Savanah Hernandez on the Demoralizing Crisis for US Border Patrol
"Spoken to any of the officers because whenever I'm down there and I speak to the people on the ground, they find this incredibly demoralizing what they're asked to do by our bureaucrats in Washington. Absolutely, you know, I have covered the border crisis from Arizona, all throughout Texas. And I've spoken to border patrol who have told me, I feel like I'm basically an Uber for the illegal immigrants. A lot of the people coming over are extremely entitled and they won't even walk all the way to the processing facility. They will wait for border patrol to come pick them up in their vehicles because they don't want to walk anymore. They're demanding food. They're demanding services. Border patrol complete the overwhelmed. They don't feel supported by the current administration in office. And then on top of that, you know, they're not even allowed to enforce any laws or do their jobs essentially. Savanah Hernandez Reports From Ground Zero of the El Paso Border
"Savanna Hernandez is on with me, TPUSA, front lines, reporter extraordinaire from the border. Savannah, great to meet you, where are you right now, exactly? I mean, currently in El Paso, Texas on the American side of the border and what you see are seeing behind me is the world that is, again, protecting us from all of the illegal crossing from water to Mexico. Okay, so you're right there. I'm seeing some border barrier behind you. Is that one of the ones with the big gaps within the barrier where people can just kind of funnel through right there. There's border gaps that you see all the time. So there aren't really border gaps in this area, but what I want people to understand about the way that this is set up is that the wall in El Paso is basically set up at the edge of the city, but there is a bunch of federal land on the other side. So those migrants are still very easily to cross over from Mexico into the United States and then once they're in the United States they're getting processed. We just can't see it as easily because it's on the other side of this wall that border patrol will not allow us to go past. So El Paso is getting overwhelmed, all their shelters. They're calling it one of the biggest humanitarian crises that we've ever seen. What are you seeing on a humanitarian level? Because the footage has just been unbelievable in terms of trash in terms of people coming up that are just clearly just worn down, filthy, they've been through hell trying to get here because they think they can get in and stay here. There seems to be a narrative the left is missing. Absolutely, when I got here on Tuesday, that's exactly what the scene was. When you walk the streets of downtown El Paso, you would see piles of trash boxes of opened uneaten food that were attracting a lot of animals. They were unused clothing on the ground. The streets reek of urine and there are human feces just scattered throughout downtown, so it is not a clean environment at all.

Mayorkas' Ideological Drive to Import Migrants
"Is a true ideologue, and I don't think everyone in the Biden administration is as ideological as my work is. I think he is particularly driven by a vision that America is not a good place, and it would benefit from importing as many people from around the world as humanly possible. I think that's on full display there. Americans are not even a consideration. What is owed to the migrants, the economic migrants, as his priority? And he's not going to unlearn this. There's no amount of tough questioning that's going to get through to him. This is not a political issue for him. This is an ideological issue. It's a dogma. Cut one 35, please go. We sought to end title 42, the public health authority earlier. We sought to roll out our immigration enforcement authorities under title 8 of the United States code earlier. We were enjoined from doing so by a court. We promulgated a law to achieve a policy and operational outcome. And the outcome that we seek to achieve through this regulation is to incentivize people to take the lawful pathways and disincentivize them to place their lives in the hands of ruthless smugglers. But their lives are in the hands of ruthless smug. That's the whole system that's been designed. In the Democrats have been okay with this since as long as we can remember.

What's the rough cost or American taxpayers since the roughly 4 million people have come into this country illegally? Us in January of 2021 as those people show up and community hospitals as they enter the school system as they get other government help. Do you have the taxpayer cost? Let me turn that question around a little bit because I'm a turn it around to match the question that an international partner asked of me. And the question that the international partner asked of me is, what is the economic cost of your broken immigration system? Since there are businesses around this country that are desperate for workers, yeah, so this is all about economic migration, and he wants to import people because the businesses are desperate. Well, you know who's not desperate. He was not desperate as the American people who are having their wages undercut at seeing their rents go up, seeing their cost of living go up, seeing all sorts of drugs and crime being imported into their communities all because Alejandro mayorkas wants to use his power at the Department of Homeland Security to try to take care of people who are not Americans. That is not his mandate. I'm all for taking care of an American's non Americans in your free time with your extra dollars that you get to keep, what few dollars Joe Biden lets you keep. I give to charity every year and I always give some amount to international charities to try to feed people and help people who are the least among us globally. I understand that that is a noble pursuit. Everyone should do that. That is not the role of the U.S. government and that is not the mandate of the Department of Homeland Security. To try to make it easier for people to economically migrate. In order to undercut American working in middle class and lower classes and at the benefit of the globalist establishment that wants to see America's borders broken down and wants to see their stocks maybe go up a little bit because they can save a little bit on the wages they pay their workforce.

