated hundreds of millions of impressions on social media with his false claim about the event, the plaintiffs sought a sum of $550 million to match the total views, his claims received,

Anti-Catholic Bias by Connecticut School District Under Scrutiny
"Did you see the recent news about the anti Catholic bias in a local school district? This really has me worried and it plays into what you've been talking about at turning point USA for quite some time. Please help explain it to your audience. Yes. So the wonderful project veritas recently came out with a string of videos of an assistant elementary school principal admitting that they don't hire people if you find out they are Catholic. And they tend to end up being more right leaning conservatives. This is outright anti Christian anti Catholic bias that is being admitted on camera. And I want to just, for a second, let's extrapolate this. This is just what is being caught on camera. How many school districts? How many hiring managers? How many schools? How many administrators I should say? Hold these views that we're not able to get on camera for every one, there's probably another 5000 people in leadership. That are actively discriminating against Christians and Catholics. Let's play cut 40. So then what do you do? So have you found a bit certain? Religions tend to be more ringling. This one. Now I know that's hard to hear. There's a lot of background I was in a cafe, but this is the assistant elementary school principal admitting that they don't hire people if they find out they have a Christian or Catholic bend. So this is, this is happening in Connecticut and the Connecticut attorney general William Tong is now announcing an investigation of discrimination at the cost Cobb elementary school. This is all thanks to the wonderful work of James O'Keefe and project veritas. They do a wonderful job.

"Backs back home. Plethora of Mexican elite Mexican players who can make a lot of money for the field off the field endeavors in Major League Soccer that it's Jared Ashish, who is the highest paid player and the second highest player player today. Okay, high school player in their history. Okay, at 8 million 1. And the second highest paid player right now is $2 million behind him and he's on a losing team and it's jet engine who's great guy, friend of the show, whatever you want to say. 31 years of age. Oh, dude. Who's coming up a $7.5 million transfer from the French league in Lyon? Who is best years were at Stoke City? Years ago. And this is the highest paid player in the history of Major League Soccer. My mind is blown. I have a theory. I have a theory on what city is the highest paid player. Most of the players who previously named, right? Keen, slatin. They were making the money because of their name because of who they were. My only theory is that Chicago fire actually believes the city is going to be great. And he's going to actually earn those $8.1 million because if you paying said city because of what he did in Europe, man, you're definitely overpaying the guy. And we're not including Lorenzo in Sydney on this list. Yeah, because he's not officially a Major League Soccer player as a Viet, but he will make reportedly at Roanoke between 13 and $15 million. Is that right? I don't know yet. And so the players union put it out. We don't know yet. But what I will say just to put a bow on this is MLS needs the Chicago market to come back. It needs the guatema Blanco years. It needs what it had once. The vibrant Chicago atmosphere needs it to be an important market. If they believe playing Jedi, $8.1 million is the best way to do it. Fine. But do it. And if it's not, whoo. What are we doing in Chicago? And it's not about the one player. I mean, in terms of making a team better, it's not about paying $8.1 million to share them succeed. You need much more than that. Now, we saw Carlos Bella at number 7 making a little over $4 million. He's contract reportedly expires by June 30th. So he's in the middle of negotiations with LAFC 4 millions for half a season. Correct. That's for half a season. So he was asked yesterday after a loss, he's court of PK by the way. He was asked about does he want to stay? Whereas he's at right now and he's negotiations with LAFC. I mean, he's football is the sport on digital sign. You don't have nothing like for sure. But we are working the club and myself, both sides, we are doing some effort to make this work, but in the end, I think when they both want to be together, I think, in the end, can be a good end. So like I always say, I'm really happy here. I love to play in LA. I love to play in this stadium with these funds. So if it's in my hands for sure, I will be here. I will help this club to win a trophy. And from my part, I'm doing my stuff. We will see how we end. All.

