"How you're doing through two weeks each big trade that you've made. How many leagues you're in. Hit me up. Let's talk fantasy football beyond this. I would love to hear from the listeners. And get to know you guys a little bit better. Thank you for tuning in as always. Let's jump right into bengals week. Hopefully the pittsburgh steelers can rebound from a rough outing against the raiders. Defense hopefully gets a little healthier. Hopefully we still have a deontay johnson available to us for this week. Three matchup but i do like the fact that it's at home. I like the fact that it's coming off a tough loss. I think mike tomlin will have his guys ready to go so looking forward to week. Three matchup on cbs. One o'clock this sunday. Let's break it down from a fantasy perspective who we should be looking at in this game. Let's start with the running backs we're going to jump right into najji harris. He is a good start again this week again. We talked about last week. You're not really going to be benching. Najji harris unless he has a series of games in a row where he is underperforming underwhelming or he gets injured. So keep him in your lineup as a solid running back to with rb one upside for this week his volumes is going to be there. I think he's going to continue to grow in the passing game like we talked about since he has a middle of the pack run defense. I think their fifteenth against ranked against running backs. But i think nargis passing game prowess will help him to be a solid start this week on the other side of the ball joe mixon. Who's had a pretty decent start. His week to performance was not that that great but for his performance last year with injury and everything his ability to play all three downs and his performance to start the season has been pretty decent but i would fade him this week. Flex at most against stingy steelers defense against the run. Even without some starters this last week the running rush defense was still top. Not so. I don't necessarily like joe mixon scoring points in this week but if you have to play him put him in your flex spot and hopefully you've got some players ahead of him on your running back depth chart that are in good matchups this week. Moving onto the wide receivers start deontay johnson. If he's healthy but keep an eye on it because if he goes into the game with a questionable tag and ends up. Playing the likelihood of re injury is definitely there so if it's looking close it might be a good idea if you have the depth. Do it to give him a week off and hope that his injury continues to heal and maybe give him a run in week. Four against the green bay packers but for this week. If he's if he clears the injury report and looks like he's a healthy good to go player. He is a starter against a cincinnati defense. That gives up big plays against the pass. He could be a wide receiver one this week but i think you're more relying on him to be a wide receiver to so definitely play him in that position. Flex judah smith schuster and chase claiborne. This game One of them will continue to put up solid points. Opposite johnny johnson. I believe potentially both them as well and if dj is a no go this week then you can Definitely jump juju smith schuster an chase capable up to wide receiver to status against a softer bengals secondary. Good good play from the pittsburgh steelers. Wideout should be expected four fantasy football this weekend on the bengals side of the ball. I'm starting higgins and jomar chase as flex or wide receiver twos. But i would. I guess temper expectations for them. Especially if guys like joe haden can come back even devon bush guys that role in the middle of the field. Those the bengals wide receivers could Get the the bills treatment a little bit and not really put up great numbers against this steelers defense. If the defense comes back and is healthy for week three. But keep an eye on that and higgins and chase are definitely good starts. They've got good report with joe burrow. You're hoping for targets and a catch volume here. Because i don't know if the big plays going to be there against a steeler secondary. That's hopefully going to be healthy this week. So keep an eye on that tyler boy. Though is a sneaky flex play out of the slot. I might even put him above a guy like jomar chase who i think the steelers would look to shutdown tyler boyd. A sneaky flex play because of slot of the position he plays i think his ability to get open against linebackers will be a huge boost and with the pass rush getting in quick against a not very good offensive line. I think job will be getting rid of the ball quickly. And many times the closest target to him will be tyler boyd so a potentially good flex play even against a tough defense moving onto the tight ends for both sides of the ball. Faded them all. Don't play anybody all right. We need to see what pat fryer muse can do. If he is is for sure taking over that a pass catching number one tight end role from eric. Hebron in this offense. I want to see it one more week before i give him a nod and even more so i want to see him get more targets than he even got this last week so check that out but keep an eye. Sorry keep an eye on pat farm youth but cj from cincinnati doesn't need to be in your lineup. And eric brown for sure does not need to be in your lineup. Quarterbacks it's the same thing we're fading them all we're not gonna play. Ben ross burger unless you have an injury to starting quarterback or you're in two quarterback leagues..

Pittsburgh Steelers' Chase Claypool Suffers 'Minor Ankle Sprain' in Practice

"Lot of steelers. Nation was collectively holding their breath at the end of practice today when one wide receiver chased klay pool went down and did not go off the field under his own power. He had to be helped to the locker room. By ben roethlisberger and eric hebron luckily reports and already out that. It's not a high ankle sprain. She stay low ankle sprain. he's going to be out. I feel we're not gonna see him this this week. I don't even know there. Were gonna play him or not. The next week all depends but bottom line is he should not be missing significant time. That's going to affect the regular season. We might know a little bit more tomorrow from coach tomlin but i doubt he really says anything because that's just what he does but the it. It's not anything that looks like it's going to require extensive time

"Now to god. The i know that you are extremely enthusiastic about Terrence marshall going to the panthers. Twenty seven th pick of the second round just a few picks after escorts from lsu tears marshall to the panthers. What are your thoughts on this cal. I'll pick it a fantastic lang spot. you know. I think i was super high on marshall. Probably highest of just about anybody in the industry All all college season. And all you know predrag and my my enthusiasm is not where one bit. I love the landing spot where some people might be turned off on it You know I know that he is not maybe going to be immediately. Be the number. One with robby anderson and with dj more there. But i think he's going to have a clear role from day one because if you look at his body type and how profiles ios not just a big bodied receiver he also is a a burner to i mean he is true burner and You know high jump. High catch radius any any provides the wide receivers did not do as your which was give a teddy bridgewater. Now is going to be darnold. But they didn't have anybody to score in the red zone. You know everything. They they scored was from like you know deeper out or the the running backs the mike davis or you know. But they really didn't have anybody in the red zone that they could produce. So i think marshall steps in right away and could be. I bet he has a real legitimate chance at leading all rookies in in receiving touchdowns ex year. So you know it's somebody that i like. As far as a talent. I think he can easier to age. Well in that offense because He is going back with his former college coach. Now the head coach of the of the panthers. So i think that this guy drafted him whereas he might have fallen a little bit in. Nfl draft because there was a little bit uncertainty right before the draft about some of his medical history. I don't think coach takes them at high if he has any type about about the about his foot injury so i think that this is going to be the guy that's going to be all help you. Now you're gonna have some flashes. He's going to be probably inconsistent. Probably a lot like a like. I kind of value him a lot. Like the where i had claypool asher whereas i kind of knew that there was going to be a lot of competition for targets but i knew that there was gonna be a lot of upset especially if somebody gets hurt And i just think that there's gonna be a lotta touchdown and he's a big guy when people start really understanding how much of a freak athlete is. Don't be surprised if this guy is being compared as maybe even number one wide receiver in this class next year. That's that's how upside. i see you know. I do think chases a better prospect but you know they were on the same team and You know even on the team with jefferson and chase He marshall was extremely valuable piece of their natural shape team. I mean he. I think he had like fourteen touchdowns or something you know. And he had costa twenty yard per catch average on the team. I mean he he really is a tremendous player and then when those two guys left last year you know he played over about a. I don't know about six or seven seven games. you opted out. And he averaged one hundred and fifteen dollars. You're talking about more leading devante smith. It was really. I believe tears marshall who bleeding the country in yards per game you know before he opted out and he also was averaging close to two touchdowns a game you know and this same competition is all those. Stc guy so. I just liked body. I can't i hate to sound like a broken record. But i really do like big receivers. It's not the smaller wide. Receivers can't thrive in that bayer wide receivers don't bust. I just think that when you historically look at all the body types of players that are generally over six foot in there like over two hundred pounds to twenty six. I'd say two to twenty is about the average. You know we get the top hand wide receiver fantasy for fancy standpoint every year. That's probably about the average. So i like my guys. That profile big catch raises. So i just feel like they're more consistent with a when when you get that's capable of being a possession receiver getting first downs and touchdowns. I i like their consistency versus having a field stretcher. We might put up forty points in a game lake. You kyle i am. I am feeling good about carrots. Marshall and about what he's gonna do in his nfl career. The only hold back that. I have with taras marshall and again this could be viewed as a positive based on what i'm going to say in a second is so terrorist marshall hops into offense with dj more lobbying said in christian. Mccaffrey already there. So you're already looking at the possibility of being the fourth target there in carolina which i deal and add that to the fact that sam darnold who i think everyone considers at this point to be in the bottom. Half of the starting quarterbacks is throwing the ball to terrence. Marshall this is this is clearly not ideal so short term. There are some concerns. I do think like you that he's going to be great in the red zone. Short term era. You're gotta be thinking while sam. Donna already has connected to robinson clearly. The carolina organization views. Dj moore's or number receiver cj. Metcalf a christian mccaffrey a year a year ago. He broke the record for the most receptions for running back in a single season ever. She has to view him almost as a receiver. At this point with the matt of receptions which is insane that he's getting one hundred receptions i think it was a year or two ago so that that's not ideal but dynasty football dicey football so not necessarily great redraft person. In my opinion but dynasty football is about the long game and the long game. I see in the long game i see turns marshall absolutely thriving because we don't know a five we anderson's gonna be in carolina long-term. We don't know what the scenario is going to be with. Sam darnold or with christian mccaffrey. Dj more but we know the is one of the best receivers in this class in. He is talented enough will were at some point career. He will get an opportunity probably sooner rather than later if not this year to really showcase what he can do and he has the talent to be a number one receiver. I love his size. I loved as a big bodied receiver. That's a great fan a red zone. There are a lot of good things about terrence marshall and so what i was saying earlier is the fact that not going to be good in the short term is almost a positive here for you as a dynasty are because now we're seeing him fall to the third fourth fifth round pick of the second round which is lower than it should be gone if anything. This guy should be going at the back half of the first half so now because the term concern that comes with marshall. Now you're gonna be able to go up there and gets terrorist marshall and you're not gonna have to reach from either he's probably just gonna fall right in your laps and you're gonna walk is one of the biggest winners in your dynasty graphs. Because here's a guy that has a potential to be a top five receiver in this

