Maricopa County Election Official Tells Rep. Andy Biggs Election Files Were Deleted

"Is Here's a congressman Andy Biggs Asking a pretty common sense question Hey did you guys delete a bunch of files About the election Check this out Is it standard practice to delete files off a server after an election mister Ben I hope not So mister Gates who you agree with that I would say that it is appropriate to maintain files And that's exactly what we did We deleted the deleted files that have been discussed They were archived So you admit that you guys did delete medical account did delete files off the server after the election That are archived When you released these servers in the information to the auditors to begin with they didn't have access to those archive files at first Is that fair to say They did not subpoena those That's correct So you didn't feel obligated to turn that over to them We responded to the subpoena Okay mister Bennett your response to that I find it frankly laughable to suggest that a county in response to a subpoena could say we will delete files from the hard drives and materials that we give to the auditors because we have those files archived on data that we did not give to the auditors when the subpoena said turn over all the records related to the election

"And republicans and groups coming in that. That's how much just that race. And then you start throwing the gubernatorial race. Which i think is going to be a forty to fifty million dollar race and then you start looking at redistricting congress at congressional seats and start looking redistricting State legislative races. Which are gonna cost more than ever. What talking you're talking. Probably four hundred million dollar Worth of elections next year. And and so that makes it hard to communicate. That's why we need to be out in front of the now and that's why what you guys are doing is so important because you guys provide narrative support. You get it out there. And i'll just i'll just complete my points on this rhythm caucus is producing and we'll have It'll be a platform that i think will appeal not just to right wing conservatives. Not just to Soft republicans but to independence party on third and moderate more moderate democrats. There are places we agree which is why congress's so bizarre right now because they're so far to the left they don't want to work with republicans but the reality is there's a lot of points that we can agree on and If inflation continues which it's going to continue because there's so much money being junked around their currencies totally devalued right now We're going to see people wanting to change Direction and and and guess what the democrats own it because we're in a minority in the congressional delegation. A yet they got two senators and it's five four democrats in the house so they will have to own it and as they own their horrific policies. I think people will come home. I agree i know. You've gotta go vote so please go. Defend our liberty and enjoy going through. Tsa or whatever. That is a one last question that one last question thoughts on asu mask mandates the federal ban on the vaccine passports really quick before we say goodbye issue that they need to that that has to go away. That's that's recklessness irresponsible on their part it's authoritarian and guess what they get federally insured dollars the the ban on on federal Vaccine passports should be any anybody any entity that's receiving federal money doing business with government. They cannot have those kind of a vaccine mandates. I love it so all right. Please go vote and Say hi to the democrats if they're not ninety five feet away and wearing masks. Hey everybody welcomed this episode of the charlie kirk show with us. Today is congressman. Andy biggs from the great state of arizona. And if i have anything to say about it we're gonna turn that place around congressman. Welcome back to the charlie kirk. Show charlie thanks to be with you. It's too bad what's happening to arizona politically. We'll talk about that in just a second. I want get into some of the breaking news. I had more people. Send me the story over the last twenty four hours and ask questions about this Around all sins monologue around this accusation but the government was involved in the events on january. The sex set there were paid government. Fbi agents allegedly amongst the. Midst a congressman. These are very serious charges and accusations. It's pointing to look like that's the case. What are your thoughts on this. Well we just had christopher wray come and testify to us this week. He testified in front of judiciary last week and to hear him speak. You would not have gotten that impression. That but i am starting to see the same information you are and it demands answers. I mean truly demands answers in fact when one thing that christopher racist to us yet Both last week and yesterday was that they were investigating people before january six but none of the people that are investigating even showed up on january six and none were arrested meant none participated in the january six Re breach of the capital so it is actually Very troublesome to hear what's out there and we need to get to the bottom of that yet. So in congressman. If there is truth to this. I think you need to start the bigs community joe committee just like we had the pike committee because back in the nineteen seventies. You remember this. This was a big deal where we were revealed. We had a slowdown intelligence committee. And that's where we found out about operation artichoke. Who are council pro all these different operations and ended up reforming the intelligence service for the better for the following decades. I mean these are some very potentially serious accusations that the bureau was in the crowd amongst this and they didn't do anything to stop it. Yeah i mean. If that's the case i mean it is there's always been allegations of the media being in there right i mean and we've seen some some evidence of that but if you have law enforcement that's there that could have stopped thwarted whatever and they didn't That's a problem. But moreover charlie i mean think about this The fbi director said that the vast majority of people that were peaceful peaceful protesters. Just they were rowdy but they were peaceful and were they infiltrating peaceful protest. I mean why why to. What would that be so so right now. We kind of were talking hypotheticals based on on some reports and information. That are coming out we need to. We need to actually to the bottom that because with we need clear answers in the clarity and where necessary there needs to be reform but also if necessary some discipline right and in addition to that congressman were they instigating were they revving up people to try to incites. I don't know. And i. Maybe i'm naive but when i find out there's as many twenty. Fbi agents in plain clothing amongst in a political rally for current president. That you think about this congressman. This is not some sort of far off thing that's happening in. you know. Just some small gathering in the hills and this was a rally for a sitting president and so. I'm glad that you share my concern with this Christopher ray i think has been lying about this for quite some time and this might be a threat that actually unfold. Something a lot deeper and a lot more Unfortunately sophisticated of what our government's been potentially doing infiltrate political groups and congressman. I got also ask. Have we ever actually been able to get any assurances. The fbi's been reformed with aided with peter struck and lisa page. And james. call me. Whereas durham and i know that you've been on this case to have any answers to provide our voters. Well well before he leaves next time. And then let's come to this. I would say. I want to know if there were twenty. Fbi agents and they were not there for put security for the president. Why were the kratz. Exactly right yeah. I mean 'cause i would expect there to be some security for the president and maybe implying close to make sure that the president is safe but if they're there for any other purpose and that's problematic okay. So where have there been reforms. I mean i could specifically ask questions of directory last week about about visor abuse. And he's oh yeah. Well we've got our own internal auditor. Now wait a second your own internal auditor That's like the hint. Garden the the fox guarding the hen house. Right isn't that right. I mean a little bit so so you. So i'm not inspector general to be there and to be.

