"What it is ceasefire this must be unrelenting it must be brutal and it needs to be done competently but as swiftly as possible that's what needs to be and I want to read something to you about the American media if the media are going to lie about the Holocaust they will lie about anything and everything essentially it's the Democrat Party British journalist Claude Cockburn once wrote all stories are written backwards they're supposed to begin with the from there but in reality they begin with a journalist's point of view a conception and it is the point of view from which the this is chapter 6 the New York Times betrays millions of freedom of the press and so it was when it came to reporting about the Holocaust and when I say Holocaust I'm talking about also what's going on today in terms of October 7th and thereafter where among other things journalistic groupthink and other professional malpractices suppression and outright self -censorship came together to create a monumental betrayal and millions of European Jews and the American public and in what was the greatest example of American media recklessness and deceit ever perpetrated by and they're at it again 1984 dr. David S Wyman he wasn't Jewish in his book the abandonment of the Jews explain that one reason Americans were not more responsive to the plight of European Jews during that very many probably majority were unaware of Hitler's extermination program until well into 1944 or later the information was not readily available to the public because the mass media treated the systematic murder of millions of Jews as though it were minor news you know December excuse me yet on November 24 1942 unambiguous evidence of the Nazis ongoing extermination of European Jews was made publicly available but was largely ignored by the media quote lack of solid press coverage in the weeks immediately following November 24 muffled the historic news at the outset let me give you an example right now what's going on if I'm not the I'm certainly among the leading outspoken on multiple media forms radio TV digital advocates its news with the state of Israel against those states individuals and who seek to destroy this exposing the New York Times repeatedly and the rest to the media and its conduct in and yet the way government works the way the Democrats workers the by the ministration is working with CNN working with the Washington Post working with political to get its narrative and its narrative is they actually know more about what Israel should do than Israel knows because rebating needs to be removed and by the way in the media Mark Levin needs to be removed so Netanyahu you see is destroying this is what the by the ministration this is what the media want because nobody has been more relentless and pounding and pounding and pounding the media than I and they deserve every inch it will not stop in fact it will intensify by so he goes on in fact newly released that allied powers new first -hand of the mass murder of Jews by December 1942 as first reported on April 18 2017 by The Independent a British newspaper newly accessed material from the United Nations not seen for around 70 years shows that as early as December 1942 the United States the United Kingdom and Soviet governments well aware that 2 at least million Jews have been murdered and they further 5 million were at risk of being despite preparing charges this the Allied powers did very little rescue or provide sanctuary to those in mortal danger sounds like the administration today we got two fleets sitting in the Middle East as I said sitting in the Middle East and this is how Biden shows that he supports Israel well we said two fleets what do they want you late December 1942 British Foreign authorities the German not content with denying to persons of Jewish and all the territories over which their barbers rule extends the most elementary human rights are now carrying into Hitler's effect off repeated intention to exterminate the Jewish people and now we have others who want to exterminate the Jewish people they said it Hamas and our administration is telling the Jewish government in Israel ceasefire says we're destroy going to you no matter what we're never going to stop day in and day out they unleashed this horrific atrocity and now our administration is telling the Israeli step down when the Israelis are the enemy and then they're pushing a two -state solution you you and these you see are the people that Jeremy Barr serves and regurgitates and works with wonder what Andy Bates thinks about that the United States Dr. Wyman asserted quote two or three clear statements from Franklin Roosevelt would have moved this news into public view and kept it there for some time but the president was not so inclined did Washington reporters press him? in retrospect it seems almost unbelievable he said in Roosevelt's press conferences normally held twice a week not one word was spoken about the mass killing of European Jews until almost a year later and the president had nothing to say to reporters on the matter and no correspondent asked him about it this is the press the same press the same press surely the New York Times I wrote with its wide reach resources access foreign to resources of information