Nostril. Oh, what? Yes, you can hide weapons in those things. It turns out that a piece of ceramic that had been sharpened on one end and then melted into a plastic cap. Was hidden. Inside the nostril. Gosh, prisoners are Really good at figuring out ways to hide stuff if they would put that energy into being not a criminal, upstanding member of society you perhaps you are correct doesn't work that way, though. Generally not. That's this has the story clearly indicates. Um, the inmate was placed in special housing awaiting disciplinary charges. But the same day, another officer found. Sabak sewn inside a package that was mailed to an inmate. What does that even mean? Bok soon is drug. It's used to help people getting off of opioids or heroin. Things like that. It's basically the same gives you if you take a lot of it'll give you the same effect so I could see why they're sneaky. Get here. Thank you for the richest go back to putting things you know, wouldn't I would constantly be like my eye would be water and right. And I'd be like Oh, did burn. Yeah. If you can pull a hair wrong and there I start crying. I can't make sticking a pen cap. That's got a weapon. No. One time my sister stuck a French fry up her nose and they had to go to the doctor to pull it out. Oh, my God! That's horrible. One time I was eating a jolly rancher. In fourth grade, and I was sitting at my desk and we were taking a test and all of this halfway through the test, the jolly rancher came out of my nose. E don't know, but I had. Like, what flavor? I don't remember. It was probably watermelon. Because this is my favorite. One question. Was it a struggle? Or was it a quick slides? No, it was like On it just hit the table and everybody looked. Oh, first grade. I will just remind you that I was taking a test. I bent over to pick up my pencil that had the The triangular eraser thing to remember those fancy I bent over to pick that up, and I farted. Dead silent E. I love going out loud. I would have loved you in school. I was like I was I was probably a good friend for people who want to get in trouble. That's why I would've loved you because I had a friend who would also try to make me laugh constantly. And then I would get in trouble. That would be me. Yeah. Yeah. So I'm glad I didn't know you and elementary school because I got in enough trouble as it is. Well, man, That's the time when the when the trouble that happens, the shenanigans I was a troubled child in elementary school. By the time I got to high school, I would kept to myself. Yeah. Holly, Do you have a story for sure. Do sure knew were going to Oregon. Yeah. Hey. Hey, we're going to Clackamas County like lack of us. Yes, just like to say Clackamas. Yes, It's a wonderful, wonderful world word. We're gonna be talking about a guy from Portland cause that's near Clackamas County. Hey, was driving a Volkswagen Jetta and you know what they say about driving a Volkswagen Jetta? It's just like driving a race car. No, nobody said that's gonna say let decisions are not Jettas are sensible. The four door vehicle sedans I believe is what they call them in the world of cars. So this'll guys driving a Volkswagen Jetta And he decided To, uh, speed passing Clackamas County Sheriff's That's like good deputy, but he must have done something really weird because that seems kind of garden variety. Yeah, well, you know, the thing is, though, is that the Volkswagen Jetta was speeding right up to the deputy's patrol car, then decided to pass the deputy's patrol car. And then pulled into the lane in front of the deputy's patrol car and then, like took off speeding. Yeah, that's smart. Then the deputy's patrol car pulled over this guy. Yeah, this guy's name is Jeff so tough over in the Volkswagen Jetta. And then he stopped the car. Then the deputy got out of his car decided to go and check out the Volkswagen Jetta. But the Volkswagen Jetta Rolled back about 25 ft and hit the front of the deputies. Come on. Now. The deputy said he could smell alcohol from Jeff's car noticed a can of Busch light in Jeff's cardholder Bush. Yeah, now, you know, this is contrary, though, too what Geoff had been claiming And Jeff was claiming what he would how he was driving loud and clear on the back of the Volkswagen Jetta because on the back of this car He had a bumper sticker, Jeff Okay, because he wanted to let everyone know what the deal was. Okay, just like I have to make people aware of what's going on. Yeah. Yeah. What is the point of the Uh, bumper stickers say. Not drunk. Avoiding potholes. No Not that's like wearing the equivalent of wearing a T shirt that says, um, I'm not stealing things. Yeah, because we've seen that stealing thing. Yeah, We've seen those T shirts before Bradley in crazy, Stupid idiots. Now, Jeff Told the deputy, he planned a party with a friend over the weekend. So perhaps he was pre gaming a little bit, but I had to direct him to Jeff Fail the sobriety test. Reggie's registering a 0.22 blood alcohol concentration. That's more than twice the legal limit in the state of Oregon. Then Jeff was arrested and transported to Clackamas County Jail. Don't worry, guys. He's not drunk. He's just avoiding potholes. Yeah, yeah, I feel like if you if you put that on your car Like that's because Like you don't Nobody who doesn't drive drunk that puts that on their car, right? You know, I suppose it's one of those things were Jeff thought the logic was hiding in plain sight. If I tell them I'm not drunk. We're going, then they're gonna be like, Well, surely he's not drunk