"Ransom from Katie Th in Seattle. We have a lot of conversations on my show and then covers sort of the cultural war issues surrounding what's going on in schools all across the country. And I have saying on my own show that you know, the nuttiness of Seattle has a tendency to spread. And so if you live in some of the other air Areas where You feel like you might be far removed from that kind of activism, you realize Oh, my gosh. It is in my backyard now, And the same is true all across the country, bad activist teachers of L A or New York of Austin. They have a tendency to spread out into the surrounding communities. And then all of a sudden, you find yourself in a position. That parents and some school officials in Hudson, Ohio, find themselves in because the mayor there his name is Craig Schubert. He wants all five of the school board members to resign or Face possible criminal charges because of some coarse material that was taught in one of their high school classes. Now, part of the class work is and by the way this is writing in the liberal arts, college credit courses being taught At high school and part of this lesson includes a book that's called 642 Things to write about. And on each page. You have a different prompt that it's supposed to get you to think creatively and start to write some of the folks there decided to take a deeper look. Into what the prompts were perhaps a parent. Looked at the kids book just added curiosity, and they were all shocked to find out that there were some problems there. That number one told them to taste beer and then write about it. Obviously, we're talking about high school students, but to prompts that jumped out the most. Just because they're kind of gross One is to right. A sex scene. You wouldn't show your mom And another said, rewrite that sex scene. Into one that you would let your mom read. So first of all it will. That is disgusting. Don't do that. Don't write a sex scene. That you wouldn't show your mom And please, especially in high school. Do not rewrite the sex scene from above into one. You let your mom read. That is gross. Don't let your mom read any of your sex scene stuff. In fact, don't do sex scene writing. How about that? High schooler want to go into college? You know, you do your thing. Well, let's leave this at high school. And so folks got upset because obviously this is not appropriate material for kids. Regardless of whether or not they're taking a college level course. Is being taught in a high school. It's wrong. Full stop. Every reasonable person would know that now from the school board's perspective, because whenever you get any of these kinds of materials, and of course they're supposed to be generally. Some kind of committee, some sort of group that reviews the content just to make sure that it is in fact appropriate for that age level. And in this case they didn't do that. They apologize. They pulled the material from the classrooms. They note that no student actually was given this particular set of promise, But they still say are bad. It's wrong. Apparently, that's not good enough. Because the mayor of the city in Hudson, Ohio, says every single one of the people who are responsible for this incompetence, you must resign which are fully back or be charged, which is absurd. This particular mayor said that he contacted the judge, and this counts as child pornography. No, it doesn't. I am all for calling out the nonsense that teachers and principals and school boards are putting front in front of these kids, But we have to make sure that we're not going to a little bit too far into the crazy. This is not child pornography under any sense of the law. I'm not a lawyer. But I did watch every single episode of the good wife and the practice, even by the way, the last two seasons of the practice, which sucked so I know a thing or two. Also, I googled just some of the laws in Ohio and please, God, don't let anyone look at my Google search history. After all the research I did last night. This is not child pornography. They actually have a law that's very specific. That gives a carve out to educational materials Number one number two. The prompts themselves are not child porn, simply saying, write a sex scene, even if you give it to high school, or that's not child porn. It's a writing prompt, Ironically, even though I know wouldn't happen, But ironically, the content that 18 year old in one of the courses Might create based on that writing prompt could be considered child porn. But again when you're getting into the text version of things, it's a little bit wonky. So you know, let's relax just a little bit. Let's be content with calling up the crazy without leaving into the crazy ourselves. I'd love to hear from you Send me a tweet. "Or wrong. Go ahead tell me. All i said was watching a biological man. Beat up a woman choker. She can't breathe is wrong. It's insane how we accept that as a society. We don't protect the vulnerable. The girls in connecticut high school track or the girls in college new hampshire college track or this woman. Selene provost who got her ass kicked by a former green beret. Bad ass Former male. I will say this is madness. Why would you allow this. It was on tv. I didn't watch morgan. Did so what would you say to the argument. That provos is a free country. She decided not To fight this woman she can. But that's your solution. Because it fight if that unfair. If i were if i were a female. Mma fighter. And i were up against that. I would hope that i would say listen. I'm not gonna. I'm not gonna fight that fight. This is not a fair fight. And i'm wondering if if all of the women enemy fighters biological women. Mma fires did fighters the same. I mean it's a good question but they would not be considered the hero in that they would not they would get a lot of pressure on it. Yeah i mean there was. There's always these stories of girls who wrestle high school wrestlers against boys and boys will often take the forfeit. You know just say no. I'm not doing it. I don't want to beat up. And i give them credit for that. It's not right. You should have boys wrestling girls but the choice if the boys either you know beat up a girl lose tour girl or forfeit to a lot of times. You'll see them forfeit on their parents or be there and they'll support them coaches support them