reputation is the foremost newspaper the country large Jewish leadership and its Jewish ownership would do everything possible to investigate and disclose the horrors of Jewish genocide but the opposite was true Weiman explained that quote the Times Jewish owned but anxious anxious not to be seen as Jewish -oriented was the premier American newspaper of the not Jewish it printed a substantial amount of information on Holocaust related events but almost always buried it in the inner pages and the Washington Post Jeremy Barr media media reporter quote the Jewish shown Washington Post printed a few editorials advocating rescue but only infrequently carried news reports on the European Jewish situation why why see I know the history in the media and I people in the media and they don't get a pass whatever their faith is they and so to try and turn my words from where to work it's not going to work no matter how many White House spokesman are asked no matter how many corrupt Democrat media personalities say what they say the other Washington newspapers provided similarly limited information on the mass murder of European Jews he said most of the other press quote outside New York and Washington press press coverage was even thinner all major newspapers carried some Holocaust related news but it appeared infrequently almost and always in small items located in inside pages American mass circulation magazines all but ignored the Holocaust radio coverage of the Holocaust news was sparse but but the it's ideology of the media today is even worse as I said the enemy has put out videos and put out statements and said what they're going to do and so who gets attacked me Joe Biden is disgrace a what he's doing today and what he's doing now for his own political interests because the Democrat Party pulls together these various constituent groups and some of them have such interests but they vote for the same people it's as an example you have many union workers who work in mines steel mills metal processing plants who work on oil rigs oil pipelines and so forth and they will vote for Joe Biden not in as big of numbers as before but so will the people who trying are to put them out of work the radical phony climate change Ivy League types Ivy Tower types they vote for the same person and so you have in the case of the Democrat Party you have people from APAC who vote with the same people from care because they're Democrat and so Joe Biden is trying to keep together this coalition and so he makes it we support Israel but to state solution do not destroy Hamas and Israel is killing citizens it is so grotesque so grotesque and there are others too as I go through my book here the press nowhere in the declaration for the Jews even obliquely mention another scholar lips that noted a phenomenon of the press simply ignored that that is when they were talking about the slaughter that was taking place in Europe there are three scholars and more but three that I'm aware of that have written the definitive books on the New York Times and the rest of the and three professors I come around non freedom of the press and write an entire chapter on one of the reasons I'm despised now Jeremy Barr is supposed to be the media reporter for the Washington Post one of the newspapers that covered up the Holocaust even though it was owned by a Jewish family this is what I call self hating Jews no it is what it is this is history this is life and death and never has Jeremy Barr cracked open this book book a book I wrote about the press that was a New York Times number one bestseller that I quote from behind this microphone to millions

"Those guys idiots? They are really dumb. What is that? Isn't there a trick question or roosters on the apex of a roof and lays an egg which side does it roll down on? Yeah, I think you say a hen because the answer is hands can't lay eggs. Boy, the farmers aren't listening. Not even accountants are thinking we're stupid. That's everybody thinks we're stupid. Well, that was my bad. I had it backwards. You're doing my game. I'm telling a bad joke. I wonder if they name the cockfighting roosters. If they give them cool, oh, I'm sure. Aggressive names. Because if you're betting on them, presumably, they have to have a name. Because there's got to be one rooster that's like the rooster. The tread dragon taint, the cock of the walk. There you go. Thank you. Yeah, the champion would have to be Mike Tyson. Oh. Nice. Okay. It starts at ends right there. Boom. Okay. Thank you for putting it into that. Wasn't there a movie? Wasn't there a movie called rooster cockburn? Peter cockburn wrote sliding down the banister. You're forgetting. So anyways, this poor dude gets killed by a rooster. He's not a poor dude. It's his fault. If you attach the razor to the chicken, it's your fault if the chicken kills you. And by the sword, I'm about to live by the chicken, die by the chicken. Who didn't this guy die in his kitchen? Yeah. Crawl to the kitchen from the barn, yeah. Now, is that part about him whispering every now and again? Yes, honestly, that's in the story. I thought you made it and I laughed real hard at that. That is awful. What? I thought you were kidding. He kept mumbling. And