"More with my conversation with Congressman Andy Biggs. But make sure you subscribe to the Charlie Kirk show. She has a way to always getting the headlines any thoughts on cinema holding the line on the filibuster. Obviously, you served in Congress with her. She represents Arizona. We don't agree, throwing a lot of public policy. But I think her stance on the filibuster deserve. You know, I've known her for 20 years. She's actually Charlie. She's a very good friend of mine. And I will tell you She's had this Position on the filibuster for two decades. And so she's She's tough and she's very tough, and I will tell you they are trying to go after Mansion and and Senator Cinema. Uh, I want to say they the left the Democrats because the filibuster Is basically holding up the whole socialist neo fascist left wing agenda. And so I tell I tell Kirsten all the time. You know, Um, first of all, thanks. Second of all, it takes guts. It takes guts because there's gonna They're gonna start putting the squeeze on her and her family. They're going to run ads. They've already been running ads in Arizona in West Virginia. Uh and they want people to come. You gonna start seeing billboards all over the valley? Uh, the valley of the Sun Phoenix Uh, basically trying to castigate Kirsten cinema, but she's tough. I've known her. She's she's strong willed. I think she's a bright person. We disagree on policy a lot, but she's a dear friend and good for her good for her. I totally agree. And the ads they're running are terrible. They show that like Oh, Kherson Cinemas run like 95 marathons and she doesn't have time to go. Vote was like I kind of like her more after this ad, actually. So thanks so much like, Oh, she's too busy running marathons like you know, we need more politicians runs marathons. I totally agree. So, Congressman what is going on with the audit? There's been a lot of energy around this a lot of coverage hard to figure out where this is headed, and we've been telling our audience things as they're happening. What can we expect and then also just walk us through the importance of this audit? Well, um I'll just give the timeline first. Charlie, I've been told that they think that you're going to have most of the audit completed by the end of June. And they'll have the report out sometime early to mid July. Now what would that what would the results be? I don't know. I don't know, Isis. I have suspicions. I have ideas. I don't know if it's a nothing burger. Hey, it's a nothing burger, if it if they find violations and and anomalies and and, uh, problems And that's important as well. We need to know that the the bottom line is I have confidence that they're doing a good job on the audit. I really do. I hope they justify that confidence. And I just want the truth. I think that's the bare minimum. You can ask for any audit. And that deals with the most important institution in America, which is the franchise. Uh you can you expect just the truth, That's all you want. You want clarity in the truth. And if there's it's hard for me to believe that it's perfect, nothing is perfect. Really. And um, and let's see how it went. Well, um The problem for me is that I see what I see is this. Um uh, and antagonism toward the audit, which has been unjustified in my opinion. And speed sticks have been thrown down. Lawsuits have been filed repeatedly. There's been every effort made to stop the audit, and I have found myself wondering about the motivations of people. Who want to do everything in their power to stop an audit that basically we, we we like I said, there's an important institution in this country. But We We do audits on private businesses, Um, private trust all kinds of things all the time, not just to recount recounts. Not going to detect any kind of flaw or fraud is in fact, a recount better could be the same. So you could have spoiled your illegal ballots. And you better get the same number of illegal ballots the second time because that's the count. But when you do an audit You're looking for mistakes. You're looking for errors you're looking for, in some cases, criminality, and that's what they're doing here. I'm hopeful that we'll get some truth truth by sometime in mid July. And now the Department of Justice Americ Garland is trying to interfere with this. It's kind of it just gets back to this whole idea of this kind of security apparatus. We control law enforcement. What are your thoughts on the federal government now coming into Arizona trying to intimidate state lawmakers. Last time I checked in the Constitution states have their own right to conduct elections, they say. I think I think that is clearly a an overreach on the part of the the Department of Justice. I think it's abusive of power. But that's you know, that's something we have seen under the Obama administration and under the Biden administration already, so It wasn't necessarily surprising but particularly vexing. Charlie, is that the the administrator the law, the assistant to Merrick Garland, who sent that letter is the is so biased. She's the head of civil rights division of the DOJ. She is the same lady who testified. In in our committee here made fun of of Baron Trump's name. A child of former President Trump. She is she's basically put out some of the most hateful. And nasty tweets and information. I was at that hearing when she made that statement, and, uh, issued her very half half witted apology. That was not no apology at all. And not not even a justification. She she hates Donald Trump, and she hates people who support Donald Trump. And so, uh, you're seeing the weaponization of the of the police apparatus of the state, and that's what's fearful. Charlie. You mentioned intelligence, but but you, you couple, the intelligence apparatus for the police apparatus at the highest levels being being corrupted by political purpose. And that's what should put fear in our in our hearts and help us, uh, work harder to clean up this the the government. Well, and it can only really happen. Congressman if we get back if we take back political power, so, Congressman, you probably remember a time in Congress when Democrats actually cared about abuse of power from law enforcement. Now they just seemed completely uninterested in that. Can you talk?.

"Dot com. Congressman Andy Biggs is here. Arizona audit. What is going on there? How about the January six investigations and so much more? So I hope you enjoy my conversation with the wonderful in the courageous congressman Andy Biggs to say about it. We're going to turn that place around, Congressman. Welcome back, Charlie. Thanks. Good to be with you. It's too bad what's happening to Arizona? Politically, We'll talk about that. In just a second. I want to get into some of the breaking news. I have had more people send me this story over the last 24 hours and ask questions about this around Tucker Carlson's monologue. Around this accusation, but the government was involved in the events on January the sixth that there were paid government FBI agents allegedly amongst the midst. Congressman. These are very serious charges and accusations. It's pointing to look like that's the case. What are your thought? We just had Christopher Wray come and testify to us this week. He testified in front of the judiciary last week. And, uh, to hear him speak. You would not have gotten that impression that but I am starting to see the same information you are and it demands answers. I mean, it truly demands answers. In fact, 11 thing that Christopher Wray said to us yet both last week and yesterday was that they were investigating people before January six. But none of the people they're investigating, even showed up on January 6th and then were arrested. None. None participated in the January six breach of the capital. So it is actually Very troublesome to hear what's out there, and we need to get to the bottom of that. Yet so In Congressman, If there is truth to this, I think you need to start the bigs Community Committee just like we had the Pike Committee. You know, because back in the 19 seventies, you remember this. This was a big deal where we were revealed. We had to say Slowdown Intelligence Committee. These are some very Potentially serious accusations that the bureau was in the crowd amongst this and they didn't do anything to stop it. Yeah. I mean, if that's the case, I mean, it's one thing. There's always been allegations of the media being in there, right? I mean, and we've seen some some evidence of that. But if you have law enforcement that's there that Could have stopped thwarted whatever. And they didn't. Uh, that's a problem, but moreover, Charlie, I mean, think about this. Um The FBI director said that the vast majority of people there were peaceful, peaceful protesters just they were rowdy, but they were peaceful. I mean, were they infiltrating a peaceful protests? I mean, why? Why? To what end? Would that be? So so right now we're kind of we're talking hypotheticals, based on On some reports and information that are coming up. We need to. We need to actually get to the bottom that because we need clear answers, we need clarity and where necessary, there needs to be reformed, but also if necessary, some discipline. Yeah. Right. And in addition to that, congressman, were they instigating where they revving up people to try to in sight? I don't know and Maybe I'm naive, but when I find out there's as many 20 FBI agents in plain clothing amongst In a political rally for a current president. What you think about this Congressman. This is not Some sort of far off thing that's happening in, you know, just some small gathering in the hills, and this was a rally for a sitting president. And so I'm glad that you share my concern with this. Christopher Wray, I think has been lying about this for quite some time. And this might be a threat that actually unfolds something a lot deeper and a lot more. Unfortunately, sophisticated of what our government's been potentially doing to infiltrate political groups and congressman I got to also ask, Have we ever actually been able to get any assurances the FBI has been reformed. Well, they did with Peter struck and Lisa Page and James Comey. Where is Durham? And I know that you've been on this case. Do we have any answers to provide well, odors? Well, before you leave next time and then let's come to this, I would just say. I want to know if there were 20 FBI agents and they were not there for security for the president. Why were they in that crowd, right? I mean, Yeah, I mean, because I would expect there to be some security for the president, maybe in plain clothes to make sure that the president is safe. But if they're there for any other purpose, and that's problematic, Okay, So where have there been reformed? I mean, I was specifically asked questions of director Ray last week about About fighter abuse. And he said, Oh, yeah, well, we've got our own internal auditor. Now. Wait a second. Your own internal auditor. Um That's like the hand garden. The fox guarding the henhouse, Right? Isn't that right? I mean a little bit. So, so you so I want the inspector general to be there and to be looking at this thing and and when the inspector general has looked at it or when the FISA court has looked at it, and vices is that's how they spy on Americans, right? They have said that there is widespread abuse of the Faisal system and the Fisk the fifth the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. I don't know if there's been any reform. We still I was. I'm glad you brought up, Dermot. I literally this morning I was looking at a report. Um and I found myself saying, Where's Durham? Whatever happened to Durham, supposedly he was kept on after the Biden administration. But my guess is that the by administration has pulled the plug on whatever he was supposed to do. But how about at least giving us the results of what you had done prior to the change of administration? Seriously. And but just I know that I'm not into this. Like you guys are every single day is he? Is he still doing his thing like or did he disband his office? Or is he is this kind of like Kind of just like a multi decade excursion. Like I'm gonna I'll get back to you in the 12 40. You know, ostensibly my understanding is that ostensibly he's still test with this special prosecutor mission. But, um, over a year ago, Charlie, I was told Yeah, this Friday. They should have something, and then it didn't happen, You know, kept going every Friday that it's going to be out Friday. It's going to be a friend. What it never came came to be Charlie Kirk show where Truth lives ever wondered how free to access social media companies make all their money? By.

