Legal challenges to election results could be ahead in Arizona

"Arizona has certified the state's midterm election results. After weeks of drama, top Arizona officials, including governor Doug ducey, signed off on the 2022 midterm election results Monday at a signing ceremony in Phoenix. This is a responsibility. I do not take lightly. Several counties delayed their certification, but were unable to prove claims of election fraud, Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat who is now the governor elect, took rural hold out cochise county to court last week securing a judge's order after supervisors there blew past their deadline. "No, I couldn't agree more, Arjun. Let people know, what are your coordinates? And are you going to be following up on this? Are you going to be continuing to investigate this story as it unfolds? Well, thank you very much, Jack. Absolutely. Unfortunately, sort of the certifications of all the counties have done cochise county in Arizona as well was forced by a judge last night to certify the results which they've already done. But then again, there's the whole question as to whether or not the lawsuits that have been filed against counties and for boards of supervisors certifying will be undertaken. Carrie Lake has filed a lawsuit. Abraham Hamad in the attorney general's race is filed a lawsuit. So there's certainly a lot of questions coming out of Arizona. And we will definitely be sort of picking up those stories and bringing the facts to people as they figure out what's going on in the state. And you can catch me on Twitter or June S writings. That's my handle. That's where I post all these other scoops and exclusives that will be bringing to you from the daily caller news foundation as this pans out. Incredible, incredible reporting. Thank you so much for joining us today. Thank you for being on here. Thank you for your work. And I guarantee you that Charlie will be having you back on because the story is not going away. And we, as a country, are not going to let them treat our officials this way while they are taking power and we have questions about what happened in Maricopa County, which never should have happened to anyone anywhere in the country, regardless, regardless of your political beliefs. Arizona county certifies election after judge's order

"A judge's order has pushed a rural county in Arizona to certify its election results after weeks of resistance. The cochise county board of supervisors voted Thursday to certify their election results following the orders of judge Casey mcginley, who told the supervisors to convene within 90 minutes and certify the results by the end of the day, the same board had to abandon plans to hand count every ballot. Supervisors Peggy Judd and Tom Crosby argued they weren't satisfied that the ballot counting machines had been properly certified, while state and federal officials said they were. The ruling comes after lawsuits by Arizona's Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a local voter and a group of retirees. Hobbes warned that she might have had to certify statewide results without the numbers from cochise county, whose 47,000 votes went overwhelmingly to Republicans, supervisor and English, the lone Democrat, urged the judge not to wait, saying she thought Crosby was trying to stage a quote SmackDown between the Secretary of State and election deniers. "Please. Every single one of us he was a poll center right at worker right now is making fun of you. Every single one of us. You are the butt of our jokes. Disaster. I'm not sure they care. Represent evil. Good versus evil. All you got fearing men and women out here need to understand that and get up every day and start donning your body armor before you step on this battlefield. Body armor? I don't know if it's you guys don't know or you are purposely disenfranchising the whole world with this gaslighting this stuff. Okay? The word of the year for Miriam Webster, gaslight. The world disenfranchising the world, Rick, you've spent some time in Arizona politics. You've helped to run elections in Arizona. Where's this going with Carrie Lake? Well, all I can say is welcome to Arizona. Look, I mean, even Bill Gates, chairman of the Maricopa County supervisor, says, look, if you want to sue sue, you know, present your facts in a court of law. And Maricopa County will do whatever you want the court instructs it to do. But he's got facts on his side. So he doesn't have to sort of demagogue it and say all these crazy things. He can just say, sue me. We've already certified the election. So