"Like a cherry bomb basically but in his mouth yeah And he's lake got both hands taped and he's rummaging around for the detonator commotion so chris tucker then takes his champs which is on the way to cash out and smacks some security guards across the face with them and joins the parole. Yes and then. That's he gets his one on one showdown with the crazy crazy lady with the blades ray. And at first she has like little knife but she also. He's like all the statues that had the money they also have these like swords and spears and says his whole action setpiece were. She's fighting. chris. Tucker chris tucker is just playing defense the whole time. He's wearing his at this point. He has definitely the brown crowd across skin suit. Any he happens to have. What is it like. Twenty thousand dollars in cash in his left breast pocket Which saves him at the end of the fight when he is stabbed in the chest before homegirl trips in statute falls on her and that's that she's holding acts hits her in the heart. Only thing saving. Chris tucker is the money. And what is that belied of like some special. We could have been good together. But she wasn't crazy ass bitch Yes yes And then what happens after that i. This is when the movie's kind of out of control. It's like fascinating several battles happening on several set pieces. But no but it's the rookie tae remember. He's like white dude. Yeah joy taking the plates. No najia stephen rains in a. It's like the double cross and in the triple boss. And then stephen rains get stabbed by ricky tan. Yeah yeah yeah yeah. Yeah yeah but then. Lee shows. Up has a gun on ricky tan. You know during the ratio goofing of like. Your father was week again at you. Know at this point corridors showed up. He's kinda like lee mandal. Do it you don't you don't have to. You don't have to solve things this way you can we can. We can obtain a peaceful resolution. If we just talk things out and then he says about his dad cars sale yes. You can't lease shoot sudan And then i forgot how. How is it that he gets thrown out the window. At then he falls like the entire the entire length of the or high the building. Some somehow house an accident is yeah. Yeah le- somebody loses the gun and he ends up kicking him out of the window. Instead with ricky i think tank goes from a gun or something and then he kicks out of the widow. Be rush hour three. Yes and then the code. That is how the crazy girl that had access to a chest comes back in the room. Like zombie holding a bomb. And so y- leeann carter have to jump out the window. They do zip line down. The street then was by a truck is very funny. You got the end of the movie. What has been resolved. I don't even know ray. All i knew the only sort of coherent thing is the bomb pie is the the. Us embassy. got blown up around. That i don't really know what they solved. They solve some minor money. Laundering gang shit in hong kong Congratulations and now in you. Get a free you get a trip to madison square garden. Jackie chan easily inspector lee. Congratulations yeah and i mean like technically they all. They got the bombmaker because he gets a kiss. That's right because the secret. The secret service has our yup yup. That's definitely one of those like ninety two thousand things in movie where the somebody's gotta get a case aging. Yeah yeah and it's like it doesn't make sense. Why nothing about the arc of this like nothing was leading up to. That has no less than nothing. But somebody's gotta get a kiss and jackie. As a way of sort of undermining all of chris tucker's wolf like behavior as you put it in the movie. I don't know man's charge like what do i think there's something about this movie. 'cause like even the actual rush hour franchise could not capture the magic of this like the first movie again. I think the first movie the humor and balance of it is just wait different and then the third movie. I seen the third movie a couple of times. I've mostly like blacked it out. It's up bad in the way that There's some kinds of like you know sequels. That pushed limits the later diehard movies. Where you're like. Oh this is bad. I just remember hour bad. Like the third page of life the comedy tab on an airline. It's kinda like is there. You know as cool you could watch it if it's on but it's not like you're gonna go seek it out. I remember the very beginning. Isn't it like prince seeing prince in the car in traffic and everything else. Yeah and they add like the guy. They had the driver. This you know I don't like the only thing that i really remember. that movie. like the part. That i think is really funny. Was the cab driver. The cabdriver who in the beginning is just kind of way i don't like drive his co. christopher's my sis like americans use like the most arrogant people on earth the dream team is dead holly berry god autumn and then all of a sudden he becomes like the most rider die like the third partner. Whatever and he's just kind of like. I've never done anything like this in my life. I wanna be. I wanna drive you guys forever. Free judge let me kill someone. Which is it though for real about this particular. What is it about rush hour two. I honestly don't know. I think of a lot of formative black comedies. For me right honestly. I think already nailed it. It's like the fact that like this is the the the nascent franchise hitting its stride. Movie like all right. We did this. Wanson sorta works. Let's do it again because we know that we have these two people Like let's not get in the way of that too much and it works. The third one is like going back to the well. Because it's this like this works eight years ago. Maybe it can work again then. It doesn't yeah black the same anyway. You're explaining the effectiveness general. I'm more so mean why did i. I've never figured out. Why know certainty. Why does rush hour chew feel so specifically important our pockets. I don't know what it is or even our relationship. I don't actually know what it is. Why is this the movie. And a you. And i think about more than we think about anything else including even galleon which we really didn't entire.