"Is thereby do like the fact that kyle amaury stole from the ball but now we are going to hop into a guy that went fifteen picks earlier in nfl draft. A guy that. I absolutely love allied larger more. He felt a second pick of the second round. And i am adjust fan. So i hope i'm not too biased here by do absolutely love elijah more because you look at the offense there. The new york has in place and the did geico davis and they do have them. Zal dumbbell mims there too and jamison crowder and you may think while there's a lot of receivers here but fact of the matter is the jets spent high draft capital. Two goping get larger more. If they're picking him with the thirty fourth pick of the nfl draft when they have all these other holes on the roster. We're talking edge quarterback you can make the case that they probably should have picked a player that was an edge or cornerback but they went ahead and they pick the larger more probably because they had a first round great on him and viewed him as one of the top receivers in this class. And if they didn't think that he could he could become a number one number two receiver. The offense and zack wilson. They probably wouldn't have bothered. They're in picking eligible more. So i think that you have all these. Ribisi were twos vibrancy. Threes in newark. Don't have a true alpha by receiver one in york and you saw gems on men's last year yes. He had injuries throughout the season. So we didn't really see enough from him but clearly the jets haven't don't believe him enough to be born receiver because they drafted elijah more. And when you're looking at college football last season devante. Smith had a great season but a lot of people are not talking about elijah more enough and i believe elijah moore had the second most receiving yards in college football last season in a shortened season. So this is a guy you can make the case for is a very very good receiver and it was. It was definitely disappointing for him. To see 'em fall out of the first round. But i absolutely love this landing spot with zach wilson in leiden. More both being rookies. I think the chemistry is going to develop an plus alleged. moore's blazing fast receiver. He can like a four three forty and this is the guy. That's an impressive rat runner to me to really has a little bit of it all. He may not be the biggest receiver the biggest taller receiver. But i think that he s potential to be a slot receiver a coup number for the jets in years to come so i am all about allied more this year and going forward i think there may even be better than rashad. Bateman and may be the third or fourth fest receiver in this class. Well i just wanna stay for the viewers. You know anybody. That's been listening to us. Knows that you're not just being a homer on him because you were higher than just about everybody in. The industry like the entire draft process before the draft. So i know it's not just because he landed at the jets because i would call you crazy. It was just for that reason. But you know i think you make interesting cases you know it you also knowing you. You're not a very high. You weren't high on the corey davis signing. I don't think that you're surely how on mims of abbas really really Into mems last year Going the draft process. I did not end up with him on any teams because his a draft dot com just started skyrocketing and he the point where i was taking pittman over them. Still then you. I wasn't getting him. On the turnaround you know because i also claypool and gibson ranked ahead of them but Like mims and i thought he was actually a really really interesting prospect. So at night we're willing to give on him after He's got that alphabet. I'm not willing to give up on him after a year. That a complete dumpster fire in new york last year. You know they have a completely new offense. I corey davis kinda showed that he could be the number one wide receiver. Antonio brown was hurt. Leisure you know most of those. Those guys actually kind of started splitting targets down the stretch about pretty pretty evenly. So i do. Think that Corey davis they paid him. I think they're going to at least attempt to get him. The number one spot and i do think mims profiles really well and the outside as well Us why they went out and got him with that pick. What corey davis and mims strengths are like down the field jump ball situations whereas i think Allies more profiles more is like underneath guy that can can really thrive if he gets volume. I just wonder how much volume is going to be there. If they're not running a dominant amount of sets of three watersheds. Because i do think that the other two receivers with their bodies and big catch races will Out snap him on the outside while it's interesting that you're high on Corey davis. And i know i've said before the not hot high in corey davis so i think that's another reason as to why i'm higher on a lighter more. I'm just not buying the fact. That corey davis succeeds in new york. Two years ago not last year but if we look back two years ago and a lot of people probably have wiped out from their mind. But i have not wiped that season from my mind because i was big. Encore dave's heading attest season and he completely let me down lake completely. Let me down. I'm not even sure. I'm thinking was probably healthy the entire season and i'm not even sure if he finished as top fifty receiver in the league and so fast forward a year and had a very successful year with the titans. I'm not knocking him. But here's a guy who was picked with the seventh or east kick in his draft and he was supposed to be the number one receiver for titans and we never really saw that work out for the titans. And i think they declined his fifth year option. So there's a reason why the titans aren't holding onto corey davis and i think unfortunately core gape is a receiver who can be great here and there like a devante parker. But he's not consistent enough. He's not a true number one receiver. You gotta in a way force in targets from the be successful. And i think the jets are just gonna realize the gecko that our number one receivers probably larger more in a number two receivers probably summons so. I'm not scared about corey. Davis getting targets. People were saying the same thing last season about shod paramount and how he was going to have a huge role in that new york offense and what happened in bre shot parent. Who by the way. I was extremely on extremely law. Shot payment last year. What happened to be shot. He did nothing for that offense. So i think just because the jets went after core gave us that doesn't mean that he's going to automatically demand targets. It's zach. wilson's offense now. I think zack. Wilson is going to gravitate Skies like elijah. More over corey davis and a jamison crowder dems. I think the alleged moore will end up being his normal receiver. And i think that the ceiling for more is very high to it. Might it might not happen with a larger more by think by the end of the season we're going to really realize how good of a player that allies are more is. Yeah so

Facial Recognition in Law Enforcement

"One month before the new york times published. The story of robert williamson. Police officers killed. George floyd we all remember the weeks that followed the protests that broke up around. The country garnered tension around the world. It was so engrossing watching those scenes of civil strife that an otherwise remarkable part of the story went almost entirely on the radar in fifteen cities is the department of homeland. Security deployed planes helicopters and drums to watch over the protesters. The aircraft hovered over protesters in new york philadelphia. Detroit feeding customs and border patrol man centers which streamed the intel to police forces and national guard on the ground in minneapolis and the a secret rc. Twenty-six be reconnaissance. Blaine worked with ops on the ground streaming video feeds to an fbi command center in another instance in the top spending in the ficials ordered helicopters to provide quote persistent presence to disperse crowds. He helicopters flew so low to the ground that the sheer downward pressure from their rotor. Blades ripped the signs off of billions. And of course since protesters running this was something out of science fiction full on military intelligence operation on. Us land in later reporting military and government officials insisted that none of the aircraft deployed on protesters were equipped with fisher recognition capabilities in most cases. The aircraft were so high up that facial recognition would be moot. You can't make out face from a blip from nineteen thousand feet but even if some planes flew close enough to capture individual faces be problematic according to the new york times at least two hundred and seventy hours of protests footage was captured by the aircraft and uploaded to big pipe. Dhs network which can be accessed by other law enforcement agencies around the country for future investigations. Video in big pipe can be stored for up to five years. One potential concern then. Is that if a plane recorded. Good enough video. It wouldn't need real time fisher. Recognition on board an agency like the fbi could access that footage weeks or months later to identify individual protesters. It's entirely possible that this hasn't and won't happen but around the country police have already utilized facial recognition to identify and in some cases arrest individual. Blm protesters the extent of it is unknown. Police have no obligation to report on the run. Your face through a machine or concerns me is there's currently no limits at all none at all and so they can also use it to take a look at everybody who is in a peaceful protest of some sort And then take down their names and Hassle him or arrest them or give them trouble in one way or another or simply file them in a database as person of interest. None of which we want to have happen to us. This is ted claypool a lawyer and an author on legal issues surrounding privacy. And a here's one example of what ted means by no limits. Batanes out you can be arrested and not even know that facial recognition played partnered one. Protester less summer oriana albor knows was arrested for throwing rocks at police line. That's definitely a crime but no point in her processing. Did miami police mentioned in documentation to her lawyer or in any other capacity that the used clearview to identify her as the rock thrower. It took an independent investigation by nbc. News to uncover that information and it's important for mission right maybe arena was guilty but he next arena could be a robert williams.