say no he doesn't want to wrap is is you know grabbed the girls crotch grab her breasts as part of a competition. Yeah just doesn't want to do it. So maybe maybe the solution is. Everybody says we're not doing it. But then it'll appear like you're not being fair to poor transfer to there's definitely going to be negative coverage of that if you if you take that stand which does seem bizarre if you were raised like your even me like you. Don't you know not beat up. Beat up women beat up all they may think. That's one of those things where i think of you know. Put it to the grandfather test. What would you grandfather say. It looked at this person that used to be a green beret. That is a bad ass. Strong tough mean nasty guy who could just declared himself a woman. I don't believe he had the of when all the way with the surgery just took the hormones and pass the test and dyed his hair pink and now he gets to beat the crap out of girls. It's just so wrong and that's not the craziest part. The craziest part is you're not allowed to say it's wrong or they'll come after you. They will try to destroy you which they will do now. And someone like piers morgan. He'll survive because he's piers morgan. If that would just some guy retina column whatever the local newspaper in that town or that was just some guy you know Making sixty radio station. Yeah he'd be gone. Gone daring to take the side of women against the bullies. That's what you can't do. You cannot defend women you cannot defend girls you must step in line get in line and support the right of the buydell man to literally beat up a woman a beat up a girl. It's just crazy. It's the craziest part of the whole cancelled culture movement. It really is but hey maybe maybe this week this friday night maybe my man bill maher will take this on. Dopey surprised because this is the kind of thing that gets bill maher going. He knows he was a hardcore liberal. He was a hero to the two left. He has stepped out of line and challenge them meant virtually every week. i mean he's still hates trump. he's still won't go all in. He's still generally a libertarian. And is more liberal and libertarian. I would say but he's a drug guy he's talked about. It doesn't make a libertarian. Libertarian say just legalize. All drugs i know. Libertarians are full of it now. Nonaggression principle entertainments could never govern. You could debate in the faculty lounge or you could debate never governed now. Not liberte not libertarian. Has a party i mean. I'm not a party. Libertarian philosophical libertarian. Which is someone who subscribed with christopher. I watched We talked about it when it happened. They had their convention last time. Always probably two thousand sixteen vetch when they chose. I think it was gary johnson. Yeah probably as their candidate and one of the finalists stood up and said he defended the right of six year. Old kids to drive drunk to that that should be there should not be legally should be no laws against six-year-olds driving drunk and i said this is not really going to work in practice. Maybe you know. I think it's wonderful theory but you could never govern. It's it's what you're doing is taking the easy way out. You wanna sound. You wanna sound area dighton. You want to send cerebral. But you don't wanna go all in with the religious people on the right. You wouldn't want to team up with them as religious people on the right aren't offering any good solutions anymore. They're not really for limited government which they said they were showing. The republican party were actually four limited government. Then you'd see more. Libertarians voting for republicans. I got this was happening. I gotta solution outlawed six-year-olds driving drunk i. I know that's asking a lot. You libertarians shopping. I think but one of the leaders of your party libertarian. Steady nonaggression principle gutless. No shoes government to her people and take their stuff. How would you run the country. Then what do you mean. Well how would you govern. This is about the governing. This is not about having a debate. About how about we turn back the clock and remove the The the The income tax. How about we do that. Great solution no income tax right. How do you support the well. There's voluntary ways to raise funds for for military. If you want to defend the borders which is again you could never govern because it takes tough choices Tough choice government gotten bigger and bigger over time. You would say that. That's the case more and more powerful this time. Are you happy with that happening. Not of course not so. I think we can agree that we want the government government smaller. It is so let's do that. Let's do that. What do you want eliminate everything How about the income tax. You think i'd be against that. No of course you wouldn't again i. It's certainly rather hang out with libertarians and liberals but you are taking the easy way out when pressed. They could never give you real solution. What do you mean you want. And it's just could never ever happen. It would never ever happen. It just wouldn't So you can't realistic are many departments of the government Has right now. That doesn't need to be there like the education department. Like why do we have a go. Why do we have the government delivering mail. That makes no sense. I would agree. So let's cut that's easy. "Twenty-five states considering such bills compared to eighty last year last week wisconsin introduced us. Similar measure. Idaho became the first state to pass a law. Banning transgender women from competing in women's sports last year a federal district court suspended. The law has yet to be enacted. Mississippi's actors the first of its elk to successfully pass both chambers. This year some have failed in committee including south dakota on wednesday utah last month. Similar bill died in committee. Mississippi last year republican senator angel hill who sponsored that bill and the one that passed the house. Wednesday told abc news. She was inspired to introduce the legislation after learning about two girls championship winning transgender school runners in connecticut where state policy allows high school athletes to compete as the gender with which they identify. Mississippi does not have a policy. This is what the media always says. The ajc did this