"This is the advanced selling. Podcast list of tools gear people and things you need to be following things you need to have in the bag so analysts tools that we recommend people that we follow books that we read or listen to anything else. This is going to be a quick rapid. Here's they are not a lot of depth into them but you can go research them on your own but we get asked all the time. So what books do you read. What podcast you listen to what tools you use. Well we're going to tell you that in this episode. That's what we're going to do. So it's gonna be like a list big list and then you can go check them out and hopefully someone's gov a great tool. Thank you for telling me that. So these are in no order than no order. I've got him in order. Yes you want to put them in order now. That'll that'll take agree. So because i've got some. I've got some tools. Some software some gear some gear stuff than calling people. I follow so also kinda start. You bet software app that everybody needs to have on their chrome as an extension as crystal knows c. r. y. s. T. a. l. k. w. ws s. Crystal knows it's a preparation tool for any conversation. You have with someone. It essentially looks at their lincoln profile. Organizes there that information at finds into a disc profile which is a really easy to understand personality profile better than that though. It teaches you how to talk to them. That has a conversation coach. Based on what. I'm going to be talking to the person about and the modality that i'm gonna use to talk to them so basically says i need to email bill to make a good first impression and it gives you a little sound bytes based on bills linked in profile. And it's amazing. Everybody should use crystal nose. Crm s keynote abuse by the way none of these people were affiliated with right right. There's no need advertiser huge talked about talked about four and it's good good My first one is rev dot com read on com. Rav a dictation service Let's imagine you leave a meeting and you want to dictate A follow up email. You will describe your phone. Open up the revs. Aft- dictated now. You can do the same thing with siri but ravitch's really reliable Person on the. There's a human being you're actually dictates. Transcribes it if it's longer form it's probably better like if you wanted to Dictate an article or you think. There's a really good idea for an article you can dictate. Let them do it. And then come back and modify edited. But i think it's a great time saver it's about a buck and a quarter a minute so it's pretty reasonable. Chances are you're not going to have really long things you're going to be doing in there. But dot com is one of my favorite tools. Love it my next one. That i doubt a lot. Same deal no affiliation whatsoever. Huge fan of gong dot com. Many of you have heard of that. Were power users here at our firm and it is such a useful tool for coaching and for self evaluation of Sales conversation and you get data back from gung dot com. That talks about things you should and shouldn't do in the sales process. All based on data and artificial intelligence is fantastic. Gung dot com Recommend any sales leader listening to this to go check them out against affiliation with podcast so de fan big fan Might second one is A twenty dollar tripod. That i cannot all in on We're going to start doing some youtube shorts. I don't know if you're familiar with youtube shorts but They're all vertical. You see them on the shelf underneath your main youtube feed. So if you're on your mobile you'll start to see these. You're kind of wondering what they are. They're called shorts and they're less than a minute and but they have to be vertical. So you can do a short for youtube and also repurpose it on instagram. Or or one of the other verticals sites. But you need. You need a tripod. if you're going to do any kind of stuff like that. I think the days of holding it for certain things but if you're going to produce something that you want hundreds of thousands of people to see i think you need some kind of stable base for your found Tripods are easy amazing. How many how few people have them. Twenty dollar version is not a floor. Length just sits on your desk and it's really makes a real easy to record. I love twenty bucks on amazon twenty bucks amazon bills amazon link kidding okay. Here's i'm gonna go to people follow. I've got three people. Even though i put other things out into the world via this podcast. sure. I just wasn't feeling it but i was kind of excited to discuss it. Yeah well it's a new year. New ballgame new weirdness. I'm ready for it. Stephen steve driver tom. Tom dong the stage named as they would like to be called in an entertainment context which we are. They were known as mopus. What is a mope. I'm assuming from what i've gathered that it's men that kind of hang around and mope around porn studios hoping to kind of get work. Well i've never heard this. I thought it was an acronym lake men on people everywhere like like the. I don't know. I don't know what i thought. It was the porn industry. And it's you think like oh this is. It's easy anyone could do this. It's really not and have a history