What a week this has been. Isn't this crazy? And next week's going to be crazier. We're Georgia bound. I'm going to be headed to Georgia to cover Trump's likely arraignment on Friday. Questions about the debate, questions about the mugshot, even questions about whether he will spend some time in a holding cell. There are reports out of Fulton County, Georgia that he may. You know, somebody over at Mediaite, one of the left -leaning writers over there, Colby Hall, wrote a piece this week saying, America better get ready for the prospect of Trump going behind bars, of being imprisoned, that it's becoming more and more possible with each passing charge, each increasing news of the indictment. And this guy, and again, it's Mediaite, they lean left. He puts literally pundits, Republican leaders, conservative voices on notice that if there's bloodshed, that's on us. It's on us. Because we'll say it's wrong. We'll say it's an outrage. We'll say people should be furious. We'll say the system is broken. And if some people snap a choice, just like January 6th was our fault. You and I were doing shows saying, excuse me, something's wrong with the election. Oh, that must mean it was us with clubs in our hands beating in the windows of the Capitol. Now, this goes back to Timothy McVeigh and the Oklahoma City bombing. Remember when Clinton blamed talk radio for that? So they love that. When somebody snaps a twig, like you put it, so, well, it's our fault. No matter how many times we condemn violence, no matter how many times we can say, nope, violence is never, never acceptable, they don't care about, they'll ignore that we said that. A little bit like they ignored Trump saying, go peacefully protest. Which you played 47 ,000 times exactly. And you know, it's funny, even as we sit here and absolutely decry and condemn and speak out against violence, did the left speak out against the violence of the BLM riots? I mean, some did. I mean, you could find some liberals going, maybe setting fire to the cities is not good. But by and large, it was not even, it was forgiven and sometimes even uplifted. So I'll take no lectures from the left on speaking out against violence where people snap a twig based on what you've been saying. Nor will I. I will take exception to the narrative that's emerging as we get ready for Wednesday night's debate. And I want to caution you, my dear friend, don't go down the establishment path of minimizing the horrors of what we're witnessing with the persecution of Trump. And I believe that with all of my heart. This is what we're witnessing, Mark, is a horrific thing. I think you agree with it. Of course I do. So stop saying I'm minimizing it. Well, no, but be careful because, well, let me tell you what's the matter with me. Wednesday's debate, there better be a lot of conversation about the indictments.

"Just had John Walters on and said we can do Ukraine and China at bridge Colby on Monday who said we can only do China. I don't care what you think about that. "John, there are a bunch of people driving to work this morning. Listening to you. And I keep trying to tell him it's 1937, maybe 1938. We used technology to leap over the threats of our enemies. Again, the Chinese military is based on the backbone of Soviet era weapons. They have upgraded some of them. They've modified some of them. The judge stopped it early. But it was like such a great fight and you had food poisoning. According to you, that you got food with the night before, you were up till 5 in the morning. So why wouldn't you get this next shot? Yeah, why wouldn't I? I'm the number one ranked fighter in the world. You know, that's what the rankings say, you know, my recipe may speak for itself. I've beaten four UFC champions. I've had pretty much a near flawless record and, you know, Dana White said himself. "Well, first, the first thing I'm going to do differently at him is I'm not going to trust the UFC PI to do my meals again because then I know I'm not going to get poisoned two days before the biggest fight of my life and be puking my guts up 20 times. So that's the first adjustment that I'm going to make. The second one is I'm going to wrestle more because I know who's been scared to wrestle with me. He knows if he gets in scrambles and we have to wrestle and it gets we have to dig deep. He's going to be too tired and he's going to fatigue and it strikes aren't going to be as powerful and he's going to quit. He's a quitter at the end of the day. You just have to take him those deep waters. And last fight I didn't take him to the deep waters because I was sick man. I got food poison two days before the fucking fight. And third, the third adjustment is we're not going to have Mark not so Goddard. Saving his fucking life. That second round, when I kicked him in the liver, he would have been finished. I rocked him a minute before that. And then I kicked him in the liver and his liver was shutting down. He was quitting. He would have, I would have put so many strikes against the case. He would have just gave up. It would have been a TKO there. But no, Mark Goddard saved his life through my life raft and he did it again with the fake eye Pope when he was faking out on the other eye. He's a very selfish individual and, you know, he's just not a disciplined guy, you know, and you're going to find out this weekend that all he was doing was showing up for a paycheck because he's got to pay alimony Adam. "They can't even go out and put their hands on someone without getting a charge or getting kicked off the force. So, you know, I wanted to show my support for them and how appreciative I am for what they do. And keeping us safe and, you know, it's been a great experience. You know, I'm welcome to Miami Beach police department any time now and those guys, they showed me the shoe anytime. And they just gave me their time anytime I want it now. I came a couple days ago on the drop of the dime and they're like, yeah, come Kobe and got to shoot M 5s and assault rifles and all these crazy like you pissed on with like crazy silencers and nice scopes and, you know, it's just been a really cool experience just to, you know, be able to hang with them. Wow. Now you left American Top Team. And you kind of formed your own gym. Is that a couple things? Who are you bringing in? That cost me a lot more money because now you got to pay people to train with. You know, no, it's probably going to save me a good amount of money to be honest, you know? At American Top Team, you know, you have your gym fees that you have to pay and you have to and I always paid my individualized coaches. So, you know, now it's just, it's just individualized coaches. I'm not paying the GMP because I'm my own gym. I'm Kobe Covington incorporated now. So, you know, I brought some of the best coaches around into my jam and I have some great training partners and, you know, I'm getting better every single day, you know? It's not ready to be in deal yet. What my training partners and all my coaches are, but at the right time, before my next fight, you know, that'll get a deal. And, you know, everybody will know that the CC I Colby Covington incorporated for real. And we're here to stay, man. We're just getting started out of my promise you the best is yet to come. "Cheese is a type of sandwich spread that can include. It can include many things but but at its base. You generally wanna use enough to stick everything together but not enough to like make a sandwich kinda soggy or drippy right also. Most people will say that you don't wanna over mix the ingredients. It'll get kind of mushy.