here. Abc news is mississippi. The state could not identify any instance of transgender girls competing on girls sports team in her states schools. Show because it hasn't happened yet even though it's happening in other places. Why are you biggest trying to do this. And of course naturally The the the left the human rights campaign there. So you're on the wrong side of history. There is simply no justification for banning transgender girls and women from participated in athletics. Other than discrimination like all girls transgender. Girls just wanna play and be a part of a team with rich. History will not look kindly this of mississippi. But here's the problem though. They're not really girls. I'm sorry they identify girls. But they're not really biologically. They're not none of the girls on the team will ever grow up and have a potential risk of prostate cancer except the transgender girls. Why because biologically there boy. And i'm sorry if it offends you for me saying that. But at some point we got to recognize that biologic biology matters and biologically a transgender girl is a guy and tinge to be more physically Built well-built stronger faster. You've got that situation in connecticut and it was. It was heralded by the media. "Joining us right now on a topic that means a lot to me. I've been talking quite a bit about it, and she has been doing some excellent as always reporting an investigation on it is Cheryl Atkinson, She's investigative journalist and the host of a full measure news on the Sinclair television network nationwide. Cheryl. Thank you so much for joining us. Good to talk with you. Hey, Larry. Thanks for having me well, and this has to do, of course, with the transgender athletes competing, Uh and really this, you tell me, but it seems like the biggest concern here has to do with biological males now identifying his women and competing against young women in high school and that the collegiate level maybe there's an issue in the other direction as well. But this is really starting to reach a point now because of the Biden administration's recent exact The borders on this subject. Correct, right, you know, under by this executive order, it would seem to say that the practice that has been allowed in places like Connecticut high schools. Where someone could be on the boy's team and decide literally overnight to start competing on the girl's team and do so it would seem under the Biden executive order that that has to be allowed. As part of transgender rights. On the other hand, when pressed about it, the White House apparently said Well, funding for colleges will not necessarily be Hinged on these policies and by the way, a lot of this is decided already with certain requirements state to state or school to school or lead the league. To what if anything, a transgender athlete must do. Before competing on the opposite sex team. But I would think under the Biden executive order any such policies and rules could be challenged. Now if they're places where transgender athletes are required to take hormone therapy or have other restrictions. Before they compete on the opposite sex team. And have you been able through your investigation here, Cheryl Accent to determine. I know some jurisdictions. Some states that you have to be on testosterone blockers for a year again. This is if you are a biological male, and you've transition to female before you can compete. You have to be on testosterone blockers. But my understanding is there's a lot of science and evidence to suggest that testosterone is only one part of the equation here. And by the time you're in the midst, if not past puberty, that testosterone blockers really won't be selfish. And considering what that testosterone has already done for your body. Did you know what I mean? Yeah, But let me tell you that before I answer that part of the question, there are many places that require nothing. That simply say someone who has been raised are considered himself a male for all period of years, can decide as in Connecticut one day as these athletes have done, if you want to see the story go to full measure dot news, and it's posted there, the one that aired someday, but several athletes had been Running on the boy's team and then switch to the girls team the next season. And really clean, clean everybody's clocks. These formerly boys team members won all the competitions when the state competitions I think they want like 15 Championships over the next 2.5 years or so. So you know, that's there's a lot of places require nothing but secondly, yes there. You know, I haven't personally investigated as a scientist. What the truth is, I can just tell you that studies have been cited by the conservative activists and feminists who abandoned together and say this is unfair to women Studies have incited that say no amount of hormone therapy or treatment. Can, um, really impact the average advantage They say males are born with in terms of muscle mass and all kinds of other factors. Yeah, and you mentioned something there that honestly when I saw this in your report show, I guess, and I had a hallelujah moment because whenever I talk about this so often, I'll get colors and I'll get people messaging me. Where are the feminists on this? Where the feminist they're They're exploiting title nine, which was all about women. And now women are being harmed by this, But it does appear that there is and there under fire these feminists, But there are feminists who are emerging, saying none of none of this. This is wrong. Well, this is one of the things that interest me. I like to do off narrative stories and one reason I think this has not been well covered by many in the media. Because you can't neatly put it into a box. Certainly some of the same people like Martina Navratilova, the the Lesbian Tennis Star from my time she supports transgender rights all the way. It says that does not. The notion that transgender athletes should have rights and be respected does not trump the right, she says of women to have the opportunities afforded guaranteed to them under the title 9 1972 Civil Rights Act. I mean, the feminists say we're going back to where we started. If you begin to allow people who once identified or were born is mailed to them take over the women's field, and there are young women who are really