Early Bowl Games, CFB Playoff & a Conversation with Jim Delany
"Joe's I'm Stewart Mandel L.. Joined by Bruce Feldman for our Christmas week episode Bruce a really special guest Pleased to have the outgoing big ten commissioner Jim Delaney on this show here a little bit. He is down to his last ten days or so on the job. But I How is your house your viewing experience first weekend of Bowl Games? It was good I got to see most of the Games. It was one thing I'll say is it was three. NFL Games. That ran on Saturday in those games. Were more competitive Than some of the bowl games I gotTA admit You know hats off to Fau. They had a coaching change and even without the coaching change. I think a lot of people would have thought okay. You have a bigger group of five really good team. SMU AGAINST A smaller group of five and it turned out to be a blow out but not the way. Yeah probably a lot of us would have expected so hats off to the owls. I thought that was a real head-turner The other one that jumped out at me. I think is Kent State it considering how bad that program was Not long ago I mean Sean. Lewis has stepped up there and really made a a huge impact. They are a fun team to watch they at their first bowl win in school history On the first first day of the bowl games it was one of those reminders of what I think because they had to really scrap just to get to be bowl eligible. I think that they are a great example of Y. No there aren't too many bowls it's five hundred team that got into a bowl game. They were impressive how they handled it. And it means a ton to that program Graham and I think Those players deserve the spotlight. Yeah I got that one wrong. I picked Utah State to win by like thirty. Whoops that's bowl season for ya the SMU ONE SMU Fau? Definitely surprise me as well. I think that that. SMU's one of those teams that got a lot the hype because they were doing things they hadn't done a long time and then it just kind of unraveled You know their their signature win was TCU and then TCU doesn't end up making a ballgame So hey that crazy shootout with memphis though You know it's interesting. There was a time when everybody was lobbying for their respective team. Conference for the Group of five New Year six bowl and Michael Rescue was furious that at one point. SMU is ranked behind Appalachian State. Obviously Mountain West. People were furious. That Boise State didn't get more credit Compared to the AC and then both SMU eastbound Boise State Mountain West Champ gets blown out by Washington honestly a Washington team. That wasn't all that great this year but I felt like nick and kind of I think you had the same hunches. Well and Chris Petersen's last game that they would. They would come to play and they did. That was a Thorough domination and now we all wait to see what Jacobson do. Yeah look I mean this is now Jimmy Lakes program. There's already been a little staff shakeup. Bush Hamden the offense coordinator. WHO's there for two seasons? He is already out as well as One other offense of assistant so one thing to keep an eye on and I'm GonNa have a story on this on the athletic Later this week is there's a lot of sizeable offensive coordinator vacancies out there. So Bunch in the PAC twelve oregon is looking for an offense coordinator as his Washington. As is cal- I think there's going to be quite a few more coming There's you know look. There could be a few big ones in the south as well as the ones that already have had coaching changes. This is where they're looking for guys so it's an interesting subplot to keep an eye on over the next couple of weeks Again as we mentioned a few weeks back You you know. We both have a lot of respect for Chris. Peterson thought it was cool. To see the way he went out We'll see if he ever comes back to coaching or what he does next. He's somebody I would. I'd love to have on the podcast at some point down the road Just because I always thought he was one of the more interesting people in coaching even though sometimes he didn't always WanNa show oh you his hand publicly so hats off to him stew before we get to Jim Delany though This is probably our only chance to restore at least on the audible to talk about the semi final games. And you'd think it feels like they're way off in the distance but as we're taping this They're less than a week away. feels like the right up on us. Does I mean to me. The teams arrived working on this part on Sunday night and the teams arrived. I think a couple of them at least arrived in Phoenix already. It's nuts it's It's playoff semi final week already. So how do you break this down. I know you didn't want to tip your hand on what was going on especially in Europe ballgame. You're going to be covering the one in Phoenix covering the one Atlanta for the athletic. So Oh

"For the buckeyes to down the football Washington down eleven we'll see if the huskies just run the ball and get the halftime. But as you sick to timeouts left for Ohio State. So Chris Peterson has to assume that if he gets stuff trying to run the ball on first down that urban Meyer will call a time out, Dan, I'm fine throwing it, but it has to be a very high percentage completion, maybe a screen or throw behind the line of scrimmage one that you're going to complete ninety nine point nine percent of the time. So I'd be very conservative. If I'm Washington, I don't wanna give Ojo state the opportunity to put their offense back on the field with really good field position. Frowning and shotgun. First and ten from the eight. Three receivers to the left brownie takes the staff drops the throw. It's a short pass to the near side caught at the ten by Chellany steps out of bounds at the thirteen yard line on the near sideline chased out by Sean. Wade two five yard gain stops the clock with a minute. Sixteen to go in Greg. That's exactly what you're talking about. Nice and easy high percentage throw they got the little rub off the slant. Route throwing the ball out of the flat stopped the clock. Everything you want in