"Thank you so much Charlie pellet from the Bloomberg interactive studio in New York This is balance of power on David Weston I'm going to go back here because it's from the Bloomberg interactive brokers studio in New York I knew I made a mistake This is balance of power I'm David Westin The Senate held confirmation hearings yesterday for two of the most prominent Biden nominees for ambassador Former investor Nick burns for Beijing and former Chicago mayor and White House chief of staff rahm Emanuel for Tokyo But even if they are both confirmed the Biden administration will still be far behind where earlier administrations were at this point We welcome now someone who has been through this process Tim rohmer former U.S. ambassador to India and former congressman from Indiana So Emma Roberts thank you so much for joining us Give us your take on what's going on with these ambassadorships Where does the fault lie Well David thanks for having me back Well first of all why this is a nonpartisan issue and something critically important When I served on the 9 11 commission we investigated the attack on our country and we found that there were a number of potential people that had not been confirmed to their jobs that State Department or Defense Department across our national security apparatus that if they had been in place on the attack on September 11th 2001 things could have been different They might have been different That's the same thing here Our ambassadors are working on arms control They're working about the addressing that China's rise about human rights issues And when the Senate does not confirm or put secret holds on these nominees that cuts off our eyes and our ears and our intelligence and our presence overseas We have dozens and dozens of empty ambassadorships because the Senate is preventing their votes on confirmation Are there substantive issues being raised in your experience Or is this something entirely unrelated to the individuals being nominated Well the context of this I was when I was nominated I was in place back in June 5 months ago David already in New Delhi doing my job We're getting close to November and we've got China India France Great Britain all kinds of places with empty deaths and no U.S. ambassador At this point in the Obama administration the president had 59 people confirmed overseas Bush George W. Bush president Bush had 53 Donald Trump had 19 President Biden has one overseas and that is in Mexico So this is this is a very important national security issue and something that both the Biden administration and leader Schumer can press this legislatively a substantively and have votes late into the night on what is called the executive calendar and just push them through And maybe that's what they have to do if these secret holds by certain Republican senators aren't removed Let me turn to another subject that you know an awful lot about As I say you were form investor India you were four cars from Indiana You also were I think it's fair to say an architect of the 9 11 commission We now have an investigation going on to what happened on January 6th when there was the call it riot called an insurrection at the capitol when riders overtook the capitol Now we have today we think a vote in Congress to hold Steve Bannon adviser to former president Trump in contempt of Congress Give us your take on what's going on there because as I understand it mister Bannon is making a blanket assertion of executive privilege without regard to what the questions are Yes Well the context of this David is important The time that our capital was attacked and burnt was by a foreign army the British and the war of 1814 and admiral George cockburn stacked up furniture of the United States capital and littered ablaze and burned our capital Never has our capital been attacked again even in the Civil War until January 6th to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power and disrupt our constitution and process So it is in fact something important to get at and the select committee is trying to get at the facts and determine who is responsible how did this happen was misinformation part of this Who held the rally who funded the rally Who was responsible for capital police officers dying And they've subpoenaed Steve Bannon Steve Bannon has resisted that as you noted in your question most other witnesses are complying and cooperating He's not So this comes down to the constitution Does Congress are they able to check the executive branch There are article one section one in our constitution The Congress has this power to subpoena and get information from another branch of government And I think Congress will vote affirmatively today to put mister ban and contempt And then it is probably referred to the U.S. attorney's office where they can file criminal charges or take it to a grand jury And the Justice Department potentially could act on the facts in the law And by that time you might well have an election a year from November and have a different majority in Congress Is this really a strategy to just drag it out Certainly Steve Bannon's strategy might be to drag it out and take it to the court and slow roll this There are other witnesses that the select committee will have cooperate and we'll get information from them On.