According to you and your sources at CNN, there is news that essentially in order to get nominated for an Oscar next year, you have to hit all these diversity quotas. Is this right? According to the fact checked news organization known as CNN, films have to meet at least two of four benchmarks, which cover, among other things, whether the lead actors are from underrepresented groups or if at least 30% of the cast and crew come from these underrepresented groups. All right, so this is wild and it's creepy because Hollywood is a precursor to the rest of the country. But we have this clip from Richard Dreyfus I want to play because this was the tie in for you. Play cut 55. What do you think of these new inclusion standards for films? They make me vomit. Why? Because this is an art form. It's also a form of commerce, and it makes money. But it's an art. And no one should be telling me as an artist. That I have to give in to the latest, most current idea of what morality is. So Richard Dreyfuss has come out basically as a conservative lately. I made the off hated comment that Morgan Wallen had the top 15 of the hundred songs on the charts when his new album released, which had like and so did Taylor Taylor. Yes, she did. Yes, she had the whole top ten. She also heard Morgan Wallen both have taken up had the longest running album in the top ten of billboard 200. She is the other equal but different. Albums. She also had ten full albums charting on the Billboard Top one last week. No. Apparently it's like Morgan V Taylor. Now, okay, so Morgan, market is a guy that okay, so he just canceled all of his shows. I can play this clip for everybody because people are getting real fired up about it. He has a vocal condition that he has injured his vocal cords. Now this became the source of some controversy because he was spotted partying with LSU swimmer. His gymnastics influencer livy Dunn, who has like 10 million followers on Instagram.

Unpacking the Royals With Alex Clark and Jobob
"A lot of topics that I want to cover here. And it was funny. When we were in the break, we were talking about what we were going to start with first. And there's a ton of options on the table. And of course, Alex Clark said, I don't want to talk about the queen's court or the king's coronation. Because I don't know anything about the British stuff. And so I immediately thought then we're starting with the coronation. Of course. So Joe bob, why don't you fill us in? So King Charles is now King Charles. He's been crowned. He was the king already. And I think this is interesting too because my wife and I were just in London for like a week like two weeks ago and everybody was prepped with the coronation. Now the coronation is happening may 6th and isn't the coronation gonna be so grand. It was funny, all of our tour guides in London were saying, well, the king will walk down this road and the king will do this and I could I couldn't help but think the entire time and maybe this just makes me a patriot American who cares. I do not understand why anybody cares so much about the king of a foreign country and this whole idea of running society as a democracy. The idea of a monarch and king, I don't get it. Well, I mean, that part of it is really not the controversial part. I mean, you and I had a disagreement in the break. Yeah. I think there's a place for the royals and the monarchy as an institution in England. I think it's good when a country holds up these institutions that have history and tradition built into them that the people know and love and look up to. The queen was the great. There's a lot of people in this audience that think the queen was this globalist shill and she was actually working with the rockefellers and all this stuff. I don't know anything about this. All I'm saying, all I'm saying is that she comported herself with dignity, respect. She honored the church and the Church of England, the tradition that was handed down to her. "Big thing is we're in sort of this baseball mode a little bit. The Oakland a's, first and foremost, can't play baseball. That's a big one. Yeah, they've won three games. I think 8 to 9 games out. We're not even two weeks into the season good. I mean, they're starting as horrendous. I mean, everything's bad. But now they have bought, it looks like land in a shocking shocking Las Vegas. They paid they're getting ready to build a agreement is for 49 acres on the side owned by red rocks resort. The parent company of station casinos, they told the Las Vegas journal of 1.5 million 35 seats stadium, 35,000 he stated with a parcel tried to roof will be built on the side, adding the other developers, including restaurants and amphitheaters are being discussed. Christopher Lambert Is Not Your Average Leading Man In "Highlander"
"Let's talk for a second by Christoph Lambert, so my ever suffering son was so good as to watch this movie with me last night. And he said, and he'd seen it. I had shown it to him as a kid. Ten years ago. I think halfway through the move said, that guy's really ugly. I Christoph Lambert is not your average leading man. Forget the accent, the fact that he's blind, this massive forehead, the deep set eyes, I look, he kind of works in a wave because the love story with Heather, he sells that love story, and then the little girl Rachel will talk about Rachel in a second. That's an amazing sub story. But he's not a really good, you know, Marlon Brando, in my opinion. No, no, no, no. And especially when you put him up against Sean Connery. Sean Connery could be his father. Oh my gosh. You know, and he's like ten times more handsome still as an old man. So you do feel a little bit bad for me. If you think about it in that context, but look, he is the hero of the story. I think there is something about in the 1980s. They didn't actually. And this is actually something even back in the, you know, in the early cinema. I often talk about one of my favorite actors of all time being William Powell. If you put him up against Clark Gable, or Cary Grant, or somebody like that, William Powell pales in comparison in terms of looks, but he is so absolutely charming. He'll just like charm the brains out of anybody. That's a bit like, wouldn't you say Bogart is the same? Absolutely right. Absolutely right. And so you do find actors that are so unbelievably charming. It doesn't really matter that they're not the most handsome guy in the world. Now, I mean, I think today they care a little bit more about how handsome certain actors are in certain kind of roles. When you find somebody like Sean Connery, dashingly handsome guy, excellent actor. I mean, that's obviously like the Holy Grail of stars.