as he has the bumper sticker because he's like, and nobody would be that stupid because it's like, well, it's the adage. If you tell people who you are, then you should believe that, but he's just taking it a step further. Also, he has this Mickey Mouse was going to say I did notice. There's also a Mickey Mouse peering over the back seat. Decals on his review. That's the rear window kidnap Mickey, and he's like healthy other car There is also a murderer also wouldn't be surprised if we saw on the right hand side if he had one of those Calvin and Hobbes stickers were counted. Created that. I don't know somebody Calvin and Hobbes. Somebody explain. Hey, by the way, there is a podcast about truck nuts. So I feel like there's gotta be a Corollary podcast episode about the Calvin peeing. On whatever. Whatever your own adventure, he could be A swell is the stick figure family locally here, you'll mostly see it on the green Bay symbol. Ha ha ha! You know, like that's that's usually the one You'll see a the guy standing in Minnesota over to Wisconsin. Things like that. But That's that's the humor there. So joke's got another idiot. No, I mean, I do, but we don't have time. So here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna She's like we gotta go. We gotta show s so when we come back, we have a very special guest Who's going to play the throwback live at 2 45 Find out who that is, right here on my talk. One of 71. Michael Cohen, scumbag. Bad guy. And he will end up being a bruise on Donald Trump. Before this is over. He's already threatening He's already threatened because he wants a pardon. And I think that's why Roger Stone got a pardon to. I think he was threatening. These guys are they're toxic. They're not loyal. And I will tell you that. Scaramucci. The guy was press secretary for 10 days before just be clowned himself, and now he's out. He's Trump's biggest critic, so you could be mad at me for saying he bought. He brought some bad people into the White House. But surely you agree that the guy who's turned on him who he did nothing but kind things for is a bad guy. That being said. Trump's also brought some amazing people into the White House. Kellyanne Conway. Who came from the Trump campaign. She's fantastic. I'm sorry to see her go. I'm very sorry to see her go. No, I meant Cruz campaign. Yeah, thank you, Uh, Killian was was from the Cruz campaign. I'll tell you another one. That is fantastic. Is is Kayleigh Mcenany. I didn't know about her mastectomy until she told the story of the RNC. Breast cancer is one in 41 in four American women. We'll get breast cancer. We've had a whole slew of it on my mom's side of the family. And she's had a mastectomy, which she talks about openly. I'm not telling you a secret. It's very scary Rest. Cancer is a is a really, really scary thing. And for her to talk about that. Publicly, so that makes it easier for a lot of other people to come forward who are suffering or who have had that. But she's also toughest nails and she's prepared I want you to listen to Kayleigh Mcenany. The media has gone from world and the Democrats, The Democrats and their media have gone from no, no, there's the protests were peaceful there. Very sweet, sweet people, too. Well, they're good people. They have good reason to be angry to, um well, it's Donald Trump's fault. You can't have it both ways. So now they're blaming the violence by Democrats. On Donald Trump. Even though he's offering them help that they refused to accept. Ted Wheeler was offered help. And two days before one of his citizens was murdered by one of his thugs on the streets of Portland. Two days before. Ted Wheeler, which went very public. The mayor of Portland. With a letter to the president. We don't want your help here. Person murdered. They had killings on the streets of Kenosha, Wisconsin. Both the mayor and the governor said We don't want federal help go away. And look what happened. These people are fools. It's a wonder anyone would vote for them just to people care what they're letting happen. So with that in mind, the wonderful and talented Kayleigh mcenany When asked a very stupid question, the president's press secretary, said this then it's so interesting to me to see Democrats who wants disparaged two who ignored the violence. I should say all of a sudden caring about it, but let's not forget what they said Previously, Speaker Nancy Pelosi Downplaying the violence rocking US cities, ignorantly saying people will do what they do, Jerry Nadler When asked about Antifa, he said it out. That was a myth that's being spread around Washington D. C. It's not a myth. In fact, Antifa individual took the life of an innocent trump supporter in Portland. Rep I on I on a Presley, saying that she wanted unrest in the streets, Chris Cuomo saying. Show me where it says protesters are supposed to be Pete idea, Chris. It's the Constitution. Don lemon saying quote. The rioting has to stop Chris as you know, and I know it's showing up in the polls it showing up in the focus groups. It's the only thing right now. That's sticking. So now all of a sudden, 90 days later, I from this podium, have talked about law and order. The president has talked about law and order repeatedly but because the polling has shifted, um now it's time for the Democrats to deny what they said previously and all of a sudden focus on law and order. Um I'll leave you with this. That's like the arsonists blaming the firefighter. Powerful Oregon's Democrat governor, Kate Brown asks sheriffs from areas or outside of