look, I think this is again a lot of smoke, no fire. We've already spent two years hearing from Donald Trump. About his election loss being stolen and not a shred of evidence. Is this going to lead to some audit or something all over again? Or does Arizona have the goods to shut this down? Well, I just remember the audit was a political audit. That came out of the legislature. There doesn't seem to be any real desire by folks in the legislature today to try to do what they did and failed last time. I mean, they audited the elections in 2020. And Joe Biden got a few extra votes. It was like, wow, that's really helpful. So look, at this stage, really the big game is cochise county. They are the only county in Arizona that did not certify its results as required by law and even they are on the record of saying, oh, well, we're just posturing on this thing. So the Secretary of State who happens to be the governor elect is suing cochise county. What I find incredibly ironic is it's all red state. So if the coaches counting for whatever reason gets thrown out, the attorney general who's only behind by 500 votes has no chance of getting elected because there will be thousands and thousands of votes for him and cochise county. So this is a problem that we have where people try to undermine the integrity of perfectly normal elections. And even supervisors admit in co chiefs, oh, we had a normal vote, but we're doing this in solidarity to the people and Copa county who got disenfranchised. So Jeannie, what's next for Kerry Lake then? I mean, are we going to watch this unfold for the next two years or does she become Donald Trump's shoe in for a VP candidate? Well, you know I'm a bit disappointed she's on Twitter and not untruth, but I hope she gets herself. I don't know where to find her, but I just want to follow up and Rick's just, you guys talking about cochise county, the irony and the absurdity of that is if they fail to certify by Arizona law, then we could very well see a Democrat win the House seat in the 6th congressional district because the 14,000 votes that the Republican won would not be counted and Christian ingle may well take that 6 district. So they are protesting. They say they did nothing wrong. It's in solidarity with Maricopa, and yet they may push a Democrat into that house. So it's utterly absurd. And Carrie Lake will continue. But I think kudos to these election workers in Georgia and Arizona who are fighting this fight and doing the right thing. Leadership does matter, Carrie Lake is absolutely wrong. And let's all hope that there aren't some crazy people out there who act violently. It hasn't happened yet, but this kind of incitement is the real danger here. And she and Donald Trump, they have to be very careful what they say. But did you hear the U.S. beat Iran? I spoke to the coach and the players I said, you can do this. They went, they're going to, they did it. They did it. God love them. Anyway, just thought you might want to hear. Yeah, Joe Biden runs back to the podium. As the

I'm a 65 year old man, but there are studies that have been out for years that when the mothers started turning off of the breast milk and went to the soy and he can look this up and so easy, the soy emulates and simulates estrogen and I think every ten years, I work to win these and with higher 60, 70 kids a year. Every ten years, the man got more of him and ten years later more of him and one day, I said, you know, this is the soy. The soy is a simulating estrogen. I think we say bob, you're a lunatic. You're an idiot. Well, they've proven that soy simulates estrogen and the male body and how they deal with that style. But we love you, the true church keep telling it. God bless you. Thank you, bye, bye. I appreciate it. Thank you bye from Greenville. South Carolina. I mean, it's true. I mean, this is what I think we're too far gone now, but I think that our country should, every young man that graduate in order for you to graduate high school, you have to go to boot camp. There should be PE class physical fitness class that you take all the way from kindergarten all the way up to when you're in the 12th grade. And you should have to take a physical fitness test. Every year, you should be challenged on your physical fitness. That's what I think. Now, you can make a scale, right? Some kids parents are dirt, and they don't take care of their kids at all and they're eating cupcakes and brownies every day and they fat. And so you can have a slide scale for some of those kids, but you should give them opportunity to work out and exercise.