Should Law Enforcement Use Facial Recognition

"Facial. Recognition wasn't always ankle tattoo. Good as with many of these technologies it was a stair step process. Ted claypool is a lawyer and an author on legally shoes surrounding privacy and a through the audits facial recognition listed. It wasn't great Until about two thousand and fifteen. It wasn't something that that would really be usable whereas the fbi of course has a as long had a biometric database of fingerprints for example But their face sprint database. Really wasn't Great until recently and then the clearview database which takes all of the social media pictures into account as really multiplied the abilities to use this kind of database before clearview. Police departments around florida relied on a program called faces. The facial analysis comparison and examination system based on an algorithm developed by the french company idea. It works by cross-referencing database of medians mugshots driver's licenses as well as digital photographs taken by police officers but faces just. Isn't that great. According to the new york times. Florida officers query system as much as four thousand six hundred times month at its peak but only a small fraction yielded anything resembling results. It took four years for the system to aid in an actual arrest and according to the new york times in its twenty years of only around. Two thousand successful arrests have been causally tied to faces. That number doesn't include questionable cases or accurate identifications which didn't lead to arrests and it's worth noting that took a wild for faces to spread statewide but still do thousand rests is not a lot for a place as big as florida. It's even less impressive when you consider just how expensive software is faces was built off a three point. Five million dollar government grant in the year two thousand and by two thousand. Fourteen ended up eating fourteen million in taxpayer dollars. So that's fourteen million dollars divided by two thousand arrests Let's see drag the one and yep seven thousand dollars pair arrest. Maybe a reasonable awry on a bank robber but not your standard. Heather riles if you're a defender fighting to protect your organization from cyber attackers. You must be successful ending attacks every single time. They only need to be successful. Wants cyber reason rivers the attackers advantage. Our future ready attack platform gives defenders the wisdom to uncover understand and piece together multiple threats and the precision focused to inside attacks instantly cyberrays ends cyberattacks from in quotes to everywhere so this podcast episode. Probably couldn't have existed ten or even five years ago. We could have envisioned future where police uses facial recognition. But it just wasn't practical enough at the time in the past few years that's changed. According to tests from nist the national institute of standards and technology the best facial recognition algorithms have improved from around eight percent failure rates in two thousand and ten to around point three percent by two thousand eighteen. These numbers are highly dependent on the kinds of images. You feed these algorithmic but still ninety nine point seven percent. Accuracy is quite good and that's three whole years ago thus we end up with clearview ai which can identify faces at angles or even with partial coverings sunglasses and face masks or it wouldn't need to identify a face because it can identify attached to instead it's a very powerful tool that in the hands of law enforcement today is having a real effect which brings up the question now that police can use facial recognition to catch criminals should they.

"Because you guys didn't get the job done. Chase Claypool. Stupid comments Ju just Ms Schuster. Unnecessary comments and Sean wait, also unnecessary comments. And has a talk show host. I appreciate it. Thank you guys. Appreciate you giving us some conversation. We could have some reaction. You ever heard the expression Don't poke the bear. Don't poke the bear. You just missed Schuster. Oh, and also my friend Davos, Sweeney. You poked the bear of I'll state 11th in the coachespoll. This is not just the player issue. This is coaching, too. And that's why there is an appreciation. For guys like Nick Saban and and Bill Belichick. Their players get brainwashed. Even the most outspoken players go to New England, Alabama, and they don't say anything. Remember when Quentin Williams Was about to talk a lot of smack on Kyla Murray, and he's about to say Before Alabama went up against Oklahoma that column. Murray's not all that he's not all that special. And right when he was about to be critical, the words were basically at his mouth. He's like he's not all that He throws Has break big brother's saving was watching and he was saying Put it. This is next saving speaking have a chip installed in your brain. Any time you're about to disrespect the opponent. And your brain. You will hear these Noises, huh? I'm next seven. I am inside your brain and I'm telling you, she don't talk any smack about your opponent. Quit in volumes. Throws And I was like, Yeah, I'm good. You remember that trace? How unbelievable was that? From a few years back where he was about to talk crap on Kyla Murray and literally. He had a Hubbard. Hubbard. Hubbard Hubbard, Hubbard Hubbard a moment that was awesome. Listen. Nick knows any coaches guys. Well, that does nothing for positive for you, and all does help your pony even more e. I know A B. It didn't last long. It's not the best example. One of the great players with great entertainers combination of both made the game so much fun. Logistical goes through England. Different shadow Just sync up. No, it'll play great. But he wasn't distracted when they weren't playing well when he wasn't playing well. It's amazing. It's almost as if we talk about the spell that Jackie's Toby has on comic networks will get to later on the program. We talked about the spell that Howie Roseman has on Jeffrey Lori. It's almost his Bella Chicken statement. Get in from the room. They go. You're all getting sleepy. Any time you're going to be critical of the opponent. Basically gonna smack you in the head. It's not even let me hypnotize you. It's just I'm gonna smack in the head because you know Bella check when a player says something that he's not supposed to say. I'll check gets up in front of the room. I'm goes. Oh, yeah. You need to say this to the media. You know, when you talk about this And all these programs they have media coaches now. Shuster was probably pick talking, which I don't care if you take talks. I've defended you to you for that. When their comments that could be avoided, But sometimes players and coaches just can't help themselves. All right. Congratulations to Alabama. I want to get to Three things. Two of them have to do with Alabama off the Alabama win. And the result of that game. The other has nothing to do with Alabama. I don't think it has anything to do with Alabama. Let me start with the two football points and I'll get to another football point. But it's independent of national championship game. I was thinking about this last night. Next seven wins his seventh title. Nick Saban has the most Championships and the history of college football for coach. What if Nick Saban when he was in Miami. He was the coach of the Miami Dolphins for two seasons before leaving and bolting and going to Alabama. We're now He's won six titles at Alabama seven total in his career. The one L S U What if Nick Saban sign Drew Brees? What if Drew Brees did not flunk? Or they didn't flunk or fail Drew Brees on his physical? What would happen? And the football world in the sports landscape. I think it's one of the greatest. What if questions of all time? Just think about how many people it effects. "The cleveland browns. Two thousand two. The last time this franchise was in the playoffs but they beat the steelers yesterday's and they get in and dan. They started out running the football with nick. Chubb that power. Run game with nick chubb. You see that offensive line. Kind of changing. Denting the line of scrimmage and then chubs depth pig playmaking physical and not between the tackles but also got big enough speed and baker. Getting don is looking for tight. End up ten nine on first and goal in the third quarter this afternoon. Yeah the fact that they went back to this he missed it in the same play gets his is. Backside finds often prefer touchdown. No ben in this game mason rudolph way had some good moments. And then he had this one really good blitz packet by the browns defensive drop myles garrett into and then that safety to sit there like all right. Don't leave the ball mason. Rudolph shoots turner for this defense. Need mental switched sides on the field because it went to the fourth quarter and then it went to jarvis landry and the browns were up twenty four to nine not love this play. Call you kind of get. Landry sideline to sideline and you handed off for the touchdown. And then finally you get the ball out of pittsburgh's defense something that chase claypool done. So well look at his ability. Go up kind of contest for that. Catch over jumped. The fence and back touchdown pitchford. That made it twenty four sixteen and then under two minutes to go in the game and this is juju smith schuster and all of a sudden. It's twenty four twenty two dan. How about the two point conversion you gotta make sure at some point. This guy's got the opportunity to go high point of all scrambled around. Give them a chance to go get his hands on that. Football fewer still had chances stephen. Carlson somehow manages to come up with this on side kick. he's eighty nine cleveland. There for a moment there was kind of between the wickets. If you know what i mean. But he manages to hang onto it. And then dan baker mayfield runs with the first down the isis. The player not love the play call by defense came look at the emotion from baker mayfield. You don't kind of representing that city. Just look how much it means to him to finally get that done in cleveland. Good for him good for them. The browns are in the playoffs. The afc wild card round will kick off saturday.

