"He's got a lot of experience on the council and we're really pushing for him to be the president of the city council and the gentleman who is on The school board. We think he will be a very good ally for the mayor. It's certainly one thing to be. The candidate into campaign is the candidate. It's another thing to get people to go out and work especially for the less. Glamorous offices are you finding it easier to recruit people go out there and pound the pavement for city council candidates and for school board candidates. We have four hundred fifty members. We probably about two hundred members last year because of our signs we allowed people that wanted biden science. They went crazy for biden sites and they and a lot of them. Joined up at that. Time so we have a lot of people and on august twelfth. We're going to be having a training to teach people how to knock doors. We also If things we can do that are that people can do at home like postcard writing. We'll have some some phone banking going on things like that for people who don't wanna knock the doors but for knocking the doors we're gonna do. We're going to send people out with someone who has experience and let them go out and and see what it's like. It's more fun frankly to to knock doors with somebody. It's more fun to talk with people on on on their forces in a pair. So we think that's going to be very helpful to the candidates and very rewarding to the people who are actually doing the door knocking. I've also found that it's more fun to do nor knocking than it is to do. Phone banks people. Don't hang up on you nearly as often well you know what i agree with you. One hundred percent. I would rather knock doors any day than you do. Phone bank is but some people like the phone banks. And that's that's fine. Let's move out geographically. Just a little bit and look at all of southeast michigan. It used to be that outside the city of detroit. Republicans looked on that as their their savior for statewide and regional elections. But that is changing. Is it all because of donald trump or is it something deeper than that A lot of it has to do with donald trump. i think it was changing even before. Two thousand sixteen With trump people really got mobilized their lot of independent groups that that craft up for supporting the democrats the individuals There are several chapters of those in the detroit area. There's an organization called fence for for dem's they support democrats as well They're based out of the birmingham area but they support democrats in a in a wide range of Communities i guess the question is is it. Sustainable beyond trump can we continue to see people Like a olis' lockin Get get reelected even there. Running in districts with traditionally republican-leaning districts. I think so you know some candidate like like less. I and like hayley stevens or a little more. They're more conservative than some of the candidates. Like rashid into leave. They have to answer to their mason district and so there are a little more conservative. But they know how to talk to people. And if you talk to haley in particular you haley's are congresswoman. She's fabulous she's just fa- she is right on and she's so busy so energetic. She makes time for people she gets involved in the nitty gritty. She gets involved with a whole range of issues. You know her. Her office staff is excellent. What are we just wrap up with you. Letting out the secret padded you and your colleagues steal the election for joe biden when we all know. Donald trump early one. Well i'll tell you. We had so many people interested in working for him for joe even during covert the michigan..

"Fred really a pleasure talking with you. I'm glad to hear that your weather is actually temperature today. In your in the seventy s for a chance which is like probably mid winner for you right now. Maybe got out and rain. It's the it's the monsoon our our summer monsoon but half an inch. They got two inches in scottsdale. We haven't had that much. We're about twenty minutes off the the l. We haven't had that much but it's it's been a good. It reminds me of a michigan rainy day. And we don't get very many of those. I'll tell you some of your neighbors right now. On southeast michigan would be more than happy to ship. You some of the rain. they've had lately no chetniks. No kidding we could use the water but in gaza lot to pump up. I suppose fred eaton thank you so much for your insights into what the crazy this is all about in arizona. They joining us on the podcast. Thank you. Thanks for the opportunity. And i should take the opportunity to say. Hello to all veterans in michigan. We miss you and we miss you too when you move back here after you get tired of all that heat. We'll be glad to welcome feedback. Thank you oh. We've got a double header. Guests had they in michigan key elections are increasingly being decided in the suburbs of detroit the one time bastion of republicans is increasingly turning blue one of the people leading that grassroots. Transformation is the president of the suburban livonia democratic club. Cates ships kofsky while talked with her and the club member christopher lee about the transformation of detroit. Suburban vote kate. I think it's fair to say that with the term limits that were imposed on michigan state government that feeding in candidates at the local level or a more important than ever and it seems as though in out county wayne and oakland democrats have really gotten a lot more active in doing that over the years. What are you doing in livonia to make sure that the new people are getting into politics. So that you're electing people too city councils to school boards. Well we we. We solicited some candidates this year. Some younger people traditionally it was older people people over fifty or fifty five that were getting into politics and politics. We have four people running this year from seek council. who are forty or just just below forty. also that's that's new blood. one of them is is an incumbent. One of them is currently on the school board and making this. He's he's trying to make to make the switch orders city council and that there are two brand new candidates. Never run for anything before and we are. We are Those those are the democrats. We are supporting them. The club has endorsed them and the club is working for them. What's motivating them to get going. Running for offices difficult no matter whether you're running for county commissioner. You're running for the school board running for governor. It's a lot of work and a lot of effort on the part of yourself and also your family what's motivating people to cross the line The people who are new decided that they could make a difference. And that's why they're getting they're getting in the the fight that's why the to campaign What the people who are brand new. Like i said i've never run for office before in the joint doing it because they want to make a change. The incumbent is is there because you know he he can. He can run because of term limits. Seek one run for one other full-term..

