"That's the use of paranormal means or intervention to determine guilt or innocence. So really that winds out what A. What a which trial truly is. So in that case, multiple people were there who witnessed switch trial basically, they marched this woman out cemetery dig out her husband's grave, pull them out is the seventeen fifties he's going to be pretty crusty when they do talk out a skull she likes her hand on it. We should pull their hand away. It's supposed come away bloody if she did it, she knows that it that sort of. It will be her husband reaching for from the grave to say, Hey, something's up if he pulls it away clean, she gets away Scot Free There's very well documented evidence that most people were there when this happened. So therefore, it makes it into the WAX Saugus tour. there's a very popular restaurant up in Concord North Carolina along the tour route where nearly all the wait staff of experienced this exact same phenomenon and the. Restaurant was also attacked by something in in eyesight of other people so that like I is my single only determining qualifier is has more has more than one person seen this happen a senior car whatever it may be. Okay so tell us the story about you said, you had some kind of paranormal experience. So did you see a ghost somewhere or at some time in your life? So the sort of paranormal ability I would say that I have well, it's very minimum was unlock when I was around five or six I don't remember the exact age adult member exactly what happened but I do have a very vivid memory happening. during the summers when I was off from school, my grandparents would look after me during the week because, of course, my parents are at work. So my grandmother's front living, room wall is basically what I call a wall of windows. It's a three by three panel took up. Most of all. You could see just about the entire yard, there's a column coming out wall and then a glass storm door slurs a bit. You can't see. But ninety percent of the arteries see just from that wall of Windows. Some laying there and it literally is a dark and stormy summers day when this happened can't help it is what it is. but I remember my interior intuition thing. Tim Look Up. So I do on the very left side of my grandmother's front lawn a glowing figure of white light. It looks exactly like a Human Chatto, but it's made of white light. There's close it doesn't have a face just imagine glowing wildlife. They begin to nonchalantly walk out across my grandmother's lawn. So look us and I'm watching it walk. Out across laws and is it move to the right side where have to roll on on the floor to finish watching it go out across the right side it's gone now that age I realized only crazy people see the sort of thing does say a word about it. I. Come from a family of what I would call nonbelievers. So don't say a word about it. Years later, this was probably twenty twelve. When my grandmother passed away, we were cleaning up the house to turn into a rental property. Now, told the story aunt just like I told you right now. is she stops she goes you know your grandmother saw the exact same thing you did She was just an open doorway to kitchen back behind you I guess you didn't notice her and of course, we couldn't say anything do you you're too young scare you and the rest of us just kind of forgotten about it. Now, the thing that sort of ingrains this idea that it's genetic, all that sort of thing in me is that my grandmother's the only coach. To my recollection ever actively said to me. Tim. I saw those rows younger Yada Yada she's the only definite connection I can make, and we both saw that saint entity that morning walk out across the front lawn. So that was pretty much the unlocking moment for me I've had multiple. Over the past eight years in my parents house and it's quite frankly of my opinion that there is when I say gravy think headstone that's I'm saying unmarked unmarked has been there a very long time. I believe there's someone underneath the house and there's been a couple of sort of aggravating scenario where the spirit has acted up. In fact, my mom who's a vehement non-believer started making jokes. She's GonNa buy Ligi boarding use it. Well. She obviously made the spear angry and when afternoon it through a set of glasses that are from straight from inside the cabinet. Shop them out at her, and she stopped making those jokes after that occurred. So this is under your parents house. You said that you think there's somebody buried under there. That's what I personally believe. Yes. Is there anything to back that up like? Did the people on the House before your parents did your parents living from the time it was new. So to my knowledge historically I, don't know anything that says there should be somebody underneath there. That's what I'm saying it's probably a body from a long long time ago where there would be a record of it. So the interesting thing is, is that the the the House that all of this has occurred in was bill in two, thousand, seven to two, thousand eight took about a year for it to be completed. We live next door in my grandparents house while it was being built. So you know standing in the living room, we could see all this construction going on. The interesting thing is, is that my grandmother during the year houses being built would complain shoot have this nightmare of quote the