"Which of the players that are currently in your starting lineup. Would you like to replace? Okay? I can't replace Zika as much as I would like to, uh, e. I just I drafted the guy in the first freaking around. How do you You just can't bench a guy like that. All right. I don't trust the odd day Johnson any longer and I don't think Mike Tomlin does either. And I have both him and Chase Claypool taking up my flex spots as they take on the Cincinnati Bengals doesn't seem to make much sense to me. So I'm open to replacing one, if not both of them Also open even though Ryan Tannehill goes up against the porous Detroit Lions defense. I'm open to plugging in Baker Mayfield, who does go up against the tough Giants. I leave Canada Hill. It's this will blow some people's mind that don't understand the fantasy world. Tannehill's been a better fantasy quarterback than Tom Brady. And some would say, How is that possible? He's Ryan can't help, but And the Titans first and foremost feed Derrick Henry. As they did last week to the tune of what 200 yards in a couple of touchdowns. But Tannehill makes throws a J. Brown makes big plays for him. Um, and so Tannehill has been very functional. He's a QB one. If it was Mayfield against the Giants pass. Defense is good. I don't overdo it on matchups. But that's one of those where, yeah, I'd shy away from making that drastic of a move. I'm with you on to Steelers who went from who went from what 11 and 02 now 11 in two seemingly overnight and not looking particularly good doing it their last six quarters. Football. I think Johnson has more value than Claypool. Johnson just seems to get in the ends up even though he drops balls at the same rate. Eric Ebron on the same team drops Ben Ross. Other passage. Um, Claypool, there's an interesting term and fancy football. I didn't invent it called touchdown regression. And what it basically means is when you have a player that gets a bunch of touchdowns and you're just loving it over a span of a month or two. Ah, he always scores, especially if it's AH pass catcher, wide receiver tight end The chances are Those touchdowns will regress that he cannot keep that up. On and it's really happened with Chase Claypool, a rookie who put 10 on the board. I think in his first eight or nine games and correct me if I'm wrong, hasn't hit paydirt. Not with cater in about a month. So Yeah, I would agree with putting Claypool down, but keeping Johnson in there because Johnson seems more likely to score these days. Then clay pulled up. So then throw a name out that you would plug in your second flecks from the ones you mentioned on your bench. It would be most hurt if he was healthy, But based on what I just saw Reports out of San Francisco. Chances are he won't be so. I just saw the McCaffrey is ruled out for yet another week, But I've got a temper that with the expectations of Mike Davis has been underperforming like crazy until last week on, they do go up against Green Bay's defense. You know, I know you don't do match ups for the most part, but that's a pretty good match up. I would look at plugging a Mike Davis in there or a Hollywood Brown, who was absent until late in last night's game. Ah, open the Tyler Boy Open to Mike Williams. But not really on then I'm combing the waiver wire as everyone is doing this time of year. I'd say Davis. For the volume alone. All right. I'm a big volume guy. I think I've made reference to you if if not many times on my fantasy football podcast. Equate sometimes fantasy football decisions on the scene and Moneyball where Brad Pitt is Billy Beane is sitting with all the old curmudgeons who don't understand. How Billy is going to rebuild the Oakland A's without Giambi and Isringhausen and Damon and he has hired Peter Brand, which was the Hollywood name gave in to put given to Paul DePodesta. Help him learn how to do this, and every time Billy brought up a player that all the old guys said they didn't like. Like David Justice, he pointed Peter Brand and Peter Brandt said he gets on base. I like to equate that scene to fantasy football where I would say to you drew all right, Mike Davis his name on the magnet, throw it on the board over the other guys on your bench, you'll say why and I'll say Yeah. Because he touches the ball more. Solid before I let you go and thank God my savior himself, John sending has just walked into my studio. Do I stand a chance against this Robust lineup of Michael of arrows being Mahomes, Metcalf, Jefferson girlie. Dalvin Cook, Cole Beasley, Robbie Anderson and the Baltimore defense. Do I have a prayer's chance of advancing to the finals against Ben Swig if he wins his matchup? Appropriate for your content. Today you introduce prayer into your line about your fantasy semi final. His lineup is very formidable. I think Dalvin Cook has gotten many. Owners to the semi finals, the fantasy playoffs this year as a high volume high producing Running back even in a losing effort last week against the Bucks and early touchdown, plenty yardage. Plenty of touches. Um, but, yeah, Olive arrows lineup is better than yours, however. Um Yes, you have a chance, Drew and I don't know if I joked about this with you or Oliveiro. I believe this Titanic matchup of Dorado versus Olivero. In the fantasy semi finals is the game we will have. On Sunday night on NBC that flexed out America's team, with Jerry Jones still standing by the Cowboys of the biggest draw on television period, I think Olivero versus Carabobo, not Brown's Giants bumped the Cowboys out of the Sunday night spot. Thank you, as always, for your time and insight. Check out Todd's podcast.

"Played it. Alabama 57 starts there got a lot of experience playing against some of the best in the SEC. Only 26 snaps on the season steps in today, and he's really done a nice job. No one's really hit, then in the face up the middle, so just a heck of a job. Nice job, pulling out on that screen as well, making a nice lane for snow, replacing an eight time pro bowler and car keys, Pouncey. Second down and three on the slant catches made a good second effort to pick up a first down the update. Johnson. He's really come into his own over these last three weeks back to back 100 yard game on the pick up of seven. That last reception now has seven catches. Today. There's trust between him and then mouthfuls burger throwing the football and you can see it on film the last two games Now they haven't got much down the field, but those quick routes so slants that slant there Was short of the first down marker, but he's still good enough quick enough to bounce it outside and get a first down 1st and 10 from the 35 yard line for the Steelers as well. This burger throws over the middle. It's complete to Smith Schuster. Score the Steelers touchdown earlier this quarter, he games five yards out to the 40 Azzawi approached 10 minutes remaining. Some extracurricular activity is Claypool has words with a couple of Raven defenders. You know, it's interesting. The past selections that Steelers running today a lot of slants, quick stuff. This is kind of how I saw the Ravens coming in offensively. When you watch the Steelers on tape. They're taking shots downfield. They're trying to do some over around trying to get involved. They've been pretty much spread spread out the entire game. Still passing this late. In the fourth quarter with the lead, so just an interesting approach that's worked for them offensively. Second out of five Rockets burger backpedaling under pressure he throws it's caught by Claypool was never touched. He got back up and picked up the first out there a couple of Ravens defenders surrounding Chase Claypool, but He was aware that he had not been touched in the Games. Eight yards. They're pretty good Heads up, play there. I mean, listen, this kid just left college. He would have been down. Good awareness Here he is down. He never does get touched. Humphrey doesn't touch him, and he gets another first down. With nine.

Can the Pittsburgh Steelers Go Undefeated?

"Are see. We are forced to listen to quarterback so often in the world of nfl analysis. So i just wanna thank you for helping lead. The db revolution espn daily. Why does this happen. You guys finally invited me or it's your time man your old team. The steelers are right now. Undefeated and that is surprising. Let's be honest to a lot of people. So how surprising is it though to you. I think it's it's. It's more surprising when you actually watch the games It's obviously surprising. Anytime team goes through more than half of the season and their undefeated. But when you watch the steelers play the second half against tennessee titans even watching them to send the backup quarterback gets the denver broncos or be dominated upfront defensively the way they were against the baltimore ravens but still be undefeated. I think that's the fascinating part is not just that they've managed to win. Every game is just inside of those games. you seen opportunities for them to lose. But they've made the place that they've to. I mean you can even look at a match up against the dallas cowboys and say you know gary gilbert and the dallas cowboys may have deserve to win that game. But that's what this lied about was going to come down to one possession games. He's gonna come our critical situation though football moments and at least it does far. The steelers have found answers to any questions in those important moments. And this is why you sit undefeated. So how does this defense stack up. Ryan versus the steeler defense. Is that you played for that. You helped lead. What are the holes in this defense. You know what. I don't think they necessarily have holes in the sense of of those things being a negative right. He's looking to make a rush. The passer with just for the obviously can bring bring pressure make fitzpatrick ultimate playmaker on the back end and i think they have really good corners. But they don't have that great court but when you all those things together i think you get one of the top defense in the league especially when it comes to pressure and turning the ball over we. That's what football is right. Like people aren't going to hold you. Thirteen points like we did wait. Like that's not the ball we play it. You can't intimidate people like i would get fined and kicked out of every game. Five play james harrison fell six million dollars a year. You can't do those things anymore. But if you could get the ball which the pittsburgh steelers do know that really helps and that's why this team world season. Well i wanna get into the difference between playing football then versus now especially because offense is king these days as you implied right there so the defense is the big reason. The steelers are undefeated. The offense though i mean they've been relatively relatively average so can eighteen built around defense. Like the steelers are ryan. Can that sort of team win in the modern nfl. I believe they can. I believe they can. Because if you look at the individual weapons offensively like they are extremely. good I think you you're missing that one running back piece but we look at pool. Smith schuster the johnson. Eric ebron like that's a skill set or skill position that a lot of teams would love to have especially teams not named became the city chiefs. And so if you can do all those things on the outside like they can. You can score points. Also look at this team at critical moments though. Think about tennessee. Titans having to get a drive late in the game even though been was a reception late like they were able to the ball greg band. There's gonna prevail on the road. The pittsburgh steelers had the hold on dearly man. Hold on they do for the baltimore. Ravens they score in the second half and they were able to do that then back pop. For the end zone touchdown pittsburgh and all the out cut to the chase. Claypool man play. It just seems that all the critical point of the season it's offense has been able to produce down to like. I said the dallas cowboy game last week obviously exploiting a very bad bengals defense and well in a team like the cat city chiefs right and i say okay. One had the baby stopped him have to limit big play. The pittsburgh steelers can do that with rush. Plays on the back end right. Play play man when they need to stop the big click now. Let's go offensively the only time we've ever seen patrick mahomes lose. He was in the playoffs. He was standing across from another super bowl. Winning quarterback that was tom brady and rothlisburger. Isn't tom brady but he can do. Some of those things in important moments. And we've seen of do those. And so i think this team can most certainly went into as you mentioned chase claypool his nickname if catching on with you but maple tron. He comes from canada. He's this guy. I didn't know anything about. I wonder if you did because he has seven touchdowns in his first nine games as a pro. What has he brought to this offense. I mean you look at what this league is turning into. Because of the lack of physicality it's a it's a size speed league right like it's starting to they used to be. It didn't matter what happened in the shorts olympics at the combine like if a fast it didn't necessarily mean it was going to translate do can do certain things there did me but it's starting to mean that at the wide receiver position because of the rules. Like if you could flat out run you're gonna probably get open because they can't hold you. You pass five yards. They can't hit you across the middle play putin critic who has great hands he tracks the ball. Well he has a big body and so when you have all those things just translate we've seen chase claypool. You know kind of come out of nowhere. They just kinda have a knack for finding people that sit what they want to do and utilizing them in a way. That truly helps the team chase. Claypool is just another example of that