"Doesn't surprise me in some ways but disappoints me greatly to see the republican party. Sink to this point The proud republican party. When i came to the state the republican party was led by people like george romney and bill milliken and robert griffin in the united states senate and these were fine honorable people with you agreed with him or disagree with him. Politically there were some of the best this State in this nation had to offer and now look at where. We're at very disappointing. Okay is heated michigan. But we aren't in first place when it comes to craziness that probably goes right now to the great state of arizona there. You've got the combination of the total inept so-called forensic audit of maricopa county which includes phoenix combined with the gop friendly stance of the seats seniors. Senator supporting the republicans filibuster of a federal voting rights law. Some of michigan's ultra crazies are looking at arizona as a model to get insights into. What's going on. I turn to an old buddy of mine fred. eden. Fred is the former editor of the adrian michigan telegram. He also served for many years on the staff of congressman. John dingell fred. It's hard to know where to start when you talk about arizona politics especially for somebody who was pretty used to michigan. Politics bullpens a newspaper editor. And then a longtime staffer with the legendary john dingell. But i think it's safe to say right now. That is craziest michigan. Politics has been for the last few years. We ain't nothing compared to arizona. Arizona is in a state of chaos right now politically. It's it's really something from the outside. It's clear that things are really nutsy right now with your senate with this so-called audit of the election in the riyadh it of the audit and everything that's going on. What is what is it. Like on the ground there. You're right in the middle of it. There are in the phoenix area. Are this is something. That people are talking about locally. You know it's surprising it. It's not really generating a lot of conversation on the street. As far as i'm able to observe They're they're on their third recount. Now they haven't been able to get the same number twice and we don't know what numbers they've been coming up with that karen fan. Who's the senate majority leader. A conservative Senator from Prescott has has revealed that whatever number they have. It's different than what the count was in november so Who knows the guy who's running this audit is the known q. Anon- slash trump partisan Although the senate republicans guaranteeing that it's going to be a partisan and and accurate count this guy. It was recently revealed that this guy's voice has been recognized as the narrator on a movie that was made by cunanan nuts about how the how the election was stolen. And that this this guy who is running the recount was the narrator on this movies. I you an idea of his objectivity But as i can about it much..