It doesn't mean you have an opportunity to disenfranchise you. This is the thing that bothers me. 5 people are dead, 25 more injured, the suspect is in custody. They call it a mass shooting, it's at an LGBTQ club in Colorado Springs. And they can tell you, all these details, even one of the victim's mother has come out and they've interviewed her, they can tell you, they can give you all of these details, but why don't they give you the race of the killer? Probably because he wasn't black. I mean, probably because he wasn't white. This is, hey, if somebody got a picture of this guy, I could be wrong, right? I could be wrong. But I look for it. "A 100 million? I mean, how many people are you trying to bring here, right? Number one. Number two, I've interviewed sheriff Daniels at the cochise county at the border there. He said, over a hundred and I think 25 countries have walked up that southern border. That's horrifying, right? To your point, we need borders. It stops terrorism, right? It stops drugs from coming in, it stops criminals from coming in. It makes you control your country to know what exactly is coming in. The drug thing for me, George is one of the most important things. I had two brothers that have since passed away due to drug use. And that to me, watching that and somebody that has family that goes to that and brothers that went through that. I don't know that people understand these cartels are some of the smartest people in the world, right? They are intelligent people. They know how to get drugs up here. They don't care if they lose a $1 million over here because they just brought in $25 million over there. They're some of the smartest people in the world, they're funneling drugs in this country and we have what is it 300 people dying a day of fentanyl overdoses? It is scary and if we're not serious about that, we are, we are just, again, back to my point before we are a third world country. Well, Mike, I'm very sorry to hear that. And you're absolutely you're absolutely right that this is affecting and it's killing at least 300 Americans daily. This is a real existential crisis that the mainstream media just does not want to talk about. Where I live in California and you see other states around the country that I've been traveling to recently, you see drug usage rampant in certain cities, including in San Francisco, downtown Los Angeles, where people are getting these drugs easily from the border and the cartels like you said are not there to care about the safety of the American public.

All right, let's start with our bellway delays in Virginia coming out of the Springfield interchange, you'll slow on the inner loop up toward two 36, then approaching and passing the dulles toll road. We'd had slowing in Maryland on the inner loop, Ronald Georgetown road headed toward three 55 in Connecticut avenue, outer loop topside, delays 95 to Georgia avenue then into the big curve, merging with everybody coming off the spur. We'd been heavy passing river road riding toward Virginia. Three 95 your delay out of the Springfield interchange stretches toward king street, then you'll slow to cross the 14th street bridge. Such a delay downtown on the freeway as you leave the third street tunnel headed toward the 11th street bridge. "Dispirit Democrats right before the, you know, before the election. But our turnout already is higher at this point in time than in 2018. That's what they're saying. It's better to look at the early numbers, which do favor Democrats. But that being said, Travis says, just vote, just vote. Because the Chris Hayes piece, there's a lot of Senate races, whatever that polling is looking really good for Democrats. I think at this point, you've got to just try to tune it out. But I get that Republicans are deliberately trying to send the message that right. The Democrats are going to lose and don't bother voting. Regardless of what the polls say, almost all of them, almost all Republican or Democrat, it's all within the margin of error. That means whoever turns out the vote is going to win. End of discussion. The one yesterday, of course, just because of who he is, the virtual walker is up one point, even him being even it being close is like holy. Oh my God. Well, and speaking of Georgia, if you've already voted, make sure your vote counted because a lot of ballots are not being counted right now. So double check how you can make sure your vote counts because there's a, I forget what it's a Florida based data company that is tallying up how many votes and what votes are getting counted in what states. And so it says which county and 67% of the votes are being counted, which means 33% are not being counted. So make sure your vote is counted if you've already voted, especially in Georgia, especially in Arizona, especially in Pennsylvania, Ohio, all those places make sure your vote got counted and if it didn't figure out how to cure that. Yeah. Well, that's why we kept saying, you know, vote early and a lot of people are doing that so that they do have time God forbid. So that they can cure. I love our system here. I wish everyone had. We just, you know, we vote by mail, you get a thing from the register right away. I think 50% receives. But you've been on whether it's counted or not, or whether you have some states are moving backwards though. Cochise county in Arizona just went to complete handcuffs. Oh my God. That's how long it took to be. And this is on purpose. Yeah. This is on purpose. Like Rachel did this whole night about, you know, they're just, they want to undermine faith in elections around the world. Oh, this was a good tweet. Dinesh d'souza probably is on his way to Brazil to make a documentary called 2000 capybaras. Yeah. Accurate. He's also being sued. Yeah. But yeah, we were saying, I don't Bolsonaro, of course, has not conceded. It shouldn't