"Yeah so we cleaned out all the trash. The personal belongings. We did all of the initial demolition. That needs to be done as you know when you're renovating a home. So all of that was done over the course of three or four hours by about one hundred people. I mean if we just had no three or four guys in there that would been a couple of weeks just literally getting stuff out. Doing the demo removing the carpet tile all that crap so At something for people to see to. It's definitely an experience that you can't really replicate what the small group. I think that people really enjoy the sweat equity if that makes sense like going in and being able to participate in work for that helps people not just handing over dollars although that is extraordinarily beneficial but actually putting in the labor with it as well. We definitely like the dollars to when you when you participate in the workday you become a part of it because then you see the house on the other side and you think i was there that day we help. Clean it out and do some of the initial work. It's not just like inside that day. Getting to see like the difference of cleaning the house but once we're done fully renovating in. There's a new homeowner there. You can drive down that street and pointed out and said right man. I've toured the carpet out of that house and now someone's living there and we really made a positive difference. Bullets like we were Our group of people were working for on the day of carrying on clearing in opening up the sidewalks. Gun have become overgrown and i do like drive down that road. It's off glenwood. It's across from the the barbecue bar Southern taverns to renew throat by salvation army service to see the sidewalk it does it makes you feel good then an obviously. I'm a huge person that believes that there needs to be more sidewalks for everybody into beach. That's something that we've been doing for years. Unfortunately there's still a lot of sections the sidewalk that have just become overgrown but we've actually cleared by hand miles of sidewalk in the city. Like probably fifteen or sixteen miles of sidewalk in linear feet. We've cleared by hand so eastgate and everything like that when it comes to like pedestrian lately. It's absolutely a good question. So this past this past couple months we just applied to escape with the city of youngstown and boardman township for a planning grant for glenwood avenue so the purpose of that is fully a pedestrian bike infrastructure looking at sidewalks crosswalks lighting Bus shelters but then also figuring out how we can make more connections off. Glenn went into mill creek park but also connecting people on bikes. You know we have the connector coming down mahoney out downtown but we want to be able to connect people for example even if you go over here down shields on the hike bike you can take that all the way up that east cohasset trail old furnace. But then you need a way to connect back downtown. So that that's something we're hopeful be funded than will put a plan together working with all the relevant partners eventually. then we'll have fundable projects. We can actually do the work infrastructure stuff you probably know. It takes years matching terms of the planning. It's a slow fairly bureaucratic process. But we're it's definitely some we think about nerve working on it right now. I sit on the actor transportation committee y- with a healthy community partnerships and sarah. Lowery you both know is another force to be reckoned with in our area. And i mean it's constantly wheels turning trying to figure out how to deal. Who do we need to touch with when it comes to bureaucracy of everything how to help public transportation as well as just active transportation..