"Don't. I don't know which you know i. I don't know how he's going to do that. That that will be interesting to answer the question. Who when the presidential election in michigan in two thousand twenty. Which is there is no good answer for them on the republican side for democrats. That's an easy one for republicans. That's an impossible one. Then there is the enigma. That is betsy. Devos everybody's favorite former cabinet member and her husband the billionaire. Dick voss was on the michigan big show with michael patrick shiels one of the really great radio. Talk shows in michigan. Of course shields asked him about bessie. Running for governor said the husband. She'd make a fantastic governor. Actually the question is if she's interested in being the governor. That's a question you'll have to ask her some day. Well good luck any the betsy devos ask her that question in the near future but if she does decide to get in and she's an instant front runner she's a formidable foe force within the republican party and of course she has unlimited money to throw into the campaign if she wants she and her husband can write checks for one hundred million dollars to fund the campaign and they never miss it they might have to maybe Stop using one of their ten yachts. I don't see her as Being strong against gretchen. Whitmer unless she has unless governor wimmer has a lot more unforced errors. Something terrible happens or something. Because betsy devos is just plain unlikable i think and she has sure she'd be the republican front runner. I don't have any doubt about that. But in general. I don't see her winning over independence. You know. I just i. Just don't. She was a trillion raucous as secretary of education. She has ties to blackwater air. So it's only run only run by her brother for crying out loud Yeah she She's got a lot of baggage cherries but the baggage. That baggage is carried in gucci leather. Meanwhile republicans are continuing at the local level to promote the big lie across. The state of michigan. Really interesting survey conducted by friends over rick. Progress michigan what they did was. They analyze michigan republican county party facebook pages and groups from november third twenty twenty two june thirtieth twenty twenty one and that showed the majority of these pages and groups sixty four percent of alluded to the two thousand twenty elections being stolen massive voter fraud and or the need for an election audit. They have quite a detailed report on a available. We will link to that because we certainly can't get all the numbers but it surely shows that republicans estate are totally invested in lying about the previous election in a way to win the next election and also to justify their voter suppression legislation. Doesn't surprise me in some ways but disappoints me greatly to see the republican party. Sink to this point The proud republican party. When i came to the state the republican party was led by people like george romney and bill milliken and robert griffin in the united states senate and these were fine honorable people with you agreed with him or disagree with him. Which i found intriguing but it has gone viral on the internet instead so So bit let us move on to other things. That are equally entertaining Yes the oriel campaign that's taking shape. Gop's chosen one former detroit. Police chief james craig got in then backed off and beginning with this declaration on of course fox news. I'm running. Because when i look at with some politician doing across our country you know. Talk about governor whitmore. She follows different rules. She just does. I'm sure governor. Whitmore is shaking her boots right. Now i don't know who the hell governor whitmore is but then i never knew who bill schutte with thought. He was running against either nor name. "Is something I never thought was going to be possible five years ago Never thought that that was going to be part of my life didn't think I was worthy of it didn't think that it would be. something that the universe would grant to me. I guess the biggest part of the story and I hope the most inspirational part was you have to listen to your instincts what happened right before that dark night of the soul came on for me was I started getting messages from my higher self from some force. That didn't feel like it was me because at that time I was not operating in. ME. Right. and. I had to open up my ears in my heart to listen to it. And while that may not seem easy and I I don't think it is for a lot of people. It's the only option that you have. In this in this entire scheme. is to listen to your own heart. And not? The opinions or the even the praise of other people because in my situation it was about praise you know, Oh, you're so cool. You're. You're you're bad, ass you're tough this. The all the lies that people say and whether they're good or bad. It doesn't really matter. They're they're still untruths and if you accept them as part of your kingdom your persona. They become damaging to you. Back back to the good news though when you do. It's almost like. A flood. Right but it's it's not like a really scary flood. It can be if you resist it. But if you accept it, if you surrender to that flood of love that can come from the heart space when that healing occurs. You find a power in yourself that you didn't even think you had. And it's not a power that you can describe in words and I'm not gonNA, weigh you down with those words. But. What I can tell you is you will learn the most important truth that this life has to offer, and that is you are a co-creator with the universe and you are.

"And in these stories you can you can become empowered. You can learn about the true meaning of love you can learn about the divine. You can learn about what it means to be human. Again, and the the great thing is, is that even though some of the language might be inaccessible to to us today, the imagery is still there and I think that people discount on the regular how powerful imagery is to us into the subconscious mind just looking at some old paintings. May Not have a an effect on your conscious mind on the ego right your logic making machine, but it has deeply healing. vibrational or or frequencies that that occur that will school up in you right seeing a certain cymbal. Becoming more acquainted with. The the image of just pick one the Mona Lisa. It's going to evoke something in you and I think one of the ways that we can. I guess turned back to an old way of thinking without losing some progress because that's what we're. We're very centered on a fixated on his progress. Is Turning back to some of the old ways that worked in stopping this idea that I see that I think is in this is my own personal opinion enosis that has become rampant, and that is the past is no longer valuable to us. Our own personal stories are incredibly healing, writing them down starting autobiography. It's not it's not arrogant to do. So nobody ever has to read it but understanding where you've come from and who you are today can be an incredibly healing experience because no matter how terrible it might feel right now there's probably a time in your life that was worse and if you look back on it with honesty and authenticity, you might find that where you're sitting right now is a trick of the brain, an illusion of the ego trying to make you fearful because when you're fearful the EGO rules, right? When you're in a state of insecurity, the EGO rules however. If, we can flip that on its head and tell and kind of dispel the illusion by looking back at something from the past and using that as a teacher for the future we can dispel some of that power. We can take some of that power back first elves. Right and I think feeling to our motions is another important one. When you're angry feel angry don't bury that I. Know We talked about this earlier in the text. You know just about emotions in general but I think that's one of the things that we're struggling with we. We can't express love because we're not able to express our grief. We're not able to express our anger were not able to express their disappointment with things. And Win those things get buried in the psyche in the body they become disease. Quite plainly, and and whether that is physical disease or mental disease or spiritual disease it it is one hundred percent debilitating and will prevent you from living in the heart centered space..