devil watching for sleep, which she would describe a sleep process wakeup not be able to move all she could do like mover is around to look at the ceiling. All the sudden out of a peripheral vision shadow would step to the edge of the bed lean over her. Stay for however long during this period of course, you can't tell time. Eventually, it would lean back up backwards and should be able to sit up again now that's weird whatever my parents. Hey you know that was her she's on medicine sort of thing if any kids are listening if your parents tell you that they're not telling you the truth, don't listen to it. from from that time on three or four times like this happens we'll in my parents house I've had the exact same experience asleep process to. So the shadow stepped on the preview profile vision looks down at me same sort of story and it was only probably about a year ago that I connected the dots together. When the house is being built a significant amount of land with pushed around. A tractors bulldozers, that sort of thing. So the land was disturbed. So there's somebody beneath the house. There's a significant movement of dirt and land right there. So it'd be enough to make them angry to me a little bit about the tour. What does it entail if somebody wants to go on your tours? What what happens? So it's an hour long it's pretty much truncated. Most ghost tours will be about two hours. That's too much. So our an hour long, but they're very pack fold information about Timothy Twelve stories on each tour. And they're going to be a little bit of anything and everything. So we don't go more than a fifteen mile radius four-storey material and store should really say case because all of it well documented. Paranormal events. Having said that. We'll stop along if there's a particularly haunted spot that we can stop at the rest of it's going to be hey, we're going to tell you about this here. If you wanted to go see it, here's how CNN and and like I was saying we start at. SPA A we go typically a block up and down main street and returns to the same spot. We started from pointing stuff out along the way. So it's about a twenty percent of a history tour where we'll say, hey, we'll passing the original post office issues to be the train station back in the day, and we'll give a ghost story if we have a good credit credible source for it. But it's very quick very to the point. We don't use any ghost hunting equipment nothing like that I described as the Anti Ghost tour.

"Welcome back to talk Lexus Erickson here in Concord North Carolina holding down the Fort, and the PRN studios while Mark Garo and Doug. Rice are in Texas house a feeling out there in Texas. You know it has been unmercifully hot, but I think that's been good for the contiguous forty eight states If you look at any national weather map, they're all red and we now. At least we know that Doug can handle the air conditioning in his car. Yes, so had to. We've that's read it. was tough to manipulate on and I finally had to get ahead to give in and give you get help from our Garo and how to do that, but we're. Were here. This is the second race this week. Almost forget seems like the All star race was a year ago and I'm going to ask both of you. This asked mark this on the other broadcast. We'll do it again. There were three big changes coming in Alexis. We'll start with you on each one of these. The first one being put. Under glow lights on the race cars career part of the race cars at Bristol your thoughts on that yet in love it. I'm sorry I know you and I have exchanged techs about this and you are in favor of the underground lights. The under car lights I feel like it looked a little bit half baked. Only him out the back of the car. I feel like perhaps if they figured out a way to get it to where the entire undercarriage of the car was glowing. You know I could maybe get on board with that a little bit more. With Alexis drop the under glow lighting Kevin Harvick got done the race. He said I was just hoping it fell off at some point, and you had some teams turning them off on the pitstops. Nobody really knew what to do with them. And I thought that was a stretch a little too far I. I was okay with it. Because let's face it this. This sport is desperate to cultivate new fans and putting some lights underneath the cards excites an eight year old enough to. To become a NASCAR, Fan I'm all about that. Yeah, I mean I look for the All star race. Fantastic loved it I'm not sure if it's something we need to adopt in all of our night. Races going forward, see my problem with it was. You didn't have three distinct colors. You had blue for Ford. You had the red for Toyota, and Chevy had this Kinda weird thing I think it would have helped have more distinct color chevy like they were on fire because he. Color, I I would really, if they if they do the lights again, let the teams pick a light that coordinates with their paint scheme. Joola Ghana's car look better with red lining underneath, because it would have played off the radar as car. That's not my thoughts I think we're getting a little bit to artists. Maybe well, I'll tell you. As, the car, my graphic designer husband said the same thing. He said it would be cool if they let us change. The colors based on the paint scheme, so you know. That is a little too artistic. We'll give into Jordan mark. You don't know