Yep. And a prosecutor, unlike a defense attorney, you know, I don't have discretion as a defense attorney. So a guy comes into my office and, you know, he tells me he's guilty. I don't have discretion to go in and turn him in. Like, I'm not allowed to do that. I have to zealously represent my clients if I choose him as a client. No matter what. But a prosecutor has what's called a quasi judicial function. They have like a judge part of their job. Where they are decision makers and in their discretion, they are supposed to decide which cases to bulldoze full steam ahead and other cases to not prosecute at all. And the fact that they're going after not only that you have a rookie DA Alvin brick, okay? He was just so, you know, he was never an assistant district attorney. Unlike Eric Gonzalez in a Manhattan, unlike I'm sorry, Brooklyn, unlike darcel Clark in The Bronx, you know, they were ADA. So they know how the system works from the inside. He was a federal prosecutor, which is a very prestigious thing, but it's a very different thing. Right. He was a state attorney general. "Those of clark's favourite costco. I agree that they provide some value in the lower income in rural areas that they tend to dominate their convenience. A cost reminds me of the check cashing businesses that are also often found in these areas. Bryan bryan thank you. And it is true that the Particularly dollar tree historically is run it very good margins hitting their one dollar price point for items for sale This is not true of family dollar that they've had a lot of trouble running that business forever though long. Troubled family dollar and dollar general has had good margins but they all provide value to people on a very very tight budget yes some of the quantities are smaller tit lower price points but they make it possible for somebody who's got just so little money to get by on to have the items. They need not have to commute long way to a walmart or certainly to a warehouse club that would be even further. So i do feel like the dollar stores do serve a significant need in the marketplace cute puppy clark and i love the name but and i hope i'm wrong but a cute little what looks like a golden doodle or labrador was probably purchased. Unless you're the only one i've heard of that got that type of puppy from a shelter people that you come to you for many types of advice and guidance financial and otherwise. I would hope you would be an advocate for. Don't shop please adopts so many dogs and cats are dumped in shelters and those are the lucky ones. Some were thrown into dumpsters or left in a dog park overnight. So tell me. Clark was kirkland purchase from a breeder a rescued from either a shelter or the tons of rescue organizations that foster abandoned dogs and cats. And please if you did purchase. Don't use the. We needed a hypoallergenic dog. Plenty of those are available for adoption. My own rescue dog is hypoallergenic. It's a yorkie poodle bichon maltese. Mix melody melody thank you. You know you are representing many many people who have been upset on social media. That are little puppy. Looks like A purchase bred dog. And those of you. That are unhappy with me. It's true my wife spent four months looking for Puppy to adopt from a rescue or from the humane society. We made multiple trips to the humane society. And we also tried with rescues. All over the place My wife was even looking as far away as twelve hundred miles away for a.