"But I became aware I was like my brain is thinking these thoughts that I don't really agree with or or want to have, and then it became like, okay. What can I change that and then when I realized I'm like one I'm the one making these thoughts anyways like yeah I can change it. And then it was a slow steady progression of feeling my head with positive thoughts in nurturing thoughts and caring thoughts in you know I. Still Slip Up. You know the the thing about the path is I don't know that it's ever complete. You know I I don't know like as you said, you know Jesus Buddha and these other gurus and Yogis like I. Don't know that any of them are perfect either I think what happens is that we accept that we're not perfect and we allow ourselves to open up to something more. We allow ourselves open up to the divine to the universe, and which is perfect and in its fills us we become almost like when tennis for that and. Then, we go back to this. Idea of thoughts, feelings, and our projections with you're filling yourself up with the divine with happy and positive love than that. Those become your projections instead of projectiles you give out loving kindness awareness in people will want to be around you people want that in their lives in they'll start to cling to you because they see that you have something that they don't in is much in. This is something I'm realizing more as I'm getting older. I realized that a lot of the people who we think. Are Happy who think have it all you know celebrities of people that are famous. We think that they're the ones who have it all in reality they're just as miserable and sad is the rest of us maybe not all of them maybe there's some that have figured out what we've figured out. But I I feel truly for the most part. The the majority of the world has not quite had this this awareness yet, and you can tell it's just like you said, you can smell the bullshit. Some you can tell something when somebody is truly happy and truly genuine and that's where I wanNA take this this series this podcast series because I want to bring in lectures from teachers that have talked about this. I want to bring in stories from people who've experienced and. Along the way share some of the things that have happened to me in my life. Also. Reflect this message. Well well-spoken man it's it. It is vital at this time because it's like I I like to say people are story creatures, story machines. It people are inspired by them and although people living right. Are More compelling to us in in the current modern framework and how we see the world it's more important to deal with the living than the dead. I think that a lot of healing and a lot of understanding about the self can be gained by looking at the past and in some of the people that have left behind stories for us mythologies, incredibly powerful healing device that has stood the test of time..

"Only outside invaders but internal and internal sovereigns, and this is a very dangerous way of living, and in fact it it practically detonates any chance of living from a centered experience, but the good news is. That eventually, I think there's a fail safe mechanism in the spirit and in the soul for win things like this to happen because if you look at the arc of history these things, they don't stay the way that we're seeing it right now forever right things will change how quickly I can't be the one to say I. Don't think that it's going to be easy for anybody in the next ten to twenty years but I think that that healing process has begun. I think soon more people are going to wake up as I did to the fact that all this angst that were that were weaponising. Is only hurting ourselves. And it may take some of US longer than others but I think many people including the people that we you know we have on live over the people who are listening to your show. Sensed that this is this is happening that we realized that it may not be all the other people around us as much as it is ourselves and I've certainly had to take stock in them like what is my part in this world? What what have I contributed to that this disease? And how do I heal that in myself? How do I take a hard look in the mirror and this is one of the things I did when the pandemic hit and I spoke to it a lot in a lot of our seminars was what are you going to do with this time where you've been shut up in your house and been forced to look in the mirror and I think a lot of people wasted that time and I'm not I'm not judging I'm just saying it was a perfect time to address the longstanding issues that have been crumbling infrastructure of our own internal kingdom. and. We can't address the outside world until we've addressed the inner world is kind of where I'm getting with that and. That's what I have. No totally agree and. Sometimes, I feel like I'm so repetitive on my podcast in A. Crackdown on the same kind of couple topics, but it's just because I feel that there. So important. And you know it's it's a ironic because my whole life you know when I go through my worst times when I was, you know really just struggling people were giving me the answers left and right You know I had the answers, the entire time and if you if you. You. Ever. You know read a book or had any type of interaction with like a spiritual teacher whatever they say the first thing no matter. What is whatever you tell them that they should go within go within. and. It's so true and I never understood what that meant until I started to just. You. Literally, the first question they his myself. Why am I? So angry right now. But why do I feel this way and it was boom it was like this crazy self-awareness I realized I'm like Oh. My God like I'm thinking thoughts right now like I am the observer of my thoughts and boom just like that now is really scary I didn't quite understand.