"I thought Chase Claypool, the rookie wide receiver for the Steelers, do something pretty neat. So a family and you know how dimensions touch my family with it Ultimate taking my grandfather's life into battle 78 years of just pure how with dementia. Well, a family put a video out. Of someone's dad or his grandfather That was going through dementia, and he's the biggest delis fan, and he started to forget all the player's name because that's what happens when you have dementia just is a terrible, terrible. Disease and just ruins very proud and great people and robs them of their last years of their life. And This, You know, I guess it's a son or grandson. Put this video out. Could we get some sailor's quite sent some jerseys? So everyone so my grandfather or Dad knows who the guys are on the team chase playful saw it. Didn't you know didn't want any fanfare. Because, you know, I guess he doesn't want people think he's just doing this for the attention. He had a great heart, great emotions and great intentions here. So chase Claypool sent the guy jersey and you saw this video go viral, I think was released by the family. That was something really need, and you have a lot on your plate Rookie year you an undefeated team to make someone else smile means a lot and is someone that's family that has gone through dementia. And see how it could just tear down a family and make a family feel lost in and hopeless seeing something like that makes people smile in a tough times. "I understand baker has got some immature qualities with his personality that drives me nuts as well. Regardless Baker's very talented and he's getting better now. I still see a couple of problems with Baker Mayfield number one. Is and this is like part A and Part B. I guess Baker needs to learn how to use touch and there's two ways he needs to do that part A is that not everything needs to be a perfect basketball, you know, there are times where he he's gotta take some off-the-ball. I mean, especially when he's throwing to Odell Beckham jr. It's okay. He had a ball a fade to Odell Beckham Junior on the left side against the Colts. And for whatever reason the ball is like on a line he is like forcing himself to throw a perfect ball as I get why throw the ball up in the air throw a 50/50 ball. You got Odell Beckham jr. Allowed the guy to be a stud and steal the ball from the defender. I don't know why multiple times and watching Baker Mayfield throw to Odell Beckham jr. Going to stop trying to be perfect. Let o b j b o b b give him a chance put the ball in the air. Let him beat a Defender man-to-man then it's really frustrating at the best way to put it like you don't need to be perfect. You have Odell Beckham jr. It's killing me and then there's also moments where Baker is gotta learn how to layer the ball up and over a Defender. We're get a pic and I know this maybe look like Baker couldn't see the defender office has moments where Baker is throwing the ball over the middle and just driving it online instead of putting it up and over a Defender and it's really hurting him. It's frustrating to watch and I just found a cure learn how to use touch a little bit better. Now the other problem with Baker is that and I hope that this problem has gone by the end of the year, but the more Baker Mayfield throws the football, I guess the more times he throws the football during a game the less confident I get in his team. I mean literally the more passing attempts he has It feels like the more it's true. He's likely he's prone to interceptions when he throws the ball a lot. And it seems like the dude cannot go a game without.

"I don't know what else to say. It's like dude. I I know Eagles fans are there are historically a very tough group of people and good and bad ways. Like right. They're they're very tough. They love either loyal but also if you're not good they're going to call you on it and cars in a snob. Good and Eagles fans have total, you know reason to be calling him out going dude. You gotta be better cuz Carson it's disappointing a bad. He's now the other player that stands out to me from this game. Was Steelers rookie receiver Chase Cape Claypool Chase claims? What's-his-name want to get it right last year if you remember Terry McLaurin was this third round draft pick a receiver Washington, he broke onto the scene and was a surprise he was phenomenal. This year it feels like that kind of guy could be Chase Claypool and on Sunday. It felt like he had his Breakout game where you know, he had seven catches a hundred and ten yards receiving three receiving touchdowns a rushing touchdown. Four. Total touchdowns could have had five actually where I thought he got robbed one of his touchdowns got called back where a Defender just fell over dead and that's not he slipped and fell over and they called offensive pass interference on Chase Claypool. There was no contact there was a tacky bad call in my opinion. I went the guy just fell over that's not Shake people's fault at all. So I don't know and the Eagles also late in the game made a mistake of trying to have it linebacker guard Claypool. That's just a clay do an easy touchdown over the middle. I love that the Steelers use them in the running game. I really like Chase Claypool. I think he might be a really good surprise rookie receiver. is doing really good stuff and what I'm curious about is Can you can you keep it going as a year goes on Kenny continue to keep making a big impact the way he did in week 5 I'm not saying the dude has to have four touchdowns every week. But can you have seven catches 898 yards a touchdown here and there I love a man. He was a second round pick in the NFL draft. He played like a top ten pick on Sunday Chase Claypool. That's a name. We gotta look out for a pay attention to him. He played phenomenal against.

"I'd be looking for alternatives for Schultz, but I was still hold Schultz. If either of those guys were my only tight end, I'd WANNA pick up another tight end. Yeah. I'm thinking of either those guys is your second tight end drop them for chase, Klay Pool or be. Hartman or. Sure Easy Hebron for sure Schultz. It's harder to do but if he's your worst guy on the bench than yeah. But he I'm sorry. Yes Brian got six targets, which is not bad and he's in the middle of this great stretch of games right? Like he still does have grates matchup this week against the browns. They'd yeah. But if he makes mistakes and Klay doesn't they're basically they could be utilized similarly, and if anything clay could be have more versatility to zoom than he brought in Klay polls a better blocker than. I don't think he's still a tight end. Team that needs a ton of blocking. They're they're doing a good job throwing the ball. Yeah. All right. So those are your tight ends. I'll recap at Jimmy Graham would be the best one followed by. Sorry who is second on Earth Mirrors Mary Burton Often Yeah Burton burn is pretty interesting I suppose. So are we done with Mohali Cox? Yeah he's hurt and so you know you look at what he's done in the two games that Burton has been back. He's touchdown her bust, and for the way Philip rivers is playing. It's. The fact that Frank Reich five weeks into the season's already fielding questions about benching Philip. Rivers shows you where rivers is that. Okay I got three sleeper tight ends one his Gronkowski. against. Green Bay. One is Chris. Herndon. Going back to his college field where I believe Travis homer Jamie scored a touchdown. When he went back to that field I, know you love the homecoming stories Chris. At the dolphins and then if Jordan is out again, Darren files a I don't really believe it with him by the way but a Houston tight end has caught a touchdown in three or five games. The titans have allowed a touchdown in every game they've played only played three so far so make it four four tonight these are sleepers Gronkowski's obviously in on a different level but I like the fells call but it really does come down to whether or not and can is Okay. How about wide receivers here other than Chase Klay Pool. Jamie who are three players we're looking at Christian. Kirk you know his play. The last two weeks is starting to up I think twelve targets in those two games and he had a nice performance against the jets scored the week before. So hopefully, the guy that we were looking to get as the second receiver for the cardinals starting to emerge after battling some injuries rolling the season, and then I'll buy back into Preston Williams. Again, looking at the the first four weeks of the year. It's been a disappointment for him, but he saw some signs of life and you know hopefully. The NIA starting to get healthy a lot of it has to do with the match against jet soon. So I think you're GONNA see with with Patrick playing at this level I didn't see this until this morning, but apparently, the Palm Beach Post reported that Chan Gailey said going into the week that they're going to try and ramp up Personal Williams and so leads to his best game of the year against the forty niners. So that could be the jumping off point for a guy that we were excited about coming into the season. Okay, Klay, pool Kirk Williams Kirk gets the cowboys they the second fantasy points to wide receivers typically, it's one wide receiver. Should be a huge game for Hopkins but saw lock metcalf have big aims to the same time. Pressing Williams on the other hand is facing the jets team in their last two games huge game by Patrick touchdown by Judy. Then Hopkins and Kirk both had good game. So the jets are a mess right now interesting names on this list Nick Yo Harry Alshon Jeffery Travis Fordham right talk about him. Matchup kind of stinks for Fordham against the Ravens Fifth. Best against wide. Receivers. Tim Patrick Dave. What do you think about this group here and then we get into the Jaguars as well because you have some opportunity there if DJ chuck misses the game for guys like Keelan Coal Chenault obviously if he's available but. Again Mikio hairy facing Denver they have allowed eighty what listen to this denver is allowed eighty one yards for a touchdown to eight wide receivers in four games. alshon foregone Tim Patrick Start with them. Do you think about the? I like Patrick. I guess okay with Eric. Patrick would be my favorite of the group just because there's long-term appeal as well as if he's taken on the Patriots Without Stefan Gilmore I like his chances to have a decent game and will be better games ahead and he's getting a good quarterback there. We don't know who Nicole Harris quarterback is going to be I'm not sure that even matters. It'd probably be better obviously if it were cam. It's not like he's been on fire with Cam. Anyway. and. Fordham. Had A good game. He scored two straight but we've already talked about how Philadelphia might get. Jeffrey. Into Sean Jackson back it might push them into a smaller role. He basically was like a big bodied outside receiver. That they thought, they were GonNa like when they drafted or Sega whiteside they thought that's what they were. GonNa get and instead they get it with full game who they pick up a scrappy I don't he needs those other receivers to be off the field in order to degree the volume type of white out. So I'm not that excited about him. He is the I was reading this morning four players since the nineteen seventy merger and I? Since Anquan Boldin in two thousand three to have at least ten catches one, hundred, fifty receiving yards in one of his first five career games while the very impressive performance for him. But again, it's like chase capable light don't chase those numbers because they're going to be bad against the Ravens and if those guys returned the one thing about Harry I will say is in three of the four games he has at least six targets and You Got Julian Element and nothing else in passing. So I think Harry's outlook is very, very bright moving forward and somebody that you can get a Lotta good production at still get a cheaper this week because not everybody is going to be chasing him going into their way where did we? I'm sorry if we brought them up but Mike Williams. Yeah Michael I'm sorry as well. You know you look at Keenan Allen. We don't know how long it's going to be out but the fact that they're gonNA buy week I would imagine give now the time to get healthy. But yeah, I mean, you know you. You see what Justin Herbert is doing. He's been fantastic and so Mike Williams coming off a very strong game against the saints just not allow targets but. When the ball was thrown in his direction he he certainly made some key contributions with the touchdowns in the cash there to set up What could have been a game winning field? Are you interested in too deep deep deep stashes but we have. Hold that thought because we have other players that could help this week. First of all viscous Chenault and Miko Hardman. Players that might be available Chenault seventy, six percent. hardman sixty, nine, eight, percent. How about Brandin cooks in that group if you saw Hardman Chenault Cook, who's your favorite? Cooks Hardman by far and then channel and I put the Higgins in there too because they greens going to miss time you saw with Higgins was doing when green was on the field, and so you know those those three guys me are the top wide receivers to look at this week along with.

