But one thing I find kind of interesting is you're seeing investors actually put a little bit of money back in the Hong Kong market. And one of the reasons there is that the currency is not plummeting, it can't because of the fix. So on a relative basis, that's the kind of stabilizer. And the other thing is investors have been waiting on some hint of policy from China that things might get back to normal, reopen in such. And we're not really seeing that, but shares of Macau casinos have actually rallied because the city government setting the news conference that tour groups from Mainland China will resume as soon as November. Now, Bloomberg intelligence says that is not going to make a very big difference for the Macau casinos. But these companies have been so bombed out that even something like this is leading to companies like Sandra 13% in the market today, galaxy entertainment up 8.88%, a notable number. Anyway, it just goes to show you that investors are really waiting for any policy that could help. And they're willing to take even on the risk of buying into a day where equities are plummeting. "I don't know how much of an impact that really makes. I would like to see the Bengals doing fantastic. It'd be awesome if they were 8 no to start the year. I just don't think that's a realistic expectation for the Cincinnati Bengals. I was very, very critical of this move. I did not like it. I knew Jamar chase would be a star player, but I did not think he would lead to Cincinnati winning more games. And I was really, really worried about the Bengals offensive line. In fact, I still actually kind of am like going into the Super Bowl. I'm like, just please, Joe burrow, do not die. That's all I'm asking for. Joe burrow gets hit a ton and I certainly did not expect anything like what happened in the Tennessee Titans playoff game where Joe burrow got sacked 9 times and still found a way to win. That doesn't happen. You don't win football games when that happens to you. And I would actually say that Bengals are kind of getting away with one right now. Where in year one, Joe burrow got hurt, destroyed his knee, and it's hard to not blame the offensive line. And the thing I just did not account for is Joey B is just a wizard at surviving in the pocket. He avoids sacks like crazy. There's a play against the Kansas City Chiefs where Chris Jones has him dead to rights, not once, but twice on the same play, and he avoids a he ducks under it, then avoids a sack with like an ankle bite. And he does that all the time. He avoids sacks like crazy. Like you just are like, I didn't, he's not Russell Wilson. He's not as fast, doesn't have a crazy amount of top end speed, but he's just like a little slippery. You can't get a hold on Joe burrow. He's hard to sack. He's also incredible in a messy pocket..

Is. What happens is when we're under stress and who isn't. We have you've all heard of your adrenal glands? And what happens is your adrenal guns. Put out something called Cortisol. High Cortisol is high stress and what happens is your high cortisol triggers something in your brain called your middle and Migdal as part of your emotional brain, and when that high cortisol goes up. What happens is it triggers a migdal hijack and what that means. Is Your Migdal shunts blood away from your thinking brain. Into your survival brain and guess what taps into your training. It will tap in to what you've been trained to do almost automatically. Do you think NBA stars when. They think between shots. No, it's training and they've been trained. What what's the saying? It May Have Been Stephen, Covey senior, or someone said you need. What is it ten thousand? What does it take to be come an expert? He said was at ten thousand hours. And when you write that down when you train yourself to get into that habit to it for thirty days, it'll become natural. You can go to bed. How Will Cam Newton Make the Patriots Better?