from doing a different podcast where i've interviewed conversations with a lot of adult stars not necessarily about the sex part of it because that's pretty evident but personal lives. Would it was like how it affected their relationships and their families and what people thought and what it kind of takes to sustain it and it's very difficult industry and you can't just walk in do it m- although i mean if you're comparing it to being an astronaut maybe you have to jump through a lot less hoops. Yeah i think and again for my very limited time in sex work in people who worked in porn or worked in the sex industry for a limited time like there things. You don't like myself included. What is a mope. I don't know there are things that you don't consider. There's a culture around it that's both all enveloping an stigmatizing and like think about all the times that you're in a sexual situation and all the pressure that's put on to begin with in a personal sexual situation. Now add a bunch of other people time and money invested in your performance. Like it's fucking hard. It's it's difficult to end when you have people that are on the bottom end of that. The bottom of that ladder which you think this ladder is already a bottom. Depending on people's views about sex work the adult movie industry or the adults adult industry general. It's into be at the bottom of that. It's gotta be it's gotta be kinda tough so you have to be the kind of person that is waiting in the wings essentially to wait in the wings. Yeah for sure and also men's specifically in and again. I want to just acknowledge sex. Industry is run by men for like every type of structure of the top of it in the adult industry again. Please prove me wrong. I would love to hear. That is a man but to be a man in porn is like a tier. You don't get paid as much you're not needed as much like hangers on on a porn set gape wants a little bit different to even gotten there yet but that is you have to be very specific type of person like you said to do that and want to do that and just like show up to do that. I guess. Full disclosure uncomfortable for some reason with and that's fine if you are adult movies sex work. That's not important to the story. I'm not getting into too much detail with that. There's plenty of other strangeness. So just just want to warn people. You know me like i keep pretty square. Jason does not he. He's not going to give you the discuss details that maybe you desire or come back next week and you'll get some dirty details if you don't desire them. You're in a good place. I it's really not integral to the story but when this gets picked up by news outlets and you know it really it really umbrellas like what's going on. So it's it's part of the story but it's not important to it and i won't be getting into too much detail although i could the certain things i probably could get into but it's not important to the story so i'm just leaving it out and that's for you to kind of check out if you want to. But in case you're you're sensibilities are wherever they're at a new year's resolution that you don't wanna hear no samurai literature. We're not samurai stuff will stay. Okay okay if you are if you made a resolution that's short. Stop listening now. Steve driver. Tom dong they appeared in several movies together as mopus and they will see here. In the movie as the mope the turmoil is is not part of the movie itself. And that's just what you are. It's okay so you're just an actor in the movie but you are known as a mope until they like. Hey come over here. Yeah we need you to whatever we need them might be able to do. Maybe it's something sexual. Maybe it's an extra like a weird scene yet. Something like that. But they were known as the jackie chan and chris tucker of porn

The more resigned to realize sad thing where a little over two hundred years old about two fifty. I believe that a long way to go forty lot of things we need to only well. Hopefully joe biden will be the first step in the right direction. And i have been. We're going to venture he'd get we're going to have president harris before too much longer. We will see what happens with uncle. Joe i'm not gonna lie concerns. Joan khumalo vice president and there. But i still was not my first choice. I actually was microbes choice. Ross that one guy who was adopted you know doctors shaven route how to stop a guy without hurting him he he's been it's been one of those years managed just like it hasn't been the most sad as year but at the same time minimum frustration year. This year has been mixed with a lot of emotions among alive. Well this has been completely like fish again. Like i had twenty seventeen. Know you can't say was completely careful. His twenty six sixteen. Yeah i mean you were. One of the biggest twenty sixteen sixteen was a rough year for me. I don't even say here. Though but you election it was downhill from there. I mean could this four years have been worse. Yeah could have been. We could add president pence effect about it. You got really quiet and nobody would have. Nobody wants to have any rights. You we already know what his policies really are but unlike some