"And i knew the judgement wasn't right so i did appeal and then i won the appeal court. How many years did it take from. Start to finish starting your first lawsuit and then to your victory on your second one. How many years did that take Well two thousand and ten was as we talked about. And then i think the trial was in two thousand seventeen and then the film You know came out and at the end of the first cut of the film. It says i lost which is where things were at when the film came out. But then i went to the appeal court in one so a new cut of the film was released. That says in a groundbreaking decision the appeal court. Overturned the initial ruling in what year was at two thousand eighteen almost like almost like a thirteen fourteen year journey. Because you bought the painting in two thousand and five and then at twenty ten at the art show you pulled it down so then from twenty ten until twenty eighteen proximate. Yep you know eight year journey almost. Yeah and there's there's more perry know the the film was the catalyst for reopened investigation by the police and It's not the end of the story. Tell us more about that. Sure i was on tour. And i got a call from a detective and thunder bay and he told me that he'd heard about the movie and he needed to see it and so i had a copy of the film sent to him and shortly thereafter. They opened a an investigation into the whole fraud. Situation and I have been working with the police whenever they need me to and They can't tell me everything but there has been a lot of progress made. They've they've interviewed a lot of people and You can expect to hear more so what we've learned an i. I've watched a documentary and there are no fakes. And what you learned is that Yeah the fix nor the nora morsel. Fakes the original ones. Don't have the signature on the back you know. They don't have that signature on the back and correct the drawing of the thunderbird on the back. They don't have that on the back. The original ones they. The original no remorse does have the the celebrex right on the front which refer yawn the front in that refers to his name. Copper thunderbird correct so so anything with on the back. Red flags automatically come up. That comes out pretty clear in the in the documentary. Yeah and i think one of the the hopes for this Investigation and all of this is that we will eventually sort of clear some of this muddiness and really bring back nor vows legacy and protect it because he is such an important and great artist. Well that's really what it's all about. You know guys like in a closing line the documentary you just said i just wanted to buy a painting and because novell more so is one of our heroes. He was so gifted and so talented. So spiritual So where does this story. Now stand in terms of investigations and the legacy of nora more so from your perspective. Can you make some comments on that. Sure well where there is the art perspective. But there's also the The social perspective you know when we learn of news as we learned you know in the last few weeks about residential schools And they're what they're finding and when you look at what we looked at in the film where there's there's young men who are leaving their communities just to further their education and they're being preyed upon there's A real connection and it really illuminates that. These problems continue and man and in different ways and so i think as we all try to work towards Truth and reconciliation and that's hard work and it's going to take a long time and commitment that all of these stories are important and they need to be heard as difficult as they are and that is my hope that that continues and that friendships and teamwork that i felt with You know dallas thompson and and other indigenous friends that i made along the way can act as an example and and can continue in other ways. Well kevin you're gifted musician in an artist and songwriter. And i know my partner valerie. And i went up to old crow. Von tech witching territory for new years. And i realized there was a collaboration. Between you in val on a song you guys were writing. And what are your thoughts on the collaboration there before we get to the issue in question on hope can you. Can you share about the song that you're you're you're writing with vowel. She wrote the lyrics. It's a it's called feet like feathers and it's a beautiful poetic lyrics. we have done A little demo of it but it needs a bridge. And i've been waiting for the bridge for about a year okay. Well that's a work in progress listener. That's work in progress. So you guys can continue working on the bridge together. Moving from that. One kevin. I want to. I always ask my guests on the podcast because this is such a tremendous story you know and you're you indeed our hero to dallas as a hero. The documentary carman's a hero for having the strength and the courage to come forward with their truth in their story about this fraud. Ring regarding the fake morrisseau paintings. But you're you're you're a hero for standing up and not giving up to seek the truth because it's the spiritual truth in that way too and now in canada with residential schools in atlanta covert nineteen in all the challenges. We have in canada. What gives you hope what gives me hope while perry Bruce cockburn has a song called lovers in a dangerous time. And there's a lyric in that song. That was my motto through this whole story and it is. You've got to keep kicking the darkness until it bleeds daylight and i think with all the conversations happening and people standing up for each other more and more in our communities. I think that's what we're doing as individuals and together. We're kicking the darkness till it bleeds daylight. We just gotta keep doing it. And that gives me hope. And that's a very powerful message to end our dialogue on. Kevin kevin hearn. Thank you so much for your leadership and your