"And they're teaching this they're Marxist professors out there why do you think they have these guests these professors on MSNBC and CNN and elsewhere writing op -eds and the slimes in the in the compost who say you must destroy the English language in order to destroy the white culture dominant I'm not making it up you're gonna learn all about it the footnotes will be there look it up read this so -called scholarship all by yourself this is what's taking place take the word equity it's not an accident it's not a coincidence you the word equity means what what does it mean you all started from a different base therefore even if you have equality you can never achieve equity until what so you destroy the country and of course then you have violent totalitarianism this is what we're in the middle of now those of you who listen to this program or my watch shows you get it but there's and because I study philosophy and all the rest of it I know what I see I know what I I feel I know what I smell and it is this revolution that's consuming us this is why there's almost no pushback in the media with these constant indictments of Donald Trump and get the Georgia probably in the next hour it's like big deal it is a huge deal the statutes they're using in the cities they're bringing these cases why even bother having a trial why even go through the motions because that's all we're doing which brings me to the liars and the reprobates and the sleazeballs and they always find new ones on MSNBC as well as CNN there's a game by the name there's a man by the name of he's Dave Ahrenberg a former state senator in Florida he's a state attorney for Palm Beach County and they bring him on to the morning it's the morning shmo lives in Palm Beach County Jupiter and they probably kiss each other's ass so to speak so he brings this nobody under his nothing channel if I didn't play you wouldn't know about it but you need to going know what's on out there under the radar and I want you to listen to this because this is the war judge in Florida unlike the judge in Washington DC where it's been discovered and we're reminded I should say of an AP story in which Judge Chuck Nick who's handling the truck case proclaimed that January 6th and the 2020 Black Lives Matter riots have absolutely nothing in common where she was effectively defending the 2020 riots which involved all the assaults, the burglaries, the arson, death, murder, anti -semitism, anti -americanism that's compared nothing to January 6 she says and that is the mindset of the phony judge who's overseeing the case of Donald Trump sickening Trump doesn't have a shot doesn't even have a chance anyway one of the things I have argued actually is that according to the Department of Justice guidelines for prosecutors it says they shall use grand juries in the district I'm paraphrasing where the events that are being investigated occurred or certainly most of them well the events involving the documents of Mara Largo didn't occur in Washington DC the vast majority of them occurred in Florida South Florida and yet the federal prosecutor Smith the work for Eric Holder and it's tight with James Comey he did all the investigations the witness testimony all of it in front of Washington a Democrat DC grand jury where he got his indictments the vast majority of them and then he says you know what we're going to move this down to the grand jury in Florida which heard none of the testimony firsthand none of it and they were asked to rubber stamp what done was in Washington DC and so he has this grand jury still functioning does Smith in Washington DC and he throws a few more indictments out there he gets it of out the grand jury in Washington DC then he shoots it to the grand jury down there and the federal judge there saying wait a minute the rules of the Department of Justice and common sense and fairness tell us you're supposed to do stuff with the grand jury here in my district not up there in Washington DC how do you explain yourselves for using that venue not this venue particularly given the Department of Justice I would argue says well thou shalt I had my buddy Jim trustee former on Trump lawyer one of the most fantastic litigators I think needs we them discussed this cut one go talk about judge cannon for a second I haven't talked to you since that very interesting order that came out a couple of days ago she did a couple things it seemed bizarre so let's stop so they talk in advance Scarborough is now one of them and has been he a complete media whore among other things brings in this Democrat state prosecutor we've obviously discussed this before but the smear on this judge Scarborough being a misogynist I guess and all that her ruling her comments seem bizarre what comment was bizarre now they bring in the state attorney for Palm Beach County where just Scarborough lives go ahead it did she did something that Trump's lawyers didn't even ask for question the propriety of the grand jury that exists in DC and expose it to the public you're allowed to have another let's hold on a second the judges are required to wait for anything it's obvious to anybody who spent any time in the federal courtroom anything at the federal level that this is not only unusual it is bizarre bizarre absolutely it doesn't happen all the time I would ask Dave if it happens all the time give me the 20 times that it happened hey jerk give me the 20 times that it's happened 20 times in the last year 20 times in the last five years let's see it they just say stuff that's all that matters I mean after all it's an MSNBC audience and by the way Comcast owns MSNBC right mr. producer why don't you focus on your damn business how hard can it be cables in the ground to the house to the box and don't slice them go ahead you know said in cases there are more than one grand jury often they're more than one grand jury good why would she expose hey Joe and there's somebody who doesn't know what they're talking about that would be you there's often more than one grand jury you have the grand jury in Washington doing the investigation and then handing over its indictments to a grand jury in Florida can you point one more case where that ever happened at least in my lifetime I don't remember any but can you point to one what is the justification for this Joe doesn't ask hey Dave Iran I know you're BS sir I know your former state senator I know your Democrat hack I know your state attorney in Palm Beach County tough job I guess but Dave can you give me another example day being an expert on this subject at the federal level can you you can you point out another case in which something like this has happened where the entire investigation occurs in Washington and then when after they indict they just send it to another grand jury can you can you Dave how about you Joe can you jackass go ahead and jury you know it's interesting joke Trump lawyer trust Jim Trusty was on a right -wing show right -wing show you punk I'm glad you watched nothing right -wing about my show is this guy wearing tight pants or something as he since the movie deliverance maybe it is you know we got two actors here we got Joe Scarbo the angel player and