real shit bro is online. This year has been a year that i've experienced motion that even though it's very so many things over the last four years you what are you talking about. Will this first thing. We're gonna make suga. The you know the the plan that we have is going to be huge. It's going to be so huge showing your okay. Okay first of all this fake news. Fake news i have a plan is going to be perfect to be perfect. Also just so you know. When it comes to energy resource we always have clean coal making him sound like a mobster. It sounds much more effective than anything else very much. So let the saints on. I'm your president. You will respect me. You will respect what i do. Where's malania bye-bye by this. She did you know that was. That was good this year though. How many times that woman. The swatted his hand. Every time they were like in a public city. I've never seen somebody swats him alive. Those are there should have been. nba highlights. They should've just wanted like okay. Here goes lebron swats now. Here's with her swat pam shit outta here. I would have watched. Espn highlights that shit. I'm so serious. Would be narrower. Have been a man but you can also tell the grace aid dignity that was s.'s. After their first debate when joe biden. Will you shut up man. I've felt in my very soul. He was thinking when we were all thinking. You know just because he said that. I'm okay with this post baby reactions of both their wives. The higher story honey. You just kind of rolling her eyes and dr. Jill walked up to him smiling. She could be like a debate soon. Cheerleader squad. she was like you go. Baby give you some sugar. We don't win this one. And plus on top of that. And i'll be the first actual job our white house too know. I do not do not leaving her position or she's taking a different position in bc or something like that good blessed. She's a smart educated woman. This is this is something that we need a like an anything bad about malania because to be quite honest we already know. The game was on that one. She was trying to marry somebody rich. She ended up marrying somebody that was originally introduced bag. I mean he's not really rich and he played every knows often go together. If i ever become rich i won't be just like. She knew she didn't even know she was going to be the first lady of a muslim country. She came from latvia. She she was just going. You know just have the trophy wife. Thing didn't do shit as she ended up with all these extra bullshit that she didn't want she hates her husband. Everybody treats shit. Ever eighty million at least eighty million people hate her husband in a way. I felt bad for her but she losing..

I'll go with my number ten so I went a little bit different route on how I put mine in. I solely based mind off of Basically of how much. I enjoyed it or re-watch ability. And that's how I looked at it didn't and I included movies at have sequels or trilogies to them but I would necessarily. I would pick my favorite one. I didn't necessarily like if I like to. Certain sequel or trilogies. I didn't just put all two or all three in there. I chose best one. What I thought was my favorite that I could rewatch almost over and over and the movie had to really. It had to be something that I could remember like even older movies. Or whatever like I can remember these movies because they were such a very last. They left a very lasting impression on me but in just movies that really I mean made me just laugh like was funny I love the one liners and stuff like that in movies That always you know either they make make memes about or whatever I just. That's kind of how I took. It is just very very entertaining and funny to me so I wasn't necessarily fair fair. I just like if the movie was funny and I enjoyed it a lot that I could really watch it again and again and not be all to me. That's what I looked at in all these movies. I own on Blu Ray. So they were they are definitely and then I'll just Kinda also own every movie on foot on my life the oil. Okay so what? Let's just get right getting right into what you're number ten all right. My number ten is hot rod. Hot Ride. Yeah it's a movie Done by the lonely island crew kind of Got Andy Sandberg. Bill Hader Just the the whole crew is there. And it's a movie about a man He's a horrible man but for he wants. That's what he wants to be in life because that's what his dad supposedly was and his dad is past Supposedly by a stunt accident and so he's like training to be just crazy good not man and his Stepdad in the Needing like I think. A new heart or heart transplant or something and so he's going to raise money by doing this crazy where he's jumping so he's getting ready for that and it's it's hilarious. There's there's a lot of different I guess tones to this movie because it has your your basic slapstick like guy falling off roof and it being hilarious or stuff like that but then it has just totally outrageous random. Seems that you're like wait. Wha what just happened and so it. It's one of my favorites. I've seen it hundreds of times and I I told my dad like you're going to be disappointed because I had my number ten dancing