"Are you ready for this and I said Yeah and then I had to start the promo behind the stage and so as soon as I said the first word you just clicked and as far as I know I went out there I killed it and I think that's what helped me get my foot. Ah into the door but then I didn't hear anything afterwards and so I think it was December and by the time you know again I in April. Two December has a long time and at gotten into the point to where I left evolve. <hes> I was doing standup on the side just for buzz and it was something that I enjoyed doing and then I started wrestling so I figured I needed to do something to help. Continue if that buzz because I think the hardest part about wrestling is everything goes in cycles <hes> and the hardest thing is just to keep that bus going right. That's why I started doing the stand up and the wrestling and then all of a sudden he's that was like what you're doing stuff for beyond that that period yeah yeah yeah and that kind of in March I think Russell Nick Gage Russell Chuck Taylor but this was crazy stuff like me wrestling ricocheting page at all for one and like hardcore man Canadian into a door crazy stuff yeah but I just got a call in December and it was hey are you signing where and I was talking to a few companies and I said well not now and then it was triple. H is looking for managers. Do you have you can send him just out of nowhere I was oh. Is that a bar I was at a bar. This is a Tuesday in New York. Get this phone call and then it's a tax them like yes sure and I didn't really believe it right right even then yeah even then you're not because I mean think about it. You're so far removed removed from the idea of I'm going to be managing the W._W._e.. Do you're having hard-core Matute bricky chain page. That couldn't be more different like it's almost like you said you know. I can't just keep being an indie manager because it doesn't lead anywhere so I gotta start doing doing other stuff of little. Did you know they're sitting there going like Oh. He was really good manager and it's funny because New Year's Eve I was doing beyond and Typically Thatcher pulled me aside and he sat me down like a child and and said hey you have to stop wrestling you. You really have to stop which it was baffling for me. Why did you think you had to stop because it was not good for your health because it was not good for your brand because I mean I will take this as a compliment? Yeah I don't think he minute as like a backhanded compliment towards anyone else or towards me or or what I was doing but he said I was to talented to Russell right.

"It's going to be zoo around the actual rosebowl? Where can I park? They sent me a link to this like a Marriott with a public garage and it's like okay. That's what I'm in do so I went right from sets house so I'm like in my pool close but I have like some jeans and my car in flip flops and so I get to this Marriott and it's like two miles away from a from the Rose Bowl so now I'm like Oh man my poor back. I'm about to walk two miles in flip flops with the fuck. Do I do and I start digging through the back of my try like an an extended cab so there's like a backseat just full of junk and I start digging it. I found find a pair of tennis shoes pair sneakers Chuck Taylor Converse all stars which as as you know. Are those like canvas sneakers. They look really cool not the most comfortable but I was like this is better than flip flops probably but I didn't have socks so I put those things on. I start to walk. I get maybe a mile and realize that doing this without socks a huge mistake my toes are rubbing against the canvas sneakers on the inside and it is literally scraping the skin off of the knuckles on my toes and just scraping like my heels and my Achilles tendon tendons both of them and I'm not even to the Roseville. I'm not even halfway but I'm like I. I WANNA take photos. This is happening. I don't care who's going to deal with the pain I get to the rose bowl in it is packed. Everyone has had the same idea. The parking lot is just packed with people. We'll find a wall to sit on and I just kind of park it there. I put my tripod up in front of me and I just sit there and I'm like forty five minutes early and I just sit and I'm by myself I sit and wait and wait and wait forty five minutes finally about nine thirty pm the Fireworks Start and they are awesome totally glad I did it was worth the blisters and skinned end up fee. I stayed for the whole thing and then as soon as it was over everyone was like walking back to their cars so it was just like just as mass exodus and I'm just like stuck in a crowd and I hate crowds and try taking all these detours to get away from the crowds which just ended up making me walk like probably quarter mile extra by the time I get to my car my back once again. Dan is completely fucking shot because Chuck Taylors if you don't know what they are looking up but I feel like probably everyone knows what they are. Chuck Taylors are just a flat sole. They offer no support so my back once again is jacked. This was Thursday. It's still way better than it was. Last time. I recorded this podcast like and then. Two days ago Sunday like super amp that I'm out taking photos and I'm getting some good stuff and so Sunday I wake up. It's it's just a lazy Sunday. The lonely island like to say I'm just GonNa lay on the couch play some video games so I fire up the X. box playing video games and I was like you know what this is fucking dumb. I'm being lazy Sunday. It's nice outside. The weather was like eighty degrees. I should go outside. I gotta find a really cool place. I don't care if it's far. I'll drive on the road trip to take some cool photos even if I have to get a hotel for the night and so I'm like I'll look at some route sixty six you know route sixty six goes all the way across across the country. There's really cool stuff to take photos of hotels and buildings and weird gift shops and shit all the way across.
