And I would tell you I have some. I have some strong political feelings. I mean, but I keep them to myself because of the nature of the business. We working, and I had the best compliment I've received from a listener. One time was. I don't know where you stand politically. That means I'm doing my job. At least when it comes to, but I have strong political beliefs on a lot of fronts. But I don't bring them out here. I also have learned working at this job. And Joe, you know, from picking up that phone. I've done the same thing. There were times where I I do it just because, OK, I'm in a good place. I want to hear how people are talking and is amazing. When you just close the mouth and you open the ears and you listen to what people are saying what you learn about people Unbelievable. And sometimes it's a little scary. It isthe. Using Nature and Animals to Manage Anxiety

"Richard. It's great to have you. A lot has been talked about the connection between mental health and nature mental health and animals. And I kind of want to start off in this place. I'm a big fan of social media loved or hated. It's probably here to stay and one of the things that I often see on social. Media's this meam that says the best antidepressant is a walk in nature and I know that you don't feel that nature replaces medical science. But you do feel that a walk in nature has real real support and real help for people who are suffering from depression. Can you talk about that for a moment? And that's new. When I wrote last child in the Woods College in two thousand five. This was ignored the impact of the natural world on human wellbeing on on health on cognitive functioning all of that pitted been in basically ignored and I could find maybe sixty studies because many of them were about the growing disconnect between children and they're for adults to and nature and some of the some of those studies dealt with the benefits and some of those studies with mental health and physical health. That is a drop in the bucket. Compared to how much money is spent researching just about everything else and it struck me that something. So large as the impact of the natural world experience on human health and wellbeing have been ignored. How could that be and as I looked into it? I was working with some neuro scientists. Them they were studying brain architecture development and young children and they were looking at all kinds of things and how that affected brain architecture development everything from parent child attachment to add daycare too dangerous neighborhoods in all of that and those things they were. Aim literally shapes the brain. You Early Childhood and I asked them on. Have you ever thought about how the natural world helped shape the brain young children experiences actual contact with the natural world? And they look at you with a blank face and they said what's nature and I understand that that science has difficult time defining nature. But you know I said to the neuroscientist. This isn't rocket science or and it isn't brain surgery. Come up with a hypothesis and tested hundred. Twenty trees pray or whatever. They still had trouble so I decided that was one of the reasons why this was so under. Studied is the blind spot in science about nature the rest of nature which we are part the second reason. Where does the research money come from? What till can you manufacturer? What thing can you commercialize out of that? Now there are some things I mean parks and outdoor hiking organizations things like that. There are some but for the most part people don't think about cert- certainly funders. Don't think about this as something that they can get something out of by funding. That's changing today. If you go to the chill nature network which you mentioned your introduction. We have a research library here that we built and it is for anybody in the world is free. And there are now probably. It's just tipped over one thousand studies. We have abstracts for him links to the original studies when they're available so it's gone from about sixty two over a thousand in about fourteen years after not existing before. I think that it's interesting. That one of the things you said and this really plays to the pessimist in me is. We don't want to tell people to go for walks because there's no funding for it and you can't make money it you know. We can't prescribe one. Walk a day or hug your dog every day that that's not something that you can fill at the pharmacy and this is kind of cancer. Balanced against the medication is important. Look at the advances that we've made with cancer by coming up with better treatments etc but I would even argue that taking somebody who is suffering from cancer and completely isolating them taking away their friends their support systems their animals and even a window would put them in more of a bad way than they already are. And I think that's what you're saying and you've talked about in your work. How animal assisted therapy is becoming one of the biggest healthcare trends and I don't think that's a bad thing but you also talk about the controversy surrounding it and then you back it up with science. Can you talk about animal? Assisted therapy for a moment. Because I I just find it absolutely fascinating. That people wouldn't respond to this favorably but I also understand that this is our culture. Everything is good and everything is bad seemingly at the same time I think it's more nuance than that. I think that most people understand that their dog helps them. You know most people get get it at this level and in terms of organized animals therapy whether it's dogs or or wine therapy with horses or going outside and connecting with wild animals. No matter what that is people necessarily understand that it's the science is coming now and the science is really interesting though that some of it is controversial but nobody. His watched a kid with disabilities in an equine therapy. A Horse therapy course assisted therapy. Setting cannot be not moved. It's very moving to watch this. One person who works in this field told me that her mother was bringing her child who is autistic to animal assisted therapy sessions which involved horses and he would ride horses with a helmet and somebody would lead the horse and he was. I think about nine years old and he had not talked ever and one day when they didn't go when they were supposed to to the horse. Therapy Her son walked into the living room and said there were horse. First Time she had heard him say a word so there are moving stories like that I talk about a woman another woman who is on the autism spectrum and she tells quite a moving story about not only how her service whose name is Cobo has her but how she has learned to help Cobo using some of the same techniques to Kobo. Us to help her so often. What is occurring is a kind of mutual. Azam is not one way. I don't want it to be seen as just what we get out of our relationship with other animals my promote something in the book called the reciprocity principle which basically holds it for every bit a healing that they give us hamels whether they are domestic or wild animals. Give us we need to give back to them. The same we need to protect them as they protect us.