between office space and And this and on my dad's Eric Communism was like. I'm sorry but I have to put hot rod in front of it. So hot rod is is my number ten. If you haven't have you seen it. I haven't actually I haven't seen it. Oh my goodness I think it's on Netflix and if not you'll have to borrow it one day because it is hilarious. I Will Fisher is in a row. I'll have to check that out. Yeah it is so funny. Wow very interesting. Yeah yeah well. I went a different route. My number ten is red. Oh well the action movie the Yeah I have a little bit of. I guess I could say I have some just pure comedy and some action comedy is. What my main thing is but I really enjoyed this one I know there's ready to but I really enjoyed read. Are Fairly like Bruce Willis in this movie a course John. Malkovich hilarious is amazing. He's probably one of my favorite ones in this In both of them really but he is probably my favorite actor on that and he does a great great job It was. It's a movie that one I put it in there because I was really surprised by it When I watched it and it was like yeah. There's a lot of really good a-list actors in this movie and they are very. They are very funny together and one other thing is my dad is not like a speech. He's not a big movie guy but he there's two movies on my list. He actually in really enjoys and one of them. I think you'll be surprised on but red is one movie that he really likes as well and I just thought I had to put it in there because is just it was just. It's different and I really like it's kind of is just it? Just it's they've really good just laid back funny movie to watch and you get some action in there which is always good. Yeah so I enjoy reading movie so so that won't mind number ten Okay cool My number nine is a movie. I don't even know if you've heard of it's a pretty old movie Is called pheno evil. Hear no evil. We heard note. Diet can ha- I have not. I know it. Sounds like a horror movie untalented. It is not. It is a movie with Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder and So gene wilder is is death and Richard. Pryor is blind but they both are witnesses of murder and so They have to use their senses. Like the each other's sentences the kind of form one whole Whitney but at the same time they're being convicted of the crime because so that people made it look like they did it. So they're having to run away while also trying to solve what's going on and all my gosh. It is just hilarious Of Course Richard. Pryor is always funny and gene wilder is amazing in the they they have such good chemistry. There's so many hilarious moments Like of course you can. You can picture a blind guy in a deaf guy trying to solve them murder together but it's got all your classic Richard Pryor's style stuff and gene wilder. Is that the Popham is co comedic performances. A lot of people probably would have put Oh and I can't remember it now. They they have several. They're in together and one is probably a little more famous than this one. But this one is just so funny to me and so I had to get it in there. Well THAT'S A. That's definitely something I haven't heard of Definitely have to you know I'd definitely No Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor so done in nineteen eighty nine Ali. Y'All GonNa have to some of these. Maybe I'll probably have to check out I didn't really go to Back in time on on some of them. I think I have Not some ninety moot. Maybe maybe one nineties movie in here But Yeah I didn't I could have gone a little bit older but the thing is I couldn't remember any that I remember seeing that stuck out with me but so my number nine and you may have seen it. I put rush hour. Oh yeah yeah so rush hour with Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker I think rush hour one is probably the best to was actually really good. I three I didn't really care too much about but one and two were right there. It was hard but rush hour one. I put it. I chose out over to because I actually remember more lines and more about that movie than I do onto So that's why I put rush hour one in there. It was just even though. Here's the thing Jackie Chan's not I not necessarily be best actor but he does his own stunts and and which I like that and he obviously because he doesn't speak fantastic English but him paired with Chris Tucker is by far. It's a meal it's hilarious and I know a lot of people say Chris Tucker can get very annoying at times but it's hard to just not laugh at would for during this movie. It's just you can't do it and there's a lot of good spots in this movie and I always. This was when this came out in the earlier when I was watching movies. This was one movie that I I could watch over and over. Yeah I'm surprised you're You have to Action CA comedies. Already yeah I know I think you'll you'll be surprised because you'll start seeing you'll start seeing once it gets up into the top you know so many you'll say like okay but yeah. I I have looked into the future and see the ask you a question. If it's on your list the answer but then you put Shanghai noon or nine on there. I'm GonNa go ahead and tell you know I did. Not Okay go.
