"Don't worry about whatever the time will usher you often play games move on, but he has such a good time state the whole time, which happens a lot with like kind of celebrity guests. They always feel like, well, I'm hurry up and get in and get out, get myself a, you know. And then they ended up having so much fun. They're just like, actually, you know what I'm gonna say, I'm gonna. Go ahead. This is fine. Let's play stories was that you know. So he was down for everything. He's so giving of his time, man like. We follow each other on Twitter stuff. We don't really interact that much, but like, you know, I, I'm a fan of him not, you know, not the other way round. So like. Eat like I've seen how giving is of his time. Like I have friends whose probably castings gone on and they might drop my name, withdraw crews, Lambert's name and like you look at the episode Olympics like Fonte gave up just three hours of his time to just kick it with some do. He didn't have to do that. He could have been like, I'm fine. Fuck that shit, you know. But like I said, he's so given of his time and and and talent and and he humor and all that stuff all that to go back to this having Chris Lambert there with the morning Jones, laying the frontier link opening up for us like that meant a lot to me, the graciousness that prioritize Zude it. And you know, the thing I like about him is that in this era of like the internet and you gotta say the right thing to do this, what I like about him is that he's still offended and he's. More of a like, man. I know these are tripping about this thing and it's kinda just an internet shit. I'm not gonna burn my brand to make a comment about it. I'm just going to be like, okay, cool. We just disagree, and let's just keep it to that. You know what I mean? Like, but I appreciate that. I've grown to be more mindful of that as well. You know what I mean? Like certain times. I'm like, like I'll come to the podcast and be like, man, he's an trip in about this like African people can't work in America. She, that's crazy, but on Twitter man have Eddie I'll do, which I want to do. I'm doing my lane staying in my lane, making jokes right. So I like that about him. And that's something that changed the direction of this show. And of course my life to a certain extent because it made me realize all this shit that we're saying matters all the shit that we're saying is gonna and I'm not saying you become unfunny. I'm not saying you become dishonest. I'm not saying like everything I'm saying I am aware of the cost of what I say..

"And then I was thinking how for our show the energy is it was kind of forever change because this is long story kinda, I'll try to sum it up, but Chris Lambert who opened for us comedian and friend, many time guest on our podcast. We knew each other via Twitter and social media stuff, and we both listen to the morning John. That's how no, Chris, Chris had invited bow out to see him. Do stand up and bows. I him he's pretty funny. Do he invited me carrying out, you know? And it was like, you know? Yeah, we're gonna go to rally. He was opening for Chris Hardwick recipes for Chris, are we? And we go, we drove rally like really busted as get there some traffic issues and partnership. So we ended up being a couple minute like five minutes late walking into, but you know, we sat in our seas and he was just fucking killing any so funny and. And this was like two thousand thirteen up his been years ago, and Chris has been a guest on our podcast before and I and. This ain't may actually been before he even did the my name festival. So I think it was he'd been a guest on our podcast. We used to just talk about everything. Sometimes I'll talk about music on the show and. We. I mean we had an episode where Brandon indeed you're on specifically what we talked about charity starts at home which is as like, not like a album. He put out around two thousand twelve. I believe, two thousand. Yeah. About two thousand twelve. I think so. I was listening this album and I just wasn't feeling like I really was like, is sad. He sounds bitter and angry and depressed, and he just got a divorce, and it seems like you can just Hayes women or you just y like using some other shit. And as a fan, I don't wanna hear Fontaine like that. I need to hear this nigga like speeding bars, but you know, keeping your real. I, it's like I wanted him to do something that he was on the place emotionally to do in his life at that time or like I didn't want him to express the pain that she here went through that was real for him and I'm sitting over here consuming his shit. Like tournament knows your experience. I'm denying it and it was, and it's bullshit honestly. But that's how I felt at the time. Like I, you know, I felt this entitlement is ownership to this artist because I was a fan. I've been listening to, you says, little brother and foreign Shane. Obviously, you know, so he, you know, you know, I- Chris Lambert is on the episode and we talked about it and the same thing. He's a big fan like me and I might not that out. I like everything, but that why he do that out, you know, just hating. And so we go to see Chris Lambert perform. Why Chris? How're we comes out and does his say he does a lot of cry work. Couple rows behind us. He's like, you know, what do you do for a living? And it turns out that it's fine to as like trying to take home from little brother. Oh man, they worked together on the minstrel show, Chris. How're we did all the skits for the a lot of the skits for the show. He's the GameBoy guy, right? Because like welcome to the show that do so. They in like, you know, that was like a cool little moment there. And then after the show we're waiting for Chris, come back out so we can like go out to eat with them afterwards and we're sitting there, everybody's leaving. And then. Eventually. We're like some of the last people left an audience and behind me like I noticed that. 'cause I've noticed like five days here and you know my mind, I'm like, this is one of the best Representative Tom. So when my favorite rappers, he's North Carolina, homegrown. "It's on the right hand side of the screen. You can pick any denomination that you would like to monthly and it doesn't matter how small little we shout you out. So we're going to do that. We're going to also talk about your feedback. We've got a couple of items. Views are gonna read those as long as they're five stars and they're nice, right. Okay. We like to be talked to gently. You can Email us the blackout chairs, gmail.com. We've got a few of those got to voicemails leave voicemails seven, four, five, five, seven zero one eight six, but they have to be too. Minutes or less because it will cut your ass off for two minutes. I'm kinda divorced mail decided that we didn't make that up two minutes and I'm out do not be calling up here plan on our phone. Okay. We're gonna read your comments at the blackout dot com and you're. You know, you is feedback on episodes. There's pos- on each episode where you can vote, we're going to read those comments. So we're going to do the whole thing. And then at the end of this episode and this kind of sack because I mean, you kind of had to be there, I guess. But like literally as recording my laptop froze in the middle of the show. So he just move because mostly it was like, I couldn't even pay that. But laptop was like, no, if rose, I had to restart and everything and the recovery Tillery on our daddy didn't really work well because I guess I've been recording for so long or whatever. So it actually lost half the show. So if you weren't there, I do have half the show act. I rebooted it, but like so you get like, I think, fuck with black people guest the race and saw ratcheting this, but like the random vase, which were very funny. You know, people were loving them in the banter and stuff that we had and some of the news stories and stuff people won't get to see. And let's they were there live. So you know, and that's not on purpose. I was. I wish I had audio. I was killing myself after the show like what the fuck. Why did not double record it? I could have anyway, let's not do my. Let's not going to right well, anyway, so I, but so we lost that half an audio if somebody recorded it or EMI recording or something from the crowd and they want to provide it, you know, I'll put it out on the field. I don't. You know, I do want people to get the experience. They weren't there, but it was kind of you had to beat her shit. So it was very fun, Chris Lambert killed it. He's he's amazingly talented and had the whole crowd dying and. You know, it was amazing to see him do his thing. So. All right, but I will put that audio at the end of this. So this is gonna be a very long episodes because we don't talk after she and so just probably is going to be very long show. Yeah. So all right. Let's get into the people that took the time out to donate to the show. The fresh..