matter. This is a disease we've exported now. Is this lunacy, right? I mean, what it was Steve Bannon yesterday. He can not concede. This is obviously fraudulent. I mean, this is just their line, right? New York City. How many candidates have already said, if I win, I will write, but if not, it's not legitimate. You saw the tweet from the New York State young Republicans saying, send in the tanks. Yeah. In Brazil. Yes. Oh, my God. Oh my God. They just can't. That's why I realized Jody white in some ways he's such a evil, but there is a genius in what Donald Trump does, because it's not just his ego. And he can not be a loser. It's that you're a loser, too. If I lost you're a loser, too. You're in the minority. You don't want to be a loser, do you? We're the winners. Not because you know those lib tards, they couldn't possibly have won. Right. And so he plays all of their egos. And it's anyway. Okay. Kind of evil and brilliant at the same time. That's what he did all the way through because remember whenever you'd say like, that's like, if something was against him, he said, they're against America. Yeah. It's you. Against America. This is hurting you. He made everything about it. The next time you steal top secret nuclear secrets and sell them to our enemies. Yeah, they're going to come for you. Can you smell it? Tucker Carlson does the same thing. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, so continuing our public service. Would you like to review the actual facts in the poll policy? Yes. It's horrible as they are. Sure. So right, as I said, he broke through the glass door, 'cause then all the people like how to get in, it was some let him in. Oh, did paulus leather? You know, like there was all this. You see the helicopter shots. You saw the damage. We've seen

"I'm sitting here smirking and not about anything else. It's just lunacy. And so we've interviewed sheriff Daniels at the southern border a couple of times. He's in cochise county, Arizona. And, you know, we had our first interview with him. I don't know this was like last march, then we talked to him again last May and I actually just talked to him again last week. Every time he talks, it gets worse and worse, right? In the beginning, it was like, all right, have you heard from Kamala Harris the borders are? Nope, they won't talk to me. Okay, have you heard from Mallorca's? Have you heard from Biden? Nope, they're not really responsive. Okay, so that's not a good start. Second, how is the border? Is it bad?.

"I. r. k. We're talking about immigration. I wanna get into a couple of things here. I know tucker had an amazing interview last night. It's actually not why. I wanted to talk about this subject. But nevertheless great interview last night that reinforces everything we're talking about. I'm going to go over a couple of different stats here. At least two hundred and seventy thousand migrants have sneaked. I always thought it was snuck but anyways have sneaked into the us and burrowed into communities across the country so far this fiscal year. According to the latest border patrol data the border patrol is missing about one thousand one hundred of them. A day said sheriff mark daniels of cochise county arizona. Hope i said that right. Kuchis coach who got his numbers directly from the agency co cheese county arizona. One thousand one hundred of them. A date said sheriff mark daniels. Who's sitting at number again directly from border patrol. These are people. This is a quote. The should terrify you. These are people that are coming dressed head to toe in camouflage being smuggled by cartels sheriff daniel said this is a public safety and national security risk to this country a thousand one hundred people coming into this country in camouflage clothing debt you think back to the trump administration when he was making a very public push to get groups like ms thirteen out of this country out of our communities and we just have this open border policy all of a sudden they just walking in and we not defending border patrol instead. Were defunding is. Did you guys know that. The number one agency in the united states that battles human trafficking is ice and this is what they wanna get rid of. If this doesn't get you fired up. And again i know that fox plays this stuff and hat tip to them and bill malaysian is doing a great job on the border for boxes great correspondent. He's doing great reporting. But i i'm telling you it becomes like white noise but when you start thinking about this in real terms it gets me so fired up you think about this legal immigration alone legal immigration alone into this country is every year is about the state of montana so we bring in the state of montana every single year every three years. That's the state of arkansas. So we're talk when these numbers become this off. Okay think about it in real terms. Once every year we bring in montana every three years arkansas. That's legal immigration. Now i want to play for you a clip from tucker carlson last night when he talks about this increase in illegal border crossers crossers. This is cut sixty two and he talks about this a fiscal year because from one hundred twenty nine thousand to a million. I just take this in cut sixty two so we check the numbers because we felt obligated to do that during this fiscal year which began in october. More than one million migrants had been apprehended along our border with mexico who just the ones that have been stopped. Him just kept going of course a year earlier. That number was a hundred and twenty. Nine thousand. You can see that's quite an increase. It's quite an increase and what it's doing is it's disenfranchising. Americans go ahead and get this graph up this monthly southwest border apprehensions by the us border patrol. And i saw this section of bloomberg article this morning which has a paywall..