commitment to seek truth and justice regarding the the fake fraud ring of the northern. This is a this is a sister Jean free podcast. Well, we'll edit that out. But well let it and post. Yeah exactly. So you have to attack they're coming off of a c Championship. Then you have this battle of the bags with camera Crews and all off. And Moses right is player a c Player of the Year. Just a complete contrasting Styles Cameron krutwig. He likes him or paced game and half court and Lefty can hit jumpers from the elbow space. Good word game. I like them in jail handoffs and inside Pickle Fish finish won't on the basket First Energy is actually the 94th percentile and in pick-and-roll man scoring and they're very good and they're very good Coach Porter Moser Thursday nights on kenpom. They are number one and adjusted defensive efficiency. And then in Georgia Tech wants to wants to push and have Jose Alvarado kind of pressure and get five steals a game. So it'll it'll be like you said, contrasting stylistic Watcher. I am so excited to see Kim Kerr Lake here in the NBL next year. It's going to be great. Hope you first interview for the year Mike Mike. Divarco interesting Prospect Jose Alvarado, like great player great story really good Defender his improved his overall efficiencies score this year if off. If they would be Illinois and make the sweet sixteen and by the way, the Moses right Kofi cockburn match up in the Alvarado develop matchup like the against I would assume you would like their back pay like I am fascinated by potential Georgia Tech and Illinois matchup. I I like this Georgia Tech Team a lot. I'm very intrigued to see our Tech team play in the tournament. Yeah. I have to devote double figures in his last nine games had twenty and a c championship game. They're they're putting the pieces together obviously early in the year just past and said something like I think a team in the conference you make the the tournament and people look down those crazy and then he goes out and in wins it albeit in a a colored failed Escape tournament also, but they did win. So here we are. Okay, Tennessee, Oregon State Oklahoma state liberty, Oklahoma state is obviously Kayden Cunningham. I don't really think they have too many other interesting prospects. I'm not really a nice likely guy maybe. Yep. Tell me on Kayla bun in two years once he gets up to like two hundred forty pounds. Liberty does not also really have anyone that. I'm interested in. I'm also just not a liberty guy off don't don't need to dive deep into the Quagmire. That is Liberty. Tennessee has kylan Johnson and Jaden Springer if these if Oklahoma State in Tennessee get through both of their games sets up the prospect match up of the first two rounds in the NCAA tournament when we're will get Keon Johnson & Jake's in her against Cade Cunningham. What should be awesome and we can't have nice things but never pans out. I'm really hope I know right? Yeah. It's like there it is. Just when a game it's like no it's not people are even dead yet like USC like oh if they win like a couple and they could play Oregon or Iowa down there. It's like that's so far away. But this is just one game each. I have one kind of topical question in turn off. With Katie Cunningham was it yesterday on the athletic went live today? I talked to Candy yesterday. Yeah, very good. Very in-depth as a number one pick in the draft. Can you trust him when he said his favorite food is spaghetti. Yeah, it's funny..

"Jeff. Welcome to the podcast bad. Yeah thanks thanks. Much for coming on and <hes>. Thanks also for like picking this movie. Like i i am. I totally adored it when i saw in theaters. I like haven't thought about it in a few years so it was like it was so fun to revisit. It like what was the. What was your first time seeing this like. How did how did it <hes>. So i kind of look through a films that you had done before. And then clearly. I kind of disregarded the vibe a little bit because you had a lot of very popular films that were like award award show where the <hes>. And this one i mean. I don't say i'm not gonna say it's not that it's a great film. But it's it's a very contained <unk>. Intel the budget super-low but the vision for it is like so specific. Yeah hopefully and we'll get into like why. I picked it like more in depth but the thing is that i'm i lived in chicago for six years. I don't right now. But i was like kind of medium heavily involved in improv community. There that's awesome. Yeah now. I didn't personally do improv. I did a lot of video work with improvisers. And i have been to like fifty improv shows off and this film captures the like the vibe of that community <hes>. Unlike just the vibe of how the shows are so perfectly. Yeah yeah for sure for sure i am not someone that's like i'm not someone that's like been that involved improv. <hes> is is that <hes>. So were you working with specific comedy troupe. Or like we're like what was it was it was. It was a like a few different people. Like the the person i worked the most with <hes>. Is this guy dan white. Who's like pretty. I mean it's like medium popular on twitter. Yeah he's had some like hit twitter videos where like one where he like is with bill. Murray and then like falls over <hes>. Down weird and then there's another one where he is like. He's like wearing like a freddy kruger. Claw any like open the shower curtain to like scares remain in this four guys in there showering together. It's just like really weird. He's an improv. Team called fudge that i like worked a lot with <hes>. Yeah but it's it's it's a very like at the top end of it. It's like a very tight knit community. Yeah i <hes>. But the thing is that there are it is like in this film where a lot of it's it's a few people like really make it from there so a lot of the people that i worked with their friends with their friends with people that are like on saturday night live. Yeah