this, but Lexus is. Husband is also very accomplished. I racer, he entered. We spent a lot of the the lockdown time watching Jordan, race. He won his court series which he runs in all the time, and he even had a few really good finishes in the replacement series. If I racing ever needs a designated caution, flag Siamese. I don't even think. They're with you mark. They're not gonNA. Let me near a gaming console. Lawrence, one of the other changes They moved the number around on the car and let the sponsors put logos markle. Let you go first on the side of the car. I liked it I. think especially. I looked at the discount tire Ford Car Brad Kazlauskiene. It really jumped off the racetrack I. think moving the numbers back a little bit allowing the sponsors a little bit more artistic, you know license to work on that side of the car on the you know the passenger side and driver side of the car. I liked it Alexis. I didn't like it at first when. When I saw it come across twitter and I saw the renderings and things of that nature. I just thought. You know what I just. It just looks weird I don't love it, but then I will say once I saw in Race I. Didn't even really notice it that much as much as I thought that I would so I'm good with it. Yeah Shakespeare says much ado about nothing. Yeah, once I started seeing it. I thought if I'm a sponsor. If I'm one, these companies and I'm dropping millions of dollars. I sure liked to have any extra pop and it wasn't distracting at all I. I know there were some detractors for just felt like. It didn't have much impact either way and the third thing Alexis was the the choose comb I love it. Absolutely love it, I think we continue that it gives a another ounce of drama into the restart and restart have been you know the best of the best as far as the content is concerned in these races as of late restarts or where all the action. Action happens and I. Think this just adds another kind of cool element to it I I'm here for it. CHOOSE COMB! Oh, I think it's a great idea I've watched. You know at Bowman. Gray Stadium Doug. A guy was in eighth place, and all the other drivers Wanda lineup on the outside room. He drove up to the inside of row one and made A. A race out of it, and maybe had a chance to win so again it brings one more piece of strategy into the deal and I think the drivers want it I. Think they'll use it in a way that will add to our site. I think in the order of adoption because they use this to Beta test, a lot of the new ideas, the choose cone. Cone will be in the sport year. I I have.

NASCAR driver Ryan Newman Walks Out of Hospital Holding Daughters' Hands After Wreck
"That's our driver Ryan Newman has probably heard walked out of the hospital this past Wednesday just two days after his horrific crash during the final lap of the Daytona five hundred is racing team tweeted a photo of the forty two year old Newman walking out with two daughters meanwhile the wreck last Monday had all the trappings of a tragedy right a speeding car flying up in the air turned upside down hit by another car in mid air on the driver side of the vehicle and bursting into flames skidding to a stop on its roof yet somehow Newman survived in his number six Ford here's an in depth look at the safety measures in place from Brent Scruton bore reporter at USA today print set this up for those who don't follow NASCAR I mean it's in the in a watch that crash which has been all over the news on mainly you wonder how anybody could survive something like that flips upside down to get it contend that driver side of the car and it's really a miracle that he survived it in a in a way it wasn't because if you look at what happened after Dellinger going hurt the legendary NASCAR driver after he died in the Daytona five hundred in two thousand one the people took a lot of steps with safety they need a lot of advancements and that one of them is we quietly in head and neck restraints in the car another is providing better and more energy ups or being the walls so that you're not crashing into a concrete wall like this happen before knowledge that the number of drivers could have died because of head injuries after collisions with a wall and have there been other engineering things that they've done they they started a research and development center in Concord North Carolina that opened in two thousand three and what they do is they they certified cars being safe enough they do research and safety testing and always looking for ways to make a very dangerous sport a lot safer and one of the other things I learned is that they they they put some energy and absorbing things and on the sides of the car and even moved the driver's seat closer to the center of the car and it you know you take all those things together and you watch it crash that happened on Monday and you can see how all those things could've saved his life speak with prince Croton for sports reporter at USA today about his piece entitled how did driver Ryan Newman survive that NASCAR crash at Daytona happened Monday night I didn't know that they had moved the driver seat a little bit more toward the middle that may have obviously helped Ryan Newman as well I mean to think that hit the wall first red hat on it well I would I would imagine a hundred ninety miles an hour if not yeah right the flies in the air then gets hits on the driver side like you