"It's outrageous. It really is outrageous. They passed a rule saying You can't say anything like that. And then they do it. Congressman Andy Biggs joins us Now I you mentioned you alluded to several other things that you're asking to be declassified. Is there any any subject or topic you could give us Yes. So I've been asking for the Ukrainian election interference documents to be declassified for a year and a half. Now that when you see that you're going to know that that it was President Trump it was a couple, Maybe a new family and that's gonna be occupying the White House. You'll find out some amazing stuff when I get declassified. And then you're gonna have, uh, ways, Actually, Actually, I know there's a request out there floating around saying, Can you can you declassify? Uh, the assassination? Kyle's for JFK now, so there's there's all kinds of things people to be declassified. And about the UFO. Someone someone told me that they were asking for the UFO records to be declassified. Anyway. The bottom line is for the serious site, at least the stuff that I didn't care about the most. It's the foreign relationships with China with the Ukraine on And some of the other other places that we know that there's some family interests from Democrats side that have been involved. And this is so fascinating to me, Congressman Biggs Because here you are in Congress. You and you know, high up in the Republican ranks, and they're still secrets that you can't even access because you don't have the right clearance. I've always weary and this is the The weird part of Rob coming out of a government that keeps its secrets from its own congressman in its own people like what is in there that needs to be hidden. I am to it, They get very uncomfortable. I get very skeptical. Remember? Remember when growing up? Democrats used to be skeptical, too, But it reminds me of one of the Bourne movies where the guy goes in. He's explaining about this operation, he said. Always. We found out then work, so we just closed it down. In Congress doesn't know what what's been going on. It was a black ops operation. Is that the kind of thing that makes people skeptical? So they see that fictional account and then at the same time? You members of Congress can't even see things. And if you do you get people like Eric Swalwell who can see that's that's right stuff that that makes you nervous. Thank you, Congressman Andy Biggs. And so what I would tell you is, in my opinion, the best majority of the the economic harm and the secondary public health harm that we've seen. The education harm all of those are coming from state and local governments. And in many cases, I think that those were tantamount to an unconstitutional taking. I think then that the state has got two on the local jurisdictions have got to Pony up and pay like you would if they take your property or if they down zone on those types of things that really impact the value your property. They've been packing value People's businesses that shut down. Some estimates will be 40% of businesses will never reopen. So you're looking at people who made these decisions. And they have they don't want to be held accountable. They keep They keep saying, Well, let's have the federal government bail you out. Well, here's the deal about the federal government. You know this? Your listeners know this. The federal government is AH, basically send over $3.5 Trillion in Corona virus relief. And they're talking about doing more. But all that money is going to be paid for, not by this generation, but by future generations, and the states and local jurisdictions right now want to be taken off the hook? That's what the big holdup in D. C Right now It's the state's locals say We want to be off the hook. But they're the ones who imposed these walk down. You know, Right now we have news that Nancy Pelosi is playing games when it comes to the latest Corona virus bailout was odd to me is I mean, I don't want to see another bailout ID for the reasons you just said. I don't want to put the future generations you know, further trillions of dollars in hock. And yet we have governors like Do see that air saying, Hey, what we did. Our job is time for Congress to do theirjob. Is it? Is it true justice? You'll drop down a little bit deeper that we have a lot of blue states and unfortunately we have Arizona included in there. They're trying to squeeze more money out of the taxpayers of the country because of the mismanagement of their states. Yeah, I mean, well, yes, that unequivocally, Yes. Yes, And that's where Nancy Pelosi is right now. And that's one of her big uh ah problems. She's trying to do more. And then then you've got the so called moderate group in the AA 50. Members from both parties were saying, Well, let's let's try to find AH, happy medium and you know the happy medium is it's about $1.5 Trillion. That's the happy medium. And might the thing I keep saying that folks is if you open up the economy If you open up the economy because the foundation was strong, you'll see a rebound. And you'll she had come quicker rather than later. I believe we would see a rebound of the president talks about of these shaped curve. You know that it will. Things will start rolling back. I believe that if the states were opening up, that would happen, But then that begs the question. We have Congressman Andy Biggs into center ring of the conservative circuits. That begs the question. You're in Washington, D C U You work what the Democrats seized all your colleagues. Congressman. Is there really a fear of Cove it on Their side of the aisle, or are we really watching games being played? Is it now Kobe been weaponized as a strategy to try to the feet. President Trump in November. Well, I would be. I would be wrong if I didn't pay that. There's some of them that still have massive fear. These are the folks that are wearing masks in their own home and in their own car, and they put gloves on when they're driving their own car. That you've got some of those people in Congress and then you also have people who know that this is a tremendous weaponizing political issue, And so they're out there trying to wet weaponize it by and so that's where we are Today. We know that that's probably by the speaker is because You know she doesn't want to wear a mask anymore than anybody else does. But she's goingto kind of weaponized that thing every chance she gets. Yeah. You know, she doesn't want to wear a mask anymore than we do. She's still go get her hair did at the beauty salon. You know, while the whole thing is close up in San Francisco, and then chastise you later that day with a beautiful quad about how you need to be doing more and how you're killing people for not wearing a mask so that hypocrisy does exist. I just trying to get a gauge here because to me, it seems so odd that we have so many cities still closed up when We've been told to follow the science and the science clearly shows that that things are much better when it comes to the cove at 19 virus, Switching gears quickly, Congressman Andy Biggs. We had the vice president, We have more. The president, the vice president's wife. We have the Trump administration in Arizona. What is going on? Do do we see To be quite Frank is the president behind in the Great State of Arizona. Is that why we're seeing this blitzkrieg? No, I think it's it's close race. I think the president's up a little bit. But, hey, he knows that Arizona is a swing state, and he promised that he would be here a lot and get his people here a lot. And he is all in on that, And he's keeping that promise and And actually, this is what people wanted. They wanted. There's honor to be in play and get all these folks. Coming in here and they're giving that And so it's kind of my thing is a great thing and you're going to be with the vice president today. Yes, And he's actually he's going to be speaking. Is Willie be speaking on veteran issues today. Yes, Today's issues are veterans issues seeing this is all in our wheelhouse. This is all something that I think that we're absolutely all the issues that he promised that he would deal with when he was running for office. He's just going down the list and checking it through. We want to thank you very much. Congressman Andy Biggs for checking into the center ring of the conservative circus today. Yeah. No. All right. We're slightly ahead. Internal numbers were goingto ask. We're going to talk to mark slaughter in the nine o'clock hour. He is working with the 2020 Trump campaign. I just want some. I'm the good parts of news. I saw a couple of polls today. I'm just a little bit rattled just a little bit rattled. Then I'm talking some other friends who are in the know and and they're trying to rattle me. I'm not trying to be rattled because God is on this throne. We do know that Oh, boy, things are going so well right now. And they were going so spectacularly well before the cove it hit That these shaped curve that Congressman Biggs was alluding to is something that could happen if states would just open up. About there, but but they're not. We talked about fear. I got a letter from a doctor yesterday. It was based on my rant. My my observations my commentary on the CDC. I shared that letter on our block page and on social media. Hey, you'll never guess what happened..