"Game and Fish has filled watering holes with three million gallons of water to try to keep the animals in the wilderness. You're never more than 15 minutes away from today's top stories on Arizona's news station to our news. Arizona's immigration crisis. Should we be shocked, shocked at the number of people who have been found dead along the border in Arizona last month? I mean, I'm not shocked in one way, but I'm terribly shocked in another way, And maybe it's because I'm a little jaded as someone who grew up in and have had the largest part of my media career in Arizona, but People dying from the heat as they try to enter the US through less than official channels. That shouldn't be a shocker for anybody When you consider the heat we experienced last month, and the nonprofit group Humane Borders maps the recovery of bodies in Arizona, using data from the Pima County Medical Examiner's office in Tucson, and I'm going to repeat the number that Jamie just threw out there that I feel like we should be shocked by But we're not necessarily and I'm part of the reason why is because Jimmy I'm trying to remember a year when the Pima County Medical Examiner didn't bring in a refrigerated semi trailer to deal with all the bodies found every something that terrible. It is just awful When you think about it. I mean the body just stack up in the summertime. It's I mean, it's it is mind boggling. But this path past month appears to have been especially brutal, thanks at least in part to the brutal heat that June brought So, yeah. Humane borders, says 43 sets of human remains 43 human beings found dead in the States border region just last month, which of course, was the hottest June on record for Much of the southern deserts of Arizona, forecasters say highs in Phoenix, where temperatures last month Regularly sort above 1. 10 and temperatures tend to be similar to those in Arizona's Sonoran Desert north of Mexico. So we don't know how many people died in the northern deserts of Mexico. We're just looking purely on our side of the border, and we're looking purely at Pima County. Because it's the humane borders is basing their numbers on Pima County. You got you got Yuma County. You've got Cochise County that you've got Santa Cruz County. Those are all along the border. Now. Not all of those deaths appear to have happened in June. Maybe that's even sadder right? Because, um, well, at least 16 were found dead for what appears to have been just a day. I mean, we got to them too late. Another 13 for less than a week when they were found, But I also think about those people whose Who just laid out there for weeks before we found them. 127 sets of remains have been found during the first half of this year, much higher than the 96 bodies recovered during the same period last year. I think the pandemic played a little part in that in a pause in these giant.

Now after talking to the Biden transition team before Biden took office about what's needed at the border, Cochise County Sheriff Mark Daniels told Arizona's Morning news a little earlier today he's disappointed by what he's seen so far in the world pandemic. Everybody knows that no secret we just band over two dozen countries travel ban to come in our country keep our country safe. But we're doing just the opposite on the Southern border. It's like Are we in a pandemic, or are we not? That was his number one goal was to carry and get a handle on Colvin. Well, you left us open down here again. "On day one of his presidency, Joe Biden signed several executive orders related to immigration, one of which halted funding and construction of President Trump's border wall. At least One Arizona law man who lives and works along the border isn't very happy about all that and joins us Now. On Arizona's Morning news, Cochise County Sheriff Mark Daniels jurisdiction covers Southeastern Arizona Sheriff Always good to talk to you. We understand you met with President Biden's transition team about the incoming administration's border policies were happy with what they told you then and have President Biden's people follow through now on what they said that Well, First of all. Good morning, Jim. Good morning, Jamie. And yes, I did. I got the opportunity of like four sheriffs from the National Sheriff's Association. We met with President Biden's transition team. We spoke about what's working on the border of the collective efforts. Collaboration. The Intel sharing The physical. They talked about all of that and then to find out within hours of him taking presidency, he went ahead halted all that success. And it's caused. I'll tie I said this, I'll say it again is its political theater. It's really political theater on the back to Americans, and it's upsetting to me saying to what I do my oath of office, which everybody shares the same that is to protect all Americans. So To do that to halt our progress here on the border. And I talked to my federal partners. They're in the same boat. I am the unknowns back on the table or gonna relive history is where appears we're going, And that's just not good. We're talking to Mark Daniels, the sheriff of Cochise County, which borders Mexico. Just use how much of the wall if it goes through your county. And if you do have part of that border wall, how helpful has it been since it's been built? Well, uh, Jamie the quote We have about 40 to 50 miles of physical barrier. They upgraded that to a 34 war 31 for physical barrier. It's actually very, very good for law enforcement because it's transparent and see through it. It went through all these protocols. I mean, it looks good and it works. That's most important. It works, and it's a symbol of trust past. It's harder to get over. All all the things we want. Slows it down. Can they get over course we've already seen that. But the reality is it slows him down. We were pushing out there. 