know what what we would think like maybe his the side of his head we're going to buy another car going that speed is just the it's on the same couple are but now as you said this this R. and D. center I guess gets a lot of credit and that's unique it is the the the the first motor sports governing body that had anything like that yeah maybe that's really proactive you think about I mean did this kind of thing is that the so called part of the game the only thing for so long and they realize that one of the quotes I've read in a in other stories that I've read about this is you can have the heroes of your sport dying or something to that effect think about I mean it's a smart business move too it's not totally out of the goodness of their hearts and they want to continue to survive as a sport they can't have people die and every year like Taylor caught it right so they made an investment in in this kind of research and development and and it's it's not coming it's that's not to say that they've they've not been lucky I mean but I mean there may have been there haven't been any deaths in the three top national series in NASCAR since Earnhardt died but there have been plenty of injuries and collisions and sometimes you look at those you wonder how they survive though you know they are Kyle Busch and in twenty fifteen the a brokers like an extraordinary Dale Earnhardt's son Dale junior retired a few years ago because in part he had suffered a number of concussions and was concerned about his future in the towers that goes so I mean it's not killing a sport not without its risks it's obvious to say but you do wonder though even there though they have made such progress at I mean it's the risk is always gonna be that you still think it's a little bit of a crap shoot interview watch that video Ryan Newman crash he eat it what could fall to I mean the AutoCAD things definitely help but you know you're you're flying around in in in the area because of the strike like that there's a little bit of luck with landing in the right place and that

"Forever in Concord North Carolina we should stop by the Lionel store in Concord Mills Mall so welcome to episode ninety one and it's another good one which how can it not be with the guest built his building and that's how we paid for a larger art lot of our race car parts and that's how I got to know him which you know he knew everybody and racing I mean view this does something to you whenever you get down on your knees and somebody goes by you incomes impact you and you wanna run over my feet you know and it's like I'm very competitive and I enjoy competition whether it's football baseball golf pool are changing tires so take two other guy this on your team and help with that I mean I just remember opportunities when I when you know get into can help Elmo or getting the chance to go and be around Tommy and Jim van diver excuse me to go to a place like they'll national fair dance we used to pay a quarter mile and working with sterling Marlin and his data Kuku and Walter Ballard when we didn't have a full pit crew we would we would work together and one guy who was that front would come out come in I in the next guy would come in on the next lap so it was fund moment in in and it gave a lot opportunities and got a chance to meet a lot of people and you know that eventually you know led me to where I got a fulltime uh-huh job in Russia how did you come about the label and this is not for me I this is on the web so it must be true how did you come about the label of one of the s Jackman in the business I had a mentor that demanded that I be better than him and it was really kind of funny I mean a torn knee up when I was in college and elected not to get get it worked on so I was changing tires after I got hired by junior Johnson and this was probably nineteen he was nineteen seventy seven I think that's correct confused sometimes but I had a piece of that cartilage literally here Charlotte one time we were changing tires I was changing tires on our car and this is one of those rare times where we could run a cup car in the Busch Grand National Series and we had Harry gant driver card when I was changing tires on that car at afternoon in the Bush race and I got down I got ready to get up came up like a store we only change two tires but my knee literally locked up the peace it got into the my joint and my knee was locking up so it got a little bit nerve nervous 'cause he couldn't I couldn't change four tires if I had to at that time the top junior junior said hey you know you need to get you get your fix offsite and so I had knee surgery during the off season when I came back in seventy eight we had two new people come on board and because at the current co-chief and seventy seven was herb nab won't during the off season Travis Carter and Tim Brewer came in to became coach Co crew chiefs into work on the eleven car well they were great times changers and my knee was still healing up well as I got better sometimes during the course of race we weren't really running good junior say any jet card so I started jacking the car at different times and I got pretty good and junior saw that and he said you're going to Jack from now and only catch was anybody ever watched junior Johnson Jack he didn't bend over and pick up Jack he swung the around the car he would literally take off running and