this type of situation, but they're gonna have to go down feel that they're serious about driving. Second fodder the Washington thirteen two receivers left one of the right and Browning and shotgun. Flank to his left by miles Gaskin. The buckeyes come after Browning here snapped a Browning. They're going to run notes fake and Browning throws over the middle. And it is incomplete fuller couldn't come up with it. Sean waiting coverage. Another clock is stop the minute. Twelve to go in the half and its third and five and the buckeyes still have both are timeouts and at ball was dangerously close to being intercepted two at ball was slightly behind fuller on the slant, and Sean weighed almost made them pay for it. Lucky dot ball. Hit the ground third down and five fourteen three Ohio State Washington with the ball on his thirteen yard line a bunch formation to the right of Browning single receiver to live side laugh. Chronic takes the shotgun. Snap back to thrall. Fires over the middle income that play Browning. The snap was a little bit low and wide. So that seemed to mess up the timing because the receiver fuller was opened in the middle of the field. The pass was just off the line and Keble. Oh my goodness. Did.

"A huskies you're at husky stadium today. Toni castricone the voice of the huskies joining us here for a couple of minutes first counting report. Well, we were just talking here before this came lost a little luster, boss lose USC. The huskies lose a painful game at Oregon last week. But kinda give us a little update on where you're huskies are and come off a very emotional tough laws last week. It was an emotional tough loss. And I think that the expectations were so high around here, I think it's probably more painful for the fan base than it is for the players and the coaches because they still have everything in front of them. They wanna win the Pac twelve championship. They can do that by taking care. Business obviously, they're going to need a little bit of help. Now, the dogs don't control their own destiny. But you know, every game is a championship game for Chris Peterson the way that he's built this program. And after the last couple of years of being spending most of the time in the top ten this team. Now knows that it's the hunted. It's no longer the hunter. So they know they have to take this very seriously in order to in order to have the bounce back that they need you look at the defensive numbers in their awful impressive. And I know you replaced her friend Bob Rondeau is a boulder native in the chair for the play by play job. So you weren't here in two thousand sixteen. But what are you talking to Chris Peterson? How does this defense? Do you think compared to that one which was a phenomenal defense? Yeah. I think what's really interesting about this defense is the scoring numbers. The defensive scoring numbers are great. A lot of other numbers that you use to kinda as a litmus for whether or not a defense. Great and were behind in some of those categories sacks interceptions turnovers. Forced third. Third down defense. We're all we're the bottom twenty five in the country in all those categories. And yet we still give up sixteen points a game. So why is that? Well, we've got three midseason all Americans on the defensive side of the ball. And we do a great job of not giving up the explosive play kind of keep everything in front of you. So so the trade off is because you can't stop everything. And you can't you know, you have to pick. What is it that you're going to focus on we don't give up the explosive plays where people have been able to put drives together against us. Especially in the second half at UCLA made it a game with a seventeen play ninety are drive last week Oregon fifteen play eighty eight yard drive in the second half. And so I think there's there's at least among the fan base a real desire to see this team create turnovers, and it gets some more third down stops. And looking at the last couple of years three turnovers force in two thousand sixteen against Colorado. Also in two thousand seventeen I I know that. That's something that this defense would love to get the hands on the football. A couple of times today on the offensive side. It's always nice when you have a great player in a program says the huskies actually have two of them to go miles Gaskin running backs in in the U dub history. You got Jake Browning the great quarterbacks in history. And that's saying something with a program like this to pretty good guys to base everything. Yeah. It's been one of those kind of seasons. And I'm not sure if you've had these in your career where it's like, you're keeping an eye on the career charts and every single week somebody's breaking something, right? Jake Brown in career passing yards miles Gaskin career one hundred yard games. Career rushing touchdowns Jake Browning organization up the Pac twelve charts and career touchdown passes. It's like the the numbers are gaudy their video game ask their impressive. But it's it's two guys who have done a great job of improving every single year be staying healthy throughout the course, their career, which is hard to do. And you know. They're surrounded by by great talent. You know? Jake's great players to throw two miles has had a great offensive line to run behind offensive line took a while to gel this year. We had the unexpected loss of our all American trams at left tackle and hunter Bryant the tight end who hasn't played yet this season, but the running games coming along. We've got depth there Gaskin is a little bit banged up. So a savant Akhmed, but we've got three or four deep that can run the football and Jake Browning a great decision maker. He's going to go down as the best husky quarterback ever. Well, let's hope it's a good one here today. Tony good to see you to Mark. Toni castricone voice of the huskies is Colorado and Washington here in Seattle. We'll take a timeout and continue out of buffalo stampede pre-game show. This is kind of a football field..