"Investing in children in giving them the tools they need to fix themselves because not one, any not any one of us is going to fix the entire world, right? Like that's you know we can all agree on that. There's people who influence in people who come around and make the big dramatic impacts. But for the most part, what is really going to come down to is each and every soul individual person as if it were like a law, right like let's get rid of our laws and enact a cosmic law in the 'cause Mik losses that you have to take care of yourself that you have to be kind to yourself before you can be kind to others. You know in the our thoughts feelings emotions are actually weapons if we don't know how to use them properly in that, we have to be responsible for that because just because you're having a bad day, doesn't mean that you need to ruin someone else's Day doesn't mean that you take it out on your spouse or your neighbor or your brother, your sister matter. Of fact, if you read in I know you know this but in any ancient text, any ancient culture that's exactly what they tell you not to do they tell you all of them to treat treat your neighbor as your brother or as your sister and the golden rule has always stood we've just forgotten. I think you you hit it on the head right there. That is the cosmic law that needs to be put back into effect and I think you also touch on something very important and that is the weaponization of emotions, thoughts and words, and there's there's a lot that goes into that and I'll try to be brief that. The the ideas promoted by social media that everybody's opinion carries equal weight is exceptionally detrimental and I'm not talking about censorship. Everybody has the right to speak their mind. However, everybody's opinion is not as valuable as the next right the issue that we have currently in society where it comes to this idea of anybody can be an expert because we've all attended Google University has got to go. Otherwise we're never going to become a run of a place where we're able to have compassionate, discourse. And, and that that in turn creates this vicious cycle where if we if we can't agree that all we have left is the weaponization of our words and so we demonize others we dehumanize others and we do this from a space of ego. It's all about ego because it's more important now in our current society to be right than it is to learn from another human. And that is detrimental to the spirit to the soul. You damage yourself by doing that and I kind of talked about this in a post on the grove. This week. And I can speak to it in my own. In my own story, right I, I used to be somebody who was obsessed with that being right debating arguing and to some extent. Those closest would probably say that there is a lot of that still there. But. In my aging I'm. Not GonNa say wisdom yet because I don't feel like I'm old enough to. But I've learned that. Weaponize. An emotion thought or word from a space of intellectual dominance or or from the EGO. All I'm doing is hurting myself and so when we when we what I'm getting at here. Not so eloquently is that all we're doing at this point is hurting ourselves. So we're not actually keeping boundary. We're not keeping a stronghold in keeping other enemies. What we're doing effectively telling the archers top. Level of the castle to shoot at the king right side, and that is our soul. Our our our soul is the king and right now we've weaponized the persona to attack not.

"For people individually to do that. then. I, think. That would begin the healing process and to some extent I think that it has already started. And we want it faster like you're talking about. But these things happen over a body of time and they may not even happen in our lifetime. So. The for me, the best advice I could give to anybody. That's practical is to make sure the to do that work for yourself and stop concerning yourself so much with what other people are doing. The there's no amount of energy in the universe that has ever going to work in your advantage to change somebody else's mind and force them to live the way that you want them to. The only way that you're going to be able to do anything similar to that because I don't think it's really impossible is you can come to a compassionate. I guess impasse. Where allow somebody else to operate in the way that they're operating and you understand that you have to operate within the confines of Your Own Kingdom right been studying a lot of alchemy and and and some of the magical systems of of the past. And really the only thing that we have sovereignty over is our own mind our own decisions. And somewhere along the line, we've gotten this in her heads that we can impact the feelings and decisions and decision making of other people and to me I. think that's a severe mental disease that many people suffer from right now and it's the core. Infection that creates things like anxiety depression because it makes the mind fixate on what other people are doing and not inwardly into who you are and what you can become. Yeah Man I totally agree with that too. And something. I. Think that is also important to add to that is like it's our social responsibility to learn how to get our shit in check like we have to be responsible for ourselves like we're a loaded weapon because whether people realize it or not. We kind of our in our own way, our thoughts, feelings, emotions, those become projections and or how I like to put as human projectiles. Right are are angry feelings and thoughts become actual projections projectiles the affect the people around us are negative attitude with we wanted to or not. It reflects on people. You can see this law in children. Children are great examples of how that happens. Monkey see monkey do they. Do Exactly. What we do in we're teach if we don't act accordingly with the love feeling in the acting in working from our love center were not sitting up the children of today success for tomorrow, and that's where it's going to have to start. Just like you said, you know like world peace certainly won't happen in our lifetime. That's why we should be.