Unemployment programs can’t handle signups because … COBOL?

"New Jersey's governor recently went on TV asking for volunteers who know Cobo a more than sixty year old computer programming language. That's because the state's unemployment benefits system runs on a decades old mainframe. They can't keep up with the volume of requests for financial. Help and New Jersey isn't alone. Several states not to mention lots of financial institutions are all at the mercy of these very old systems running on a programming language. That isn't even taught in schools anymore. Joseph Steinberg is a cyber security consultant and author of the book cybersecurity for Dummies. Well first of all there are many financial institutions that use mainframes with Cobo for back in processing of transactions and batch processing. I think they probably have things in a lot. Better shape because they have the resources in house. In some cases they've replaced the systems at great expense over recent years in some cases. They're doing it now. And in some cases they've made the decisions to actually people to be able to support these systems going forward but when it comes to government and I would say probably even worse the state governments and then in the federal you have many systems that seem to hang around for a very long time one of the questions that I posed in the last week is simply if God forbid. This pandemic continued for several more months and all Americans had to vote in the presidential election. Remotely do all fifty states actually have computer systems that could accommodate that volume of ballots going out and in to be counted processed secure fashion in in any reasonable timeframe. And I'm afraid of what the answer to that question might be. We simply have a lot of legacy systems involved in various state processes and they are not meant they were never designed to accommodate. You know mass loads that could suddenly happen now And it's a lot harder to skill. These legacy systems newer technology scale much. Better and I'm afraid of what's out there at the state level And I'm sure there's some in federal government but you know after this pandemic is over. It's really going to be time to take a serious look at a lot of these older systems and evaluate whether they really are reliable only because we haven't had to make changes or they're really reliable and I think in many cases will find that it's the former right. I mean it seems like this is sort of an invisible infrastructure problem in America. That in some ways is as expensive and difficult to fix as roads and bridges. It's as expensive and perhaps in some ways more dangerous because you don't notice it until the problem happens right. You have people who desperately need money because there were suddenly ended there placed unemployment claiming they can get processed that can be dangerous. People could be low on food and other supplies can easily obtain them now. Either and I think that's precisely the issue with these older systems often. We assume that they're reliable until it's too late and the problem has hit and at that point you know you've gotTA tactical problem. How do we process these on unemployment claims and a strategic problem? How do we make sure this never happens again in the future? You're saying that even if we were able to bring a lot of programmers out of retirement that these systems simply may not ever be able to handle the load that is being put on them now. It may be possible to scale them up with improved hardware but that's going to be very expensive number one and they don't skill as simply as more modern systems. Do so you know the fact that you're hiring. Programmers out of retirement in people don't live forever. You're not gonNA have an endless supply of programmers who programmed in the seventies in the workforce. And I'm not saying that. These systems aren't reliable. They may be very reliable for what they do. Now but we have to accept the fact that systems may need to be changed and may need to scale up suddenly and we may not be able to do it with the existing technology and human resources and I have been at companies that re platform and it is hard and it's really expensive. And what does that look? Like at a sort of state and national level. What kind of investment in terms of technology and money with that take The thing to keep in mind. There's also political problem with things like this. You know if you're a state elected official and you have to budget a large amount of money for replacing a system no user of that system initially benefits from it so you need to have the political Will which I think after this. We will to invest the money before problems happened understanding that you're investing for the future. We should have our infrastructure. Set up that if there is an emergency in which people are dying. The governor should be focused on people not on technical glitches unemployment system

Prison Guards, Serial Bombers, and National Forest Murders