One hundred fifty five yards rushing and a defensive gave up just one hundred eighty five yards all adding up to twenty seven three Seahawk win over the raiders at London's Wembley stadium yesterday. Coach Carroll said there was a lot to like including the de well defense. Played a great great game today alone under two hundred yards. And all six sacks. I saw and we really should have had three turnovers or maybe four turnovers in the game, which is huge deal to us. We wind up plus one. But the ball is out all day long was on the field. And so we had some great chances at Seattle improved three three. "Because who knows if you're getting the right guys, especially when it's only four Washington head coach, Chris Peterson, here's funniest thinking when when you think of the NFL lot of people think that the NFL thinks of you coach, do you get phone calls from the NFL to join? Well, no, not. I mean, not really. You know, I've coach in college for a long time and, and that's kind of what I do. And you know, we appreciate NFL really. Do we learn a lot from them and but you know, we really like the college game and in terms of the NFL it seems that the NFL's taking stuff from a college game. Do you find more NFL people picking your brain for the next level? There's always dialogue back and forth for sure. I think it's interesting that there is you know there. I think there is more dialogue. I think in the past, you know, there was such a trickle down from that fell, and I still say they're always there always is that you know, in terms of what's going on and you'll feel that maybe a couple years later, whether it's certain blitzes, certain schemes. But I think what the college game continuing to evolve with all the the run, Pat are PEOs and the zone Reed and spread type stuff. I think you see a little bit more back and forth with the NFL. The other thing that I see is the tackling thing because the targeting things been such a big thing for us in our guys get thrown out of the games. We've been working on this for, you know, six, seven years now really. You know, trying to take the head out of the game and be a shoulder tackling team. And so now I'm seeing, you know, the preseason games were more flags and all those type of things. But that's just where the games headed. And I really feel like we've been working on this for a long, long time of trying to take the head out anyways. And so there's more dialogue, you know, in terms of those type of things as well. Couple more minutes with Chris Petersen. Washington head coach here in the richeisenshow couldn't help. But notice you had Ryan Lifan to talk to team a cougar, but nonetheless he has a lot that has happened with him to him on his lot. That for him to impart, we had him on our show just a couple of weeks ago. Why did you have him in talk to your team? Well, first of all, it was awesome. Unbelievable talk. You know, there's this. There's we talk about the one thing I love about the college game is, you know, we're trying to develop and recruit the best players we can. We can find and hopefully put those guys in new the NFL. But that's that's really only. Half of our mission around here. The other half is really helping these kids continue to evolve mature and figure out how to do life. And I mean, that's an -serily. I mean, that's really a passion of mine of, you know, talking about these life skills and and the traps that we can fall into with with money with fame with social media with women with drugs and alcohol, all those things..