we've got Dave Iran who apparently is Ned Beatty right show -wing this is how they both talk so let me tell you how this works Scarborough says can you come on sure I need your help on this grand jury think sure I'm a state attorney here I'll whore for you just like you do on your show all the time Joe and by the way would you about talk this right -wing show mr. producer would you ask Dave Iran mr. tough guy I scoot around Palm Beach to come on the program go ahead said there's a problem with having this separate grand jury this was the day before the ruling came out and so it made some people think that was that a message sent from Trump's team to the judge Wow at Trump's team first of all just he doesn't talk to trust Trump's team he's a former lawyer I don't talk to trust lawyers I don't even know who they are so what is he talking Dave Iran excuse me are on burger are in Berg Dave Aaron Burke whatever the hell his name is so some people are saying there was a message sent who other than you goons on MSNBC no there was a message sent it's really bizarre you cannot believe these people folks they lie and like hey Dave Aaron Berg I'm calling you a filthy liar why don't you come on this program and defend yourself mr. tough guy you gutless pathetic coward why don't you come on this program my producer is going to be in touch with you Dave and then I want you to come on the show

"Hundred years from now when this republic is dead and gone if this this keeps up will be the time this will be the time when it will be said America unraveled and the Democrat Party's doing this and we have republicans who are too stupid to understand that they are destroying the effectiveness of the Republican Party they're destroying the Republican Party Democrat Joe Biden's not even under investigation he's not even under investigation Donald Trump is facing 78 charges 78 charges based on documents at Klansman Act and this clown DA in Manhattan everybody says activity his is bogus and the clown DA in Atlanta is getting ready with a RICO charge that's used for the mob RICO Espionage Act the Klansman Act you get my drift so what they should do is spend a little less time on TV Trump's lawyer in Washington DC I don't know the man and a little more time thinking about what he's gonna do depending on what this judge rules in Washington and what he should do even if her ruling is said to be limited in terms of what the president can say immediately see interlocutory an appeal to the circuit now why is the circuit a Democrat you circuit want to know why because Obama and Reid when he was the Democrat leader the majority in the Senate they added more seats to the appellate court in Washington DC and then they stuffed it with radical leftists so be ready to have an emergency appeal from that to the Supreme Court where there's really only three constitutionalists so it's not at all clear what might happen it's not at all clear what might happen but it ought to work so I'm not predicting anything what I am saying is it's the one route available the different ways to take this route take you can it out of Florida and the date set for the trial you can do it in Washington but they need to do something I'm gonna read something to you. Is it the first book that I wrote? It's the first book I ever wrote. Elrashba wrote a beautiful foreword to the book. This book I'm trying to remember I think it came out and yeah it's 2000 2004 doesn't it? The biggest myth about judges is they're that somehow imbued with greater insight wisdom and vision than the rest of us. That for some reason God Almighty has endowed them with superior judgment about justice and fairness. But the is truth that judges are men and women with human imperfections and frailties. Some have been brilliant principled and moral others have been mentally impaired, venal and even racist. Men in Black was written about the Supreme Court but you can apply it to this clown judge Chuck Chuck Nick or whatever the hell our is in Washington. The Supreme Court today and I would argue all the federal judiciary is involved in nearly every aspect of modern life. Regularly vetoing decisions the of elected federal and state authorities. You know one judge can dictate economic, cultural, criminal and security policy for the entire nation. And when was I talking about the Supreme Court who were these people? I'll give you some examples. John Rutledge was appointed by George Washington in 1795. By recess appointment became the nation's second Chief Justice. Was a US Senator from Rutledge's native South Carolina. He wrote that after the death of his wife his mind was frequently so much deranged as to be in great measure deprived of his senses. There was considerable opposition to Rutledge's appointment and he was voted down by the Senate. There have rumors been that his mind was unsettled and he was becoming insane. Rutledge's depression was so serious that he made two failed suicide attempts. One shortly before and one soon after the Senate rejected his nomination. What about Robert Greer appointed by James Polk in 1846 he suffered paralysis in 1867. Thereafter began a slow mental decline. Greer's case is most troubling because he was the swing vote in most one of the important cases of Azira Hepburn versus Griswold which struck down the law allowing the federal government to print paper money. Nathan Clifford appointed by James Buchanan in 1858. After a period of mental decline he suffered a stroke in 1880 just before the beginning of the October term. Justice Miller described the situation bluntly. Judge Clifford reached Washington on the 8th of October a babbling idiot. I quote, I saw him within three hours after his arrival did and not he know me or anything and though his tongue framed words there was no sense in them. He kept his seat until his death in 1881. Sounds a lot like Stephen Field. Field was appointed by Lincoln in 1863 one was of the longest serving justices. As Chief Justice William Rehnquist has written, the end Field's of service became increasingly lame and often seemed lethargic to his colleagues during the of winter 1896 -97 his condition worsened and his questions in the courtroom indicated that they had no idea of the issues being presented by counsel. James C. McReynolds was appointed by William, excuse me, Woodrow Wilson in 1914. He was a notorious anti -Semite. He said he didn't want the court plagued with another Jew. There's no official photograph of the court for 1924 because McReynolds refused to next stand to Justice Louis Brandeis, the court's first Jewish justice, who would leave room the whenever Brandeis would speak in conference. He's also openly hostile toward the second Jewish Benjamin Cardozo. He often had a brief or record in front of his face when Cardozo delivered an opinion person from the bench on opinion day. A McReynolds law clerk, John Knox, also that wrote the justice disapproved of the fact that Knox had been polite to McReynolds' African American servants, Harry and Mary. McReynolds told him, I ask that you're a Northeasterner who has never been educated or reared in the South, but I want you to know that you are becoming much too friendly with Harry.