Domestic travel incentives could be coming to the US

"Work yeah it should've mixology we introduce the what it's called the American trip back to incentivize domestic travel giving individuals a four thousand dollar tax credit to take a vacation that has to be at least fifty miles away from your home now couples joint filers would get eight thousand dollars plus an extra five hundred Bucks for kids so you know if you're a family of four that's nine thousand dollars to take a vacation XLE is also hoping this would boost the tourism industry that was ravaged by the pandemic and all we have here is on a congressman Andy Biggs noted fiscal conservative on this morning to ask what he thinks about this as well as the apparent likelihood of a second stimulus package president UP was talking about yesterday if you think too much in taxes we were stimulating the economy by either giving a credit or a refund may be willing to use lower taxes overall and allow everybody to enjoy a lower tax rate more money in your pocket that way big says each person can decide how they want to spend that money instead of having a designated by the feds so it's it's the tax credit you for the vacation you wouldn't be getting a check to take a vacation it's one of those where you would get the money kind of like asco right right you get five hundred dollars and you get it back so that's how it

"But I mean you know, who's going to be the dead skunk, a look no further than probably Peter Struck. I mean Peter Struck people when people start throwing people under the bus Peter Struck is going to be the guy that's tossed. I, I can I can almost guarantee you that so, so there's all kinds of problems. And, and the good news is Bill bar is investigating. He's appointed. The US attorney to, to investigate. The also have the inspector general's report should be out in the next six to eight weeks. And you have this guy from Utah, who I, I don't know. But he's supposed to be. Doing and additional independent investigation. And we've been trying to get him to come and let me interview 'em and he won't come in, but we don't know where he is what he's doing. Time for one more question I wanna to ask you about Alabama the Alabama of law abortion, Lauder sane is very restrictive law. Most restrictive abortion law in the country and some folks are saying that it has gone too far. I wanna get your opinion. Do you think that these laws? Plas out of Alabama is too extreme. No, I don't I don't think I don't think it is too extreme. I, I will almost guarantee you, though, this is going to go to the United States Supreme court and it's gonna wind its way in through that process over several years. Congressman Andy Biggs. I wanna thank you very much for your time, and I have to tell you once again, just listened to the tone of your voice. Down a little bit depressed because the Democrats are adjusted stuck on stupid, but we do appreciate the fact that you're still hammering away. Yeah. You know what? It's I don't mean to sound depressed. I'm not depressed. What I am is. I'm just a little bit frustrated because we keep hammering at this wall. That's, that's standing up guarding the swamp here, and sometimes we get through, sometimes we don't buy think we're making a difference. This is a great country aggress country in the history of the world. It's worth fighting for, and we have a great state. The great great state in the in the union by far. And so, I don't mean to sound depressed. I'm not depressed. What I am is a little bit Tucker out after, you know, days worth of fighting right here in the swamp were sitting out there in the rose garden listened to the speech today, too. I live bit warm today. Congressman biggs. Thank you very much. I tell you what my friends, we have to support those representatives that are in Washington DC supporting us. And no one said that this is going to be easy, but the Democrats are showing their their, their true selves, all the time, and they can get depressed again. It just be wilda ring that they refused. Their hatred for President Trump is stronger than their love for the country their hatred for President Trump stronger than their concern for people and families that are coming across the border illegally that are digging their money to coyotes to, to the women and young girls that are being violated in the in the journey up to the southern border. It's an amazing thing to behold and it also is quite just depressing. When you see the length that they're willing to go. But one thing congressman Biggs did say that we need to really glomming onto is for the Democrats. They see this as a war, we talk about civil war in the country, is already broke out in Washington DC, between Republicans and Democrats, as seems to me that a lottery public is, according to the congressman are still asleep at the wheel wheel more comments from the president today on how he wants to overhaul immigration at five twenty and now it's time for us to check in with eastside. "In the center ring of the conservative circus. We have congressman Andy Biggs and congressman. I have to ask you have you ever seen so many unhappy never-trumpers before in your life? Well, yeah, they've been they've been wandering around the house of congress like Rumi gushes for the last couple of months because they they kind of understood that that modal was gonna find nothing to do with Russia and the Trump campaign, no connection no connection whatsoever. Now starting to get the feeling that the the Mueller report is not going to have. I mean, absolutely anything about anything. How is that even possible after two years? Well, I mean, I said the other day this is nothing burger I want you to think about the the things that we know about it. Number one. They never gave us an unredacted copy of this scope letter. So basically Muller investigate anybody and everything he wanted to. That's what we that's what we found out. That's how that's how he got the indictments. She got nothing. Anybody was entitled has anything to do with that election, except for the some some company in Russia that he indicted with twelve people in it. And there's no connection whatsoever with the Trump campaign or frankly any campaign, so so she's one hundred dollars over the field. And he's getting nothing. He's indicting people and process crimes or on old crimes. And he's and then he's trying to turn against President Trump, and guess what he got out of it. But he got bumped out of the whole thing is is huge mean the embarrassment factor. Here has to be huge. They dropped this on a Friday afternoon. I mean the Friday afternoon late Friday afternoon, Washington DC time. What do you think that means? He didn't want to go on the Sunday shows. Oh my goodness. We have congressman Andy Biggs in the center. Ring of the conservative circus on this historic day. When the Mueller report has been submitted to the AG, I want to ask you about something that congressman because two years ago you caught on Robert Mueller to recuse himself from the Russia investigation. You were out I on this you were loud, and you were adamant that he should do this. And it turns out two years later. It's it seems like you were ahead of the game on this. Well, Mr. Mr. Muller, we think about this Mr. Muller's in asking President Trump for a job, right? He's asking him for job. And then what what's been twenty four hours forty eight hours really have a special counsel and Mr. motor. And then the team that he put together you didn't take a genius. You start looking at the people of the team. They put together to see you got Andrew Weissmann. Andrew Weisman is is known as a shark barracuda who's had repeat. Repeated convictions that he orchestrated overturn because of abuse of prosecutorial misconduct. So you start looking at it. And you had somebody on there who represented the Clinton foundation, for Pete's sakes. You start looking shape. Wait a second. I'm not sure we need a special counsel. And if we do it isn't this guy and his team and don't forget this to James. This was triggered when Mr. Komi when Mr. Komi was ticked off that he was gonna be fired. So he started leaking information Clinton quitting classified information to a buddy. So that it would go public and get published and then and then we we get a special counsel. And then then our friend Jeff Sessions. So I'd like personally a good guy, but just immediately recused himself and rod Rosenstein with massive massive conflicts of interest signed off on Pfizer warrants that may have. And I have to say because even though I think you did we we don't have the we're we're still waiting for them to give us the unredacted applications for the Pfizer warrants were the us the Steele dossier, which has been found to be a total fabric to get that to spy on Americans. This. I mean that was all all within the first few weeks, or this thing we we're starting to find that stuff out, and it took it took six months to a year to get some of my colleagues on board. How ridiculous this whole? So amazing to be in. Now in retrospect, I think was even more damaging or damning to the establishment to the never Trumpers is they believe this to a certain degree. They had to believe this because they would have been speaking out against it. Like you did you saw from the very beginning. You didn't believe it a year on record pointing all of these things out. But a lot of the the Republicans who drug their feet on President Trump's agenda. I mean, they're being shown up for Trump's today as well. I want to talk about your colleagues like that. I'm just saying. Well, absolutely. I mean, the the thinking about what we should have. We should have done a completely different agenda. If if our colleagues leaders would believed that Trump was the legitimate president that he had a mandate, she had an agenda. We would have conducted the whole last two years in a different way. We would have done that it would've changed things. But but this Muller's