Chris Peterson head coach of Washington huskies football here on the rich Eisen show against Auburn, right out of the gate that that is scheduled one would think because you need to get something like that in the win column for later on in the year when you're trying to get into a fourteen playoff, would you agree with that assessment. Yeah, I don't. I don't really know or AD told me that's your playing. I'm like. You know, we just play. They put in front of us and you know a lot of times these games are scheduled out, you know, a couple of years in advance and you never know how they're going to be. And it just so happens that you know, auburn's got a heck of a squad. I mean, they really do all the guys that got coming back and what they did last year. I mean, they beat the two teams that played in the national championship. You know, it's just, I mean, they could easily been the national championship. They really could've and they got that team coming back. So there's no doubt we got our hands full right from the start. I think all coaches like to have a game under their belt, you know, to kind of, you know, work out all the kinks that there always are in that first game, but it's not how it is. So we better be ready to go. Part of the reason why I'm bringing up. I'll just go straight to the question then instead of just cutting around the edges, Auburn, loss to UCF and I would have loved to seen UCF in a playoff game. I, I would love to see eight teams playing a playoff game. What is your philosophy on that? I think everybody would like more teams in. The playoff who no question about it. I mean, and you're gonna always have that debate. You know, you put eight in well, then how? Why didn't this? Why didn't nine get in, but still it's just it. It would be just so intriguing and I think everybody would love that. Now that being said that's easier said than done with the school year with finals with how many games these kids are playing. Anyways, you know, you're gonna take a game, win the regular season and you probably could do that with all the money that would go in, you know, TV all those type of things from a playoff system. And just so you know, the powers that be would have to figure that out. I'd love to see some more uniformity in in. We can certainly in a schedule like you're not playing USC this year and and then there's that, then there's a Pac twelve championship game the I love to take those championship games and just throw those out and added playoff game. If you, you know, let's let's go, right. Yeah, yeah. That's what I'm saying. I mean, you're preaching. Into the choir. I think most coaches would like to see more, you know, more teams in the play off and that would be fun, but it's so hard like you think about the NFL you know, it's, there's, they got the system. There's thirty two teams, and you know, they know exactly and it's all even everybody has the same preseason games. Everybody has the same. You know, division games, you know, half of us play an extra league game compared to some other conferences. There's just so much more subjectivity in this whole thing. And that's why I think it's even more critical to widen that that playoff tournament..

"Welcome back to the rich Eisen show or pleased to have on this on this program right now, man, whose program is currently preseason? Ranked number six in the country, getting set to take on Auburn on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend kick off the college football season, Italy doing it in the spot where the the NFL season winds up actually in the in Atlanta where they're gonna be playing the Super Bowl this year. The head coach of Washington huskies football, Chris Peterson here on the program. How are you? Coach? I'm good rich, show you? I am fine. What? What? What do you do with kids getting ready for football season? Just mere weeks before it all starts. Where where are you right now? In the preparation. We're right in the middle of the, you know, fall camp and you know, we don't have. We don't have to it as any more. You know, vanc- AA took that away, but we really hadn't done to it as for the last couple of years anyway. But the days are still very long. You know, the kids get here in the morning and they don't leave until the evening time with all of our meetings and film and all those things. And so we're just installing our systems and it's a long hard pro- process and we're about halfway through it. Okay. Now let's talk about, I guess, kids that are returning your quarterback. My longtime buddy and compadres Marshall Faulk looked at your quarterback. Jake Browning last year. Out of all of them. I'm telling you. I'm not just saying this because you're on the program, but you are the program. So I'll tell you he, he thought he was the one with the most talent for the next level out of anybody in that would have been for even last year's draft to coach. What do you say when you hear that? Well, you know, we're, we're proud of Jake. For sure. You know, he's such a, he's such a football guy, and there's nobody really studies the game harder. You know, really in my my years coaching, you always have a handful of guys that were just so focused and so driven on the football thing in terms of how their preparation would be, whether it's in the season out of season fall camp, whatever it is, and he's one of those guys. He understands a lot of football. He really enjoys playing the game. And so you know, all that all the next level stuff that that's that's a little bit hard for me to know. You know, I just know the players that were looking for who are really good players for us that have done so much for a program and that's Jake Browning to what would you attribute some of the statistical drop off that he suffered last year? I think it had a lot of it has to do with, you know, our emphasis on offense. You know, we're always, we always talk about just. Playing to our strengths, whether it's for the whole season, whether it's for a game, if we can't, you know, throw the ball like we'd like to then we're gonna run it more. If we can't run the ball, we're gonna throw it more. We just were. We'd love to stay balanced like most coaches would and we kind of go from there the year before I know through, you know, a handful quite a few touchdowns kinda in that tight red zone area. And this past year, we kinda selected to run the ball a little bit more. And so there's always like a bunch of different reasons. And so you know, I think that's what it is. Everybody wants to attributed to the quarterback and he didn't play, you know, like he was supposed to and expectations get outta whack and all those things. And it really wasn't that. I think it was a, it wasn't. It wasn't all Jake for sure. But we like to be a little more explosive in the past game, you know, for us to be able to take the next step. And so we're, you know, we're working hard on that. Obviously it's it's tempting there on the ball, and you have a kid like miles Gaskin at your disposal coach. That's exactly right. You start throwing it more and you're going home. We got this guy the backfield that you know he needs to get the ball lot..