"This is a prison. Guard story Hello beautiful people. Hello let's get into it okay. My Dad he's really. My stepdad. Raised me my biological dad doesn't deserve the title suck at Dennis. You get to write in and you get to say what you want. That's right so my dad was a guard at a maximum security prison in Arkansas for several years during his twenty S. He has many stories about the job. But my favourite has to be the time he was almost murdered by an inmate. While working in general population he became good friends with a lot of the inmates in Gen pop and really enjoyed his job. However there are always some bad apples in person who wrote this under the Philippine. Ain't no one to stir up trouble on one of these. Inmates Really headed out for my dad. For some reason one day say he was the corrections off. That's why one day said inmate walked up behind my dad with a shaking. His hand made from a toothbrush just as he was about to attack. My Dad another inmate saw what was happening. Pulled out his own. Shame shanks for everyone. But no one's brushing. Their teeth came up behind the bad inmate and stabbed him in the throat. Oh my God calling him. Oh My fucking God. My Dad Remembers hearing scuttle behind him when he turned around. He saw the bad inmates body on the ground. The good inmate looked at my dad and said WHO's about to kill you. She's Christ Ama- journalists and naturally peppered my dad with questions including how the hell dealmaker shank out of a toothbrush. But he didn't know much more to the fact that is back with churn and they never found out what the inmates motive was. He was a murderer. Our Young. Let's about it it's jails jails and the place where you start critical and planning out. Good stuff that you're GONNA do. My Dad stayed employed at the prison for a while after that the good inmate ended up getting released on good behaviour not too long after he saved my dad's like well you know. I wonder if that was part of the decision making process. He saved a fucking a corrections officer and probably chances are took care of some of his own business. Amen Ra I mean you. You wouldn't do that entirely just for a corrections officer would you? Maybe not yeah good behavior including murdering people who were going to murder correction soft. Yeah it's all makes me think of is everyone should listen to ear hustle? Because it's a podcast that is made by people who are in prison day. Tell stories all about this stuff and they can speak to it right there. Probably like yeah. There's lots of critical thinking and in prison because you have to alive day your hustle one hundred percent the good. Needless to say we are all very grateful. My Dad had friends on the inside. Stay sexy always make friends in jail. Question Love Kate. Be The kind of corrections officer that people would want to say. That's true that's a good kind of life philosophy okay. If occur how about if a correction for corrections officer can make friends with prison. Inmates than you could make friends with anyone. Anyone in your dorm right. Stay positive. I'm not going to be the subject line of this because it gives away okay. Am FM crew. Great pod don't ever change. Here's my story on January twenty nine. Th One thousand nine hundred eighty eight Eric. Robert Rudolph bombed an abortion clinic in Birmingham Alabama. Roughly six months later my brother and I- ages seven and nine respectively. Were on a mission to make a hot summer day at least slightly different than all the other ones that came before it. Our childhood home in Birmingham. Suburb backed up two miles of woods where we spent most of our free ranch childhood. I saying on this particular day. We decided to take a left where we normally went right and came upon a makeshift camp ground. Oh my a single folding chair. Dozens of empty span. And even more michelob. Ultra bottles were scattered around the burnt-out firepit. Naturally our first instinct was to touch everything. He stomped on this pam tens through the bottles against trees and use the folding chair to reenact some of our favorite. Wwe move right after we had caused all the mayhem. We could and destroyed any chance of evidence collection. We ran home to tell her mom about our day. I'll never forget the FE. She made or the tone of voice as she related discovery to a nine one. One operator as it turns out. Police suspected Rudolph hit out in the woods around Birmingham for a while after the bombing after the police inspected the place they told my parents. It was probably just a local teenagers. Hang out spot but to this day. My mother swears quote. Only a psychopath would eat that much spans. Thank you Eric Eric. Robert Rudolph was finally arrested in two thousand three in North Carolina. Where he'd been hiding in the woods for years during his reign of terror. He bumped Centennial Park during the Nineteen Ninety six Olympics. Other borsch another abortion clinic and a lesbian bar all in Atlanta. After his arrest he explained he was fighting against abortion. End Quote the homosexual agenda. Fuck you real. He's currently serving life without possibility of parole in a supermax prison rate. Stay sexy and if you can't stay out of the forest at least don't disturb a serial bomber. Hang out. Jim Be as my dad made us clean up the scene after the call. Such a dad move. That is such a dad me ended up. Clean it up. We thought God Jim Amazing. That was real. That's so scary. Guys that is. That's like the that's exactly what the eighties were like. Yes destroy fucking Cobo camp that you found yeah could have belonged to a serial killer. Your Dad made you clean it up. You're the one somehow in your Brown quarter Iraq. That's getting in trouble that's right. This is witness murder trial. Hello Georgia and Karen as a longtime true crime fan and more recent listener of your podcasts. I have to share with you that last week. I had one of the most thrilling experiences of my life when was called as a witness in a