"Like what part did you cry so the first time i saw it was that is that a press screening you know and liz are actually now at first i thought it was actually at home they sent a screener and okay and i started getting choked up like first of all any family drama movie of yours is gonna get to me as as it does you most people right so i think the first time let me see i mean it within the first like 15 minutes when he started saying you know his grandma on you know you start to like really understand what the family is going through who yeah i got emotional and then the second time i watched it i was with my family and then all of us just lost it leg injury news in the beginning definitely at the end you know and i will not spoil anything but it just like the final song will yeah all of us are just begging just like sing the song images would you just wanted to happen so much and then it does and it yeah i loved loved cocoa yeah that was a beautiful film yeah nice our cool so that was the getting to know you section four chris lambert and now we will get into the director spotlight of spike lee you know again a little independent filmmaker he might have heard about him he has been making movies sense 1980 six and all of his movies and we'll do as buddhist kind of go decade by decade and his touch on a couple of them because like i said he has seventy seven directing credit on i am deby granted some of those are music videos or you know short films a heated in college where the he did his master's thesis on so we are not really going to touch on everything or this would be a four hour podcast so we'll just go decade by decade i'll we chose a few in each decade and then we added.

"Like what's the what's the lineup of people that have been gone from the show for awhile that could suddenly show up and pack some sort of like i don't know if you want to call it a punch more like like a like a tap on the shoulder theirs lambert do you remember lambert irom not lambert is one ambert not adam lambert not chris lambert although there can be only one lambert in the world of the walking dead lambert is one of the fellow deputy is at a rix burst job before the apocalypse who is in the shootout when rick and shane get into a shoot out with some criminals and rickets shot and he goes into a coma and lambert is one of the deputies and we never found out what happened to lambert rob lambert could still be out there who knew who now pursue so lambert is one of the possible people that we could see again how about paula do you remember paula refresh my memory paul is another character from from the same home town as rick crimes in the grimes band when she was lorry grimes his best friend seen very briefly in a flashback appearance in the season to episode bloodletting wound first and only appearance no indicated no indicator what happened apolo she could still be out there yeah see we could see lorry lorry grimes his best friend show back up and maybe she's a savior to which would be confusing because there was already a savior named paula yuck killed in season six yeah well scott dimple did say the talking dead this would be a seizing of things from the past returning so who knows what those confirmed vitals couldn't firm as they thought us confirmed how about nate do you remember nate.