suffering harm here. I mean, I think about some of these student athletes, especially those who you know, are raised below the poverty line in broken homes, whose whose one ticket to college could very well be athletics. And they are being excluded. They're not getting that opportunity because they're not qualifying. And the person that qualifies is someone who what As you say A good could have been a month ago was was running and identifying as a male and by the way, not usually at the top of their field and in the mail field, So these are typically athletes that we're not ex Elling. Among their male peers that can go into the female field. There was a weightlifter a giant, you know, big size weight lifter that I showed in my story that switch to the women's field and, you know, cleaned up the competition, and there's a picture showing. You know how much weight that person's lifting and it's hard to imagine that a even a similarly sized female would be able to compete with that. And, you know, maybe sometimes it happens, but I will also say, trying to represent both sides. Of course, as I always do. I don't know what the answer is. I certainly believe that if people you know have mixed identities, or there's transgender athletes who Have gone from male to female or vice versa. They should be afforded opportunities. I just don't know how to afford those opportunities in the way that's fair to everybody, including the transgender athletes and the people on the opposite sex team where they're joining. Right? I'm not often times, people say, Well, maybe there's a third division for transgender athletes. But of course, that has its own complications as well. And you also have to sort of have a critical massive of numbers there to make it make sense. And, well, not only that. I mean, I thought of that because people have suggested that as well, I heard them say that when they saw the story But let's let's look toward running. You'd have the same problem. If you're looking at women who switched to the men's came are meant to switch. The women's team combined together. Once again, the ones who were born may as male athletes, at least according to advocates and some science would still have the advantage. And you wouldn't have. He certainly wouldn't have a level playing field even though you would have transgender athletes, presumably from both sides mixed together, and then so then you keep them separately. Those who switched from male to female separate from those who switched from female to male and like you say, you're having a dwindling competitive field is that Is that really fun and care for them? And we should go back against the Biden administration's executive order. I believe this was on the first day of his presidency or maybe the second day And as you said, there's there's a lot of confusion. I think about how this executive order will be applied either through the Education Department and through the Justice Department of that, and because certainly there will be some level of litigation from both sides of the equation. Up until that executive order. States did have some freedom in this. As you mentioned, Connecticut had their set of rules. Other states can have their set of rules. And you know, as usual in America, that often.

They've been since Hey, Good morning, guys. What's on your mind? I just wanna top on what your last few people have said. But you know me being in the military for 15 years right now. I had a good friend. You know she had the surgery. Uh, from a female to a male. And the unfortunate part is you know when individuals go through this in the military You know, like Brian said there unable to participate in the training. And you know, that's an acid. That's one individual that makes the mission on successful, you know, and, uh I don't have a problem with any transgender joining the military. But you know, the upset there is is making my friend being able to participate. You know, in the training scenarios and if we get the chance to deploy My friend can't beat her because you know here she is going through so much emotions and medical reasons that they're unable to participate. So now you know, that's how I feel in regards to this conversation. You know, People don't realize that there's there's so much even though a small percentage of people, but there's so much Aspect to get involved. You know, when it comes to being a service member in the military? No, no, I'm right there with you, then. So I hear what you're saying. But of what use is that the individual to the military? What? Of what Use is that individual to the American people as far as Protecting the country. I'm not trying to say they're not useful is a human being, but But the fact is, if they're constantly getting medical care than they are useless to the military, constantly seeking medical treatment than they can't be deployed and had to be discharged. That's the President Joe Biden is ordering that boys who identifying us girls must be allowed to compete and girls athletic events. Which is truly the most ridiculous, outrageous thing I've ever heard. And when did it become controversial to say boys should compete against boys and girls should compete against girls. When did that become controversial? That's that's not a controversial statement at all. What do you weigh, too? For former Connecticut high school female track athletes? Say this is fundamentally unfair because boys have a natural physical advantage. Chelsea Mitchell and Selina's soul They were on Fox just a few minutes ago to discuss this bite in order, and both girls were defeated by transgender boys and girl and the girls believe it cost them an opportunity to earn AH college track scholarship. Yeah, so personally Throughout my high school career, I lost four state championships to all New England words and countless other opportunities to advance the next level competition and it was really heartbreaking to lose those awards and to know that possibly girls all across the country will lose out on awards like that. I lost out on the opportunity to qualified to the regional in England meet at the 2019 Indoor State championships because I was beaten by two biological boys, and if they were not there, then I would have been able to go to the regional meet and show off my talents to potential college coaches.