murder trial. Oh my God I worked for the. Us force service in Dark Mossy sasquatch infested national forests in the eight years. I've worked for the Forest Service. I've learned that people will go to their public lands to do weird things. Yeah they do. I've encountered a cachet of stolen guns a wild west shootout between a real cowboy and some tweezers a hostage situation mysteriously exploding four wheelers and countless people that. I'm pretty sure did something illegal. I just didn't know quite what I was called. As a witness in a trial involving two young men who were very much under the influence of drugs that decided for whatever reason to steal a mini van belonging to one of their stepparents and take a trip into the national forest in the dead of winter. Two Thousand Nineteen during a week of heavy rain while. I'm not sure exactly the motive when the two men stopped at a campsite in the forest one of the men overcame and murdered the other one then set the minivan ablaze. Oh my God. My role as a witness was fairly minor. I was asked to testify when the campsite was or was not occupied that week in order to establish a timeline however it was absolutely thrilling to stand before a judge. Swear IN HELP. Put the murderer behind bars. He was found guilty. After a mere four hours of deliberation. I had to share this with you because it was just so exciting I do however feel very bad for the family of the victim who most certainly did not deserve to die that night in the forest sincerely. Cs Drugs Drugs. Drugs are a bummer Obama. The forest is Obama. Just like the idea of being a minivan high out of your mind. I have an idea. Let's go to a remote part of the forest and then all snap and lose my mind. Poor awful just not cool

"We'll or home theater key kello scotto take leo how're you doing we should mention that these sony surround sound headphones you're talking about a couple of weeks ago that review is now up on tech high dot com correct and i really love it they aren't they aren't the headphones per se you can use the system with any headphones you want oh so there's just a just a headphone hamper hamper headphone no it's a headphone it's not even a box it's an app you put on your phone what yeah it's noth- nothing it's the cost nothing and there you go but you have to listen to the phone you have to have a headphone you have to have a pair head and also as smartphone right because he has a smartphone yeah yeah you gotta have a source for the the music will be your smartphone well it'll be there are actually three sources so yes you have to pay for the for the swords i have to pay for for title title or cobras q. oh b. u. s. b. jozy as ah cobras or nuggets dot net and you GS and nuggets is specializes in recordings of live concert ooh i i like that which is really cool very because the music itself has to also be encoded in this war has to be encoded in this format called three sixty reality polity audio from sony and what they do is they have to remix it basically they have to mix it in this format and it's a the format is very much like dobie atmos- that that is object oriented so each instrument or sound emitting element in the mix is an object and you can place it anywhere in three d. space so that is one thing to point out is at least unhugged dot net they're taking concert recordings and remixing them they're not getting spatial audio from some sort of interesting recording setup there they might be it's possible i'm looking at like i mean i doubt in two thousand nine bruce springsteen recorded his show correct correct that way but maybe the newer stuff they might be correct yeah i mean new new artists are mixing in this format to begin with wow this is tempting i might i might have to try nuggets dot net because i would love to you know two thousand nine springsteen concert and surround sound like you're standing in the audience that'd be leading more than surround sound how can it be more than surround well because they can place objects over your head up down left right all round yeah exactly and on a live concert they wouldn't typically put the guitar you know above you you know or the drums but they they would put audience ambient sound above you nice and of course if you're in a if you're in a hall with a roof there's your reflections from overhead all right you have to make the the the music the file has to be mixed in this format right and and then you then it's streamed from tidal or cobos or nogues and any headphone that you happen to wear while you're streaming it will will render the file so that it sounds so full and i mean is it really going to have to try it there's a thirty day trial in eggs on any of them all okay idle and cobras also have thirty day probably worth doing because you don't know what is at least you don't i'll have to buy new headphones or buy new hardware now if you if you do buy or have a certain select sony headphones you can go one step farther farther ooh which to tell you the truth i didn't find to be all that advantageous that's the one thing about it that that i wrote about in the in the review but if you have sony headphones and i had the w. h. one thousand x noise canceling wireless headphones sony sent him to me you can use used the sony headphones app which is also free to take pictures of your ears and what it supposedly does is creates a custom profile for your ears because everybody's ears are uniquely shaped it's almost like fingerprints you everybody's ears are different and the way that sound in the in the environment around you diffraction around them is unique based upon the shape of your ears so if you take a picture of your ears it with the sony app and then apply that the algorithm that generates as a result to the incoming incoming stream from title or co buzzer hugs then supposedly you get an even more personalized more realistic