investigation there's been a cloud over Donald Trump. Since since very early on. And don't forget, the Democrats were in disarray. Because the only thing they had underplayed governor Clinton she was saying before before November was over. She was saying, well, this is the Russians and got involved, right? And and and these people the elite media, the democrat elites and even the elites in our party this way. Well, yeah. It must have been the Russians because nobody would elect Donald Trump. But we did like Donald Trump. So it would have changed the dynamics of everything in my opinion. We wouldn't be sitting here in a in a House Republican minority today if not for this smaller investigation because I think we could have persuaded some of our leaders to come along and actually repeal ObamaCare, actually, build a border wall and actually do an even better tax plan than what we have. I mean, there's so many things we promised the American people. We would do the President Trump is effectively had to go it alone with just a handful of supporters in congress. Congressman Biggs, I thank you for. I thank you for bringing up the last point because that's something. That's just not really thought about a lot. I mean, I can sit here and laugh at the never Trumpers today. But the reality is the Mueller investigation was successful in that it did hamstring the the Trump administration. It did hamstring the Republican party because they believed in any dead set us back. I mean, and that's time that we can't get back. And as you rightly. Lee stated we ended up losing the house behind all of this as well. So even though I we scoff at the fact that they didn't come up with anything because we knew that. There was nothing to come up with it did it. This investigation was successful in that. It did do great harm to to the Trump administration. Absolutely, right, James. And and so as as this gets unplugged, and we, you know, every every week for the last two months we've been told that it's gonna come out on this week. And so it's finally out. But last two months, even the Democrats knew that there was not going to be anything there. And don't forget that. They've guaranteed guaranteed that there was collusion. They guaranteed that. There's evidence of it. They guaranteed you know, that there's going to be dynasties. They still want indictment indic- President Trump. So but for the last two months, they've changed their narrative also it was the Russian collusion, which by the way collusion is thrown where they should be saying Russian conspiracy conspiracy. That's the. The real crime. But anyway, they they've changed their narrative James now, or he obstructed Justice. Right. And so so they're gonna put up all these additions. But here's the problem there. First point on obstruction of Justice was that they said he'd had authority to fire James Comey, and yet James Comey's the guy who basically triggered this whole mess with his leaks. You know? It's amazing. Congressman Andy Biggs, it's amazing. If you're paying attention to the media when the news broke that the Mueller investigation was affectively over you saw that the the press was stunned. The press was perplexed. The the press was actually saying things this is kinda shocking as a conservative saying things about the president and his best allegation and the possibility that he may be vindicated that was like about our. So now the press is found their their new talking points in new narrative, they're going to keep investigating. We have to find the truth. We have to find a drove sort of like the truth is out there. What was that old show? The x files the truth is out there. We're just going to keep searching. Well, I'll tell you what I have some folks some a CNN reaction to this news. I may even have a MSNBC react to this news because it's days off today days like today. When you just get to sit back and just laugh at how the left once again, put all of their eggs into the wrong basket how how the left in their zeal to destroy Trump ends up like getting befuddled in dumbfounded. Once again, it's fun to watch. It's fun to continue to to win. And will do that at six twenty. It is thirteen minutes after the hour time for east side west.

"To talk to who is pulling the plug next in the center ring, we have congressman Andy Biggs. Conservative. James? The center Rangel. We have congressman Andy Biggs, he is out in DC in the swamp. That congressman Biggs, you know? There's an old saying that those who don't learn history are doomed to repeat it are the Democrats are dooming themselves by going back to policies from the early twentieth century there bereft of ideas, and so. Do things that they want to go back to FDR right to they want to go back to the court. They want to go back to FDR who had a new deal to remake America into socialist paradise. And and so you get the green new deal. That's where they are. They don't have. They don't have any new ideas. And they've made a habit over the less sixty years or so since they can't win the policy debate. They take their policies in litigated them. That's why the EPA has as much power as it does. And that's why we are curbed on so much of our development as a nation is because of litigation and so would President Trump starts in? He's remaking the federal judiciary to some extent. You see what's happened in the supreme court, and you see what's happening in the federal appellate judges that he's been able to appoint into the less now says, well, wait a second. We can't we can't win elections fair and square. We we we can't win judiciary anymore because he's he's a changing the nature of the court or the direction or tenor of the court. So we're going to pack the supreme court. That's an original. Original an FDR failed at that as well. Congressman Biggs you bring up. A very interesting point. We see the Democrats are reacting during the reactionary mode. Whether we're talking about the supreme court, as you just mentioned, whether we're talking about the electoral college, which they want to do away with whether we're talking about lowering the voting age to sixteen and having open borders, they can bring it. I mean, the Democrats are reacting because quite frankly, tell me if I'm wrong, President Trump is winning on a lot of these issues. Oh, yeah. He's he's winning. And and the thing that the thing that's that is important for people understanding, and I keep telling people you need to understand America is still a center right country. Do you go to the heartland of this country, and they may be registered Democrats, maybe their independence? But you know, what they believe in less government fewer taxes, they believe in self accountability and reliability and so. When you get the Democrats on the hook here their their policies have now moved absolutely radical left because there's no room for them anymore anywhere in the political spectrum. So the radical left they have to go to the courts to get it because they're being rejected at the ballot box. And so that's where that's really where you are. And that's where we're going to be going. So so let's bring in the sixteen year olds in both. That's because they they view that as a as a way to get it to to maintain some kind of electoral supremacy. They they want to change the money structure. They wanna get they claim they wanna get money out of politics. And yet they want to infuse it. Politics with a ton of money, including taxpayer money that in that recent Bill that they just passed. We're talking an absolute inconsistency on the part of the Democrats. And quite frankly, some desperation congressman Andy Biggs yesterday. The supreme court ruled that some undocumented immigrants can be held without bail while authorities determined their deportation status nine no that you and congressman goals are found a friend of the court brief back in June along with other lawmakers urging the court to reject a time limit in use of the law that correct? And what else can you tell us about this? That's right. No. This is part of our problem that we have today. So I know Paul did congressman go, and I signed onto that that because breath because we this is a very important issue. So I was grateful for the ruling that came out of the supreme court. But but what this is doing that's causing problems is is and what we have to face. The fact is. We're being overrun at the border. We don't even have enough detention facilities. So what you're getting is. You're getting people being released into the interior. And so this will actually at least slow that a little bit just a little bit as you know, we're having that problem right here in the valley will the churches are filled up. So now, we have ice literally dropping illegals off on street corners or bus stations. That's right. You know? And and so should James Dean what everyone needs to understand is ice. Does not want to do that. They really don't wanna do that. But they have no authority, no appropriations noca- syllogies. And so basically, I was gonna shut this. I don't know if you saw this shutting this overt supporter patrol 'cause doesn't want to be the ones releasing them on the street. So it's moving over to border patrol now so border patrol will not even be able to get them into detention at the beginning. That's that's how bad the situation is and getting back to our friends on the other side of the aisle. They don't even acknowledge that. There's a problem on the border, basically. Nope. No problem whatsoever. But it's real it's not manufactured. And and we're being overrun, quite frankly, we have congressman Andy Biggs in the center ring of the conservative circus, congressman, I know that you have fought for grants law and other efforts to keep criminal aliens off our streets. But as you just said, the Democrats don't even acknowledge it was going on in every day. It seems like we're having more felons crossing our border. What are your fellow legislators not seeing they view this