"We stand together for you. Okay. It's great that we have something about books and mounds with Mike del tufo to wisdom teeth removed. Yeah, we'll get to that in a second. But what is our poll question today? You by fast pro shops you get lost in that you could literally spend like four hours. It's so enormous and there's so much cool stance, deep bench, deep. Nice, great. Okay. Which sports franchise would you most want owns? We have Lakers owner. Jeanie Buss coming up very soon. We know how she would answer this question. We do bought Lakers Cowboys, Manchester United. They're the number one valuation for soccer. Okay. Soccer Cowboys when I'm on football team. Lakers number one basketball team. Do you did you. Purposely leave out the number one baseball team. Yeah, he did. Oh, yeah, I knew I was forgetting one. Oh, that will put franchise the no one wants to own the Yankees. Is that right? Except for you guys ritual? Do Lakers Cowboys menu. Yankees occurring. I might go count what a Freudian slip that was. It's not. It's not one games. Honestly forgot. I knew I was leaving one out forty one games over five hundred. The Red Sox right now. Forty one freaking gained fifty. One rich fifty one. Did I save forty one. It's fifty one fifty one games above five hundred five one. They won last night. Brock Holt hit a pinch, hit on young candidate, Rick Portillo. He's been amazing. So that's our poll question. Vote on it if you will. Larry in Las Vegas. Let's get an a phone call because we're going to get a bunch of interviews coming up here. Larry, how you been? How are you. Irish as I'm, I'm not mad at all Jane Ramsey for what he said. You know, we caught all these quarterback so much and he's just folk to just last year. We was trying to put lot many in Jacksonville, we know who Blake Bortles really of quarterback, we know really who use. And what he said is the way he feel fan in. And I honestly agree with that. You know, he spoke as maybe he should've. I don't read about ally. He actually never got enough credit for what he's done, but we gotta stop calling these colonies quarterback and that God is on your panel with you. I, I think as Brockman he's spoke yesterday when you said something about the Bronco forcing it bounce when Freemont green kicked out of the game, do you see how many forcing their bounces in New England to get for Brady to win all those Super Bowls? You would guy sitting there and he's like hitting everything was with them winning. And one more thing over his dead guy Brady is the biggest system thinks it's ever. In Las Vegas. Everybody Leaving Las Vegas Lowry. Okay. System quarterback fortunate bounces, the patriots could be eight. No, if there wasn't for a couple of fortunate, bounces two words and the story tuck rule, please. I don't wanna hear you mean the rule that was properly, but it got time, but under the current proper rule book the way it should be. We'll see. We'll see. We'll see. Our three. Let's take a break back in sixty seconds with Chris Peterson of Washington..

"I guess a little bit all over the map right here where I don't like some of the things he says, but let's see how he wears it. Let's see how the Jacksonville Jaguars wear it. If he backs it up, if he does potentially face some of these NFC quarter corner, quarterbacks Jacksonville, definitely plays Pittsburgh this year. I mean, obviously Pittsburgh would have circled Jacksonville on that calendar regardless, what's what? That's November eighteen and guess what man and this is why Jalen Ramsey talks to talk here. That's on NBC. That's a Sunday night game. That's not us just a Sunday night game. That is a Sunday night game leading to up to thanksgiving week. So tune in November eighteenth. Do you agree with that? About my Ron that he's overrated. I understand that Lanta hasn't won a Super Bowl yet. I think Matt Ryan is properly rated and properly paid as this. He's not a top five quarterback in the league. No, it has the ability to put himself into that conversation year in a year out. Yes. Now Ryan is probably six, seven eight. Something like a first ballot hall of fame quarterback right now, as we talk about Brady breeze Rogers, Philip rivers could be in that conversation wasn't even top ten in the top one hundred. Albert you, I manning, but I think if Matt Ryan has another MVP sees and takes the falcons back to another Super Bowl has the ability to put himself into this conversation short us just because he had a drop off. Steve Sarkisian couldn't figure out route concepts involving his wide receiver. What's wrong supposed to audible, lot of every damn play. Also Jones wasn't that great. Last frontier Freeman was was injured for a third of the season. I don't think I'm excuse making here. That's just what hap- I would take Matt Ryan as the quarterback right now of my team. I would take him over most quarterbacks in the NFL over playoff, Blake. Who told g. q. it would be bad for his confidence. If he goes against us in practice, shouldn't you wanna go against him in practice to make yourself better if you're playoff? Blake. So I guess the ultimate is is Ramsey is a really terrific player has the election, his mouth he does, and the team that he's on probably