"It affords me even the opportunity to to tap into what other people are going going through, and that's that's why I'm in the line of work that I'm in coaching in in spiritual healing. Is because I can do that I've allowed myself that space to do that. That's I'm not saying that's what everybody else needs to do. Scale that say I do it but in some way shape or form, we need to do that work for selves. Instead, of F- I think people. I mean this is this is a tough topic to grapple with but what I'm getting at here is. I think that everybody is feeling the angst from each other and we're not willing to have a conversation it because we're afraid of hurting each other's feelings and everybody's hurt right now and so what do hurt people do they hurt people and if everybody is hurting than it's a vicious cycle that's been created and right now what we need is a little bit more love a little bit more compassion a little bit more understanding. Everybody is in pain and although we've picked out a few. Niche groups here and there. That have been like the focus of a lot of attention. Whether it's the media or social media. What we need to realize is that on the other side, you know diametrically opposed from these groups that we've picked out to focus on. Their hurting too so If we could just get to a point where we understand that compassion. Is, understanding. that. We're all suffering in some way shape or form that nobody suffering greater than anybody else's. I if we can get there, I have a feeling that we're going to be in a much better spot than say. Now, when none of us are acknowledging any suffering on anybody's part, right? Yes, it's I I've I've literally have the same thoughts feelings on a regular basis It, it's painful because I feel like we're doing a lot of you know we're calling each other out in sometimes that's good like we do need sometimes people to hold us accountable but there has to be follow up.

"I think that the world will be in much better shape if more people followed that lead. Cameron. Unfortunately I think really. Being human is is such a story oriented and feeling oriented experience. And although we do our best with the logical parts of our brain in our mind to to do what's best for us on a physical level or mental level. It becomes it becomes difficult to fully shut out the realm of society or the current events. Right and I think a lot of people right now are struggling with that and I think it's very astute of you to to point this out and and provide a space a sacred space for people to feel those feelings to experience those feelings that they're going through the pain, the anguish, the frustration that everybody is feeling from each other. And I think if more people were allowing that space to exist I think more people would feel comfortable going inward as you've described that you're doing right now. But as as we stand I, think a lot of people just don't feel heard. They don't feel our feelings are addressed and I think it's it's just a it's a damn tough time. Yeah. And even more. So like wouldn't that be interesting if the reason it's really hard right now is because it's for this grand winning process or this like you know sometimes I struggle with that like that terminology like the great awakening or whatever. But. At its core that's what it means. But what I think really what what it means for most normal people who may not be like spiritually inclined is just like going back home and I feel like that's why people like you and me are doing is just kind of guiding guiding the boasts back into the harbor like I've talked about before you know we're not doing anything for anyone we're just offering a little a little bit of wisdom I a little bit of breadcrumbs to get back on track and in my personal experience. Something that I have to constantly do is remind myself to go back to my center like to go back to that place of love because for any normal person working a nine to five job right now especially, if you're having to go to work and you have to wear Maskell Day is difficult is frustrating I can't tell you how many times like ideal people they're just like everyone is on a wire right now wire thin so frustrated. So agitated in rightfully so not necessarily with me, but just with the circumstances in general and you know the way that we grow up in the way that we live in America kind of right now is. I don't know how you were raised, but I was raised to be firm right like you. You don't put love I, you put what's important I. Sometimes, you gotTa buckle up and be a man that's a very common term I feel like I heard when I was growing. In sometimes, it's not always the right way like it's okay to feel love it's okay to feel emotion and it's okay to be sad like if you are right now. and. When you identify that that is how you feel there's a release involved with that because then what that does is it allows you to open up to the possibility that you can find love and happiness in the next moment..