as a political issue? I mean, look, I talked I talked to some of my colleagues across the get along with them with Democrats. I mean, they get along with me, we we talk and some of in their candidate moments. We'll tell me, and we just we can't let President Trump have a win. They've told me that this is political to them, and they would show I tell them, I think that's responsible. Of course. Because it is responsible. And it's and it's and maybe more, but they don't see it because they don't want to see it. They've created a narratives and it. Here's the thing. With the swamp swamp is like the circle of water that's going down the toilet. That's what it's like. And it has this this world pool effect, right and two thirds of congress lives within about an hour and a half flight of Washington DC. They can't in my opinion can't conceive of the breadth of this nation and the extent of the border, and they they refuse to knowledge. What's coming across the border people that you're telling me the bubble. You're living in a bubble. And they don't want us there. Okay. Okay. How about this congressman because we have the economy is sizzling, even though a sizzling? I mean, that's gotta be resonating out inside the bubble and outside of the bubble. And next week. I'm hearing that you've got a national emergency veto override that's going to be on the house floor are Democrats going to get on board and any aspect of what's happening right now under the Trump economic miracle because they don't they don't see this part of the bubble James t. They don't see it. I mean, you've got you've got AOL she's saying this is not real. They don't acknowledge that people's lives are better. They don't acknowledge that that every demographic every demographic in this country has been helped by the one thing that Republicans have always said would help. And that is a good economy. When when Ronald Reagan said a rising tide lifts all boats. He meant it, and we're seeing that in this economy, but they deny that my friends on the other side of the aisle been this repeatedly, they'd say, oh, no, this is, you know, the rich are getting richer. The there's this massive disparity between the wealthiest and the and the the poorest, and there may be a massive disparity. But you know, what's happening is we're seeing the rebuilding and Reese strengthening of America's middle class. And when you have a strong middle class, then you have an opportunity for more people to get into that middle class and move up above the middle class, and you know. They don't see that either. They don't see it. And that is why I think that they are in danger. As congressman Andy Biggs, so he has a couple of events coming up a very soon, and you need to pay attention for this, especially if you're out there in these valleys because I just misplaced this. But I'll tell you more information about this. I wanted to make sure that I got it in 'cause concerning the vets and our retirement community. So I'll make sure that I get that over to you matter of fact, here it is right here. It's going to be on April thirteenth from ten till two. They're going to be hosting an event in the district called drop zone district to provide services to east valley vets and to seniors. So I wanted to make sure that I got that out there. April thirteenth. I'm sure if you go to Andy Biggs, Twitter or you follow him on on his Facebook page. You'll have that information out there for you as well. I'll tell you what I'll tell you. You what? This whole ice thing this whole border patrol and dropping off the the illegals basically on our streets is out of control. And I'm starting to wonder if the left is starting to feel this. I think. I actually I have a suggestion. Of where I and we're in the border patrol should be doing this illegal dumping is kind of crazy because this is the very thing that the president said that he was going to stop. But it's obvious as congressman Andy Biggs said that he's going to get no assistance whatsoever. From a handful of establishment Republicans and all other democrat party as they they're not even in denial about what's going on. They just don't want to give the president a win. Or we'll we'll talk about the damage of that position that been positioned inflicting.

"Congress wasn't fully on board back in the president with his emergency physician. Get the reason why with congressman Andy Biggs. Turn to kind of survey. James? In the center ring circus, we have congressman Andy Biggs, and I'm telling you things right now are so confusing as we're looking at Washington DC. We're looking at the national emergency congressman last night, the house pass this budget Bill. A you said you were not happy with it. Tell me why you're not happy. What are some of the things that this Bill that that has you and other conservatives upset well, first of all on the spending side of it? It spends more fun even have. There was no response. It's been. Oh, that's huge. But set that aside on the immigration or border security provisions. It has some problems number one. It basically for unaccompanied children gives a sanctuary or a free pass to people who are not just sponsors of these coming children, but potential sponsors. That's not define, but we didn't go far enough potential sponsors and people who live in the same houses potential sponsors. They prevent ice from enforcing any of those laws. Referring them to. To forty four tation or or just hearings on. These guys are gonna get a free pass that will construct trafficking human trafficking to actually have a free pass there. So that's one thing. Second thing is been the number of beds or detention right now, we are averaging just under fifty thousand but the but the reality is this. This Bill basically says you have to average no more than forty thousand debts. Now, if you have to get fifty thousand and perhaps the fiscal year, you gotta get down to forty thousand. That means you have to average thirty thousand for the rest of the year, which means you're gonna be letting loose twenty thousand catch and release mode, and that's just a terrible terrible precedent show. I mean, those are two of the most glaring things that that come to my mind right now. But the third one I will say is on that one point three seven five billion dollars for the forty percents. That is all hamstrung. For instance, there are four pieces of federal land that we cannot build on. It also gets the four local mayors were liberal, and our open borders, folks, it gives them the opportunity to stall the building of that fifty five miles. So those are some things that really got me my dander up. I have to ask you the question. Congressman Biggs, how could the Republicans negotiate these things allow these things to go in this Bill? Well, okay, I'll talk to you about the process the process, you took this committee, and you've got a bunch of people who are so-called appropriate or so they sit on the appropriations committee from the house side only. A person who is a Republican from a border state was from Texas, and she's not really a border high all the other border state people came from California, and they were Democrats, which which is a sanctuary city open borders policy tech people. So that's what you had negotiated the makeup of that concentrated, well, the in they're gonna come out with a really bad Bill and really bad compromise. Which is why we've been out talking about. What's why we actually know what the president told them beware? That's why we I talked last night with people with senior advisors from the administration said beware of this plan. We wrote letters to the president that I know he saw Saint Cleese don't sign up. So. Yeah, it it's terrible to be in the political minority. We have congressman Andy Biggs in the center. Ring of the conservative circus. You know today, of course, you know, President Trump declared an emergency on the border, which is going to bring opened up more funding. From the funding sources that you and I have discussed in previous conversations, but it is to the tune of almost a billion dollars. Is that an end around to the hand tying that went on in this in this latest SR? Yes, it is. It is. And so when we talked when I talked to the president we talked to the White House. They made it clear to me. This is what they're going to do. So here's the way it works there asset forfeiture funds to the tune of seven to eight hundred million dollars. That's the first part of money that is easiest caught of money. They can use. There's absolute statutory authority to that number two. They're gonna use the title Tim section two eighty four trafficking corridor funds, which you and I have talked about before that's gonna free up far more than we thought it would be between those two pots you're looking at nearly three billion dollars. Just those two pots then when then you get to the the section that President Trump used today, which is. Title Tim section twenty eight eight which the emergency funds, and that is going to pick and right up to around eight billion dollars total. So in a sense. Even though we're very disappointed with the with the on the compromise. If you will. The president by declaring an emergency on the border. We are going to see how of course, we have the the liberals are going to throw this thing in court and all that kind of stuff, but I do believe that the constitution. It's on the president's side. So we call this a win for the American people in that this wall will be going up. Yeah. I think so. And I think it is a win. I think ultimately it's going to be one. I just think that the underlying Bill which the horrible spending. And then be the things that I told you about that exacerbate catching, and and really is the Mark with the Democrats trying to end is. I think what you're seeing here, though, is I think there's no question in my mind. The president's going to prevail on all three of these areas. And why is that number number one is congress