2030 Miles and That's been halted. Now fact that just sitting there hand that's upsetting really so sure if there's 20 to 30 Miles left to be built. Is that right? Well, there's 2030 Miles. They're moving all the way into New Mexico on then moving into our Jason County, Santa Cruz County. That is just sitting idle right now. Because of the executive order, they will do some stuff within the Existing wall to finish up some things. But when it comes to the growth that was already in progress, the trench scene, the cement work, the steel work that's all been halted. Are there any parts of President Biden's new policies that you do like Israel as it relates to Cochise County? Well, The problem is Executive order halted everything so title 42, which is and this is what another called political theater in the fact that we're in a world pandemic. Everybody knows it. No secret. We just band over two dozen countries travel ban to come in our country keep our country safe. But we're doing just the opposite on the southern border. It's like Are we in a pandemic or are we not? That was his number one? Goal was to Carrie and get a handle on Colvin. Well, you left us open down here again. You left this open and I know Yes, sir. There was to that released just back in the communion. This is happening County next to mine where They retired. They were given a court date in February. Give him some snacks. And I quote that given some snacks and let go, they're heading to Tucson. I mean, here's the problem our job in law enforcement to protect our communities, whether our national level or local level and when you're doing stuff like that, like we've seen in the past And you don't go back to the surge of 2019. We had 141 country surgeon our borders we had 11 are gang members and 20 from 20 different countries. 822 assault on a federal AIDS alone. 3500 recycled Children with their cartels were using the Children as pawns to get adult into the country. I mean, when you look at this kind of crime You know that doesn't stop it our borders. What happens in my on the board on who I live in is in your backyard soon. If we don't do something about it, coach he's county Sheriff Mark Daniels really quickly yesterday, A federal judge, acting on a lawsuit from Texas ordered that one of Biden's actions which would pause deportations was stopped. Would you like to see something similar here in Arizona from our governor or attorney general? When it comes to the border wall order. You bet there 15 sheriff's aiming were we represent our county's when it gets to a state level our governor, our attorney general, and I know there's been talk. I hope they step up and join us in this fight because We all represent the people of Arizona. And so we need to stand united on that. Okay. "Of all ages. Welcome to conservatives Circus with James T. Harris, one of the things Many Americans are concerned with is that we got a border issue. Once again, we got caravans of individuals coming up from Central America, the the slowing down procedure. The process that was in place under the Trump administration is being removed. And our borders about to see a big influx of what? Well what we call illegal individuals. In the center ring of the conservative Circus. We have coaches, County Sheriff Mark Daniels. And last week we were talking about the border with Border Patrol agents about what's happening with the latest executive order by the new administration to halt the border wall Construction and the catch and release. You know that starts up again. What are the implications for you, your county and for the whole state? When we're talking about removing these or these executive orders on by the more influx of people coming in, well, good morning games and This. This is troublesome. I tell you is troublesome for every American in this country, Not just my county, The state of Arizona, but everybody, you know when We played political theater you throw in certain politics and policing and people's quality of life. You have a problem. That's what's going on here, and it's like what can we, um, counter what the President Trump did. So let's quit encounter with this president, and it's upsetting because When you look at why we have a secure border just over a year ago, On the first nine months of 2019 we had 141 country's reach are Southwest border. Another. 