Portland. To send officers to help control antifa and black lives matter. The sheriffs of Clackamas and Washington County. Both refuse. The Washington County sheriff says he will not put his officers in a place where there is a lack of political support for public safety. Clackamas County Sheriff says no because there needs to be a policy that holds offenders accountable for their destruction and violence. Governor Brown's plan to address the mostly peaceful protests. Calls on several local law enforcement agencies to help including the sheriff's offices in Washington and Clackamas counties. However, Clackamas County Sheriff Craig Roberts says he will not send his officers to help. Sheriff Roberts says increasing law enforcement resources in Portland will not solve the nightly violence and murder. I'm sorry, will not solve the nightly violence and now murder. The only way to make Portland safe again is to support a policy that holds offenders accountable for their destruction and violence. Sheriff Roberts ads that will require the D A to charge offenders appropriately, and a decision by the Multnomah County presiding judge not to allow offenders released on their own reconnaissance. And instead require bail with conditions. The same offenders are arrested night after night. Only to be released by the court and not charged with a crime by the D. A's office the next night they're back at it, endangering the lives of law enforcement and the community all over again. Washington County Sheriff Pat Garrett. What a great name. Cited several risks that led to the decision, including quote the lack of political support for public safety. The uncertain legal landscape, the current volatility. Combined with intense scrutiny on use of force. The Organ Association chiefs of Police also put out a statement saying over the weekend, members of our associations were approached to assist with policing the city of Portland, Unfortunately, due to the lack of support for public safety operations. The associated liability to agencies who would be assisted in Portland and the lack of accountability for those arrested committing criminal acts. We cannot dedicate our limited resources away from the communities. We serve. We know there will be there will already be an additional burden on local law enforcement agencies. As Oregon State police troopers are reassigned to assist in Portland, we would propose the following is a steps to bring an end to the.

"Call from Dundee Florida calls nine one one and said I've been robbed armed robbery and I'm standing here at the intersection of highway twenty seven Lincoln avenue. And two guys carrying a gun stole my money took my necklace took my phone from me. And and he went on to say the suspects through his phone on the ground and proceeded to jump into a black Ford crown, Victoria and drive away. So he he hopes it over to the nearest convenience store. Calls the cops. They come. And they quickly responded at via via air helicopters because they're looking they're looking for the the for the car figuring. It's in the area. Canine shows up the canine car out pop the canines. They start sniffing around. What's going on here? And it didn't take long for the deputies figure out the robbery never happened. Henderson confessed. He made up the story. You said I didn't want to show up for my eleven o'clock shifted Carl's junior. Oh, wow. In this day and age where what did we talk full employment? Right. Our we have more jobs. We have people and people are pulling this stunt. Genius. That no wonder we have so many help wanted signs out there. I think even when places are, you know, every job is filled. They just leave the help wanted signs out there for for whatever's going to happen in process right fill for the next Brian Anderson that comes along. Hey, look, this guy never heard of playing sick. I mean, there's easier ways to get out of work supposedly link calling nine one one on the bright side. He didn't have to go to his eleven o'clock shift because they hauled him in more western making purchase for him. He's got he's got fingerprints and everything. Now, he's he's done the whole the whole bridge, the interstate bridge thing could come back and could only this time. It's Washington wasn't. It wasn't Washington. The west time, they're the ones that you know, you go to you. Crazy, oregonians you nuts. Right. And I couldn't believe they released a picture of an artist's rendering of what it might look like they're really trying to suck us in aren't they? They're really want us to get on board this thing, again, don't they are they gonna build half of it stops halfway through the Columbia. On the other side. I can't understand it are people running short of money to the politicians who live their pockets of the last one or they're buddies. They're they're they're architect buddies or construction buddies. I just isn't that? What happened a lot of people got rich and nothing got built isn't part of the deal that we we have to pay back. The fifty million dollars the project doesn't move forward by September. Yeah. The states bowl states are on the hook for millions of. All right wonder. Yeah. So we got to hurry up and build we're going to have to pay for whatever we don't have. I just don't know why we have a new imagining though from Washington state this new imaging that's out there. Why why don't we just use? What we came up with a few years. Exactly put it back. Why do we have to go through this whole half a billion dollars probably project just to kind of