Kirk Williams Kirk jets Patrick Jeffery Travis Fordham Preston Williams Nick Yo Harry Alshon Chase Klay Pool Schultz Travis homer Jamie Hardman Chenault Cook Klay Gronkowski. Ravens Mike Williams Mary Burton Chenault Miko Hardman Cooks Hardman Chris

"Well you know about Dalvin Cook Groin injury might be able to play maybe not this week then by. Keen announced by he left with a back injury. We have to be at least a little interested in Mike Williams. Baker Mayfield is going to be monitored practice this weekend ribs, ribs, injuries, injured ribs, and he is looking to score eighteen fantasy points for the fifth game in a row as he faces the steelers who have given up twenty, two, twenty, two fantasy points, four games in a row. Sammy Watkins expected to miss a couple of weeks with a hamstring injury at buffalo that games actually going to be played on Monday. No Thursday night football this week. Weird. Christian McCaffrey unlikely to play this week Adam gays could give up play calling duties Levian Bell AJ greed might. Very unbalanced ABC's and. What a trade AJ Green may have been seen on the sideline going trade be. And Levy on bell liked to tweet that said the jets have trade 'em or something like that. So interesting. deonte. Johnson. Get for those guys. That's what make that trade in a heartbeat AJ Greenford Levy on. It'll be like I'm out. Green dog at so badly? I, don't interception he. He just decided he did not wanNA tackle the defender. It was pretty bad or go up for the Bo-. Yeah it was it was a bad. It was really bad. Would you agree that the only reason to keep Adrian at this point is to see how he does once he's traded. Over mean, for fantasy team yeah yeah. Probably. Is is on the Bengals who could who could want him now? Johnson back injury Jimmy, Garoppolo. He's uncertain for this week Dj Jarque. We think any idea he left late with an ankle injury We don't know how severe it is. Okay. Teams are not going to be tested on Game Day for covid. Atlanta owner. Arthur. Blank did not fully commit to Matt Ryan beyond this year interesting. Richard Sherman is not going to play this week, but the forty niners could get manual Moseley back because they face the rams on Sunday night. All right. Do you have any feelings whatsoever about whether or not? These guys are going to play Cam Newton drew lock Kyle Allen, Sam Darnold, those quarterbacks. Kyle and it seems as if he's going to start that was Lou import Cam Newton is will will have been past ten days. So hopefully, he's GonNa be okay but you gotta keep an eye on drew locks to play. He was gonNA play we five. WHO's the. darnold. McDonald's plan darnold if I was him, I would not play again. But. At least it by A. Different Blake all our you know. I mean get rid of Adam. Gates. Chris Godwin Davante Adams Julio Jones. To Adams, he practiced on Monday. Yeah. Under the lock, the other two I wouldn't expect. Julio. You never know I mean fact that he was close to playing this week at least you know working him out before the game. That's that's. I would hope a positive Zayn but you know at this point with their season going nowhere you're gonNA risk going out there and re injuring himself. Godwin who knows mean it's been a frustrating season. Okay alshon Jeffery to Sean Jackson. I would imagine Alshon is going to be close this week. You know he was dealing with an illness as opposed to the foot injury. So the eagles really messed us up because ad they put him on the populist he would have missed six weeks and if he's out this week, that's weeks. So they did themselves with the service by not putting him on the. Buffalo. So my guess is it's probably more illness than the foot because there was reports he was close last week. The John. Jackson who knows you've got sean was close last week I thought he was as well. So he you know he had I think he practiced on a limited basis Wednesday in Thursday and Friday. So who knows if we had a setback? At. This point in the show, we do the top three at each position. But let's just go right to the waiver wire and start talking about some more players here. Okay. You need a quarterback this week mentioned Ryan Fitzpatrick who else are we talking about Jamie Well, first of all, there's the check to see if available list of seventy two percent or these players offshore and seventy two percent of these or more tannahill. He's playing tonight, but he also gets Houston Matthew Stafford with the order you have it is I'm sorry his bridgewater minhsiu Stafford and Tannahill Bridge Order of their roster percentage. I would put it in. would be Stafford one. I would go with. Stafford one mentioned and if you WANNA factor in the rest of the guys, I go Fitzpatrick to Oh then tannahill than menu bridgewater and then cousins. Now that's for this week. Now, if you want to go long term, you put all of cousins. Cousins kind of let us down. Well, I don't know how many people start him twenty one percent of leaks against the seahawks you have more faith in him this week against Atlanta. Did He let you down or did the run game just dominate thirty nine passes and scoring points if you told me GonNa throw thirty nine passes before the game I would have started on education. Yeah. So I if you tell, GonNa. Throw thirty nine passes against the Bite I falcons I'm GONNA start without hesitation I'd be shocked to be had that many against Atlanta, it's it's all about trusting him in this match up and so that's the case if you're going to buy. Atlanta gives up the most points the quarterbacks Teddy Bridgewater scored twenty four points the only time that a teams, a team like Cam both the bears guys the only time that a team qb did not score thirty six or more against. ATLANTA. That's wild. So this is going to be like a Justin Herbert performance for kirk cousins where he's around two hundred passing yards and three touchdowns. Why do you think Ryan Tannehill was only rostered and seventy two percent of leaks by week uncertainty of the titans playing I mean, that's probably what it comes down to. Okay he gets used. eighty-one percent. And the funny thing is you could pick up ten hill now potentially potentially have to drop somebody on the bills or the titans but. Right. So if you locked loss Dak Prescott and you have called Beasley or Corey Davis on your roster, that's an easy move to make tannehill sitting there. Right. Or Dawson knocks China a lot of people drew Dawson not maybe Tyler Kroft I put in terms of the players Ryan Fitzpatrick Kirk cousins in Andy Dalton gets Arizona they have been I mean they haven't really been tested that much by quarterbacks this year, but they've been the to the two Against Them Joe FLACCO and doing Haski Right? Right. The other three quarterbacks each had. All three had at least two, hundred, fifty into. Derek Carr he's on a by, but.