"I other than what I just shared here. That's all I know Cobos going to be hopefully breaking ground in audio book realm and with their partnership with WalMart. This could spell quite a larger market that you can reach. So president tell you this one see we don't tell everybody. We don't sell each other everything here, folks it happens. All right. Kelli get this one merch by Amazon. Now, I hope you're sitting down for this one because there is a real change. I think as of January thirtieth royals is change. It's really not that bad for standard shirt. It's going down a little bit. When I say a little bit. I wanna say under our dollar. But I'm not sure about premiums for everything else. It's increasing everything else is far is. Like hoodies. I think the world he's are increasing three dollars Amazon. That's awesome. You never hear that with Amazon. So. That's the royalty change. Yes. Head somebody just asked us writing life at Cobo dot com, folks. So that was news to me. I think you'd briefly told me about the merge by Amazon thing. And folks, if you're you're an author and yourself publisher, I really highly recommend that you start to break ground in merch. This was something it was a private conversation between myself, and Derek Murphy, who's fairly successful indie author and actually runs a great channel here on YouTube. Derek actually thought he was like that is just genius doing merch. I should have done this a long time ago, folks. It's dead. Simple stuff that you can literally just put together with together couple shirts, and you know, your readers might in the picking that up. So just give it some consideration head over to merge by Amazon and get yourself at account set up making a sound super easy, aren't I I probably shouldn't make it's easy. And that is really just about it for all of the relevant news over the past week. So what questions about self publishing books? And what would you like to learn more of what would you recommend? How to get free audio and e-books from the library

"Talking tech is brought to you by wicks dot com. With wicks, you can use artificial design intelligence to create a stunning website right from your phone in five minutes or less. Just go to wicks dot com. That's w. i. x. dot com. And create your professional website today. E books are one of the great joys of being digital. There's so many to choose from, but they can be expensive. Our friend Mark Saltzman who is a USA today columnist end the host of the syndicated radio show and podcast tech it out is with us, but Mark's gonna tell us about how to get e books for free or no little to no cost. Yeah. Sharon are free whether it's e books or audio books, and there's one of two ways to do it. One is to use overdrive which is an app or built into many e-readers like Kobo whereby you just type in your library card inside of the overdrive area of the Kobo e book reader or the app, and you can rent books for free you. It's a borrow books. I should say from your local library just as you would do in person, but you don't have to drive to the library and nor do you have to return it on time or face any overdue charges. But the process is the same. You reserve a book and then digitally you can read it on your Facebook reader. Or on a nap on a tablet or a smartphone or a laptop, and then when it is it, would it does expire. It just stops working unless you renew it. That's one way is to use overdrive Jefferson from the same company. Overdrive is a standalone app called Libby l. i. double b. y. and that's their way to borrow books for free from your local library or audio books. And this would need you just download the free app to your favorite IOS or Android device or windows. You log in again with your library card, and then you allow the app or your device rather to find your local libraries and you just punch in your library card once and then you can borrow books and audiobooks for free, and that also works with kindles. If you do have supported kindle, you can click a button inside Libyan. Have that book pushed that e book pushed to the supported kindle either way you're talking about borrowing books for free so you don't have to pay for them. They do include New York Times bestsellers, and other newer titles, not just the classics. And then when they do expire, you don't have to go. Anywhere pay any overdue fees, it's it's great. What what is the average length of typically sent? Seven? Fourteen days depending on the library depending on the book and often you can renew it before it expires. In other cases, somebody else has requested it. So it's as if it was a physical copy because the library pays for certain number of them, you would probably, you know, for the tech savvy listeners are probably scratching their head thinking, it's just zeros and ones. Why can't you just make an unlimited? Well, that's how they prevent piracy. There is some DRM digital rights management embedded here so that you can't just duplicate these books in freely shared them with the internet or audio book. So they it is a reservation system, but you just don't have to