he would pull with his left hand switch over to his right hand going around the front swing the call the Jack around and under the car now that you say it I can I can picture not only picture it but I think I have seen videos and photos of that now that you say it that way and the first time stink take it was it was he was only doing okay he s how distinct it was it was distinct the became assistant extinct but the funny thing about it was I'm doing this and I go to pick up Jack and he says you can't do that you got to do it the way I do it quicker I said junior look at me look at you I mean I'm not I'm not I mean I was trying to be polite about fact I'm not demand you are okay but the challenge that he told he basically gave me I literally started practice and I got to where I felt like I could do it as good as junior if not better I was I was quicker and I learned how to balance and I learned how to do it and then and it was quicker all up until Nascar bandit I could beat anybody and I mean this literally could beat anybody swinging Jack around a car and anybody who thought they could pick the jack up and run around faster I'd be willing to bet money out they couldn't and proven wrong every time I got good enough to where I could do it and I want Baco over the wall with the other guys and we had a really fast pit crew and we want some pit crew championships with me Jackie and I've got I've got one as a crew chief Jackie out of one one is a pit crew just being a regular member above got two pit crew championships rings cause of it the label is accurate well it worked out you don't have to read on your so I'm not I don't I don't like I I had fun doing and I can't I can't say thank you neft junior for number one forgive me job way back when but put me in a position to in in the long run I glad I got to be Jack Mann because I've always felt like the Jack Ma started a pit stop ends a pitstop so it's up to him to make sure the tires are on correctly I'll lug nuts are all and the GA- cars full of gas all these things you know you're watching everything and so it really made me feel good because I was a crew chief we've and Harold was making these adjustments in helping with you know change the tires but most importantly not sending that car out on the track without having with avenue loose wheels right so a lot of folks will of course no the numbers or the highlights of your career you were involved with all three of Kales Kellyanne champion chips Daryl comes in in eighty one I believe it is too dry for junior by eighty two now you're a crew chief how did that happen how do you go from crew member team member to the main guy the guy calling the shots for Darrell Waltrip again right place right time and is a lot of back story to this but I'll get to the to the main port you ask how do you do that by walking in the office and looking at junior junior we don't have a crew chief and before you hire somebody I'd like to throw my name and a hat I'd like to give it a shot and him being willing to give me a shot now we brought in a couple of other guys to help me all and that was doug richert who'd won a champ ship already in his rookie year with the Dale Earnhardt and also had mike he'll who'd been working with some groups down in South Carolina and did a little bit of work with David Pearson on a on a Chattanooga Choo car and a couple of things like that but those two guys came in and we basically were a track captain situation in nineteen eighty two but junior gave me an opportunity and from that point on you know a wound up I guess you might say working very closely with Darryl even though I didn't like Darrell and eighty eighty one we did we didn't like each other because I was a big Kale Yarborough Fan Kale Jabre walking on water still does today for different reasons because he's he was the toughest race car driver and then I had the privilege of working with and he used to tell timber we're in a whole Travis Carter junior guys just get it close on make up the difference an ESA counter driver Kale was you know the car wouldn't perfect hate figure out how to make it perfect and get it to victory lane and that was important an Daryl's Casey came in and he would he had a totally different philosophy me I don't want to have to try to cover up what the car doesn't have the card carry me and then when if I need to carry the car I'll do it so we were as taken a car that was fast make slow and it make fast again and if we can do that or faster than the car's doing doing he wouldn't wore out he's got to realize at that period we didn't run power steer you know we empower stare was just getting ready to be introduced so it changed changed the game a lot so Daryl didn't get along eighty-one but when I wanted this job I was willing to humble myself and work with him swallow my pride however you WanNa look at it because I realized after eighty-one This guy's pretty short and I really like the way he's going about this it was a different philosophy so you know you learn to I guess you might say get on board you know let's be let's be a part of this train Ford not going backwards I was gonna ask them how long did it take even if you have to humble yourself but how long did it take to establish any kind of relation ship with Daryl I mean obviously we everybody knows you unto championships you want some big races but how long did