"I love it, and he's got a beautiful matchup this week against the jets who actually only give up their eleventh against quarterbacks. But I don't think anyone is buying that. All right that's enough on Ryan Fitzpatrick more on him a little bit later. So Chase Klay Pool. We have talk about Alexander Madison. First of all seventy, two percent roster Alvin, Cook might play this week. They have Atlanta this week they have a bye next week so you would think. It looks like a one at most one week based on what we're seeing right now at most one week from Madison. But do you feel like he's just needs to be well, he seventy two percent rostered. How rosser should he be tomorrow? One, hundred and fifty percent okay. Okay. If he starts this week, he's the top five hundred. Yes without hesitation. But you go. Do you go play pool or Madison Madison without a duck but why you might not you might get nothing I would take the one week win even if he doesn't on the chance that he may not play knowing that I'm still going to get that possibility I would still spend the money on Madison because, hey, you're talking about if he does play this week if if he does start this week he is. Much more start option than coal and. Have you seen album cook? He gets a lot, yes? Yes he does. Okay Johnson plays. There's there's very likely chance that JAS platefuls these five targets I gotTa tell you. It's such a it's a much easier conversation when it comes to waiver claims, you just put in the waiver claim in for Madison, ahead of Clay Pool that's easy but you're saying spend more in FAB on Madison than on clay pull one, hundred percent. Okay Okay I. I don't know how I feel about that I'd have to. Beth game if you're spending more fab on and I'm chasing Alexander. Madison. For what I hope is one at least one game, but there might not even be one game. If, I because we don't know if Dublin Cookman ruled out. No, you're right. It might not. Be Able. Right. So if I'm spending a big chunk of fat for a guy, who's GonNa. End Up being the backup running back this week that doesn't seem like a good use of my job I hope is about also the Vikings by next week what have we seen with the packers going into their bye week with the saints going into their by You on this. I. Hope. But Okay Fine I. don't agree with you I. Don't agree with you on the Saints Jared Played Jared. Thomas. I agree with you Jamie. So it's one game of Madison. I'm thinking first of all, I'm thinking the Fab that is going to be spent on Clay Pool. That's fair should be somewhere between twenty and twenty five percent. So, if I'm going to spend that much on clay pool and I'm going to spend it, do I. Spend on Clay Pool and whatever he'll be for the rest of the year much on cable it. I'll get into my theory on that. When we get to play pool, we're on clay pool. Madison versus Clinton I WanNa know how you feel because I understand. It's literally potentially one game exander Madison for quarter of your Fab who should be great in the game versus rest of the season with Klay Pool. I I I have a WHO actually have a hard time spending a quarter on both these guys given the circumstances but. I it's probably it comes down to what you need and how badly need a running back Adam Adam schefter just tweeted this morning one thing considered with Alvin Cook and his Groin Injury Viking. So's the Falcons on Sunday. Then have a by could miss one game and that two weeks or. Under the assumption that. Will be the starter this week but it might be that might be it. I don't care. You're buying a win for win. Well okay. But that's the thing like if you're foreign Wa- I think this really like the way I'm hearing from Jamie is he's not really doesn't really feel like Chase Klay Pool is going to have a huge impact. That's that's. A good impact. If deontay Johnson Mrs significant time if he misses a few weeks, we'll be good. But if the Johnson's back, there's still too many mouths to feed in this offense and so you're not gonNA. Get eleven targets for capable. You're. Not GonNa get four. From safe well, I'll go out on a limb and say this is the most touchdowns in scoring game this season call me crazy. Yeah I. Think I think you're getting a good player. His pedigree suggests that he's a better player than the Auntie Johnson based on draft capital and you look at the way that he plays for him is is a guy like Calvin Johnson you know that's the type of player that he mirrors in terms of this is is feeding his lettuce and so if you're talking about what the upside could be, he could be. Fantastic but I don't think you was to continue to be this bad I. Don't think Eric, Lebron's going to drop passes and not be involved. I, don't the they the comeback and go to the bench. You're still going to get James Conner Dotson baller backfield and you're still gonNA get some shots for James Washington. So this was the Chase Klay Pool Week. He had it he was a monster, but if you're chasing that by spending too much fab on him, I think you're going to be mistaken. So you're saying people shouldn't Chase Klay, pool? That's right. How much would you guys by the way Jay agree with a lot of what you said there. But you just said that you don't think Eric Iran is going to continue to drop passes at that won't. Get. This is this is who's taking Eric Brown off the field. And the steelers would be nuts at this point to not play chase capable even if he's just running around to nowhere. To play He's. He's going to be such a problem for defenses. Now, after this game, he's going to be on the radar of everybody that play, but he's got. They would be ridiculous if they only limited to you know thirty to forty percent of the snaps per game moving forward. They've gotta get him on the field more. It doesn't necessarily mean that they have to throw to him more, but they probably should do that too. He's doing very efficient when he's played. Yeah basically he's been good and it it goes before you even open your eyes to week five. He's been pretty good. I'll get into that is this Klay fulltime now Yeah but here's like he's been good. He had one big play was very uninvolved before we five he had one long touchdown catch where he broke a tackle and ran away but that's part of his game. Yeah. I I am concerned if I don't pick up clay pool that I'd be making the mistake i. made with with Thirteen Higgins but then again you know Aj, green seemingly wants out and. He's not really a thing like I don't know how Klay will emerge as the way higgins has I was like. I'm not chasing this game from Higgins, and now it really seems like he's a milestone must users clip pools already been playing a lot of snaps at least fifty snaps each of the last two games in the played sixty one snaps against Houston in week three..

"So the Revolutionary War comes along and in Philadelphia. People were, you know, kind of getting together, forming militias in order to, you know, defend the city in case in case things went down, right? And no one knows for sure what was going on with John and Betsy, but we do know That he he died. We just don't know quite how Yeah, they think maybe it was either an accident or a death from being in the militia or theirs. They're supposedly ah family rumor that he may have suffered from mental illness and may have died as a result of something. Some complication from that, You know, it's really sad, though, because that was obviously her true love enoughto leave her family and religion, and she was widowed in 17 76. Just What? Three years later after they got married yet So? So it was just three years after right? Yeah. Okay. So when she was a widow that radicalism I mentioned earlier started to kick in. She went back to Quaker ism if she ever left, And I don't know. I've never seen that she began attending, like Anglican, Mass or anything, but she went back to the crackers, but she joined Group, A specific group of Quakers called the Free Quakers or Fighting Quakers who were like our Quakers but we also are not crazy into pacifism. Crap we have. We will shove me back. Show me and see what happens and, ah, that was what they wore on their on their Shirts, but A man. But the reason that they were anti pacifist because they wanted to support independence. And then there's going to be a fight a struggle for independence, and you couldn't really side with one side and not and be a pacifist. Basically. Yeah. Remember pacifism episode That was a good one. The other was a good one. So she Ah was once again unlucky in love. She got married again to a man named Joseph Ashburn. He died in prison and Britain and then she finally got married 1/3 time to a man named John Claypool. On. She was married to him until he died. But this was like, 20 years. This time you wanna how she and John Claypool, Matt? At her second husband's funeral. Almost okay. He showed off our afterward, John Claypool even even more even sooner than that. John Claypool was imprisoned with Joseph Ashburn over in Great Britain. And after he got out, he made his way over to America. And he's the one who brought Betsy Ross the news that her husband had died. And then he I guess he was like so You doing? All right? Can I can I be of any assistance for you? And rather than just being there for her? Hey, he took away the for her and he was just there. I wonder if he was like, By the way, your husband's last words were totally. You should go marry my wife. That's the way that they used to do back in the day. So she worked as an upholsterer until she died the age of 84. In 18 36. She had five little girls. Which is Kind of great. And aside from that, that's kind of what we know about Betsy Ross. A CZ Faras the fax Go. Yeah, that's about where they they run out. And you might say, listener, Aled guys, you left out the most important one. The most important fact the story of pursuing the American flag. Well, well. "I I cuddle up first of all they they got their number one pick last year in fits Patrick second of all I think Claypool is going to be a really good wide receiver I don't know about great but really good and I really like Alex Highsmith the edge rusher they took in round three so I I'm reading on the internet and on Twitter which is the worst place to go for information but I'm reading all this in Steeler fans were upset and some people are questioning what they did I don't think it was all that bad I don't think it was a plus I forget what grade you guys gave them I thought I thought you gave me something like a a B. maybe a C. or something like that I I think I think they did okay I don't think it was great would that be a way to describe the Steelers draft that would be great political works that's for sure we gave a B. minus which is affect the ability below average in our GPA scale not completely while others there but yeah I mean I think the biggest takeaway looking at what they did in the NFL draft they didn't get a quarterback and I think that's an interesting thing just because I've seen a lot of feeling fancy really confident in Rockledge worker and you know he was a defendant popping quarterback looking at you know I mean we had a pretty severe injury and before he did get hurt he wasn't playing at the same elite level he's playing at a really bad you know four levels are you scared to go so I was kind of thinking he you know how optimistic are they that they're getting you know the real big band back and getting up there in age and I think there's a real chance he comes back he's just need not nearly as effective I think there's there's a real change when he comes back after two years thinking hi I should probably call it quits exactly what do you do you have Mason Rudolph and Devon Dotson but both more and more to the bottom three lowest rated quarterbacks last season with with no maximum dropped out so I mean that's that's a really interesting thing I click away from Steven Stratton yeah they take a lot of good players you don't really like you said chase Claypool Alex Highsmith I don't think any of them are going to be now a league players I think they can be good you know reliable players at their position but you know what the great but it wasn't bad but I think they probably should have picked up a quarterback speaking of quarterbacks I got about thirty seconds Andy Dalton the stone the Bengals roster do you think he's here through camp and into the season tree I mean out of where they would trade him to maybe Jacksonville I could be a possibility in New England is sitting out there what do you think Dalton is opening day twenty twenty you know I wouldn't be surprised if he is on the Bengals roster I think at this point they keep women just trying mentor Joe brought them out as much as you can and like you said there's really not a act cleared high trade partner I think the patriots might be going down the tanking around work ever larger job next year so yeah I thought that was pretty interesting too and I think the fact that he's still on the roster now kind of indicate he'll be there come September all right Anthony trees good stuff buddy always great have any on you guys keep it up pro football focus dot com is one of my favorites and right here in Cincinnati thank you yeah thank you grab me are much appreciated you bet no I don't Klay pool is a kind of guy I mean I watched Notre Dame games Claypool's kind of guys not going he doesn't separate he's very physical you'll fight for balls I I don't I don't know where he fits into that offense other than being a you know a Yang to ju ju ju semesters yank you know Smith Schuster J. but he is he's big he's like six more about two forty to forty five that is fast what I you know I just watching him I think when he gets to the NFL it might have some problems with the the physical nature and not being able to separate we'll see I don't know who else it's all good until they get on the field and then we find out for sure eleven twenty two it is already carriers Sunday morning sports talk presented by.