physically go to the library anymore. How is the selection? Because there's there's tons of of of e books, audio books that you can get on Amazon. Now, from authors, you never heard of or stuff this in the public domain. How current is the selection? Yeah, it's decent if there is a, as I mentioned a lot of the. Bestseller lists that you would read in USA today or the New York Times, many of those same books are available and to a lesser extent. Many of those same audio books are available for all the the current bestsellers. If you're willing to read something from year or two ago or a decade ago, but still big names like James, Patterson, Stephen King, or what have you, then you're still gonna find a decent selection. So it's look. It's not like you're walking into a Barnes and noble or a orders or or shopping on Amazon, where you have a huge, huge selection. If you're willing to trade a bit of selection for the convenience of being able to borrow a book without having to physically go to a library, you will not be disappointed. All right. So go to overdrive download the app and then key in your local library. Put in your card in your good. That's basically it either overdrive or the Libby app. And if you do have one of the Cobos that support overdrive built in, then you don't need the app at all. If you wanna read it on your Kobo reader for kindle, it also works with Libby. Already. Mark Saltzman is a USA day columnist. "One degrees is where, we're at right, now and yeah it's a little bit humid. And sticky out there. As well but for right now the rain in the great city of Detroit has come to a. Temporary halt meanwhile as advertised we are happy to have with us Mr. Claude Molinari Cobo center general. Manager getting his thoughts on the North American International auto show moving to June plot. How are you this morning having the best day of the history my life state well sir that's a step in the right direction I'll tell you that We discussed it. A, lot, yesterday I'm sure Claude you have been. Discussing it as well You know it is, got a tremendous upside we forever. Have in my life anyway making it to your facility Maybe ten degrees above. Zero maybe, ten below zero with some snow. To deal with June is going to. Be a completely different picture Yeah it's, a total game changer and you know I, can't say enough about the GED leadership the Detroit auto show whether it's destroyed auto dealers leadership. Brought Albert always ahead of the curve and he saw where autonomy was really going to years ago when he created the, autumn ability and now we're taking the next step and and I'm, really excited about the future of the savannah, where we're going now have, there been any preliminary discussions along the way Claude is to and we were discussing with various guest yesterday How the June auto show may use the the, riverfront other areas of of beauty here in the great city of, Detroit has there been any conversation about that Oh tremendous amount. Of conversation really since about January ten This year we've been talking about, all different scenarios for the, auto show and on again rod Albert's and Doug north who's the chairman for the twenty. Twenty June events have been putting all kinds of ideas I think couple square right out in front of couple center on Jefferson avenue is beautiful space that's going to. Be ground zero for all kinds of activity in. Action we think that's going to be, an outstanding spot but needless to say inside Cobo center which of course has gone through some amazing renovation, of, late that's. Going to continue to be the hub oh no doubt. It's, going to be a huge part of the event again that's the epicenter of everything auto, show and, everything is kind of spread out through their you know we've got an incredible facility, that's been super modernized for today's needs of the clients and we're very excited. About the, possibilities of what the show's going to do you know we. Have, heard various, manufacturers, dropping out of various auto shows recently they're Claude I would, imagine that the North American International auto show moving to June might be just. Enough to, bring some back I don't know but it would be nice. To, see anyway I love that the auto show is playing office they're not, playing defense trying to reserve a preserve. A show that's, losing relevance they're moving forward to an, amazing future and again the auto shows and making preparations for this almost three years but the autonomous vehicles, and autumn, ability and and again they're taking an active proactive approach to let's see what we can do to bring the show back to the. Level that it was previously and and again I can't express how optimistic I am about where this is going specially. With a great, leadership has exhibited by retry daughter James association Well it'd be interesting to see you mentioned autonomous vehicles there Claude, if you, know it's going to be outdoors will there be an area for somebody to put on somewhat of a demonstration because let's, face facts You know there's there's a lot, of Americans that are a little apprehensive right now about getting into a car? With no driver but Example that the possibilities. Are endless, we'll certainly and again we've we've done things, in the past without water street being a cordoned off for some autonomous demonstrations you know this is more, in infancy two years ago but. I see, that becoming a focal point moving forward Hart plaza to riverfront..