yeah for sure. Because it's not. I mean i mean saturday night. Live people people think they kinda draft from people think they pull their people from everywhere. It's it's mostly second city in uc. Beat right i mean yeah and i. Oh oh yacht the other big theater in chicago being who does a lot of improper right you only have like two actual like pathways to jobs where you get like semi famous <hes>. A lot of people become television writers. Yeah you know they just do a lot of comedy. But then the only actual performance based job that you can like step up from being someone who who's an improv theater. Is saturday night live. It's the only show where they're pulling people from improv. Yeah yeah that's crazy that's crazy. Yeah are are you are you. Are you big into snl in general or were you kind of. I'm not. I'm so. I'm kinda. I have the attitude like the characters in this film where they're like. It's not really that good but at the same time. It's the only way to make a living doing something similar to improve. Yeah for sure. So you'd have none of them think it's the head good. It's the only step that you have to become famous for sure for sure. Yeah i i remember. When i saw this in the theater i was like came out in two thousand sixteen. Like i don't think i've i don't think i don't think i've missed an snl show since like two thousand eight. Like i i was. I was just very into it in high school. And and now it just feel committed and so they say something in the middle of the movie when they're watching weekend live where they like where they talk about how. It's the only sport of comedy. And i remember hearing that line at the time because it really hit me that i was like i follow it like a sports team to me where it's like. They have like up seasons in down seasons. And sometimes i love it and sometimes i don't. Sometimes they're stronger in the first quarter and then they show lags at the end. But like yeah. If for me. I've just like ended up following it like a sports team. So i ended only occurred to me after i heard that in this movie <hes>. Yeah no it's it's it's just such an interesting community totaling it and this is the only film. It's really about that community. That has kind of like an insider's feel too <hes>. Because i had a lot of times. Were since i was friends with that one group after the show. Just hang out at the theater bar and just like talk for a couple of hours. Yeah and it's just. It's very insular in that. That is their entire life kind of but they also have to have other jobs. Because here's the things you don't make any money doing it.

"That was interesting that the big tent had three in the top seven you talked about this before. I think it's crazy that Michigan State Kentucky. Who's the third team to I read the news. Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead. Go ahead dude. 115 South Michigan State 119, Kentucky 144. There's only three hundred forty teams eligible right now in the net I just 144 they're behind Sanford. I tweeted Sanford is 143 Sanford's a d is Martin Newton the Son of Sam Newton and Martin by the way, he was the one who convinced Calipari to come to well. He was the one that convinced Mitch Barnhart EAD to hire John Calipari from Memphis. How about that? That is that's like I want to know how Colgate roll up to 17 with a 1 and one I think they played a home at home with our birth. Maze in a sweat with them. How does that work? How could they possibly Army? How could they be Seventeen that one in one? You know that's the thing is is against when they have minimal information the Nets and mess the further again. I mean like thing Ohio state has been the king of the net every every every time is come out right every year for Chris holtmann didn't get in their high this year. You know Drake was 20th. They're undefeated. I thought the two that that surprised me there were a lot lower three, Kansas 27, that's ridiculous. Yeah. This is resume still pretty damn impressive it out, but they lost five hundred to Texas. That doesn't help Creighton 30 shocking Minnesota 43. If you look at their resume, they've got a great resume really well and think about you talked about Drake think about how good they'd be aflame Robinson transferred to Minnesota. He's having a great year. I mean, it'd be worse. Who knows I guess you can log. Never know like chemistry, right who who would want to send foot shot-blocking presence in the pain that scores the ball from the post and the perimeter. Why would you want that a drink? He was really really good yesterday. Now again, that's a matchup words. Perfect for for Liam Robbins against Ohio State because Ohio state has these like big like zaggkeys parenting him. Yeah, no doubt. But with that being said, he got thrown into the fire his first two big ten games Kofi cockburn then he ranted back against Luka Garza. Yeah, not that they pretty he played well against Iowa sixteen. So I'm he's a good player. Maybe you think he'd make Drake but I didn't go on a limb and I think he'd make him better. I think he'd like him better couple more numbers in in the net that might surprise some people, Virginia 45, North Carolina 64, so legitimately right now Rob. Like Duke is the one that baffles me because a lot of people have Duke ranked right now. I don't I haven't had them running for three weeks that that's a product of like sometimes these teams which like the blue blood and they start at like four it takes them like four weeks of losing two thought of the top twenty-five, you know. Virginia when when they lost to San Francisco you should have right and that's awful. That's not how this usually works like you lose. You don't even you fall V spot I care about the like to me it should be based on what has happened. Not once I've done last year or the past decade or two like kenpom I get it. He does predictive a lot of his is predictive. That's what it is. So but.