Hang on hang on one Siren Yucca. Dispel Merv M. Rv M. I admire okay and getting ready to tour with Fishman. Okay and Polka Polka side. Is Olga side like Polka with CI? I D the end of it. I would imagine okay. They're amazing they got the accordion and Tuba player. And the Carina and guys leader hose. It's amazing and then a band called eskimo which is obscure sort of Thapa beef art type thing. Do you envision primis eventually being on this label interscope with lettuce. I just released a record while it's coming out. April fifth sausage is the name of the group and its myself and two with the original members of primis. And we're basically doing old private songs from ten years ago. It's going. It's a proud song. Interscope relief prompts on production. The interscope released so interscope has first dibs on anything that I'm heavily involved in so for the next thirty forty years. Something like that you have for however long our you know I mean we have. I love those people. They're great people There are friends and they treat us well so as long as that relationship stay like that. I'm sure we'll we'll work together for a long time. I have no qualms I appreciate all your time. Is there anything else to tell people about the band or the show or anything that we have talked about the weather back there right now? Sunny days coming and it's worked pretty It's been pretty consistent year here on the twenty six by then. It should be fairly. I would guess in. Probably be in the in the high fifties low sixties. I'm trying to get perspective. I don't know whether to be up in my hotel around and actually be able to go after if fresh air. Well appreciate your time and We'll see about a week and a half. "All of humanity. The last thing I wanted to see was anybody on stage just wanted the day to be over and I had no idea what it was like the for the performers who long kind of exhausting day for people so. That's why I was curious about that. Well we won't be entered into this thing. We've we've figured that was going to be the case that there was going to be a large force to people that were going to leave but we wanted to do was do this. Production and felt that the the diehards. We're going to hang around and the people didn't want to. We're GONNA leave you know we weren't so much into into Lollapalooza for the exposure as much as we were in for the experience and we wanted to do our our show. We we weren't even planning on doing. We're going to go out and do our own tour with this production and Lollapalooza people where persistent offered us this flotsam away. We went to songs pork soda when I ask. You about one of them is the pressman. Tell me about that much. Inspired you to write actually a pretty old song lyric link to me. It was a I just had this image of this fellow who lives this This fairly obscure life. But just has this This realization of power of the pen so to speak. It's not meant to be Derogatory anyway some people thought it was just more of a interesting visual. I had my head I want to express it. That's on hits me in different ways when I listen to it sometimes. I think yeah. He's he's definitely trash people. The news people lament. Sometimes I think this is kind of flattering. So it's not meant to be here. I'm not I'm not meaning. You know being malicious or anything at all if anything I. I have visualization of this character. You know very almost you know. Meet John DOE type thing. Though HENCE SMOKY AIR. The egg sandwiches menthol cigarettes as more of a to me. There's there's there's sort of a romanticism to that visual that may or may not even exist anymore to me. It has more of a of an old Hollywood vibe to it door I keep wanting to use the word visual. Just because that's what POPs in my head when I think in the lyrics like the front page or or something like that. Yeah or you know his girl. Friday Friday yeah or meet me John Doe and then dmv which is such that is definitely derogatory. I don't know if I was. I would have even gotten worse. Was that a particular. Was that inspired by particularly bad trip to the deal. Is there ever a good trip the DMV it depends on where you live? I think Man Not where I live if you live like here it's entirely possible to go into the DMV. The only person that I grew up in New York heaven here in the Bay area man. Unbelievably that do you think. There's a tendency among the current wave of rock bands to be particularly negative. Like I listened. Primus I think because I have a lot of fun and I don't hear that in a lot of other music that's That's around I never really thought about it. It always seems like there's been doom and gloom. You know I can I can. I can't think of a time when you know when there hasn't been song about death or drugs or whatever you know. I didn't realize it doesn't feel uncomfortable or like a glove but it just seems like most of the people who've come along taking up with the take-up where you know I guess we're the Yes is in King Crimson and rolling stones. Whatever have left off tend to be more down and and more angry. I don't know if there are so many that are taking up where the King Crimson. That might be something that that. They'll be a resurgence knows. You know the whole Progressive Rock thing. I haven't really seen a lot of its yet. You know it seems like were more you know. There's there's a lot of bad companies out there led Zeppelin too and I don't know I mean you got you. Got Guys like Nirvana say their route served have always been punk and punk is Brazilian. Angst goes hand in hand. I would imagine I've always been A. I don't want us to say I'm a humorous fellow but I've always I like to take things that grain of salt or sugar and that's just the way I I've always been the way of my family's always been humor is very strong element and it's a good defense mechanism to other questions. Did they have best buy stores where you are or s by commercials? Okay Kmart or something. It's sort of like a giant electronics store. That also sells CDs and things like that anyway. They've got these commercials that they run. Where basically it's like to sort of clean Yuppie look and people in a variety of settings either playing pool or shoot hoops or something like that. And they're this. They're talking about the music that they like the music that they buy. Primis as one that comes up and one of the commercials and I wondered if you've ever seen then anything but never saw that. Yeah it's just kind of the hell out of me. Yeah Yeah I mean you would think these you know. There's one of these places that like deep discounts everything. So you'd think they'd be all after the Janet Jackson fans and all that but you know they talk about like you know. These people hurt playing basketball with each other and talk about you. Know How they go out and they buy primis pavement and things like that but never seen it never mind surprising now and finally another story. I'm working on him asking everybody. I interviewed rock music if if popular music like the stock market and you could invest in some up and coming young band. People generally don't know about right. Now who do you like who you heard that that you think will be? We'll hearing about a future. Well the thing is I mean. I am investing in going because I just started a record company but Like I mean if I was an investor and I wanted to make money. I wouldn't invest in anything that I like. You know I mean I would have never invested in private if you want to make money if you wanted if it was purely on moral or personal taste than I would invest in guys that I have like Charlie Hunter trio and MERV and Group. Eskimo poke aside some of these fans that we've been working with them I label. Why do you invest in those groups? I love their music? They're good people and air quality players and nobody else is going to be. You know I mean the only way that pop world is GONNA changes is to have have the outer fringe bubbling away it. I'm not doing anything new. I mean there've been labels forever. Look at all the sub pop bands. That are huge. Now you know that are influencing the mainstream you know and I don't expect to do any of that but these ban influence other bands to may be more mainstream but a little scared because they've been listening to some of these these really obscure groups. You know I mean. It's just like an lot of the groups that I've listened to throughout the years that are pretty obscure been have become as big as us yet. They've been a huge. So what's Your label called Crime Song very similar to the Swan Song Label. I hope it runs better and I hope you don't Harass musicians led Zeppelin. Hopefully they won't harass me. You grew up in an in San Francisco area. Yeah Yeah so you probably know about or must know or know of Little Charlie and the whole they come something in the goosebumps. They did that stairway to Gilligan's island thing. Oh yeah yeah I mean they were from there right. What's up on at their records pulled out stores because of the copyright problems. You don't know about this. I didn't I knew about the song I just assumed that it was like a doctor. Demento type thing yeah knows a San Francisco band I think Bucknell. Why can't I remember little Roger and the goosebumps and that's what it was called. Well we'll see if all Jimmy page comes after me for the wrong thing and then the bands that you mentioned That on your label. What just tell me a couple of the what did what did they sound like. Charlie Hunter trio is straight up Jazz three-piece obviously extreme Charlie. He was the guitarist. I suppose. We'll hear pompously that..