figure out how we're gonna do it all over again from scratch. Right. They had it all worked out what we have to build. A better mouse trap is at at what I think I think they're still the the the reticence to put in light rail in that still part of the deal because I know some folks in Hoover still don't want light rail, which is what killed it in the first place. They didn't want that the the criminal element coming over the the the bridge on the light rail. And so they there was gonna be light rail. We don't want bridge. And that's what that's what killed the would be the best thing that ever happened for Vancouver to get people. I mean, everybody who sits on that traffic from about two o'clock on everybody knows everybody knows their heart there. It's awful and the train always runs on time frame will get you home at a certain time every day going across that bridge. Would it like Trump? I don't know if it'd carry enough people because there are a lot of people that live in Vancouver and work here. So you'd have to run a lot more training or more trains the pull it up or two tracks. But. I don't know fool me once. Shame on you. Fool me twice. Thank you. And then. I think that's how it and then the Tri met Barbara came back. That's terrific. This is good. I wish I'd known this like a couple of days ago. I just got a haircut I could have just written try met. Although he wasn't cutting here. I don't want to know. I don't want to know what the barber was was up too. So what's the most intolerant area in America? And I pretty much. Everybody's going to be guest Portland Portland is the most intolerant area in America. It's a new report by the Atlantic. And it it it really is. It's a map A guide to the most least politically open minded counties in America. And I gotta tell you what Portland Oregon is not very open minded. We may think we are. But we're we're not. Well, we just don't like the crazy. We don't listen to the crazy. I suppose that's it. Here. It is the most politically intolerant folks, politically intolerant. Tend to be whiter more highly educated older more urban and more partisan so white a little more education old guy or girl, you live in the city, and you just you know, it's your opinion. And that's nothing's going to change it. So in in our area in our neck of the woods. Your Clackamas county is in the eighty second percentile, which means that eighteen out of every hundred counties in America are more prejudiced against the political other. So a little wiggle room. Eighty two is pretty high for Clackamas county, would you guess that? It's more political more conservative or liberal Clackamas county more conservative. I would go to let's move across. Our area Washington county in the eighty nine th percentile. That's pretty big. Let's see Clark county Washington. Oh, you know, what I'm I'll tell you what let's play a little game here. I gave you a Washington county. And and forgive me because I'm trying to cover this mouth over the mouse over this tiny little tiny little map that they give me a Columbia County. The seventy second Clark county is in the ninety seventh percentile which is only three percent wiggle room. I mean, so that's would Clark county conservative or more liberal county is more conservative is my county on the map it is. But before you get there Multnomah county ninety eight th percentile. That's I mean that leaves almost no room. Yeah. You're Polk County liberal, Mike. Let's see here Marian is fifty sixth. And that's pretty good for you guys there. You know? And again, I see this hard to find Polk County on this little it's. Yeah. Fifty-seven? There you go. There you go. See are you working the same map? Your. Surge of today's show be a surgeon the worst place in the country, though is Massachusetts. Middlesex County one hundredth percentile. Ooh. Yeah. Which Suffolk County Massachusetts, which includes Boston one hundred th percentile. And so that means are least likely there, at least likely their opinion. Yeah. Right. They're just. Think right or left writer left? You know, you're not going to budge. But you know, we all know in Boston. We know that's a liberal the liberal. Yeah. Fortress there. But in the one hundred so we in Multnomah county ninety eighth we had at least we can say we have a two percent wiggle room. Watching percent of you are really open minded and the rest of the ninety percent. We've pretty much made up our minds that the other people are crazy, right? What's what shocks me about this map of looking at it most of the country. It's just by counties and different different colors for each county in most states are are are kind of a hodgepodge. But except for Florida flu. Solid block of partisan prejudice. Which is crazy because that it is. It's split down. The middle is his political leanings. So it is literally split down the middle. Both sides hate the other side as much as possible. That's right. There's no there's no middle room. Let's see the least prejudice you'll county in Oregon. Appears to be Lake County fourteenth percents. Nobody that lives in. You're you're you're beyond Klamath falls liberal, Mike. Was a big moral moral county county, Oregon tenth percentile, which. Nine. Okay. Malheur six six day. All right. Very good. Well, good. You know, what if you just want to go to a place where it's live and let live malheur county. But that's why you moved there. Anyway, isn't it right to get away from all this stuff and she'll open road? There you go speed limit. No government fell. Forget that part. All.