doesn't like him running his mouth, which is part of the reason why was spended for a week in the preseason. Yeah. How do you think this is sitting with Tom Coughlin this more? Not well at all? Idol whose job is the one to say, hey, Tom, I printed out an article for you. I know you're not going on Twitter landing. Aren't. We'll take a break, get ready for Chris Peterson. Our poll question is great phone calls at eight, four, four, two, four, rich number two dial Jeanie Buss an our number two here on the rich Eisen show, and Mike del tufo has answered the bell with two holes in his skull, and that not talking about is, is ear holes or is nationals. The man is hyped up on some sort of medication. Having teeth removed will hit on that as well as Chris Peterson of Washington tile. Perhaps perhaps you should be in the hall of fame here in our number three and genius. That's how we're rolling here on the rich Eisen show. Now a car park itself, but I still have to drive across town to take a test drive. Why can I get approved for a mortgage at lightning speed, but buying a new car takes an entire day. "Not the only Michigan slash patriot great. Tilana has been there and done. That should be a hall of Famer town. He's constantly on the cusp right now, and he will be here in studio, our number three and television audience. He's like, hey, do I need to wear a suit. Is it okay if I dress casual like sure. I have no idea how casual he will be. So stay tuned for that short situation don't know sandals. Maybe Peter Peter was rocking the the shorts the other day for the television audience. That's our number three. Chris Peterson, the head coach of the currently preseason ranked number six, Washington huskies in a couple of weeks from now in the in the spot where the soup bowls can be played this year, the neutral site not so neutral. I guess if auburn's all they're going to just take the short trip from the state of Alabama, Auburn versus Washington. I love that week. One opening weekend match up. That's one of the more marquee events of the opening weekend of college football, Chris Peterson will join us talk a little Pac, twelve football. He had Ryan leaf speak to the team recently, you know, Ryan leaf was, we all know is a Washington state alum, an interesting choice. Obviously, there's lots going on off the field in college football that Ryan leaf can. Put some information in the heads of all those Washington huskies up there and Seattle. So we'll ask a lot of Chris Peterson when he joins us here on the show. Hard knocks went down last night episode. Number two, we got a really up close. Look see of the Corey Coleman departure, Antonio Calloway playing an entire preseason game for punishment. And you know a lot of people like saying that that was punishment, but we think so when you were young player, you need as many reps. Do you know how many people make teams by an end would love to get fifty seven reps in a preseason game. Yeah, but they, they drafted him expecting him to contribute this year. Trading Corey college of the Coleman trae though, man, he's out there running with guys who aren't going to be on the team, so that is kind of punishment, not punishment. It's it's if you wanna call it anything, it's it's potentially stupid, you know, oh yeah. You're actually making major like we'll show you go out there and play in the fourth quarter against guys. They're going to be working at the Home Depot with all due respect in a couple of weeks. But this kid is going to have to be rehabilitated mentally or off the field, whatever's going on between this kid's temples. What is that alert them by playing them all four preseason quarters against the giants. What what you do is you need that kid out there for the for the for the season. You need them. Does Brian showing up tomorrow where Suman they're going to sign him and we're Suming, Josh Gordon's gonna come back at some point. But it was another interesting look behind the scene for the Cleveland Browns. Maybe he'll give us everyone who who hasn't seen any full update later on the show we will. But Jalen Ramsey's interview that was published and posted today by g. q. has taken the National Football League world by storm because rarely do you see a defensive back talk so openly about quarterbacks that he will have to one day presumably shut down because everybody does eventually play everybody in the NFL at some point and very rarely do they talk so openly about how poor of the quarterbacks that they're planning on shutting down. Our very rarely does anybody call another player in the NFL trash multiple Tyler. Okay. Very rarely. Do you see anybody just go out and talk the talk the way the Jalen Ramsey did two gentlemen's quarterly, very, very gentlemanly. It was. It was not not even quarterly was the conversation gentlemanly in this interview that was put out there in a very, I guess, an acuity style with by the reporter Klay skipper who spoke to assume Jalen Ramsey over the summer and with Jalen Ramsey suspended for a week for either fighting or barking at a local reporter on Twitter. I don't know how soon we're gonna get Jalen Ramsey presented to respond to some of these says just before Memorial Day..