has delegated authority to the administration in all three areas? That means that he's on sound footing you secure, and and you you can't say that. The sixty emergency declarations that have gone before. We'll be permissible. But this president can't no I always I always get queasy about that kind of executive authority. Congress shouldn't have delegated is. I agree with you. I mean, that's great. But you know, what this is congress stuff, and they keep giving their power over to the executive branch, which is a huge problem. Right. It is. So so so here's the thing with two things on that. The power has been delegated is not just delegate. It's extremely extremely brought. So I think he's going to be okay with that in the courts with that. But the second thing is I think that I might be able to get support now for a piece of legislation to remove that from the executive prospectively, not not retrospective going forward would not let anybody regardless of party not gonna let him do it. Because typically what you would want change is is for if there is an emergency. Congress can get together. Very quickly congressman come in. I know it doesn't seem like that. But if there's an emergency congress can come in do bills I've seen this new bills within twenty four hours emergency situation. So that's the way it should be. Congressman Biggs in the center. Ring of the conservative circus. You know, you'll be talked about how congress has actually delegating his power. When is the last time, congress, actually produced a budget? And is that why congressman Biggs we now have twenty two trillion dollars in in a national debt? I mean, isn't that a national crisis? It is a national crisis. And you're right. It's been over twenty years since congress produced a balanced budget. And and show every year is that the Republicans were there they were going to do a ten year plan. Well, you know, you just never happened just never ever happened. And so it's you've got these massive about of problems. And that's that's where we are changed to use. It's yet twenty two trillion dollars national debt because we have a trillion dollars structural deficit. Almost every year. Congressman Andy Biggs, I'm going to see congressman Biggs tomorrow. At the now county Republican committee Lincoln day luncheon. I think congressman Paul goals is going to be there. As well. As far in a bunch. Bunch of other Republicans here in the great state of Arizona. Make sure you follow me on Facebook. Because I may do some Facebook updates for you. At this event. And plus I think I I shouldn't say I think I know that I am on the Bill. So I will be speaking tomorrow at that event. And congressman is absolutely right. I love how he's on point. Now, we heard in the last hour from people like Michael Steele and Senator Michael Bennett who's talking about a constitutional crisis. And you heard congressman Biggs say, you know, what Ida? Yeah. This is before I was in congress, but congress seated away a lot of their power. There are thorny. They gave it to the executive branch. You have a lot of people out there who believe that. There are three equal branches of government. That is not true. That is not how the founders of this great country. This is not what they designed. The most powerful branch of government is supposed to be congress. The second most powerful supposed to be the executive branch, and the least powerful is supposed to be the supreme court. We have congress that has given power to the to the executive branch will be have congress and executive branch of seated I believe too much at to putting too much power bream court. We're always wondering what court will say. Now, it's garbage. And the supreme court has gotten a lot some some big things wrong. Some whoppers wrong. Another government shutdown looms as funding runs out this week

"Another partial shutdown of the federal government is looming as one quarter of the federal government runs out of money at week's end. Arizona Republican congressman Andy Biggs tells Fox News. He believes the committee needs to look for a compromise and get their job done. I think the president's given a ton by moving from twenty five billion to five and going from concrete to steal slash. I mean, he's really tried to to make this thing work, and I don't think it's going to work with this committee. He's going to need to declare an emergency.

"To conserve. James? Of bringing the conservative circus. We have congressman Andy Biggs on Wednesday. We saw Adam Schiff double down in dumb. A congressman does does that mean that the president hit the state of the union out of the park. Yeah. That's that's one of the things. The president's state of the union address was really wonderful. I mean, his historic and and it's been get this ninety seven percent of Republicans liked it. They they thought it was great the supported enjoyed approved of it. Thirty percent of Democrats. That's pretty amazing. I mean, they you him as the devil incarnate. Thirty percent of them liked it and over eighty percent of the independence sums up. So the Democrats not having a real good week considering north room. And and the whole Virginia thing going on the infanticide going on president did a great job, and you know, shifts. Ships justice. I don't know what his deal is. He's saying things that just really aren't truly. Yeah. You know, I've been noticing that. It's like they they can't deal in the truth. So they're purposefully telling lies falsehoods. And I would think you know, we all know if we had a a fair media that would be exposed. But no, they're continuing down this resistance path. Even though they're having to lie to resist now. Yeah. Oh, yeah. They'll say anything, and and nobody nobody in the media at least on the what I call the left stream media, the nobody ever calls him on. And nobody says well where you can then formation in an atom, by the way, you know, the the Senate intelligence committee just did a report. Oh, by the way, weren't you the guy that was leaving the skiff every hour. And then all of a sudden we're finding information being leaked where you're not violating the well. I mean, what was going on at him. So you got all kinds of stuff that that Mr. shifts needs to probably an. Too much anything else? We have congressman Andy Biggs in the center. Ring of the conservative circus, you were in the air on the legislature with Senator Kirsten cinema. Congressman were you surprised by her reaction to the president's speech as we use the prize everybody else. Yes. And no, I mean, the fact that she would stand up with she's in the democrat section, and she's the only one standing up it surprised me for two reasons. Number one. She was the only one standing up, and no one the Democrats are standing there even on stuff that they should have been applauding. And then, and then I guess I wasn't surprised in the sense that I wanna say, hopefully, she's cognizant of of the people in Arizona, and how what the president was saying, positively impacts the people of Arizona, I could not help. But think that? In an era of polarized, politics, certainly bipartisan, and the fact that she was wearing a bright pink dress as well was she shot up started clapping, everyone was sort of like caught off guard and the people around all sitting down and here she is agreeing with the president. I think that that really resonated with the with Arizona's elites the point where to send you know, what we're going to have to have a fresh start in evaluating cures to sit in the Senate. The reality is she was she was not wearing white like the women in the house and the Senate decided they would do. Well. I mean, she was the only one with Warren wasn't wearing white either. I saw you know, I'm standing right there. She walked right by me. She's wearing blue. So that wasn't so surprised you. But I think Pearson is a is a quite frankly, one of the most savvy politicians of that I know of in the nation. I think that's what we're starting to find out. We have congressman Biggs in the center. Ring. Let me switch gears. Here. What are you hearing about the negotiations? Are we going to get a big beautiful fence or Lisa more barbed wire? I'm telling you what let's let's just earn candidate you and the listeners today that conference committee was set up to fail. So think about this you the only border state people you have you have one person from Texas. They don't they don't get a proportionate share. And and you don't have any from Arizona, but you have any border people are really from California that sanctuary state that open borders progressive state this was designed to fail. And so is it any surprise zoo or anybody else that they're offer their offer is less than what they offered six seven months ago for a border fence. It's it's three hundred million dollars less this problem. I don't think that you're going to see it. I I mean, I keep reading headlines, they're close you. Well, well, who's making that deal? I mean, really. And you've got some of them wanting all kinds of things whether it's amnesty in exchange for the wall. And then, you know, it's just I can't see it happening JC. That's disappointing. But I think we're prepared for they had to bring James. Over the top earlier think I'm just trying to be hopeful. In all these situations. I'm trying to be hopeful that the democrat Senator is actually going to flip and be Republicans. I want you to have hope I have a lot of hope, but I'm also a realist, my friend. And that's what we appreciate. And even listen to the president. I think that he's aware that this is all a sham job as well. Which is which is very disappointing. Congressman because I believe that state of the union was a huge allerg- olive branch. He got a couple of shots in but still the tone. That was set was hey, let's go forward less. Let us pull from our glorious pass and make a bright future. And it's two days. Three days later here. We are with the investigations in the