So Little background for this for the series is I wanted to bring heart warming. Encouraging stories to people to help them kind of get the mindset into the positives because everything starts with the mind and right now in this world that we live in things are just very confusing and very frustrating and You know I think the right. Now what the world really needs is just a little bit of encouragement in a little bit of love and you and me that's pretty much what our specialities. So I don't think that there could be better people to speak on the topic. and. The thing that I've found lately is that. I've had to just basically shut off all conscious awareness of like social media, the political realm all of it is ignorant as that might sound i. basically kind of had to tune all of that out and really.

Star Wars the Clone Wars

"We have tim again from Rainbow, comics to talk star wars and should preface. He's not just the Star Wars Guru, but it just happened to be that. That's what we're talking about today, so thanks Tim. We're GONNA. Be Talking some clone worst all right now. No, I love I love the clone. Thanks for having me back I. Don't mind talking about star. Wars at all. I'm definitely the Star Wars Guy at the store I've got a big old tie fighter sitting on the sitting on one of the shelves, and Yeah I love Star Wars up and down left and right but i. do know other things. SO YEAH CLONE WARS! I know when we talked in the past. You're really excited before the final seat. Well I guess, maybe it's going to be the final season of clone wars, but the new one was coming out, and of course by the time you hear this, it's done so I, will let the listener know that there will be spoilers. It's been long enough. I think, and it can goes to the dark side, you guys. I didn't tell him. It's like saying the titanic. Sinks at the end of the move. It does I my dad still loves that movie and He loved the Titanic before the movie came out, but every the movie's been on TV lot lately, and he keeps watching it, and I was like you've seen the movie. I know it's real long. The boat saying. There there we segue into. That anikin goes bad. Anikin goes bad the and thanks for listening you guys. All, right. But I know you loved the series. Mainly a Soka I would say is probably your best most favorite character. You think, man. She's up there and honestly My love really lies with rebels. But I honestly believe my love for rebels wouldn't exist without clone wars, and I think that clone wars an epic. Very much stands on its own It is so grand like even rebels is like four. Seasons. Whereas clone wars we've got. what is it seven seasons and a move at two thousand eight the I? Did you watch it when it first came out or did you catch a little later? I caught the movie win. It came out on DVD. Because they released the first three episodes as a feature, and if you go on like Disney, plus and you watch season one episode one. That's not worth starts. You have to go on Disney, plus specifically I'm going to go ahead and date this podcast right now around. This is not gonNA work in ten years when Disney pluses and the thing anymore but if you go into Disney plus and go under specials. Specials they have star wars. The clone wars. It's like an eighty six minute movie or something, and that actually comes before season one episode one that was released in theaters and Samuel. Jackson is Mace Christopher Lee is count Duku and I think there might be a third like original voice. Okay? I can't remember off the top of my head, but it's interesting because with clone wars being as long as it is. Tom Cain to me is Yoda so in rebels? They bring in Frank Oz to do Yoda's voice in that in. It's really cool that they got Frank Oz. But seeing a Yoda in that style that CG style sounding not like Tom Kaine like weirdly sounded wrong, and it's the original. Yoda and I might be alone in this, but I just just to have. The the iota that I'd heard 'cause I mean. I haven't counted it, but I have to assume Tom kaine probably has more recorded lines as Yoda than than Frank. Oz does so yeah I guarantee you. He does and especially in that visual style, but that's kind of carried. I know rebels in clone wars aren't exactly the stay the same, but stylistically there's a there's a theme that goes that over rice all of them so. It was just weird rebels to hear Yoda with the original voice, but kind of wanting it to be the voice from Clone Wars I. think that's an interesting legacy in and of itself, that is if a soak is maybe not your favorite I guess, could you let us know maybe your top two favorite characters from condo and I'm sorry. Let me finish. I'm sorry. Honda. Is Is my favorite character and he carries over into rebels. And even there's even a series of kids books, and there's one that's about Hanin chewy with the foul can, and they They have to team up with with Honda I. CAn't remember the name of it off the top of my head, but the audio book is narrated by By, the guy who does voice, who's also Winnie the Pooh and lost Jim Cummings okay. So he voices Hongo in coon, wars and rebels. He does his voice at Galaxies, Edge, theme park at Disney. is Hongo and so there's a whole a whole audiobook. You can just listened to Honda. Tell you a story and it's it's like great. Honda's my absolute favorite.