1000 plus gang members from 20 different countries breaching our border 16,000 violent criminals, $4000 warrant criminal warrants that returned over to sheriff's offices and local law enforcement. I mean, that's just a sample a taste of why we need to secure border and to tamper with that put politics politics into it. But you're trying to fit in ideology. That's scary is heck, so I'm concerned just on our camera system here in Cochise County, which spans and coaches and beyond. We've almost tripled the number of illegals coming in this country. So yeah, it's on the rise. No doubt about it. You know, we talk about what's happening on the border. But this has a huge impact. A miracle but county of the two Sundays. I mean, we're talking about people coming across there, not just staying on the border there come Enough through the borders to cities, not just in Arizona. Like all over. We're getting back to that redistribution system, aren't we? We are, James. It truly is there. Not here, staying Cochise County there too vulnerable here in the county, especially you got sheriff And you're my federal partners at work so close with us and local law enforcement that doing everything they can to stop this criminal threat. No. They want to get to the urban areas of this country that Chicago's the Portland's and all New York's, where they can blend in and continue their criminal enterprise, and I'm not. I'm talking the majority's people. Um Ah, they always hear about where they're coming for the better way of life. The cartel controls these folks. They're coming across there for me, Servant to the cartels and these communities. It's not the American dream that you and I talk about dream about and have been living since we're born. It's It's a bad deal for this country is a bad deal. And I don't understand what our congressional leaders who take an oath of office to protect. Every American is turn that down, saying it'll be OK. No it wrong. We're repeating history. If we don't start learning from our history and the lessons we're gonna be in trouble in this country. We have Cochise County Sheriff Mark Daniels in the center ring of the conservative Circus. I just want to get specific. I mean, since we've only had not even had a week of the new administration in but you're already seeing the shift since this order was put into place had had the border situation improved under the Trump administration. Well, it had 100%. We had total 42. We had the MPP, which is keeping the migrants into Mexico until their cases are processed. Tower for two restricted essential travel only on the border, the National Sheriff Association. I authored the letter to help support that. Yes, we're in a world pandemic. We can take care of Americans were talking about trains of dollars to be spent just to take care of Americans right now, and we're gonna open up the borders. Talk about, if a critical it's just not even make sense to us on the border and law enforcement Specially, So yeah, I'm concerned. It's only gonna get worse. Politics does play a role on how the carved card tell works and you bet they're going to flood this border. It's coming already. People are coming across the border, sheriff there. Are there any type of is there any contingency in place to deal with the cove? It the covert they may be carrying. Oh, no. Oh, no. Um, those coming across the border, obviously. Again. The cartels doesn't care about America's health. They don't care about our values. Our Constitution. They care about a dollar bill supported by violence and fear, and so, no, they're pushing right on through. So what? They whatever they're wherever disease they may have what we call the or something else comes right into our country just compounds what we're always trying to address in this country and our border communities are one of the worst hit for that reason Truly, for that reason, so Yeah, it's just I'm just looking at the logic and common sense. And and again, I can't say enough is, where's their oath of office to protect all Americans? You can't sit there and say we spend trains of dollars. Um, on Americans didn't say Let's open that up and open that door Now it doesn't make any sense to me. But you're going to restrict Ireland I saw this morning was another country from coming in the country. A travel ban, but you're gonna open the Southern border. Kidding me. It doesn't make sense, James. Sheriff. I want to thank you very much for your time. And you're absolutely right about that. You know, they called President Trump a xenophobe because he closed our borders to China. When the when the China flu broke out. Now you have you have our southern border being open wide open. Nobody's concerned about it. They're not talking about super spreading events right now, though, you have the new administration, setting up travel restrictions against Ireland and I believe that the one other European country And there's no There's no media screaming xenophobe. You don't have people in the street protest ng at airports, stuff like that, like they did with the so called Muslim travel ban. The hypocrisy is just screaming. You heard? Sheriff Daniels say Yeah, under the Trump Administration. Of course, things improved. They were fantastic. Hey, I dealt with the problem. They slow things down. The moment that Biden was, uh, well, actually months out. Wind. The people around the world heard that Biden was going to do win this thing. Had one distinct. They just all here we go. They just started coming. And what has been the official responsible. There hasn't been one In the same way there was no there was a very official responsible cove it all but.