craziness the the left refuses to cooperate. Yeah. No, they're they have no intention of ever a of giving this president of win. So so there will never be reach out their version of a compromise is where they stay exactly where they are at you move about as far from where you were. So you're standing right next to a their of a compromise. And and you have to. Recognize that going at the president did a great job extending his hand and saying, you know, let's work together on this these these are important issues, but we're talking national security, we're talking border security. We're talking infanticide for peaches. We're talking the very notion of socialism is is antithetical to who we are as Americans. And you know, what you don't even get them up for that. They don't even stand the claps with that amazing. It was an amazing thing to see. And I'm hoping that that too will resonate with the American people. We have a congressman Andy Biggs in the center ring of the conservative circus. Did you ever think that a sitting congressmen would be the night the opportunity to testify this refusal to hear from Steve Scalise are your colleagues shocked as the rest of us are? Yeah, I am outraged by that it, and and quite frankly, we have not we've not done enough to to really get after it in my opinion. And I'm and I'm speaking of leadership, I think that. That we thought that pretty hard and judiciary committee, and but I will tell you. It is outrageous. You tell a sitting member of congress who is a victim of the same courtesy. We give most members, you know, three or four minutes to testify. You can't do that. That is outrageous, quite frankly. It is outrageous now also thinks is part and parcel of the tone, the Democrats have set, and I you know, Steve Scalise all that he's experienced if they were sincere, of course, you would let him sit down. Of course, you would hear from him. But gosh, I think we're really starting to understand what the resistance how ugly congressman the resistance is. No, sir. What you need to realize in my in my opinion. What we're talking about? Here is they have a narrative, they have a script, and they're not gonna be budged from that script in the name of equity in the name of bipartisanship in a and it gets back to the thing. I've said on your on your show before is they believed that politics is war. Republicans believe it's a it's a process, and so they they will never give up and never give in on anything. And so Steve Scalise would have said look a registry doesn't do it. It would. I mean this. Bill HR eight which we're gonna Mark up next week. He would've said this Bill does not fixed. The problem. I still would have been a victim of a mass shooting with HR eight congressman quickly. What are your thoughts on Alexandria, Cossio Cortez is a new green deal? I haven't seen such laster from people reading that. You know, it is it is it is quite frankly, it is sophomoric at times. It's almost functionally illiterate, it is reminds me of a your token vision. It's unbelievable, quite frankly. And I tell you what makes me nervous about James is number one is is Tom Perez says she is the new face of the democrat party, right? Then that's great. And then if that's the new face been I want to know who the range of democrat. This thing does not work. Congressman Andy Biggs. He's absolutely correct about this it doesn't work. But as I said, you know, what there's a lot of people out there who wanted to work and they're growing in numbers. And that's why we have to be vigilant Virginia. I happen to think that the governor. And the attorney general are going to get away with their black face exploits for two reasons to reasons, and I'll is. Tell you why the right now because the Democrats want them to they they want that power. They're hell bent on keeping that power. And at the AG. Resigns? He of course, he caught on the governor resigned before he came out with his Michael Jackson stuff, and if the governor resigns and now if the Lieutenant governor who has is facing a sex sexual assault allegations from two women. If they all go that means the next in line is the speaker of the house and Virginia, and he happens to be a Republican. They can't have that. They can't have that. And more and more pictures are coming out. I mean, this is like this were being inundated. I find myself, quoting Spike Lee. I mean wind does stop holy cow. This is all in everyone's passed. So the the Democrats have to hold onto power. But there's also something else they have to hold onto. I'll tell you what that is at five twenty time for us to check out. What's happening on the hour highway, eastside website traffic.

We have to make sure that we have opportunity for all over different segments in terms of demographics, and that's the Hispanic community job creation education levels things like that are going to be critical for our future round says Arizona is a hot spot for bringing in foreign students who are going to be business leaders and also as a strong Hispanic community. That starting businesses, and creating wealth KTAR is on immigration and Arizona politician Republican is urging President Trump to flex his political muscle to build the border wall. Congressman Andy Biggs tells Fox News. The cartels are working together to sneak drugs and human just the border, and it has to be stopped. If you don't want to face it. It is a crisis. You've got your head in the sand. And that's the problem that we have the Democrats control the house. Now, I think we reached the point where the president's going to have to say titled ten gives them some forty I think to take that authority and use it a big says titled ten under the US code will allow the president to use available funds to build the wall and other necessary infrastructure. "And I I can't remember where all their trumpet. But the these are people they they're impacted by illegal immigration because of the drugs and crime criminality that sometimes it's associated with it. Right. I mean, but ninety percent of the drugs come across our southern border. So they're impacted but they aren't they don't understand. What is happening? How that gets to them? Didn't understand that you come on up through the Tucson sector? It's the number one drug and human smuggling corridor on the southern border, and it's just from right to Pinellas county, and they come up just short of I eight and I ten where the judge and they pop on up to Phoenix. And this are distributed throughout the whole country. They don't get that. But but they didn't put any of us from Arizona on that committee. Congressman Andy Biggs in the center ring of the conservative circus, and I have to tell you that was towed congressman Biggs that we have a putting together a panel of experts. I should have known better. This sounds like one of these blue panel ribbon panels where you just put people and they just talking to the blue in the face and then nothing gets done. And then having said that are we can we expect to have another government shutdown. I don't I hope not. I don't think we will. I think what's going to happen. And I am telling you what I'm advocating with the administration. Here is a statute on the books that says we've already delegated disabilities. The president through the statute if there is an active drug trafficking corridor that secretary of defense can use construction money and start building a wall roads, lighting and other infrastructure. I am hoping I am advocating, and they're urging the administration to an act it's called it's titled ten section to eighty four to to use that because I just simply don't think congress is going to do anything. I just you know, an and people are going to get mad at that. I just tried to be honest and straightforward. You have is significant plurality of congress. Most Republicans not even all of us. But most of us want to build a wall on the border. But we don't have enough votes. We didn't have enough votes in the Republican majority. We definitely don't have enough votes in the Republican minority. So once again because of politics are going to have a debt locked congress. But you just said that there is a statute that the president could use a to get the wall built outside of the military or proclaiming the emergency on the border. Is this a one of these statues? Kobe expect to hear from the Democrats by taking this to court. You're you're never gonna see anything Clinton here. Even if congress passed the law, you will see this thing litigated because there are non government organizations. There are churches. There are open. Borders associations. There's the reconquista movement. They do not want to do anything to slow down the stench of drugs and human trafficking in this country. So they will litigated this thing. But I think that that this particular statute. Really puts the administration on strong solid footing to go forward. You have congressman Andy Biggs in the center. Ring of the conservative circus, congressman Biggs Tuesday night. I gave my state of the union address in the place of President Trump Nancy Pelosi postponed, did an end state of the union address. I said that there is no common ground in Washington DC, especially when we started talking about leadership democrat leadership. Is there anything congressman that we'll be done in this new congress under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi? Well in this arena, you're going to be very hard fought. But I think there are things I'm hoping that we can come together on things like veterans issues trying to make sure the veterans are taken care of. I think you're going to see a lot of the issues that don't make it to the front page come through, you know, there's going to be. We can't even get together on transportation and infrastructure, which is something that that American needs to to work on badly. But I'm I'm told that there they were making progress in that area too. But it is slow boy, I can't I can't man..
